It's something else here now.
Something new.
From exclusively on Paramount Plus.
It's the series Stephen King calls Scarious Hell.
Everything here is impossible, but it's also real.
Sci-fi vision calls it the best show streaming right now.
We're running out of time and we still don't know the rules.
Don't miss what the movie blog calls something you need to watch.
Saving those children is how we all go home.
From binge all episodes exclusively on Paramount Plus.
Have any of you heard robotic voices in the night?
I've had quite a few incidences since my early 20s.
It started when I was pregnant with my first child,
and they've continued to present day.
I remember the first time this occurred quite vividly.
I still lived with my parents.
One night in particular,
I was laying in my bed trying to fall asleep, not tired at all.
I'd been laying in bed for a while, deep in thought,
thinking about God only knows what weird crap goes through my brain on the regular, when suddenly,
I heard what seemed to be an inaudible, yet audible robotic voice.
I couldn't tell the gender of the voice, but if I had to choose, it would be female.
I had a salt lamp nightlight that gave the room an eerie pink glow, and it added an alien
quality to the setting.
I'm not sure what the voice said,
but my name was the only thing
I could almost clearly make out.
I'm pretty sure she or he
was speaking English, but
I could be wrong.
It sounded like English, but
how I feel English would sound to
a non-native speaker,
if that makes any sense.
I know it's strange
to describe it this way, especially
considering I'm a native English
speaker. The voice didn't radiate any type of emotion or negativity, but I could sense an urgency
in it. Afterwards, I laid there staring in the direction of the voice for about 10 minutes,
trying to wrap my mind around what just happened. Being young and naive, I just chocked it up to
my imagination, getting the best of me, despite the fact that it was so real. It was so creepy. To the
the point where it gave me goosebumps and made the hair on the back of my neck stand up.
But, for some reason, I wasn't terrified out of my mind like I think I should have been,
considering the fact that I had just heard a mystery robot voice from beyond.
I've heard this robotic voice a handful of times since then, but they're not all the same.
Once it sounded younger and more childlike, and other times it sounded more mechanical and not human.
a majority of the time it has been the same voice as described above.
For years, I've never told anyone about this.
One day it came up in conversation with my sister.
She completely freaked out and said that she heard the same type of voice,
but thought she was dreaming.
She inherited my old room that I stayed in when I lived with my parents.
I figured it might just be the room or the house was haunted,
but I've heard the same type of voice in my new house.
that I live in now.
We eventually discussed it with my daughter, who's 12.
And by the way, I've never mentioned this to either as not to scare her.
My daughter said that she also had a similar experience.
I'm surprised that she never told me about it.
I assume it's for the same reasons that I had never told anyone.
My youngest daughter, 11, still has not experienced this yet.
In their experiences, I'm unsure to whether or not it was just a hypnogod.
agglucination, but I know in my experience I was wide awake.
I have also heard what seems to be an extremely loud, aggressive, echoing, knocking sound.
It sounded like it's been at my bedroom door and the front door different times.
Sometimes it sounds closer, and sometimes it sounds further away.
The first couple of times this has happened, it terrified me to the point that I thought someone
was actually pounding on my door, which prompted me to investigate by searching the house with a weapon
and looking out all the windows, only to find nothing.
This phenomenon was much more terrifying than the robot voice to me.
Upon researching this, I've discovered terminology like EHS, exploding head syndrome,
a very sinister sounding name for such a phenomenon.
It definitely fits the bill, but I sometimes wonder,
Are these syndromes that human experts try to coin really just an attempt to label the inexplicable?
My theory is that exploding head syndrome is just really hyper-aware humans getting as close as possible
to whatever is outside of the matrix or simulacrum,
without being obligated to, quote-unquote, take the red pill.
Perhaps we're hearing the voices beyond our little incubators that we are nestled in so tightly.
Or, perhaps not.
Perhaps it's just a weird phenomenon that occurs deeply within our brains that humans have labeled exploding head syndrome.
Either way, the human psyche, perceived reality, and the human experience in general,
are all very strange, beautiful, and scary things.
I've never posted anything on Reddit, so I don't know if it's okay to post this here.
Note, this happened one Christmas here in Argentina, where it's summer, and people party until the late hours, with fireworks, dancing, and alcohol.
And the Av-Urigoyan, that I name later, is an avenue where it's not a residential area.
It's a commercial area with shopping malls, markets, etc.
And my dad and I work as waiters for events, weddings, kinsenegeros, etc., etc.
In this case, we work at Christmas because the host didn't want to cook that day.
Rich people, things, and we were coming back from the event with my dad.
This was Christmas 2017 at 3 in the morning approximately.
We were both walking along Av Yurigoyan because our boss had left us there.
We were attentive around us because we brought the money that we had just been paid that night,
which at the time was a lot with a lot of tips,
and we did not want any drunkards to appear out of nowhere to rob us.
We reached a point where we were at this carifor, that is in that place,
where you had a clear view, there were no trees like there is now.
You could see the other sidewalk without a problem,
and the other corner of the block.
I don't know if it's called that way.
It was at least 15 meters away.
The thing is, my dad and I look at the ground for a microsexicon,
second at the same time. And when we look up again, we had this dude who appears out of nowhere,
jogging less than five meters away from us, facing us, basically running at us. We had to stop
in our tracks because we couldn't believe what we were seeing. But that was not the most surprising.
First, we don't know how it got there so fast, because as I said, it was a long way to reach the
other corner. And there were no objects, trees, or whatever, big enough,
to hide a person.
And we were careful and looking everywhere so as to not be robbed.
Second, this dude was staring straight ahead.
My dad and I had to run out of the way so that he could pass by us.
Otherwise, he literally would have crashed into us.
And I swear to you, he never even laid eyes on us or made any move to run out of our way.
The only thing I remember about his appearance is that he was wearing an old-fashioned
sportswear, like a tank top with wide straps, and a white line on one side, and some old-fashioned black shorts.
I don't remember what he was wearing on his feet, and I think he was blonde.
He wasn't wearing a backpack or listening to music, and I remember that when he passed us,
there was no noise, no footsteps, not even a slight breeze.
Also, who the hell jogs on a Christmas night?
when you have to be celebrating with your family and getting drunk with alcohol.
I have no idea what happened that night,
and I don't know if he was a time traveler,
or if another dimension got in the way of hours for a second.
The only thing I know is that, to this day,
it still gives me chills every time I remember,
and I regret the fact that I didn't follow him to see where he was going.
So I've posted on this subreddit before about a time I had,
when I had recurring memories.
You can check my post history if you'd like to find it.
A lot of people chalked it up as stress and a repetitive lifestyle,
which is pretty accurate.
Although, and I'm sure as many of you who have posted here before,
those experiences always seem very real.
As a disclaimer before I continue,
I'm in no way mentally ill,
and I have a solid grasp and footing in reality.
I'm not a conspiracy theorist, nor am I spiritual, but what I am experiencing is very real to me.
So, for the past month, things have been odd.
In the field of psychology, I think they call this synchronicity,
where a person may link up or match certain events to the point where it seems like coincidences.
For instance, you bought a Nissan Ultima, and now all of a sudden,
You see Nissan Ultima's everywhere.
However, in my story, this is not the case.
The small yet peculiar events in the better part of the past month
have been immediately sequential,
meaning the coincidences are spontaneous and hyper-accurate
to the point where it's terrifying.
I was driving around and I thought of my friend's cat.
Immediately, I saw a sign on the same.
the road by a gas station, year of the cat. I haven't thought about my friend's cat in a year prior.
I was watching YouTube in an episode of Gordon Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmare UK came on about a
restaurant called Fenwick that I've never seen. Not a second later. I scroll through my
Instagram and a friend posts a picture of their dog with the caption, Fall with Fenwick. I never knew
they had a dog, nor did I know its name was Fenwick. A strange and quite unfamiliar name,
at least to me. Hmm. Strange coincidences, I thought. I was driving once again, one day on my way to work,
and thought about this time when I was young, where I lost a beanie baby frog, and it devastated me.
I haven't thought about it in years. As soon as I turn a corner, a tag sale on the side of the road had a stuffed frog,
sitting on a cabinet.
I was watching a YouTube video and I paused it.
I scrolled a bit while the video was paused and I see an ad that says,
Wait, what?
In the thumbnail.
I paused the video.
And the YouTuber in question I was watching says,
Wait, what?
A second later, I get up to go to the kitchen and yell to my roommate that he needs to help with the dishes once in a while as a joke.
And then he yells from the second floor,
wait, what?
Down to me.
The list goes on,
maybe a few more instances.
This is just in the past month.
I haven't experienced anything like this prior.
So maybe I am crazy.
I've been watching a lot of glitch stories on YouTube recently,
so I thought I would come here to share mine.
I used to go around pubs hosting karaoke events,
and there was this one in haze that I did once a month.
After being there a few times, I got to know some of the regulars,
in particular this nice elderly man named Steve and his usual crowd.
He told me he used to work in the military in the area that I live.
I told him that my grandfather, who was around the same age as him,
was a military man, and I asked him if he knew him.
After calling my granddad to confirm, it turns out they did know each other.
My grandfather was Steve's sergeant when they were in the army.
We talked further over the following weeks, and he shared many stories in his army life.
He mentioned he knew my father and uncles, as my granddad told him about them during their time together,
and oddly mentioned that he remembered one of my grandfather's grandchildren named Ben.
He said he had been a chef for about six years, and he had just started to work at a pub and Woodside Ascot.
I told him that was a weird coincidence, as my name was Ben, and I was training to be a chef.
We both shrugged it off, basically as him forgetting the correct name, as it was years prior that they had spoken about it.
Later that year, I stopped hosting karaoke and focused on my catering job,
as I had finished college and gotten a job at a small pub just to be.
near Bracknell. I was there for a couple of years before the place shut down, and spent the course
of the next couple of years or so working between a few different chef jobs until I got a job
at a pub in Fifeield. The owner had owned pubs before, but had only recently gotten one in this
area and were looking to expand. I got on well with them, told them, and ended up becoming their head
chef. After
just under a year of working with
them, they told me they had gotten
another site and as their head chef
asked if I would be willing
to get the kitchen set up for them and kickstart it
as they got staff.
I agreed, and we went to
see the site. It was a nice
little pub called the Rose and Crown
in Woodside Ascot.
It was only when we got another
chef in that they started
asking me about myself that I clocked
it. I had been a chef for
six years at that point and was now working in a pub and Woodside Ascot.
Just like Steve had said.

This happened a few years ago when I was in high school, but it still weirds me out.
It was around 9 p.m.
And my little brother, his friend, and I were downstairs in the living room watching TV.
My mom was in the kitchen, about 10 feet away from us cooking dinner.
Everything was fine.
and then suddenly there was a loud noise upstairs.
I really don't even know how to describe it,
kind of like a huge bang if I had to try.
Anyway, I being the person that I was and still am,
ran to the front door and kept a hand on the knob,
ready to run away if need be.
My instinct to anything that scared me was literally always just run away.
and my brother and friend just stared at each other.
My mom walked into the living room and asked what happened.
None of us knew, of course.
Some mom went upstairs to check things out,
while the three of us cowered downstairs.
She was up there for a while,
looking in all the rooms for anything that could have fallen
or somehow caused a sound.
And when she came back down,
she laughed and told us that a shampoo bottle had fallen in the shower.
I didn't really believe her, because the sound was way too loud to just be a bottle hitting the floor.
I didn't want to scare my brother and his friends, though, so I didn't say anything.
The next morning, my brother went into his room.
He and his friends slept on the couch, so no one had been in there since my mom checked at the night before,
and saw one of his footballs deflated in the middle of the room.
He told us all to come look.
Huh.
That was what we must have heard, I thought.
I guess it popped.
But then, why would mom say it was just a shampoo bottle?
I asked her that question aloud, and she looked confused.
Well, I actually made up the shampoo bottle falling so you guys wouldn't be scared.
I didn't actually find anything last night.
I looked in here, and I didn't see the football at all.
We were all terrified after that.
Little bro was convinced we had a ghost, but our house was built only a few years before we moved in.
But really, how could a football randomly just pop?
And then, why wasn't it there the night before?
I'm wondering if anyone has ever experienced something like the following.
This is my first post here.
I walk my dogs every morning, between 4.30 and 5.30.
I live in the city.
I have two dogs, and because it's dark, they are very reactive and bark at almost anything that moves.
Rabbits, skunks, cats, etc.
When I see people, not many at this time, I make sure to move to the opposite side of the street,
or I walk up another street because I think most people will.
would be afraid of them. They might bark, especially if the other person has a dog too.
I see the same people most days of the week. On two occasions, in the past three months,
I've run into two different people. The first was a woman and the second was a man. Both
encounters had the following in common. We, me and my two leashed dogs, came around the corner and the
person was there. The person startled us.
me and the dogs, so both dogs began barking and backing up.
On both occasions, I struggled to get the dogs to keep walking and get out of the situation.
Here's the weird part, though.
Both people said the same thing to me angrily.
Can't you walk faster?
And if you can't control your dogs, you shouldn't have them.
They said those exact same things to me in the same tone.
I've not seen them since each encounter.
How are you doing?
You doing good?
Good.
I just wanted to say thank you for listening to this Glitch in the Matrix video.
I hope you enjoyed these stories.
I love doing these stories.
