You dated your wife in high school, right?
Yeah.
So not really.
You know, you dumped her.
Can I say that?
He did.
He dumped her.
Yeah.
You dumped her wife in high school?
I was at Best Buy, actually.
What?
Holy Smovey.
What?
I was at Best Buy.
I was going to be like, hmm.
I'll break up with my girlfriend right now.
That 70 inch TV, baby.
I just knew I was like, I can't afford sushi anymore.
Yeah.
Almost.

Let's find out if your Almost Athlete moments are more embarrassing than ours.
Let's roll those fan fails.
Welcome back to Almost Athletes, happy to be joined by none other than the twins.
Hey, why not?
How are doing?
Thank you, Mr. Twins, you guys are too kind.
Boys, I brought you in because it's time for the best segment with the worst fails.
It's time for fan fails.
I love this.
We're going to watch some Almost Athlete moments submitted by the fans themselves.
They're basically sports fan fails.
We're going to give a score from 1 to 10 on these whiteboards.
If you'd like to submit yours, go to almostathletes.com, and you might get a 10.
It takes Gus to put yourself out there like this.
You know, put yourself on a limb.
I respect it a lot.
I want to give Kobe a 10 for wearing shorts again after you just freaked out last time.
There's just stuff that I keep at the office.
And it's just easier for me to grab it.
That's just on me.
I have hangers.
I need to put some pants in there.
I can own that.
I'll wear it.
Hand raised.
I'll literally wear it.
Let's get on with it.
Let's start the segment, J.B.
Who do you have first?
Coming to you from Brendan McLaughlin.
Brendan, okay.
Oh!
What a close out, dude.
A close out clothes line?
Yo.
Oh, baby.
Dude, yeet.
Life comes at you fast.
Here's the toughest part about that.
Not only do you get your feet just swooped out from under you.
He gets called for the blocking foul, as it is.
To be fair, that probably is the right call.
That's the right call.
Ref all over, boom, immediately into the foul call.
I mean, he's kind of got bunnies, though.
Yeah, he does.
That guy jumped.
If this guy actually goes into the motion, he is throwing
that thing into the crowd. Wow. This is not the first time we've said this on this show.
He thought he was about to be on SportsCenter for a good reason. For a nice block. Yeah,
like he thought he's about to have a highlight and it became a low light. Crazy. Like he thought,
oh, check this out. Honestly, nice pump fake. Like it's a really good ball fake. Yeah. A little subtle,
a little bit of the head. It's a good ball fake. My coach would be proud. Oh. Yeah. Isn't it crazy how
you think you're on SE top 10 and the next thing you know? Not top 10. Your world's flipped upside down and you're
on a fan fail with almost athletes. That's a good one. Basketball court's not
forgiving. Yeah, and this is why I tell the kids, don't play defense. You wouldn't end up in this
situation. No, I'm kidding. Can we zoom in on like maximum body bend here? He is sandwiched.
Like he... A flop over. Yeah, it's a full peanut butter and jelly flop over. It's a ginger sandwich.
Watch this, watch this. Back down, legs touch his face, I'm pretty sure. Let's see, let's see, let's
see, it's about getting. That's spina bifida. Oh. Oh, yeah, knee might have hit him in the face.
Great flexibility, though. That was not a lazy closing.
out. He's sold.
Always, I've got mine. Tell me when you're locked.
I'm locked. Three.
I kind of liked it. One. That's a nineer.
Oh, I was an eight for me. I liked it. It's not the best
I've seen on the show, so I have to leave room for improvement, but really
good, dude. Really good out of Brendan. Full commitment.
Yeah, full commitment. That's what? 26.
He needs to share that score, though, with the pump fake because that doesn't
happen without that good of a pump fake.
Sticking to the court, different sports. Time for some volleyball.
Really cool mid-court logo right there.
This has got a lot of promise.
A little bump set, spiky.
Truly were gone bald of the face.
Dug out by the Libero.
Yeah, dude.
I've seen this movie, and I liked it
every time I've seen it.
Ait it.
Wow.
Yeah.
That's shin music.
This is kind of like Shea selling a fowl.
Head straight back, one of these.
Oh.
Hands were so far behind.
Ender cured.
You know, they.
They basically...
It didn't go over, right?
Hold on.
It didn't go back over right.
No, almost.
I didn't have the height for it over.
I just went left.
If she'd aimed her nose slightly to the right,
that might go back and play.
A really bad day to have the full student body.
The student section is out in numbers over there.
Also, look at the hands to the face by the girls.
They're just an absolutely...
Oh, no, no, no.
Oh, no.
Oh, no.
Samantha.
I guarantee the volleyball's got mascara on it.
No doubt about it.
Look at them.
Look at a...
A ace.
The poor line guys having to call it in, too.
He was like, yeah, it was in.
Dude, I want to edit this with Tyler.
This is the laser shot.
And then that and then just move on.
Look at the bench reaction, too.
Can we get a slight zoom out?
Oh, the pickup of the leg?
Look at the bench.
Everybody on the bench is just freaking out.
They all stand.
Those are cheerleaders.
Malia, thank you for your service.
Sorry about that.
Hope the nose is okay.
Really thank the other girl for her serve.
It was in the middle of the game.
That's good.
That is good, Kobe.
Oh, that poor guy in the hat in the crowd
missed it. He's picking something up off the ground.
Completely. This is why you watch.
This is literally why you're there.
Your eyes on the game. That was the best case scenario from this day was this moment.
He picked something up off the ground in the bleachers.
Yeah. You're right.
Never saw it. Steps back up.
Turns around. Misses it.
Everybody, oh.
What happened? And poor Malia, it's one of those ones that regardless of her emotions,
like that's an eye, that's an eye waterfall when you get smoked in the face like that.
She's standing up and they think she's crying.
She's like, she's going to be the bravest one out there and it's waterworks.
She's also, guys, she's the Libero.
She's supposed to be the professional digger, right?
And she's the only one on that team wearing an opposite colored jersey.
A lot of things working against Malia here, unfortunately.
Oh, man, tough.
All right.
Sorry, Malia.
Oh, man.
I don't see her complaining, though.
No, I don't either.
She took it like a champ.
I really enjoyed that one.
I like that quite a bit.
I like the name, too.
Malia.
That's a 9-5 for me, boys.
Eight and a half. I went up.
Wow, that was generous.
You went down one.
Yeah, I really liked it.
Part of me, if I'm just being honest,
if I predict what's going to happen,
then that's got to be at least a point down for me.
I get that.
And I've seen that movie before.
It's a good movie.
Malia,
how did she put it back in play off of her face?
If that goes over to 10.
Yeah.
Room for improvement.
There.
Great effort, though, Malia.
And like I said,
took it like an absolute chance.
The definition of an almost athlete right there for sure.
Yep.
Oh.
Oh.
What do we expect, brother?
Is this our fault?
Did we inspire?
Oh, no.
We're still going.
No!
Is he get it?
It's covered in mud.
Oh, we're getting progressively worse.
Is this funny?
I don't think they're kidding.
Jared loves it.
Is this the same?
He's trying over and over.
I know, and I know there's a lot of redheads out there.
I'm married to one.
Is this the same guy that we saw earlier
with the bunnies that jumped?
No.
Does feel like the kid who closed out in the corner.
No.
No, I don't think so.
It's not right. No, it's Brinand and this is Jason.
Did he ever get it, you think?
That's the sad part is I was waiting for that one glorious moment where the, you know,
there's pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
I think that was just a thunderstorm.
Honestly, pretty, this is a pretty funny idea for something to try.
He's so dirty.
He almost tore his ankle.
He looks like a skateboarder trying a new trick.
That's the best one right to the nose.
He's so muddy.
He's doing this in the snow.
he's filming himself right
that's a he set that camera
I think that's a selfie
I mean his bucket
wasn't even up right on that last one
he's not even giving himself a chance
here's what I like about this submission
I thought it was just one moment
and then it kept giving and giving and giving
and to me I really that's I did not see that coming
and I like that multiple servings of fail
honestly I did
I wonder if he's got a YouTube channel
or if this was like sole purpose of being on this show
no no he this is a content creator
of some sort okay he created content
he's doing his job what is it as
Jack says, sorry, I wasn't, I'm not familiar with your work.
I'm not familiar with your game.
Yeah, I like this out of Jason. I honestly do.
That post game shower is going to hit different after a lot of fan failing going on.
I like it.
It was an eight for me.
Seven five for me.
You're hard to put in a box, dude.
Your taste is crazy.
I'm telling you, dude, that was good because he, again, I was expecting one moment and
they're about six.
He definitely has no quit in him.
Well, I never saw the make.
Also, kind of ironic, Corey, you would mention somebody having a lack of taste for
something.
Just saying.
That's true.
It's poor wordage by you.
If you're following along with the journey,
still can't taste.
Still can't taste.
We're working on it though.
Still can't taste.
2027.
Glimmers of hope.
Glimbers of hope.
To the pole.
Yes, pole vault provides some of the best fails.
Let's see what Isaac's up to.
Pole vault gives and it takes away.
This is anonymous.
This is an Isaac.
This is anonymous.
Oh!
Yo!
I think if I ever witnessed that,
I'm never doing the sport.
How would you ever have confidence in your pole?
See, yeah, I've seen enough pole vaulting fails.
where I wouldn't even try it just based off what I've seen online.
I don't even need the personal experience.
How common is that?
Question for the submission team.
The name next to it says Hannah,
is that the name of this boy?
Or are we assuming that someone named Hannah submitted this?
Yeah, I think that's a Hannah submission.
Sister said, sorry, dude, this has got to go online.
Can we slow mo this?
I want to understand what happened.
I mean, that could have popped him right in the face, right?
Are you dead?
Oh.
Oh, he's so lucky he caught Matt.
Dude, no doubt.
Yeah.
I mean, he...
Like, was that perfectly executed?
The stick just couldn't handle it.
I mean, I've seen people where they snap when you're up there, you know?
Like, you get towards the top, and that's when it snapped, and you just fall.
That had to have sounded like a ball.
But you fall back on the hard part.
That's why you check your poll.
I guess.
You think?
I had the wrong PSI.
Is he too explosive?
You're just not expecting this.
Oh, you're definitely not.
It looked like he had really good form, too.
Like, he was about to elevate and celebrate.
Can you sue your poll company?
No.
I feel like he should.
Is this during competition or practice?
Let's get practice fun.
This feels full-blown comp.
And also, like, let's say you're the parent
and you send an email,
a disgruntled email to the company
that made your poll.
Like, what's the response?
I'm sorry, that happened?
Dude, worse than that,
imagine you've trained for four years
and it's the Olympics.
Dude.
And it's like, you don't have a job.
This is what you do.
You're probably not going to have a job after this.
And this is your moment.
And that happens.
I feel like we can all agree, though.
You'd rather your poll snapped
than like your fibia.
Do we know that it is okay?
Yeah, I think so.
That is dramatic watching it.
But yeah, yeah, I think he would agree.
Narrowly escaped.
Massive disaster here.
I feel bad for this guy.
I do too.
I sympathize for him because this was one that, you know,
he's not setting himself up for disaster here.
He very much just walked into a fan fail.
Look at this.
Look at this again.
Look at that snap.
If that snap doesn't go to the left of him.
You're only as good as your pole.
Kind of like you were only as good as your rocket ship.
Sparky.
I have no control.
I know Kobe and I have never pull
vaulted. I'm going to assume you have never either. Okay, comment
below if you're a pole voltauter, if this guy did
something wrong or if this is just pure bad luck.
Comment below, I'm curious.
For now, I'm gonna go Snowman.
Sev. I enjoyed that.
I agree. It's a seven for me.
I enjoyed it as well, and I'm proud of this kid. And if he
ever pole vaulted again one more time in his life, I'm
really proud of him. Yes, correct. That's well said.
To me, because that can make a man more horse.
Like, that's just, that'll, how do you?
How do you get back in the batters box on that one?
That's a really good point. Yeah, when you submit
your fan fails in the future, just
send us the video and just
whether you retired or not after the moment.
Whether you gave up sport altogether or not.
Respect, dude.
Almost.
The tour is going to be over in a few weeks
and then it's almost time for the kids to go back
to school. I loved going back to school
because of the shopping before high school
and college hoping that mom would get me some
kind of little gift. Me too. Whether it was a
video game, music, or just something
cool for the dorm room. The start of a new
school year is a major milestone in
every student's journey is unique.
Apple gift card is the perfect solution for busy parents and family members because it fits any budget and takes the guesswork out of gifting.
Man, I would have loved to get that when I was in high school or college.
What would you have used it on?
Definitely buying some music.
I need music for every activity.
Studying music.
Workout music.
Running late to class music.
Unfortunately, you're not going back to school, but you can give it to a loved one.
Whether they need new AirPods to stay focused during study sessions, extra iCloud plus storage for their new school projects,
or an Apple music subscription to unwind after classes,
Apple Gift Card gives them the invaluable chance
to choose the tools and entertainment that suit them best.
It is a personal and practical way
to show your support for their next academic chapter.
This sounds like the perfect gift for every student in my life.
It also makes me want to go back to college.

Today's episode is sponsored by Facebook.
And this one's actually kind of perfect for us.
It's been crazy to see how many people are using Facebook
to actually get out there.
The other day, I found a great pickup basketball game.
You can log on, search groups in your city, and find a league near you.
Wait, you can find groups that have pickup leagues on here?
Dude, all kinds.
I found one local basketball Facebook group near me that's specifically into trick shots.
That's wild.
It made me realize I need to practice even more.
So I found a hoop on marketplace that a neighbor was selling, barely used, and I had it up two hours later.
This sounds dangerous for me. I'd go on for a hoop and end up buying a whole Mavs setup.
You say that like you haven't. Didn't you find a Dirk throwback on there?
I found the jersey and the shoes and then like 17 compilations of his fade away on reels.
So that killed an afternoon.
That's the thing. You log on for one reason and end up finding something way bigger.
A leak, a hoop, a whole crew to run with.
And none of that was like recommended for you stuff.
It was just real people in my neighborhood posting.
Facebook. Find more than what you're looking for.
Life is unpredictable, Sparky.
It sure is.
If you had told me 10 years ago that I would spend the summer traveling all over America
and playing the Harlem Globetrotters, I would have looked at you like you had three heads.
Luckily, there's a minivan built for the unpredictability of real life, the newly designed Chrysler Pacifica.
They sent us one of these to test drive and it looks great.
It's got a sleek, stylish exterior with features like hands-free power sliding doors,
available 20-inch wheels and available dual pane, panoramic.
sunroof. But more importantly for me, it's the perfect vehicle for real family travels.
Especially for your family. When your kids get potato chip crumbs and peanut butter all over the
back seat, it's easy to clean up with the Pacifica's stow and vac integrated vacuum.
You know I love a clean car, but I also love a quiet car. And the Amazon Fire TV built-in
rear seat entertainment systems are perfect to keep my kids amused so they won't keep asking me
how much longer until we get there. And if your kids get too quiet, the Pacifica
has a fam cam to help you keep an eye on them so you know when they're sleeping.
Unfortunately, my family won't need that feature, but if your family does, it's great to have,
and I envy you.
I also liked how you can really personalize the seating and storage to fit whatever you need.
With the Pacifica's Sto and Go seating and storage systems, you could fit Owen's whole soccer team,
plus their gear, plus the referees.
The referees can walk, but this minivan is perfect for everyone else.
Safe for the family and flexible enough for a road trip or trip to the grocery store.
This minivan really has it all.
The newly designed Chrysler Pacifica.
Check it out at Chrysler.com.
Up next, we have Isaac blocked punt.
Working on a little special teams in practice today.
33, what a punt number.
Is that his own guy?
I don't understand.
No, no, no, no.
Dude, this is head-to-head.
This is targeting and a blocked at the exact same time.
Bam, my night.
Targeting and punting practice feels like that's a bad teammate.
Yeah, this is his team on team, right?
Yeah, this is just practice.
That was personal.
Was that not personal?
I think there might have been a girlfriend involved.
I'm not really sure.
Yeah, there were some social studies.
And do you think he touched ball first?
No, that's what I'm seeing.
I think the punt goes to the right of the body,
so you're catching 15.
We're in full pads, right?
He doesn't even block it.
No, yeah.
Oh, it was clear.
That's 15 yards.
And you're right.
He's out of the back of the end zone.
This is a pure practice.
He's standing next to a wall.
In fact, I don't even think 63's probably the team's punter.
I think they're probably working on punt block,
and he's back there running scout team getting unloaded on.
Could he be a quarterback and this is a fake?
He wishes it was a fake, because that's real life what he just went through.
Well, he's not the punter anymore.
I'll tell that.
Like to the face.
He's in the band now.
Dude.
I think I'd have a talking to with 85.
It's like, hey.
Everybody, he's on your team.
team, dude. I don't really care what went wrong here. To be fair here, really, 63 needs to have
a talk with the upback number 23 because he doesn't lay a hand on anybody. They just completely
whiffs. 23's the real culprit of this fail. Help a brother out. Real talk? 85 is probably a starter
I have a question, just football wise. What is... How's a big hit? Declision. Hey, what is this guy
that's facing left? Not sure I've ever seen that formation before. Six?
34, I think?
Yes, yes.
What are we doing here?
So that's stopping, that's the upback, just stop in the middle penetration.
We don't have to worry about this side.
This side's fine.
Not fine.
But you know what, again, I have so much respect.
He sent this clip in.
I assume, which one is he?
See, we need more details.
I think 85 sent it in for recruiting purposes.
Maybe.
He's like, I'm a Miami hurricane.
He's got my attention.
D1.
I'm going to assume Isaac is the punter here.
By all intents and purposes.
said it best.
Punters are people too.
And in this moment,
his feelings were not
taken into account.
That's de cleatian boys.
Hey, one thing we didn't think about
what if they're best buds?
85 and this guy liked.
Hey, I got you last week.
Here I come.
And they jump up and they laugh about it.
You think that's possible?
Five bucks I can pull off a targeting
on this next play.
Dude, he sat him down.
Yeah, that was crazy.
Saturday's sleepover canceled
after that one for sure.
I had this happen.
Jake Labhart.
And we made a truth.
He was an upper classman.
I was a lower classman.
What did you call it?
You made a what?
Like a truths.
Truths.
What do you think the word is?
Truths.
I actually, I think the last time, I think in my head it's a truce.
We made a truce.
But the first time I think he said we made a truths.
And then it made me a question.
The first time he said truth.
You made a truth.
Is it a PAC or PAC?
We made an agreement.
There you go.
A verbal agreement to each other.
That regardless, if I was on scout team, this is my
best friend's older brother.
Sure.
At a small school like we played, your freshman would run like scout team for seniors.
It was kind of the unwritten rule.
You don't lay somebody out.
We're doing pass hole one day.
I'm jogging across the middle.
The next thing I know, or my feet were where my head was.
And I look up and it's Jake Labhart just laughing.
Hey, buddy.
I didn't forget about that, Jay.
Gotcha.
Oh, I don't know what I'm scoring here.
So then you made a truth.
And he said, no more of that.
Maybe that's why he went through with it.
I think he knocked the correct word usage out of her mouth.
right there. I got mine, Corey. You ready?
Yes. I mean, Sparker ready. All right.
That's a nine for me.
I like that one a lot. Um, he does not know where he is.
Diabolical. He submitted the clip. I want to believe that they're buds, just boys being boys.
They're on the same team, which is crazy. Crazy. Um, there was just a lot working for it.
They're in their own end zone and an indoor practice field with one guy who didn't block for him.
There's a lot I enjoyed about that. You know what? The stakes could not have been lower.
stakes were so low, dude.
Well, said they were...
The fact it's not in a game situation
makes that fan fail that much more worse.
Yeah, Sparky is upgraded to a nine.
I'm gonna upgrade into a nine
because that's a really good point.
You're on a Tuesday,
Sonny's Friday night lights.
Oh, man.
That might be the first practice
they've put full jersey, full pads.
They've gone full pads.
It might be the first practice
they've gone back to full pads.
Anything goes, okay.
Say less.
I think you're right.
I think that young man's probably
hitting the trumpet
or tuba nowadays, and I don't blame him.
I don't blame him one.
He was almost an athlete, but now he's in the band.
Last one, we have a go-kart fail.
Yes, dude, I hear him.
These can get serious.
Oh!
Whoa, that makes me nervous.
What just happened?
That should have been Cody.
Yo, yo.
Did he get, like, was that going to be worse if he doesn't run into this guy?
Oh.
Well, the other guy almost got a-
That's crazy.
He landed on all fours.
That happened fast.
Hit check.
How did you catch air?
Okay, I'm gonna be word of honesty here.
I have always been kind of,
okay, drive slow, don't bump.
Is this like, is this common?
Well, these are,
this is not your normal go car truck.
This feels souped up.
These are like people in the lower levels
training to be,
you think so?
Yeah.
They have racing aspirations.
This isn't like,
this is not, imagination station.
No.
This is the,
this is the dude perfect interns channel
of racing.
I agree completely.
Are these,
uh,
you have any sense of age for these people?
These kids are 50.
and trying to make the circuit.
Correct.
They're usually about 16 years old.
I feel like we had some MPHs going too.
Definitely.
So he clips the cart with the camera on it.
Is that what happens?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
He clips higher to tire contact.
Rant.
He hits the ramp.
Now, dude, that's terrifying.
If you're the guy with that car
is coming at you.
He almost.
He absorbed it.
Honestly,
handled it pretty well.
Yeah,
he lands in the grass.
He parallels.
Everyone, like, kind of
crushed that situation.
I think that's what we all assumed
was going to happen to Cody when he raced
with some crazy crash like this.
Dude. Can we shrug this down? This man
does a 360 midair.
A 360 no scope. Okay,
he lines this dude up. He says,
whoop, Sequin Barclay, spin move,
cycles around, has not touched the ground until there.
Stayed in his vehicle. Barely stayed in his vehicle.
It's a 270 revert out.
Yeah.
incredible on
on vehicle footage there
that's one when you see the footage
just like wipes his nose
with the camera right here
finishes it and just kind of like a
whoa that was crazy dude
mark just like
oops
mark was airborne did I do something wrong
that was nuts
um man
that was kind of crazy
props those kids they got some
uh
got something special about them
that's like one of those
YouTube compilations
which are special of the luckiest people alive.
Yeah,
where you're like in India
and there's 500 people crossing
and then all of a sudden...
It's like a train comes through the middle.
Yeah, like something comes through
and everyone's fine and no one should be fine.
Right, or the tree falls right in between people
without looking those are crazy.
I have a score here.
I do two.
You all ready to show it?
Yeah, I'm ready.
Three, two, one.
It was a nine for me.
I agree.
Level of crazy up there.
Yeah, the fact that,
nobody got seriously hurt, which I'm thankful for.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Yeah.
Specifically on this show, ideally I'm laughing,
and I didn't laugh because it was so scary.
Sure.
At that time speed, like they're humming.
Yeah, yeah.
At a guy, airborne.
That's one of those ones.
All those people involved in that,
it takes a good half hour to really speak on it.
Everybody's still kind of catching their breath
because you know what could have happened in a scenario like this.
The main reason I'm a nine is that he landed.
landed a 360.
Yeah, sick.
Yeah, the 360s.
I mean,
I mean, four-off would be proud.
Four tires down to Jared's point,
probably a 270.
I'm not going to split hairs.
Incredible landing in the outfield.
But when you're in the middle of that,
in the heat of the moment,
you're thinking what in the final destination
is going on here?
Totally.
You think it's your time.
I think he probably thought,
that's the coolest thing that's ever happened.
The one who took flight?
Yeah.
At first he was freaking out.
And when he's like,
I'm alive,
he's like,
I'm the coolest person
Yeah, you send this to everyone you know
Kind of similar to Tye's Bull Ride
Yes
Where he gets stomped on
Yeah
And then the realization like, okay, I'm alive
That was really cool
Yeah
It's one of those
One of those
Foof
Glad you're okay
So who won today
I gotta be the football kid
Yep

Let's talk cats, G.
I've never considered myself a cat guy, but a win-o.
over to Cody's house the other day and his new kitten, it's kind of cute. He might have converted me.
I'm not sure I'm there yet. This kitten wants to play fetch and he'll even jump right in your

I read through the comments.
Just roll. It's fine.
read through a lot of the comments.
I was like, dang, I've never had this many, like, hate comments.
Some of them were in some work out.
I got to ask, you know, because I, you know, social media when we started wasn't like a thing.
Like, it was YouTube comments, but that's it.
And most of the comments, I can't even say that the actual comment because it's, you know, that word got canceled.
But it was like fake and that's all they said.
Like, it was like, that was it.
Fake and bald.
Yeah.
And, but now it's like, you know, it was so.
media and stuff, the keyboard warriors
gotten hot. So how have you taken criticism?
Has it been pretty easy for me? I mean, honestly,
I could not care less
what, like, people think and say about me.
But my favorite pastime has been, like,
going through and, like, looking at the comments.
Like, there'll be, like, some people that really
do not like, you know, what me and Graham
stand for as far as, like, Dude Perfect's brand.
And, well, hey, dude, I always say,
I didn't say this, but I agree with it.
If they ain't hating, you ain't popping, dude.
Ooh.
Yeah, there was that real that came out the other day
where we were teaching you guys the dances
and there was a comment that was like,
no way they're ruining my goats.
Like they're changing the brand, whatever.
It's like heaven forbid we have a little bit of fun.
You know what I mean?
And also, dude, I got so much hate for like trying to grow out a beard.
That's fair hate.
That's fair hate.
Is it really?
Dude, I'm like, dude, I just want to try something out for once.
and the entire comment section
I'm speaking from experience here
or from my just me personally
which I think everyone does
look the reason why I make fun of your haircut
is because I'm jealous dude
I can't grow that hair
wow
so jealousy man that's why people hate
yeah it's the root of all evil
right or is it money
but yeah every time I knock on your hair
which I will continue to do
just me being jealous man
I just wish I could have a full head
hate us because they ain't us
is it weird to you that you can't make a simple change
in your life without 10,000 people responding to it?
Yeah, it's just like, I made a promise to myself.
I'm like, hey, I'm going to give this a week.
I'm going to grow it out and just see what happens.
Okay, cool.
I didn't like it.
I didn't love it, but I tried it.
But then, like, everyone else was like,
dude, you're chopped, like shave it off, whatever, blah, blah, blah.
It's like, cool.
I mean, yeah, I'll shave it off.
But heaven forbid I try something new, you know?
But do you listen to the comments?
No, no, no, no, no.
I literally cannot care less.
This is why I'm not going to judge you for saying that sparkling water is terrible.
Because you'll be on my team one day.
You'll flip sides.
I mean, it's just like, why not just drink regular water?
I hear that.
That's a good argument.
We'll get into it later.
But right now, we got voicemails.
Yeah, we do.
My favorite segment.
Send us a voicemail with your questions, hot takes, comments on Jackson's stash,
family arguments you want us to settle, or anything else at 972-805-8866.
The reason why I like voicemails, because it actually makes you,
speak what you want to say.
You know, not hiding behind the screen.
If you're mad enough to say something, call it in.
We'll take it on the chin.
And we might even agree with you.
You can also find that number at almostathletes.
Dot com.
Shall we, boys?
I like how you said, take it on the chin.
Yeah.
That's good.
I didn't even know, dear.
Play that voice.
Play it, baby.
With the dudes, it's Trevor calling from Michigan.
Me and my friends have a debate going on saying
that if you get a hundred reps one-on-one pass set versus Miles Garrett,
and you get 100 pitches from Paul Skeen's, show hey, any MLB pitcher, like, top level,
they think that it's easier to stop Miles Garrett.
And I'm saying there's no way.
I say the easiest thing would be just swing at every pitch and hope you hit one.
But you're not stopping Miles
Trevor, right?
Thanks.
Trevor?
I'm going to let you take this one, Sparks,
because I already have a hot take that people just, you know, can't stand.
Sure.
Assuming you're not getting any help with Miles Garrett.
No, it's one-on-one.
One-on-one.
Absolutely, MLB pitcher would be the easier route.
He will dog you a hundred times.
Literally.
Dude, I will go at, that's a guy at the top of his game right now.
DeMarcus, where?
been out of the NFL for a decade a while you couldn't stop to Marcus where a hundred times we saw that
with tie i know what's i'm saying i'm saying got my neighbor tyrone crawford you can't stop dude they are
animals bro like you can swing a bat and hopefully the pitch just kind of curls down on the bat
and you uh or square around and lay one down is it a hit or just make contact yeah i mean even like
tie.
Because I don't think either are really possible.
But if it's just make contact,
it's pot.
That's more one off.
That's more possible.
It's more possible.
I'm with you.
Because you're adding in like the physical specimen aspect of it, you know, at least with
the fastball.
It's not like professionals physically dominating me.
That gave me a great idea for a video for you two.
Oh, no.
Oh gosh.
Miles Garrett versus the interns.
Dude, I could.
Just in life in general.
Let's just see how it goes.
But we're going to do a pass rushing one, obviously.
You got two of you guys, though.
You can't stop it.
He's going to take us down every single time.
That's a great idea.
I could swing a bat and hopefully Nick won,
but like Miles Garrett is mowing me down every single time.
I cannot wait to do this idea on y'all's channel.
DP interns, which just launched, by the way.
Just launched.
Thanks, dude.
Yeah, Jackson is a swing tackle.
Dude, this is going to be fantastic.
That's going to be better than bull.
That's bull riding video times too.
This is wheel punishment at its finest.
Also, send us a voicemail or a comment on like,
what you guys want to see out of the intern channel.
They have an idea of what they want to do,
but I would love some outside perspective.
Some outside guidance would be nice.
The answer is MLB pitcher, though.
100%.
I agree.
I agree. Next.
Great question.
I want more of those questions.
Hey, dude.
Howard from Alaska.
Is this Chad Hill?
I had a question.
What do you guys think about the Super Bowl doing like a three game series?
every other sport, like the NBA, NHL, all those MLB even, they all have game series to figure out who wins.
So I want to know, do you think the Super Bowl should have three games because maybe one to be just having a bad day.
They need a second time to redeem themselves.
Let me know.
Thanks for letting me call.
Bye.
I actually love that idea.
I think you can't do it with the Super Bowl just because of how big that way.
one event is.
Like you think about
Super Bowl halftime party,
Super Bowl commercials,
you know,
the whole week leading up to it,
I think it's way too big
in order to make it a three-game series.
But I do think,
like I do love a good series.
I think if it goes to a three-game series,
it's the most hype.
Like, it's going to be electric.
I don't think football can go to a series.
It's not the only one.
Yeah.
I mean,
I love the idea of the NFL,
I'm sure would love it.
Three halftime shows.
Oh, Roger Goodell would love that.
It'd be a money-making machine.
but you're talking about mass media moving across the country
unless you had it in one spot
I think it is the best way to determine the proper winner
or it's just never going to happen
especially in a collision sport like football
there's some of those things of like hey look we
that's why you got to peek at even even with the series
you kind of have to peek at the right time but like
I mean think of Kentucky Derby like do that be a three game set
it's like not something some things are just meant to be like
one and done yeah also like they'd probably have to have time
to recuperate right so it'd be Super Bowl
month at that point. Correct. Correct. You can't be playing back to back
game. You're going to March at that point, just about
that's asking for a lot. Can't touch March. Which I wouldn't mind, I wouldn't
mind football going into May. Right. It's a lot of football. Never going to happen
though. Doesn't matter, dude. Yeah, to answer the question though,
it's the proper way probably to determine the right winner. Just never going to
happen. That's what I tell Ty all the time, dude. Hey, run this
battle best out of three, bro. You'll probably still win, but still.
Next.
Hey, dude, this is Carson from
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I'm wondering if all you guys, including you, Sparky, were an animal,
what animal would you guys be? Well, longevity matters, right? I'd want to pick one with an age,
life expectancy that's a little high. You know, you don't want to be a gnat for the last about two weeks.
You know what I'm wondering right now more than animals? What was he doing right before to come up with this question?
He's probably thinking about like a bald eagle. Did he just go to the zoo? And then like,
He could be fresh off his zoo.
I bet he just wanted to send a voicemail and he was like,
what's the most basic question I could ask?
What about, what about like, he just read a book.
Yeah?
Yeah, or he could just been landing pets on his own dog.
And that's what inspired it, you know?
A dog almost has to be the answer, right?
Especially if you're an in-house dog, you get the climate-controlled tent.
You're getting pets.
You're getting a collar just in case you start, you know.
I'm going lying.
I listen to a lion.
That's a different life out there, though, Gare.
Yeah, dude.
That's a lot of responsibility being in the line.
They fear the lion
It's my favorite animal
But that's a tough life
You gotta go hunt your own food
But I heard the women hunt
In the lion pack
Is that true?
Yeah they bring it back to the king
Great choice is a lion
You're just vibing all day
You're vibing but you're going a little bit
You know you're getting hunted man
Not only from humans
Psychos by the way who kill lions
No offense out there
I'm a hunter but I just don't agree with killing lions
Would you be a wild guy or a zoo guy
Because sparks an in-house guy
Oh dude
If he's a dog
If I could be a lion and a zesosos?
zoo? Even better. Do they give you
like stakes and stuff? And people
like they just come and just ooh and
awe over you all day. What a life. You don't have
do anything. You just lay there and take the compliments. And basket in, dude.
Yeah. I've got it in a zoo.
What about a stallion? What about
a nice little racehorse? Yeah. Well, if you
break your leg, they kill you. Yeah, they do. I don't love
that. They euthanize you on the spot. That's a good point.
Yeah. I'd probably go
like a bee. No?
I'd probably go like a bee, like from the
B life. Life of a B.
B movie?
Don't you, like, if you sting somebody, don't you die?
You get one sting.
Yeah, but I wouldn't sting anyone.
Like, I don't have any oppositions as a bee.
I'm going to be, like, sweet as a pie if I'm a bee.
I'm going to be.
What if somebody's stealing your honey?
What are you going to do?
Just like the B movie.
Take them to court, or are you going to sting?
No, I'm just going to go somewhere else.
A bee?
Yes, bro.
Would you not want to fly?
Be a bird.
Why are you being a bee?
Yeah, like a bald eagle feels like a better choice there.
No, there's a million things better than a bee.
Yeah, but have you not why?
Watch the B movie?
It's been a long time, brother.
But you're despised by many as a B.
Yeah, despised by many.
You're not welcome.
But you find that one person
in the relationship is just,
you're just tight.
A windshield can take you out.
Gosh, you were so fascinating.
Windshield can take you.
Yeah, windshield is my biggest opposition.
Wow.
I mean, a strong guise.
You know,
I'd probably do it in Eagle.
Bald Eagle.
Soar above the clouds, you know.
I think Bald Eagle is a long time.
They're protected by the government.
It's a tough name.
why they called him a bald eagle. It's because
it got the white on top. Their heads
looks different. It's like yours. Easy.
You guys can call me the bald eagle. That's fun.
That's actually kind of a sick of name. That's a tall name,
bald eagle. Dude, they're protected
by the government, too. They can just do whatever they want.
Could you imagine? Yeah, they are. That's good point.
It's like a federal crime to kill a
It is. It is. Your tour intro instead of like
the Purple Hose or it's like the Bald Eagle.
Yeah, I'm putting in my petition now. I think I'm going to
change my nickname. That's good. If you guys
like it, comment below.
The Bald Eagle. I'm a Labrador, though.
An in-house Labrador.
What color?
Like a nice dark brown.
Like a good car interior.
Yeah, like a chocolate lab.
Ooh.
And I'm just getting petted on all day.
Belly rubs, ear tubs.
Dude, I know you've thought about this before.
I'm a dog.
And I can go by Sparky still because it makes sense.
Yeah.
Wow.
That's good.
Good question.
Best dog name I've ever heard is Boston.
I feel like that's a great dog name.
For like a terrier?
No, for like an Australian Shepherd.
You're gonna...
Yeah, sick. Don't take it. Mushu.
Because my favorite animated movies, Moulon.
Oh, Mulan?
Yeah, I just got to get the dog first.
It's a good question. It's an interesting question, but a good question.
It is. It's great, but lines to clear winter there.
Next.
So good.
What's up, dudes? My name's Simeon. I'm from Chicago.
I was just wondering if you guys had any advice
on the best way to ask a girl for her phone number.
Thank you, guys.
Simeon, dude, I've been out of the game for far too long.
Jackson probably has some good ways.
Got some good pickup lines?
Last time we had Jackson on, he didn't have a girlfriend.
I know.
What's your name again?
Ava.
Ava.
We won't say the last name.
We don't need stalkers out there.
Ava catfish?
No, no.
He's met her in person.
Surprisingly not, no.
Better in person?
Just worry about you.
I don't know what you do.
Yeah, I know.
But it is a long-distance relationship I've heard, so there's speculation about the
authenticity. You know, I was sitting and I listened to a talk last night. I was at church.
And he was talking about how he met his, met his wife. And they did seven years.
Holy smokes. Of long distance across the pond with no cell phones.
Was it E-Harmony? Wow. Dude, what?
How do you do that? How do you do that? Existing back then.
What? They wrote letters. Oh, that's awesome. And here's what he says. He goes, he said it was so
funny is like kids these days they literally like text their girl like yo walking into church
I'm walking out of church yeah grabbing lunch he's like when you get home you got nothing to say
yeah so I think a little distance actually is a good thing I agree um I think long distance it's pretty
cool because it's like you get to value the time you spend with that person a lot more than
just like if you see this person every day you know what I mean gosh you've grown up man
you've grown up jackson yeah it was it the beard that did it
No, I was, I don't have a beard anymore.
It's just a mustache, bro.
Hopefully I don't get a million hate comments for this one too.
Oh, boy.
All right.
Do you got a good way to pick up a girl's number?
The only times I've done it is just go up and ask.
Ooh.
The art of pickup lines is out.
Or the, like, Instagram I have as well.
Have you ever been rejected?
I just ask.
Have you ever been rejected R.L?
No.
I had one time where I didn't get rejected.
It was, so I have a friend, Clay.
we were at the porch
and I was talking to this girl for a while
and uh
like he obviously saw that I was like
interested in her and
I had made fun of him
earlier that day and he walks up to me
and my friend Clay is like seven foot tall
so he's already a little bro and me
pats me on my chest and is like looking to the girl
and he said doesn't he just remind you of your
little brother and she goes
you know what? Yeah yeah he does
instant death
I was just like wow I was there
That's a bad job of wingmanning.
Why would he do that?
Because I made fun of him in front of a girl earlier,
and then he was just waiting for it.
It was just the get back, yeah.
It was deserved.
Graham, you've never been shut down after.
Well, I don't ask.
I don't ask that often.
So like I said on the last pod, like,
it's a right of passage to like have to get knocked down by that no
and then recover and get your confidence back.
That's what Jerry is saying.
You need a no.
sometimes. Probably. I don't think I ask enough to, like, I'll only ask if I probably know it's going to be a yes.
I found out that women really like the travel fan. It's like my pet, you know? So I say, hey, you
have you ever met Wendy? And I'm like, oh, she's adorable. And I was like, yeah, she's a three speed with a stand.
Do you have pictures, like, show her pictures, like it's your kid? Yeah, I'm like, here's her daughter, Wendy Jr.
That's picks. Yeah, far. Her own picks. All right. Good question. I have a question for y'all.
So for me, thinking about life in general, I think like guys, especially from like the ages to 18 to 21.
I think that's a prime age to have your heartbroken.
And I think it's just a canon event that every guy goes through.
Did y'all go through that in like the 17 to 21 age range?
It's called the 2011 World Series.
Absolutely changed my life.
One strike away.
Two different times, one strike away.
And it has absolutely transformed the way I think.
the way I operate.
And you're laughing.
It's not a laughing matter.
Garrett knows.
He knows exactly where he was in 2011 on that night, St. Louis.
So yeah, that really shaped me.
Changed my life.
Yeah.
I need a TikTok edit to that right now.
I just peek.
I was so good.
But Garrett,
did you have like a...
Well, because you dated your wife in high school, right?
Yeah.
So not really.
You know, you dumped her.
Can I say that?
He did.
He dumped her.
You did?
Yeah.
You dumped your wife?
In high school?
I was at Best Buy, actually.
Holy Smovey.
What?
What?
I'll break up with my girlfriend right now.
That 70 inch TV, baby.
I just knew.
He was like,
I can't afford sushi anymore.
Yeah.
We got back together, though.
Wait, you were,
the games took you away.
So what was the reason you broke up with?
No, I, dude, it was,
she went to a different college,
and I was like, dude,
this is just not going to work, man.
Not going to work.
I was in Best Buy with my brother.
I don't know.
He convinced you.
He was like, dude, like.
And then you paged her?
And then,
Christmas,
and then,
yeah,
I paged her back in the day.
So she just got that little beep
and she was like,
she's like,
it's over.
Is Pager's like Morris Code?
Like,
did you break up with her
in Morse code?
Yeah.
That's kind of a big,
a sick way to go out.
I actually never understood.
I never understood how Pager were.
My dad always wore one on his belt
and you wear them?
Oh yeah.
Yeah.
You keep that thing on you.
The wall.
I think keep that thing holstered,
right?
Yeah,
you keep it holstered.
You know,
like,
those, like,
dads that have the phones that are like locked in on their belt.
That's like someone that was.
Yeah.
And they just,
they're not fast with it.
And then Blackberry came along.
Yeah,
it's a fun time, man.
But, uh,
yeah,
but why did you break?
Yeah,
I would say,
I experienced more heartbreak in sports and,
and,
really,
that is crazy to me.
You really didn't care when you broke up with her,
it sounds like.
Well,
and I,
you know,
I had studies.
I really took care of my studies for the semester.
But then you lock back in and y'all are married and got kids.
A lot back in,
dude.
What made you get back together with her?
Did you break up?
put there and you're like dude i miss my yeah man during a whole day break man you know you kind of
you get bored yeah yeah all her up yeah and you kiss in a you kiss in a parking lot dang fire
that's sick then all of a sudden you don't only have phone numbers you have socials that's what you know
you make it yeah he knows her social i actually don't i don't know her social i don't know her social
i don't know her social security number probably do i need to no no you can look that up online now
all right next question hey dude uh my
My name is Becca. I'm a fifth grade teacher out towards Branson, Missouri.
My question for you guys is, is I teach, I mean, you know, I teach fifth graders.
I'm only 21 about to turn 22, but I cannot find games or like movies or stuff that relates to these kids.
Like I show them your videos, like our little play area is decorated completely with due perfect merchandise.
And I show them our videos.
After that, though, I got nothing.
I don't, I feel like I don't relate to them at all.
I don't understand any of the brain rot.
And anyways, yeah, if you have any advice on that, I just got the ticket.
I got the perfect channel for you.
I actually do have something to comment on this.
I've seen a lot of teachers on TikTok.
Just like scrolling on TikTok, I see teachers all the time.
And like, there's a couple teachers that I've seen, and they do like, what's current,
what the kids are saying this week.
And they, like, explain it.
It's great.
So it's like, they'll give the brain rot and then they'll give.
examples and like it all helps you relate to the kids.
Did she say what? Oh, fifth grade.
I didn't know she was, I didn't know they were 21 year old fifth grader teachers.
Yeah, that's crazy.
A special breed to teach fifth grade.
Yeah, I mean, dude, perfect interns.
Perfect channel for you.
Yeah.
Oh, mom.
You guys gonna break it down?
Yeah, they're gonna break it down.
Yeah, I couldn't, I have no help for you.
I'm so sorry.
Fifth grade, I have a fifth grader right now.
You do?
But they're homeschooled, so it doesn't really count.
True.
True.
So.
Yep.
I'm out.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I think there's a lot of teachers out there wondering the same answer to this question.
It's got to be tough.
I have no idea where to start, where to go.
I'd be doing ABCs, but that's like more of a first grade thing.
You know what?
I think, you know, a philosophical answer to this is I think the art of history has been lost.
And we need to learn from our, we need to learn from our past.
Like everyone says, this is the darkest time in human history.
And I'm like, no, it's not.
They've always been saying that, though.
I know, but I'm saying you need to know, you need to know history.
So maybe take like a fun history story and teach him some history.
And throw some new school lingo on top of that.
Well, fifth grade's when I did like World War II.
We talked a lot about trench.
I did a project on trench foot in fifth grade.
I remember that.
Dude.
It was electric.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Got me fired up.
What's trench foot?
Dude.
They were in those trenches and their feet got like all nasty.
I grew up in the trenches.
You know what I mean?
I made it out the mud.
So I kind of relate to them.
You know?
You got that trench foot in you?
Yeah.
Like all my home boys were like living in gated communities and it was just me and my mom.
We need to go to history sparky.
Rocking in the freaking mobile home together.
That's the trenches.
Yeah.
We're talking about how they were.
were in war, uh, fighting for their lives in their country.
Yeah, same difference.
It's not.
But, uh, yeah, I think we just, you went to war in a sense, though.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I went to, yeah, we've lost, see, we've lost you guys.
We've lost, if you guys just knew how, how, how just blessed you are.
Mm-hmm.
That you're not getting drafted in.
Yeah.
Yeah.
We've lost up.
We've lost the art of history.
So that's what I would say.
Mm.
History.
Shout out to the teachers, though.
They deserve pay raises.
And shout out Branson Missouri.
Some of them do.
Beautiful spot.
Beautiful spot of the country.
Hey, this is.
Joel, that's a question.
If you could have five liquids come out of your fingers,
that you don't have to be edible.
What would they be and why?
Thank you.
Don't you dare say sparkling water.
I literally was going to go sparkling water.
No, you're not off on my bone.
Just like regular, just like club soda water.
Bro.
Or like flavored.
And to have hydration at your fingertips, literally.
Just say regular water, dude.
No, no, no, sparkling.
Why would you want regular?
Go to the lake to get that or something.
I'm actually a leak.
You'd rather drink lake water.
You're crazy.
I drink sparkling.
water, dude. I'm actually curious
to hear what Graham's would be because Graham
loves the craziest, just
like, sweetest,
most insane drinks.
He said to me one time, like, he'd rather
bring cream soda
to a party than
like a Coke. I'm sorry, if you're pulling up to the
function and you're bringing cream soda,
get out of my house. Cream soda is great.
And everybody's going to bring
Coke, so like, why not be different? No, no,
I'm only asking you to bring drinks.
I need you to bring the coats. Let's take it one at a time.
Just taking one at a time.
Jackson, I need your five liquids.
All right, so I'd go gas as my first one.
Big time.
Yeah, I was going to do that one.
Yeah, easy.
And then I'd go water.
Obviously, like gas and water, just so essential.
Then I'd go Coke.
I love a Coke.
Just keep, like...
Mexican Coke?
Yes, with brocade sugar.
I agree.
I feel like people be overdoing you all the time.
Well, it depends what...
What fingers are you doing these on?
Because I feel like the finger matters.
This would be gas right here.
like if I go to my car
you know what I mean
this is water
this is water
this can be coke
yeah
I mean it's like yeah
if I can do this and have water
like life set
and then I'd probably just go
milk for my bones
and then I guess you get
cute with it and go a sprite
right here
a lot of soda
yeah
I think the answer is water
gas
diesel.
Diesel.
What is he said?
Diesel.
It's even more expensive
to him selling that thing.
Dude, he's making money.
He's sitting there all day.
Ty, you need to refill your truck?
I got you.
And then he pays me, you know?
Interesting.
After those three,
you really, do you need anything else?
Probably like a body armor
and seven bird to keep true to our brands.
What kind of body armor?
That doesn't matter.
The Flash IB.
Give me the mango.
Yeah.
Those are mine.
All right.
Am I up?
Yeah, go for it.
Yeah, I'd probably do.
I probably do gas in the pinky, you know, when I need it.
Stick that in there.
And then, yeah, water in the thumb.
And then, dude.
Here they come.
Here they come.
Bro, can I rock with like liquid gold?
What is that?
Like gold in liquid form?
Yeah.
Would that be bad?
Would I be diluting the...
It's probably liquids?
You'd cause price inflation for the rest of us, but it's fine.
You'd be doing well.
Unless I can monitor it well and create an empire underground.
Yeah.
Man, here's the deal.
that's great. Are you done?
Day L list, bro. Fine, I'm done.
I mean, obviously, the gas is just smart.
Wouldn't even go in there, but after you said it, I got it, I got to hop on that pad,
Van Wagon.
Sparkling water.
So dumb.
Because I'm sophisticated.
Obviously black coffee.
Yeah.
Because that's what I wake up to in the morning.
Got to have a sweet drink in there, dude.
Sweet tea.
That's where I thought you were headed with it.
Yeah, we'll go sweet tea.
and then look, guys,
there it comes.
I understand this is a,
but this is just true to myself
and I'm not going to shy away from this fact
because I do it responsibly, okay?
But I would go red wine.
A fine wine.
I knew it was coming.
You've been in a apple.
Because you know what?
That's just, it's a passion of mine.
I like the history.
I like the acquired taste,
how each thing tastes different to everyone else.
Think how many bottles
you could save open your wine cellar, you know?
Yeah.
filling them up into the night.
I was trying to go something cute,
like something off the
periodic table, but I didn't know
what was a liquid or not, to be honest.
I was like, is hydrogen a liquid?
Can be.
You could put anything in a liquid state, sure.
You can.
Mercury.
I get dangerous, though.
Oh, mercury.
Yeah, like, I mean,
it would kind of be cool
to have like some sort of like liquid metal.
Holy cow, bro, lava out the pointer finger.
I just thought about that.
Like liquid metal to like, you know, make some stuff right there.
Like that would be pretty sick.
Dude, yeah, what if you could weld out the finger?
Like, I didn't know if we could go there.
I didn't think about that.
I've heard welding's bad for the lungs, though.
I'd tell you this, you wouldn't have a problem getting numbers once you showed your welding with your pinky.
You want your number.
Yeah, dude, like that.
Wow.
That's good.
A caprisone.
Oh, yeah.
It would be fun too.
I forgot about it though.
How do you get mad at me for a cream soda and you're like, capricons are great?
And you don't have to ever like
Put this
What about a frozen liquid
Is that possible to come out of the finger
Like a popsicle?
At that point
It's not coming out of
A popsicle or like an icy
Your pinkies
Yeah like a blue icy dude
That's how your pinky gets constipated
That's a great those are great voicemails
Holy butter dude I didn't even think about butter
Oh my gosh
What about like A1 sauce too
Oh
I'm just thinking about
mild sauce from Taco Bell would be a good option.
That's a whistle for our two-minute warning.
I actually have something today.
No way.
You have a rant?
Yeah, I do.
And it was inspired by that 78 to 29 score line, the Hawks, at home in Atlanta.
And it got me thinking, what if there was a policy across sports leagues that if your team
loses by a certain amount, the fans get their money back?
I think it's time to talk about it.
Holy cow, that's electric.
I was just sitting there sympathizing for the people of Atlanta.
I spent hard-earned dollars.
spent hard-earned money, worked overtime to go watch their team completely lay an egg.
Down 50 at the break?
I'm just saying it.
Had like 20 points at the break?
Yeah.
And the owners would never go for this, of course, because you're, you know, you're working a deficit.
Well, what about teams purposely losing?
Yeah, it's like, aren't by teams.
Like tanking, too.
So there's a world where I think we can find a happy medium where if your team gets blown out by 40, you get your money back.
I like that.
It'd be only fair.
that kind of puts a little, you know, incentive on the team not to lose all that money, you know.
Yeah, but then also if you're a fan, say the number is 40, right?
Say your team's losing by 39.
Do you actively cheer for the late game bucket so they lose by 49 and you get your money back?
Against your own team.
You're going to get your own team at that point, and I like it.
That's good.
But I sympathize for those Atlanta fans who had to go through that.
And that happens all too common in sport where a team gets blown out and you're thinking,
man, those people worked really hard to be able to attend tonight's game.
The refund policy, that's all I'm saying.
It's kind of up the same tree that is the players don't get paid unless they win.
I remember when Liverpool beat United 7-0.
I would have loved to get, you know, even my, even time, you got to pay me for wasting my life watching that.
Yeah.
Or maybe like a free McDouble on the screen or something.
After 4-0, right?
No, I'm not that kind of fan, dude.
Your team gets 7-0, you should have equity in the year after that for surviving seven goals.
Yeah, but that's my ramp.
It's a great rant.
Yeah, thank you.
Looks like our time's up.
