Now, on the bus, I did that thing that I see people doing online all the time to you guys. I took a photo of someone's conversation on the bus. This was, A, a wild invasion of their privacy, but who cares? Very much worse.

I know, but I needed know about i needed to because oh my god it was wild so share with the people so this was on a bus and this um guy got on the bus in front of me and i heard and this is why i know how old he is the bus driver was like oh do you get this over 65 discount he's like yes i'm 72 and i was like okay 72 i don't know why i remember that and he sat right in front of me, like quite tall. So he's kind of like quite big in the seat. And his phone, because it was only single seats, I could literally see his phone.

And because he was old, boomer text, big text, big text. And I was able to just like show, because I started reading these messages thinking, oh, he's just, I don't know, texting his daughter. Sometimes your eye just wanders onto people's screens. You start reading it. Oh, my God. You don't need to apologize.

If you're telling me people don't look at the screen next to them. Shut up. Everybody is looking. And what did you guys think of the conversation? Outrageous. It was obvious to me pretty quickly that this guy who we know is 72 years old was texting a girl who looked Asian, I will say, in the little photo by the name of Angel. And it was saucy. Like, they were talking about, like, her coming to meet him.

Yeah. And then, like, doing things like he was going to kiss her neck. Yeah, like, how would you feel if I met you and kissed you on the neck? Yep. And then, like, I didn't send – because, I mean, I could have kept sending them for, like – I was behind him for half an hour on these conversations. Who was behind you looking at your phone? No one. Because I was like, I can do this because no one's going to see.

It's always good when you see someone spying on someone, but they're not checking. They're not being spied on. Yes. And then she was asking him uh like he'd need a she'd need a visa to come to new zealand and then yeah it was white and what else did he say yeah oh how will you feel when you're walking towards me at the airport yeah embrace kiss my neck i know so we're thinking a full-blown scammer yeah but he then said i do not expect sexual favors so what are we doing what are we hanging out just hanging out we're having lunch we're coming all the way from

wherever i was just like neck and stopping it there i was like this old guy is gonna lose money like this is a scam this is not a real person it's someone sitting in a bot farm and i don't know yeah i know well i can't i would love to come Well, I would love to come, but I can't. I can't afford the flight. And now I just need a little bit of money. To get there. And then that's how they get you. And I'm just like, oh, this is probably someone's like,

I don't know, granddad or dad. Or there's a lovely love story to be had here. Look at you, always wanting the love story. It's two lost souls swimmingimming in a fishbowl And they have found each other And just, who are we to judge their love? You know, and maybe she doesn't have the money for the fight I just wanted to say, dude

Don't give your money to someone you haven't met Don't be doing it Don't be doing this 72 But I couldn't because I was reading over his shoulder So you can't be like, hey dude I think that person you're talking to is not real. Why are you reading my messages?

Yeah, exactly. Yeah. So what do you do? I don't know. Just good luck to him. What if someone listening, this kind of fits the bill of their dad or granddad? Oh, yeah, right. No, no, I'm thinking they might know someone.

Lots of people listening would have a 72. I mean, just with all old people in your life, I think you've just got 72-year-old. Lots of people listening would have a 72-year-old. I mean, just with all old people in your life, I think you've just got to remind them. Yeah. Especially if maybe mum's passed away or dad's passed away or grandma's gone and they've got a phone. And you've got to get in early because then you hear people who's, you know, they just kind of laugh and then the people get embarrassed

because they're talking to Jon Bon Jovi and he wants to marry them but he just needs you to send some money because his guitar's got broken and he needs to sing his song Little Little Prayer. People a few weeks ago thought Brad Pitt was asking them for money. I feel like Brad Pitt probably has enough of his own money that he would go alarm bells. It was just tied up and he needed it until he could get his money. Surely we're still going Ethiopian princes. Do you know what I mean? No, no, we're not.

We're going. Oh, gosh. But yeah, just watch out. God, because it was like initially started off quite funny. And then I was like, just so saddened by the whole thing. Yeah, that's the thing. It is sad. And if you laugh at them, they'll just kind of pull back more.
