From the Zedium Podcast Network, it's Fletchhorn and Haley's Little Bit of Pod.
Welcome to a little bit of pod.
Listen, so we...
It's been a big few days, huh?
Haley Jane Sprell.
We had a really big weekend, and we stayed down a little bit longer, and it was like Thursday, Friday, Saturday,
big nights, Friday live shows.
I mean, I went out, I got home at 2.30 in the morning.
Yeah, you're mad.
You're silly.
And when I got home, I did that thing where, you know, you look in the mirror and you're like, oh, and I was like, do not go to bed without taking your makeup off.
Because when you wake up with a hangover and you've got to check out and you've got smeared makeup everywhere, it's just the pit.
So I was like, right, wash the face.
Woke up in the morning with, I think we had like 15 minutes until, you know, last call checkout.
And I was like, oh my God, there's shit everywhere.
I was putting all my stuff together
And I
In the back of my mind
I was like where's the necklace and earrings
I wore for the live show
And thus wore out afterwards
I was like
I'll be somewhere
I've put them somewhere
Move hotels
Because we had to switch hotels
Because we were staying an extra night
Blah blah blah
Anyway
It's all a bit of a go
I go out again on Saturday night
I said just by the bye
And I get home yesterday
Like whatever day it was
I get home
And I know that
I've got my suitcase and I always delay unpacking it and I unpack it and all the while I'm going,
God, I hope that necklace and earrings turn up.
Right.
Completely unpack the suitcase.
No sign.
I'm like looking through every little orifice, every little thing, toilet bag, makeup bag, I'm like weird.
You were checking all the orifices.
I don't want to tell you that these were expensive.
Very expensive.
Oh, God.
Like, when I went to check the website to see if I'd, you know, if I did an insurance
claim if I'd still be able to buy it again.
I was like, Haley!
Like I myself was aghast.
I must have lost my mind.
But I bought this necklace for myself at the end of my touring
because I was like, you know what, I did a really good tour.
I'm going to give myself a little treat.
Yep.
Really?
With the earrings, the prize.
Oh my God.
Haley!
Gone.
Gone.
Surely ring the hotel.
Ring the hotel.
Did you check your minge?
Because you were checking all the orifices, but we didn't get to minge.
Dig through the minge.
Not in the minge.
Not in the minge.
Not up the bum.
No orifice.
Wow, that's all of them then.
Tick, tick, tick, tick, tick.
This jewelry.
Ring the hotel.
Ring the first hotel.
And I go, I know I've left them there.
You know, this is the case.
I know I've left them there.
And they say nothing from the cleaners.
And I was like, they would say that.
And I sent them a follow-up email being like,
can you please check?
I know that they're there.
Ask them.
No, nothing.
And then I think, you know, did booze Haley at 2 a.m.?
Do I just want to start getting ready in the Uber?
ring the, you know, do that process,
say the Uber, the Uber driver finally gets back to me
through the Uber app, no, not in there.
Ring the second hotel just in case.
Ring friends that we saw on Saturday.
You know, when did you last see me in the earrings?
Oh, God.
Terrible.
Pre-pre-pre-pre-pre-re-inurance claim.
I'm like, here we go.
And I'm like, oh, God, what do I say?
You know, drank too much, took them off,
don't know where I put them.
Is that covered by insurance?
I don't know.
Seems like they wouldn't.
Yeah.
I don't know.
Anyway, and then I was like, you know, my brain just goes like this.
I'm so sick of my brain like this.
I was getting so frustrated.
And it reminded me that I was like, oh, you know, speaking of my brain, I haven't taken my happy pills today, my little vitamin case.
And I get down the bottom.
Oh, Jesus.
Here's all my pills.
Here's all my pills.
Here's the necklace.
What's that show?
running at the bottom, earring number one.
Yay.
Because I was telling when you said that all this jewellery stuff,
I said, I told Amy about it.
And she's like, the worst part about that is it will never be the piece that you had.
I know.
Because I don't know, to me, if you lose something, can you get a replacement?
It's kind of like, I mean, there are stuff, there are things of sentimental value.
Because I was like, oh, it's just jewellery.
And she's like, would you say the same thing about your Land Rover?
And I was like, no.
No.
And this was special.
So, guys.
Oh, that's great news.
Addie, gosh, you've got some pills.
Yeah, I know.
but none of them are working, are they?
None of them are working.
What silly daft cow takes off her jewelry
and puts them in the bottom of a vitamin case.
Anyway, I didn't lose the jewelry.
Great news.
Stand by insurance.
