Coming in here, shooting on the side of our roads. We need them. Driving slow on the wrong side of the road. Wow, you say that. Clogging up Hobbiton. You say that, but the stats have come in from the last year, now that the borders have been open, the tourist feedback is back.

The international visitor survey. What, the feedback on our country? So when they leave in New Zealand, is there a little row of faces? How did New Zealand make you feel? Happy? How clean were these bathrooms? Smiley face.

Yeah. Yeah. I don't know if because now people have to sign up online to do the visitor registration form. I don't know if then they get a form that they fill out or it's when they leave. Jesus, don't ask them. I'm not too sure. But so they've asked visitors for some feedback and thousands of recent travelers have given their feedback so a survey uh these were collected from july uh since july 22 last year okay um tourists were asked about

the nature and length of their stay as well as rating poor experiences now the biggest gripes i feel attacked and i haven't heard anything i know i feel attacked as well so you're getting ready to tell these tourists to fuck off back to where they came from. I kind of agree with this one, though. The biggest gripe from overseas guests, dangerous driving. Yeah. We suck. Litter and waste on the streets. No, in New Zealand.

Yeah. Yes, but not like other countries. It's not Los Angeles. It's not shit on the footpaths in LA. America's just the same. Yeah. There's so much rubbish. It's just every...

I came home and I was sorting and recycling and I was like, why are we bothering? Because America doesn't give a fuck. Yeah, what we do is going to mean nothing to this environment.

But then I know everybody plays their part. Yeah. Also, the third biggest gripe from people, not being able to find a parking space.

Yeah, it's shit for parking, but what are you doing hanging out in Auckland? You can go to a small town and you just park on the side of the road. Yeah. Just drive up onto the curb. It's just a footpath.

Park on someone's berm. Park on someone's driveway. Oh yeah, rock up someone's berm. So even with those, all of those complaints, 62% of survey questions were returned saying they never had an issue with any of those. That's pretty good. 62's not great. So what, like a whinging majority?

tourists bring to New Zealand to spend. And how quickly businesses, like the tourist providers, cannot run. But it's even just how much money people spend on holiday. Like we burnt through some money. We went to LA. It was so expensive. Granted, we were at Disneyland and Universal, like expensive were disneyland and universal expensive places everything costs a fortune but you'd see like a mom and she'd have a pram with like this is the exact example of someone i saw two so two infants

like a year old mom dad might have been there somewhere but i couldn't see him no sign of any other kids she wasn't and she just had bags and bags and bags and bags And bags and bags of Disney shit And I was like how much have you spent Getting in a cost of fortune You don't buy Disney stuff in Disneyland You buy it at the Walmart Or the CVS where you walk past on the way to Disneyland
