I'm quite tired by the afternoon like halfway through our show they say um yeah you should take it on days where you really need to concentrate or like you really need to focus but you shouldn't be taking it like on a weekend yeah interesting yeah well the one that i have anyway They say that you shouldn't take it Like maximum is five days Yeah, right But some people obviously don't do that And they take it every day

But the one that they gave me made me so nauseous and i was just nauseous for like three months it was horrible horrible but the hard part is is that people who i think do need it get real disheartened and then they're like i don't want to go through that again you know to find the right one so it's horrible right okay like a million different ones out there too well i hope to find the right one.
