Yeah, despite never playing golf. No too much wanking mate. No, it's in my left hand Which apparently people get golf or tennis in their predominant hand or arm. Right. Oh. And I don't know why, but it's my left.

Oh. So tennis elbow's on the outside of your elbow. Inner is golfer's elbow. So I went to the gym, because I've had this before. And I get to, I went to the physio the other day, I'm like, hey, I booked an appointment. You know, they always ask, is it an existing injury or is it a new injury? And I'm like, hey, booked an appointment. You know they always ask, is it an existing injury? Or is it a new injury? And I'm like, it's existing. I saw you about this like last year.

It's back again, it's flared up. So. Check my notes, dude. Hey, I saw him like last week, went back yesterday, and the receptionist was like, you're gonna have to fill out this form for your injury. I'm like, there must be a mistake. I've already filled it in.

And then, so I get into the physio and I'm like, hey sorry, I'll get you to fill out the form because I looked back and it was three years ago and I was like Fuck off. Oh, you thought it was a year. I thought it was literally last year I'd obviously like taking him back with this. He's like why can't show you the form? But I'm like how has time gone so fast that I thought this is an injury last year It's June, bro. It's June of 2025. And when you think about it, COVID was five years ago.

No, it was not! The start of it was, yeah. That's insane, right? Yes. And I look at my kids and they were little and now they're big. Yeah, man. That was actually like I was jaw on the floor, like shocked at my

It's all of them. Is this gonna be a year that you just write off? No, all of them. I think it might be a decade. I don't know, I'm willing, at this age, there's been no redeeming features of 2020s. No, we're not writing off a decade. Life is precious, but I will say 20, 20 fucked.

20, 20 fucked. Also, like last year, last year was like not a great year for me, just in all sorts of ways. Anyways, you know, to be wary, to be aware of my privilege. But I remember at the end of this year being like, man, 2025 is gonna roll. Like it is my year.

And then my family as well didn't have a great year last year. Man, we're gonna have the best year. Year of the Sprouls! 2020 fucked. 2020 fucked.
