Starting point is 00:00:00 from the ZM Podcast Network. This is... Fleshwon and Haley's Big Pod. Thanks to animates, making happy happen for pets. Fletch Fawn and Haley, Haley's back. I'm back, baby. Didn't win Lotto.
Starting point is 00:00:13 I just wanted to take the day off to really scan the ticket. A few times. A few times. Different times of the day. Or isn't that $20 million ticket still not being claimed from that big win? That's split in half?
Starting point is 00:00:26 Yeah, I think so. That's right. The Blockhouse Bay $20 million ticket. Well, that's not. be that idiot. That's not yours either, is it? No, I've checked them all and I've checked them again. Nars in Melbourne.
Starting point is 00:00:35 She's back, baby. Coming up on the show, BP Rewards, you missed it yesterday. We gave away $800. $800. Free fuel, thanks to BP Rewards. So your chance to play it this morning. 8 o'clock, listen now for the Activator.
Starting point is 00:00:50 I love it. Next on the show, the UN has adopted a new map. It's called Equal Earth, this new map. Great news for us. in the middle. What? Because we're right beside the... We're not going to be left off maps anymore.
Starting point is 00:01:05 We're bottom right. No, no, no. We're right smack in the middle because of the daylight. The international, you know, date line. Everything's coming up New Zealand. Some other changes to this map. America's not happy. America's the only people that aren't, sort of weren't on board.
Starting point is 00:01:20 Everybody else is like, yeah, okay, America, I'll tell you why they weren't on board next. You should see Africa. The Z& Podcast Network. Africa is bigger. on the new map. God, it was already quite large, wasn't it? So who's done this new map and why? Well, it's a bunch of cartographers,
Starting point is 00:01:36 which is just a great word for people who specialize in maps. They've said we've been looking at that map that we're all very familiar with, the size and shape and stuff, where we're never in the middle in New Zealand. Sometimes we left off on the bottom right hand corner. But it was only that shape
Starting point is 00:01:51 because that would fit on a globe. Like around globe. Because we're a globe. So if you took that map and then wrapped it around a globe roughly, that would work. Yeah, that would work. And kind of look at it from the equator.
Starting point is 00:02:02 Right. It kind of looks right, but when you lay it out flat, it loses a bit. But the, you know, so there's misrepresentation of size and shape and a scale, I guess, when looking at that typical face-on equator-level situation. Sometimes that does happen, though, when you look at a photo, you can misrepresent the size of it. Yeah. Until you see it in real life and you're like, oh, you sort of...
Starting point is 00:02:24 Angles and such. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Look at it from below. Yeah. When you look from below, sometimes it can look... much larger. But the US has got smaller, so they didn't want to vote for it, even though it's a more accurate representation of international continental land masses.
Starting point is 00:02:39 What do they care? So what, the UN has done this? Yeah, the UN, yeah. Right, yeah. So we're in the middle because we get the, we get the day first. Wow. We do. Secondish.
Starting point is 00:02:52 After, isn't it? The islands? What's the island? Chatham Islands? Did Samoa jump the... Did Samoa jump it? No, they don't get the sun first. Did they jump the dateline though?
Starting point is 00:03:03 I'd say Fiji's closer to it than we are. But then at this time, we're moving into the time of the year where the sun will rise earlier in the south so we'd get it earlier than Fiji in the summer. But, you know, we're kind of the first big dog to get it. So I would say to the dear listener, listening now, who can't see this real world map.
Starting point is 00:03:24 Have it Google, because it's quite interesting. We definitely look bigger. You can see why America didn't. vote for this because they're like we're number one but they actually look like a lot, like South America and America looks a lot skinnier now. Yes and they're wrapped, not wrapped but like flat to the
Starting point is 00:03:39 right and kind of to the side and it definitely doesn't look quite as grand. Australia looks a little tiny bit smaller. A little bit. Yeah it looks stretched out. You're stretched to bottom. Stretched. Stretched up to bottom. Looks longer but maybe not as wide. Africa's ginormous now.
Starting point is 00:03:55 Yeah, it's really big. I'd say the big loser when you compare it to like that. What do the Mercator map. Russia looks skinnier because it was allowed for that slope. In China? Greenland and all the ones right at the top. Oh, it's really interesting. I like this because we're in the middle.
Starting point is 00:04:13 So America voted no. They voted against it. Some others abstained. America voted against it and six other states abstained from voting. They were just like, we won't vote. Right. Bigger issues. What you're going to do is look at it before and after.
Starting point is 00:04:29 Westing King. Look at Africa. That's before on the left. So just as you sort of know it, wide. Yeah, more kind of as wide as it is long. And now there, Africa, much longer. And still is wide. And still as wide.
Starting point is 00:04:45 Africa's got bad. It's fascinating, isn't it? And so they took a vote on it. And so because... 164 countries. So it's past. Oh, yeah, yeah. And so it's the new world map now?
Starting point is 00:04:56 Is that what we say? Yeah. I mean, if it's... Well, if it's printed out... flat on a wall, this would be the more, as always been the more accurate version of the map. Madagascar got long. Did it?
Starting point is 00:05:06 Madagascar got long. Did we get a bit? Yeah, we're a little bit longer. A little bit longer. The big one for us is we're in the middle. Because they're like, this is the date line. This is where the day starts. Yeah. In the center of the page. So we'll pop that in the center. That's like, they got the world map and kind of like it drooped down. You know, like the rear looks much longer and the paint's running a bit. Everyone's got longer and it's like dripped.
Starting point is 00:05:29 ripping. It does because look how long, yeah, okay. Well, it's worth of Google. So wait. And we've got a new world map. How much more north the end of Africa is than the end of South America? Yeah. Like, South America goes so much further south than Africa does.
Starting point is 00:05:44 It does. Do you think geography teachers across the nation, across the world are like, God. Oh, God, that's going to cost us, isn't it? The taxpayer, they're going to have to do all the maps in school again. Retrain. Yeah, yeah, you do all the maps. All the new atlaces. They have to get new textbooks.
Starting point is 00:05:58 What if there's an insurance job in that? That we're not even on, you know? Yeah. Oh, yeah. I wonder if there's an insurance job if everybody just draws dicks all over the Atlas. You know, they'll be able to clam insurance and get new Atlas. Maybe. Play Z-N's Fletchhorn and Haley.
Starting point is 00:06:13 Now, I don't know if you guys, the girlies will remember this. In our public bathroom, our shared bathroom at work, downstairs, there used to be a lovely little wicker basket. And inside of it was just some tampons and pads. Lovely. And then I believe people from the street started coming in and procuring these tampons and pants. And now you've got to swipe into the stationary cupboard. So if you go to the toilet and you discover you are in need of tampons and pads,
Starting point is 00:06:44 they're going to sort of waddle your way to the... Pull your pants back up. Maybe get a bit of toilet paper in there temporarily. Waddle to the stationary cupboard. But in women's bathrooms everywhere, there's always these like cool machines. So if you go to like pubs or, this is big in Australia, but like pubs or public bathrooms or whatever, sometimes as vending machines.
Starting point is 00:07:03 Do you guys ever have those? Condoms. Sometimes, but really. But I haven't seen new ones. It's still those old ones you put a coin in and you crank it around. The condom drops out. Condon that definitely is going to break. Oh yeah, because when I'm using a condom,
Starting point is 00:07:17 I like to trust a brand I've never seen before in my life. Yeah, and that has been in that machine for six years. Give that a quick Google. You found out they went bust in the 80s? Yeah, yeah, yeah. after a string of unwanted pregnancies. So there's all these great machines. Well, this is one from, this is in Belfast.
Starting point is 00:07:34 Okay. And you go in and you, it's got paywaves. You don't even need a coin or anything like that. Love. And it kind of looks like the drinks machine in McDonald's. Coke, Sprite, Fanta. Oh, yeah. Like this, but it's all behind this glass panel.
Starting point is 00:07:49 You swipe, you push a button. And what you're selecting is from a selection of like high-end perfumes. Oh, okay. Your Elysabeth Arden's, your Eves Saint-Laurentz, maybe, your Chloe's. You select that, it gives you a little countdown and it goes, and gives you a spritz. So you've got to, what, like, go up by the nozzle? No, it's like, got a good sprits on it.
Starting point is 00:08:18 So this girl's showing a video, and she's, I'll show you, she's kind of, she goes up to it and it's like this, and that it just comes out this little hole. Oh, right. So she's just turning her neck like that. If you chose a different fragrance, would you get the dregs of the previous? No, it's all, they each got their own.
Starting point is 00:08:36 They've each got their own nozzle. That was my, that was what I was thinking, because then it would mix and it would smell weird. Yeah, a bit of nannery lavender mixed with your nice spicy thing. You might have a really nice one though. Maybe you're creating a new mixed perfume
Starting point is 00:08:47 that could be lovely. A little custom blend. No, no, no, it's each got its own spray hole. I think this machine has six of them, five or six of them. And you just take a little spritz like that, and you get a little top up. Come out of the bathroom, smelling refreshed. Maybe it's like a perfume that you always wanted to try,
Starting point is 00:09:03 but it's like really expensive and you wouldn't do it. Well, that's what we do at the Judy Free, isn't it? Just with the Tom Ford. The Tom Ford that we put on on Friday. Oh, yeah, go heavy on it. Oh, did you get someone on the Friday? Never buying it because it's $500. It's so expensive.
Starting point is 00:09:19 And yet I know it's the perfume I like the most. And every time we go traveling out, it's like, But if you saw, if I went into a bathroom and there was a Tom Ford Soley Blanc, or what's the one you like now? Oud. I don't know. Oudward. Oud word.
Starting point is 00:09:36 Spread me with the Oud word. I think you liked a hood hood and I like the Soleil Blanc. I mean, if it was a couple of bucks, you'd do it. You'd just get a little pay wave right and be like, hell yeah. Yeah. Although that divided by squirts would probably be. Just by the bottle. Just by the bottle.
Starting point is 00:09:50 Just probably by the bottle. Probably works that a little bit better, girl math wise. Play Z. Fleth one and Haley. From the unmoderated comment section, this is the top six. Well, Auckland airports falling in line with Sydney and other international airports overseas by putting the security screening before passport control.
Starting point is 00:10:11 So if you're familiar with Auckland Airport, you walk through, you check in, and then you go upstairs and through the thing, and then they check your passport, you put it in that thing, and you've got to stand perfectly still and you take your glasses and your hat off, and you go.
Starting point is 00:10:24 And I do like a little mini kind of facelift because my passport photo is so hot and young. Right. And then it goes, and then you're through and then you get your bags checked and your scans and everything. Yeah. And they're doing a big reno at Auckland Airport and you're going to check in for domestic at the same place. But this is in the future. In the future, like a year or two away. Right.
Starting point is 00:10:47 Yeah. They're rolling out of the stages through end of 2027 as part of the new integrated terminal build. What are they doing with the old domestic terminal? We just had this conversation on Friday. We moved there and I was like, what are they going to do with that site? I'd love to see an explosion. You know, a controlled explosion. Right.
Starting point is 00:11:06 I'd like to see an uncontrolled explosion. Imagine the old sunglasses hard and crispy cream going up. Oh, I know, I'm sure they'll take the donuts out before they. Are you sure? I hope they take out the top. Oh, then they'll take out the stuff before they do that. I'd like to see a bowling alley put in there because it's long. It's really long and wide.
Starting point is 00:11:22 in an entertainment quarter of sorts. Well, they're going to get some new scanners as well. I've got the top six things. The Auckland airport's new scanners will be actually be able to scan and tell you before you get to passport control. Number six on the list is whether or not you charged your headphones and whether you're going to be tethered to the screen and not be able to watch your own entertainment.
Starting point is 00:11:42 You'll be... Oh, hate when you forget your headphones. When you're like, sedentice and then you put them in it's like, you're like, no. Yeah, well, I get out these little... pull open that plastic bag. Yeah. Now I can hear everything happening around me.
Starting point is 00:11:56 But not really what's happening on the screen. Yeah. Number five on the list of the top six things, the new scanners will be able to tell you before you get to passport control about the lone forgotten piece of fruit rolling around in the bottom of your backpack. Mandarin, Apple. That'll cost you. Banana snit.
Starting point is 00:12:10 What is it now? $300? $400? $400? I think it had gone up. It's just changed, eh? Is it $600 or $800 now? My auntie got hit, forgotten orange?
Starting point is 00:12:22 That's such a sense. Who was it, Quedith Palo that got done? What was the Hollywood? No, Hillary Swank. Hillary Swank was a big famous one. You don't get, you know, special dispensation because you're famous.
Starting point is 00:12:37 So they're doubling, they're proposing doubling it to 800. Oh, okay. But it's still $400 per item. Right. What if you have a bunch of grapes? Is it $400 a grape? Yeah, it is. It's per grape.
Starting point is 00:12:51 It's per grape. Great. Imagine if you had a packet of pomegranate seeds. Is that per seed? It's per seed. Well, it's per seed.
Starting point is 00:12:58 Yeah, because I'm out of the skin so it'll be per seed. Okay, right. Yeah. You don't want that. No. What if you had a bag of rice?
Starting point is 00:13:05 Bag of sesame seeds I was going to say. Per seed. Out of the sesame seeds growing? Um, that's a good question. Shit.
Starting point is 00:13:16 A pot? Just, let's just sidebarring. Stop the music. Stop the music. Stop the music. What's it? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:13:21 What's it? Seeds that you go like... Growing. Yeah. Growing. Goodness. It's growing.
Starting point is 00:13:29 It's a tall sesame plants. Okay. The plant grows straight and tall between two and six foot. It flowers. It produces a delicate
Starting point is 00:13:37 bell-shaped flowers that are white pink and purple. It looks like wheat, you know, that you go Yeah. Okay. So that's how you get sesame seeds.
Starting point is 00:13:43 Thank God we learned that. It must be a mess in the sesame seed factory. They'd be everywhere. Yeah. You'd just miss a couple in the kitchen. They're everywhere,
Starting point is 00:13:50 aren't they? They're growing like a pot. At the end of the flower. It's full of seeds. What a mess. No way. What a mess.
Starting point is 00:13:58 Delicious, though. What a delicious mess. Yeah. Yum. I love those little sesame squares, you know, all joined together by glucose. You know, the sesame bites?
Starting point is 00:14:09 Oh, yeah, yeah. Sesame's a great flavor. Sweet. Number four on the list of the top six things the new Auckland airport scanners will be able to find. It'll run a live undies audit on your bag declaring whether or not you've
Starting point is 00:14:20 packed enough undies for the four-day trip, which of course means you take all your undies if you go for four days. I over packed for the weekend. You take all undies. You never know. You never know. I had like 10 pairs and you're like, you just don't know. Haley, you're away two nights.
Starting point is 00:14:32 You don't know I might need a dozen pairs of undies. Could shit through three pairs, you know. Just put three pairs on. Number three on the list of the top six things, Auckland Airport's new scanners will be able to tell you whether you've actually told your parents you're going overseas or mum's going to freak out when she sees your location somewhere over the Pacific. Where, buddy, hell are you?
Starting point is 00:14:50 You've been kidnapped by pirate. or sort of a shipping line. Are you telling me? Because I'm nearly 40. It's still important to tell them. Top six things. Auckland airports, new scanners will be able to tell you. It'll scan you and find compatibility seating.
Starting point is 00:15:05 So I can set you near like-minded individuals. Chatters with chatters, babies with babies. In fact, it will just have all the babies together. No parents. It'll just be all the babies. Or like they could do like an episode of Rugrats. They could do tiny old people next to the bigger people. Yes.
Starting point is 00:15:20 Size weight us. When a tiny old lady sits next to you, you're like, yes. And she'll just have her elbows down like that. Well, she's so tiny. She's so tiny. Although she will punish you and ask you, how does the entertainment work? And she'll fart the whole flyer.
Starting point is 00:15:34 Well, you've got a way out what you want. Arm room or? On hires. How good, when a hoddy's walking down and you're like, come on. Come on here. Come on. He sits down next to you. You're like, nice.
Starting point is 00:15:47 And number one on the list of the top six things. Auckland airports and your scanner will actually be able to tell you when they scan you, whether or not you genuinely believe you'll be using that neck pillow this flight, the one that you drag around that you never really end up using. But you're like, I've purchased it, kind of want to win. Like, does it make me feel better or is it actually worse to sleep like that? Just going to wake up feeling terrible. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:16:08 That is today's top six. The Z&M Podcast Network. Play ZM's Flashawn and Haley. Well, it's needless to say, I took a three-hour flight home from Melbourne yesterday, So I've absorbed a lot of fart air. You know what I mean? It was a full flight, a lot of old people on there. I was sat next to a woman who,
Starting point is 00:16:30 I don't know if she was the culprit, but like looking around sort of thought she was of the age so where farts would be escaping. She was reading a Kindle. And the Kindle readers, they love to fart on a plane. More so than the traditional page turners. Yeah, it's actually, there's a real Venn diagram there. Because I've heard that after those long haul flights,
Starting point is 00:16:51 the person opening the door gets, that must stink. A wave of fart, anything. How embarrassing to be a human. Do you know what I mean? We're just in this like fart cabin and we're like, hey, new country. It's warm. Anyway, so I knew farts were going to be part of my day yesterday, but I was not anticipating this moment where at Melbourne airport,
Starting point is 00:17:11 it was really busy. And it was really early in the morning. I guess everyone was going off somewhere. I don't know. Where are you going on a Monday? Anyway. So it's really busy and there are lots of people and gosh, they love a leisurely pace. And I was doing a flet, you know, like.
Starting point is 00:17:25 You're weaving. Weaving. Weaving on, around. I'm weaving through traffic. Sometimes it's people's first time in an airport ever. First day on earth, babe. They're just, wow. It is a pleasure to share their first day on earth.
Starting point is 00:17:34 Yeah. Goodness me. And I'm just going to stop and just take it in and you're sort of like, hey, moving here. So because I was weaving, I was not taking a nice, clear, direct path forward. And I turned sort of. to weave past an older couple that were looking at a corked hat in the
Starting point is 00:17:54 souvenir store. Do people actually buy those? Americans do. Yeah, okay. Oh, we went to Australia. So they were looking at a corked hat, but they were looking at it so they just stopped in the middle. So I'm like, and as I turn left,
Starting point is 00:18:09 I find myself getting caught behind a group of teenage boys. Don't know where they're going, but there's like four of them. Yeah. Teenage boys like this. And as I turn like this, and I walk into the fart. Like I enter sort of the slipstream of the fart. They see it happen. They see me see it happen.
Starting point is 00:18:32 And then the smell comes and we all just have to like acknowledge. Are we talking like older teenage? Like the sorts of boys who maybe had a big weekend in Melbourne? Yeah, yeah, yeah. I think perhaps some underage drinking had occurred. He let out a little toot. but like the violence that hit me. And it was all, it was like a sliding doors moment that I was like,
Starting point is 00:18:55 I feel this couple looking at the bloody corked hat is to blame because I've had to slipstream this way and divert. And they're laughing and they turn around and they just see my face as the waft hits the nostril. The guy, the boy just goes, beatroot red and all of his friends immediately clock out. They just crack up laughing. and I was like, thank you so much. And they just kept on walking.
Starting point is 00:19:21 Game good, thank you. Yeah, gave him a real thank you. I wanted him to know that I knew. Yeah. Because I think a lot of adults would be polite, right? And just be like, oh, farting, how awkward. I just looked at him and I said, thank you so much. They just kept on going.
Starting point is 00:19:35 I hope he got roasted all afternoon for that. Well, he had bright red, so he's obviously embarrassed. He was so embarrassed. Like, little two in front of your mates, already embarrassing as a teenage boy. Then for it to reek. double layer embarrassing for it to in live moment hit the nostril of a perfect
Starting point is 00:19:54 stranger. And his friends were pretty low, oh, that old lady, she's like, you've got that old lady. Right in the nausey. Now you may remember last week, at the end of last week, I ran a speed date for Lovely Brooke from the Night Show. I'm actually going to be doing another one at nine o'clock
Starting point is 00:20:14 with her. I've teed up another one. because she's hard to impress. This woman. Anyway, I'll talk to you. Do you know what I mean? Like, she's like, I'm single. I want someone. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:20:23 Nah, no, don't like the name. Nah, got to be this. Nah. Anyway, I've teed up another date. But when she was in on Friday, whatever day it was, she smelt so good. And I said to her,
Starting point is 00:20:34 God, you smell good. And she was like, hey, it's juicy cature. And I was like, juicy couture. It rings a bell. Viva la juicy. I mean, juicy chute.
Starting point is 00:20:43 Is this you, you too, producer, Shannon? I wear this every single day. And this is why when you come in, I'm always like, God, you smell good. Because did Juicy Gatured do those track suits? Yeah, yeah, yeah, but their perfume. So it's the same company as did the track suits. Yeah. What came first? The track suit or the
Starting point is 00:20:58 smell? Tracksuits. You can, I'm reading here, get a goositure, Viva LaJucese at Chemist Warehouse. Yeah, that's the one. $59.99. It's got a big pink bow on it. It's got a bunch of charms. It smells what you imagine the track suit is. Like the track suit is what it smells like.
Starting point is 00:21:14 Sweet, kind of tacky. Like I used to wear it all. all the time. It was my perfume for years. It just, we were going through a bit of a rough time at the end of last year and I was like, what is going to fix this? Dopamine fixing. What is going to fix this? And I thought juicy couture and the moment I smelled Brock, I was like, oh my God. Like that's iconic. And like when did it come out? Can you look that up? When was Viva LaJucy out? When did they get into camper vans? No different. That we've got an eye in juicy cature. Oh, okay. That's just your rentals.
Starting point is 00:21:42 Juicy cature perfume history. Because I was a team. And I'm quite far away from that now. Jerseyature launched its first signature perfume in 2006. Yeah, yes. And that's when I first got it. And I was like, Role-Lor-Rose-Thing. It's the 20-year anniversary of Juxi-Cature. So, Brooke was saying it's the one she just always uses it.
Starting point is 00:22:03 Yeah, she's worn it. I mean, she's younger than me, but she's worn it from Day Dot, and she's just like that. Like, my mum's the same. Hers is, I can't remember what branded is, but it's called Sam Sara. And then they cancelled it, and I found another one that did it. And she's like beside herself. Yeah. But this is what we want to ask, because then we got all nostalgic about those iconic perfumes
Starting point is 00:22:21 that you just can't get rid of. Like, Britney Spears' fantasy would be one of them. It's another, like, super sweet kind of young perfume. But every time I smell it, I'm like, I don't know how hit a bot. We're like creatures of habits. So if you find one that you like and people compliment you, then you just stay with it. Yeah. I want to, oh, yes, I would just text in, Body Shop White Musk.
Starting point is 00:22:42 Body Shop sprays and perfumes were iconic when I'm. at high school. And you'd always be like, white mask. Oh my God, it's so good. Okay, well, this is what we want to ask now. 0,800 dials at him. Text through 966. What is your all-time scent? Stevie, what is your signature scent? Morena. I hate Katie Perry because she's crazy. Wow.
Starting point is 00:23:10 I was talking about Katie Perry at the weekend. She's that, I've found the love of my life. I'm sure I've heard you say that three or four times. Didn't she say that with Russell Brand? Orlando Bloom and now the Canadian Prime Minister. X. Ex-primusely. Oh, so you hate her, but I'm guessing you love her fragrance. Yeah, it's called Meow.
Starting point is 00:23:29 And I actually do a little pound words in my cheeks. I said it's the ah meow thing. Okay, good, good, good, good. Oh, yeah. Does it come in the cat-shaped bottle? Yes, it's purple. Okay. The bottle's so tacky, Steve.
Starting point is 00:23:44 It's taggy, but the smell isn't, I hope. Describe the smell. Is it sweet? Floral, bright. It's sweet. It's probably a little bit giving too much useful energy for my age. No, no. Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey.
Starting point is 00:23:59 Age is just a scent, you know? It is just a scent. So when I wear it, I'm probably like in 20, so I think. I've got tangerine, pear, Jasmine, Gardinia and Lily of the Valley. I need to smell this now just to see what it smells like. 40 bucks at Kim Warehouse. Yeah, see? That's classic.
Starting point is 00:24:15 My house is $550 a bottle. You're what? Crazy a. Okay, yeah, that's good. And do you just, is it every day you wear it? Yes. Not every day. Sometimes I like to jazz it up a little bit and go a bit bougie, but most of the time, yeah.
Starting point is 00:24:29 Okay. You're bougie for the good days and for your day-to-days. You're Katie Perry Miao, 399. Love it. Stevie, thank you. So many messages. That's cheap. That's good.
Starting point is 00:24:40 Somebody said, do you remember the diesel that was the hand? Yes, the first. Yeah, yeah, the first thing we had diesel and knuckles. There was a red, the diesels used to pop, man. There was a diesel that was like red. Yes. Is it a red bottle? And it was sort of, oh, it was good.
Starting point is 00:24:57 Yeah. I can smell it. I found one here at Chemist Warehouse. $99 for 50 mills of that diesel. But there's a discontinued one. And I found it at an overseas website for $470 because it's discontinued. Oh, I'm people. It is our studio perfume.
Starting point is 00:25:12 Somebody said Dunhill Desire for men. Like the cigarettes. But they wrote Dunhill Red. Now, when I went to the server, people asked me for Dunhill Reds, and you'd be like, yeah, cigarettes. Dunhill Desire in a bottle, got it on a P&O Cruise, and I was 15. Loved it, and I've used it as my main one ever since.
Starting point is 00:25:29 I'm 33. Wow. Jadour by Christian Dior. Yes. That's a bit of a classic. Jodore. Karma and Tabu. No, I don't know that one.
Starting point is 00:25:40 I wonder if anyone's still rocking Jalo Blow. that skinny bottle like that It was iconic for years And it had a little charm J-Lo on it And it smelled like soap It just smelt like straight soap Is anyone saying CK1 That's a classic
Starting point is 00:25:53 No but I tell you what we've had multiple reports of Joup Really? I remember a friend at high school had that And it's just It's so Yeah Well I said my nearly 48 year old husband
Starting point is 00:26:04 Still wears good old Joup I've tried to get him to change But secretly I love the smell It takes me back to my younger days And that's what somebody else said I wear jupe because why wait to bump into a man wearing jup when I could wear it myself and smell like my dream man?
Starting point is 00:26:17 Yeah, yeah. Okay. Jupe. Big gay here. Hello. Oh, okay. Hello and good morning. I'm a blue de Chanel or Chanel Horms sport.
Starting point is 00:26:29 Oh, yeah, I know that one. That's a classic Chanel. Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah, beautiful. Like, there's all those, what were the... John Paul Gautier. Jean-Pier. The women had the curvy boobies and stuff
Starting point is 00:26:45 And the man had like the ab bodies What about an Izzy Mignacay for men? Oh, How classic? That was a classic bottle. Who wore that? Well, I, I had some,
Starting point is 00:26:59 I remember the last couple of years. The, uh, tattoo boy wore that. A little snuff. Yeah, yeah. All right. A little snuff. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:27:07 DKNY, that little apple shaped thing. Yes. Somebody else said Mark Jacobs. Daisy, very nostalgic. Has anybody texting about the Aeros Flame? That's a good one. No. That's my one. Is that yours? The red bottle. Yeah, right.
Starting point is 00:27:22 A Gucci Rush is my go-to. Someone said, Britney Spears Fantasy. I'm embarrassed to say it out loud. I can smell it now and I've never bought it. And it is just so, it's like you walked into the Chelsea Sugar Factory. Yum. It's yum! It's so good. And it's cheap as chips. David off-cool water?
Starting point is 00:27:41 It smells like a Subaru and. and press have been driven by an 18 year old to me. Love. Love. So good. There's so many. Nothing takes me home more than the smell of red door and a menthol, siggy, so insane. It's great.
Starting point is 00:28:05 I think it was called a spire, but you can't buy it anymore. It's still too scared to finish. I'm still too scared to finish the bottle. I'm still too. I remember someone saying that you shouldn't leave them out in the sun. You should put them in cup. Yeah. I'm a nurse. One of the attendants at the hospital where CK1.
Starting point is 00:28:18 Oh, yeah. Back to my youth. Man, if you can smell CK1 above that cleaning stuff they use in the hospital, that must be. Yeah. My dad will wear CK1 until the day he dies. You know he's ready for a party when you can smell that wafted down the hallway. Oh, my God. He's out, he's ready.
Starting point is 00:28:32 Calvin Klein, Euphoria. My dad rocks Old Spice. What's jazz? Oh, Hugo Boss. So someone said jazz was my third. Boyfriends Aftershave and I bought it for my husband and I just go mental for him when he wears it So it's like super nostalgia. Oh, I've St Laurent has got a jazz, but I've just Googled Hugo Boss jazz, but it might be discontinued.
Starting point is 00:28:55 Oh, what about, yeah, the DKMY, they were famous, man, they did so many. My 44-year-old friend still wears Tommy Girl reminds me of when I was 13. Jazz Yassau. East San Laurent, yeah, yeah. Hugo Boss, there's still some... Fahrenheit, does that ring a bell? Yes, it does. Oh, Fahrenheit for men takes me back to my teen years.
Starting point is 00:29:15 Here I'm showing my age. I reckon if you nailed a men's scent, you'd be sweet. Because guys just find one and they just like that. Well, they have one. It's Lynx Africa. Yeah, well, actually, a few messages in for links. Few messages in for a Lynx, actually. They'll still get asked for what they're wearing and they just have to say, like,
Starting point is 00:29:32 Link's dark temptation. Team it up with a bonny wash and I tell you what the ladies will not stop. Knock, knock, knock. Hate the smell. I don't hate the smell of African in particular. I don't hate it. I just don't. It is interesting.
Starting point is 00:29:48 Parker Raban, Millionaire that was in the gold bottle. That's too musky for me, that one. Who was saying, what's back? Were we talking with the girls? What's back? Dark, dark. God, Haley. Have more information before you pitch this.
Starting point is 00:30:04 I can just keep saying dark. It's in the red poison. poison. Oh. I read an article the other day, poison perfume, N-Z by... Hypnotic Poison by Dior. Do you remember that? And it was really...
Starting point is 00:30:21 Jeez, Louise, that's not cheap. Deep. And apparently it was like too much for a while. Everyone was going for fresh. And then I just was reading an article on Cosmo that was like, poison Dior's back, bitches. Strap up to hit the nostril when you walk into a room. Because, man, I can still smell it.
Starting point is 00:30:38 I used to go when I was on like marching truce. trips if we were ever in Hong Kong, I remember discovering the underground knock off. Oh, okay. And I bought two bottles of poison deor and I used to wear it to high school and you'd walk in and it was just like, oh, hopefully it was the cheap, you know, cheap knockoff version, so it only lasted about 30 minutes. Oh, I can smell all of these perfumes. Yeah, amazing.
Starting point is 00:31:02 So many messages coming out. Oh, my God, Angel! Angel, it smelled like musk, it smelled like pink smoker lollies. Who made it? My, I don't know, was in a blue star. My best friend used to wear that. Oh, Therimugler. What was that one that you had and you smelled, like a wet Uber?
Starting point is 00:31:19 Um. And a really musky. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I think I suit a muskier scent. I don't, you don't look at me and think that guy smells. It's lighten. You suit a musk. It's a muskyer scent.
Starting point is 00:31:34 Oh, yeah. Can't remember what it was called. It was deep, though. Was it a, no, it wasn't a Jonas brothers, eh? Jonas Brothers released imperviums and like two were really sweet and the other guy was obviously like well we have to make these smell different and just release the most like dark smell like mushrooms or even got the mushroom smelling like.
Starting point is 00:31:54 The Z&M Podcast Network Play Zat M's Fleshhorn and Haley I did a little bit of you hard launched your girlfriend Vaughn after a trip away Yeah Stuart Island Yeah, but born hard launched during a paid post for Rillian Z. I'll do anything for clients.
Starting point is 00:32:15 You know what I've got. Stay tuned in an hour's time where I'll no doubt forget St. Pierre's a sponsoring fact of the day because I get so excited about fact of the day. I know you do. I know you do. I love a hard launch in a paid post. I tell you what, got me a ski holiday again later in the year, so let's just calm down on the... If I was your new girlfriend, I'd be like, yeah, sure, man.
Starting point is 00:32:35 If you're going to keep taking me away to these wonderful trips. And then I, with Mike, I sort of hard launch gently. It was the softest worst kept secret of all time because I did my show and he was in it at the end. So I just put a poster up of the show and, you know, a reference to something in the show. The hard launch is at an end, guys. So Fletch, it's not.
Starting point is 00:32:55 Hold off on that. Oh, damn. Romantic. He's been writing poetry or morning. Yeah, I was going to. I was going to hard launch my non-existent relationship. Yes, my love, my heart has been taken. I've waited for someone like you.
Starting point is 00:33:10 Hard launch is dying. Instagram is going off the going official. Right. They are getting less engagement. Everyone's just like, it's disgusting. People think it's... It's disgusting even. It's cringe.
Starting point is 00:33:24 There was a 2025 consult report said that a third of social media users post less than they used to and one third of social media users said that they find hard launch posters cringe. Yes. Especially when it's someone that's a hard launching someone every few months. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:33:45 How hard do you launch? How hard do you launch? Yeah. And how early? Or someone with just at a dinner and you can just see an arm? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Or something. So some case studies they looked into.
Starting point is 00:33:57 There was a 32-year-old, Sirisha. She said her way of doing it was more of the soft launch for eight months. So they're just like casually in a dump? Group photo, yeah, they're in a dump. They're a dump meaning like a series of photo. It's not like, we went to the tip today. You know, like, yeah, they're in a group photo or whatever or like we're away and they're amongst other things.
Starting point is 00:34:20 And then eventually you're like, oh yeah, that person's been there. You just catch them at the end of a pano at a beach. Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's soft, soft, soft. Anjali, this was another case study. She did a hard launch, like a full, hard launch and then they broke up a week later.
Starting point is 00:34:38 So she was like, we're never doing that again. What is the opposite of a hard launch? A hard end? A hard crash. Well, it's basically you're kind of setting up your relationship to be public so then the breakup, the inevitable breakup, she said,
Starting point is 00:34:54 is then public as well and then that's like a public mess. Yes. So I get, I mean a lot of people are just saying they just keep their relationships entirely off of social media. Right. In general. They're saying this is the new pattern.
Starting point is 00:35:08 They're just way, wait, or like not doing anything and then posting a milestone, like one year together. Everyone's like, huh? Or like, we're having a baby or we're engaged. Oh, geez, that's the hardest of launch. So you're just going straight to the big milestones. Just doing the milestones as opposed to like, this is my love and you're like, well, what about do we use an emoji or tag their name in the bio?
Starting point is 00:35:32 Is that allowed? Oh my God. Oh my God. Carlin's face? Oh my God. This guy's jumping deep end. Cohen just literally mind vomited. I have a fished real reaction to that.
Starting point is 00:35:44 No. Neither of you have your boyfriends in your profiles. God, no. I posted him for the first time when we got engaged. Yes. That's the milestone approach. Yeah. But what about all the hot honeies that want to slide into the DMs
Starting point is 00:35:58 if they saw that you had a lead them? Hey, she said let them. Yeah. I hate to say this. Fletch but I actually just trust my partner and don't really care what he publicly puts out there. Interesting. Interesting.
Starting point is 00:36:09 Yeah. What's your thoughts on trust Fletch? I never trust anybody ever. Full stop ever. I'm just like trying to look at a few people I know to see because mine is like jobs to hear me here and see me here. But looking at normal people
Starting point is 00:36:25 if they've got partners. I'm trying to think of a friend that has a normal friends. I'm looking at Dr. Shawnais. If he's like husband. But he's married. He does. He's got his in there.
Starting point is 00:36:36 He's got the engagement ring. You've seen how hot his husband is. He doesn't want the honey sliding in there. They're both so hot, eh, Sean and Jared. Look at them. Okay, let's go to Jared and see he doesn't have Dr. Shawnee and his. Wow. I don't want to start a fight.
Starting point is 00:36:51 Okay. You're going to start a fight now. Okay, I'm going to head to our other married friends. But this is the thing we're just being subtle about it, Haley. We don't. Do you have your new boyfriend in your? God, no. God, no.
Starting point is 00:37:03 So people are allowed to slide into the DMs or not? No, it's not that. It's just I find it icky. Ick, yeah. You don't own me. Don't tag me in your bio, you weirdo. No, he hasn't put me in his either. No, we definitely.
Starting point is 00:37:19 The biotags. The biotags. Very serious. That's almost after engagement, maybe a biotag. No, even then. Dude. You can't, yeah, you're going to be someone that tags in the bio. I'll be a biotagga one day
Starting point is 00:37:35 I didn't know we had a friend No neither Neither Dr. Shorty Tatis Did you read in the bio Yeah no but look at them Yeah They're so
Starting point is 00:37:42 They're really They really love each other Like it was a real They enjoy being around each other All the time Yeah Okay well it's all subtle It's going subtle
Starting point is 00:37:53 We're going subtle The ZM Podcast Network Play ZM's Fleshhorn and Haley Let's finally see you that Well's the little poll today is kind of how do you feel about an online funeral? Yes, because drones and multi-camera funeral shoots.
Starting point is 00:38:27 Drones! Live streaming is now a standard expectation at funerals. Yeah, for sure. I'm guessing it's part of the package. Maybe it's an upsell as well. Heaps of funeral homes do have it as a thing. And they've got their camera system there and the website. It took off during COVID, when you couldn't get to anywhere.
Starting point is 00:38:46 And that's what they're saying. Because of COVID, now people are like, like, well, I could fly from London. I'm not that close, but I'll just watch it online. Yeah. When my marching coach sadly passed away, she had such an impact on so many people around the world, you know, because she travelled with the team, that like people from Norway and Edinburgh and all this want to be there.
Starting point is 00:39:08 So they, it was all live streamed and there were thousands of people watching. And obviously, I feel like if it's like you've got a ranking of family and close friends And you're in a church. And then those are the people you want to see and you want to be there in person for them. But then if it gets to extend it and someone you worked with 18 years ago, watch it online.
Starting point is 00:39:29 You're taking up a seat from a cousin. Have you been to one of those funerals where within the building it's too big and they expand to an outer building? Oh no. I went to one and yeah and they live stream it but you're there.
Starting point is 00:39:43 Yeah. And you're like family, important people. And then in the next room it's, being like projected as well? So these are the options we gave you. How do you feel about Zoom funerals? Do you like to attend them? Yes, if it means I don't have to travel.
Starting point is 00:39:56 Yes, even if I'm in the same city or no, I would rather attend in person. Okay. 64% of people said, no, I'd rather attend in person. 33% said yes, if it means I don't have to travel. And only 2% said, yes, even if I'm in the same city. They prefer a Zoom funeral or an online funeral, a stream funeral.
Starting point is 00:40:15 Yeah. Kate said, oh my God, guys, first a question about long haul flights yesterday. Now funerals is a return from her brother's funeral in the UK. On a long haul flight. Double whammy. Oh, God, that's horrible. What else is happening in your life, Kate? We'll line that up for the little pole tomorrow.
Starting point is 00:40:31 God, what? That's horrible. Her brother. Who should went to the UK to a brother's funeral? Oh, that's awful. Sean, if you're willing to attend via Zoom, perhaps you don't need to attend it. If you're only willing to attend via Zoom, maybe you don't need to attend at all. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:40:44 I agree with that. Interesting. Interesting. But it's the difference of like, you can log on at home and watch the 30 minute proceeding and be like, oh, that was nice, a celebration of someone's life versus like traveling there,
Starting point is 00:40:59 accommodation, getting doled up. I know because you might need a suit as well. Or it's shirt and tie if you don't have one. I have a strong hate for these currently, says Hannah. I feel like Zoom funerals need to be regulated as then you have to sign up and be verified for the link. As with all the scams and crimes, etc. I feel it would be easy for a scammer to get so much personal information from a funeral
Starting point is 00:41:20 and use it to scam by and rule people afterwards. I mean, I feel like, yeah, the link would be distributed by the family. I feel like it's not just going to be willy-nilly online. With a password, yeah. What would the password for your funeral be? Duri, she loved a durie. Yeah, zero M-G, O-M-G, gone to.
Starting point is 00:41:41 Soon. Exclamation marks. Exclamation mark. X-O-N. F-D-S-A-G-E's with a Z. Yeah. M-M-F. M-M-F.
Starting point is 00:41:53 F-F-M. BBC. BBC. P-A-W-G. M-M-M-M-F. Yeah. F-M-F-M-F. M-M-M.
Starting point is 00:42:04 Yeah. B-D-S-D. B-D-D-S-D. B-D-D. P-S-D. I've got to have to copy and paste this. P-C-O-S, B-H-D, I-B-S. I-B-S.
Starting point is 00:42:12 Yes. All of them. That really sums up your life. God, it's an acronym, Glyfe. Yeah, at Mulbra. Yeah. Jane said, I'd rather attend a person,
Starting point is 00:42:24 would I rather attend a person, yes, but for the likes of my Nana's funeral during COVID, when my brother couldn't get into the country or other reasons that you couldn't travel, as opposed to just don't have to, then it's amazing that we can do these things. Yeah, and I feel like if you are on the other side of the world, no one's going to begrudge you if they're not super close.
Starting point is 00:42:40 I would say, I would literally say, don't come. You know what I mean? Yeah. But for some people it is a way to heal, you know, like just have that final closure. And so you can't be just seeing the video house. Oh, Dana said if I can't make a funeral, I ain't there. Attending the event is a place of discomfort that I can't welcome into my lounge.
Starting point is 00:43:02 My Nana's funeral was filmed for me to watch and I've never felt the moment where I thought, yep, I feel like today's going to be the day I'll be sat in my lounge and watch my Nana's funeral. Just like a wedding video or anything. Yeah. Yeah. Or any concert footage you take, nobody watches this stuff again. Yeah. No, you don't. You genuinely don't.
Starting point is 00:43:20 Snoring Taylor. Oh, yeah. Favorite of the show. Still got a boyfriend? Yeah, we actually spoke to him yesterday when you're away. Still got his boyfriend? Still snoring. Still snoring.
Starting point is 00:43:28 Happy, though. Happy. Taylor said, sorry for laughing. Sorry for laughing. I didn't even know this was a thing. Imagine sitting in the waiting room for that stupid dial time. And you're like just sitting there crying waiting to be accepted into the Zoom call. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:43:41 The funeral starts and it's like Haley is waiting to be let in Your host will let you in soon And then someone's got their mic on And then yappering away and the dog's barking Oh Susan can you mute the call Susan? Can you get me wine from the fridge? No, the funeral's going on, man.
Starting point is 00:43:57 Mute all the callers. Speeches, there's no jokes in them. Should go in person said Bailey However, in COVID I zoomed in It was a freeing experience to just ugly cry without an audience Or having to worry about disturbing the Yeah, good call
Starting point is 00:44:11 The funeral process because I was just having a good, loud, ugly cry at home. Maybe you could just, um, there's a tears button. Like a heart button on a twitch stream. That crying emoji and it just rains down them. Yeah. And you can see who's crying the most. Oh my God, yeah.
Starting point is 00:44:25 Haley's really upset. Cry, cry, cry, and then you're out of cry so you're going to buy some more cries. Yeah. Buy some tokens from the funeral home. Yeah. Someone's going foot, question mark. You're like, not now. You keep putting like, Rofk.
Starting point is 00:44:38 Rolling on the floor crying. Cry, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Cole, crying out loud. Crying out loud. Wow. Cry my ass off.
Starting point is 00:44:45 See now. See Mal. Well, today's silly little poll is how do you feel about Zoom funerals? And 64% of you said, no, I'd rather attend in person. The ZM Podcast Network. Play ZM's Flesh, Fawn and Haley. The Gen Z steer. Now, let's bring it our Gen Zers, and I want to know,
Starting point is 00:45:01 producer Carmen, producer Shannon. Do you guys give us the Gen Z steer? I feel like you don't. No. You don't do the Gen Z steer. Karma was just doing it. I was trying to do it. The Gen Z steer on radio is...
Starting point is 00:45:15 You can hear it. You can hear it. It cuts right through you. So this is reminiscent of how Gen Zs pick up the phone and don't say hello. They just want... Bring, wing and they go. Yeah. Which like...
Starting point is 00:45:27 Who does that? I've never had it. It's fun. All the time. I'll call someone back because they've texted us with a great story and I'm like, we must chat. Silence when I answer the phone. I'm like, hello?
Starting point is 00:45:37 But we often are calling from a private number. No, but also in the office. Carmen and I in this room are Gen Z. But in the office, we're millennials, man. We are old at ZM. And the amount of times the girls will either just stare at you or yeah, just not speak. Hello?
Starting point is 00:45:53 Why are they staring? Because they don't know what to say yet. Yeah, I think just... So what would you do if you don't know what to say? I'd just yap, eh? I just say, you fill, we fill. The millennials, we're a generation of fillers. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:46:05 You give us a gap, we'll fill it. Okay. So we'd be like, okay, hold on. So someone asked me a question I don't have the answer to it immediately and need some time to process. Yeah, why is custard yellow? Egg yolk.
Starting point is 00:46:16 Oh, okay, like try to think of something. Yeah, something that you wouldn't know. Are you able to sort out this spreadsheet for us because we're going to be getting the investors are coming in? Yeah, something simple at work. Something simple at work. Like, can you do your job? And they just like, yeah.
Starting point is 00:46:30 Oh. So it was like the investors are coming in while they're like processing what needs. I would say something like, oh, so when are they coming in? Yeah, yeah, yeah. But they don't ask that. No, it's fine. Are they happy in the silence? Are they comfortable in the silence?
Starting point is 00:46:42 I think they're happy in the silence. You know I like this generation? You know I like this generation? Let's try it. Okay. But it really would suck for our job. We can't go too silent. The alarm goes off.
Starting point is 00:46:59 Something's gone wrong. Yeah, yeah. Something's gone wrong with the radio station. I would be the opposite of this. And I think it's one of my best skills is if there's an awkward situation or there's new people or anything, I'll just talk. And I'll fill. Sometimes you just want people to shut up. We need to take...
Starting point is 00:47:16 Some people need a bit more Gen Z steer. You don't need to talk the whole time. Well, this meeting's now gone for three quarters of an hour, longer than a need to go. I'll Gen Z steer when I'm needing things to wrap up and I've had enough. Or like pre-menstrual, you'll get a... The pre-menstrual stare.
Starting point is 00:47:32 Yeah, that's different. That's a tighter lip than the Gen Zee. You can feel it. And it's like a knife is just coming down and slicing the person. Yeah, you feel that. The ZM Podcast Network. Play ZM's FlashForn and Haley.
Starting point is 00:47:48 It's reading a great article about a sports physiotherapist who in particular works with female athletes. And she was talking about how she gets the FIFA Women's World Cup team in America. Yeah. In America. Ready to perform at a top level, at a professional level. And part of that is navigating. their cycles
Starting point is 00:48:13 because that when you like leading up to it you feel more sluggish you're not feeling great during it you can be in pain we get one week per month where we feel good yeah
Starting point is 00:48:27 and you think something you don't even get that sometimes you don't even get that and you think about like even a World Cup the football World Cup seems to go on for like is it six weeks
Starting point is 00:48:37 yeah yeah so a long time yeah if you're part of something where you're going through rounds, chances are at some game, you're going to not be feeling 100%. And so she has to do things like tailoring their nutrition a bit more and pain relief and all that kind of stuff. But you just can't fight it.
Starting point is 00:48:54 And then I remember, yeah, the Olympics, I can't remember what country she was from, but there was a swimmer and she didn't do nearly as well. And she was being interviewed on television. She was like, I got my period this morning. And you just feel sore and bloated. Yeah. I just gave the, is your period syncing up amidsting up? because I was thinking that would be the ultimate way to do it, right?
Starting point is 00:49:15 Get all the girls into a training camp early. Yeah. Sink up and then just try to time it with the buy. Is it a myth? It's a myth. Scientific research shows that when people who menstruate spend time together their cycles do not actually align due to a biological connection. It's the McClintoff effect.
Starting point is 00:49:30 She suggested female college dorm residence align their cycles over time. And everyone's like, not true. Not true. And that was Martha McClintock, too, not Matthew McClintock. That was a woman. So she was saying that she treats it kind of like you've got a, like an injury. You know, I'm not feeling good or I've got a sore shoulder or something. And then you do that rather than the whole kind of blanket thing.
Starting point is 00:49:51 I've got my period. But sometimes it just comes at the worst time. Well, imagine your wedding day. So this was my friend. And then beyond the white dress, you probably have plans that night. Yeah. And I don't know if it's the most romantic thing at the end of the day. But this is what I want to know.
Starting point is 00:50:06 When did you get it at a really inconvenient time? Maybe you had a big thing, you know, like a sports. sports game or something where you needed to be top of your game and it just ruined it all year, an occasion, you're going on holiday and you've packed the devious little bikiniists. And here she is.
Starting point is 00:50:23 She stops for no one other than a baby. It stops for nine months and a human comes out. Okay, already giving some messages. Okay, 0.800, Giles at M. 966, text through to the studio. Oh, goodness may. When did you get your period at the most inconvenient
Starting point is 00:50:39 time? Megan joins us. Megan, what happened? It was my first period, like, ever. And I was at my first silk showcase. You know, like, circus, like, fabric hanging from the ceiling. Pink does it. From the ceiling. Yeah, like that sort of thing.
Starting point is 00:50:59 And it was my, yeah, I got my first period. And I went to my coach and she was like, oh my God, this is so exciting. You need to throw a party. No, we're not throwing parties. That's not that exciting. That's not my vibe. Also, we've been watched a little bit of silk circus performance. You kind of wrapped the silk between the legs.
Starting point is 00:51:19 Was the silk safe? Yeah, the silk was, I was in leggings. Oh, thank God. But I had to wear a nighttime pad because it was the only one that we had. For you, boys, a nighttime pad, it's like it's a glorified diaper. She's thick. Right. Yeah, yeah, she's not elegant.
Starting point is 00:51:37 As thick as those big refill pads. Yeah, think about like a tip-top super soft slice. Yeah. Like the big, thick toast slices. All right, okay. Megan, thank you for sharing. Let's go to Anonymous. Anonymous.
Starting point is 00:51:52 What happened? Is that a dog? Is that a dog? Oh, yes. Stand by. I'm just putting my dog at the kennel. We can come back to you if now's not good. He doesn't want you to leave.
Starting point is 00:52:08 It was really upset Every time I'm so sorry Okay We'll just We'll come back to you in a minute That dog's either terrified Or super excited
Starting point is 00:52:17 Hard to tell the difference Hi I am back Okay okay She's back Hi anonymous When did it strike At the worst time
Starting point is 00:52:26 So I raced in the Commonwealth Games In the 400 metres Oh my God Congratulations Congratulations Oh thanks So I raced on the first day of the games and I raced on the last day of games.
Starting point is 00:52:38 So my first race was individual 400 metres, and the day before I got my period. And when I got my period, I used to have 10 days of a severe migraine. And like 50 flammets every month. Yeah. And that happened the day before I race. So you're in pain, you've got a migraine,
Starting point is 00:53:01 you're throwing up, and you're at the Commonwealth Games. Yeah, yeah, ideal. And needless to say, I got second to last in my heat It was absolutely disastrous But oh no Do you believe Like wholeheartedly in your soul That you would have done better had it not have arrived
Starting point is 00:53:22 Oh 100% That's so disappointing Oh my God But I raced on the last day And did okay So that was fine Great, okay nice Made up for it
Starting point is 00:53:34 But yeah disaster It really is. I was going to ask, what kind of dog was that right at the start of the call? Yes, eh? What kind of dog was that right at the start of the call? Oh, his name's Mr. Bear, so half Westpile, Interior and Half Puddle. Oh, okay. He's very excited.
Starting point is 00:53:56 He's very exciting. He's a great day behind with his friends at Dolly Daycare. Okay, anonymous. Thank you so much for sharing some messages, and so many. I got my period at the start line of the Root Burn Track. That was a three-night hike. Did not pack any period products? Not a great time.
Starting point is 00:54:07 Did they have a vending machine? the first heart? I don't think they do. Kawakawa, the answer to everything. Kawakawa. Bit of a one-stop shop in the bush, the old Kaoaka. Shove it down there. What did you do?
Starting point is 00:54:18 Yeah, actually 5-Double-3. If we could get a follow-up on what actually... We'd sacrifice a T-shirt. Do you bail? But then you've paid... Where's the start of the root burn? Still in the middle of nowhere. You'd still have a big drive to get to a store.
Starting point is 00:54:30 No, you'd... You'd sacrifice a T-shirt, and you'd make old-school rags. Located near Glen-Okey. Where the term on the rag comes from. Glen-Lon-Lockie. Because that's the thing you need to book these huts and these trips so in advance and you wait forever to do this trip. Maybe you're just sort of doing it and then just finding a river. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:54:51 And asking for forgiveness. Yeah, but bears. You've got to watch the bears on the rootburn. Yeah. I was duck shooting in a my-mai on a swamp basically. No clean wood or little on toilets or anything. My partner gets her period without fail every year when we're out there. God, you think of it the my mind.
Starting point is 00:55:05 Really. Yeah. Got my period while trying on wedding dreams. Oh! Got on one of them. The woman helping her men's seen it before. That's almost like the bridesmaid scene when they bomb over all.
Starting point is 00:55:16 When she shits in the, and they throw up everywhere. The lady was very kind, didn't charge me anything for it and got me a sanitary product. Oh, that's nice. A few people saying they got there's on the way to get a colonoscopy.
Starting point is 00:55:28 And it wasn't scheduled. It wasn't prepared. Had nothing with me. Wasn't scheduled to happen. Just kind of kicked off a little bit early. Is that because you flushed your body? Yeah, maybe. All the heaving when you should.
Starting point is 00:55:39 when you're doing the prep. On my wedding day, I took tranexamic acid to stop it, but then that delayed my ovulation and I ended up getting pregnant unexpectedly. Whoa. Okay. Someone said, remember when Lydia Kloh,
Starting point is 00:55:53 Lydia Coe was being interviewed and her physiotherapist came out to give some back pain relief. They were like, oh God, you know, are you worried? What's this injury? And she's like, no, it's that time of the month and I'm sore.
Starting point is 00:56:06 Yeah. I'm about to run 102 kilometer. Ultramarathon and got it. Let's just say all dignity went out the window on that track. My period arrived on the third mile of my 10K at the mound a couple of weeks ago. I had an inkling that prick would arrive early
Starting point is 00:56:19 so I was wearing appropriate underwear but was not prepared for the crippling cramps and blinding headache that crept in as I ran on. Finishing good time didn't collapse. Got my parent on the first day of the honeymoon. We were exactly away for five days so I had my period the entire honeymoon. Oh.
Starting point is 00:56:35 Not a great start to married life. Those poor towels. The poor person that had to keep bringing more towels Holy shit Our best friend did a sister death I'm so sorry to hear that This is wild What?
Starting point is 00:56:51 My best friend did a sister death And I decided to wear white pants As she was on her final moments I felt the gush And it was as if she was playing A horrible prank on her way out Wow Wow
Starting point is 00:57:07 I'm really sorry about your best friend but like my best friend would find that so delightful. Yeah, we'll find that very funny. And you're like, no. The ZM Podcast Network. Is this a show real? Play ZDM's Flesh, Foran and Haley. Fact of the day, day, day, day, day.
Starting point is 00:57:29 A do-to-do-do-to-do-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-do-d-do-do-do do-do. Fact of the day is brought to you by St. Piers. FACT. Today's sushi of the day's eight pieces of salmon supreme. Oh, it's my favorite. It's great for the brain. The memory. Yeah, because of the omega-3s.
Starting point is 00:57:56 Because of the omega-3s. Yeah. You've got to have your omega-3. Well, I've tried the fish oil tablets, but I get burpee afterwards, and I don't like the taste. That's why you just got to do salmon. You could do it at home. In the pan and stuff, it's a little bit of an old. Oh, no, no, dude.
Starting point is 00:58:08 Eight minutes in the air, right. Perfect. That sounds good because I've need it from my short-term memory, because I've tried the fish oil tablets. But anyway, it's hormone week here at fact of the day. Yesterday, Haley, we met oxytocin, the bonding hormone. Oh, nice. Today we're meeting, your friend and mine, cortisol. Oh, no.
Starting point is 00:58:26 I once put my cortisol levels checked. got to did a blood test. Why did you hear a podcast and then go to your doctor and say, I'd need all these things checked. No, no, no, cortisol's high in PCOS gals. Correct. And I, she was like, well, just check it. And then she told me the number and it was like $1,400 and something or rather.
Starting point is 00:58:45 And I was like, is that normal? She was like, well above. What are you? Well above. Well, cortisol is known as a stress hormone, and cortisol can rat you out before your face does. because when cortisol is released into your system, it actually changes the tension of your vocal cords.
Starting point is 00:59:02 It can tighten them. So your voice just gets a little bit higher. I'm not stressed. I'm not stressed. Something like that. Wow. And one of the ways that police can test you for lie detectors. Like the lie detector test is your temperature,
Starting point is 00:59:15 but also like they can listen for it in your voice. When you lie, your voice can increase a little bit because you don't even meaning to do it, but the cortisol hormone tightens the vocal cords, which, of course, makes your voice go. a little bit twice. They'll never get there. They'll be like,
Starting point is 00:59:29 and it changes your breathing. Did you kill him? I'd be like, no. Did you do it? No. No. It can change your breathing as well. It makes them shorter
Starting point is 00:59:40 and more panicked breaths. I wonder if AI using these kind of detectors will replace the lie detector. The polygraphs. Polygraphs. Yeah, the polygraphs.
Starting point is 00:59:53 Hell of a breakfast show. One hell of a show. So yeah, It's like the built-in lie detector It can heighten the voice. Some other things that this fun, fun, fun, fun hormone does. It peaks about 30 minutes after you wake up. It's called the cortisol awakening responses
Starting point is 01:00:08 to get you started for the day. Give you a little panic in the morning. Give you a little, hey, welcome to Fletchwater, Haley, where you panic at the morning. And it hits its last around midnight because that's when obviously you shouldn't need it, but sometimes at 2 o'clock at the morning, it's like, hey, Vaughn, what are you doing?
Starting point is 01:00:22 Why are you asleep? I was thinking I might. Freak us out for three hours. It can also affect your ability to recall memories in the moment. So when you get really stressed, when you get into an exam, some people say, I can't think of it. It's because the hormone floods your body and it prioritises survival rather than recall.
Starting point is 01:00:40 Or like dropping a line if you're doing like a theatre show or something. You're nervous and you're like this and you come out, you're like, what's my line? It can also be linked to belly fat storage. Yep. Chronically high cortisol is linked to fat storage around the abdomen. Yeah. And now short bursts of cortisol
Starting point is 01:00:57 can actually boost your immune system So that's where you're like your quick ice baths And afterwards people report you know Feeling energized because it spikes the cortisol And it kind of like boom And it's short term good for the immune system Long term, not good Not good
Starting point is 01:01:10 Where's you out? It exhausts you now here's a way to lower it. Laughter. There have been many scientific studies That show laughing, even watching something funny Being happier and laughing causes a measurable drop in cortisol level Within minutes.
Starting point is 01:01:23 He-ha-ha-ha-ha. Come on, we're going to get it down. It affects your blood sugar control as well. Right. So that's pretty good stuff. And, of course, you hear about people who get stress and lose a chunk of hair. It can be linked to hair fitting and the tightening of the follicles, which means that the hair falls out and won't regrow until.
Starting point is 01:01:40 Is that why we lost our hair? Yeah, that's the only reason why. Huge cortisol spike. So it's a fun, it's a fun hormone. Yeah. And today's fact of the day is cortisol tightens your vocal cords, you won't even know it, but your voice goes up and pitch. Fact of the day, day, day, day, day, day.
Starting point is 01:02:02 Ah, do-da-da-do-do-do-dood-do-d-dood-dood-dood-dood-do-do do-do do-do do-do do-do do-do do-do do-do do do do do. Play Z-M's, Flesh, Forne, and Haley. Well, it's the end of an era that the time has come. It couldn't last forever. It's come sooner than I would have liked, but I am now no longer a masdabund. ambassador. I received the call from lovely Derek that North Hubbard Mazda has been sold. Right.
Starting point is 01:02:31 And I said, so... Some violins. There's someone to play, something. Yeah, God, you lose a free car and it's like... It's the end of the world, isn't it? I'm just saying, man, I'm feeling it too. I bet. I bet.
Starting point is 01:02:42 I don't know what this is. Sad violin. Did you search sad violin? Oh, yeah, search sad violin. I'll see if I can get a cry going. Oh yeah, this works. Beautiful. I got my first Mazda.
Starting point is 01:02:56 in 2009 when my Persho carked it on the Kaifada Futter Gorge in Wellington Your Persia What kind of out of interest
Starting point is 01:03:06 What Persia? I don't know 3 or 6 It was a red one It was a repossessed vehicle Because someone didn't pay my dad So he gave it to you Was it actually owned
Starting point is 01:03:18 Why you were using it While I was being held In case this person I don't think I ever technically owned it Okay And it cacked it in the Kaifada Fudda Fida Gorge and my mum lent me her Mazda 6.
Starting point is 01:03:30 No, Mazda 3. And I just never gave it back. And then moved to Auckland in that thing and had to get it cubed because I had done 400 kilometres and she was tired. Then I bought the... 400,000?
Starting point is 01:03:44 400,000, yeah. Yeah, absolutely. I'm sorry, I'm upset. Then I bought an absolute limit of a Mazda 3 from Paxasadi. Famously didn't have a spare tire which I learnt when my tyre burst. And I parted ways of that
Starting point is 01:03:59 and became a Mazda Baceter. And it was beautiful. Man, I started in the convertible, didn't I? You did? And I went to the big Mummobile and I said, hey man, this is too much room. And they put me in a Mazda CX5 and I've got to return it next week.
Starting point is 01:04:14 It's in a state. I've been moving stuff. I've been renovating in that thing and I've got to return it because North Hubber Mazda was sold. I think I'm done with this sad music now. They're not taking their ambassadors with them to where over they go. No, no, Northumber Mazda was no more.
Starting point is 01:04:31 So I'm no longer a Mazda Bacitor. So you're Carlos in a few weeks? Shit, well, here's the thing. My parents are still overseas, so I've got their car for a little bit. It's the Mercedes. I also represent. Was that also a requisite? Years later.
Starting point is 01:04:46 But it's a bit of a lemon car. Like it's not, when I say Mercedes, don't picture what you think you're picturing. This is like, you know. Picture one of those ones that you see. see like a kid driving to high school because mom got a new Mercedes and they kept the old Mercedes until because they liked it. It was a fourth-hand car. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. One of those real old ones that every time you take it to a mechanic, it's going to be thousands of dollars. Oh, yeah, baby. And now the issue is I've never had a new car. I've never bought a new car. I've either had these
Starting point is 01:05:16 repossessed things or hand-me-downs or Pax's hand-me-down. And then I've just had this lovely year of getting these new cars and I've become accustomed to the zip of a new car. And then I was over in Melbourne and there was a car enthusiast and he was like, get something silly and I was like, yeah, I think I'll get something real silly. And then everyone else is like,
Starting point is 01:05:38 don't do that, don't do a stupid old car that's going to cost you money. No. But now I don't know, I'm car shopping. I've got to buy a vehicle. You need to get one of the BYDs or something, one of the electric ones. The issue was I've got no money because I'm renovating at the moment.
Starting point is 01:05:53 Yeah, right. So this, yeah, bad. What does the Toyota Aquar go for? I've got no money, but I also have... Wow, are you hearing this, Colin? I also have... Real? She thinks she's too good for an aqua?
Starting point is 01:06:05 I think she needs to be humble. You know what? Me and my aqua are doing good for the environment. I know, I see that you're doing good every morning when I pass you. 20 kilometres faster than you're going to. I'm not going slow. I'm going the speed limit. I know.
Starting point is 01:06:19 I've been doing a little bit of research, you know, and I want something with speed. because I can't do a sluggish. Why don't you borrow Vaughan's chimney? I have. The offer's there. You need to clean it though. No. I am too impatient to drive the chimney.
Starting point is 01:06:38 And it's blowing on the motorway. Yeah, and it's a car for uni girls. Yeah, it is. It is. North Shore Unig girls and Vaughn. Hey! I know. But also I need the sound system.
Starting point is 01:06:49 So the person who just texts in saying, I goodbye, their 2003 DiHatsu, I'm all good. Oh, I love those cars. My nana had one of those. I hired ones once. Practical. All I could afford when I went down south and I drove it up the road up to Drona
Starting point is 01:07:01 with a Japanese on Hachanko who was snowboarding. He was speaking Japanese and I didn't know what he was saying. I was just like, I reckon hold on, dude. I love it. I Hatsu Mera. Yeah, well, wish me luck I'm going to be carless and car shopping for a bit. I sort of want something that goes, Oh my God.
Starting point is 01:07:20 Well, I was hanging out with my brother who's a... chainsaw by the sounds of that. Yeah, yeah, well, that's sort of my budget. I was hanging out with my brother who does sim racing. He builds simulated car rigs and also drives a, it's like a Nissan, no, a Hyundai, you know, three turbo engine thing that makes a racket when he comes out of the garage. That only ought to show in now, eh?
Starting point is 01:07:42 No, he's from Fungardi, and I think that's really showing. Yeah. Yeah. Anyway, wish me luck. Oh, people, people saying that I would sue a Subaru legacy. Why are you saying that? Because you... I would say this year I've looked gayer than ever.
Starting point is 01:07:57 That's fair. The ZM Podcast Network. Play ZN's Flesh, Worn and Haley. There's been a scientific review of 57 studies that suggests that music may do more than distract from pain. It may change how the brain and body register pain signals.
Starting point is 01:08:13 Like how actually processes it? Yes. Because you know what? This is Sammy who's done... Who did my Vaughn tattoo. She used to say to me like, pain's in the head. Easy to do to say.
Starting point is 01:08:25 But she was like, it is. It's a mental game pain. Cut off your head and you won't feel pain. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. So, but music makes you feel better. And that people with chronic pain, they might be able to listen to songs and moving in sync with that song
Starting point is 01:08:41 showed measurable pain easing effects on their own. I'm sure people with chronic pain love being told. I know, I know. Just listen to a song you like and move a bit, love. So that was one of the main findings, right? producer Shannon's in studio. She's nervous, which is so funny, because I was like, oh,
Starting point is 01:08:58 well, let's put it to the test. I'll put my body on the line. And I think it's more appropriate that Shannon slaps me than you two. Yeah, fair call. Just feels that way. Okay. So you're going to endure some pain. Well, because one of the factor, one of the factors was you've got to choose a song, the person who's going to receive
Starting point is 01:09:14 the pain chooses the music. If it was chosen for me, it wouldn't have a strong effect. Yeah, okay. So I've chosen a song that, like, we were literally talking off air, no matter what. Always makes it feel good. A 22 year old song with 3 and a half billion streams. And still in the New Zealand top 50
Starting point is 01:09:30 as well. Yeah, it's crazy. It's in the top 50. All this time. Wow. Yeah, yeah. Wow. Okay. So hang on. So, pause. Are we going to, we need to compare it against just raw dog and pain. Just the control pain. I've got two cheeks. So I think she should slap me.
Starting point is 01:09:47 Raw dog. Okay, no music. But dude, do you think that's going to hurt more But then she'll sleep me on the other side with music. It's hard to slap on me. I think she has to go on the same side. I just got a birthday notification on my laptop that's plugged in for Mr. Brightside. So, if anybody was just freaking out.
Starting point is 01:10:04 I think you need to hit me one on one cheek. I'll just warm myself up. And then on the other one with music. Oh, just like a little. But it's going to hurt, what are you right-handed or left-handed? Right. It's going to hurt less with the left-hand anyway. She's not going to be full whack.
Starting point is 01:10:19 Why does she go full whack? This is a science. Shannon, you've got to give it a bit of a whack. Can I have like a waiver here? Like this is, we're all good. You're fine. Just for management, listening. That's not a waiver.
Starting point is 01:10:30 Okay, you're fine, your fine's not a waver. Which side are you going to go on now? You've got to take your headphones on. I already go. Left hand, left cheek for no music. No music. Okay, no music. All right, here we go.
Starting point is 01:10:41 So you're going to go this way. I'm going to go this way. Your left hand right check. Okay. Hold your mic. Did we make eye contact? Are you going to shut your eyes? Just slap me, you bitch.
Starting point is 01:10:50 Yeah. Oh, okay. Rock me up. Yeah, you're stupid. You don't know how to do your job. Go! It wasn't light. It wasn't light.
Starting point is 01:11:06 It had a connection. It connected. It was the timing of the two. It's just really. Okay, Vaughn, if we could have the art. Yeah, let's, while we're in the heat of the moment, then I'll compare no time. Your cheek is gone, red. Get it into a bit.
Starting point is 01:11:18 Get it into a chorusy bit. Where does you get to the chorusy bit? Yeah, yeah. You're ready? You ready? You ready? You ready? Slat me.
Starting point is 01:11:25 Wait, wait, wait, wait, no, oh, Jesus. Oh, for God, I was so well reading a receipt. Okay, ready? They can control. Oh, you've got to be listening to the music. Find the music for the page. I've got to enjoy the music. I'm going to move with the music.
Starting point is 01:11:53 But it's just a surprise, Sophie. I don't get slap her again on the chorus. Surely this. No, that's the chorus. You just want Shannon to slam it. me again. It was pretty funny to watch. Okay first of all Shannon good hit. Yeah good good slaps. Good slaps. Now afterwards you immediately cower and sort of go oh so in a real fight I think you'd have just
Starting point is 01:12:19 stand there. Yeah. Now the first slate without music compared to the slap with music was there less pain. Yeah. Because you're distra you're basically distracted right? You're distracted and immediately put more into a joyful place. The first one in silence you're just like, ow. It echoes. And it stings and all you've got to focus. And all you've got to focus on? Is the burning and the hot? Did we just do science? We just did science.
Starting point is 01:12:43 This is like we could have done this at high school and then put it on a display board and showed it at a science fair. Pain. Silent pain versus musical pain. Now Shannon, you choose a song and I'll hit you back. Okay. She was too keen.
Starting point is 01:13:00 She was, she was. The ZM Podcast Network. ZM's Fletch, Fawn and Haley. What is in your? your algorithm all the time. And maybe because you just clicked one thing. Or, I don't know, you got into the football, the FIFA World Cup, and now there's this hot footballers in your algorithm and you're like, stop it.
Starting point is 01:13:20 Stop. I'm sick of it. Stop. I'm sick of it. Producer Carwin, who is getting married. It was engaged. It's all up in your feet at the moment. It's everywhere.
Starting point is 01:13:31 And I get it right. Like, they've got some serious SEO going on, the targeted searches and stuff. But I've only clicked on one thing. And it was actually design a wardrobe advertising and a wedding dress to me. And I was like, huh, click to see what it looks like. You only have to linger a few seconds and they got gay. Yeah, and they're like, she liked it, she liked it, she liked it, quickly.
Starting point is 01:13:50 And you're like, oh my God. And now I know about every wedding venue on the planet. Yeah, yeah, yeah, for sure. And it doesn't need to be like targeted advertising. It could just be like a theme. Mine's vintage shopping. Mine's antiquing. Yeah, that's it. That's it.
Starting point is 01:14:03 On both pages. Stretching your lower back. Yeah. And the dishwasher, yeah, everything, how to stretch the lower back. And the dishwashing sheets. What do you mean dishwashing sheets? Stop, stop, stop talking, I'm too horny. And the thing is, when I lean over to put the sheet in the dishwasher,
Starting point is 01:14:21 I go, oh, because I've got a sore lower back. You've got a sore lower back. Georgia, what's in your algorithm at the moment? Well, funny we say this, because it's literally just come up now. It's called like drama wave or like drama TV on Facebook, and it's literally like a-eyed horny as, like short film. this one's about like biker gang takes a queen and he like
Starting point is 01:14:40 takes and it's like it's 923 of the AM he gets her on a bike and then that is crazy he don't know we're on the bike I don't even want to know it's full no I literally stayed up to like 11 p.m. the other night watching it and then I was like hang on this is not real and also and it's all AI
Starting point is 01:14:58 it's all AI but they're all hot but they're not real but it's so good like you could be there for hours and then it will get to a certain point where it's now sign up for more. I'm like, we're not going that far. So you stayed up until 11 o'clock and you're like, I don't know why it's all over my social media.
Starting point is 01:15:13 I was only up to 11 o'clock last night watching. Hain was asleep next to me? Chain smoking episodes of AI generated softcore. It was so bizarre. Wouldn't watch normal. Just the AI version. She's very prudish. Yeah, very prudish.
Starting point is 01:15:28 Once a week. Well, this is what we want to know. 0800 dollars at him. Flick is a text because we find this so funny. 966. What is dominating your algorithm at the moment? I have a very innocent Instagram at the moment. Abby, what is it all up in your feed at the moment?
Starting point is 01:15:47 So it's actually my grandma's feed. She came to family dinner a couple of weeks ago and she was so stressed out about it. She has these dancing AI policemen and they are everywhere. She showed me like her YouTube shorts, her Facebook, her Instagram, there everywhere and she got really stressing him that she got hats she called the dancing policemen had
Starting point is 01:16:13 had hatched her phone and she didn't realize it was AI she's like Abby what are all the policemen doing dancing oh my God Abby oh no so what she just saw one video once and lingered and watched it and now that's... I think she was so so intrigued as to why the policemen were dancing she stayed and must have watched it a couple of times
Starting point is 01:16:29 I would be intrigued too yeah and then they were like yep she loves it all she wants to see is dancing police men, this is what the 65-year-old woman needs to see on a daily basis. You need to start... You have worse things to say as a 65-year-old woman than sexy dancing policeman. I think they need to send her things. Oh, they're not sexy policeman.
Starting point is 01:16:48 And they'll do the same dance, don't they? Yeah, yeah. It's all the one dance that AI's got. Yeah. You say, I think you should start sending her staff to reset her algorithm. More nana at grandmas. She's a-dancing fireman. Yeah, I mean, hotter.
Starting point is 01:17:04 Get your entire emergency services ticked off. Get some paramedic. Yeah, get some. Absolutely, let's get it. Yeah, as well. Good luck, Grandma. Love that. Thank you, Abby Arani.
Starting point is 01:17:12 Good morning. Hi, me. What's in your algorithm at the moment? 3D printing. What are you looking to print? Oh, just everything. I just started up a small little business, 3D printing. So you've Googled a few things in the social media is like,
Starting point is 01:17:30 you were going to love this 3D printed minion thing. Yeah. Yeah, something like that. Right. Does it like link you to like the designs that download so you can 3D print them too or is it just? Yeah, not everything. So it's interesting things that I've printed today or best place to download 3D printing stuff or where to find all the... It is weird.
Starting point is 01:17:57 It's like the algorithm is exhibit on Put My Ride in the early 2000s. It's just you mentioned one thing once and he's like, Yeah. This kid likes horses. They like that. She likes that. Ronnie, thank you. Jordan, what's in your feed at the moment?
Starting point is 01:18:10 Your algorithm. Hi, morning. I have a six-week-old baby. So my Instagram, Facebook, TikTok is all how to burp and fart babies. Yeah. It sounds like you need some dancing policemen. Yes. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:18:25 Well, the firemen sounded pretty good. Yeah. Some hot firemen. I mean, if you search hot firemen, I would just know from Haley's experience. It really sort of sets things up. Take some hard work but you can sway that algorithm. I like to go fire people.
Starting point is 01:18:41 Yeah. Oh my lord, they're in the rain. Oh, they are too, aren't they? God, they're getting all wet. They're shooting for the calendar. Here they are. Jordan, thank you. Some messages.
Starting point is 01:18:51 Oh, holy moly. That guy always gets me, eh? The tattoo on the gutters? The tattoo. Fireman. Leave me to paradise. Someone said, mine's just a million different versions of that song that goes, He want to lick my bumba clat my rat ta-ta-ta-ta-ta-ta-ta-ta-ta.
Starting point is 01:19:06 Don't be going crazy for that. Poo-na-na-na-na-na. Brilliant. Can we say pooh-na-na-na-na-na? You can say anything if you blast out the syllables and just repeat the offensive part. Yeah, right, right. Somebody said, yep, I'm on the newborn baby wagon as well.
Starting point is 01:19:23 All the different pumps are extracting the baby milk. Somebody else said, talking cockatoos, hilarious, but stupid. Hilarious but stupid. Somebody else said Big Booty Girls in tight yoga pants Hot. Someone else said fake goth girls dressed in Starbucks
Starting point is 01:19:38 aprons, spinning in coffee. Yes. Wait, on Starbucks time or in their own time? No, I don't think they actually even work at Starbucks. They just get a green apron. Yeah, and then put the logo on it. Oh, no. Well, that's not good for Starbucks, is it?
Starting point is 01:19:52 I've wondered when Starbucks will be like, excuse me, could you stop that? But in a way, it's kind of like advertising, so is it? Yeah, but that's misleading. because then you go to Starbucks expecting a baddie to spit in your coffee and they won't. I mean, they will if you're ass nice. Yeah, they're like, do you want a shot a caramel? You're like, is that the code word?
Starting point is 01:20:08 Yeah. I want a shot of something. I'll have a shot of big golf. My feet is full of men's underwear ever since you guys talked about a hockye modeling the underwear a few weeks ago. Oh, yeah, the one that had the hammock that kept the balls from the... Separated the bits and pieces. Oh, yes, yes. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 01:20:26 Are you sure that it sounds like they're blaming us for something else. Thank you, I think, is the word you're looking for? You've got to keep searching for it to come up, so is that alpha? Eventually, if you look at anything else, it will reset. This might be out fault. Francis said it's just all peptides. Lots of peptide advertising. Yeah, there's plenty of pepins.
Starting point is 01:20:44 And videos of their husbands annoying their wives. Right. Do you think you get on the peptides, you'd be able to get yourself a new husband, maybe? Sort of sort of sort of algorithm. And then it'll start annoying you, and then you can get another one because you're on the peptides. Weird AI aliens that tell jokes is my current algorithm.
Starting point is 01:20:59 Oh, God. Don't tell Georgia she'll be into that. Oh, yeah, that sounds like a bit of you. No, guys, I'm not into like fairies and aliens and stuff, all right? Well, it's a slippery slope from your sexy bike gang. Well, they look real. Someone with tentacles for arms. I don't want the tentacles doing anything with those arms.
Starting point is 01:21:17 You're getting a tentacle arms. You say that now. You know? It's a gateway. It's a gateway drive. It's a gateway. These are all human-looking. It's like both a legway to a breast lift.
Starting point is 01:21:26 For now. This is the gateway. Nah, I don't need a breast lift. The ZN Podcast Network Is this a show real? Play ZN's Flash, Foran and Haley. Now, are you in the dregs of a relationship and you're just,
Starting point is 01:21:38 you're really, in the trenches is probably what I meant more than the dregs? But you're just slogging through it and maybe your sparks disappeared a bit. You know, winter's tough and you're... Everyone's not feeling very good at the moment. While a relationship therapist is shared online, what she does to reignite Spark.
Starting point is 01:21:55 And this is free for anyone. Okay. That is maybe feeling that at the moment. First thing. that the couple's therapist says to do. One, do a first date, like an actual first date vibe once a month. So somewhere you've never been before, dress that you're trying to impress each other again. You know, like you're on a first date, not like, oh, I just want to go comfy.
Starting point is 01:22:14 Yeah. We're nice undies. Do something like that. Try to impress each other. Your brain loves novelty and long-term love gets very stale. So this you'll be like, oh, new restaurant, new activity, new undies. You can pretend to be different people too. Oh, hello, is you see to Taekong?
Starting point is 01:22:31 I'm a spy, but I have the night off. The thing about picking up an accent for the role, you're able to keep out the accent, because the minute you're going to drop it, it drops the magic, you know? I know, a couple of drinks, it's getting worse and problematic. And go for a simple accent, you know. Howie!
Starting point is 01:22:47 Okay, the second bit is bring back anticipation. Don't tell them every detail of every plan or every detail of your day. Lear, like, we're going to do something, but it's kind of this. Yeah, I like that. And then even if you, which is funny because I think Maddie was talking about this recently,
Starting point is 01:23:03 which is like, you know, when you just tell your partner throughout the day everything that you're doing, you get home, you've got nothing to talk about. You can have a little bit of anticipation. Send them a text being like, I've got something for you later. And then be like, don't know what it is. Nice. And it could be a lovely bunch of flowers.
Starting point is 01:23:18 It could be a little treat. It could be some sex. It could be anything like that. But just a little bit of anticipation. Third point of four. I wish you did five. Third point is reintroduce yourselves. Ask questions like you've genuinely never met.
Starting point is 01:23:33 That's nice. Like tell me something about you. Tell me about a childhood memory. Don't assume that you've known anything. This is a good question. What's something that you've changed your mind about recently? Something that you used to believe maybe that's changed. And then the fourth one is flirt in, what is it?
Starting point is 01:23:50 With strangers. Yeah, open it up. No, they don't always love that. No, they don't love it. No, they don't. gaze talking there. No, flirt. Oh my God, the slideshow, TikTok, I hate you.
Starting point is 01:24:00 Flirt in inconvenient places. Send risky messages across the dinner table. Send them a little compliment when you're brushing your teeth or something like that. Grab their hand in the grocery store. Romance gets hotter when it comes into like a public area. Nice. There you go, so if you're feeling stale or what was your advice? Open it up.
Starting point is 01:24:20 Open it up. Yeah, yeah. And never trust anyone ever. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, yeah. Is that the podcast done? Because I'm busting for a poos. Basting for a poos.
Starting point is 01:24:31 Jesus. Give us a review. Play ZM's Fletchhorn and Haley.
