From the ZDM Podcast Network, it's Fletchhorn and Haley's Little Bit of Pod.
Welcome to A Little Bit of Pod.
Brooke joins us.
Well, and Vaughn will join us.
He's coming, he's just doing a poo.
Is he?
He gets also sidetracked by things and shiny things at reception.
He does, but yeah, he's, he doesn't poo fast enough.
No.
When you talk about pooing, actually, that's why Brooke's here.
Uh-oh.
In the night show.
Brooke, why?
I am, a poo.
did half a poo last week
in the whole week.
It's not healthy.
It got us talking about
I needed to get things moving a little bit,
fibre pills.
Fletch was like, what about a rounded diet
with fruit and vegetables?
And I said, I'm too busy for that, fuck off.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
And this is where producer Shannon drops in
a little bit of information.
That Brooke has been,
we're just talking about poops on
and that you take a bit long
and Brooke said to talk about the fact
that she raw dog eats chia seeds.
Bro, Brooke comes in the old.
office and she's like munching, munching, crunch, crunch. And I said, simply, what are you eating?
And she tells me that she's been eating raw chia seeds. And I said, oh, that's dangerous. And she goes, is it?
I'm like, yeah, it is. Yeah, you bet it is. Ha, ha, ha, finger guns. I was like, no, no,
like, that's actually really, really bad for you. And then I was like, maybe I'm being a bit dramatic.
So I like, pull up Google subtly to check I'm like correct. And it is like incredibly bad for you.
And so I start explaining to Brooklyn why. You got to load them up and puff them up. They do not
advertised that well enough, can I just say.
I just sort of feel like everyone knows situation.
No.
But it's like eating sand.
No, no, but what it is is chia seeds are the most
absorbent thing ever.
Now it makes sense.
They go in your belly roar and it's absorbing all your bile and it sticks to your organs.
I have felt, you know, now that you mentioned that, I have felt a little bit like off.
I'm just like, things aren't growing like they used to.
I thought, because, you know, it's just like, is it menopause?
Is it 24 years old could be?
You never know.
Yeah, they don't advertise that well enough.
And also, I came into that room like I was doing a sales pitch.
Ladies, let me tell you.
I'm not a lady's crazy.
The seeds.
Raw dry chair seeds is, it's risky eating them because they can absorb up to 27 times their weight and liquid.
Swell up, block your throat or digestive tracts.
Which initially I was like, could this be like a tapeworm for the mouth?
This isn't even like, you crazy gal with you.
You know, quirky.
He eats his key fruit skins.
you are playing with fire.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Soot these bad boys.
Put them in a pud.
I know.
Put them in a smoothie.
I was more like textually,
if you've watched Finding Nemo,
there's this like opening scene
where it's all the fish eggs
and it's like Nemo's the cracked fish egg.
That's, I go,
that's what a chair seat's going to taste like.
No, not at all.
You're talking about caviar horn.
Oh!
Oh!
If you want to walk into a room,
yeah, caviar.
Can I give an extra Shannon's hack,
just what I've been doing for my breakfast recently?
Do it, girl.
So you know how I told you about my jomlets?
I've moved on from the jomelelets.
That's an omelet made in a jar.
Yes.
Now what I'm doing is I make chia pudding with protein up and go.
Oh, you're nice.
I soak my chia seeds and protein up and go and it's a full meal, man.
It's incredible things.
No one's paying tax in that whole thing apart from Shannon.
And Mr. Chia.
What a chair seeds owned by the church too?
Wow.
To the Chia Creezee people.
Cheers Christ.
Claims are the Chias Christ.
Owned the chairs.
Yeah, okay, the chia seed people will be paying some taxes.
Brooke, can you do that?
Could you put him in a bloody...
I'm just trying to say, is there a benefit to this?
Like if you were trying to, like, hold in water.
Like, if you're trying to...
It's incredibly dangerous.
Oh, okay.
15 to 30 minutes to form a gel.
And they're actually really good.
They flush you out when they're...
Because they've...
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Can we just not do that again?
I will soak them.
I'll just have to find a new crunchy little morsel.
I don't know.
Nuts.
Chips?
Chips are pretty good.
I can speak to that.
Yeah, yeah.
But bourgeois mix.
Have they been clogging up your system, though, chips over the years?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Different system, though.
Heart, valves, those that sort of stuff.
God, they're crunchy and delicious out there.
Well, a PSA, soak your chairseeds.
Soak your chairseeds.
Please.
