I want to believe in them. Like I want to believe in them too. But I can't say that I've ever taken a bunch of vitamins and been like, I feel that difference. I was on the old iron pills and I felt an effect from that. Yeah, block you up, eh? Oh, do they? Yeah.

Yeah, interesting. They work for what you don't want. I took ashwagandha for a bit. What? What's that? And I definitely felt the effects of that. I think it's a mushroom. A spice mushroom?

My dad swears by these Chinese pills that he imports from China. Yeah, little blue ones? I don't know, but they come in these little tiny, yeah, they're like Chinese remedy, whatever it is. Oh, yeah? I'll give anything a go. And my dad has now started importing them for other people and he sells them.

Oh, get me on that. They're like all natural. They're all natural. Yeah. Natural pill. And my dad reckons that they actually work. And my dad's not the type to believe in that stuff. No.

I don't think I could get that up my nose. It's that big. I don't understand why they make pills that big. It's so hard to swallow. Yeah. I bragged about how good I am at swallowing pills and then I did it on the radio and I gagged. So I'll just shut my not as big as I
