I've actually been outwardly judgmental of it. I've been hesitant for this moment. I've been resistant like I was to upgrade from the dismin to the iPod. Right, but now you're an anti-vaxxer. I've sucked the vaccines all out of me.

Starting point is 00:01:16 Yeah. Well, I was doing, because I'm, I've dipped a toe into a personal recession. Yeah. Dipped. And so I cancelled my, like, bigger, online PT thing because I think in order to
Starting point is 00:01:33 justify spending the money you do have to go to the gym and I'm tapping out you've been very busy I've been very busy I've been trying we have been going a little bit together yeah no totally but just in the last couple of weeks so anyway I cancelled that and I was like you know everyone says on chat GPT
Starting point is 00:01:48 just write yourself a programme say what you want went on there and I did it and then it was fine and then you couldn't save it properly and then I left it and then I tried to go back to it they'd forgotten the whole chat and it was like that's why you got to log in yeah log in mate well remember you're like I'll log in oh log in oh log in so I logged in
Starting point is 00:02:09 free so it doesn't matter I was like you know this is fine log in free and it was like hey I'm kind of at capacity of giving you this free shit so I'm just going to drop down a level of like what I can rent yeah you know if you want more oh okay how much do you pay New Zealand dollars like 30 a month or something it's quite a lot
Starting point is 00:02:29 Jesus, really. But, man, I've been using it. Really? You did a meal plan. Do you know, I did a vitamin regime because I've been a bit slack with my vitamins. And I said, hey, I've got, I don't sleep enough. I've got PCOS. I've got this.
Starting point is 00:02:45 I've got this. Like, can you make me a list of the best vitamins and why? And it did this. And I said, nah, cut this one, make it smaller. And then I said, give me trusted brands. And then send me to the website. And then it just sent you and it made an order. And I was like, okay, bye now.
Starting point is 00:02:58 How good is it for gym programs? Pretty good. So, I've given it a nickname. Yeah. I'll probably get told off for this. Ouse. So that when it talks to me, it's like, I get an Ouse, let's do this program. It's got a real fun attitude.
Starting point is 00:03:15 Right. But it won't touch the small of your back. No. When you're doing a press-up or something. No, no. And then it kept fucking it up, basically. Like I was like, cool. Put this into a nice, easy-to-follow, you know, cheat sheet thing.
Starting point is 00:03:28 Yep. And then it'll be like, here you go, man. And I was like, you've left out Wednesday. Oh, shit, Ust, I'm sorry. Oh, man. It's weird. And immediately, when you point out its mistakes, it does immediately recognize them.
Starting point is 00:03:38 Yeah, it's like, oh my God, yes, I clocked that as well. Here it is. What is it making the mistake and, like, leaving out a whole day. I don't know. I think because I like kept like really tweaking it to the put, you know, like you keep going, do this, replace this, replace this, replace this, do this, but keep that. No, go back to the original. But I don't know.
Starting point is 00:03:56 Wow. I've given in. on it now that I've seen great value in. We talk about you being really into it a lot of one and you actually get a lot of messages from listeners, eh? Quite concerned. Yes. Like it's quite interesting.
Starting point is 00:04:09 Where's one I got over the weekend that was very concerned about it. People are quite divided on this, aren't they? Like they're either using it and are all in or they're like, oh fuck, this is the end of the world. I draw the line at creativity because that's just me being a snob. Like I would never use it to be like, hey, I'm writing a comedy first show. you know what I mean because you're like
Starting point is 00:04:28 what are you doing but just for like life admin things like food and programs and like the vitamin thing was amazing you just literally go in and be like I feel tired I'm having trouble sleeping
Starting point is 00:04:38 or did it say take this vitamin it's called go to bed earlier literally literally it told me that the vitamins were no replacement for sleep because I said I can't sleep
Starting point is 00:04:48 I don't sleep very well I was like this is not a replacement for sleep it's in support of yeah what are people complain it's saying I mean it's kind of a natural out there
Starting point is 00:04:56 You miss the natural out. You really miss that. No, I know, but then we tease that people have been serious about... I just out people's personal messages, but yeah. But I think one of the main things is people, like, it's terrible for your mental health, but my mental health is rock solid, so I... That's what somebody was said, you're leaning on it too hard, and I thought if just if it can make a few things easier and what's been quite a challenging year,
Starting point is 00:05:20 I'll give it a lane. And you've got real friends as well. Yeah. You know, if you start, if you lose me, guys, and you start to say that I go into the machine a bit harder, do let me know, but I will be shredded and well vitaminized.
