Starting point is 00:00:17 En masse Is this like when you think you've invented an app and it's already been done? You always do this So, we were making homemade pizzas. We made the dough and everything. Okay. Who can be far?
Starting point is 00:00:28 In the oven. On a pizza stone on a piping hot bar. Oh, my God. Does that take forever? Not really. Okay. I mean, you make the dough, you let the yeast rise. Yep.
Starting point is 00:00:39 And then you knead it and roll it out flat and put your bits and pieces on top. And Indy, my daughter said i want to make like a garlic bread pizza yeah i said not a bad idea actually because often it's the we were making four because the dough recipe said enough for four bases yeah so often thinking of the fourth piece is the hardest part well it's not you just go more meat go a hawaiian how embarrassing and you cannot put pineapple on half of it If you want You always go A chickeny one A chicken

Starting point is 00:01:19 Multi supreme No doing double meat lovers You can't go wrong No we did the garlic bread But Indy said What about if we put bacon on it with the garlic bread? Garlic bread pizza's so good, eh? Garlic bread pizza rules, and with bacon on it, has it been taken to the next level?
Starting point is 00:01:35 The answer, simply, is yes. With cheese? So what, we've got the base? Yeah, of course cheese. Got the base. A garlicky butter. Garlicky butter. Made the base, roasted garlic, because we had garlic
Starting point is 00:01:46 bulbs. So roasted the garlic. You're putting time into this. Yeah, dude. And then peeled them, put them in a food processor with a big glob of butter and some cooked bacon. Like the bacon had been cooked. Right. And then made a butter. Where's that? Goes chunky, like a spreadable
Starting point is 00:02:02 not paste, but spreadable with chunks of bacon in it. And the mullet up garlic. Spread it all over it. Little sprinkle of parmesan. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Pizza it up. Fucking delicious.
Starting point is 00:02:14 Oh, what? Outstanding. What are you talking about, though? Bacon butter. Bacon butter. With garlic. Bacon butter. Bacon butter. I heard bacon jam, but bacon butter garlic.
Starting point is 00:02:22 Garlic and bacon butter. It was slapping. I think it's going to be like my secret little like, oh, I know Smithy's going to pull out the secret. His garlic bread. The garlic bread. The secret lumpy meat sauce. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:02:34 The bacon paste. Close second to Mama Fioralli's. No. What if we got Mama Fioralli's garlic bread, but got some of your chunky meat paste? Bacon paste. Put it on. Yeah. Finger it in. Yep. Put it on. Open it.
Starting point is 00:02:45 Finger it in. Yep. Close it again. In the oven. Could work. It could take it to the next level. Could work. Yum.
Starting point is 00:02:54 Good stuff. Yeah. Okay. Yeah, could work. Now I want pizza. Yeah. Well, the good thing is I'm off home for leftovers. You had leftovers?

Starting point is 00:03:33 Nadia Lim. Oh yeah. Nadia Lim dough. And if you want my recipe for the bacon and the garlic and the butter, just whatever. Make it up.
Starting point is 00:03:40 Those are the ingredients. Those are yours. Yeah. Those are yours to determine at what ratio you want to huck that in. Now, did you do a drizzly sauce?
Starting point is 00:03:48 Not on that one. A balsamic glaze. How easy are you talking? Balsamic glaze would be nice. Do you reckon some caramelized onion on that? Always down for caramelized onion, but you've added too much. Now you're becoming a full pizza. We've gone back to it being a pizza, not a garlic bread.
