It's Anzac Day today in New Zealand, so no big pod today. No big pod, but as you were listening to this, I just remembered that I've got a surprise coming up this weekend. That's because we're taking the whole long weekend.

Yes. And we, so Aaron, I don't know why, what it is about Aaron, but for years he has always asked to go to Rambo's End. Anytime I'm like, we should do something fun, we should go on a date, he's always like, let's go to Rambo's End. I'm like, oh, I don't know. Which is our like very, very small and humble New Zealand style adventure park. Yes.

Theme park. Roller coaster. Just the one. A little, Liddy's giant drop. Yeah, a little giant drop. I love the gold rush.

Gold rush is classic. I went recently, yeah. With the Fano. Oh, for the girls, yeah, yeah,

I didn't do the big spinny ones, because that makes me sick. you see, I like those. Do you remember when we, um, don't do the little go-karts.

Are they rubbish? They're not fast enough. No, they're not fast enough. Either the single fast enough. No, they're not fast enough. Either the single or the duos, they're not fast enough. You'd better spend going on the gold rush again. Do you remember when we did the show, we broadcasted the radio show live at Dreamworld. Did you?

No, at Dreamworld, Vaughn and I went on the spinny, it's like the one that's at Rainbow's End, the claw. It spins you and swings you. And they just kept going. And it ruined me. And Vaughn was so sick when I got off I was just like that

it was like a lot of and then the wipe out we did the wipe out like seven times no you just need to do them for a couple of minutes and then you're like

I'm good now once is plenty yeah yeah yeah well our friends because we're like me and Aaron and our friends Tim and Ty we always hang out as a little four.

We're a beautiful little tight group. It's interesting we've never met then. Interesting, I've never met them, never been asked to. I'd say, would we be tighter? How many fucking times have I invited you for social occasions? No, I don't recall a single time. Okay, well, you can come. You can come.

Okay, anyway, so the three of us had an idea that we'll just surprise him one day and I've got to get him out to South Auckland somehow and then we're going to turn up

and they're going to be there and that is happening this weekend. He's finally going to get to go. He's finally going to get to go. Now there's a few things at play here. One, Aaron's very busy. A lot of things to do all the time it's very hard to get him to take a day off so somehow i have to get him to step away from the renovations and figure out how to say hey we need to just pop down south and then take that exit and then you know like try to figure that out and then we're the friends are gonna meet us. How are you going to do this? Yeah, I know.

What about... I thought about saying we need to go look at some shower glass because the shower glass we're interested in is out kind of that direction. Okay. There's a Krispy Kreme nearby. You could say you're going to Krispy Kreme. Cheesecake will get him.

Oh, yeah, yeah. If I see there was a cheesecake shop. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And then you just whip into the Rainbows Inn car park and boom. Yeah. I tell him you desperately need to show him the new 24-hour Kmart. Yes, yes. Now, you've misunderstood the man there.

I've misunderstood the brief. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So, because how tall is your fiancé, Aaron? Now, this is the second issue here. He's so excited. People think that. he's 6 foot 6 and I'm a little worried about how he's going to fit

in some of the rides and that'll really be sad for him so because I'm just looking there are I'm on the Raymo's in page website and

I mean, it would do feel like the, what are the water bumper, you know, the ones in the water? The bumper boats. That was really nice when we were there.

You've got to fold in half, though. Previous time we went, they had a strong chlorine sniff on the water, but the water was very clear and not heavily, heavily chlorinated this time around. Okay. I love theme parks. His face is going to be so joyful. He is just going to be so happy, and I really feel like this is just the best. So I will update you about how the surprise goes and whether or not he fits in any of these rides.

He might need a whole log for himself on the log flume. No, the good thing about the log, he could have one half of it. Yeah, because you can go 2-2. No. What? Three people max on the log flume now. Oh, so 2-1. Oh, but what about a family of four?

2-2. Well, we're going to be a family of four. Because that's why I went on it all by myself. Oh, no, we can do 1-1 though, can't you? You can go 1-1. Yeah, okay. But you can't both sit in the front. You have to go one in the front and one in the back.

Yeah, do you know what? That was when we were in Bali, and we went to Bali Bomb, which is a massive water park there. God, how did this come into the conversation? God, you've hardly mentioned Bali this month. This was Aaron's only qualm was that when you go on the double donuts down the slice, he always had to go at the back because he's heavier.

And the person at the front gets the way better sort of experience so we get flown around a bit more in unblocked view but you know, the idea of Aaron trying to find someone heavier and bigger than him to go on a little double donut in Bali a little impossible.

He would be the size of five Balinese people on each other's shoulders. Yes.
