Starting point is 00:00:00 The ZM Podcast Network. Fletchborn and Hayley's Little Bit of Pod. Treat yourself to McCafe coffee with MyMackers Rewards. Welcome to A Little Bit of Pod. Ever use those magic foam squares that take stains out of the walls? Yes, Magica Races. I love those. Magica Races.
Starting point is 00:00:20 And you also did a fact of the day about them, do you remember? Yes. What are they? No, this is what I learnt what they are. Do you listen and learn with them? I learnt what they are. He listened and learnt. And I actually use them a little less now.
Starting point is 00:00:34 I'm more careful knowing the fact of the day that they are literally... Can I have a bonus fact of the day? Yeah, it was that they're literally just sandpapering your stain away. All the tiny, tiny little air bubbles in it effectively create a slight abrasion. But it's a polishing level. It's like jewelry. But if you're on a painted wall, it will take a tiny layer of paint off. You've got to be very careful. But last night, Indy had a Posca pen.
Starting point is 00:01:06 I don't know if you've ever had a play with a Posca pen. It's a felt, but it's an intense felt. How do you spell that? P-O-S-C-A? Posca? It's the brand.
Starting point is 00:01:16 It's like a Posca felt pen. Oh my God, that's very nice. That looks nice. That's really nice. I mean, do yourself a favour and have a squiggle
Starting point is 00:01:24 with a Posca pen before you die. Oh, yeah, it's uni. Yeah. Kind of like a paint. Almost more like a paint. Yeah, I know what you mean. Like what you might write on a board for a business or something. I might start using these to tag around the city because I do a bit of tagging at night on the way to work.
Starting point is 00:01:41 He's Bloom. He's Bloom. I think he's in, didn't they arrest him? One Bloom. I saw a Bloom the other didn't they arrest him? One Bloom. I saw a Bloom the other day. Someone's taken on his identity. Man, there's so much tagging around my place. Yeah, there's a lot at the moment.
Starting point is 00:01:51 Yeah. Is that, what does it say? It's just, Undecipherable. So it's not, okay. Undecipherable scribble. Art. Art painting.
Starting point is 00:01:59 No, it's not Banksy. Right. There's no Banksy. Oh, these look posh. Paul Walsh Is a New Zealand Graffiti artist He's amazing And he does like
Starting point is 00:02:10 The phone boxes And the power boxes And suburban streets And big walls And stuff That's not graffiti Oh yeah absolutely Absolutely
Starting point is 00:02:16 But It's commissioned Isn't it A lot of it Yes But you know When you see something like that And then someone's coming
Starting point is 00:02:22 And just Oh yeah Some shitty squiggle on it Like toot on it. Some dumb writer. That's why I've asked my local MP, Chloe Swarbrick, for the death penalty for taggers. You know what? She's the sort of person that will hang a motherfucker for tagging.
Starting point is 00:02:38 For a big, ugly tag on a building. Chloe Swarbrick will hang a motherfucker. I will hang a motherfucker. That is my guarantee to you The people of Central Auckland I don't stop the tagging Yeah Pretty quickly
Starting point is 00:02:49 Yeah Especially if you make them public The cartels And you string them up From a bridge And then they see them And they're like Oh maybe I won't tag
Starting point is 00:02:56 And it will also scare The future generation Out of tagging Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah
Starting point is 00:02:59 Why is that man dead Hanging from the harbour bridge Because he was tagging He tagged And Chloe Swarbrick hung him and she stayed true to her election promise of hanging a motherfucker. Chloe's going to sue us if she hears this.
Starting point is 00:03:11 No, she won't. I think people know that Chloe Swarbrick would not be for the death penalty. For anything. For tagging or even for murder, yeah. I don't think. She's for the people. She'd be for the death penalty
Starting point is 00:03:21 if you didn't make at least an effort to ride a bike. Or cut your emissions. Yeah, bring down your emissions. Grow your own lettuces and stuff. Yeah, exactly. She's actually a great local, what do you call them, MP. Dude, I mean, I'm not. Probably for president.
Starting point is 00:03:36 I'm not like a full-blown Greens voter here in New Zealand. Greens are like the left-wing environmental party. Social justice sort of party. I think she's probably the best politician we've got in this country. Wow. Not David. David. There's lots of Davids.
Starting point is 00:03:54 We've got 18,000 Davids that are in politics. And David Seymour, of course. Yeah, I know. Not David Seymour. Friend of the show. Best friend of the show. BFF. I think Chloe's fantastic.
Starting point is 00:04:04 But she will hang A motherfucker No she won't hang for tagging She'll hang you If she finds your posca pen shit On any of her buildings
