Starting point is 00:00:33 I was doing some abdominal exercises. I'm doing a 30-day ab thing. Challenge. After my workout, I do it. Yeah. It just makes me do it. It's good to be strong in the core. I don't work out my core.
Starting point is 00:00:46 What do you have to do for it? It depends what day it is born. Today, I've got a rest day tomorrow, which is great. I did skip a day, but we've got rest day, so we'll make it up. Today, we're doing 65 crunches, 65 Russian twists with a little. leg cycle. A Russian twist. A 65 second plank. Yeah. And opposite arm
Starting point is 00:01:06 and leg raises. Oh yeah, I love it. Yeah. So that's because it's only day four of 30. So we're... Oh, you're building it up. We're building it up. Anyway, I get to the last... Oh, we should join you and we should do it in the ad breaks. Can you do 60... Does it have to be in a row? Well, no, you just do them whenever you do them. Starting point is 00:01:22 We'll join in tomorrow. I get through my list of things and I'm down to the... I think it was 60 second ab hold. So I put my phone and front of me I turn it on and I'm like bracing I'm like you know what do you call that plank planking and I'm like looking up at the clock and I'm like okay I've got a little bit of time left and beside me are two guys rugby lads I'd call them I'd say early 20s and one of them was doing pull-ups before I when I was doing my abs they were doing pull-ups and taking turns and one of them had like a one of the sticks that you used for like stretching oh yeah yeah yeah just a big
Starting point is 00:01:55 dowling for donatello to be donatello the ninja Turtle. No. And when one of them was doing pull-ups, the other one was kind of like poking him in the back and the butt kind of as a joke. Like, come on. Genuine friends. And so they were just joking around.
Starting point is 00:02:09 And so then when I did my hold, I turned around and one of them was doing a pull-up and his friend decided to down-trail him. But he down-trailed not just his pants, but his light cotton boxes. And his dick was just flopping out. And I was like, ah! And I just looked around. Dick on the floor. Luckily, like, we're on.
Starting point is 00:02:30 I was in the gym. There was maybe like... I'm calling bullshit on that noise. Three or four. Yeah, it was less of it. And wherever. I would know. I was actually like secondhand embarrassed with this guy and I like turned around and I
Starting point is 00:02:44 could just hear the guy say and they started laughing and then the guy was like, oh, I hope no one saw it. And I was like, I fucking saw it all. I thought I fucking saw it. How far down the legs are the shorts going to say how. When you said how far, I thought you were to say how fat was the dick. All the way. He jumped down and he quickly pulled his pants up.
Starting point is 00:03:03 Did you see his butthole as well? I know because he was side on to me. He was side on. And I was just like, oh my God, like this is 11 o'clock at the gym. How was, you know. Shannon wants to know if it was a good dick. What a purve, eh? What a...
Starting point is 00:03:17 Just disgusting. We would never talk like that. If this was two girls and this had happened, you wouldn't say, how good were the tits? Yes, you would. A hundred percent. How good were the tits? But wait a minute. If they're doing pull-ups,
