Next up, head into the Sunshine State, Billy the Marlin.
Miami.
Okay, Billy.
I feel like Billy might be low.
I think Billy, yeah, before taking a look, I'm thinking D.F.
Here's the thing, it's like you don't want to, you don't want to go high on the, okay, come on.
This is, yeah, this is, this is not.
Interesting name, Billy.
I wonder what is that.
It was like, Billy, Billy, Billy, how serious are we taking this thing if you're still, if you're still going illy?
Like, let's just go, Bill, you're Bill.
And he's got silly shoes on.
Bill, you're 30.

You know the drill.
We're your host.
I'm Garrett.
We sign a down the line.
Usually it's an order of operations.
You're more of a three-hole.
I mean, honestly, is he a three-hole?
I mean, he's kind of moving into life.
More of an RBI guy. Let's try that again, Gary.
I'm G. I'm Spark.
I'm T. There we go. See, it's complimentary.
baseball right there. Always, we got a good episode.
What are we got? What do we got?
We got viral creators, Danny and Zach,
aka the breadbasket, stopped by for some
fun drafts and rankings. But first,
we're going to catch up on all the NHL
and NBA playoff action.
We also crowned a winner at the PGA championship.
We'll talk about that. But first, let's start
off with the NBA playoffs.
This segment is sponsored by

upset. I do like, yeah. I mean, no, I, it's kind of weird because I feel like I'm dissing the other one,
but I like it better than sour apple. That's fine. I feel like I'm more of a sour melon guy too.
It's really good.
It's, uh, and one on an, like on a hot day when this is ice cold.
Before we talk about the NBA playoffs, how was the weekend?
Anything entertaining?
Anything big time?
Missed you in New York, by the way, dude.
Yeah, I didn't miss you guys.
Really?
You didn't miss us.
Well, I mean, dude, honestly, if I was Thai, I wouldn't miss us either.
I actually was just jealous of Thai.
I didn't really miss him.
I was like, man, I just want, I want to be playing golf and hanging out with fun people.
Yeah, yeah.
No, it was good.
I was in Nashville.
Raising a lot of money.
Raising a lot of money.
For a great cause.
No, not for me.
It wasn't a love offering for me.
For others.
Awesome group that is trying to end the child welfare crisis.
17 million?
17 million raised in one night.
It is the craziest fundraising event I've ever been to in my life.
Crazy isn't like cool?
Yes, just unbelievable.
17 million in one night?
Yeah.
Saw Herb Street there.
Cole Swindell
I mean just
it was awesome
so you were gonna be listing
you were on the B team for that one
I was like F list
yeah whoa
yeah tie was there to see the A list
yeah yeah yeah yeah
I was a celebrity golfer
but I was like the guy you didn't want to get there
I was like oh dude I'm with that guy
How'd you play?
I played fine nothing special
I had some solo birds out there
it was fun
I feel like this is the third or fourth round in a row
you said it's kind of verbatim
nothing special when is it gonna get special again
I don't know that dude I'm afraid
You don't want golf to be special.
You want golf to be.
I'm afraid I've peaked in my golf life.
I hate to say it.
Was it the swing change?
I don't know.
Dude, I need a swing change, I think.
And I put the mini-D away, and I got out the big driver.
And then I hit a couple good ones, and I started spraying some.
So I went back to the mini-d-de-you're all over it.
I'm just in my own head, right?
You've lost it.
Let's look around us three, and let's get you out of that mindset,
because that's not the Tyler-Toney mindset.
I've come to love and adore.
All right.
I went to, uh, I took the boys to the ranch.
And that's a new tree stand hung up?
Yep, and got, went to my old ranch to pick up, pick up stuff that I haven't gotten about three years.
Yeah, you got to get that off.
Yeah, so he was really, the new owner was super gracious.
He actually toured me around, and he's made that place unbelievable.
Kind of bum that you got rid of it.
I was like, dude, this is what I wanted to do.
I'm glad someone's doing it.
This is absolutely sick.
And then went out to Albany where our lease is and got to put some new trees in.
We got 800 more acres.
so I had to put up some stands and feeders.
There you go.
Fun.
So you got me,
every time you go out to the ranch,
you're like,
why don't I come out here every weekend?
Got rejuvenated?
You know, like, it's like.
Provides life.
It does, man.
Did you get some cam set up?
Got some cam set up and,
just ripped on the,
the Can Am around the place.
Let the boys drive.
They love that.
Oh, yeah.
Almost died six times.
It's fine.
Better than seven.
Yeah.
Is it,
are you all at the point of your parenting career
where it's like,
it's nice because they're actually a helping hand?
Do your boy, your boys still get in the way?
No, it's definitely more, it's more work if you just, if you let the boys try because
you're like, I could do this 80 times faster, but there has to be a moment where you give
them responsibility and you just have to back off.
What level of a responsibility were you talking about?
Like, like, fill a feeder, fill a feeder, yeah.
But it's like, I could dump six bags of corn and be done in five minutes.
Or go, or we could wait 20 minutes and let them.
We got some over, we got some overgrowth in the feeder pin that we need chopped down.
Yeah.
You can't handle.
weed eater off to a six-year-old.
That's a little early.
I hand the machete off.
Oh, wow.
It does get dangerous.
I tell them to kind of go to separate sides, but they love that machete thing.
Not in a very effective way to clear grass either.
No, but I can't give them a weed eater because all, you know, so it's just tough.
I get it.
Maybe scissors.
Yeah.
Yeah, scissors might not be bad.
Not a bad idea.
You know, but it's a good weekend, all to say.
Happy to be here, man.
Yeah, happy to be alive.
What'd you do?
Yeah, I was about to ask.
Anybody want to know what I did?
I do want to know.
No, thank you.
I'm trying to remember.
We slept in until 3 p.m. on Saturday, that's for sure.
I did.
Really?
Well, I stayed up super, super late Friday night.
Oh, you went to bed at 8?
Yeah, a.m.
Went to bed at 8, so I'm still getting less than the normal person.
It was like 7 hours, but it was good at treating me well.
I went poolside yesterday.
Watch the Rangers on my phone.
It's laid out by the pool.
It's officially pool season.
Yeah.
And you see some things.
It was raining yesterday.
No, it was overcast.
You got to watch out for the race.
Pool day yesterday.
Watch out for the UV rays, even when it's overcasts,
because they go right through those clouds, and you think you're okay.
I'm only a little
A little burnt
I text Sparky
There was a really big
Scottish Premier League game
On Saturday morning
And it was
Hearts versus Celtic
And it was for the championship
And I'm like texting Sparky
And you know
Not getting anything back
On our soccer thread
We're texting
Not getting anything back
And then Sparky hits me
With like a 1 PM or like
So did they blow it
I'm like
Dude
I didn't try to hide it
Yeah I didn't try to hide it
I was disgusted by that
result, though. That was unfortunate. Yeah. But good weekend, man. Good weekend. And guess what?
Next Monday? It's a three-day weekend upcoming. Memorial Day. Praise them, dude.
Mm-hmm. What am I doing? Shout out for the people. I'll be in Mexico, but shout out to the people
who allow us to do Memorial Day. I feel like that's, you know. That's lost. That's lost in Memorial Day.
Everyone's worried about cooking a hot dog. Let's give some thanks for it to do. That's a good point,
yeah. Let's remember why we have that Memorial Day. I'm not going to spend mine at Lake Louisville.
Cody asked me to go, but it's too dangerous.
He's the boat driver.
It's boat to boat there in Louisville.
You're asking for...
I don't like to be in any motorized vehicle that Cody Jones is behind the operating wheel or throttle of.
And that's why I didn't use that as the genesis as to why I did.
And I was like, I'm booked.
I'll be sleeping till three.
I think me and Gare got a golf round.
You did some Lakey.
Did you not?
Or was that old footage?
No, no, I did.
I went down there yesterday.
You were doing 360s?
I did.
I got my second ever.
360? Let's talk about the 360 because I have questions.
What? I have questions. Is it an actual? No, granted, it's water,
so you can put your hand right through it, but the hands did touch the water.
That's how you do it. You can't do it just non-handed? I'm sure there's somebody that can
but the technique, and I actually need a little help on this, because you start your turn
by swinging that left leg and then dragging your hand in the water.
Oh, so you're supposed to drag the hand. The turn. My problem is I can't stop the turn.
I think I got to get my hand back on the other side to stop it,
but I just try and paddle the water and it looks very uncoordinated.
It shows you how much I know about water sports.
Somebody please tell me how to stop my 360 on the wake surf,
because it's very difficult to do.
Maybe you're just a 720 guy.
Maybe you're going to embrace it.
Maybe.
Fun though.
Did you take the kids on that one?
Oh, yeah.
Yeah.
All the boys are getting up on the wakeboard now, which is fun.
They enjoy that.
We just do like the, we keep it on the wake surf setting where they're like still close to the boat.
but they're getting up on the wakeboard, which makes it fun.
And yeah, it was good.
Who was driving?
Because Bethany was filming.
You were...
Tim.
Timmy, our foundation specialist from Log Cabin.
Just make sure it wasn't Cody.
No, not Cody.
Good.
Are you to the point where you're like purposely,
like I felt like a big growing up period in your life?
At least mine was it in Branson.
After Canacuck, we rented out a boat on the lake.
And my dad did like 75 on a tube.
And that changed me.
I built character.
Are we to that point where we're throwing the boys around?
I was actually really proud of Colty Bud.
We did the tube.
It was super choppy.
It was very windy.
75 on a tube never happened with you.
It feels like 75.
It does.
It's 30, but it feels like 75.
I'm imagining of 70.
Colty bud.
I look back on the tube and all of a sudden there's just blood going down his neck from his mouth.
And I'm like, he looks like Nolan.
Like after he comes out, he got blood on the jersey.
It's just running down his chest.
He's still ripping it.
And you can tell he's like, he's like kind of trying to fight through it.
And I'm like, hey, stop the boat.
Come on, Colty.
Like, come in.
Come in.
He's like, no, I'm good.
I'm okay.
And I mean, right back in it.
Just blood dripping down on the tube, just hanging on for dear life.
That was a proud moment.
That builds character.
What was the culprit?
Bit his tongue.
Bit his tongue.
And it was just coming out.
Like, it's still there though, right?
Oh, yeah.
It wasn't bad.
It stopped quick.
But your mouth bleeds a lot.
But he played through it.
Point B.
Play through it.
And yeah, it was just like one of those.
I don't know about my other two boys if they would have done that, but Colty bud.
It's good to see one of them do it.
That was good to see.
Colkey's well on his way to overtake an outdoor channel when he's 18 years old.
Yeah.
No question.
We might give it to him at 17.
We might at this rate.
We might at this rate.
He's doing well.
Doing really well.
What do we got?
NBA playoffs?
NBA playoffs is where we're going to start.
We're just previewing them.
Yeah.
We don't want to talk about the just dismal game that.
Let's talk about it.
Detroit had.
First of all, this could be a rant, but it is.
is getting really tough to find games.
Like you got Peacock one night, Amazon Prime,
the next, you too.
I thought you were going to go with the fact of,
I feel like every single person in that arena
deserve their money back.
Oh yeah, that would have been a good night
for the reimbursement.
The lack of care from the pistons,
dude, like they would throw the ball away to the calves
and like Cade would walk down the, like no grind, no great.
It's like, yeah, you're down 20,
but it doesn't matter.
A 20-point game.
in the NBA is overcome in like three minutes.
And they had zero cares.
Which is weird because they're like whole identity and mantra.
Is that is being the tough guys, being the guys who are willing to mix it up in the
paint and do the nasty stuff.
That series, while it went seven, we talked pre-show, it's kind of just blowout to blow out to
blow out down the stretch there.
It couldn't end fast enough.
With the road to.
I do think we got really good series for the finals.
Yes. Spurs Thunder, Nick's Cavs.
if you remember on our preview show NBA playoffs,
we asked for one Dark Horse,
mine was the Cavs.
I'm going to go ahead and say it.
They're going to beat them?
I think they beat the Knicks.
I think they have that mojo going.
But both those teams are going to get swept in the NBA finals.
Probably, probably.
But as a neutral with my Mavericks,
not being at the date, not getting the invite,
this is what we wanted.
We said before the plus thunder.
We wanted OKC, San Antonio.
Let's see if the thunder can be dethrone.
This is the best chance right here.
Because MVP was also this weekend,
agree?
Yeah.
I don't know qualms.
Shea winning the MVP,
back-to-back years.
He's building quite the resume.
He's, I would have given it to Wimby, but...
Yeah, I was a little disappointed
to see Cade check in, like, fifth on that list.
I thought he was going to be top three.
But I, I,
predictions for these two series,
you got Cavs, and then you got...
Caves and six is one I'm going to go with,
and I think the Spurs are still a couple pieces away,
maybe a year away.
As much...
So OECC and six or seven.
I think it goes to full seven.
Yeah.
Okay, C, and they...
get that thing back in Bricktown for game seven.
That's going to be, that's going to pay dividends.
What about you, Ty?
Spurs Thunder.
You know what?
Give me the Alamo.
Give me the Spurs.
Amen.
To upset the Thunder.
Upset?
Are they underdogs?
Yeah.
They are the underdogs.
They are underdogs.
Okay.
What about New York Cleveland?
He's like, I don't care.
Godly, two other places.
I just,
um,
give me,
give me,
you know what,
let's go New York since I didn't go.
On the New York trip,
I feel like I owe them one.
Okay.
Let's go Knicks.
I love that.
Come on.
I have Thunder and Nix.
I have Thunder and 7 and Nicks and 5.
Okay.
So I'm the only one going out on a limb here.
Yeah.
Cleveland, this is for you.
All right.
So that's enough on the NBA.
What's next?
NHL.
Colorado, Vegas.
I actually think people are sleeping on.
What Marner's doing in the playoffs right now is pretty incredible.
I think Vegas could beat Colorado.
I agree.
I think this is where it's really nice for Colorado that they didn't have to go through
A Wild and the stars.
And they made pretty...
Did you guys see Martin's goal versus the ducks?
Silly.
Oh, through the legs?
Yeah, my gosh, how good was that?
That was nasty.
How good was that?
You have to be a special kind of breed.
I feel as if this is headed for a Colorado Carolina collision course.
I agree.
Yeah.
And I hope that one goes seven.
Like, and they just beat each other up.
And to be fair, probably the two best hockey teams.
Not only in the playoffs, but they were there in the regular season doing their thing.
If it is indeed Carolina, Colorado.
I'll be cheering hard for the hurricanes.
That abs fan base.
I just don't, I personally just, it's not that I don't like you, Canada.
It might be because I don't like you.
I don't know.
I haven't really dug into that.
But I just don't want Montreal to break the spell.
It's been a long time since the Canadian team won.
That's how I feel about Vegas going to another Stanley Cup.
Yeah, she won't Colorado to win.
They haven't paid their dues.
You want Colorado to win.
Yeah.
See, in Canada has paid their dues, but I'm with care.
The longer that street goes on, the more fun of it is.
They paid more than their dues.
Yeah, they paid more than their dues.
But look, you know, you guys produce great players who don't want to play for Canadian teams.
They want to play for America.
I don't know if that's how it works, but...
Well, that's how I do like that.
Yeah, yeah.
I was thinking up the same bark there, Gare.
Also, NFL news, Aaron Rogers, returning to Pittsburgh for his 22nd season.
No, that's not AI generated.
He's going to be 42 years old.
25 million?
25 million.
Good for him, dude.
Yeah, that's good.
I feel like the agents, you know, just like Cody.
Jones's argument about
like how athletes are getting better as the time
progresses, agents are also
getting better. Yeah. One year
to 25 million for a 42 year old?
They are also, they are also evolving as a species.
Um, y'all are what, 39 now both? No.
I'm sorry. I'm sorry, I'm sorry, 37. 37. Wow, that's bad.
Oh, there's a 34, five? I do want to go ahead and address the
almost athlete
fans here. What? Because
at the end of the day, there was
a clip that went out,
Jackson,
we talked about age,
said, said we're cooked. He's like,
my goats are cooked. I thought
once I turned 21, I was like, you know, it's over.
My life's over. But now I'm just trying to put it
into my own perspective. You're about to hit 40.
Your life is over, dude. See, I think
it's just beginning, man. It's wraps, bro. I think it's time
to wrap it up. What happened to my goats, man?
Jackson took a lot of heat.
Took a lot of heat.
And I appreciate the fans having our backs.
Having our backs.
But Jackson's absolutely correct.
Because let's be honest.
Yeah.
We are old and washed, dude.
Like, I, you know, at the end of the day, there's nothing I can say to them.
Let's be real, though.
In the Lord's year, 26, 37 is the old 26.
It's not.
I don't know where you're getting that.
Do you feel your age?
No.
You feel older.
No.
You feel younger.
Yeah.
I feel great, dude.
I'm, I'm, I'm, she's a little.
You don't wake up in the...
I wrote a bowl last year.
You don't wake up.
You don't wake up after like a squad games and be like, you're like super sore.
When we did our soccer one...
But again, that wasn't from running playing normal soccer.
That was playing soccer dodge ball.
We were kicking the dodge balls.
That's like trying to throw a wiffle ball 97.
Like, it's just that's not going to be good for your body, whatever age you are.
Yeah.
So I do feel it.
I agree.
I just wanted to say to the fans,
we personally love Jackson, we want y'all to love Jackson,
even though sometimes he makes crazy comments.
He's a kid. He's a kid. He's a kid. That's crazy to say, but he is in fact a kid.
And I am an old adult.
I'm a grown man. And I'm a kid adult. Yeah, so see, we're all three in different life phases here.
Yeah. You know? So it's tough.
Anyways, Aaron Rogers, cheers to you, dude. 25 million. Yeah.
Who do you think is more impressive for their age?
LeBron or Aaron?
Aaron. I mean, both. I mean, both are incredibly. I think it's easier to go out there and play basketball,
though, still as an older person than it is to go, I mean, dude, NFL athletes coming out of college,
like that is, that game runs at a different speed than the NBA. With a ton of alpha males
that are looking to physically. And you're like, you may tear something playing basketball,
but there's just not as much on the line for a 42-year-old quarterback. Yeah, you're not
going to forget your last week.
Yeah, I mean, dude, you still
got to protect yourself in the NFL.
Which is why I think what
Philip Rivers did last year is pretty
It was hard to watch, but
Hard to watch, but pretty cool.
I appreciated it.
For the old guys in the room, I was like, man, he's still.
So is Aaron going to be hard to watch this year?
I think he's already kind of gotten a little hard to wash
last year. He doesn't have
like the Aaron Rogers who can kind of
escape and make just one
of those throws where you're like, how did he do that?
He's gotten a little more human
as time has aged.
But no, I still think he's got some good, some good throws left.
I agree. There's some good.
I don't think Pittsburgh would be bringing them back at 25 mil if they didn't believe
there's something a little good in there.
Let's talk golf.
PGA championship.
Anybody watch?
I did.
I did not.
I was shock in my lake.
Well, I would say you didn't miss a ton.
I don't know how you feel on this gear.
When there's not like a marquee PGA member who wins the event, how do you feel
on that?
Because for me, it's like Aaron Rye, I thought it was a really cool.
story first time major winner but I can get where it's like a little deflating of the balloon.
You know, Aaron Rye broke a lot of stereotypes and I'm, I, I, uh, I want to call out,
you know, we get called out all the time. So I want to call people out. Like, I'm directly talking
to the golf podcasters out there who's taking shots at the double gloves, who's taking
shots at the Ironhead covers. He's a PGA championship winner, dude. I don't know.
with it. Double glove, two's glove, Tommy? I mean, I think it's wild, but hey, dude, what
unconventional golf isn't, golf doesn't have to fit this mold of like, this is the way it's done,
this is the way it's played, this is how you have to win. I mean, look, Scotty has a low
craziest swing the world. He like jumps every time he swings. Best player ever. Like, I mean,
it's just golf changing before our eyes and a guy that has Ironhead Club, club covers. Come on,
dude. That's crazy. It's pretty crazy, pretty extreme. It does make you feel better
when you're on a range though, maybe two-gloved up or...
And how many kids are about to go cover their irons?
I was a double-glove guy at one point.
Where are you?
I didn't know you at that time.
And then I got made fun of and then I went down to one.
I think he broke down that stereotype.
So now I could go back out comfortably.
My own skin is a double-glover.
What are they going to say for the two-gloved guy?
Yeah.
Yeah, when you drop the, hey, did you know that the PJ champ also wore that one?
They're like, oh, okay.
Yeah.
It was for me, it was John Rom.
I had the tea.
Oh, I thought Rombo was going to do it yesterday.
I know, I did too.
I was cheering for Rom.
I had the tea up in my ear and he was like, hey, Spark, don't do that, man.
You look silly.
Never, and every time I go to the pocket with my tea,
because every time I remember John saying, you look silly.
Grow the game, dude.
Don't make fun of Spark for putting a tea in his hat?
Did you guys see, did you guys see Rom's clip of,
he aggressively did a swing?
Oh, yeah, smoked the dude with it.
But I will say, did you see his apology after?
Oh, yeah, he handled it great.
He's like, I shouldn't have done it, and that was,
It's just, that was it.
Yeah, it's not a good luck.
I mean, dude, if people were to film, you're at, like, if they were just like, everyone's
watching you play around a golf, you don't have great moments.
Yeah.
Oh, no.
You know what I mean?
Some would say my worst moments are out on a golf course.
Yeah.
The spike of the four iron.
Yeah.
And so people just blast these guys, like they blasted Sergio for, you know, tearing up Augusta,
which I'm not saying that was right.
But I'm like, dude, how many other people do that?
Like, all the time.
Like, it happens all the time.
Probably not at Augusta, but you know.
Augusta was wild.
But hey, you know.
But no, you could see the instant regret on John's face.
Yeah.
He did it.
I mean, goes from just pure anger to, oh, boy.
I'm going to have to answer to that one.
Oh, boy.
And then Rory yelling at fans to be quiet.
Yeah, what did you think of that?
I feel like Rory kind of talks out of both sides of his mouth.
like I feel like that that was that's totally fine it now I think some of the stuff that was chanted
at the Rider Cup was unacceptable should never be in any language I don't care what you're doing
that you should like you should never talk human to human like that but like the chant USA
I think is fun and he should he should like that because I do think it grows the Rider Cup rivalry
and like who care play into that don't don't be like the guy that's like
like, you know, yelling at him for doing that.
I don't know.
I feel like that's a two-sided argument.
I'm with you.
I think the fact that Rory brings some of these to light
is actually encouraging others, you know,
the grown man from Long Island to chirp a little bit.
Because now at this point it's going to...
Rory's the guy who, right off the bat,
chastise live.
Every player on live was like, you're dead to me, whatever.
And now Rory's the guy who's like,
I would love him back on tour.
So it's like, I feel like he has these like,
just, I think the USA chant was totally fine.
That's not me saying that some of the other stuff that was said is fine.
I'm just saying that specific USA chant I think is okay.
I'm with you.
That instance, I didn't have any qualms with it.
How do you think y'all would have competed in the PGA this year?
I think I would have struggled.
It looked very hard.
I think I would have struggled a little bit.
Scottie went driver three wood into a par four.
Yeah, and that course layout was really cool because then you had like following that
whole, there was like a 290-yard.
par four. So it was really cool to see
what clubs people were pulling from
the bag. I will say, I agree with
Rory on this take. He said that
sometimes golf's a little bit,
a little too boring or whatever when he was
like the leaderboard's so bunched up
because it's so
hard to get a birdie. Most guys are getting
pars and like probably the worst you're going to
do is a bogey. So like they're
the leaderboard. So there's not like
you can't make a run and you can't
get really penalized.
So it's like the course set up and not
regard where it's like there's no like oh dude you could hit it in the water you want a little more
risk reward yeah and i agree with that because this one was like when uh smalling was you know scotty
was sitting there at one under smalling 600 start today there's no way scotty is getting get to eight
under sure well i say that and then kirk kiddiama got shot seven under sixty three but he couldn't
get to eight yeah it looks like we were on the verge of having like an eight way playoff too that
would have been really fun. I think golf's majors
have kind of missed. We haven't had a playoff in quite a while.
What's the highest total amount of players
in a major playoff? In a major
playoff, that's a great one. I don't know, but I've seen a
playoff that has. Three, I know three. No, I've seen
like five. At a major? No, no, no, no, just a regular tournament.
2002 open. So I'm saying we're due for one of those just
and it would have been if the five unders, if the five under where
Justin Thomas got in.
Four men playoff is wild. But Aaron, Aaron,
that was impressive goal.
Like he didn't miss a shot.
And it looked like his pulse
was just intact the whole time.
I do feel bad for him
because he was like six groups ahead.
You know,
or maybe it was like four groups ahead.
Where like he puts in,
he clearly is won the PGA.
Ain't nobody,
but mathematically you can't celebrate.
And so he didn't have like,
had to kind of sit there with.
He didn't have a cool moment with the fans
and hug the caddy on the green and like
Take a shirt off.
Yeah, dude.
Like I kind of feel.
bad. I was like, dude, you should go out there and redo the putt, you know?
Just mark it and just leave it there. That's good.
Your round's not official.
You'll play it through. Y'all come on.
That's good. I tell you.
That's such a good idea, dude. It's like there's marks two inches from the hole.
I've really become a lover of watching golf, which I never thought I would say that to my younger
self. That was never a thing, but just the small, intricate little things of golf are so
beautiful to watch. Kids at home, I promise you one day you'll gravitate towards it, watch it,
enjoy it play it it is fun it's more enjoyable on the west coast because you get golf until like
seven eight p.m. The thing did go on to about what seven p.m. I know but it's even better on the west.
Right. Yeah that's a good point. Man sad but true. We're two majors deep already this year.
I felt like the new calendar year was here now we're two we only have two left. Great news though
for a long time. This area has lacked a golf major championship next year. 27 right here across
the toll way.
Yep.
Brisco, Texas.
I'm very curious to see how long they make that.
Because they could make that thing 9,000 yards.
And they're going to make it long.
And if we have win like we had this weekend at the PGA,
those guys are going to shoot five over.
Yeah, there will be some high scores.
Because that place is already windy.
And the wind we had this weekend was...
And I feel like they're going to try and make a statement
to make it difficult.
They are because already...
There's been so many players that's kind of already...
chastised it a little bit. So I think
Gil's team and then the
team at the PGA are gonna...
Tough greens out there too.
They're gonna make a statement. They can make it nasty
if they wanted to. And then Jordan,
I know you listen to, avid listener,
Jordan Spieth.
Let's just go play every week from here on out,
dude. We gotta get you that PGA. That's a
help me, help you situation. Yeah, it's
partly like, I need your help
but maybe we'll just help you just
maybe you'll find something. I don't know.
You'll be like, dude, these guys are so bad. It's
making me better. I'll never forget it. Ricky Fowler, medalist. You found something that day when
paired up with Tyler. Yeah, he did. He even admitted like, yeah, I just, I don't know, I'm not
find it. And then all of a sudden he was like, Eagle, Birdie Eagle, and he was like, I found it.
I love speed to win, the grand slam. Is that DP effect? I know, thanks. So if you want to win a
major championship, just come play around with me, TIE and G. That's all you got to do. That's all
it takes. And unlock something in you. Or we just play every week from here on now. We got 51 more weeks
into the PGA. Yeah. It's 51 times, Jordan. Let's go play it.
do it look at it
something to look forward to
before we head to our
interview with the breadbasket
DP notes concerns
updates the book's doing really well
Operation Trickshot that's good to see
tour is right around the corner boys
yeah it's 35 days or something like that
it's gonna be such a fun show yeah if you

dudeperfect.com slash tour

different if not this is a great first tour
to come to. Can't wait to see you guys out there. Well said. Outdoor. Everything cool there.
Everything's great. Log Cabin's crushing. What do we got? We got Python coming up next in the
Everglades. Cody went out there with us. Petit Boys helped Josh overcome some fears. May
may see one of the worst wheel unfortunate punishments of all time show back up in that video
for Josh just to help get them ready for catching snakes. It was fun, man. Yeah, yeah. DPO's crushing.
pumped.
And then I don't know if I'm allowed to say this weekend,
this weekend,
it finally has arrived.
Over time, 50.
Let's go.
Finally get what they want.
It's a banger.
Can't say anything but OT 50 yet.
It launches this weekend.
It launches this weekend.
Based off what I've heard this morning,
yes, Saturday's post, right?
Do you want to double check that?
I love it.
No, it's going to be, yeah, it's this weekend.
Wow.
It says this week.
You're having fun.
Thank you for the update.
Can't wait for OT 50,
but for now it's time to do some games and drafts with none other than the breadbasket.
It's getting hot here and I don't just mean in this podcast studio.
Speaking to that, Jared, hit that AC.
Summer is coming, Garrett, and being outside in the Texas heat for even one minute gets me parched.
But this summer, body armor has an awesome new flavor to help me stay cool and hydrated.
That's right.
It's Dude Perfect's new body armor sports drinks flavor.
Sour Melon Blast.
available exclusively at 7-Eleven and Speedway stores.
This baby is packed with a punch of sour and refreshing watermelon flavor, electrolytes,
and no artificial dyes, flavors, or sweeteners.
It's the perfect drink to hydrate all summer long,

And I'm going to be chugging these on Do Perfect Squad Game Tour this summer,
and I'm not going to share them with our competition.
Good idea, G, keep them thirsty.
Will you share some with me, though?
Depends on if you hit your shots.
I better go practice my free throws and bring some body armor sour melon blast to keep me hydrated.
Grab one today at 7-11 or Speedway store near you.
Hurry because it's only here this summer for a limited time.
Choose better with Body Armor sports drink.
Summertime is all about family.
Grilling with the family, going out on the lake with the family, family road trips.
That's right, gee.
Some of my fondest memories are fighting with my sisters at the barbecues on the lake and the backseat of family road trips.
You name it, we fought.
And when I think about spending time with my family, you know what I start thinking about?
Learning karate?
No, but clearly you and your sisters did.
I think about all the things I do to protect them, both now and in the future.
Like karate?
No, like finding the right life insurance policy.

across TikTok, IG, and YouTube. Like us, they believe in using sports and competition to turn
simple ideas into ridiculously fun content using draft, tears, and guessing games. These guys
treat everyday topics like sports debates. Please welcome the breadbasket brothers, Dan
and Zach.
Yeah, baby.
How are doing, boys?
Hey, I don't want to brag or anything,
and maybe we can get this on a graphic.
I think we might combine for like 100 million followers across platforms.
I think so.
Let's put that graphic up.
Us.
Yeah, we have about 100 mil.
Yeah.
100%.
I like that.
Put that in a stat sheet.
The almost breadbasket athletes.
Yeah.
Yeah, we can even combine the name.
Maybe we need to rebrand there, but yeah.
Well, thank you for joining us today, boys.
It's our honor.
Big fans.
Let's take it all the way back to day one.
How did your boys get started as creators?
And how long did you realize it would take
until like, yeah, I could do this as a day job?
Definitely didn't think we were going to make a living out of it.
It was just doing it for fun.
You know, we're brothers.
We've always done, you know, sports stuff together.
Like, we had one-v-one wiffleball leagues.
It doesn't even really make sense.
Yeah.
We played a lot of mini soccer.
Sounds fun, though.
But yeah, we would do like the full,
we'd go through like the full lineup of nine guys,
but they were all us.
Right.
And then we would trade guys with each other.
But it was all, again, it was, and some of the guys were better.
Like, oh, believe it or not, Dexter Fowler was the best player in the league.
Again, they were all me.
But somehow Dex was the guy that just got it done for me.
But yeah, like we would always just have fun doing stuff.
I mean, I feel like the same as you guys, just, you know, making videos for fun.
And then it kind of just took off.
Yeah, and something caught.
And then we just, I think our first thing that caught was just drafts.
And then we did like, we've done like 300 drafts.
And then we just never looked back, kept it going.
Yeah.
Well, some of the best things that ever happened are happy accidents.
I think we can all agree on that.
And I thought I was the only one who was using imaginary lineups in the backyard.
I thought I was the weird one.
I also had a high OBP with Dexter Fowler.
Oddly enough, that's crazy.
I mean, it's something.
It was the stance.
I don't know.
The guy could just get on base.
I remember Ian Stewart was good, too.
Rocky's legend.
Oh, he could call him a legend.
I thought you're going to drop an Ian Desmond there too.
To trade for that guy.
Yeah.
The deadline.
Yeah.
There's hot commodities going around.
You played soccer throughout college.
How has sport, obviously, with the drafts and stuff, it's had, it's heavy influence,
but just how much has sport meant to the breadbasket and y'all individually as brothers?
I mean, it's everything.
It's, yeah, it's obviously it's our hobby, right?
It's we love to play.
We love to watch.
And then it's even like the way we treat our content journey, I feel like.
It's just we've played on so many competitive sports teams, like we treat it that same way.
Like we're locked in every day, staying consistent, posting a bunch every day.
So it's just like that is who we are.
And it's cool because we didn't obviously go pro.
But so much of sports has just become what our life is.
And I also think everybody, anybody that's play sports like knows how the coach talks.
You know, they know.
So that's kind of like where our humor comes from.
And anybody that has anything to do with sports is like, I know a guy like that.
It's probably a 40-year-old guy that was a mean baseball coach for no reason.
But everybody's had a couple of those guys in their life.
So I think that's why it really resonates with people.
Very relatable.
Very relatable to the sense that I'm like the guy who will make an analogy,
sport related, anything.
You know, I just always draws back to sports.
So y'all are very much alike in that with us.
I have the privilege of working with your brother, which is really cool.
Me and Ty, unfortunately, we're not gifted a brother growing up.
We're brothers from another mothers.
But how cool is it to work with your brother and how complicated can that be at the
times. I mean, it's the best. I mean, you can, you could argue about stuff and then you could have a,
we could have a full on screaming match and eight minutes later, we're just eating lunch and we forgot
that it even happened. I think that's the, that's the thing that we've had that. Yeah, like my,
my wife, Sarah, she's around us all the time and we'll have like blowout fights like that.
And then like five minutes later, we're fine. And she'll be like, are you guys okay? And I'll be
like, why would we be okay? We just completely forgot it even happened. Yeah. But it's also one of those
things. I always give Danny credit because he's the older brother. And we never had that thing where
the older brothers just mean to me for no reason. So I feel like he gets the credit for us being so
close. Thanks, man. Yeah, yeah. I mean, like most of the time, like I'll talk to people who have a
younger brother and like, they're like, I hate that kid. It's like, oh, well, I never, I never really
had that. So like, I think that's really why it works with us. Yeah, I think guys have a unique
conflict management skill that girls may not be able to work through as easily as, uh, as the guy
conflicts, get in a fight, have a yelling match, and then you're over at five minutes.
And I don't think that happens.
As soon as Jersey Mike arrives, you're fine.
On the other side is much.
The day where the girl holds onto it for months at a time.
Jersey Mike can solve anything.
Jersey Mike, you get one number four going, you're good.
Jersey Mike fixed my leg injury.
There you go.
He fixed my life in many ways.
I have a lot too old Jersey Mike.
Almost athlete moment, where you call ourselves almost athletes, because we're never
destined to make it to the top, though we love sport, as you all do too.
You ever have a moment in youth sport where it was like, yeah, I'm not cut out to be a pro.
This spring, denim gets a softer, lighter update.
Introducing Old Navy's drapey denim wide leg, a new fit that moves with you.
It's everything you want denim to feel like for summer.
Easy, breathable, and effortlessly cool.
With a fit that creates natural movement and a wide leg that feels modern, not overwhelming.
Plus, that signature, wait, for this price, moment.
Old Navy's drapeed denim wide leg
Yes
Oh yeah yeah
Tejohn Buchanan
I don't know if you guys watch soccer at all
But he I think now he plays for I think
A.C. Milan I think he's on the Canadian national team
I he was on the 19s
I was on the 17s we had every practice
On like Fridays we would scrimmage them
And I would play right back
He'd play left mid
And that was the moment or I was like this is just
I'm not going to go pro here
This guy is just a physicality issue
I mean, dude, I would almost like lose playing time because I would be giving up three goals to a guy that's just unbelievable in like 20 minutes. It's just it's a different level. But that's when I was like, yeah, this isn't, we're not going pro here. Well, at least you came to the realization early. It took Cody all the way to the Celebrity Allstar game to finally look in the mirror and realize, hey, I'm not going to sign a 10 day with the Charlotte Hornets. So it took them a while. The best of us, though, see it at a young age. So props you all for that. Y'all are the kings of games, grids,
and drafts, so I don't want to waste any time, boys.
Let's get into it.
What do you say we play a little game?
Let's do it. Let's do it, baby.
Starting it off. Speaking of brothers, let's do a best brother's draft.
It's going to be good. Let's do it.
We've got Twins here at Dude Perfect, so we're going to do a best brothers draft.
We'll work in teams, Dude Perfect versus Breadbasket, five rounds.
Since y'all are the visitors and won the coin toss, you get to go first.
Yeah, I mean, I think we go that, right?
Yeah, first pick.
I mean, these guys really, really impressed us in their pre-draft interview.
Answering everything correctly, we're going Mario and Luigi.
Mario and Luigi, that's a power group.
That's a good, that's a good first pick.
We didn't really do.
We didn't do pre-draft interviews with everybody, so.
No, that's fine.
You can go on vibes.
I just don't want to get surprised when they come in the door and I'm like, this isn't
how I saw Luigi being, you know, but for us, it went well.
It went well.
I think I have one that I'm ready to lock.
You do?
I just want to know what you're going.
Take flight.
I feel like there's a distance issue between you two.
It's like you can't whisper that well because it's too far.
You lead the charge on this pick.
Are you sure?
There's a lot of pressure.
Okay.
Our first pick has been submitted.
I can already hear the ding-da-da-da-da-n-n-you.
Pick is in.
Dude perfect in the first round of the Best Brothers draft selects the Wright brothers.
Where would we be without them?
Yeah.
We certainly wouldn't.
be in the air.
That's a good pick.
And our job is largely dependent on traveling market to market.
And, you know, I think as time goes on, the Wright brothers have aged really well.
It's taken a defensive end in the first round.
Yeah, it's not the sexy, quote-unquote, but it's like, man, when you think about it,
that is a huge piece to the team.
I mean, imagine driving to NYC.
You can't.
You can't.
You can't do it.
You simply can't.
No, that's a really good pick.
And I think the more you think about it, the more it becomes a sexy pick.
Yeah.
Imagine telling somebody that you invented flying.
It doesn't sound real at all.
Yeah.
That's a good pick.
Thank you.
That's really good.
I think,
I think,
Zach,
do we go here?
Yeah.
We're going to go with our second pick,
you know,
just a good group of brothers here,
Peyton and Eli Manning.
A lot of Super Bowls.
Yeah.
And we are Denver guys.
We're a little biased.
Love Peyton.
Yeah.
You can't go wrong.
Brought one to Denver.
No,
that's a good pick.
I'm torn on my,
uh,
on my next one here. But I think I'm going to go ahead and submit. I trust you. I'm locked in.
Boom. Second round of the pick is in. With the second round of the best brothers pick,
team dude perfect will select. We're going Joe Bros. And you get an extra. Because brothers,
everybody's thinking, too. We just got a third player in the best brother's draft. And really,
man, I forget the fourth brother's name, but there's another one in there as well. Obviously,
Kevin, Joe and Nick. We'll keep him on the practice squad, just in case we need for specialty,
you know, specialty units. That's a really good day. I went to a Joe Bros. concert and I was impressed,
man. They put on a show. That's a great big. Fun fact, the fourth guy is named Frankie,
and I went to Belmont. I went to Belmont University and he was there. He went when I was there.
Kind of cool. Yeah, Frankie opened for the Joe Bros. at their concert, and he did a great job.
You ever think he could get the call to open?
Uh, I'd love to think that I have that opportunity, but I don't think it's, I don't think it's
happening.
I think now that you selected Joe Bros. In round two, though you forgot Frankie. It's going to be close,
but they may be open to the idea of you opening up for a show.
That'd be sick. I'm open to it. Rudev's got COVID around Christmas time. It's a banger.
Yeah. Action back on you boys. And but real quick, and you don't have to do this,
you can keep this close to the chess because maybe you do want to open for the Joe Bros.
Bros. One day. If you had a Starbens cut, the three Joe Bros. What do you know?
Ooh, that's, that's, oh, yeah.
Yeah, I want to keep my options open for opening for the Joe Bros.
So I'm going to, I'm going to next question, please.
No, that's a political answer.
That's more.
I'll do the same thing.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Danny, let's go, I think, listen, they got three bros.
Let's get three bros.
Oh.
Let's go to the ball bros.
Yeah.
Wow.
I mean, only one of them, I think, is still in the league.
Zoe could come back.
He's welcome in Denver if he wants to come.
We're getting ourselves.
Okay.
A good rapper.
We got me, that's really what I'm interested in.
We got some, we got some, we got ball.
on our team. We've got some locker room music.
Yeah. There you go.
All right. If mixtapes win titles, then that's a really
good pick. Yeah. They don't win titles, but they
sell jerseys. Yeah, they sell jerseys.
They sell jerseys. That was a jersey cell pick. I like it.
You got to get people in the building somehow.
But you're going to have we got to keep the lights on.
To involve too. LeVar, you know, that could be, that could ruffle some feathers.
I'm just saying, not that I'm not a triple B guy, but again,
selling tickets. You're right.
Pressure on me here.
Do I go royalty tie?
This is tough.
This is where you win or lose drafts right here.
You know it, I know it.
The world knows it.
Canaan Abel?
I almost went there too.
Good value.
We don't want that locker room tension though.
You can't have Can't have Canaan Abel in our locker room.
Yeah, they may be split up.
Yeah.
Are you okay if I...
You take it.
Yeah, no.
I want to give the lifeboat to you, kind of.
No.
I'm scared here that I royally mess this up.
No, there's good people.
picks on the on the board okay let's go yeah i think i'm ready to lock it in okay this group has
really hit the high road here lately and that's Travis and jason there you go yeah the Kelsey
bros shout out to the new heights boys just played golf with jason uh last week had a great time
uh really enjoyed it haven't had the pleasure of meeting trav yet but uh yeah me me and jason had a
great time playing some golf and uh those guys are great and they're obviously killing it on the pod so
Who won?
They're experienced, too.
Who came out on top of that round?
Jason had to leave after nine, so that in my book is a WD.
He withdrew, and I got the automatic victory.
Good for you.
Good for you.
Congrats.
Yeah.
No, three points is three points.
It's a good win.
Yeah.
I think we go, you want to go here?
You want to go here?
I like both of them.
You want to go there?
Yeah, with our, what is this four here?
Fourth pick?
Yeah, I think we're going four.
We're going to go ahead and pick up Phineas and Ferb.
Oh, that's a good point.
I didn't even think of that.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I got a, I got a Phineas comp the other day with a GoPro angle above the head,
and I turned to the side, and then it was given off Phineas.
He's the one with the big nose, right?
Or is that from him?
He's got a nose thing on.
He's got a nose thing on, but it's good.
It's iconic, you know?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
That's a good pick.
It's like a good broad jump.
His nose, you know, it's like, yeah, yeah.
Okay.
I thought I had pressure.
This is a big one, tie.
We need to find value here.
Yeah, I mean, I'm, yeah, I feel like it's a no-brainer. You kind of have to go here.
And I'm hoping my fifth round pick is still on the board later.
But give me Steph and Seth.
Yeah, okay.
Curry brothers.
More Steph than Seth?
Equal. Give them to me in equal amounts.
I love both those guys.
Great add to the team.
Sure.
Great locker room guys.
Obviously, you're building to score buckets.
know their roles.
Yeah, no, we're gonna happily welcome them
onto the dude perfect best brothers.
This is good.
We have thought and intent behind it right now.
Yeah.
It's a good spread.
No, that's a great.
We had them on our list.
They honestly slid.
They could have gotten first couple rounds.
Big.
Yeah, I agree.
Easily first or second round pick.
Yeah.
So what have we got five here?
What do we wrap it up with here?
This is like kind of crafty.
Yeah, let's do it.
Are we character heavy, though?
We are, but you know what I don't think of the team?
Something you got to think about.
But can you have too many characters?
Can you win a title if you're overly fictional?
That's the question that we have to answer.
I think you can.
Should we do it?
Let's do it.
We're going to go to Stepbrose and do Dale and Brennan Huff.
Gosh, that's good.
That's so good.
Dude, I didn't even see that on the list.
Oh, man, that would have made our cut for sure.
They just Step Brod is around five.
You're not going to get Randy Jackson's autograph.
Yeah.
Insane value.
How did we not think of that title?
I don't know.
Step bros.
I didn't even think of stepbrose being in the picture, but stepbrothers are brothers.
Right.
So, it's just a crafty.
You should have thought about that.
All right, Spark.
Last pick is up to you.
Yeah.
Man, I've got decisions to make here.
I think I've got to do what I have to do here.
And I think it's a good pick for where they are.
Please don't take Kobe and Corey.
It is a little bit of a reach.
I'm taking the boys.
Kobe and Corey.
call.
It actually makes sense that they land at the Mr. Irrelevant position, you know.
Yeah.
It's a good story.
Is the production going to be there?
I doubt it.
You know, they're going to be loving teammates.
Our conflict management skills on the team are going to be elite.
Yeah.
I mean, there's not going to be a problem that we can't work through.
We just might have to talk it out for a week and a half knowing the Cotton Brothers.
But yeah, let's put a bow on it with the Cotton Bros.
So to recap, DP takes Wright Bros, Jonas Bros, the Kelsey Bros, Curry Bros.
And we finish it off with Cotton Bros.
This is big fall off there in round 5.
I would have gone Luke and Owen Wilson just over the Cotton Twans, but that's just me.
Too much nose after Phineas and Furb, you know, they kind of took the nose thunder.
Breadb Basket Boys go Mario and Luigi, the Manning Bros, the Ball Bros, Finneas and Ferb and the Step Bros.
Really finished the draft strong.
Comment below who you think won why it was Breadbatch.
I feel like y'all want it late.
Finney's and Pro followed up by the stepbrose is just...
Well, that's where you get your value is in those late rounds.
Yeah, that's where you win Super Bowls and title may be coming your way, boys.
Almost, hey, almost go.
No, I've got a bono pick with you guys.
Hearing a lot of dog talk on this podcast and not nearly enough cat talk.
And as the official dude perfect cat guy, I need to tell you that cats are indeed awesome.
Well, coach, your cats are pretty cool.
But didn't you accidentally drink cat milk the other day?
Also, what even is cat milk?
You don't want to know.
We do have a new kitten in the home and there's some milk and I thought it was my protein.
It was not good.
But that was on me.
It was not the cat's fault.
And I do like to give my cats the royal treatment.
And that's why I use whisker litter robot.
I've actually heard all about the whisker litter robot because I may not love cats,
but I love anything that cleans and makes my life easier.
And the whisker litter robot automatically cycles after every use so you don't have to scoop every day.
And I forget to scoop a lot.
But the best part about Whisker Litter Robot is that it doesn't smell like a regular litter box.
And to be honest, Codes, it was getting real stinky in your house until you used the Whisker Litter Robot.
And I love that the Whisker app gives you real-time notifications that help track your cat's behavior and routines,
or if your litter robot needs attention.
But you don't even have a cat.
True, but I do love apps.
The future is feline.

Come on, Sparks, get you a cat.
All right, so we play one of your guys' games.
Now we're going to do one of ours.
We're going to do an imposter here.
So three of us know the character, one of us doesn't.
We're all going to go around.
We'll do like three or four rounds.
And then we'll try and guess who the imposter is.
Yep.
Perfect.
So I'll kick it off?
Yeah, I think we go you, Tyler Spark, come back to me.
Perfect.
Okay.
So I'm, my first word, I'm just going to say funny.
I'm going to say breakfast.
Mmm.
Okay.
That's good.
That makes sense.
I'm going to say onion.
Hmm.
Interesting.
We're going really into the breakfast food realm here.
Okay.
Yeah.
I was going to say silly.
I don't, I feel like that.
Silly.
Silly.
Okay.
So you're just.
going sending him to my word, which is kind of a tell-tale sign. No, it's a slant. Silly and funny are two
different things. Okay. They're stepbrothers. I'm going to say,
I think it's him. I'm going to say, I'm going to say sidekick. Yeah, that's good. I like that.
I'm going to go Harry. Yeah. Okay. Okay. Absolutely. I'm going to go dragon. Wow.
I mean, that works, actually. Yeah. I feel like I really think it's you. I'm going to go. I'm going to
it vague.
Bacon.
Okay.
We'll go one more round, but I think it's got to be Zach.
I don't know that we know where this is hurting, but we can.
Let's go one more just to put Zach through it because...
It could not be me.
I don't...
I'm going to say...
There's just four guys talking about a character here.
This is very normal.
I'm going to say hooves.
Ah, hooves.
The way he said, that's good.
I kind of want to give him a guess just to see if he can get it at this point and then
and then see what happens. I'll go, I'll go green. Yeah. Okay. Absolutely. I'll go animated.
Okay. Zach. What do you got, Zach? What I said? Lizard? Okay. All right. All right. It was absolutely lost.
If you can guess it, I'll give you the win. All right. So we won't, we won't do the embarrassment of calling
you out as the imposter. Honestly, you guys, we've given good clues. You guys did a really good job of like keeping it
broad.
Was there not like a breakfast in there at some point?
Yeah, but it made sense for the character.
Yeah, I feel like my hints were actually too direct, but what are you?
Green.
Waffles would be another clue and it would be a good one.
Waffles?
Yeah.
What?
Yeah.
And Dragon could work, but Swamp.
Swamp.
Swamp would be a good another one.
Yeah.
Womp.
Green.
I mean, like, when you went, you put them all together.
When you hooved, I was, I was thinking donkey.
But put it all together, though.
Donkey?
It's donkey, yeah.
Oh, really good job.
Donkey from Shrek.
That is good.
That was my first imposter game.
That was mine, too.
That was fun.
Yeah, that was fun.
It has a little among us feel to it from a video game standpoint.
That's a good game.
That took all of two rounds to figure out old Zachy boy was impostered, all cap, italicized, bolded.
You hate to say it.
On we go, boys.
Up next, MLB mascot tiers.
Y' got time for another one?
Yes, sir.
Let's do it.
Let's do it.
Time for MLB mascot tiers.
We're going to take a cue from you guys for this game.
We're going to go through MLB mascots and put them into tiers.
S being the best, F being the worst.
This is a blind ranking.
You'll give us six teams, and we'll give you six teams.
Can't put two teams in the same tier.
I like it.
Yep, let's do it.
All right, y'all boys up first.
Your first mascot is going to be our hometown team.
Colorado Rockies.
We're on the up.
You got Dinger.
Can I get a current picture of Dinger, please?
Yeah, of course.
Of course.
He's looking very fit.
He's a dinosaur.
Fun fact about Dinger,
the reason it's a dinosaur
is because when they were digging up
the ballpark,
they found dinosaur bones.
Good knowledge.
Yeah.
I didn't actually know that.
Yeah.
Okay.
So there's a little history in there
with the mascot.
When it comes to a mascot.
Yeah, obviously,
you got the power from the dinosaur,
which is nice.
And we need to remind listeners
that this is 50%
how they would perform
on the baseball diamond
and 50% of how creative,
unique,
and outstanding of a mascot they are.
It's a good name, too.
Dinger is an incredible name.
Really good name.
For me personally, Ty, this is going to be up there.
It's fitting that it's from the mile high city.
I was thinking A.
I'm thinking A as well.
Let's go ahead and lock that in.
We're going Dinger in the A tier.
I love the Dinger love.
That's high praise for Dinger.
And he deserves it.
He's a great mascot.
Great mascot.
Good mascot, better guy.
Better guy.
Better guy.
Yeah.
Leadership.
Can't teach him about leadership because he already knows the ins and out.
Right.
100%
Okay, so next one
We're gonna go
Let's just go to
We'll go here
So we're gonna go to the tiger's mascot
We got Pauls
P-A-WS
And as you can imagine
He's a tiger
Yeah
He's a tiger
My concern is
He's kind of like a DH guy
He's just a big bopper
But doesn't really fit in
In the field
Yeah
I feel like he looks
Like he came from a Chuckie cheese
Yeah
Not always a bad thing
Yeah
I want to chicken cheese is fun, but...
No, it is fun.
It's fun, but if you're trying to win championships.
Oh, you're right, yeah.
You know?
That's, I don't know, pause, that's like a, that's like a D.
It's an underwhelming name, too.
It's a C or a D in my book.
Where do you want to put him?
D.
D. We're going to pause D.
Fitting, since there are from Detroit, actually.
I think that's the right slot.
Next, we got a guy, actually one time when I was like six, I dressed up as this guy for Halloween.
Our parents just put my head in a baseball pinata.
We got Mr. Met.
Ooh, Mr. Met. He's a baseball. He's a big old baseball. Yeah. Large. I mean, what kind of hat-sized does Mr. Met wear? He's like Bruce Bochie out there. I like him. It's just almost like a little two on the nose for me. Sure. You know, like, hey, we need a baseball mascot. Let's just make it a baseball. It lacks a little creativity. It's a B or a C for me.
I think it's scream C. It's like we're not risking a ton, but we're also not going down on a limb here.
and picking up a future Hall of Famer in my book.
He's not even the best mascot in his own city.
It's a baseball for baseball.
It's right down the middle.
Yeah.
Come up with something else.
Yeah.
Okay, this one I think, I feel like this guy is S potential, but we'll see.
Up next, we got the Philly Fanatic.
Philly Fanatic is S tier.
Auto S.
Yeah.
Auto S.
Philly Fanatic, probably the best in baseball.
Yeah.
I like that.
I was worried, like, are we going to get something better than Dinger?
And then, yeah, Philly Fanatic.
S-tier, without question.
That's a captain of the team.
You get it all.
You get the entertainment value, big body up there at the plate.
I think he's going to do tremendous.
Yeah, phenomenal first baseman as well.
He's going to fit in well over there, Hoppo Hot Corner.
Yeah, Philly Fanatic.
And it's pretty telling that me and Ty being DFW boys are high on anything or anyone out of Philly.
Philly Fanatic, S-tier.
Yeah, no, I mean, you've got to put him in the ass.
The list is good so far.
Next you got the pirate parrot guys.
I mean, this is a guy who's like a pinch runner.
He's a bunt guy.
You're not going to get many gap to gap shots out of the old pirate.
It's like if we go, see, this is where it gets tough because our F tier is open.
And we're about to put potentially the parrot as our B tier.
It's the danger of blind.
It's the danger of blind draft.
Yeah.
I think he's closer to.
F than he is B. To be fair, I think he's D plus C minus, but those two are already taken.
I don't think he provides much. We'll go F tier. You have to. I mean, somebody had to be there.
Somebody had to be there. I think in terms of leaving that top slot open, you made the right call.
We're wrapping it up with Wally the Green Monster. And I think he's great. Yeah, Wally, probably closer to A than anything. I love where we finished up.
This thing fell so perfectly. Yeah. I mean, that's about as good as a blind draft as you can hope for right there.
That ball club has the DNA of a team that's going to win 100 plus games.
Yeah.
100%.
Yeah, it kicked our coverage.
That was well done.
Really well done.
All right, Spark, are you giving them their...
Yeah, I'll give them their six.
Okay.
All right, first up, we're going to go to the Windy City.
Clark the Cubb, Chicago Cubbies.
I mean, here's the thing, off-rip, like the name.
Clark the Cub, just keeping it simple.
We're alliterating here.
Oh, is she just rocking a little backwards hat?
I like that?
I mean, I'm a big fan of the backwards hat.
Swag back.
He's got swag.
He's been around the block.
Looks athletic.
I think,
I'm thinking A for Clark the club.
What more do you want out of a mascot?
He looks,
he looks like a good guy.
He's,
I think A is good.
Yeah,
yeah,
you could always trust a guy
in a backwards hat.
Yeah.
That's just,
that's just kind of a lot.
You always trust the guy
in a backwards at.
No doubt.
Yeah, we'll go ahead for that one.
Okay, I like it.
Next up,
heading to the sunshine state,
Billy the Marlin,
Miami.
Okay, Billy.
South.
I feel like Billy might be a lot.
I think Billy, yeah, before taking a look, I'm thinking D.F.
Here's a thing, it's like you don't want to, you don't want to go high on the, okay, come
Bill is, yeah, this is, this is not.
And how's, and what is, and what is, Billy, Billy, Billy, how serious are we taking this thing if you're still, if you're still, if you're still going illy?
Like, let's just go, Bill, you're Bill.
And he's got silly shoes on.
Bill, you're 30.
Bill, Bill's going in the, in the F.
Bill's gone in F.
I think that's where he belongs.
I mean, and just the expression on his face, too.
I would panic if I saw Billy out in the public.
Me too.
There are definitely several young kids that are super frightened of Billy.
Definitely.
Yeah.
They have nightmares.
No doubt.
Imagine having to go watch a Marlins game and then encountering that thing.
Look at that.
You're getting the worst of both worlds.
That's really tough.
If Ty, if you came into contact with him, I'm scared you try to wall mount.
Yeah.
Yeah.
That's my fear on that one.
Good pick, though.
I would have F that as well.
Let's go to the Bay Area,
but about to be in Las Vegas.
Let's go Stomper, the athletics, elephant.
What is Stomper looking like here, Dan?
Let's take a look here.
So we got an elephant, so we got good size.
Okay, we got good size.
Oh, I like this guy right.
Maybe too much size.
Yeah, yeah, might be an agility.
How can we shed some pounds?
Right.
Not going to be a threat on the base path.
Right.
Big waistline here.
I don't, this guy, that is a custom belt.
I'll tell you that much.
Doesn't it feel like a C?
Yeah.
I wonder if you can get him in shape before the season starts.
I like his hat, I like his size.
I worry about his agility.
And, yeah, like you said.
The thing with stompers, every off season,
it's like stompers getting in shape.
Stompers in the gym.
Doesn't happen.
And the stompers comes into the game one spring training.
Yeah.
So I think it's a sea.
Yeah, we're going to go see.
And I hate to measure a mascot by his trunk size,
but you just would think for an elephant.
Careful.
He'd have a little bit bigger trunk.
I mean, it's a small trunk.
drunk. It's average. It's average. And he's charismatic. So does it even matter?
Charismatic doesn't win you titles, though, boys. I think that elephant's lacking a little bit
myself. Good spot there for C spot. Nation's capital. Let's go with Screech, Washington Nationals.
Good name. Yeah, cool name. Off-rip, polarizing name. What would you think Screech would be?
Oh, that horse is an eagle. What I'd have anything? Yeah, yeah. Did we like him or do, I don't know if I love them or
I hate him. You can't really tell.
Beatt's a little off pudding right now.
I don't know. I don't like how his mouth is so open.
It kind of...
Something's not going right with Screech.
There's something with about the proportions aren't right.
Something's off. Is it maybe D?
I'm thinking D. Yeah.
Wow.
I'm not really... I'm not loving Screech.
Yeah.
I feel weird about Screech's commitment level two.
Does he really love baseball?
That's what I hear about Screech.
Or did he get put in position that he's the national bird?
And now he feels like he's got to perform and he doesn't even really want to be there.
Bear bird.
He got burned out in his youth days.
I've heard the same things about Screech.
All right, two left.
Two left.
An S tier and a B tier remain.
Fun fact, before we move on,
Screech's bio says his favorite food is gummy worms.
Wow.
That was pretty unique.
That's pretty good.
That would have maybe bumped him up.
Okay, because I'm a gummy worm guy as well.
I could see eye to eye on that front.
To the lone star state we go, boys.
Choose wisely here.
Rangers captain.
Sounds like a guy that's going to be a leader for us.
I'm going to be honest.
Let's get eyes on them.
And we left ourselves with room here up top.
Let's see.
So we got a horse going here.
And I'm a fan.
I'm a fan.
Oh, by the way.
Jack.
Really, really fit.
This guy is very fit.
So jacked.
Everything you don't get in Billy the Marlin, you kind of get with Rangers captain.
It's like the opposite.
It looks like it takes baseball seriously.
It looks really athletic.
For sure.
S?
S?
We're doing S.
We're doing the S.
Yes.
There you go.
S.
I love how they have the wristbands on Rangers
captain too.
Yeah.
You're only missing eye glad.
Guys ready to play.
Last but certainly not least, let's go to the Bay Area, San Francisco Giants.
Lou Seal.
So it's got to be, I think it's B.
What do we have left is just B?
Yeah, you got to be.
He's going in the B.
Let's just get eyes on this guy real quick.
By the way, we went to that.
I think it may be a little high for Lou being in the B tier.
There's visibility questions.
He wears some thick glasses.
Thick spectacles.
Yeah, I think that the glasses are neat.
I think B is a little.
Ohio. I think if we had a choice, maybe it would have been CD.
It might have been a little bit, but I will say that
ballpark brings it up a little bit. That is
one of the best vibes. Maybe the best ballpark
in the league. Yeah, we went. When did we go? Last year,
we went to one. Yeah, it was great. Very pleasant.
Okay. Well done, boys.
Good stuff. Yeah, no, I'm proud
of that list. I think it was good. Yeah.
To recap it, the dudes took Philly Fanatic,
Dinger, Wally the Green Monster, Mr. Met, Paws,
in the Pirate Parrot, Red Basket, went with
Rangers' Cap, Clark the Cub, Lucille,
Stomper, Screech, and Billy the Marlin. You decided home. That is a really close one. That series is going seven games, no doubt about it.
Oh, yeah. I think they got the better mascots. I think they did. But you know what? I'm fine with running our guys out there. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. You're only as good as the mascot's given to you, too. You know, if we went free bird in St. Louis, your lineups looking a lot better.
It shouldn't fall that way. All right, well, we got one more blind ranking. One more blind ranking. You down, dudes?
Let's do it. All right. We're going to name a random dude.
you have to blind rank them one through six.
Okay.
This is a lot of pressure.
Let's start it off with the dude who played Hagrid and Harry Potter.
He's an awesome dude.
First of all, RIP.
Oh, he's no longer with us?
Yeah.
Oh, man.
I'm sorry for breaking that news to you.
I didn't know.
I didn't know.
Tyler didn't know.
We've been keeping that from him.
Yeah, huge HP guy.
And I kind of feel bad.
I didn't even know that.
2020.
Oh, I probably should have known that.
That was four years ago.
I should have known.
Love him, though.
I mean, that, talk about it,
glue guy.
Great guy.
It almost, like, it's like you want to leave space.
Because dudes is a wide open field, but like, I don't see him going lower than two.
Yeah, let's put him at two.
We're going to go two.
You got to leave room up top.
Hagrid's all time.
Yeah.
Okay.
These are great.
Second one, Harrison Ford.
Okay.
It is such a wide array of dudes.
Yeah, yeah.
It's a fun group of dudes.
I think we go Harrison Ford.
not one, right? I'm not doing, I'm not doing the one thing yet. We're going to have some exceptional
dudes out here. I guess we go four, yeah, but we're going to be in trouble. Whatever
dude ends up in the six is not going to be a six caliber dude. No, no, we'll see.
He said it in the name there too, Harrison Ford. Yeah, I like what you did there. Okay.
Ford was really there on the tip of the tongue. Let's go tall guy from Dude Perfect, Cody Jones.
You're looking for somebody to throw in that six slot. Feels like a good one here.
We're not doing that to Cody. We're not doing it to him. We need length.
and we'll put them into three.
Yeah, actually, that's, yeah, we need, we need length.
Length wins.
Length wins.
That's a guy you fall in love with the measurements.
You obviously didn't have the pre-jraft routine conversation with him.
Hey, you know, we just saw, we just saw hype and we said we'll take it.
Yeah.
This one should work out a little better.
Josh Allen.
Great dude, man.
I don't know that it could be five.
So it might have to be one.
Dude, it might have to be one.
But then we are going to, dude, we're going to get some,
they're not going to give us two not exceptional dudes in the last two.
The way we could shape this Josh Allen narrative is we're not Bill's fans.
I'm not a Bill's hater.
That's a way out.
We're Broncos guys.
We're Bo Nix guys.
I love the way they're thinking through this.
Throw them in five.
We're going to go five because we're Broncos guys.
But Josh, I mean, you can't, like he's the most lovable guy at a lot of time.
He is.
You obviously hate Josh Allen.
We get it, guys.
Don't do that.
Whoa.
What two spots are open?
One and six.
Oh, man.
Okay, this is about to get really fun.
All right, next up, the dude who offers to spot you at the gym during a live.
Off rip, I'm thinking number one.
But let's talk about it.
I am too.
I mean, like, is there a better dude?
But is there, because it gives you's the thing.
Are we going to get a better dude down the line?
I don't know that we are.
It's good, man.
Mm.
That, the, the dude that spots you cannot go in six.
That's the thing.
He can't.
Like, he just can't.
He's a stand-up dude.
He's going in the one.
He's going in the one.
He's going in the one.
He's going in the one.
one. He's going in the one. That would have been like putting a police officer at six.
You know, they're there to protect and serve. I think this works out for you guys. Oh, I think
this actually worked out really well for you. Yeah. Last but not least, the dude who starts a conversation
with you at the urinal. Oh, yeah, I'm focused on urinating. I don't need to talk. Yeah, let's just talk
after. That's a six dude. Yeah. That actually worked out. I don't hate that list at all. It worked out very well.
No, I think y'all played that really well. Yeah, they could have got fishy there at the end because you were
about to put urinal at the number one spot, which would have been a very tough look. Yeah,
I think if I could go back and swap, I've got Josh Allen going above Cody Jones there at the number
three spot. But all in all, respectable, respectable draft. Don't let Cody Jones know about his
three spot. He'll be hooting and hollering about that. So to recap, in the one spot, Doodoo spots you,
two, Hagrid, three, Cody Jones questionable, four Harrison Ford, five, Josh Allen, and six,
dude who talks to you at the urinal. Not bad, not shabby.
What are you neat group of dudes? Yeah. That was perfect. It's a fun bunch, yeah. Fun bunch.
Well, gentlemen, thank you so much. Continue to crush. Y'all are doing well. And if you want to replace
the twins and become the bros of a dude perfect, you got my vote. I don't have much pull around here,
but I appreciate you y'all. We'd be happy to do it. Be honored. Be an honor.
Anytime you got grids and games in the future, please stop back by.
We'd love to. Thanks for having us.
Thanks for having us. All right, boys. Keep rocking. Thank you.
See you.
They go.
They go.
The breadbasket.
Man, that was a lot of fun.
Those guys would fit in well here.
They would.
They would fit in well in house.
Whoa, J.B.
Easy with the whistle.
That means it's time for our two-minute warning.
We get to rant on whatever we want.
And I've actually got something today.
Recency bias.
Soggy beef jerky.
Well, that wasn't, I mean, you absolutely could go that route if you wanted to.
I'll save it.
Okay.
That sounds like you wanted to go with the soft beef jerky route.
I was going to go fresh off two Texas Ranger games.
Let's talk about parking prices, man.
absurd. Somebody has to call it out.
You know, I get inflation. I get the rising of prices.
Dude, you used to be able for just a, who's on the 20?
Andrew Jackson? For a Jackson, you could just be there, almost throw a baseball and hit the building.
Yep.
Nowadays, man, you're talking a mile and a half.
That's four miles out.
Six Flags parking lot for a 50 spot?
For a 50 spot?
I mean, that's a 45-minute walk from there.
I don't know if they're encouraging, like, public transportation to get there?
On top of that, you know what they ask for after.
tip. It's crazy, man.
Oh, see, they don't even, I,
they're smoking out of those years. What do you got to pay for a good lot
100 bucks? Yeah, 50 for a decent lot.
100 bucks right by the stadium.
Wow. Minimum. Is that absurd? Just me?
I'd probably pay it.
No, I know you would. I'm just saying it's, it's getting out of hand.
But it's supply and demand. I mean, if people are still willing to pay it,
then you've got a premium product that you could offer people, you know?
That's a good point. At least attach a charity to some of these.
That would make me, you want to see them give some of that away.
I can't contribute to the problem and complain.
Because I also buy the $100 parking.
I mean, who wants to walk from six flags to, that's brutal.
Especially when you consider it's an hour drive over for us.
And then you've got to walk a couple miles.
I don't know.
It's just, it's getting out of hand.
Somebody's got to call the people out.
At least let you take an app bat in the game.
Yeah.
I'm going to pay for the $100 parking.
I want to fill out the lineup card.
Let me do some of that.
But anyhow, that was just, I mean, it's more advantageous kind of Uber to the games now.
nowadays. It's cheaper. You get out of there cheaper. But, yeah, you know.
Parking prices. Two Ranger games deep and that's 120. I've spent on parking alone.
You know, that used to be season tickets for the year. Now all of a sudden I can't get a nacho or I can't get a ranger's cap that I wanted because we're budgeting.
Cumbaro Nacho.
And then we lose by 10 runs. I'm trying to budget.
Did you get the guy in front of you to wear a sombrero nacho so that you could eat off of it during the game?
Oh, in front of me it was a McBee. It was a bad game. I'm over two this year in really bad outings too.
Maybe like a Cody Jones situation where you need to stop.
Like whenever Cody tuned into the stars, we'd always give up a goal.
You might need to stop going in person.
Or maybe I need the double negative and bring Cody with me.
So his negativity cancels out the-
Yeah, that could work.
But then you've got a ride with Cody to the game.
I'm not going with Cody to the game.
No more ballpark visits for me.
Looks like our time is up.
