And as always, thank you.
About a month ago, my oldest daughter, 19, was driving to Pittsburgh Airport with her best friend
to pick up the best friend's boyfriend.
They were driving in her best friend's car, an old jaguar, and I was suffering from major anxiety to say the least.
First of all, they had never driven that far at night before.
Second, when going over the mountain, you can run into snow that you don't account for.
It wasn't calling for snow that evening, however, it is different when you drive towards the mountains,
because snow can happen at any moment.
Anyway, it was about midnight when I was lying in bed, wondering how the drive was going.
I couldn't sleep because my anxiety-ridden mind was conjuring up all these images and scenarios of freak snowstorms and blizzards,
and all the worst things a parent could imagine.
So to get my mind off the negative and to make myself feel better,
I got out of bed to look out to the window, remind myself that I was being crazy,
and that there was no call for snow that evening.
I live in town next to a parking lot.
My bedroom is on the second story of my home overlooking our backyard and parking lot next door.
Our bottom driveway is connected to the adjacent lot.
So, a lot of the time, cars will drive in and use our driveway to turn around.
Well, it just so happened that a car was pulling in and doing just that as I looked out the
window. I could see snow falling heavily through the cast of light created by the car's headlights.
The car lit up our backyard, and I could see the snow plain as day through the car's headlights
as it was turning into our driveway. I could make out what looked to be at least two to three
inches of snow already laying on the ground. Not only could I make out this freak blizzard from
the car randomly turning around in my driveway, but I could also see it because of the street lights
in the parking lot.
I was shocked, because less than an hour earlier there was no snow in the sky was clear.
I immediately panicked.
I went to grab my phone off of my dresser and called my daughter.
I told her about the unexpected snowstorm we were getting, and asked her if she had
run into any snow.
She seemed confused and explained that they hadn't run into any snow at all the entire trip.
I was relieved, and just assumed.
that the snow had come from the opposite direction,
and by the time it would reach them, they would be safely in Pittsburgh.
I told her to be careful, hung up the phone,
and walked back to the window to look outside.
By this time, the car had gone.
Except this time when I looked, there was no snow.
There weren't two to three inches on the ground.
There was no snow falling heavily through the beam of lights being cast by the street lamps,
in the parking lot next door, there was absolutely no snow anywhere, and the sky was once again clear.
From the time I got up, looked out of the window, called my daughter and hung up the phone, and then returned to the window.
Maybe a total of five minutes had passed.
I was in shock.
I am a logical person.
I can usually rationalize things and explain them away, but...
This is a hard one for me.
I know without a shadow of a doubt that I saw a full-on blizzard happening.
I watched it fall.
I saw it accumulating on the ground.
I saw it cover our trampoline in the backyard.
This has me confused.
My rational mind is telling me that I just thought I witnessed a snowstorm.
I even walked outside to make sure that I wasn't going mad.
How does a person mistakenly see snow when there is none?
Especially if the light being cast gives you a clear view of the ground and air.
What did I see falling from the sky?
What did I see lying on the ground because it wasn't green grass?
How did the sky clear up so fast?
Is it possible my mind created a glitch in reality because of my intense fear and panic?
Like, my thoughts were so strong for that moment.
It created the very thing that I was fearing the most.
And after talking to my daughter and realizing they were safe, the glitch resolved?
I don't know.
Has this ever happened to anyone else?
Nothing like this has ever happened to me.
One minute, I'm watching a full-on blizzard in the next.
I'm not.
And no, I 100% was not.
not asleep.
That's the weirdest part.
I couldn't fall asleep at all.
I was up and down and just couldn't stop worrying about her.
I don't know.
I guess maybe I could have been so worried that I saw what my mind was obsessing about.
It was very strange.
I asked myself, how could I have mistaken things so badly?
How did I create a blizzard scene out of worry?
It's weird how the mind works.
This is a significantly confusing event that I cannot possibly deny or explain.
It's also not my first glitch, so I'm much less likely to dismiss things like this when I experience them.
I was at a botanical garden with some friends one night.
They do a Christmas light show there, so it was dark out, but everything was lit up more than,
enough for me to have a clear view of my surroundings.
My friend, who I'll call E, and I were coming up on a bend.
Right after the turn, there was a beautifully arched tunnel made completely of lights.
Right before it, I immediately noticed a very large white boat directly to the right of the
sidewalk.
And now something very, very important to note is that I grew up exploring this place.
My mom worked there for most of my childhood, and as an only child of a single mother,
I found myself wandering the property almost as much as my own yard.
I climbed every tree, found every secret spot.
I know that place like the back of my hand.
So, as they did add new things and displays over the years,
they would stick out to me like a sore thumb every time.
I was especially surprised to see this boat because,
while the property was right on the edge of the bay
where there are lots of boats and a nearby marina,
this boat was not in or directly next to the water.
It was far enough on land that it would have had to have been deliberately towed out there on a trailer
and dropped directly onto the ground.
It also looked very much like it had been recovered after once sinking into the bay.
It was beat up, the faded paint was peeling from the splintering wood,
and it just looked long since abandoned.
I thought it was really cool,
sort of like a shipwreck display.
But it also seemed pretty out of place,
juxtaposed with the bamboo and flowers that surrounded it.
I also thought that it was a little weird
that there was no sign explaining its significance,
despite the fact that pretty much every aspect of the place
had a sign in front of it.
Sometimes, the purpose was to edit,
the viewer about a plant, and sometimes it was to dedicate a building or exhibit to a donor
who had contributed the funds and or materials for it.
There were a few people standing next to the boats, looking at it.
I started to approach it so that I could see it closer.
I was about 50 feet away when E tapped me on the shoulder and told me that she had to use the
restroom.
The closest bathroom was right at the end of the light tunnel, so I walked her there and
instead of going to check out the boat.
We had left all of our friends behind anyway,
so I figured that when we inevitably went back for them,
I would have my chance to see the boat.
E was pretty quick in the bathroom,
so it wasn't more than a few minutes
before we were on our way back to the same way that we came.
After we reached the end of the light tunnel
and got to the part of the sidewalk where I had seen the boat,
I went a little pale.
There was nothing there but bamboo.
For a moment, I considered that I might have just misremembered the exact location of the boat.
I walked further down the sidewalk, and further, and further, but no.
No boat.
I thought to myself that maybe somehow I had just seen something that looked like a boat,
but I quickly dismissed that notion, as there was nothing anywhere in that vicinity that was
even remotely similar in color or in size.
I said nothing to E, nor to anyone else about it.
I'm not even sure if anyone else saw it.
All I know is I'm still freaked out thinking about it.
What the heck happened that night?

Hello, Raven.
I've been listening
to your stories on YouTube
as well as
many other narrators
for just over a year.
It's my favorite time of day.
After work, or whatever I've been up to that day,
to rush home, gather my snacks, get in my jammies,
and turn on my old and outdated Samsung tablet,
and just zone out to your stories.
I'd like to preface the story by explaining
that I've been going through a ton of changes in my personal life
in the last few years.
There's been a lot of stress,
but also a lot of growth and discovery about myself.
I've often felt myself operating on autopilot, but feeling completely out of my own body,
as if I'm watching myself.
Instances like this have happened since I was a child, but more recently, I assume, because of the added stress of moving and starting a whole new life in another state.
I've had strange things happen to me over the years, but could never really put a finger on the odd changes,
visions at the corner of my eye,
maybe an invisible touch,
or the feeling of not being alone,
as well as having forgotten or misplaced items.
In the last year,
I've really been hoping to be able to put something solid together
to submit to you, and here we are.
Last night was a little different.
While I typically would have worked,
I had taken the day off due to not feeling well.
An upset stomach.
No biggie.
I had been lightly snacking throughout the day, and by 6 p.m., I realized I hadn't had any fruit or vegetables and thought, maybe I should make a fruit salad.
I walked into the kitchen to my fruit bowl sitting on my table.
I normally keep apples, tiny oranges, and bananas around for this sort of thing.
I went to grab one of each fruit and realized that I didn't have any apples left.
Thinking to myself, that's funny, I could have sworn I still had one large,
Gala apple left. Oh well, I'll just make do without one. I knew that I had grapes in the fridge,
so I would just substitute with those. I gathered the rest of the fruit and put them on a towel
on my butcher block table. I turned around to find a bowl, grabbed my grapes, maple syrup,
and whipped cream. Yes, I know it sounds weird, but it's actually quite delicious mixed with fruit.
I then grabbed a small knife from the drawer and a paper towel from the roll.
on the countertop, and when I turned around to prepare everything on the butcher block,
what was sitting on the butcher block next to my tiny orange? A giant, gala apple.
This apple was definitely not on the butcher block when I set the other fruit down. Where did it
come from? Or, better yet, where had it gone when it went missing from my fruit bowl? It had made me
stopped dead in complete bewilderment.
I took a few seconds to recover, and then I made my fruit salad and thought,
this would be a great entry for a glitch in the Matrix story.
I'm excited that I finally got to submit something.
And thank you for reading, Raven.
I love your show, and I listened to Matrix Glitches every night for years.
I've always been fascinated with anything paranormal,
But I've had very few potential circumstances of glitches, despite being a true believer.
Today, I had to make coffee after my first cup and a half.
I needed more, and the pot was empty.
I strongly believe that I had already poured every last drop into my cup,
but even if I didn't, I specifically remember rinsing the pot with water and pouring it out,
and putting the fresh water in,
and pouring that into the machine before turning it on.
I also put grounds in around the same time.
I specifically remember rinsing the pot with water
because I was doing this with my left, non-dominant hand,
and shaking the water in circles,
which I'm not used to doing with my left hand.
So I remember it specifically.
Normally I wouldn't remember this.
I had some issues with the power outlet,
and I moved the whole machine to one.
counter and back before fixing the problem, but I don't see how that would have an effect.
When I finally got the power working, I found my pot to still have about half a cup of cold coffee
in it. I immediately opened the machine and assumed the coffee must have started draining through
while cold or something, but the beans were still completely dry. The water was still water,
and the coffee was cold.
I will mention that maybe this was the amount of coffee
that I purposefully or accidentally left in the pot
before making new coffee.
I don't know how relevant that would be
because I still find it completely impossible
for that pot to have anything in it besides a couple drops of water.
I remember finishing the coffee.
And if I'm wrong about that,
I definitely remember rinsing the pot.
And I know I've filled the water up
with the same pot.
But after I filled the water up, a half cup of cold coffee appeared in the pot without the new beans
getting wet.
I know this isn't an extremely impactful moment in my life, but I froze, and my heart
started beating really fast when I realized.
My only supernatural guess is that I forgot to drink a half cup, then poured it out,
and then the coffee was retrieved,
or time went backwards to be able to be there after certain verifiable events?
I could not fill the water up with coffee leftovers,
with the water staying clear.
It was just as dark as the previous pot.
It's a little hard to explain,
but I think that you're smart enough to follow the basics of the story.
I did drink the half cup of coffee, by the way,
with no ill effects.
Hi, Raven.
First, thank you for your work on these videos.
They keep me occupied while I knock out crochet projects.
Anyway, I've experienced a ton of glitches in my life,
but here is one that happened to me recently.
I started crocheting around two years ago.
When I started, I bought a set of needles to weave in the ends of the yarn.
The set came with one tapestry needle.
After learning and making some cool things, my partner decided that she wanted to learn how to crochet too.
It was becoming inconvenient having to pass the tapestry needle back and forth to each other,
so I just bought another set.
Then we had two tapestry needles and wouldn't have to play hot potato with a needle.
All as well.
Now a couple of days ago I misplaced my tapestry needle,
so I grabbed my partners out of her crochet bag.
No big deal
When I was done I stored it where I usually would store my own tapestry needle
because I crochet more than she does anyway
So when she needs it I figure I'll just give it back
Well yesterday I opened up the tin box I store my needles in
And it wasn't there
The next place to check would be my hook bag
Where I sometimes toss my needles if I'm feeling lazy
I thought well maybe I just tossed it in the hook bag
I grabbed the bag, opened it up, and lo and behold, three tapestry needles.
My partner's needle, the one that I lost, and a third mystery needle.
I guess I don't have to worry about losing them anymore now that I've got three.
I also want to say that there's no chance that I bought a third set, and my partner hasn't bought another set either.
I do the shopping for our house, and if we need anything, I'm usually the one to go get it.
So, thanks, universe.
Hi Raven.
I've been binging your channel for a while now,
and I decided to finally submit two glitches that happened to me a couple of years ago,
both at my place of work.
One, the jewelry glitch.
The day that this glitch happened, it was Halloween,
so I had taken advantage of being allowed to ditch my uniform and dress up a little.
As part of my vampire get up,
I wore a bunch of jewelry, a lot of which were rings to be specific,
and some of them were knuckle rings that kept sliding off throughout the day.
They were nothing special, just twisted gold and silver bands.
At this time, I was usually in charge of cleaning the bathrooms before I left for the day,
and so was the case on Halloween.
As I'm grabbing some nylon gloves,
I considered taking my rings off so they wouldn't slide off my fingers while cleaning.
but I decided not to as the gloves were slightly too small and wouldn't allow my rings to move.
Just before I put the gloves on, I dropped one of the knuckle rings and I heard it hit the floor with a loud,
ting, ting, ting.
I slipped it back on, checked my other rings were snugly in place, and put my gloves on.
Now, I'm female, so I only go into the men's bathroom to clean them at the end of a shift,
which is important because, as I'm finishing up and sweeping the men's floor,
I look down and there's one of my rings,
laying in the middle of the men's bathroom floor.
The rings were cheapos from Walmart,
so I was thinking maybe someone had dropped their own.
A weird coincidence, but plausible.
But I looked at my hand, and my ring was gone.
I hadn't taken my gloves off since putting the gloves off,
since putting them on, but the ring that I had on is now laying on the floor.
There's no way that ring could have gotten off my finger and out of the glove,
and then hit the cement floor without making a sound.
I told my co-worker about it, and she was just as confused as I was.
Story 2. Customer order glitch.
This story takes place a few weeks after the jewelry glitch.
At this time, I worked in the photo lab at the time. I worked in the photo lab at
my job and with the Christmas rush, I had been super busy with orders of all kinds. A lot of sales
had been going on, so similar orders would pop up one after another. In this case, there was a special
for free 8 by 10s, so naturally everyone in town is placing orders for that deal. I believe it was
either Thursday or Friday. I had printed a slew of them and was labeling them to be sorted into boxes
to await customer pickup.
When I noticed I had two orders by the same person.
A common theme with these types of specials.
We'll say that his name was Biggers.
It was a very distinct name, hence why I remember printing it so well.
I remembered thinking,
damn, I didn't realize there were two for her.
I could have just put them in the same envelope.
We run out of envelopes fast around this time of year.
so packing multiple orders for one person into one envelope helps save a few.
While I'd also gotten confused for a moment before,
wondering why I had two pictures by the same person but couldn't find the label.
So I found the label, packed them up, and put them away.
Amongst the many other orders,
I remember printing two orders of people with the same last name.
We'll call them loud, so L loud and A loud.
Both had orders, and I remembered them because they matched, and I see their names a lot while working.
I packed them up and put them away with the others.
So, a few days later, I'm at work, and Ms. Biggers comes in for her order.
I have two, she says.
I reply, yes, ma'am, I actually remember printing them.
I'm usually good at remembering names and what orders go with them due to a somewhat photographic memory.
But when I look in the boxes under the letter B, I only see one print.
She tells me again with growing irritation, I know I had two.
I believe her and reiterate that I remembered printing too, for the reasons above.
I go check the printer and search the history.
Only one order comes up, the one that I found.
I go to the computer and search customer history.
These never get cleared so there are orders from a debt.
decade ago listed on there, and even if an order is cancelled, they aren't deleted, only
labeled as cancelled.
But there's still only one order on there.
Unable to figure out what happens to the other order, I tell her to just resubmit it,
and I'll honor the sale and end of.
I figure it's just a fluke, until Mr. Loud comes in.
I have one for L and another one for A.
Yeah, I remember them.
Except I only find L's photos, not A's.
He insists there are two orders, and I know he's right.
Like before I check the printer, I check the computer history.
Absolutely nothing.
These orders apparently never existed.
I tell him this just happened earlier and play it off as a system error,
and then tell them to resend them and we'll honor the free price.
When the manager, who was present while I was working,
on the orders originally comes in,
I ask her if she remembers those names
and how I printed multiple ones.
She says yes.
I tell her that, apparently,
they never existed,
and aren't anywhere in the system.
She's as dumbfounded as I am.
I've experienced weird things in the past
that I joked were glitches in the Matrix,
but this was crazier than anything
I've ever experienced and baffles me.
I could explain the ring glitch away, but I cannot explain this one away.
I regret not asking for order-proof from the customers, like emails or order numbers, to see if there was residual leftovers.
Both of these stories happened years ago, and I haven't experienced anything like it since.
Much to my chagrin.
I hope I'm not just losing my mind, but I think that something is going on around.
me. So, you know how in video games, stuff you aren't looking at, unloads to save up memory?
I'm convinced that something like this is happening to me after yesterday. For a few years now,
I would notice situations where I was walking down the street and some random passers-by were
talking. I would look down on my phone for a couple of seconds to check some messages, and, for
some reason, their conversations stop mid-sentence.
would look back up and they were still in the same place, same pose, and their conversation
unpaused right where it stopped.
I always thought that situations like these, there were a lot, are accidents because whenever
I was actively thinking about it, you know, paying attention, which is what really matters
in this, I think, it wouldn't work. However, what happened to me yesterday has me convinced
that something is not right with the time around me.
I was walking back home from walking my aunt's dog and listening to music on full blast.
I was in the zone, so I wasn't paying much attention to my surroundings.
I crossed the street next to a roundabout, and a bus had to stop for me.
Right as I crossed, I stopped and pulled out my phone.
A song in my playlist came on, but I wanted a different one, so I leave that one on still jamming out,
whilst looking through my playlist for the one I actually want.
So I wasn't paying attention to my surroundings for a full three minutes.
I ended up listening to the whole song before I changed to the one that I wanted,
so I'm sure of the three minutes passing.
And when I look back up,
the bus is in the exact same place it was on the roundabout as three minutes ago
when I stopped looking at it.
Now, there were other cars there, so if the bus randomly stopped,
I would definitely have noticed the car horns, but no.
Also, a bus can't just sort of start moving from a spot like a car can, if you know what I mean.
It has to get going first to reach some speed.
And this bus wasn't crawling like they do when they start their route.
At least, the old ones in my town have to crawl a bit before getting up to speed.
I'm very confused about it.
I talked with one of my friends about it, and he said that he sometimes notices
stuff like that too.
And just like me, it's only
when we don't pay attention to our surroundings.
Do we live in a simulation?
And the computer is saving on processing
power by ignoring stuff when we aren't
paying attention to it?
Hi, Raven.
My glitch happened in the middle of Sweden,
early Sunday morning in the beginning
of April of 2024.
My twin sister and I
were driving in 10 centimeters of snow
in the countryside,
just outside our small hometown.
The small roads were not plowed, so we had to drive slowly,
25 to 30 kilometers an hour, in the tire tracks of a few cars.
We drove and drove, since we'd been around in this area the previous fall
to pick blueberries and chanterelles in the nearby forest,
we expected to drive past a golf course
in a restaurant that were located along this road.
after what felt like a long while with only forest around us
we finally to the left saw a house with the barn up on a hill that we didn't remember
not long after that we ended up in a t-junction with houses on the opposite side
i thought i recognized one of the houses due to its string lights but i couldn't recall
from where we were really confused where were we
This was not the road that we drove on last year.
There were no signs in this junction to let us know which way to go, so we picked right,
and it wasn't long until we finally recognized the upcoming on ramp to Highway E84.
Both my sister and I looked shocked at each other and said,
How could we be on this side of E84?
We haven't passed over nor under it.
We realized that we must have picked the wrong way in the beginning,
and that's why the surroundings looked unfamiliar to us.
The weekend after, when we were at that T-junction area again,
we had to go back and look for the highway crossing.
We saw that there was a viaduct under the highway
that was located before the house with the barn on the left.
A viaduct we both recall not seeing or passing that night.
After this happened, we started looking at glitch videos on YouTube and found you.
Ever since then, we've been enjoying listening to your glitch stories.
Hearing the stories about time being strange,
we recall that night we thought the time was really weird as well.
Going from north of our town and around in these woods, and back home,
almost took two hours.
I mean, we drove slowly in the snow, but not that slow.
Just the other day when we were talking about this again,
we speculated if our glitch happened because we thought we were on a different road,
and that one didn't cross the E84.
The one we thought we drove on ends up closer to the on-ramp on the other side.
Or does anyone else have any other ideas?
A couple of months ago, my twin sister, after hearing about the glitch,
where the guy opened someone else's locker,
had recalled an experience she had back in the 90s.
Back then, she thought it was very funny,
she wonders if it was a glitch.
She opened up her ex-mother-in-law's red golf that was parked on the street outside of her apartment.
When she sat in the car, she realized it looked different and noticed that it wasn't her car.
It was the neighbor's car.
His car was almost the same, just slightly older.
This person also submitted a second story that I decided to go ahead and include with this one,
as it is a glitch as well, and, well, it just fits.
So.
It was almost one year ago on Christmas Eve in the evening.
Here in Sweden, it gets dark around 3 p.m. that time of year, so it was very dark.
My sister and I came to a T-junction here in our town.
I was driving, and she sat next to me.
I saw that there was a car far away to the left, but no one to the right, so I started to slowly turn to the left.
When I was on my way, about halfway on the closest side, a car that came from the left appeared in front of me, a car that I did not see just a few seconds ago.
I didn't see its headlights either, which I would have since it's dark outside.
I jumped and got so surprised to see the car.
My sister saw the car approaching from the right and thought that I had seen it, that I was just preparing to turn left and waiting for it to pass.
pass. No, I didn't see the car at all, I told her, nor the headlights. It just appeared in front of me.
I go easy on my old sob 9 to 5, so it won't drink so much gasoline, and I'm a chill person
when I'm driving. That was my luck. If I had not done that, I would have hit that car. I know a guy
that was in a similar situation. His friend was driving, and he was sitting beside him. His friend
didn't see a car approaching either, just the guy that told me this story, so his friend drove out
and hit the car. He wasn't as lucky as me. We were okay since it was only 40 or 50 kilometers an hour
in that junction. When this happened to me, and we also remembered the other guy's accident,
we now suspect that this is how they make accidents happen. Before we had even heard of glitches
and living in a simulation, we'd been reacting to a few things.
Like, we often would meet a car on a less trafficked road,
just when passing a person walking on the side of the road.
It's like they want accidents to happen.
In 1990, our cousin's boyfriend was in a severe car accident.
He got hit by a snowplow that had come over on his side of the road
after the blade got stuck in the asphalt.
Before, I was wondering if it was just fate or something,
because what are the odds that just when he passed a snowplow would get stuck in the asphalt
and swing over to the other side,
especially when there are almost no cars on that road, and just then it happens.
Now I know it was someone behind it all.
The sad thing is that it was his friend who drove the snowplow when he had to witness the mess.
He first thought our cousin's boyfriend was dead since the car was just a wreck.
He had so many broken bones and is probably in pain often, but he did survive.
A few years later, the same cousin's boyfriend was in another serious car accident when he hit an elk.
The elk fell into the car and made the ceiling beam, I think, land on the headrest.
Luckily, he is shorter, but he also moved his upper.
body quickly to the side.
When they sent the car wreck to the junkyard,
they were actually surprised to hear that he survived that accident as well.
I'm no stranger to glitches,
ranging from objects in my house being where they shouldn't be
or going missing only to reappear later on,
in the same or sometimes an entirely different location.
To what just happened to me today,
and despite me being used to it,
these moments always leave me scratching my head.
I was feeling the craving for some soda,
and at the time I didn't have any at my house,
so I decided to head down to the store and grab a bottle or two
as well as some groceries.
I got what I needed,
and then I approached one of the mini-friges filled with various soft drinks
and took out three bottle drinks,
two Pepsi's and a Coke.
I then make my way to the self-checkout,
But when I go to scan the Pepsi, I immediately realize something isn't right.
One of the bottles is all of the sudden a Pepsi zero.
Now, I know the first thought anybody would be thinking is,
oh, you must have grabbed the wrong flavor by accident and weren't paying attention.
And that is a fair assumption to make.
But here's the thing.
That flavor was not in that fridge.
It was only Pepsi, wild cherry, Coke,
and a few lesser-known slash local brands.
I'm not going to deny the possibility outright,
as I suppose it's possible that somebody put the Pepsi Zero in there
and I just grabbed it without realizing it,
but I find it relatively unlikely,
because the little plastic wrapping on the bottle is black,
and not the signature blue.
Either way, I guess I have a Pepsi Zero now.
I know this story was short and mundane,
but in my experience, that's just how a lot of glitches are.
Happy New Year, Raven.
I've listened to nearly all the glitch videos in the playlist,
and I'm glad that I stumbled upon your channel.
This will be my first submission.
Thank you.
I work and live in Yosemite National Park.
This happened in April of 2024.
It was after 11 p.m. coming home,
after spending time with a friend,
I proceeded to get out of my car
and turned on the phone's flashlight
because it was dark to help get back.
I remember clearly using my phone
to see where I was going
and to find a path to get back to my tent cabin.
I wasn't using a headlamp at that time
because I forgot it,
so I had to resort to my phone.
Once I got back,
I remember setting my phone down
on the end of my bed
and lying down to relax for the evening.
30 minutes or so pass, and I go to look for my phone, and it had vanished.
I had my roommate call it to no avail.
There wasn't any ringtone going off.
I searched everywhere and retraced my steps, and I could not find my phone anywhere.
So I ran back to my car after a while, and found my phone in the center console.
I'm still baffled as to what happened.
After all, I clearly remember using the phone's flashlight to guide my path.
I'm quite certain that the reality we live in is just toying with us on the regular.
I was late getting to my sister's house for a weekend visit, per my usual.
We called my sister at 3.20 p.m. when we were passing the oil refinery, which is about 20 minutes from her house.
When we discussed the time, she had looked at the clock on her wall.
My son and I had planned to get sushi, where I had a coupon, but the restaurant was on the opposite side of town.
I drive fast and managed to often surprise people with my arrival times.
However, this was an insane one.
My son and I walked into her house, sushi in hand, and my sister freaked out.
My son and I hadn't paid attention to the time because we had just done our thing.
But all time devices showed the same thing.
We managed to arrive at 3.40 with sushi in hand.
It was crazy.
My sister proceeded to tell me about another incident that she had experienced earlier that week,
where she was in the car with her two kids and my daughter.
There was a bright blue flash, and suddenly they were all...
instantly transported onto a road where they had never been in the city.
And during the weekend's visit, my sister and I had left the kids home and gone to Walmart.
She was looking for jeans and wanted a very specific pair.
We were looking at a wall of hanging jeans, and all of the prices were 1244.
I made this up because I can't remember exactly.
But there was an odd shift that can't be described.
and suddenly all of the prices increased to $1499.
Again, I don't recall the specific numbers.
But that was absolutely unsettling.
We both looked at the wall, the prices, and said,
Whoa, what just happened?
Did you see that?
Did you feel that?
We were dumbfounded and left with no genes.
I don't know if this is considered a glitch in the Matrix,
but it's definitely bizarre and hard to understand.
This happened tonight.
So, I wear three necklaces.
One is a tiny urn with my mom's ashes inside.
One is the initial L for my son, and the other is a moon.
And it's the exact moon for when my son was born.
Anyway, I noticed the chains were getting tangled around each other, around my neck,
and I couldn't untangle them.
So I took off one necklace to see if I could fix the situation,
and when I took the necklace off, I noticed there was no charm on the chain.
So I put that chain down, and I went to take off another necklace.
When I did, I saw that both the L and the moon were on the exact same necklace together.
Both charms were hooked on the necklace, and the necklace was attached and locked around my neck.
There's no way one charm jumped onto the other necklace,
with the other charm.
Here I have one necklace empty and another necklace with both the L and moon together around my neck.
I'm so confused and in shock of how this happened.
My sister and friend said that maybe it's my mom looking out for me
because she never got to meet my son,
so I have her ashes around me on one necklace and then a second with his initial and his moon.
I wish that I could understand how this happened,
and what exactly it means.
A few years ago, I was living at my friend's house.
Not long after I moved in,
she started dating the guy that she's still with today.
Around that same time,
we installed a camera in her backyard to keep an eye on things,
including the adjacent parking pad.
The backyard had two large sheds.
One of them was a regular storage shed
where tools and random items were kept.
The other one had,
however, was insulated and heated.
It had a few end tables and several chairs,
making it a cozy space where people could hang out,
particularly those who smoked.
The camera we installed was one of those modern types
that lets you monitor live footage through your phone.
If you've ever used one, you probably know
that they sometimes glitch,
causing a short delay in what you see.
When this happens,
the footage can lag behind reality by about,
five to 30 seconds. Other times the camera operates in perfect real time, showing you exactly what's
happening as it happens. These are the only two ways the camera is supposed to function, either with a
slight delay or in full synchronization with real life. But what I witnessed one day broke these
rules entirely. To this day, I struggle to make sense of it. If it weren't for the fact that my friends
very sober, no-nonsense mother was there to witness it with me, I'd probably have convinced
myself I imagined it. Even now, I'm not entirely sure that I believe what I saw. That day,
my friend's mother and I were sitting in the insulated shed, casually watching the live
camera feed on my phone. On the screen, we saw my friend's boyfriend step out of the house
through the back door. He walked down the steps, crossed the backyard,
yard, and made his way toward the shed where we were sitting.
We watched him approach, opened the door, and fully enter the shed, closing the door behind him.
The strange thing was that, at that exact moment, there was no one physically entering the
shed that we were in. We were both sitting there standing at the door waiting for him to appear
in real life. About five to ten seconds after we saw him enter on the camera feed, he actually
walked through the shed door in real time.
It wasn't just a typical delay caused by the camera glitching.
What we saw wasn't a replay of something that had already happened, and it wasn't real-time
footage either.
Somehow, we had watched him enter the shed before it physically happened.
It was as though the camera was showing us a glimpse of the future.
To this day, I have no explanation for what we witnessed.
It doesn't fit with how these cameras are supposed to work,
or with how reality is supposed to work for that matter.
Hi, Raven. I love your channel, especially the glitch stories,
and I've been toying with telling this story.
I was maybe 21 at the time, and I was a cart slash buggy pusher,
and I was going to start a new school, and was putting in my two weeks notice.
That night, I was with my...
my ex, and a co-worker called me asking,
Hey, where did you go?
I was super confused since I, yes, was super irresponsible,
but I know called no-showed.
So I was never there that night.
Anyways, the co-worker told me that I went out to bring in the shopping carts for my hour.
We all had an hour to bring them in, and I never came back in.
Apparently most of my coworkers and my mainer
I never went in.
It's still weird to this day.
Thanks for reading this and keep being amazing.
My live-in boyfriend and I were breaking up.
He was staying at my house until he could find a place to move into.
To say it was uncomfortable would be an understatement,
but we both tried our best to remain civil.
One day, he comes home and tells me he lost his part of.
plate. This is also known as a partial denture that replaces one or more missing tea. I asked him how he lost it. He says he doesn't know. Now, he is a heavy drinker, so I asked him if he threw up and lost them. He angrily denied doing that and said that he remembered taking them out to brush that morning, remembered brushing them in his teeth and then putting them back in his mouth, and leaving for the day.
Later that afternoon, he went to the bank and realized his partial plate was missing when he found it difficult to speak properly to the teller.
When you suddenly miss teeth, it affects your speech until you adapt.
He then came back to my place and told me that the plate was missing.
I was skeptical, to say the least, and also concerned because they were very expensive,
and had been purchased when he had a good job with health insurance, and now he had neither, and could not.
never replaced them.
Then he says that I must have taken them, which was preposterous, and didn't even fit with his
explanation.
But, remember, he wasn't taking our breakup well, and was pretty bitter about the situation.
I said that I would never do something like that to anyone, no matter how mad or upset I was.
I wouldn't.
I could never be that vindictive and petty to any person.
just not my nature.
Then I reminded him that he said
he remembered brushing them that morning.
He says maybe he was
remembering the day before and I took them
that morning. Well,
the argument went on.
He was in complete denial of
remembering how they got lost,
and I knew that I didn't take them,
so the argument
just stayed like that.
He was pretty angry and
I was just confused.
But I do recall having a funny
feeling in my gut when he first told me how he discovered that his partial plate was missing.
It just felt very weird.
He, on the other hand, does not believe in any kind of weird or supernatural phenomenon.
Within a short time, he finally found a place and moved out.
It was a stressful time.
Fast forward, two years later.
My ex had moved to a small town, an hour and 50.
15 minutes from my city.
Over time, we had gotten over our bitterness and remained friends.
On occasion, he would come into the city to see friends or go to a jam at a bar he used to
frequent, and I would let him sleep on my couch.
He couldn't afford hotels.
One Sunday morning, when he was in town visiting, I got up to make coffee.
There, sitting in my sink, was his partial plate.
I couldn't believe it.
My shock was profound.
Excitedly, I went into the living room and showed him what I found.
He immediately said, I knew you took them.
Of course, I said that I didn't, but he didn't believe me.
But I assure you I did not.
And the eerie feeling I had when I saw them sitting there in plain sight is unexplainable.
It simply defied explanation.
Of course, he never believed me.
He was just grateful that he got them back and said that he could barely get them back into his mouth,
as his gums had changed over those two years.
But he managed to get his plate back in place and was glad to have all of his teeth again.
We are still on friendly terms, and occasionally he still accuses me of taking them, which is ridiculous.
I would never do that.
On the other hand, he would never believe in a glitch in the Matrix.
But it has to be something like that.
How could he have not known they were missing until late afternoon?
He brushes his teeth and plate every morning like clockwork.
Why did he not notice that his plate was missing then?
So many questions.
All I know is I didn't know that they were missing until he told me,
Though secretly, I thought that he got so drunk that he lost them and how utterly shocked
I was when I saw them sitting in my kitchen sink two years later.
It was a glitch of some kind.

In 2014, I worked with someone for a few months.
At the end of that year, he left the company to start his own company with a friend.
I still saw him occasionally.
at industry events in our city.
Before lockdown in 2020,
I moved to another country and hadn't seen him since.
In September of last year,
I checked his social media and saw that he had passed away.
His family members had left notices
informing about it on his profile.
I was sad.
He was a great character,
had outstanding achievements at work,
and was popular in our city.
Now, today,
was where it got weird.
A pseudonymous account approached me,
telling me his first name and that we worked together at a company back then.
I was surprised as I thought he was dead.
I first was wondering if there was another team member with the same first name, but there wasn't.
I would know.
I was co-founder.
I told him that I thought he was dead,
as your social media said you were, but...
No answer yet, and I am a bit creeped out.
Hey, Raven, I'm not very good at storytelling, so apologies if this is hard to understand.
Sometime in the summer, when I was about seven or eight,
my family and I went to visit my cousin in Indiana,
which was only about an hour from where I lived at the time.
Anyway, we had stopped at a park by their house,
where there was a trail we decided to go on since there really wasn't much to do there.
We walked down it for about 30 minutes before deciding to head back because it was too hot.
But when we got back to where the trail began, everyone went back to the car,
but I stayed because I saw a huge building that looked exactly like the White House.
I was completely stunned because this huge building was not there when we started the trail,
rail. After a while, my brother came and told me to go to the car, but when I asked everyone
if they saw this building, they said that I was just seeing things and that there was nothing
there, which I believed and just sort of brushed off, until I saw your channel, which made me
think, this may have been a glitch. Hey, Raven, avid listener here. You've been my sleep aide
for a bit now. Thank you again for your soothing voice.
Thank you.
I wanted to send you a short but odd story.
Something happened when I was in sixth grade,
and I totally forgot how to hold a pencil.
Like, I couldn't remember,
and I still can't remember how I wrote the day before this happened.
I know I've written a lot of stuff before that day,
and since that day I've written more with pencil and pen.
But I don't remember how I did before that day.
I just remember watching a movie in a darkened classroom.
It was a movie day in history class, and I was doodling.
And then all of a sudden, my head went blank.
I remember everything else when I tried, but not how to hold a pencil.
Something I've done many times in my life.
When I tried emulating other kids, sudden discomfort overtook me.
I had to write with an eraser between my fingers to make it more comfortable.
I don't think that I've written like that before that moment,
because all the other kids asked me why I was writing like that.
No one asked me that question before that.
It's been over 20 years since that day, but I'm still super confused.
My question is, what happened?
Could you just forget one specific skill?
Did I travel from another universe?
Is this some unpatched random glitch?
I still don't know.
The weird thing is I still don't remember how I wrote before that day.
I remember about my childhood and other stuff before that day,
but not how I wrote with a pencil before then.
It's a mundane thing, but something super mysterious to me.
All I know is, ever since that day,
I have to have something in between my fingers to write comfortably for a long time.
