Yeah, it's that time of the year where my utter passion for basketball peaks and then it will fade away into oblivion for another year.

Would you say that you jump on the bandwagon? Well, no, not really. I got into basketball last year when I was filming The Great Kimi Bacoff Season 4. And now we're back because I host it with Pax Asadi who loves basketball and he got me into it. Now, last year I had to pick a team, right, because I wasn't associated with any team. And I chose Miami Heat. Now, because I saw you post the other day,

you posted a player, a Miami Heat basketballer. Jimmy Butler. Of course it was. You knew him immediately. Now, they're wearing a black uniform with, like, a red and gold trim? They wear a multitude of uniforms depending on who they're playing. Because I like that fluoro one they had last year

with the blue and pink and white that was real cool the gay uniform I don't know if we say that did we say that no I think it was specifically I thought

it was like a pride yeah it was was it yeah in America there was this whole thing that they were like but there's no

gay basketball in Miami in Miami in Miami because I said it was very Miami winecaller slash Miami 80s. Very Miami Vice.

They switch it up during the season, but during the finals, they're not wearing that. They're switching between black and white. And they just do it so that big fans buy more uniforms. They get to sell more merchandise. That's why NRL teams switch their uniform every year. Yeah. Make more money. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Anyway, Miami Heat, my team team were 8th seed meaning they were the bottom of the barrel they were not supposed to make it right and then they went boom boom boom in the Eastern Conference final

conference and then to get to the finals and then they got to the last two it was down to Boston Boston scum Celtics

and Miami Heat and they shouldn't have won I think Boston knocked my team out yeah well Boston was supposed it was like the number one seed I think to go in and Miami Heat. I think Boston knocked my team out. Yeah, well, Boston was supposed, it was like the number one seed, I think, to go in. And Miami played them.

And then they were about to win. And then Boston, like, did this crazy shoot. It was like made history, even made an NZ Herald. And then yesterday, spoiler alert, Miami Heat beat Boston Like trounced them basically And my team is going into the NBA final As in like this is making history Because they were so down the path

Like that no one was even expecting them to get close Right And now my team is in the NBA final And you're well and truly on the bandwagon I'm on the bandwagon a big way You know who's not going to be happy? Ben Affleck. What's he?

He's a Boston scum. He's a Boston boy. He's a Boston boy. John Krasinski. Yeah. Chris Evans. Carlo. Matt Damon.

They're all Boston boys. Well, I need a team. They're all Boston scum. Who's my team? You need Miami Heat. Miami Heat is your vibe. No, no, no. That's your team.

He can't have your team. Are they some of them hot? You pick either an animal you like or a part of the United States you quite like. Well, pick the team that's got the hottest players. Okay. Well, there's kind of something for everybody everywhere. No, don't choose the nuggets. Producer Jared's just said to go for the Denver Nuggets.

But you know I love nuggets. That's because they're probably going to love nuggets. Maybe I'll just go nuggets because I love the nugget. But it's gold nuggets. It's gold nuggets as in from the Denver Gold Rush. Not chicken. That's not a cool choice, though. That's an obvious choice because they'reget. I love nuggets. But it's gold nuggets.
