My wife and I moved here in 2010. We came here with nothing.
We had a rider truck. My wife and I, our children, no family, no jobs, no money.
We had nothing. And from 2010 to about 2020, for 10 years, every two years we had to move to another house.
And it was very tough for us living very nomadic for all those years.
By 2020 we ended up paying off all of our debt $100,000 in debt that we paid off
And today we enjoy the freedom of not having any debt at all. No credit cards. No car notes
No nothing and after we paid off all of our debt
We purchased our very first home in 2020 and from 2020 until now what my children feel in that home
Is the sense of like peace and things are settled. They're not afraid that we're gonna pull them out of school
They're not afraid that somebody's gonna come knock on the door
and pull us out.
There's stability that they feel.
And God has given us stability to my wife and I personally,
but we are now believing that stability for our spiritual family. That for 12 years our church has been nomadic.
We've been put out of four different facilities for circumstances beyond our control and it's
always hopping from one circumstance to another, one facility to another. Man, I am believing this year by faith that that journey is going to come to
an end as we do something to change our entire future. Where on the last Sunday in February for
our gospel expansion offering, where we come together as a family, local disciples and digital disciples where we all give one sacrificial
gift generously once a year. And I believe in God. I'm saying it today by faith that
what's going to come in on that day by faith, I believe, is going to put us in a position
to acquire our very first facility cash without debt. That we're going to be able to buy that first facility.
Seven million dollars cash, we're going to buy that without debt, and then that 18 million
dollar journey to fix it.
I believe that God could put it on somebody's heart to write a 25 million dollar check.
Nothing is impossible for the Lord, and that where we are going in 60 days, I'm believing
it will be our last temporary facility.
And that in 24 months, we will march into the house
that we built for the Lord by faith in Jesus' name.
We're gonna build God a house.
The impossible is made possible.
Shout!

of my wife and I, I want to take this opportunity to express my most heartfelt gratitude for all of the local and digital disciples of 2819 Church and the different ministries that partner with us to make this moment possible.
But after 12 years of being nomadic and being put out of facilities, God has changed the trajectory of our ministry with the stroke of a pen.
I believe the place where God is sending us has a a beacon of light in that place.
My wife said earlier that that building is not attractive.
You want to tell them for yourself?
Yeah, you grab that microphone right there and just tell them.
What's up, family? family. Guys, yeah like my husband was saying, the building, the area is, it's
been a lot of reck build God a house.
Come on.
Come on.
Hallelujah.
Yes, we're gonna build God a beautiful house
where the presence of God dwells,
where men, women, children come into it are safe. Come on, I see visions of babies running around,
kids and families and husbands and wives and single people
and all people, white people, black people,
Asian people, Hispanic people, come on.
Come on.
Woo!
If you are a person with a heartbeat, we'll take you.
Come on, we'll take anybody that God sends.
And I just want to thank everybody who has trusted us,
who's believed in us.
It's not just us, it's all of us as a spiritual family.
We have done this.
And yes, we are making a mark in this city.
We are making a mark on this world.
And I'm in it until all have heard.
Come on. Oh, yeah, bless God. If you are a guest at 2019, we're not going to apologize for today. I won't let you make me one.
What I mean by that is that in America, church is so highly programmed that we have almost
pushed the Holy Spirit out of our gatherings
And just like Ryan was talking about the things that God does in worship
that the God that you and I serve one of the things he wants from us is sacrifices of
praise of
worship and of praise, of worship.
They're telling me right now my time is up, and here's what I'm saying.
I believe we could survive a Sunday without a sermon.
I believe we could survive a Sunday without a sermon and that you don't have to be disappointed
that I didn't preach.
That we can't just gloss over the fact that we've been nomadic for 12 long years. With the stroke of a pen this week, we own deserves, is a pause on preaching, that we could be a house of presence and give him a sacrifice of
praise for what he has done.
Now, now hear me. I shared this with your family earlier, and I want to share this with you I
Want to confess sin before you
That during those 12 years and this is gonna help somebody
And I wrestle with the sin of jealousy and I wrestle with the sin watch
of covetousness and anger my heart towards God why is it that church gets a building?
And why do you open that door for them?
And why have you done that for them?
And why haven't you done this for Lena and I and for our ministry?
Watch.
Haven't we been faithful, Lord?
Haven't we been sacrificial, Lord? Are we not paying a price inificial, Lord?
Are we not paying a price in private, Lord?
Are we not trying to have integrity in private, Lord, and complaining and sinning against
God?
In this week, with the stroke of that pen, I was reminded of this truth, that God is never late.
Listen. Listen, and that even when he says no, he's being good to you, and that even when he says
wait, he's being good to you.
That what Leda and I was begging for in a previous season, we did not have the character
for. They didn't have the team for, the structure for, the knowledge for, the wisdom for, the
maturity for.
And then sometimes God would love you so much he'll make you wait for another season while
he's perfecting your character, perfecting your faith, delivering you from idolatry
so that he can hand you a multimillion-dollar investment and not become a god to you.
He couldn't do that five years ago. He couldn't do that five years ago.
He couldn't do that seven years ago.
He couldn't do that 10 years ago.
And I just need to encourage somebody in this room,
hear me, God has not forgotten about your prayers.
No, he has not forgotten about your tears.
That there is a passage in the Old Testament in Psalm 126 that says, those who sow in tears,
a season is coming where they're going to reap with shouts of joy.
What we are reaping right now is the shouts of joy
That I can look back on that 12 year wait for our first facility. I can tell you.
Just run your lane.
Hear me.
I guess I'm preaching right now.
Run your race.
Watch this.
Stop looking to the left pass in the right season.
For no parent with wisdom gives a 10-year-old child a vehicle, although you have every desire
to give it to them.
You know if you gave a 10-year-old child a vehicle, they would kill themselves.
But in your love, you wait for that child to grow until they come to an age of maturity
where they can now handle the thing they've been asking for.
I don't know who this is for or who's waiting on God right now, but let's wait without complaining, and let's wait without jealousy, and let's wait without
covetousness, and let's trust that God, who is sovereign, who knows the end from the beginning,
who is the author and the finisher, who has gone ahead of you and has engineered your whole future, that all you have to do
is be faithful until you catch up with what was already done.
Maybe somebody brought you here and said, come here, Philip Anthony Mitchell preached.
He's just a man.
Come feel God's presence is much better.
No, just come feel God's presence.
This is called Jubilee.
This is called, watch the God, thank you.
This is us giving him a sacrifice of praise.
This is us saying, God, you've been so good to us and what you just did this week,
that we can pause for a singular Sunday
and not idolize a preacher, that we can pause for one Sunday to say thank you for what you
have done for us as a family.
Is that all right?
Are you sure?
They're telling me my time is up.
I want to do something special for you.
Silver and gold I do not have, But what I do have
I'm gonna ask God if he's willing that he'll transfer that to you and
And what what I what I do have and I don't know why he has done it. I don't know
But God is he has bestowed upon Lena and I an unusual favor
stalled upon Lena and I an unusual favor, that we're doing our best to steward this intangible gift.
We spend so much time as American Christians begging God for only materialistic things,
houses and cars. But we never think about what's more powerful are the intangible things like
wisdom and character and integrity and favor. Favor could do more for you than a house.
Favor could do more for you than a vehicle.
Favor will put you in rooms you don't belong in.
Favor will intersect you with people you have no business knowing.
Favor would open doors for you you could not open for yourself and for whatever
reason in this season of our lives I don't know God has poured out on Lena
and I an unusual favor for whatever reason.
What I want to do in this moment is, if God would allow, I want to pray a transfer of
this intangible gift upon you and upon your homes and upon your marriages and upon your children.
And if you don't want it, just reject it.
But I'm going to pray by faith that God would pour out favor on the sons and daughters who Watch. Who have the humility to care about something intangible?
That God would perfect your character that you can carry that.
That he would purify your heart that you can carry that.
That he would do something on the inside.
He would work out of you the ugliness of your heart that you can carry that
So a sermon I don't have for you today
But what I do have I'm gonna pray God bless as many people as he chooses to bestow that upon
So if that's you, if that's you, and you have enough faith for a more powerful, intangible
gift than a house, than a bag, than a business, if you have enough humility in this moment to value an intangible gift, I want you to
move towards God with a step of faith by turning your palms up.
It's just a position to receive.
It's just an act of faith. You don't even have to lift your hands high. You can just turn your palms up.
The intangible blessings are far more powerful than all the things we're begging God for.
It could transform a marriage.
It can transform a marriage. It can transform a home.
Favor can go and snatch a wayward child.
It could bring something into your life you've been believing for for years.
My life has changed in a singular year.
My whole life has been transformed because of God's favor.
And so, Father, in the name of Yahshua, I pray over every palm that's turned up local
and abroad that, Father, you would perfect in our hearts purity, that you would work out of our hearts idolatry and wickedness and
evil and rebellion. I pray you would create in these hearts consecration and
give us clean hands before you even right now and father if you are willing I
pray on the backside of
Transform hearts you would pour out upon these sons and daughters the intangible gift of
favor
Hallelujah God I
Pray it would open up doors they cannot open.
It would bring them into spaces they could not get in on their own.
It would bring into their lives people they need in this season and for the future.
I pray it would bring saved loved ones into the kingdom.
It will transform marriages and children and homes.
It would bring about joy unspeakable
like Mary and others who found favor in your sight. I pray it would deepen intimacy with you
in your sight. I pray it would deepen intimacy with you, and that Father, by this time next year there will be testimonies of transformed lives because of the intangible gift of favor.
Father, if you're willing, I pray what you have trusted, Lena and I in the Spirit you would pour out on our brothers and sisters
On the backside of hearts being purified for you
I pray favor
Over every person under the sound of my voice. I pray it would resurrect businesses, it will
resurrect ministries, it will resurrect hope, dreams, and visions. I pray for people who
have been striving that that would cease and that favor God would walk them through open
doors like electronic doors would just open one after the other
Hey
And that you will give them humility and
Integrity to
Stuart the intangible gift a
favor
Lord do as you will
And we thank you for that
Gosh, I see people on their knees.
God, give it to them, Lord.
Give it to them, Lord.
I ask that over my family in the mighty and the majestic and the matchless name of our
Lord and Savior Savior Jesus Christ. Now hear me, sometimes you gotta
act like it's already done. Would you praise him right now like it's already done?
