Fleshborn and Hayley's Little Bit of Pod Great things are brewing at McCafe, the perfect start to every day Welcome to A Little Bit of Pod Now producer Shannon, you had a mall day yesterday Yeah, so about a week and a half ago I finished my 75 soft challenge Yes Which I'm really proud of What is that again?

Working out every day Yes, 75 hard is two workouts a day, no alcohol, stick to a diet, one workout is outside. And that's absurd. Yeah. So you did 75 soft. Yeah. So one workout a day, only drinking on social occasions. It's just, yeah, a bit easier.

And I finished it. I socialize with myself almost every day. You do, yeah. You do. You finish it bravo. Yeah. And then, so I reached the end in my Fitbit like I've got a streak going I had 75 day streak and then the next day I was like I can't lose my streak now oh yeah yeah yeah

so then I've kept it going I like I've loved the habit I've created uh but some days are easier than others I know yeah yesterday finished a bit later from, and I had a bit I had to do later, and I was like, I don't have time for a workout. I need to go to the mall, get my medications, do a few things. So I just got to the mall and hit start workout. You're a cheater, cheater, pumpkin eater. No. I've done this.

He does this. Because I walked. I walked around the mall for an hour. That's walking. That's acceptable. Yeah, it did say my pace was abysmal. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I just kept stopping. yeah yeah i kept stopping yeah i

kept stopping my zone minutes were zero so like it yeah it was an ineffective workout you never even worked into one of the zones no but it ticked off my streak so i'm i've got maybe like an 85 day streak now this is the thing it's not a real streak who are you lying to just yourself yeah does this like if you're on a flight or something he'll drop all of his goals down to, like, two and then be like, I closed my rings. And you're like, you did nothing. But every other day, I more than double my rings or I do more. It all evens out.

They have a mind mentality, too. Just leave a break in the rings. No, but I'm even wearing my watch today. I've got no time for a streak. I felt so proud and like my friend said to me she's like you're a slave to your watch and i was like yeah proudly like i i did a challenge and now yeah i'm really happy because there is that a lot of people are like they've stopped wearing the fitness watches because yeah they they think it's bad but i

think it's good because it like keeps you um you know accountable yeah yeah totally but it was funny walking around the mall and it kept vibrating being like up your pace like you haven't done any zone minutes yet and yeah i kept stopping um no i just saw a lovely frock and i want to try it on i want to look at it i was trying to find an outfit for fvh live very unsuccessful oh my god what am i wearing did you find me an outfit well we could match if you want. Everything I like is really expensive. Everything I like only looks good

on skinny people. Oh my god, I hate that. And you look at it and you're like, oh my god, that's so cute. And you're like, those are not your legs, Hayley. She wishes she had my legs. Yeah, I don't know what I'm going to wear. What are you going to wear, Vaughan? I know you've been thinking about it a lot. Yep.

Your dirty jeans. I was thinking a high-vis top and some road worker gear. I've got a nice pair of work boots I haven't worn yet, so they'll be nice and clean. Those boots are intense, though. You're going to get hot under all those lights with those big, massive boots on. I know.

What about little shorts? Little shorts.
