Welcome to A Little Bit of Pod, and today may not be for younger ears.
Definitely not for younger ears.
I'm 42 and I felt like I was just a little bit too young for some of it.
Welcome to A Little Bit of Pod.
The Big Pod is back and the show live January the 15th.
My dead body.
Yes.
Not what I heard.
Now, we've been talking.
Morgan Penn, you're in studio.
Let's not hide the fact.
Okay, I'm here.
Hi.
Somatic sexologist.
We've been chatting with you and we've got a few episodes with you talking about all things sex.
Questions from our listeners.
So this podcast is perhaps not appropriate for little ears.
A lot of questions still to get through.
What if someone's an adult but they've just got little ears?
I've actually got quite small ear canals.
You do.
So can I listen?
They're like, oh my God, they know about my little ears.
Yeah.
Now this one I think you're really going to enjoy
and we're getting a little sexy in here.
And these are all questions from listeners too.
Morgan, is it normal to
not always orgasm during penetrative sex yes absolutely and i think as a society if we could
change that whole concept that sex doesn't have to end in an orgasm or it doesn't have to be what
we're aiming for that it's actually about pleasure and connection and goodness also porn's got a bit
of blame here when you watch porn and then puts his penis and she's like oh my god i'm gonna it's like
no you're not no you're not i've had enough sex in my time to know that no you're not i know oh
my god you're like it's he's not doing that it's not there and when you think about penetrative
sex as well when you think for like a vagina owner the sex that you're seeing on porn is this in and
out in and out but the actual where the nerve endings are inside a vagina is up the sex that you're seeing on porn is this in and out, in and out. But the actual,
where the nerve endings are
inside a vagina
is up in that G-spot area.
And to actually get in,
yeah, those two fingers doing that.
Exactly.
So you need to go in and up.
So the whole motion
that we're seeing in porn
is not what is going to incite
an orgasm necessarily.
Who will?
And,
and honestly, so the latest research that was done this year,
so only 18.4% of women actually orgasm from vaginal sex alone.
18.
Not 80.
18.4.
No clitoris.
No like that.
No external stuff.
Because that's arguably the easier way or more straightforward way perhaps.
Well, there's 10,000 nerve endings on the clitoris.
So like, yes. You're going to get one of them that's the magic but you know but but that's saying that
you know that's bloody hard to find with something with 10 000 of it hey it's really not that hard
i'll meet your wife she's happy fuck off you know where it is she's always got a cheery smile
okay this might be a stupid question yeah but it comes from
a genuine place yeah it's in the same sort of i mean it's i know it's the same sort of area on
everybody but i mean every every vulva is different right so is the clitoris sometimes i'm not saying
it's at the bottom or anything structurally yes they're all like situated differently and because of the clitoral hood it defense it because of the clitoral hood it will alter where the access to the like head of the clitoris is
so some people's clitoral hoods are quite thick or long more like a foreskin which is like if it
was on a male body that's the other thing um so tug on yes. So you want to pull back the clitoral hood.
If you're struggling, like a lot of women that can't orgasm,
I get them to look in the mirror, I show them,
and it is about pulling back the clitoral hood
to find the actual shaft and head of the clitoris.
And so, yes, structurally, every vulva is different,
and it is about learning your own body or your partner's body to figure out how to touch it warm it up excited hayley's is like um aragorn in the first
lord of the rings film for the first five minutes you see him he's just cloaked in that cloak and
you're like what's behind the back you're like far out whoa that's the king of gondor
have you seen hayley's no we don't want to talk about it Just the way she said it was heavily
She had to put a hell of a hood on her
No I haven't seen Hayley's
She just sort of said some words before
And I just immediately was like
What's the most hooded figure I know
And it's in that first Lord of the Rings movie
When the hobbits are in the pub
And Aragorn's got the hood on
And it's all the way down here
But to answer the question of
Is it normal to not always orgasm during penetrative sex?
The answer was very much yes.
In fact, if you were asking vulva owners,
it would be the majority of people that don't.
Yes.
But let's take into account people that are faking it as well.
Because this same study that was done this year,
59% of people are faking orgasms.
And I would say it's higher than that.
I have so many clients that are like,
I haven't orgasmed through penetrative sex my whole life.
Have you before faked an orgasm?
Oh my God, I spent my whole 20s faking orgasm.
Yeah.
I guess I was being eaten out.
I definitely have.
Yeah, when you're just like, stop.
Why did you do it?
To make them like, be like, okay, I'm done now
or to make them feel better?
Yeah, to make them feel better and to be like,
I'm not going to get there
and I don't have the language to say to you like,
you're doing it wrong or do it more like this.
So I'll just be like, I'll just get out.
I'll just let you off the hook.
Yeah.
Isn't that fucked?
I would never do that.
There was a big piece for me that was like,
I wasn't empowered in my body or sexuality.
Like now I would just, if it wasn't feeling that good
or I didn't think I was going to orgasm and I wanted to,
I would just either give them clear directions
or I'd get my own fingers in there on my clitoris
while they're penetrating.
Have you ever given a man instructions while he's down there
and he's taking it badly?
No.
No, men love it.
Exactly.
It would be hot.
Yeah, it is.
I can't imagine being like, hey, leave me to it.
Hey, I think I know my way around this.
Wow, is that how it goes?
More of this.
Hey, shush.
Hey, you don't know.
I'm the one down here.
Okay, in a similar vein.
Yeah, because I was thinking, surely guys would think it was hot.
Oh, my God.
Yeah.
Especially when I get the loud hailer at, hey, down there.
I'm coming out there I'm coming out
Do you hear me?
Sort of similar there
The next question is
Can every female squirt?
Squirt?
Squirt
Yes, because of the makeup down there
There is potential for every
Vulva owner to squirt.
So it's, you know, I've trained people how to do this
because we've all got the same kind of bits and bobs down there,
but it's very individual for different people.
Some people can squirt and they never knew that they could,
and they've, you know, for years, especially because it's taken years
for us to kind of bring this into the light and normalise it,
that women have thought they've just been, like, urinating during sex
and they've got, like, bad bladder control.
Yes.
And now they're like, all of a sudden, oh, my God, I'm a squirter.
This is great.
I also wish there was a better term for it.
I don't know what it is.
I reckon the thing that makes people embarrassed is the term, like, squirt.
You're like, it's so not – it's not hot.
Well, we've got female ejaculation.
Yeah, that's better. That's better.
That's very scientific.
I know.
Remember when they named a kids TV show Squirt in the 2000s?
And the graphics were all very like.
They knew what they were doing.
And then Matt Gibb was sitting there.
What a sexual awakening.
Innocent little Matt Gibb.
Welcome squirters.
Innocent little Matt Gibb and a computer-generated penguin.
It was a
challenging wank, but it wasn't impossible.
For a Willie jizz, there's jizz, there's
cum, there's a jack, there's all sorts.
Squirt is just so, I don't know, it makes
me embarrassed. Does it?
This is the word. Oh, right.
Yeah, squirt. See, I couldn't stand
being a female knowing that it's possible and not
being able to do it. I'd put some serious time into that.
You should put some time into it. I'd put some time into it I'd put some time into it
is that why people
you will teach people
because they want to
yes people
people are obsessed with it
it's become fetishised
yes
which I find really hard
to say that word
which is a little bit
worrying
because sometimes
this is a tap
that you can't turn off
like if you find
a pathway in your body
to be able to squirt
sometimes that becomes your norm
So be careful what you wish for
A lot of tarpaulins and towels
Yeah god every time
It's the genie curse isn't it
You've got to carefully word your wishes
If someone was without having to sort of
Get you to give too much graphic information
Actually fuck it it's the podcast
If someone was like I desperately want to
What would Do you get a three step Little condensed version information. Actually, fuck it, it's the podcast. If someone was like, I desperately want to, what would
do you get a three-step
little condensed version?
Yes. One, you need to be well hydrated.
I know that sounds really weird, but it takes so
much of your bodily
fluids to actually do it. So if you're
dehydrated, it's way harder to squirt.
Wow, okay. I wouldn't have thought of that.
You've got a headache at the moment, so you drink up.
I've got a terrible headache. No squirting from me.
You know, she's the Sahara.
Oh, Jesus.
Secondly, it is all about the stimulation of the clitoris,
which often gets left out of this because it is the G-spot,
because that's where the glands, the skein's glands up there being activated,
is where it's going to squirt from.
Yes.
So it is a lot about the internal pressure up into the G-spot.
Come hither.
Come hither, round and round.
You'll figure out what feels good for you, but it is when you're pushing up into that
G-spot area, you are indirectly touching the bladder and the urethral lining.
So this is what needs to be stimulated.
Yes, Fletch.
We're going to have a quick break.
Oh, I'm not going anywhere. And then come back. Go, this is the ultimate cliffh stimulated Yes Fletch We're going to have a quick break Oh I'm not going anywhere
And then come back
Go this is the ultimate cliffhanger

Okay apologies for that quick break
But we had to do it
We don't know what ad was put in there at the time of recording
Actually yeah but we had to do it. We don't know what ad was put in there at the time of recording. Actually, yeah.
Handy towels, handy towels.
Super absorbent handy towels.
I hope it was to some kind of Bible college.
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Have you been studying the Eucharist?
The condensed version of squirting.
So we've had hydration.
Number two, pressure on the G-spot
And the upwards come hither motion
Yes, yes
And then there is this big piece of like
Letting go
Like surrender
This is a big piece
Because your body is going to start
Feeling a lot of pressure down that area
And it often feels like you need to piddle
Like it's going to feel like
Oh my god, I need to piss
And it is actually about surrendering into that and relaxing your body because we hold so much tension when we're getting
close to an orgasm quite often the abs the butt cheeks it's about softening all of that release
and letting it go and then and then just like yeah sometimes different positions help as well like
and if you're putting fingers in you need to actually make sure you release them at the right time.
Otherwise, that kind of can block the flow.
I think you're saying I clamp down and break your fingers
and never get them back.
Wow, okay.
I was reading along with a how to squirt guide.
As you were saying it, you were pretty much bang on the mark.
Oh, my God.
Producer Jarrod, do you want to ask Morgan your question
that you wrote in the chat
Yeah I wanted to know
Like what's the max amount
Of liquid that can
Be splashed out
Like litres
Yeah litres
Millimetres
Millimetres
I get what he's asking
Is it because you said
It's not urine right
So where's the reserve
And how much is in it
Well
Different for everybody
It is different for everybody
So there are proteins
In this ejaculate fluid
That is very similar to what you will find in urine
Which is why there are all this kind of scientific fighting
About what it actually is
But you talk to women that squirt
And they're like it is not piss
And like there is a record holder squirter
Who just squirts bucket loads
Her name please
Lola Jean is her name

Back in the day
Volume
This was such a sacred thing
Like men used to revere it
They wanted
It was like the youth elixir.
How long are we talking?
How long ago?
Back in the Grecian.
The orgy Roman days?
Lola Jean.
I reckon I would have flourished in the Roman days.
Oh, my God.
The human aqueduct over here.
Lola Jean squirted...
With a gaping coliseum.
Stop it.
Owen, Alan Smith.
Oh, my God.
Lola Jean squirted 1.35 litres in the span of 25 seconds.
Fuck!
Previous record was 900 mils.
That's the maximum they thought it could be.
Good Lord.
And don't forget, this is just people that are willing to put it on the record.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
We've got some soaking mattresses out here.
I mean, is it weird if I give her an Instagram follow?
I'm sort of more fascinated than I am.
No, I follow her.
It's great.
Okay, great.
What's her content like?
Does she do a HelloFresh code?
Always good to get a discount code.
No, she sells splash blankets.
Oh, so she's cashed in on it.
Okay, okay, that's fantastic.
One way.
