Don't laugh at the name.
Starting point is 00:00:24 What is this? What is this again? So 75 hard's quite famous. It's two 45-minute workouts a day. One's outside, one's inside. Yeah, you can't drink. It's really, really strict. Ew.
Starting point is 00:00:35 No breaks off your diet. Yeah. So there's a thing called 75 soft, which is a bit more realistic for people who work full-time. Yeah, right. Could be a walk.
Starting point is 00:00:48 Yeah. And then like drinking only on social occasions. So not just like at home. I'm out. Yeah. Anyway. What about 75 flaccid? Wait, there's a 75 mom if you're a mom.
Starting point is 00:01:00 Look at me. I was just saying that. Big moment in check. Well, yeah yeah i'm about a month in now i started first and i haven't broken yet i'm five kgs down oh my god anyway so i've been hot girl walking every day yeah and i go for about an hour ish and i've been trying to hit 10k steps because if i'm walking i'm like 10 feels right And it takes about 10 minutes to do 1,000 steps with, like, how I walk. And I was like, man, like, 100, 100, like, how many? You're going to have to do 10 of those.
Starting point is 00:01:34 10? Yeah. 10 times a 10. 10 times 10. Which is 100 minutes. Yep. And you're only doing 75, soft. Yes.
Starting point is 00:01:41 So I was like, this is quite hard to hit 10K with my 45-minute hot girl walk. Yes. Or even an hour. Yes. And then I thought. Is that 10K, sorry to interrupt, is that 10K for the whole day or 10K? The whole day. Whole day.
Starting point is 00:01:53 So I've like got my little watch on, walking over from the car park gets me a thousand, stuff like that. Yeah, nice, nice, nice. But then I was like struggling to hit 10K. And so I just thought, what if I went faster? And so then I started to learn to run. There's a Swedish word for that, just faster. I think it's pronounced jog.
Starting point is 00:02:13 Jog. Yeah, jog. A jog. So now I'm going, like, light pole to light pole. Yeah, yeah. I used to run lamppost to lamppost. What do they call that for interval training? Yes. But I'm not that fast and I was being pipe puffed.
Starting point is 00:02:28 You've got to start somewhere. Yeah, I hit my 10K steps yesterday well easy. Well done. And I ran for 22% of my walk my watch time. And then you do more and more easier every day. Yeah, and then I don't have to do as much. Do you know what you should do? Because we used to do this, like compete and stuff,
Starting point is 00:02:44 when I had a Fitbit and not an Apple Watch and I really cared about my steps a lot. do as much. Do you know what you should do? Starting point is 00:02:59 take less steps because of my gait being so long. You do have a fat gait. Thank you. It's appreciated. Big fat wide gait. And then my friend who had little totley legs, she'd be like, getting more steps. So you should just shorten your gait. That's a good idea.
Starting point is 00:03:16 Trot and trot. Trot and trot. My watch has been congratulating me because it kept telling me I was doing like three or four workouts a day and I've just been doing the hot girl walks. But then I looked and it keeps tracking it that when I crochet I've been swimming oh I get that yeah when I play piano that I'm running because my hands are going like this and they always think that I'm like running or something yeah sure I'll take it I feel like it's not cheating because I'm not telling it to do it yeah if I told it to do it
Starting point is 00:03:41 it's cheating when I sand wood thinks I'm masturbating. Yeah, I know. And then when I'm masturbating, it thinks I'm sanding wood. Yeah, the technology is not quite there, is it? It hasn't quite got there. Yeah. But I mean, if my watch clocked all my self-pleasure sessions, well, shit, I'd be a bloody fitness influencer.
Starting point is 00:03:59 You know what I mean? Fatness influencer. Fatness!
