Starting point is 00:00:00 Hello everybody. Oh, sorry. I started recording and you said okay. Sorry. And this is meant to be our, this is meant to be the piece of, this is meant to be the podcast that fills the gap and now we've started like that. It sounds very unorganized, doesn't it? It does sound highly unorganized. It's not. It's been organized for a long time. What's been organized? Our holiday. Oh yeah, that's been organized for a while. Actually, no, it hasn't. Well, the Easter holiday has. It's been drastically brought forward by COVID-19. Well, four days forward. Drastically. What can happen in four days? Four days, one day you could still fly to, you still leave this country, and then four days later, boom, can't even leave your bloody house. Yeah, I'm constipated.
Starting point is 00:00:42 That's what's happened to me. Okay, that was an overshare that wasn't required for this. People get constipated. They do. It's fine. Not many of them immortalise it on a podcast. Yeah, well, you know, I'm not ashamed of being constipated. It's what happens when you eat pasta at home six nights in a row.
Starting point is 00:01:00 You need to vary your diet up. Yeah, I just love pasta. You need some roughage. Do you want to hear all the different types of pasta I know how to cook? Yeah up. This is just a filler to say there is no podcast. But wait.
Starting point is 00:01:14 For two weeks. Yeah, for two weeks. And Bree's going to fill it with her knowledge of pasta. Okay, so I can cook a bolognese, which I've got my nonna's recipe. I can cook. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. These are pasta dishes that you can make. You said pasta that you can make.
Starting point is 00:01:29 What do you mean? That's the same thing. No, I thought you meant the pasta. Like you can make spaghetti. You can make penne. No, no, that's boring. I'm not going to tell you that. Oh, right.
Starting point is 00:01:39 I'm going to tell you... Yeah, what? Can I make what? Can you make your own pasta? Yeah, I can. I can even make my own gnocchi, but it takes so long to do it. And to be honest, it's pretty average most of the time. All right, hit us with your pasta list then.
Starting point is 00:01:51 I can make bolognese. I can make carbonara. I can make, I don't know what it's called, but it's like an anchovy, black olives, sun-dried tomatoes, capers kind of deal. And then I can make- Is there any pasta in it? Yeah, these are just the sauces. Nitwit.
Starting point is 00:02:10 What sort of pasta goes in that one? Well, in that one, you can cook it with a normal spaghetti or you can cook it with a penne, you can cook it with a tagliatelle, you can cook it with a lot of different things. So is this list now a list of sauces that you can make? Yeah, for pasta. You're right.
Starting point is 00:02:26 Fuck, we're going to be here for ages. I can make a pork and fennel sausage creamy tomato-based pasta that I got the recipe from Ben's ex-girlfriend. Thank you for that. With what sort of pasta? Christ. Well, that one is a rigatone. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:02:41 That's a bigger. That's the important bit, by the way. We're here to learn about what pastas you can make. No, that's not the important bit. The important bit is... It isn't a list that you created. The important bit is the sauce. It would be if we were doing a list of fucking sauces.
Starting point is 00:02:54 This is a list of pastas that you can make. Nah, I think you're in the wrong here, mate. Who's the Italian me? You fanguro testa la minchia. Yeah, okay, all right. Complete the list. What else can I make? Now you've thrown me off.
Starting point is 00:03:10 Oh, sorry. Yeah, I'm going to have to start again. Okay, so I can make a bowl of... There is no podcast for two weeks. In that two weeks, we suggest that you take a break, stimulate your mind in other ways, do some yoga, do some yoga do some stretches masturbate frantically
Starting point is 00:03:27 until you chafe yourself raw don't do that and by the time do do that and then take some time to recover and by the time you are fully healed and the calamine lotion has had time to perform it's miracle work on you we'll be back and then you will
