From the Zedium Podcast Network, it's Fletchhorn and Haley's Little Bit of Pod.
Welcome to A Little Bit of Pod.
I'm actually quite upset with my mother.
At time of recording, I'm very, I'll get over this because I'm mummy's little boy.
What's Christine done?
Well, I rung her and she didn't answer for a start.
Oh my God, dead somewhere in the bush.
My mum does this all the time.
She'll go out in the garden and leave it on the bench.
Yeah.
Or she'll be in the bedroom.
I don't hear it.
It was on the bench.
So when you're like, oh, so you walk away from your phone at times?
You have pockets?
Yeah, I've got pockets.
It's so heavy.
My mum's always like, they're very heavy the phones.
They are, though, when you think about it.
Because I wear jeans all the time, but if I ever wear track pants and chuck them in a track pan,
it does drag the track pant down a little bit.
Yeah, it does.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
And my mum's in a pair of 1980s, edit a rip-off three-stripe striped pants.
Teraways.
Yeah, the teraways of stirrups.
Just get right down.
But, no, it wasn't that.
She literally text me the minute it stopped ringing, being like,
Is it urgent? Can I call you back later?
Is it urgent?
Sounds to me, you're a little boy, your little man.
Wow.
What's to talk to his mummy?
I'd be sick of you, wharring on.
Oh, she said, she's listening to what.
I had rung her the other night and I said, do you have 20 minutes for event?
And she said, I've always got time for a event.
Well, famously she doesn't.
Well, no, she said, can I call you back?
Is it urgent?
Is it urgent?
I said, no, it's not urgent.
What are you up to?
Guess what?
Thumbs up.
Oh, fuck.
Welcome to fucking my world man.
Parents love a thumbs up, eh?
It's so frustrating.
At time of recording, I'm in a little bit of a huff with my mother.
Are you?
How long are you going to hold on to it for?
Mother, I'm in a huff.
Did she not call back yesterday?
Um, she eventually said, she called me back saying, do you want to talk now?
And I said, no, I'm busy.
Wow.
So she's probably in a huff with me.
We're in a little bit of a mutual.
Oh, my God.
Get over it.
No, no, we're not in a huff off off.
She said, I know I'm, I too.
I said, is this urgent I too and busy?
Oh, you pathetic?
I called her. She's like, what was that about?
I said, well, I was in a little bit of a half with you because you asked me if it was urgent.
I don't call on this.
She probably had to coacher.
She probably, her busy is probably coating a snit chill or something.
Or getting the washing in.
You don't want to leave the flower onto, it'll coagulate.
No, I think she was just having a natter.
I think somebody had called in.
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
I have the opposite.
My brother, on Father's Day, you know, rang my dad, and my mum,
in that when they're in Italy.
Had a quick chat, happy father's day.
You know, not much to talk about.
And they were busy getting out.
And I was like, oh yeah, I'll call them at the end of the day.
Yeah.
And I called them.
And then I hung up and I looked.
We'd been on the phone for two hours.
Wow.
Two hours.
During the FaceTime, we'd pause for pee breaks.
I've got some food delivered.
I do love when you're on FaceTime with your parents and you've got to take a,
got to take a piss.
But you don't really want to say, my mom, I'm just going to take a piss.
Because she's like, oh, we'll just hang up.
Oh, no.
So you just, I'll be like, keep talking.
I'm just going to mute it for a second.
Yes, that's what I left the computer.
I can hear you.
I can still hear you.
I'll pee in front of my mum, so that's, that was fine.
But dad was there.
Well, I just don't know.
What do I do?
Do I hold it?
Oh, yeah, you're standing.
You could sit and that.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Oh, I've had my mum FaceTime me when I've been like taking a dump.
Oh, boy.
What are you doing?
I was like, I'm taking a shit.
Yeah.
Well, cool you back later.
I was like, oh, well, why?
Why bother?
I don't need to watch you.
I'll give you a countdown for the drop.
I said, I'll mute.
I'm here and there's going to be a splash camera and you're talking.
So anyway, I mean, I'm not as much of a huff as I was and agreed as I was when she said,
is this urgent?
Well, is there anything you just want to have a vent about now?
These are a little bits of pods, mate.
I think we've heard them.
You've heard them.
You've heard them.
Everybody else is something good.
I'm many.
A minute.
