Yeah dude, how good is an induction cooktop? I had no idea. Game changer. Hayley turned it back for 30 seconds and everything was burnt. This was me, I was like, pan on, we'll get that heated before I put candy me walnuts. And I turned around and it's like,

you know that smoke of an empty pan. I was like, shit, so I put the walnuts and it immediately burnt. So to candy these walnuts, like this is how posh Haley is with her salads. No, fuck you. No, fuck you. You have, you've gotta have

candied walnuts in the salad. I've never made candy, like you basically, you candy them, like you put sugar or your honey. You put either sugar or I usually do maple syrup, but you didn't have any of that because you don't keep food in your house. It's like your fridge is water, kimchi, and then just whatever vegetables you're going to eat

the next 24 hours. I buy stuff when I need it, I live in the city. But you didn't have any of this, so I go looking around your kitchen for something to candy me walnuts. She used my expensive manuka honey that I use for lemon honeys and medicinal purposes. One of those ones that was like probably 12 bucks

but in a tiny little pot. No, one of those ones that was probably like 40 or 50. 50 times. You're overpaying for honey. No, you've got to get the high UMF. The UMF. Yeah. Unique Manuka Factor.

Yeah. And then I show Hayley, I've got a Pam's Big Honey. Clover. Which is for cooking, for adding to cooking. Yeah, yeah, yeah. No, I used it and I used it to the bottom of the jar and then I made my salad dressing in the jar using up the leftover honey in there. I f- and it f- how good was the salad? I think you could taste-

It would have been the same with the cheap honey. I know, I think you could taste the candied walnuts had good honey in it. Now listen, I didn't see the cheap shit. I only saw that and I just went, okay honey that's the sweetest of choice. It's this Haley's upbringing, a private school upbringing, she reaches for the top shelf.
