I'm having so much fun. Free, what were you going to say? I was going to tell you a story about over the weekend when I went up north and we stayed at this place, this hotel, which looked lovely. And look, I don't want a bad mouth anyone. And I'm not here to do that. But we stayed at this hotel. We walked into the room. and the room was nice.

It was a nice room. As soon as we walked in, and I'm not joking, my fiancé, Sapphire, normally her nose is very good, but at the moment, she's a freaking bloodhound. Yeah, they get like that.

Oh, and anyway, we walk in. I instantly smell a certain smell straight in my face when we walk into the room. Was it shit? And, shit and I just turned to look at her and she goes it smells like shit in here and I had

and I had to agree with her and she goes I think the cleaners had to do a poo in here which is fine but it smells like poos no it's not fine if you're making up someone's room you don't do a dump in it just before they check into the room you go and use anyone's got to go but you go and use the one in reception or the one in the staff room

Anyway, as the, like, so then we've kind of sat down and we're sitting in the living room. I don't think you can ever do a dump in someone else's hotel room. I nearly had to do one in Claudia's room at that time at the Gold Coast. Oh, that was an emergency because we didn't have our own room. But I showered, so it kind of took the smell out of... No, it didn't. Yeah, okay. No, I don't remember that at all.

Anyway, it wasn't poo. Because the whole time we were there, we're like, what is this smell? and like it would be stronger and weaker in some parts. Anyway, eventually, eventually we figured out. Does it have to? It wasn't poos in the toilet. It wasn't that. It was a damp smell in the bedroom. That's maybe worse.

Yeah, it was damp. And it was really strong. Like, as soon as you walked in, like, oh, I could smell. I was like, and you know when you are in those situations where you eventually, your nose gets used to it. This didn't go away. When we were in the bench room and I was like, it's not going away.

I don't understand why you even tried to find the smell. If I walked into my hotel room and it smelled like crap, I would instantly turn around and go back to reception and go, I need a new room. That one smells like shit. Yeah. Not my monkey, not my circus. Give me another room.

Anyway, we, well, we just feel bad. Did you? Why? Why? Why do you feel bad? I don't know. And then I looked... Was it a small boutique, Airbnb, breakfast and bit?

It wasn't. And then anyway, it really ticked me off when the TV and the bedroom didn't work. No. I was like, oh, okay, this is bullshit. You started this off by saying it was a nice hotel. Anyway, at the end of our stay, I went to, you know, check out. And the woman goes, how was your stay? And I said, yeah, it was okay.

I'm not going to lie. The room smelled quite. damp and the TV in the bedroom isn't working if you want to get that looked at. And I was expecting that she would offer me a discount or like, anyway, she goes, thanks for letting us know. No. Anyway, the story, the plot thickens. The plot thickens because, so my partner, suffice, she's gone back to work and she was

talking about this at work as you do. and because someone was like, how was your time up north? And she goes, yeah, it was great. She goes, the hotel, it's just, the room smelled quite damp and no bullshit. Sophia said that this woman that she works with goes, onto her phone.

Yeah. And goes, was it this place? Yeah. Pulls up a picture of the exact hotel. And Sophia goes, yes. How did you know? She goes, I stayed there two years ago and complained about the exact same thing.

Was it the place that I talked about that we said everybody should stay at for the wedding? What was that place called? With the place. Like if you were having a wedding up there, it's the place where everybody would stay. There's heaps of places up there though. No, there's one. I don't know the name of it. It's the...

but the sounds of it if they moved you I'd probably want to smell exactly the same yeah exactly the thing is when you're checking out and you go how was it and they go oh not so good they're not going to give you a discount then that's true it's like when you have a meal and you've eaten the whole meal and then they go how was it and you go I didn't like it

and you're like well you ate the whole thing No, you can't do that. Yeah. I mean, don't get me wrong. There are times where I will put my big girl pets on and I will complain. Was it this one? Yeah. Oh, okay.
