Welcome to A Little Bit of Pod, and today marks the end of the marching season. Well, formally, because at the end of every season, after Nationals, at which we came second,

very happy with the result. Not first, not first, how was it? You always have a breakup. Yeah. And in my team's history, there have been two breakups so far. This will be the third. And they notoriously get a little out of hand. Like famously, is it the NRL?

What's that week? Mad Monday. Mad Monday, where the NRL teams finish. And it gets feral. Do they? Feral. Oh, this is when NRL players get arrested or get caught. Literally piss in each other's mouths.

Oh, yeah, that was one year, wasn't it? Yeah, one guy, was it Mad Monday last year? It was like a lower league team, but it was like the same premise at the league thing. His court punishment was to pop his mate's penis in his mouth. Huh. In front of everybody. Okay. It's not gay. It's a everybody. Okay. It's not gay.

It's a little bit gay. It's not gay. No, it's not gay because he had to. You have to, yeah. It's court. Court instructed. You have to. Yeah, right.

The court of footy is as powerful as the court of law. Wow. Insane, eh? Okay. Jesus Christ. Man, there are so many stories about Mad Monday. I just Googled, yeah. Mad Monday.

Well, it's not going to be Mad Monday. It's going to be, you know, silly Saturday. Well, last year we were banned from my house now. Aaron's put a ban on the marching girls from the house. Good. Because last year they all came around. One girl spewed on our armchair. One girl spewed on the bathroom floor.

Bit of a fight in the backyard. And then we woke up all the neighbours at about 3am when everyone was trying to get into Ubers. And I think it's just a little bit much when I was sort of like dusty the next day and Aaron was cleaning up just sort of strange woman's vomit. So yeah, no, that's no at-house stuff. That's not allowed.

And my mum's always here because she works in the management side of the team. So she also was pretty drunk as well And then The year before We started brunch At 11am There was some

Mimosies Oh yeah And maybe a Benny Yeah And then My mum and I Got home at 5am Oh wow

Yeah the next morning Wild Yeah I know It just got a little bit crazy I ended up going to Chris Chris from 660's bar, and I text him and got him to get us some free drinks.

Jesus. Yeah, I was like, hey, I'm at your bar. Gives a bit of a drink. And he was like, yeah, sure. So he told whoever was there to give us some bottles of wine. Then we went back. We had Pornstar martinis. Feral.

This sounds like a feral night So you will be very hungover on Sunday By the sounds Well I have vowed this year that I won't be Because I've got a lot on my plate over the next couple of weeks So don't look at me like that I have the ability of self control Don't look at me

Producer Jared that we went out last week And I had no self control And that was a Tuesday. And that was a Tuesday. That was a Tuesday, yeah. This Saturday, I'm aiming for a 10pm. A 10pm. 11am to 10pm is enough.

Don't forget the food. We've been working on the food, haven't we? I know, but we also said last weekend that we were going to go home about 8pm. Yeah, that was... We went home at midnight.
