a sewing machine and i'm gonna become a sewer and i'm gonna make my own clothes i feel like this is what everyone says this is what this is primarily the banana industry i know yes so i actually have a sewing machine because i went through this phase when i was 18 maybe and i think for my 18th birthday my mum bought me a sewing machine oh But because my mum renovates and can actually sew and makes cushions and curtains and all sorts, she's just kept it since I moved out. Oh, right.

So she sort of bought me a sewing machine but uses it. Right. So I was like, well, I won't take it away from her now because she's still a mean green sewing machine. So I'm going to buy a sewing machine, maybe a secondhand one second hand one how much is this sewing what does a sewing machine go for these days i don't know mine was a breville yeah banana mom's got a banana like it's been around since i was a kid oh yeah they go strong oh my mom's sewing machines still very much the exact same sewing machine.

And she's got, I believe she's got an overlocker as well, but that's separate. Oh, that's nice. Yeah, overlockers are nice. That's nice. Cut the fabric as it puts a hem on it. And much easier to do a hem to. And you can need proper sewing scissors too, mum's sewing scissors. I know, you can't just use your kitchen ones. Oh, so it's bloody spotlight, here we come. Yeah. Because I've got a project I want to do because I bought these two quilts for our last house and they're really awesome quilts and they don't go with our new house and it's color themes so i wanted to take the quilt and make it into a nice little jacket like a little coat and i was watching this youtuber yesterday turn a quilt into a coat and it looked so cute so i was like i'm gonna do this but i'm now now i'm i think i'm gonna become a sewer but this is what i do i go all in and then i spend thousands and then i'm like and you use And you use it once. So you can, there's the warehouse and Spotlight have like $300

ish sewing machines that look pretty good? I want something slightly better. With a screen? Like I am not. I cannot believe that there are sewing machines worth thousands and thousands of dollars. Yeah, but if you were a bloody tailor or something you don't want a bloody $100 warehouse
