You were born-level late Yeah, I rocked in 5.32 Yeah, dude, it rules You should try 5.42 No It's 10 minutes better. I don't like it. I think, and then I've been on the back foot all day.

I don't like that. Yeah, you're like me. You need to be here. Settle. You need to settle. You need to get in. But a quiet time. Get in the environment.

Get in the headspace. I don't like rushing in and then being straight on in. Whereas Vaughn just likes to rush in like a twister. Like a tornado. Yeah. Well, this morning, it's like, it's a bit of a sliding doors moment because had I have been on time, I would have, you know, avoided

this bus altogether. But where we come off the motorway and head down towards the studio. Is that got to do with the ranch loader? Well, it's like, you know, if I had have gotten up earlier, if I hadn't have done, you know, hit snooze so many times, I would have gone. Or maybe I would have been part of a crash earlier on.

We don't know. Because you don't know. If you had woken up on time, it could have been a logging truck. Yeah. Instead of this bus. Instead of the bus. Yeah. Well, the lanes, there's like four lanes.

God works in mysterious ways. Does he? I don't know. He's not really my guy. There's four lanes heading down to the work. And I'm in the far left lane. And then one of those big double-decker like airport buses pulls up next to me.

And you know when you're driving next to a bus and you're going the same speed, it is always a little bit like, God, how's he seeing me up there? And he's so big. He's so big. Wait, you know they're not

up there, right? No, but the whole bus, it feels... You just said, how's he seeing me up there? He's not on level one. Is the driver not driving from the top

no the driver he or she is on the he drove from the top the top and the back oh that that'd be weird I gotta see fuck you

I would love to see that it'd be like the wildest wacky races but it's just cameras he was doing that thing. It was such a big bus and the lanes were quite narrow where his wheel was almost on the line that we were supposed to share.

And I was feeling really like pushed. And I was like in my head and it was dark. I was like, is he coming into my lane? Then he does. He just starts mushing me. And then there's parked cars on my left. So he starts like coming in like this. You're going to be sandwiched.

I'm going to be sandwiched and pressed. Be killed instantly. He starts swerving in front of me. And then, so I start tooting maniacally to let him know that I'm down here while he's up here at the back of the bus. I was going to say, he's at the top of the back. He can't hear you at all. He can't hear me at all.

So I was tooting, tooting, tooting. And he didn't stop. So I had to jam on my brakes just before I was about to scrape the parked cars to avoid him. And then I think as he crossed over, he realized he wasn't even trying to get in my lane, and then he swerved right off to the right. I'm pretty honest. Fine, up the back of the bus. Probably it was not in service. The boss of the bus company would be like, I don't know about this up the back.

I can't see shit from back here back thing. I can't see shit. I can't see shit from back here. I think I've run over someone. Yeah, because they turn right. He turns right. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And I go straight down. And then so I tried to pull up and give him the,

what the fuck? I gave someone a what the fuck this morning, but Karen and I- Did you? No, that was it. I just tried, but he avoided me. Because you were driving 80 and they were going 100. No, no, no, no.

Someone literally did that exact same thing like they came in off another one and I was in the middle lane you'll be pleased to know not in the fast lane I was in the middle lane and they just drifted

through the first lane instead of coming into the second and I was like lights lights lights lights lights horn horn horn lights lights lights and then they were like whoa

and got back in their lane and I pull up alongside and I look at them and I'm like what the fuck was that what are you doing how do you start your day distracted

they were just like looking straight I love an that? What are you doing? How do you start your day distracted? They were just looking straight. I love an eyeball. What are you actually going to do? Say, what are you doing? Fuck you. Get down from your big bus. Come down here from the back. Upstairs and down here.

Anyway, guys, I survived. But it was a harrowing way to start the day. And maybe if you're on time, you'll miss the bus tomorrow. Yeah, maybe I will. Because he obviously works on that schedule. I saw that bus once when I was early. Okay. Yeah, you're early as my running very late.

You know they're like every 15 minutes, those buses, eh? Not that one, isn't it? Half an hour, 15, yeah. It's the big white one, yeah. Maybe I saw the one that was half an hour after that then. Anyway, I'll be on time tomorrow And I have a better attitude If you do listen to the podcast
