Welcome to a Little Bit of Pod. Reddit popped up a little situation recently. Coincidental-help is the Reddit user who said they're looking for a radio station.

Okay. Hello. Hello. Hi. Hello. This is the subreddit New Zealand, which is a very popular Reddit. What did I say? There are 730,000 people.

Yeah. Belong to that subreddit or have, you know, read regularly. I was on there the other day. Someone was having a go at the serving sizes on blocks of chocolate. Yeah, yeah, yeah. They were saying two squares of chocolate is a serving size and whoever- No, it's a row. Totally, it's four.

Yeah, it's a row. It's four. Yeah, a whole block is a serving size. Yeah, half. Like, yeah, it's ridiculous. So it said looking for a radio station. Hey, boys. So no females need reply. half like yeah it's not it's ridiculous so it said looking for a radio station hey boys so no yeah no females need reply a couple years ago i was with a guy where he listened to a radio

station that made people beep a tune and then stick their phone out the window for a response kind of difficult to describe this in words but it's a classic chant that goes honk honk honk honk honk honk honk honk honk honk honk and then they'd wait for a honk the last hon, honk, honk, honk, honk, honk, honk, honk, honk, honk, honk. And then they'd wait for a honk, the last honk, honk, as a reply. It would have been about an hour. Honk's lost all meaning. Where can I find the show from Europe? Oh, so they were just living here.

Oh, my God. They were with a guy. So I don't know if it was a Kiwi over there or they were here. It's a long weekend group too. Of course it's a long weekend group too. Yeah. I do miss it. I do.

Because we're in that kind of time of year where there's a few public holidays. It wasn't a choice to get rid of it. It was just, it was more that it just wasn't working anymore with the phones. Yeah, the phone technology is so. We didn't want it to go because we were sick of it. Yeah, I love doing it every time. The phone technology is so good. It just cuts off background noise now. So that's why it's obviously better for our phone conversations

yeah but it made it very very hard yeah because people would say i heard it and we'd be like we didn't and then the people listening couldn't hear it and yeah you know i think we'd be like i heard it would be like you're fucking full of shit really because they just gave it a good go they wanted to be on the board. But yeah, every time there was a fine update, it got harder and harder. Did Reddit users point them in the right direction? Yeah, they certainly did. Yeah, they certainly did.

Yeah, well, these things, we just remember them fondly. Yeah. And that's the best we can hope for. And then we give up. Exactly. And that's the most important part, giving up.

Knowing when to give up all of the day and be like, that doesn't work anymore. Yeah, no more.
