But like, this guy had them on and I was like, immediately grabbed my phone and I was like, i must take a photo and then so i get it on selfie mode it's like me in the in the corner and then you could see between the gap of the seat he was like moving his head around and and then i was like oh fuck he can see me right you can have the setting where you're that transparent you can see through but if you're

watching a movie you can have it just totally so he wouldn't be able to because that's why i was like okay don't take a photo because he could see I'm taking a photo. 100%. Does he look weird in them? Yeah. Yeah, they're so weird. They're bulky and weird. It's weird.

They're so big and like, you know, but then I imagine that's what the future's like, right? We're all walking around with goggles on. Yeah. I mean, if you're on a long haul flight and you have a screen the size of- Long haul flight, I totally get it. Yeah.

right maybe 16 or something like that okay yeah even 16 yeah which was only like 10 years ago

yeah yeah yeah while we were watching recently watching the dark knight where heath ledger played the joker just before he passed oh man and r.a.p.a dude he was the same age as me i could think was he yeah he was 79 shit okay he was because we worked out how old he was when he was born in 79 79, by the way. Which is not 79 years old. He would be 45.

Yeah, right. Yeah, right. If he was alive. Holy moly. So he wasn't even my year. I always wonder if he would have got hair plugs or just do a shaved head. Because he was quite balding. Yeah.

Because that's what we were watching it. And he's like, in that movie, he's just, you watch it, he's just like, fuck, that was just so wild that he inherited that character like that. And my daughter said, what other movies was this guy in? He was a phenomenal actor. Oh, my God. A Knight's Tale. Two things I hate about you.

The girls are ready. Two things I hate about you, yeah. I reckon they are almost ready. Yeah, Knight's Tale. Knight's Tale's great. Yeah. But then I was like, he was, did he win an Oscar posthumously? Yeah.

No, not posthumously. No, for Joker. Yeah, he won something. Posthumously for that, yeah. Brokeback was a heavily nominated award, right? Yeah. But I held off mentioning Brokeback Mountain just because I don't think they're ready for that. You can't explain to them what gay is yet.

We tend not to watch any movies with sex scenes oh wow okay yeah yeah it's gay sex right because it's the gay thing isn't it funny the girls are getting to this age they're watching the rookie oh which is like this show it's the seventh season's just been released it's like a great show massive yeah have you watched it oh the first season it's easy watching i do love the police procedural but it's a bit of a silly one.

It's silly. It's comical. It gets a bit comical and silly. Which I think is they can buy into it easier. But every now and then, it's American, so they are like absolutely no nudity, but of course we'll show people getting shot in the face, that sort of weird American balance of things. Yeah.

And Indy is the part now where the main character took a call from his girlfriend when he was in the patrol car and she didn't know he was on speakerphone. She's like, how do you feel about having sex in the back of an ambulance? And Indy saw it coming on the subtitle, so she muted it. But I was like standing and I saw it, she unmuted it. And I was like, did you just mute that? She's like, yeah. I was like, because I'm here.

And she's like, no, I didn't. I didn't want to hear it. I was like, you muted it because I remember what that was like when you're a kid you don't want your parents to be like should you be watching this

yeah yeah yeah whereas I'm just like whatever yeah I'm not like that at all but the fact she muted it and I saw the subtitles when it said

and she unmuted it that's funny and then she carries on watching it or if there's like an intimate scene where they're kissing or whatever

she'll be like fast forward 10, 15 that's gonna change real quick that'll change yeah she'll be up late when we were watching Sky 1 at midnight. We were watching Under Siege with Steven Seagal with my old man,

and the girl on the submarine pops out of the cake, and her titties are out. That's the first time I saw titties on the TV screen, and my old man was like, all right. Yeah, all right. Ian. All right.
