Guys, yesterday at the gym, for the last week, I've been trying a new AB app. Exerciseisers, exercises, ab exercises. Yeah. Because I used to use this one. It was like 30-day challenge. Yeah, I remember them.

Starting point is 00:00:30 of the exercise I don't like. It's not very broad. It's a bit shit. So I, AI, I googled what's the best one? And it's spat out this one. And I'm like, I've been liking it.
Starting point is 00:00:39 Because it does little workouts are like eight to ten minutes and it'll just start. It'll count you down. It'll say go. And it's got a video of the guy doing it and you just put your phone down and just do it for anywhere

Starting point is 00:01:34 Yesterday, I'm halfway through this 60 second exercise. I'm like, fuck I'm sore. So I press pause. Now, I've paused the app. Listen to this fucking sass that's about to come from this app. Wait, so we're just taking a little breather.

So they pop a little more. you fat bug get back to it oh my god the sass on her but it's i mean it's a good app it's a good app but yeah you've just got it just if you do download it um be prepared for um a bit slow and volnays a bit of a
Starting point is 00:02:45 bit of sass yeah yeah okay shut so what's it gonna say when you um like quit it halfway now because you've got to go back to work you're not actually doing the ab workout is it like look who's back it's old fat guts yeah yeah what's like when the gym calls you if you haven't swiped in or like they'll email you and still yeah you're still a lot of you're still a lot of Are you alive?
