Oh, look at this guy.
Something tells me his glasses aren't going to be on much longer.
Oh!
The trash gates thrown on him, dude.
That's so good.
It's a charge.
I think the trash can said.
Yeah, trash can.
He was said.
Oh, Squirpy.
And.

There's too many Cs to say C, Cody.
You know that.
C.J.
CJ works.
It works.
Cojo works.
Coming up on today's Almost Athletes app
Baseball seasons here,
we're going to give some predictions
and also rank
Seasons New MLB Stadium Foods.
The NBA is holding an expansion vote.
We're going to talk about
if it's a good idea.
Corey and Amy are stopping by
to take us behind the scenes
of the Wives Aerosoft Battle video.
And we're going to rate
your Almost Athlete Sports Fail.
video submissions, but first, March Madness is in full swings and brackets are getting busted.
Garrett, yours, blown to smithereens, is something like to say. Florida sucks. How you been, man?
Good, hanging in there. I feel like you've been in hiding. Post quest, a little post-quest hibernation.
Yeah. You gotta do your thing. I just hadn't seen you a ton lately. He was in therapy. He was in therapy
for two weeks after that all-star game. Oh, you needed therapy. Oh, 100%. Like professional help.
Yeah, four counselors. Ooh.
I didn't know it hit you that hard.
Hey, you know what they say, though, right?
What do they say?
It's not how hard you taco fall.
It's how quickly your taco rises.
Something like that.
Okay.
Yeah, dude.
It started off good.
It started off good.
It's a tough joke to land.
Speaking of jokes, Gare, you got something?
Your bracket.
Yeah.
My bracket is a joke in a half.
Florida let me down big.
Yeah, do you want to start there?
The old Gators.
Oh, you lost your title team.
I lost my title team, dude.
Yeah, Florida Gators gone.
Crazy.
Iowa State to get to the championship lost their best player
I might as well be competing for last place in the nation at this point
yeah props to the cyclones who made it out alive even without the All-American Jefferson
boy did I start strong though on round one like everyone else did in the world
you hit the ground running
reminds me of the district 800 I ran back in the day
I ran a 55 first lap and then ran about a minute and 45 second lap
I was in the lead and then finished about 19 there's no way to prove it so you can say whatever you want
I was saying before we went on air today that this tournament was almost madness.
It's been really good.
Started off at the bang.
You had the TCU, Ohio State Thriller, two-pointer.
Then a high point pulls off the big win against Wisconsin.
And then it's just what-if.
There were so many what-if moments.
And I'm on the opposite side of that.
You're a big like Cinderella story, which is great in theory.
But when you sit down for the championship game and you've got a 16-seed playing a four-seat,
it'll never make it.
It's not fun.
I want a UNC dude.
Give me the two tight.
to go at it and give me the rating.
UNC?
Well, that's going to be tough
since they lost the Virginia Commonwealth
in the opening round.
That'd be really tough.
Were they first alternate or something?
I was just saying hypothetical.
I got Purdue going all the way.
That's pretty good pick.
It looks good at this point.
Purdue does look good.
Experience too.
Yeah, there's a couple teams out there
of really taking care of business.
Duke, not being one of them.
They were on the precipice of a 16-1 disaster.
An 11-point halftime lead for CNN
by 16 ever,
and then they went colder than a motel shower
in the second half, man.
and they couldn't buy a bucket
You've been into a few of those
Yeah
We stay at the Ritz and their old
Swirgs at the motel 6 down the street
With the old 7 minute warm up
That just makes it colder
So yeah
Ain't M ain't M!
A&M, what a great start
What a great start
They didn't lose by 30
The first game like I thought
They lost by 30 in the second game
Yes
Yeah but I was just one game off
I was one game off
All things considered though
Year 1 and Bucky
I think it's a check mark
Making the round of 302
Advancing in the tournament
Yeah
You just hate the way it ended
It was ugly, of course.
They got, they got smashed.
At what point did you turn it off or did you gut that thing out?
I was thinking, I was thinking about y'all.
We got back from like a hike and it was, we were up early, right?
Yeah.
In that game?
They're trading back and forth, the lead a little bit, yeah.
But wouldn't it like, yeah, and then it was like 1919 and then Houston like,
next thing you know, it was like 42 to 21.
If I could refill the bracket, I think Houston would be my winner.
Their guard play is sensational.
Fleming's kid. I would love to refill because my
champion's out. Houston and Arkansas
to me. Houston and Arkansas probably the most
impressive so far. But this tournament has had
some really, really good moments. You had
the Tanner buzzer-beater
that almost was halfway down
off the glass, which is crazy because he had
one against Missou a couple weeks ago.
Same kind of play. Half-quarter back-rimmed
it. Poor kid. I always sympathize.
That's where my heart goes. That bracket opens up. I'm cheering
for Nebraska-Huston
a Nebraska-Huston matchup would be great.
Be good.
Are we team Nebraska due to their lack of success
in the NCAA tournament?
Pick up the first win.
In all sports.
Then gutted out another one.
We got T. Rice here who works for us
at, you know, big Nebraska guy.
I think he's more of a volleyball guy,
which if you're Nebraska, you have to be.
But you had the St. John's buzzer beater.
That was just lack of defense.
Yeah.
That was brutal.
You don't let the kid get ten toes to the rim at the horn.
I think Bill Self has just got to be like,
Yeah, I'm done.
I don't know how coaches do it, dude.
I'm sitting at home with just like rooting interest via my bracket
and my beats per minute we're getting pretty high.
I don't know how coaches do it.
Yeah, it's a lot.
Like, I would die at 39.
You still might.
I think what's hard is it's like you've got a whole other year of bringing in recruits,
the practices, the games to get back to that same spot.
Heck, you just got to retain your own team.
I saw some crazy numbers posted.
I got to try to find it on NIL this year.
Dude, some teams drop.
over $22 million on their basketball team is what I read.
I'm guessing one of those wasn't High Point.
No, High Point was only 17.
No, yeah.
Texas was like 18 million.
I think Louisville was like 22 million.
Is that why Baylor wasn't good at basketball this year?
Yeah, they don't have any money.
Got it.
I mean, they do, but they can't spend it because of private school.
The donors, look, if you're a Baylor bear,
pony up, dude.
Give a $100.
There's not.
Scott Drew deserves it.
He won you a national championship without, with illegal money.
Give him some legal money now.
It's ridiculous.
Of the pod.
I love it.
Anything else in the tournament?
Really catch your eye?
No.
It's over for me.
I had a bad round of 32.
I really thought Utah State could get it done over Arizona.
They were in it.
Dude, you just love the small schools.
Small school.
He can't help.
Take your small school pride out.
The WCC, that's what they're called?
Yeah, Santa Clara should have won that game.
What about Gagga?
What about St. Mary's?
I love the Aggies.
Don't get me wrong here.
but when you're losing that bad to A&M.
Maybe your conference.
It was bad showing by St.
And then Texas, who wouldn't even supposed to be in the tournament goes
and just kind of eats Gonzaga?
I said it in the preview show, the first four,
there's always somebody who makes a run,
and it's been a couple years since somebody did,
and of course it would be Texas.
They barely snuck out alive in Dayton against NC State,
then a part laid that into a couple wins.
I just can't stand when they're hooting and hollering down in Austin.
It bothers me, because they were down this year.
And I like Sean Miller, too.
He's a good ball coach.
He's got him playing.
But to think that ball clubs in the C-16.
Yeah.
So now there's only 16, man.
So you picked Iowa State.
You got Purdue.
I'm out.
Yeah, both of y'all are still in it.
Yeah, I lost the final 14, though, in Zaga.
So I'm going to need Iowa State, really, to make a run.
And, man, I thought they were in trouble against Kentucky without Jefferson.
But found away, man.
I told them they could shoot it.
I lost the final four team.
Who?
Take stadium.
Oh, yeah.
I'm going to the final court.
Dude, you've always been too much of an Aggie Homer.
I love you for it.
I actually had them in the title game against Purdue.
You were one of those guys, too, that, like, you know, we're grinding.
I'm like, dude, I don't know.
I don't think we're that good in football.
And you're like, no, national championship.
National champion.
One year way.
Nobody sets themselves up to fail as a fan more than you, Cody.
And that's what I respect about you.
Sorry.
When your dad is Steve Jones, who drives a maroon car and wears maroon clothes, I mean, you, it's ingrained.
Five accounts on Texags, not only three.
Just give them five.
It's good.
Yeah, if I could refill it out.
Houston would be my champ.
I really, really liked them.
And I told you before we went on air,
Kelvin Samson, man,
they've been so close.
They've been knocking on that door for a while now.
I can't believe I'm saying this.
But I just like this kid so much.
Give me Arkansas.
Really?
And that takes a lot for you to say that.
Yeah, he's a stud.
They're going to get slapped by Arizona,
but it's, I hope not.
I hope they go all the way.
We still have some really good star power
in this tournament, too.
Amma's good.
Yeah, you do.
Yeah, and just top-in guys, too.
Like, who's the number one pick right now
would be very tough.
I guess it comes down to who wins the lottery.
Think so?
How do you say his name?
DeBanza?
DeBanza, yeah.
He had a great game, too.
It's just how, I mean, what, he had 30 and 10
and still couldn't get it done over Texas?
Well, switching gears from...
You want to go to FACAR?
No, I was going to go to MBA.
Oh, I thought you were going to go Darlington.
About six weeks ago, I got the NBA League passed,
and I've watched every Laker game.
Dude, nine game winning streak.
Why are you a Laker fan now?
I do not like the Lakers.
I'm a Mazz fan for life, but I love Luca,
and he is on a tear.
give that guy the MVP.
Yeah, I think he'll win it this year.
Nico Harrison, I don't know if you're watching
or if you're a guy that listens to the Almost Athlete podcast.
He does.
You're a joke of a man.
Cool.
No other way to put it.
You know what?
I actually think that he's probably done some self-reflecting
and probably called himself that.
That trade.
That trade was ridiculous.
What would you guys say to him if he came on the pod?
I would just say like, I just want you to say you're sorry.
That's it.
Just an apologies all I need.
I'm a forgiving human.
You know, and I would, I would be like, you know what?
It hurts for you to tell me that you made a mistake, but we all do.
It was just a big one.
It was a public one.
I think I take a piece of paper and give him a little paper cut.
Like, not, not like a, not hurt him hard, but, like, hurt him just a little bit.
A paper cut?
And all week, he's like, is that arrestable?
I don't want, I don't wish any harm on the guy.
I just want him to admit.
But that's the thing.
It's not harm, it's a paper cut.
Unless I had a lemon and then I squeeze it right on top.
See, you're thinking just, I don't know, man.
You're going to wash it down with a nuggie?
Kids, look, if you're listening to Cody, don't do that.
I'm going to swirling Nico.
You're a bully, man.
Yeah.
The guy ruined my basketball team.
He did it, dude, because Cooper's flag as the park.
He didn't know he was going to get coop.
Yeah, he did.
He played the 1.8% odds and it paid off for him.
When A.
Cup and Cooper playing together next year.
Nico, if you're out there and want to join the Almost Athletes podcast,
we don't have to have Cody as part of it.
Yeah, yeah, we'll talk.
I just want to talk about the lead-up the couple hours before that.
Like, hey, dude.
I just got to know.
Like, were you shacks?
Where, yeah, like, how did this happen?
Did you, you know, empty tank?
Did you not have food that day?
We weren't thinking clearly.
All right, moving on.
Yeah.
Anything for NASCAR?
Oh, dude.
Tyler Reddick with another win.
Had Darling Garlington.
Four of the last six races.
MJ's team.
Yeah, it's turning F1.
I was my boy Chris Busher.
He's still rocking.
Yeah, he was in the lead.
He was in the top five.
He's still racing, though.
Oh, yeah, baby.
Wow.
Number 17.
Good for him, dude.
That's pretty cool.
It's pretty cool, but that's about it.
I don't watch NASCAR.
I have too many sports to watch.
Is NASCAR a sport?
Yeah,
I think so.
Yeah, you sweat.
I would say.
Sweat more in baseball.
Is that what your wife considers a sport if you sweat?
No, I, why her?
Because she doesn't sweat.
I know that for a fact.
You've told us that, like,
Allison hasn't sweated in 10 years you said.
I will say, the most sweaty she's ever been was in the Airsoft battle,
running after Ty and Bob is a balloon.
No, that's a hobby.
That's a game.
Okay.
It's like RZ cars.
It's just fun.
Tell you what, when Aubrey's shopping.
me in the throat though. It felt like a sport. It felt like a sport. It felt personal too. I don't know
what I did to Aubrey. One of my favorite things was when you and Kristen come up on the two balloons
and you were like, I see a blue and you're like, no, it's pink. And then they were like, they're
together. They're that happened. Yeah. That was good. Can't get rid of the twins, man. They just,
even their wives team up. I think we are going to have Amy later to discuss that.
Discuss her win.
One of my favorite parts of the video was just the pure astonishment from Corey when Amy had won.
He said, wait, you won?
How did you did that?
It's like, man, at least act like you thought she could do it.
Props to Amy and Corey, we will talk to them later.
Boys, have you heard about this NBA expansion talks?
Yes.
It's not really expansion.
Dallas is losing her team.
Cooper Flyers going to be at Las Vegas.
Don't speak it.
Yeah, so right now it's Las Vegas in Seattle or the front runners.
And if a basketball team goes back to Seattle, they have to be called.
The Seattle Super Sonics.
Are you calling Las Vegas Blackjacks?
Las Vegas Blackjacks?
What would you name?
Yeah.
Las Vegas.
It's a pretty good name.
The Sandys.
Yeah.
Actually, we just driving through some small towns in Texas.
The Cyclones of Memphis.
Great one.
Tornado, little guy.
Yeah.
Put that one up there for me.
Las Vegas.
The Stormtroopers.
I don't mind.
I kind of like your Sandy's, dude.
What about like the spheres?
Something, something that's Las Vegas.
spheres?
Spheres.
That doesn't play well.
That's horrible, Kevin.
The jackpots?
The voodoo, Las Vegas voodoo.
The jackpot's not bad.
What about this?
Other U.S. or foreign cities that you would like to add to the list,
expansion, Gainesville, Texas?
Don't all put a foreign, NBA?
By the lake house?
I'm saying.
To go over, to go like a London team and have your team having to travel,
it's too much.
Just start a new league in London.
Oh, I agree with you.
That, especially in an 82 game season,
that would be asking a lot.
lot, especially of the London team who would have to come over the ocean quite a bit.
I actually think bringing Seattle team back would be great for the NBA.
I don't love Vegas.
I get the fact that it's a huge.
How did you love Vegas?
It's gotten bigger and bigger.
I just don't.
It's a big city.
I don't love Vegas as a sports town.
We could do Canadian, a little Canadian flavor.
Bring back the Grizz, Vancouver.
Josh.
Maybe we've seen the record.
One of the better logos.
that's ever existed.
Vancouver Grizz?
Yeah.
Go look at their all-time record
when they were in Vancouver.
It is so bad.
Oh, it's bad.
I figured.
Oh, yeah.
Really bad.
I've never been to Vancouver,
but I hear it's a great place.
Their overall record was 101 and 359.
Yeah, quick math says that's not good.
That's a bad in average.
Dude, why have we not done in Honolulu as a sports town?
Ooh.
Tough flight, though, dude.
Yeah, see, Lulu's a tough flight.
Yeah, but the West Coast right there.
You got canos there, too.
Volcanoes.
I'm not worried about a cano.
Always got to be prepared, Cody.
The Hawaii volcanoes, though
That's a good name
Yeah
Hawaii volcanoes I'm in
Alaska?
Any Alaska love?
Juneau, Anchorage
Seattle's close enough for them
Yeah
That's good point Gary
Yeah I don't really know another
I mean Florida maybe
You already got
What Nashville?
Should Nashville
Me one?
Maybe like a Kansas
I'd like to see the state of Iowa
Get a professional team of any kind
Probably deserves it
Just because their basketball
Fandom runs so deep
But I think it will ruin.
But they have indie.
Once a pro team is inserted like a Bama,
the college game kind of disperses.
I love the fact that it's just...
I'm with you.
A college.
I'm with you.
The pageantry of like a Nebraska fan is so pure
because they don't have that professional sports team to fall back.
I can track with that.
I mean, that's their lifeblood in Nebraska and Ohio.
Illinois.
Oh, you have Illinois.
Chicago Bulls, yeah, I guess.
You have it like the New Orleans Saints.
They have their team and they still like LSU.
Not like, I mean, the closest one would be Indiana because you got, you got Indiana, you got Purdue.
You got the fever though.
You got Pacers too, but I'm just saying like they're the ones that kind of have done the college towns and still kept the paddry there.
Yeah, and I mean, the Pacers fan base is known as being more, you know, wild fan base too.
Have we addressed the fit over here?
I mean, you look fantastic.
Thank you, dude.
The brown dog with the brown shirt.
I'm telling you, man, not that I know this is sound.
sounding weird because you might be like,
how do you know that? Well, I just did this,
but I think you're a spring palette, man.
I'm a spring palette guy. What makes you say to that?
Complexion. I'm the spring palette, myself,
and the browns, the blues.
Is brown spring?
A chocolate brown and some tan, yeah.
If you want it to be.
If you want it to be.
If you wear it during the spring like I am.
I didn't think brown in the spring either. I thought that'd be like a fall.
Fall, right? A mud bath.
Well, anyways, hey, enough about colors and whatever.
It's baseball season.
Yeah, it is.
Oh, it's so soon.
You dang right.
You know what comes with baseball season?
The best concession stand options in the world.
Baseball and food just goes so well together.
They do.
I mean, you go to the game and gain weight.
It's a beautiful thing.
Because you're so bored.
Easy.
I'm probably tell my wife, because our oldest, you know, he's small bone nature.
But I'm like, I'll just take into 82 baseball games.
We'll gain weight.
We'll chubby him up.
Yeah, we'll chubby him up a little bit.
Before baseball season gets underway with first pitch,
any World Series predictions.
Texas Rangers, baby.
I do like it.
I said and six over the Dodgers.
We'll be there too.
Yeah, we will.
History says when the Texas Rangers
win a World Series, we're there in person.
Oh, yeah, we'll be there.
100% of the time we've been there.
If Rangers can stay healthy, we have a
great shot to make the postseason
not the World Series. I think that would be my goal,
personally. I mean, let's be
honest, this is a, everybody's chasing
the Dodgers.
Give me, give me,
I think Boston's going to be pretty good
this year.
I agree with that.
How are the Yanks look?
Yeah, they're going to be there too.
Yeah, that division's tough because Toronto's still good.
And then they give me the Mets.
The Metropolitan is, well, they got the payroll.
You should be winning with that kind of payroll.
I think Andrew Yoffie's paying for about 50 mil of that.
Our CEO, that's good.
I'll say this, for how many people are like,
it kind of reminds me of when Katie went to Golden State
and remember everybody's like,
it's not my MBA, it's not going to be competitive.
let's not forget that the Toronto Blue Jays were two outs away in game seven last year from winning it, you know, before Roeoss went.
I don't think the Dodgers. I don't think it's just like a guarantee, especially in the sport like baseball, where things can be so...
If Otani goes down with injury, I mean...
Right, right, exactly.
No, I actually don't think the, I don't think the Dodgers get back. I think it's Mets. Give me Mets.
Man, that would be crazy.
Red Sox, Mets, World Series.
Who wins a championship next? Mets or the Nix?
Knicks.
Whoa.
If you had to make early predictions,
who's getting to the World Series?
As much as I want to say, the Rangers,
I'll actually take the Detroit Tigers.
Motor City Kitty's kind of went through it.
Love Scoobo.
Man, he's a stud.
So good.
He's got to stay healthy, of course.
But they've been on the precipice.
Yeah, give me the Detroit Tigers
against the Dodgers
and give me the Dodgers to repeat,
unfortunately.
Hope I'm wrong.
Repeat?
Or, yeah, repeat.
Yeah, they went last year.
Is it a repeat?
Can you look up, Jared,
who's the last baseball team,
three Pete?
Yankees
I want to say early
Yeah early Yankees
Well they lost in O-1
To the Diamondbacks
2000
New York Yankees
Yeah
90s 2000
Let's go
Man they've fallen off
I feel bad for
I feel bad for the pettits man
The Pettits
Do you?
I think they're fine
I think they're doing okay
for themselves
One more point in baseball
I'm really excited to see
How the ABS works
Oh yes
Yeah
Because I've been using it on the show
which, by the way, I am operating at about 70%
because my right thumb is so sore from playing show
so long last night.
It is hurting so bad.
I swing so hard.
A piece of the ball touches the line.
It's a strike?
Correct.
Yeah, it's going to be interesting, man, because...
Because, man, like, sometimes, like, it's...
I mean...
Oh, I've seen a couple in spring training.
Like, the zoom in, and you're talking, like,
a threat of that baseball is catching the black
and they give it a strike.
So it would be really interesting to see how much that changes the game,
slows it down, maybe.
I know baseball people get scared about.
It won't slow down.
It's instant.
It's tennis.
It won't fall down.
I've been using it on the show.
So I believe you get two.
So you got to use them wisely.
So it'd be interesting,
like strategy-wise,
if it's one-one and it's like a little slider
off the plate that you thought was off.
But if it depends.
It depends on who's on base and, you know.
Oh, yeah.
Situational.
And I love situational baseball.
I also love food at a ballpark.
That's my kind of thing.
Let's talk about the best concession stand items
that are coming our way here in 2026.
Let's all pick our top three concession.
items and debate. Let's do it. Starting with the Phillies. A brisket donut from the Astros. Sunday.
This looks right up Cody Jones Alley. Let's go, baby. What does this have in it? It's a soft serve
topped with a funnel cake strawberry, uncrustable, and fruity cereal. I think I like everything about
that. The cow count on that thing is higher than Schwerber's OPS, but this one's odd to me over in L.A.
Odd bunch, so it's fitting. Peeby and J. Smashburger with bacon. A lot going on.
there in L.A. Also, you've got to think about the price in L.A. What's that running?
Next up, Houston, brisket donuts. In Pittsburgh, the barracuda dog? How do you say that?
The Boracoa dog, dude, a Puerto Rican-inspired hot dog with kraut, yellow mustard ketchup,
braised onion, and potato sticks.
Asking for a friend, what's a baracoa?
Do you don't even want to know, brother? It's a dog.
That means, Gerecoa dog. I have no idea. Just a barricot dog.
Like a dog dog?
Are we talking here?
It's a place in Cuba.
Dude, we actually didn't even talk about it.
How good is the Pirates rotation going to be in like two years?
Very good.
I'm not starting it.
Why?
Because they got...
The best pitcher in baseball skills.
But they also have that guy.
What's his name?
Henderson?
Bubba Chandler?
But the other guy that was just throwing gas the other night.
He's a AAA guy.
Can we get back to the food?
I just...
No, that needs to be said.
Good point, Garrett.
Yeah.
Pittsburgh Bandwagon.
You guys, I know you're going to have to suffer another 40-win season,
but boy, y'all have something special coming.
The Cubby's in Chicago.
Seeing and seeing chicken and churros.
Chicken and churros by the Cubs.
That has got my attention.
Arizona.
Everything's bigger in Arizona, they say.
A 128 ounce bucket of nachos.
They also have the Take Me Out to the ballgame shake.
Carmel shake that's topped with whipped cream, crackjack,
kick cat.
nut butt
a little bit of everything there
with the debacks
and the footlong
elote corn dog what's elote
a lotte what's a lotte
it's just some street corn
sounds like a coffee can you guys explain to me
I swear you chew corn right
you chew corn
when it comes out a hole again
but you chew it up
I had that's not I don't eat corn
you're just you're smushing it it's not doing much
but then it reinfl it's not
cutting it into pieces
but it reinforced
Yeah, reinflakes.
You're just swalling whole kernels there, Bub.
That's insane to me, dude.
No one's ever talking about that.
I feel like you chew it up, but then it comes out looking hole again.
Oh, my, you're not on a cob when it comes out?
Is that what you're saying?
You're saying the kernels are reestablished.
The kernels are reestablished.
Got it.
It's crazy.
You're nuts.
I want no part now of the footlong Eloke corn dogs.
Thanks, Gare.
The Southside Supreme, the White Sox are offering a home plate shaped people.
He's on another dimension today.
He's feeling it.
With sausage, Italian beef, peppers,
onions, and I'm not even going to pronounce.
Guardiola.
Gordiola.
So I'm close.
The Marlins.
The Marlins.
The machete down in Miami,
South Beach,
offering a cassidia made with a two-foot-long
tortilla,
carnier sada,
pepper sauce, salsa verde,
mozzarella, and some other things.
That's a lot.
And some other things.
Marlins.
There's more things on that.
A two-foot-long tortilla.
A long tortilla? What is America's problem, dude?
Yeah, baseball has like a, it's like, there's enlarged things.
Let's make a dog that runs all the way through Section 132.
It's like, you can tone it down a little bit.
Just two rows.
The double plate, donut parfait, and SINC, 12 cinnamon sugar donuts with banana pudding,
vanilla wafer, cinnamon toast crunch, whipped cream, caramel sauce, and a trip to the ER there in SINC is what you're looking at.
A dozen cinnamon sugar donuts sounds fun, but that's one you might need a team.
mate. You might need a T-tone sitting to your left.
100%. He could go down a couple of those. And then my least favorite in the nation's capital,
crab and cheese something. What was that?
Crab mac and cheese on a hot dog. Yeah, crab mac and cheese on a hot dog. Yeah, crab mac and cheese
on a dog. Like a lobster roll with crab. There's not two slides. This is it. Texas Rangers got
nothing on it. Which is weird for us. Usually we're boom sticking or, you know,
brisket, nacho. We did launch like seven new items last year. I think we're doing good.
Maybe we're focused on the ball club this year, which is nice. Hey, but there is dude perfect
night in August, come join us. That's true.
Garrett gets to play the third inning.
Yeah, that would be bad. That would be epic though.
Put me in, like, right field and just pray that there's no lefties.
I know my travel schedule is pretty intense, but I think I need to travel to all these
stadiums and try one of these.
That's where we are tomorrow, opening day.
Opening day this week?
On my birthday.
Is it really?
First time it's falling on my birthday.
It's Thursday?
Yeah.
I think the Lord did that just for me.
I'm taking off, dude.
And happy birthday sparky.
Yeah, I appreciate that.
Happy birthday T-tone, too.
Anybody want to guess how old I am?
You are 34.
Tomorrow?
No, I'm not 34.
That's the bad part.
35?
Yeah.
35.
My KD year, which means my Achilles, my goal.
That means I'm 38.
Oh, gosh.
I know, dude.
That means you're almost 39.
Age is just a number because my body still says about 79 and a half.
Yeah, that's true.
I just get concerned when your age starts getting above, like, school zone speed limits.
I've never seen a school zone
below 35. I'm in trouble.
Schools zones are typically 20,
but I do know what schools are talking to.
Through a school zone.
It's sitting about me.
I hate to say this because I'm so anti-H-town
in terms of the Astros,
but brisket donut looks delicious.
Could you imagine a seven-run Ranger lead
and a brisket donut going down?
I would never pick a brisket donut.
Really? No.
Why?
Astros.
Pirates did it.
I would do it.
You don't want to get any of your money to it?
So where's the brisket and the brisket donut, though?
It's in the donut.
So, like, the donut is not...
It's not a donut.
See, I thought it was going to be two glazed donuts
with a brisket in the middle,
which I would be interested in.
This looks a little...
Not really my thing.
Too much crunch.
Pirates, I don't even know how to say
the Borakua dog.
I'm out.
It's too much stuff on that.
Yeah, when you can't...
Yeah, that one's like you're wearing most of your dog.
Okay, the Cubs, chicken and chiro.
That is good.
Okay, let me just tell you my three
that I'm rocking.
here. Number one, Diamondbacks
nacho buckets.
A big nacho guy?
It looks like it's just nacho
in a bucket.
1278 ounces.
128 ounces of
bucket of nachos. That could feed
the entire section, so that's awesome.
Then I'm going straight
in the same ballpark. Diamondbacks
take me out to the ball game
shake. Wow. I take three years
off your life. A salted caramel milkshake that's
top of whipped cream, cracker jet.
Cracker Jacks, kick cats and nutter butters.
And then...
Kick cats, cracker jacks.
And then probably ending with the Southside Supreme White Sox,
home plate-shaped pizza with sausage, Italian beef, peppers, onions.
And I don't even know how to say that last name.
You would eat that? Look at that thing.
Yeah, I would.
He's also probably accounting for the fact that you can go to the concession
stand at the White Sox game in between innings
and make it back to your seat before it starts.
That's a good pick.
short lines there at the White Sox game. That's good. You got to factor that in.
You also, you can't go during it because they go, they go three up three down.
Three up three down very quickly. So, quick ball games there on the south side of Chicago.
Those are my three. I'll let you guys debate. No, that's a really good pick. Let me go ahead
in the lead off spot, go with the Reds double play donut parfei.
That's 12 cinnamon sugar donuts with banana pudding, vanilla wafer, cinnamon toast crunch.
Anytime you add a little CTC, you got my attention.
whipped cream and caramel you picked that without knowing that and this dude i think just look at the
picture enough said that's a 9.5 i think ballparks are taking advantage of the GM1 or whatever ozimpe i mean
this is ridiculous yeah it is 12 why couldn't you just do two because everybody loves a dozen
cinnamon sugar donuts and you know what else they love the little mini helmet makes it taste that
much better i don't know why i don't know how it does but anytime you get a little mini helmet it pops
Flagher Pops, double play, donut parfay.
Reds might not win in a lot of games, but they're winning the fans over the other concessions.
So I'm going to start there.
It's a good lead off hitter with a little speed.
We're going to stay in the dessert lane.
Head to Wrigley Field where I'm going to get a little chicken and churro for my middle endings.
That's good.
Chicken and churro?
So now I'm on a shug high, but you're going to add a little protein with the chicken in there.
Yeah, that looks phenomenal.
I've got to go to Riggly.
I've got to go to Riggly.
Not just because of that.
You never been to Rigg, man.
Oh, dude.
I know. I need to go sit out.
We actually got to take a little tour of the scoreboard.
Scoreboard.
The thing is hot in there. No AC.
You know what else is hot?
That Astros brisket donut.
That's what I'm taking in the three-haul.
I don't want to, but I have to.
It's a little taste of Texas, and Ty would be proud of the donut selection, too.
So that's me.
That's actually a really good three right there.
Thank you.
I'm going to go home.
Yeah.
18 pounds.
We need some insulin.
So good
What about you, Codes?
Yeah, I like what you all chose, but
How about the Diamondbacks?
What a great offseason for the Diamondbacks
Didn't add much to the roster.
Yeah, three concession items are incredible.
They really went in on the concessions, dude.
So it's no secret.
I'm a big corn dog guy.
So we have Diamondbacks hand-dipped foot-long corn dog.
I'm probably just going to wipe off all the corn
and the other extra stuff.
The Lotee can go.
Dip that into my dog.
mustard. And after that, I'm going to snag myself a delicious
Nationals crab mac and cheese.
On a hot dog. Dude, when you're in, you know, when you're in Washington, D.C.,
you're not far from the crab in area. It's true.
Some fresh crabs. I just feel like our nation's capital should be better.
And then, especially this year, on 250. I'm going to follow up Sparky with a
Cubs chicken and chiro. That looks delightful. The Cubs chicken and chiro do. I,
Sparks, so let's pick one of these right now and commit to going and getting it this season.
Which one do you want to go?
Are we going Diamondbacks just because of the offering?
And we've had good memories there in Old Chase Field in Arizona.
Let's go back.
Houston's the closest.
Yeah, but dude, when you can expend some all-encompass trip on almost athletes.
That's true.
Maybe we should go to Wrigley.
Get you to Wrigley, get a chicken and churow?
It would be so fun.
Don't play with me like that here.
It would be a sick pick.
We'll ask, uh, I'm coming.
We'll ask Amy, who's our accountant, to approve that receipt.
And we'll go.
Let's go to Riggily.
I thought of a Quest video, too.
I've been to like 200 big league games, and it dawned on me.
I've never caught a foul ball.
Oh, that's a pretty good one.
Go to every game.
That's so good.
I know.
I thought about it the other day, but I was like, man, you might go to 200 more without
getting a little parole.
Oh, yeah, for sure.
And you have to steal one from a kid at some point.
No.
College roommate Ian caught one that we were together.
And it was Hamilton.
Now he caught it, made a beautiful left-handed play, held it up.
Kid right behind us, just, you know, had the little cry emoji face.
He did the right thing.
The best part about the old Rangers ballpark was the grass field.
Out in center?
Yes.
See, I've done well in like BP.
I've gone out there and shagged some fly balls on Greens Hill.
As far as you just signed yourself up to going to Arlington every ridiculous amount of times.
And with the new net, dude, I just feel like it's really hard these days.
New net saved my life a couple times down the third baseline, though.
You're going to have to go like third baseline or first baseline.
What if we made it a home run only?
Yeah.
No, you put yourself in like the optimal position to make a play for sure.
Actually, I had one time down third baseline right even with the bag.
Ian Kinsler hit a missile.
By the time I stood all the way up, I ducked, smoke the person behind me.
Medics came down.
She left and weighed on my condes for a while.
If I were to brought my mitt like a proper fan should, you make the play.
I just heard the audible like, one of those ones where she can't breathe.
You don't even know.
I mean, sorry.
I thought you said it hit her head.
No, no, no.
It was like rib shot.
Yeah, she's fine.
I thought you said head.
I was like, she's dead.
They escorted her out.
The exit V-Low off Kinsler's barrel had to be about 103.
I mean, I got to the top and then just ducked down.
It was a screaming.
I think the only person that could take.
And then she got smoked.
That could take a hundred off a head is Thai.
I've never, he did it with a golf ball the other, the other day.
Just right off the-flick on head or a foul ball.
Yeah.
But yeah, do you think it's a good quest?
Oh, that's a great.
Quest and then we're going to Cubs.
It's going to be heck of a year for you, dude.
You know what?
If it doesn't happen at Wrigley, I guess I got to go to Fenway.
Yeah, Quest.
Gain 100 pounds and then lose 100 pounds.
What a...
That's good.
Golly, what a...
Yeah, so I was thinking on that.
But yeah, good ballpark food options this year.
Comment below what you would eat at the ballpark.
It's baseball season.
Enjoy it.
Happy opening day.
We got Corey and Amy coming on next.
I'm out.
I'm leaving.
I'm not going to deal with if they're here.
I'm out.
Will you stay, Cody?
I'm gone.
Just me, Corey and Amy.
Third wheel.
When we come back.
Garrett will be here when we come back.
I was trying to get out of it,
see what Jared said,
but he wants me here, unfortunately.
We'll talk to the newest main channel video,
DP Arasoff,
wives with the winner.
Amy herself and her husband, Corey, next.
I can't believe you're able to watch
every second of every March Madness game.
Well, I have to really give someone
a special shout out, Gary.
You're welcome.
I thought you served the week off.
Oh yeah, thanks, Garrett and the rest of the dudes.
But I was talking about DoorDash.
Of course you were.
Thanks to DoorDash, I didn't miss a second of March Madness action.
I was able to order all my meals and paper plates so I didn't have to stop the game to wash dishes,
plus batteries for the remote control because nothing ruins March Madness like a busted remote.
It sounds like when life happens, DoorDash was there for you.
Sure was, G.
DoorDash has been very helpful for me as a parent, too.
Instead of going to the store all the time, I use DoorDash and have more times for my kids and myself.
So what are you going to do with all this extra free time of yours?
Well, I'm going to watch March Madness with you.
Just don't forget to order some extra snacks.
Max G. When life gets crazy, DoorDash helps bring a little order to it.
Fresh off her first ever main channel battle win, please welcome our champion.
Corey Cotton's better half and battle teammate.
First time on the pod, welcome Amy Cotton.
Yeah.
Let's go.
Yes.
Man, how does it feel to almost have as many battle wins as Corey?
She made a huge dent in that really quickly.
How many you rocking career?
I don't know, me and Corey are actually pretty close.
I'm not like 19 or something.
It's a pretty high number.
There's fans out there.
It's up there.
Jared, if you don't mind doing a little research, I know my number one.
So welcome to the club.
Huge.
Thank you.
How does it feel?
It feels good.
It feels good.
I'm glad it was done.
I thought you were going to back.
I'm glad it's over.
I didn't want to.
I think that's how all the wives feel is when we informed them.
It was less of an ask this time because we knew that they were not going to be like overly thrilled with the idea of throwing on masks and grabbing airsoft guns, which of course none of them had ever.
done before. And so we were more or less like, hey, this is when it's happening. And I think they
were all just kind of nervous to do it. But they loved it. I was shocked at the fact that y'all
actually went out and played aerosoph. I heard the idea of this video. And I was like, oh, in theory,
that's beautiful. I just don't see Allison Jones out there. And sure enough, y'all went out there and
stood on business. So for that matter, congratulations. First and foremost, for just digging in.
Second off, congratulations for carrying this man along for the ride.
Could not say it anymore clearly.
How tough is it when your teammate just is incompetent?
Yeah. How tough was that?
I mean, he got some balloons at the beginning.
I didn't.
I got one.
Some is more than one and I got one.
Balloons plural is too many.
One and done, as they say.
Yeah, I mean.
You expected more.
I didn't.
She didn't.
That's honesty right there.
I appreciate that.
The first people we went up against was.
Bethany and Tyler. And as soon as we saw the green balloons, I knew that it was trouble.
We tried to full-scale runaway. I made that very clear in the video that we were trying to
get away from them completely. I want to be very clear, we are running away from Tyler and
Bethany. That was the game plan. We just couldn't. We just couldn't. And I felt like we had to
hunker down behind those bushes and that was a bad plan. And it was just tough.
Sometimes it's destiny, though, that you meet the, you know, the favorites there early on.
Maybe it's the best time to face them before Ty and Bethany get their groove of.
on, you know what I mean?
Yeah.
Amy, the real reason why you're here, Tiger is back on the TGL tonight.
How excited are you?
I don't know who that is.
Tiger Woods.
Yeah, Tiger Woods.
He's back tonight.
Yeah.
I thought you might have a take on that.
I'm very excited.
Let me ask you this, Amy.
In terms of, is this when you're competing against the wives, is it more about trying to win
or not be the worst wife?
Hmm.
Or a little bit of both.
More just trying to get through the video.
Yeah.
I didn't think I would win.
I would have been okay with being the worst.
But it was a pleasant surprise.
That's my mindset.
I've gone throughout.
It's a smart way.
It's a smart way.
I'm not going to go to life.
Winning this thing.
Yeah, you temper expectations on yourself is a good way to go about it.
Gary is a first ballot Hall of Famer in terms of that.
You rather be happy mindset.
Even on yourself.
It's a good mindset.
It really is.
The more life I live, the more, that's a smart mindset.
Something I felt like I noticed from all the wives, literally all of them, was the idea
that y'all obviously wanted to pop each other's balloons, but y'all felt bad for, like,
spraying and shooting each other, and y'all obviously just didn't want to get hit.
There was a lot of emotions happening.
Y'all did, like, kind of feel bad when y'all were popping each other's balloons.
Like, I kept hearing what Kristen said that at the end.
She's like, oh, now I don't have to.
And so we didn't want to hurt each other.
Yeah, it was just funny.
Like, I think Kristen did it.
Y'all were in y'all's battle towards the end,
and she got two of yours, maybe,
and then you got one of hers.
And I think the first thing out of her mouth
was something like, yay, now I don't have to shoot my friends.
I don't have to shoot my friends.
Like, it's just this, like, funny,
like they're in this absolute death match battle,
and yet they're feeling that way.
Or we got at each other's throats, no regard for human life.
No, no, no.
I would never be like, oh, dude,
now I don't have to shoot it,
Sparky anymore. That would never cross my mind, but it's just funny to hear the wives say that kind of thing. Well, we saw what happened to Garrett's neck and we didn't want that happening to us.
Who was responsible for that? Aubrey man.
He's not for blood sobs.
Oh man, got me in the throat. I got him. I got him. I think I got him in the neck really bad.
Really honestly a great tactic. I'm going to use it going into our next if you hit him in the neck. They're not going to shoot you back.
Yeah. She she definitely. And it's honestly, she was smarter.
than I was. She knew exactly how to...
She paused you for sure. Yeah, dude. And so it's a great tactic. I don't blame her.
I think she got there to win the battle. I think in Aubrey's defense, she got a hold of a very
powerful Airsoft gun and that thing was just spraying. It was. And it's hard to control.
I don't think she was trying to do it. And you got the O.P. car in the old Go Kart race.
Oh, 100%. You just ride it. You just ride it. You just ride it. Faster than everyone.
Amy, you mentioned that you were pleasantly surprised by your performance. Yeah.
Yourself. You weren't the only one surprised. Your husband. I don't know exactly the words at the end of the video, but the way you said it was like, you want? Oh, you won?
I won!
Yes! No way! How?
No way. How?
You were so shocked. I was shocked, but it wasn't because I didn't think she was capable. The situation felt like Aubrey, or the situation felt like Bethany had it wrapped up. Bethany had the high ground in terms of the Star Wars reference.
right? Bethany was like hidden inside that barn. Amy was just walking around on the outside.
I kept seeing other girls get popped from the outside. She's like shooting out through the window.
It's just a great situation for her. I had no idea that the concept existed where Amy could go
underneath and pop up. Like that was obviously epic, but I didn't know that was going to happen.
And so I just thought there's no way she was going to end up popping Bethany.
The deck was kind of stacked against her. Yeah. You're on the road. It was kind of like a road environment against a Tony.
You never want to be up against a Tony. You know somebody from the Tony.
You never want to be up against a Tony in a battle finale kind of scenario.
But with that being said, did it not feel that much better that it was the Tony family that was knocked out to get the win?
I'll let you answer that.
I think for me, I did absolutely nothing.
I did absolutely nothing.
Company and perfect population.
Yeah, it felt good.
I was just happy that we won.
I won't speak for you because I did nothing in this video.
They were the heavy favorites, dude.
They were definitely the heavy favorites, especially with how it all started.
said the same thing when we came in the battle and I saw the green balloons. I was like,
you've got to be kidding me, dude. Like, Ty, the last person I want to go up against right now is Tyler.
Well, and surely Bethany has shot at least a little bit more than the other girls.
No doubt about it. Because of all their ranch experience. Sure. So I just figured.
Sadler and Santo, there's some experience there. No doubt about it. How do you think Bethany, we need to get her on the pot and ask,
how is it being like just a pressure in an Airsoft battle to be married to Tyler?
Yeah, that's one of those car ride homes that, you know,
the radio's down and it's just talking like, you know, tell me what we're wrong.
Yeah, that's all.
That was a tough one.
I don't know.
Yeah, dude.
So, Amy, you've been on set before, Chad versus wives, other things you've partaken in.
To the viewers at home who don't get to see exactly how grueling of a day some of these can be,
how much respect do you have just for the job itself and the production team out there?
Yeah, we were out there long time.
I mean, I don't know if the stress of that environment affects you guys as much as it affected the girls.
But that day was, I mean, I don't think my heart slowed down until I shot Bethany's balloon.
And I just feel like I could breathe again.
So that was, it was a lot.
It was a lot.
But, yeah, it was a big production.
There was a ton of people there.
Wives versus Chad.
That was a while back.
But, yeah, it's a big, big production.
So I have a lot of respect for you guys.
Thank you.
Very hard job.
Yes, very, very, very hard.
Yeah, especially when you mix in a couple of ad reads,
then you can get really tough.
We saw that in, not Airsoft, all sports golf at.
All sports.
Yeah, that's tough and ad read can be.
We'll give me an ad read next time.
I might give me one today.
Oh, dude, I like that.
We definitely should.
A high pressure ad read off a telly.
Let's do one right now.
Do one for bunny armor.
Is there a script?
No.
No, see, that's the thing with ad reads.
It's just kind of you just make it natural.
Give me a seven second ad read.
Body armor.
Drink some good water.
That's great.
Right to the point.
I actually do think they have really good water.
It's great.
It is amazing.
And you love water.
And you sold me.
So it's actually a great fit for you.
So let's rewind it.
You've known Corey for a while.
Let's talk about how we met.
Let's talk about how the flower bloomed.
Take it back to day one.
It's always better from your perspective.
You tell it better.
No, I don't think so.
Well, we met in, well, this will be our 10-year wedding anniversary this August.
A decade.
Yeah, a decade.
That's wild.
What do we got planned?
We don't have it fully planned yet.
I would put that out, Corey.
Ten year, you know, it's an important one.
It's an important.
For sure.
The quick answer to that is we want to go somewhere amazing, but I still can't taste food yet as we've been discussing.
And so I'm trying to decide, do we do like an Italy or somewhere like incredible when I can't taste or should we hold off?
So TBD.
I think you should still Italy.
You can see, right?
I can see.
I can see.
I can see.
You got the other four senses.
That's such a good point, right?
I should focus on the positive.
Italy would be sick.
Great point.
I mean, I'm a big, big Italy fan.
I don't think there's any place better.
It would be good.
Okay.
Back to how we met, though.
Yes.
Give the people the story.
So we met at a church event.
we were at a young adult's retreat and I was sitting at the pool with some friends.
One friend.
One friend.
And was having a conversation with her.
And this random guy that I've never met or seen or talked to before just comes and sits directly next to me at the pool at like the side of the pool and starts talking to me.
Very friendly event here.
Okay.
Not that crazy.
And I, my memory is that I was kind and that I answered his questions.
And then we moved on.
I mean, it was as much of a full stiff arm.
I said something to her and she's like, and just full turn away.
Yeah, the direction.
And I was like, whoa, no way.
So then I think I said something else.
And she like turned even farther.
And it was a full shutdown.
And it went about that well for about two years.
You got shut down for two years.
Yeah, yeah.
Off and on.
for about two years.
You had to go win a battle, man.
I get it.
She was checking the battle count.
I don't think she knew anything about DP at the time.
But it took a long time.
The other low point was, of course, I remembered her name.
It's just how it is.
But she didn't even remember my name.
So we would pass each other in church.
And I'd be like, hey, me.
And she'd be like, hey.
And like I said, about that much chemistry for two years.
And so I would see her parties and different things.
And it just never really was happening.
And then, like I said, about two years later, we were at a different church event.
And I just ended up kind of in the same group as her.
And I think over the course of the weekend, we got to hang out enough to where she was like, all right, I'm going to give this guy a chance.
So I asked her out.
And as soon as we went on our first real date, it was game over.
It was like everything changed, which I was as shocked as anybody.
But everything changed.
And it was great.
So we were pretty much game over from the first date.
That special.
Yeah.
This is, you know, that's good.
This is a good example for the Gen Z kids out there.
I just need to go and talk to a woman.
You just got to go talk to them.
They don't always appreciate it in the first moment.
Yeah.
But you just got to go talk to them.
Two years.
That's a good lesson for the kid.
Yeah, you just have a show coach your skill set.
That's all.
It was a lot of pursuit for sure.
Yes.
Wow, stiff arm.
I didn't really get stiff armed.
Yeah, I did.
Definitely, 100%.
Humbling.
First date was at Double Dip, which was the ice cream place.
Right.
By our very first office.
This RIP double-dip got bulldozed.
But first date, right beside the Duke Perfect Office at a great ice cream place.
Locked it in.
Okay.
Now we built a family.
We have.
How many we were rocking?
We have four kids.
Four.
How tough is that?
Cute kids too, man.
Yeah, very cute kids.
I'll say, cuteest kids.
Appreciate it.
Arguably the cutest kids in the Dude Perfect family.
Hey, look, I'm not going to say that.
They're all cute.
They are all cute.
It's four pretty tough, though, admittedly.
I mean, I wouldn't say it's been that much tougher than three.
Yeah, I think the first four years of having three was probably tougher than this past year has been.
We went zero to two because we had twins.
Yes, I'm a twin.
I have twins.
Not every one of you all know this.
A lot of people do, but we've got boy-girl twins that are now seven.
But we started out with twins, which was, of course, wild.
Everyone says, supposed to skip a generation.
Lead off double.
It did not happen.
Definitely lead-off double.
And then when our twins were seven months old, I'm at home.
I think I'm holding the twins and Amy comes in and says, we're going to have another baby.
And I was like, how do we, how can we have another baby?
I'm holding two babies.
And so we had three under two.
And so the guys, no, I mean, I did not pretend like it was easy.
It was full blur.
Life was crazy.
I think that's why you lost your taste.
For a while.
It probably is, dude.
The four kids when you lose your taste.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, dude.
Stress, man, got you.
Yeah.
And so right now it's 7-7-6 and they essentially look like triple.
It's boy girl boy, and then we just had another little girl, and she just turned one.
So they're precious, all C names.
That can be tough.
Yeah.
I mean, heck, between you, Cody, Kobe, it's already tough enough.
It's tough.
But I do love it.
The C's fun.
We had to stop at four, though, because we couldn't think of it anymore.
You're out of C names?
Yeah.
Were they more excited about Mom's Battlewin than Mom and Dad were about Mom's Battlewin?
They were pretty excited.
I feel like that's the one you want to win over the most is when you walk in and you're like,
hey, guess what?
Oh, 100%.
Battle champ.
We definitely had to be very careful not to let on that we won, right?
They were asking a lot.
They wanted to know how we did.
I love that, though, that y'all set it up that they were going to watch the video before knowing.
For sure.
Oh, yeah, we didn't tell them.
We definitely didn't tell them.
I don't know if I would have been capable of holding that news.
And I'm a horrible, like, a holder of secrets.
Well, we let them down on the last battle.
We were so close.
And so we knew since we won on this battle, we had to wait for them to watch it.
They were arguably more mad at me on the previous battle for blowing it than they were happy for us this time for pulling it off.
I mean, they were so disappointed in my absolute choke.
I think the people at home don't realize y'all go home and have to answer those questions sometimes too.
Oh, absolutely.
Disappointing the kids.
You have the long drive home after a disappointing battle.
Then your kids have to be disappointed at you too.
That could be tough.
Definitely.
That could be tough.
Especially we've got our oldest boy crew is, I mean, he's like Tyler level competitive.
It's impressive.
I'm not really sure where he got it.
And he really wants me to win.
I haven't won enough for him, I don't think.
One of those ones you kind of set it up beforehand, it's like, hey, buddy, listen, you can't always win.
No, every time.
Hey, Krud is a reminder, Tyler is still in the group, you know?
Right.
That's just kind of one of us.
Wins are hard to come by.
Yeah, 76% win-cliff.
This is tough.
Historically, he's a winner.
It's tough out here.
So did we gather up, like, as a family and watch it Saturday morning?
That's cool.
Absolutely.
That's cool.
100%.
Yeah, we all watched it together.
I still haven't watched it, to be honest.
It's a great video, dude.
So, I'm sitting here kind of like watching, oh, that's good at it.
I think we should take a second, though.
Gary, you haven't seen it.
But it's a pretty great moment when you absolutely dominate Kobe.
He lost his mind for a second.
Yeah, he did.
Kobe, well, he apparently, I guess, ran out of ammo.
And he was just spraying at Garrett.
But it's just a really funny scene.
I haven't talked to him about it yet.
But he's just spraying.
Gares attacking him.
He like runs off into the woods.
And then he, I think, forgot that he had a balloon tied above him.
And he, like, crawled deeper into.
the woods and just popped his blend. A self-pop? It was just a crazy self-pop. Like, there's no way to
hide a pregnant wife all alone. He did. Oh, panic pop straight into a wife solo is in that dance of some
questions when he gets home. Yeah, I've been there. So what's up next for the ladies? What video
series would you like to join next? You've been as rock star and tour interstitials. You've done the
stereotype life. Chad versus wives. What's next? I mean, definitely not Airsoft again. Yeah,
You check that box.
That was too stressful.
We'll give you a break.
Where do you think survival would kind of...
Like husband-wife or like wise versus husbands?
Like how intense of a survival video do you think you could be a part of?
That's pretty low on your list.
It's pretty low on my list.
What about mini-games battle?
Husband-wife's mini-games.
I like mini-games.
I think people would like to see that.
Or just like sitting in a room where you can do a trick-shot with no stress.
Oh, I think she's never done a trick-shot.
If she said you can sit in a room and do trick shots with no stress.
If people are watching you, I think it would be stressful.
If you could just do it by yourself and then maybe one day get it.
So you would sit in like a love is blind box by yourself with just a camera that you'll forget about and do trick shots?
Is that what I'm hearing?
Because we can definitely arrange that.
Yeah, we can arrange that.
I want to go ahead and put my name down next to the mini games.
I like that idea.
I'm challenged the people at home to comment below what they want to see the wives in too.
Many games for wives would be fun.
I do think survival depending on like the place.
For pretending on what kind of levels of survival we're talking about.
Like the Bahamas.
Yeah.
It was...
Yeah, but those, there was horse flies.
Those horse flies who are...
Those things were huge.
It's the time of the year.
The time of the year, you got a time...
Yeah, they're not there all.
There's a time when they're not there?
Yeah.
Oh, I've never been when they're not there.
I've only been when they're there.
You know, those sizes of a sedan.
Some of those things.
They were crazy.
What about like a big city survival type thing?
Like a...
Like in a big survival.
Yeah, like New York City or boots on the ground and you've got to complete things.
It's almost like a...
What's that TV show?
show called? Amazing race. I see I feel like the wives would be good at that. I think they can
definitely survive in New York. You can see the dark side of the marriages though. And exposing. I mean,
it's good exposure therapy for sure. Central Park survival battle would be crazy. Kind of like it.
One interesting thing I noticed on the Airsoft battle is that the wives actually decided to form alliances,
which is something that doesn't really seem to happen so much with the dudes on the video.
That's good point, Jared. I think it took all of one video for the wives to realize
that might be a smart idea.
Right?
Yeah, I'm saying, like, isn't it funny?
All these years and the dudes
never really randomly teamed up in anything.
Have you and Kobe not ever teamed up?
I mean, maybe one time.
We probably have.
I feel like there's been some team up in our history,
but there's also quite a bit of sabotage
in our history and battles.
So I think it's hard for the defense.
Yeah, like survival battle.
We've sabotaged before.
You're right.
That's true.
That's true.
Island dodge ball.
I paired up with gear and I couldn't help myself.
I hadn't hit them.
Yeah, that was messed up.
I couldn't believe that.
Dude, you did.
Yeah.
Yeah, you're right.
Oh, yeah, we do have to ask about your almost athlete moment.
We are called almost athletes, Amy.
So, you know, surely everyone has one.
That moment where you just look back and you're like,
yeah, you know, maybe sports just aren't my thing.
I know Corrie's when he got stiff arm poolside.
That's pretty almost athlete.
Yeah, that's a core memory for me for sure.
Did you ever have a moment, though, in youth sport that just went really bad?
I only did cheerleading growing up.
Okay.
However, in high school, one of my friends convinced me to sign up for soccer, rec soccer.
I've never played a sport with the ball before.
And I thought it would be fun.
So I signed up.
I got the ball and the shingards and I went to the first practice.
Right.
That's what they're called.
That's what they're called.
It's definitely what they're called.
I got the things you needed.
And I went to the practice and I just was like,
I don't belong here.
And I think I went to one more practice.
And then I called my parents.
And my mom, I remember her saying, like, are you sure you can quit?
Like, you might let your team down.
And I would just like, no, I don't think I'll let my team down.
So I think I was selfless of you.
I was almost an athlete.
Yeah, there you go.
Sort of.
That's a good moment.
Two practices, need?
Two practices.
And then no more.
I don't think you made it to practice.
Practice.
And you bought Shing guard.
too.
I bought shing guards.
Oh, that's so funny.
As far as I made it though.
Still have them if you need them.
It could be useful around the house with four kids.
You may need to wear those shingards on the weekends.
What's it like being married to a twin?
I am a guy who is just like fascinated by the twin life.
And when they come to the office, dressed almost the exact same without texting back and forth.
They definitely text, dude.
How much twin-ism do you see?
I mean, they're, you're neighbors too.
We are.
So, I mean, you get to see a lot of twins.
You have some.
and your husband's a twin.
Yeah, how weird is it sometimes, the twin life?
No, I like it.
You do?
I have always thought it's really cool and special that he gets to have a friend.
A built-in friend.
He will never leave.
If I run out of all my other friends, I have one for sure.
He does.
I just wanted a brother.
It's fun.
And I think, like with Aubrey, if we ever,
if Corey is ever not doing good at something,
I kind of forget there's another human that's really similar to him.
and so Aubrey and I can bond over it.
Bond over all my failure.
No, because I'm like, okay, is this just Corey or is also Kobe?
And then Aubrey is like, no, Kobe's not great at that either.
And so I'm like, okay, it's...
Or like the flip side.
We're like, wow, Corey is so amazing at that.
Aubrey is Kobe the same way?
I'm sure you have those thoughts too, right?
No, it's good for both.
Oh, okay, good, good, good.
Just the first one's way more common.
Yeah, so way more common.
How long did it take?
For me, personally, there's other twins in my life that I have an easier time.
seen between the two, but I have y'all down even from a distance. Was there a time there
where you'd get the two confused? Before our first date, I would. I wouldn't know who is who,
but I also didn't really know his name. Yeah, fair. It's tough. She hadn't spent enough time
thinking about me to really get confused. But once we went on our first date, then it was fine.
It's happened, though. Like, I have been there when you were Aubrey every once in a while from a
weird angle, whatever, we'll say the wrong name. Like it happens, and it happens to our kids, too.
Like they'll look up, especially like when they're younger, you know, happens to Kobe's like two-year-old.
Like she'll look up, dad-da and then be like, oh.
Wait, that's not dad-da.
Like, it does happen, which is funny.
We've also definitely, like, walked into stores.
This happened more back in the past, but like, if you're somewhere where people know your spouse,
like people will see me with a redhead and think that it's Kobe who's married to a brunette.
And you'll definitely get that weird look like, wait.
Are you with the right person?
Like, so that, that happens for sure also.
We get it all, all the twin things.
All the twin things.
All the twin things.
You're not a twin.
I'm not.
Okay, that would be really good.
I always thought it would be fun to be a twin, though.
So now I'm married to one and I have twins.
Wow.
I definitely always thought, I would admit that I've had this thought in my head more than I probably should have growing up of like, if Kobe and I, who are all things considered very identical twins, married identical twins and happened to have both a boy or.
or both a girl kid around the same time,
those kids could look like twins,
but really just be cousins.
Wow.
That's deep.
Like, it's kind of weird, though, right?
That is.
That is kind of weird.
Are you tracking what you saying?
I know someone like that.
I know two cousins that are identical.
That's crazy.
That's weird.
Because they came from the same twin fathers.
That's crazy.
I've never seen it,
but I just had that in my head.
That's like the one that busted my brain this weekend
was thinking about if you were taught
colors at an early age,
say you were taught that orange was green.
you would never know, like you would never get the right answer.
You see what I'm saying?
I mean, you would get the right answer eventually, but yeah.
I think that one's overcomable.
Is it?
Well, I think someone would eventually, just based on pure pressure.
If I saw this as red, but I called it yellow,
you would never know that I saw it as red, because I'm calling it yellow.
Then you would.
You see what I'm saying?
I'm too, it's too early for me right now, man.
I feel like we don't have enough time to explain this,
but I feel like that's overcomable.
Yeah, it is.
Who do you, what do you call your dad?
Like, what's your dad's name?
Grandpa name.
Bear.
All right.
Amy, here's the deal.
I just got to talk to you specifically on this because.
Oh, she knows.
I know what's going.
This is just, it's, you've seen to get crafties.
It's just not.
Can we get Bear and the kids some one-on-one time in the workshop?
And just don't let Corey teaching him how to do things because it's not, I don't know what happened to him and Kobe, to be fair.
Yeah.
It skipped right over him.
Yeah.
It skipped right over.
We need Bear to really teach them how to, you know, get crafty.
Gare, don't worry.
I fully abdicated all building and all manliness teaching, basically, to my father.
He's name is Bear, and he lives close to us, my parents do.
And he's got a workshop, like Gary said.
He's basically a master, like, I don't know, woodworker.
What's the term?
I don't even know how to say it.
I still don't know how you don't know how to operate a drill with Bear as your dad.
It's crazy to me.
I'm shocked.
They go over to their house and he has Build with Bear and it's a thing.
Love that.
Love that.
The kids come home with a new thing they created.
I got a new video idea.
Next time we do a Get Crafty, we're bringing in Corey's kids.
And they're going to finish better than Corey.
They might.
On Kid Crafty, there's something there.
Could be dangerous.
I'm here for it.
That's crazy.
It's not more dangerous than me.
But I do like watching your segments of Get Crafty.
They are pretty funny.
They're entertaining.
They're good.
You have no idea where you're going with it.
That's for sure.
They're right.
Very admirable of you for Corey that you're willing to.
You know, I'm willing to put myself out there like that.
Yeah, yeah.
Comedic relief.
Does Corey bring you what he's created and give it to you as a gift?
Oh, I've never seen what he's created.
No, those don't make it out of the set, you know, ever.
They're too dangerous.
Yeah.
I didn't know.
Yeah, forget that your dad was such a DIY master.
It's like you're the son of Dale Earnhardt Jr.
My dad.
My dad, yes.
Essentially professional woodworker, my mom, like spent time with where her job was
being an artist. My sister has been a professional painter. Painter. Like at a high level for years.
And Kobe and I. I couldn't guess that. I cannot draw a stick figure. I can't build a chair.
It's crazy. That's wild. Amy, are you more of a sentimental gift or just a gift in general will do?
I like some thought going into it. You do like some thought, but not like it doesn't have to be made.
I hope not because, for Corey. She likes to do what our kids make something. It doesn't have the same effect when I
I feel like we're putting Corey in a hole here.
Don't forget the 10 years.
Yeah, that's what I'm trying to get that.
Are you expecting Corey to make you something for 10 years?
Because we need to get on this.
I'd start working on the 10-year plans right now.
I'm going to go with my dad.
My dad's going to help me make it.
Yeah.
Well, Amy, thank you for joining us.
Actually, one more lit thing.
We still rocking the pink.
We're feeling good about that decision.
The wind percentage has skyrocketed since going pink.
That's all I'll say.
Made two final.
Yeah, I agree.
Team Pink.
Staying in your life.
Team Pink.
And I think the reality.
Pink was helpful, but I've been carried in two out of two videos by her.
So really, I think it's just an Amy play.
But yeah, we're going to claim that pink is being helpful.
For rest those legs, ice that back, Amy.
We had to carry 150 pounds worth of 40 to the finish line.
Congratulations.
Amy Cotton.
She's a battle champion.
April 15th is going to be here before you know it, Sparks.
Do I even want to ask if you've done your taxes yet?
You can ask G, but you're not going to like the answer.

But first, we got some announcements.
Merch Offer Alert.
Our spring training merch collection is live on dudeperfect.
Store.
But from now until the end of March,
we're including a mini baseball keychain
as a free gift with every purchase of an item
from the spring training collection.
At the baseball jersey.
It's a new t-shirts,
Duffel.
For those DP Superfans,
it was the same keychain
featured in this weekend's Airsoft Battle video with the wives.
Don't forget to pre-order our brand new book,
DudePerfect and Panda Operation Trickshot at book.org.com.
And this Thursday, Sparky's birthday.
Yeah, it is.
Wow, did they throw that in there as like...
We did, but we already...
We had already covered it in A-box.
Yeah, but I just feel like my name was attached to the end of it
to try to, like, try to sell a couple new books and, you know, some merch.
I'm not getting a kickback on that.
Yeah.
It's like, hey.
Well, Sparks announcements are over, dude.
Let's move on.
We'll talk with the higher-ups.
We'll talk with the higher-ups about that.
You want to talk about the fan night you guys had at all?
Yeah, that's a good point.
Jared, shout out to Kelsey, Shelby, Shelby, the whole art team.
It was really fun.
We did a meet and greet, had some tour fabrications out for the kiddos at PGA.
All went to support North Texas Make a Wish, which was really cool.
But it went really well.
It was the first of its kind where we really didn't have the dudes available.
And I was wondering how many people or lack thereof would show up.
but it was quite the crowd and almost athletes played before.
And then we watched DP wives when the sun went down.
And it was a vibe, man.
So shout out to the team.
A lot of fun.
Everybody who made it out, it certainly was a joy.
We're trying to offer fans more of like, you know, five of us are, we're old now, dude.
I mean, part of our time spent at the chiropractor.
Getting our backs adjusted and stuff like that.
We're not available a lot.
So proud of Kelsey for trying something new.
Yeah.
Shout out Panda too.
We had a heck of a night.
Yeah, and 185 degree heat.
It's funny trying to watch Panda sign golf balls.
Oh, man.
Oh, woo-wee.
This is big P.
It's tough.
Panda was trying to write out the full Panda.
No way.
And I was like, listen, let's just hit him with like a ball print, something, you know.
Yeah, it's also getting old too.
Really hard to sign golf balls, by the way.
Yeah, it is.
I messed up so many sigs.
Just looks like scribble.
Little dimples make it really tough with the Sharpie.
Anyhow.
Yeah, anyhow.
We're going to watch some Almost Athlete moments submitted by fans.
These are basically fan sport fails.
We're going to give a score from one to ten on these whiteboards.
If you'd like to submit yours, go to Almostathletes.com,
and you might get a 10 next time.
But really, are people in search of a 10?
I'm looking to avoid a 10.
I'm still cringing from that girl that had, like,
the broken collar bone off that, you know, that pick play.
She's kind of actually been my spirit animal,
like waking up at 6.30 to work out.
I'm like, hey, that girl can get up after breaking her collarbone.
give 20 and 10.
Yeah.
I can get out of bed in the morning.
Yeah, you can.
That girl was a warrior.
Let's get right into it.
Grace Smith right on a track.
Ooh, track.
Hurtle fail incoming.
And three.
Oh, it's another.
Oh, it is there.
The hurdles.
Two.
Oh.
Oh, chin music.
Oh, yeah.
That's a tooth out.
Go back.
It's a rubber track.
Oh, it's straight chin.
Watch your, watch your face.
Oh, is the tail toe.
Her back leg and toe.
She helps to get up.
She didn't send it.
didn't give it all the way I don't think you can
she has a goatee now she has a goatee
because there's just a scar on her chin
I'm gonna give it
I'm gonna go three
because it wasn't that funny because I feel bad
like she's in like pain
this isn't about funny moments
I know but if she like face planted and
didn't move I'm like laughing harder but the fact that she's like I can
finish no no I can't
to me it's
So three, if this is done in practice, the fact you're in front of a live audience.
I mean, look at the girl in second who passes her, gives her the peek back.
You know, everybody and their sister is looking at this young lady.
Was she leading the race?
Oh, I think she's in first place.
All right, I'm going to switch it to an eight.
Wow, three to eight is incredible.
And look at the pony.
Look at her pony just whip.
That's how you can tell.
It's violent.
Pony.
We're going to seven.
Fly.
Pony.
Oh.
23.
Not bad for Grace.
She was 20 feet away from a first.
First place, metal.
Yeah, I was never in the position ever to get first, so I don't know that feeling.
What's a worst feeling?
That one, or the person who gets like the standing ovation because you're 100 meters behind everybody?
And they're like, great jobs.
Rebecca, come on finish.
Both are tough.
That one's probably tougher, though.
I bet she ate nothing but yogurt for three weeks.
Next up, we have Maverick Morrison.
I love the name, dude.
Great setup here.
Look at the three-point line.
It's got a little hitching the giddy up.
Yeah.
A little t-shirt on the floor.
That's dangerous.
On the key.
This is nostalgia, boys.
We used to do this.
Yeah, he's in socks.
In socks is insane.
Baseline drive.
Oh.
Oh.
Self-induced.
Yeah.
He didn't even make the dunk.
Yeah, at this point.
Dude, his buddies don't even like...
There's so many things I have to say about this video.
Okay, left, left, right, right, right.
It's beat baseline.
Oh.
Oh, that's exactly what the girl behind me who got hit by the Kinsler line.
Yeah, here's what I'm going to say.
I'm going to say, this is why,
so, what?
Number one, the guy with no shirt on,
I preach this to my kid every day,
and you're, and I know this mom.
He's letting the boat, the boy boy.
I know, I know this mom is just like this.
Take your socks off if you're not going to wear shoes.
It's a ridiculous thing.
It's just wasteful.
Every kid does it these days.
Socks, no shoes go outside.
Really?
Bro, it's unbelievable.
And then to get beat up.
on the baseline like that? Yeah, that's where I thought
you were going. Ridiculous. The man-to-man
defense is really liking here. I'm sick.
And the kid probably missed a dunk because he's like,
oh my guy doesn't have shoes on. His mom's
going to get mad and you hurt your friend.
That's on the friend, but I'm still
just going to give that a three because you got to make the dunk.
Yeah, you do got to make the dunk. It looks like a kid
who doesn't have much experience dunking.
I'm right there with him. Yeah, like he didn't realize
that that's how that works. Like when you've got forward
momentum, it's going to swing your legs out.
Yeah.
Oh, right on the face, too. What do you think's hurting
shoulder? No, his rib. Yeah, maybe
colorbone. I think bride more than anything's
probably hurting, but... I mean, that was a high
pitch, right shoulder. Maverick,
I'm sorry, dude. You need to make the dunk
for that to be a seven for me.
Next time, just go off the back for it. What did you guys give him? I gave him
a seven. Again, just the embarrassment. That's going to stick with him a long time.
And look at the kid and no shirt, too. He's more worried about his
socks, no shoes. Yeah, he's worried about a game point.
I'm going to switch it to an eight.
You've switched both things to an eight.
It's such a weird though.
Maybe that's my thing. My thing on this game.
show. I'm still having problem with the kid
in a no-shirt. What kind of defense is that? Would you stop? Gary,
you've got a bone to pick with everybody.
Mainly that guy.
Yeah. What are the two kids? What are the other two teammates doing?
They're just facing the floor. Happy to be there.
You look like Peterson on the last second.
A great setup, though. Take advantage of that
a little backyard setup.
Good rebound by the kid. He's like, that's our ball.
That's our ball. You traveled, walk.
We'll take that top. Well, we got two, an eight, a seven, and a three.
18? 18. 18?
All right, Josh, another dunk fail, but this one is not an actual rim.
10 footer?
Definitely not 10 feet.
Oh, no.
That's pretty funny.
A triples, this guy goes up for a dunk, misses it, catches it in midter, misses it, catches it again.
Back rim.
Back rim.
You go back rim, front rim, back rim for a no dunk.
It's not really a fail.
It just was.
Oh, what it was.
It was three fails and won.
It's just, it's like you showed athleticism to get up there.
Yeah.
And then you showed a lack of athleticism to finish.
Look like you, Jonesy.
Yeah, that was a little bit of coming to it, isn't it?
Yeah.
And for that?
Yeah.
I did have a little Jones to it.
It did have a little Jones.
It's a six for me.
It's a six for me.
It's on public foot.
Don't change.
I'm not.
I changed with eight.
All right.
Eight, six, and six.
You do got to convert from a foot out, though.
You do.
They do.
Three times.
That's gonna come back to bite you one day.
Luke,
oh, this one's gonna be good.
Luke, you talk to me.
Luke Leroux.
We've seen a bike gap fail before.
Dude, I'm writing this one down.
Can we see another?
Oh!
Yeah.
Yeah.
I can't watch it again.
Oh, dude, is he at the ER already?
That's incredible.
Is he at the ER?
No, no, it says center.
Oh, I thought that he was at like an urgent care.
I was like, that is so good.
Dude, you got to lift that front wheel up.
and wear a helmet. Oh, you gotta wear helmet.
Oh, what's that dragon on the ground? Is that a shoe?
Yeah, he digging at the old garden center. I never even heard of this place. I gave him a 10 piece.
That's commitment, dude. Full send. He made the jump too. The front tire made the gap.
I bet his face is pretty jacked up. Oh, yeah. Then he gets the back tire, I think, right, right to the chin.
If you're wearing a helmet, that's a 10, but lack of safety.
You know what? You're right. I'm going to an 8. You have to wear the helmet on the bike.
That could be... Yeah, he's asking for it.
Kids, look.
You're right, no helmet eight.
Yeah.
We're not going to award.
Reward.
We're not going to reward, not award.
Yeah, there you go.
Stupidity.
It's a nine for me.
You can't talk like him more on.
Yeah.
Nine for me.
I've been consistent.
Yeah, you have.
I sure have.
27.
He props to that guy.
26, you're right.
I can't even do math.
New leader.
Talk about stupidity.
Golly.
Oh, look at this guy.
Something tells me his glasses aren't going to be on.
much longer.
Oh!
The trash
gets thrown on him, dude.
That's so good.
It's a charge.
I think the trash can set.
Yeah, trash can.
He was set.
Oh, squirpian.
A late scorping in there.
The public humiliation
as you're picking up dirty diapers.
Do you guys know if he put the trash
back in a trash can?
Unclear.
He can't clearly, don't you?
Okay, so here's the problem with what he did.
He bailed, like, I'm not going to make it.
And in doing so, he got hurt.
He stubbed his toe.
If he didn't put the trash.
If I've ever seen one.
If he didn't put the trash back, it's a zero for me.
It's a seven because he avoided violent ending there.
Trashcan actually saves him a little bit.
Maybe he's just into recycling, guys.
Yeah, it wasn't that bad of a fall.
Not that bad of a fall.
You're right, though.
Trashcan was definitely set.
Very good defensive play.
Yeah, it's a charge.
Seven times out of seven.
And that's why I gave it a seven.
Oh, this one's good, boys.
This one's good.
This one's from our own Matt Diamond.
DP staff.
No, it's not.
Oh, this is a good one, boy.
We have an in-house submission.
An in-house submission.
is the base runner okay Matt Diamond this is our last one we're looking at a third
a third base base runner right now oh knocks out gets knocked out is he out cold
yeah he's not the plate touch the plate Matt that a boy way to finish the play is
is no idea where he is yeah boom right there kind of just knocks him out a little bit
everyone got eights but Matt I'm giving him a seven that's right to the ear too that's
getting ear hold by a softball which ironically if he stayed on that baseline it's just
First of all, it's catcher interference.
You can't block the plate like that.
He had nowhere to go.
Oh!
Yeah, it looks like me stumbling to bed
after playing show till 4 a.m.
Why are both teams white?
Yeah, it bothers me too.
Why are they wearing basketball jerseys?
I thought that too as well.
The catcher, though.
With all due respect to Matt Diamond,
I'm running after the ball and applying a tag.
Dude, they got Sharpie numbers on the jerseys.
That's wild.
I don't know when this happened.
I got to talk to him.
He might not remember it.
I think this is Oklahoma.
This feels like an okay.
Oklahoma softball session.
Yeah.
It's not even a pitching mound.
It's just dirt.
They went to Cece's Pizza after this.
Yeah.
So who threw with the guy on second?
Who doesn't care, by the way.
Watch the guy.
He follows through, smokes him,
and he's worried about going to pick up the pearl.
I love how the pitcher's ducking.
Catcher cared too much about the base runner there.
He has to go get that ball and make the tag.
Yeah, that's tough for Matt Diamond who goes home.
He has multiple kids.
I don't know one singular kid's name in his own kind.
That's tough.
I went seven.
I went seven.
That's more than that, boys.
That's got to be an eighter from Decatur, Count of Ced a Wise.
That's an eight for me.
Props to Diamond, though, for finishing the play, touching the plate.
Our winner this week, Luke Leroux, the bike gap at the Garden Center.
That was really good.
The ER got me, the fact that it could have been.
He planted a little bit of himself in that garden center.
Yeah, due to the lack of people around, this feels like it was one of those really bad 1 a.m.
decisions.
Yeah, I agree.
Taco Bell, then bike ride.
Whoa.
That.
I still just don't know why we can't put that in.
post, but it's a full whistle.
I do have a rant today, by the way.
Do you good, because you really out.
I don't have one. It's kind of like that.
And yeah, you guys guessed it. It's about refereeing.
I'm absolutely just fed up
with it. Watching the Man United game
playing.
It just is a
ridiculous thing. What was the final two, two?
Yep. And here's the deal.
First half, Ahmed
gets pushed down, no playing the ball.
VAR looks at it.
not awarded a penalty.
I don't even know why VAR exists.
That thing is worthless.
Like legit, worthless.
And the guy running it,
worthless.
And then second half,
we're up to one.
Harry McGuire,
it is a penalty.
I mean,
he doesn't make a play in the ball,
gets an automatic red penalty.
And I'm just sitting there with the ref,
like, dude,
you didn't award the first one,
which was just as egregious.
And then you give him that.
It's just,
it's gross.
It's corruption at its finest.
It's negligence.
Again, I will give it to you.
Riffs have a hard job, but be consistent.
But you also don't know what was being talked about on the field.
Maybe he said, hey, don't do this,
or I'm going to have to give you a penalty.
No, you can't give, you can't say one and have the AR look and say no penalty.
And it'll go right back and give an automatic red.
And yeah, it was against my team.
And if it was against Man City, I probably wouldn't be complaining right now.
But you know what?
It's against United.
And I'm complaining.
And that's my rant for the day.
Another trophy for City, by the way, this week.
Sorry, Arsenal.
And also, yeah, you're right.
I'm going to rant about the whistle.
Can we stop doing that on this?
Yeah, the whistle's getting too.
Yeah, yeah.
But our time's up.
I got to go sign some books.
