Ask Dr. Drew - Dr. Fauci Faces Senate Hearing On COVID Origins, Pleads The 5th For Every Question – Ask Dr. Drew – Ep 650

Episode Date: July 30, 2026

“On the advice of counsel, I respectfully decline to answer based upon my rights under the 5th Amendment to the Constitution,” Dr. Fauci told the Senate and the American people, in response to eve...ry question about his involvement in funding dangerous gain of function research in Wuhan, China, and new revelations found in his COVID-era diary released by Senator Rand Paul. “What does the Fifth Amendment of the Constitution say?” Senator Moreno asked Fauci. “On the advice of counsel, I respectfully decline to answer based upon my rights under the 5th Amendment to the Constitution,” Fauci replied, again. Dr. Fauci also pleaded the fifth about communications with Dr. David Morens, the Ecohealth Alliance, the millions of dollars in cash rewards he received in prizes – and even about the color tie he was wearing. Dr. Peter McCullough and Jeffrey Tucker join Dr. Drew to react to Dr. Fauci’s hearing, the bombshells in Sen. Paul’s new documents, and if Dr. Fauci will ever tell the full truth about the pandemic. Starting point is 00:00:00 All right, I was thrown together with Dr. Peter McCullough and Dr. Jeffrey Tucker as a result of the pandemic and in particular because of Dr. Fauci. And today he was questioned in front of a Senate committee and invoked the Fifth Amendment, something like 111 times. The hearing was led by Dr. Rand Paul, Senator Ron Paul. And the question is, one of the questions that remains is, does he have the ability to invoke the Fifth Amendment when there is no opportunity to. opportunities to, what's the word I'm looking for, where you say something that makes you look guilty? He has full immunity in all things.
Starting point is 00:00:40 So other than contempt, which he seems to have already put himself in sort of the way of possibility of contempt, it's hard to know why he used the Fifth Amendment. But it was under the advice of counsel. And Dr. McCulley, of course, is a cardiologist, a decorated physician, chief scientific officer,
Starting point is 00:00:58 the wellness company. You can find him on X as P underscore McCullough, M-D-C-U-L-O-U-G-H. And Jeffrey Tucker from the Brownstone Institute, he too is someone who has been suffering mightily during and since this COVID debacle, as Kelly Victory likes to call it. And Fauci's diary is something that interests him greatly. And he and I were just talking about tragic opera in the preamble up to this show. and in fact, he has used the term tragedy and catharsis in relation to the testimony today. We'll see why he's feeling that way after this. Our laws as it pertain to substances are draconian and bizarre.
Starting point is 00:01:43 The psychopaths start this. He was an alcoholic because of social media and pornography, PTSD, love addiction. Fentanyl and heroin. Ridiculous. I'm a doctor for, I say, where the hell you think I learned that? I'm just saying, you go to treatment before you kill people. I am a clinician. I observe things about.
Starting point is 00:01:59 these chemicals. Let's just deal with what's real. We used to get these calls on Loveland all the time, educate adolescents, and to prevent, and to treat. You have trouble, you can't stop, and you want to help stop it. I can help. I got a lot to say. I got a lot more to say. The book is vaccines, mythology, ideology, and reality, and the courage to face COVID-19, preventing hospitalization and death while battling the biopharmaceutical complex. Dr. McCullough, thank you for joining us here on the show. Thank you. Thanks for having me. So follow Dr. McCullough on X-Said P underscore McCullough, MD. The substack is the focal points, the focal points. The focal points.com.
Starting point is 00:02:47 Peter McCullough, md.com is the website, and we mentioned the books. And Dr. McCullough, it warrants going back, you know, this thing we all witnessed today, which was sort of extraordinary, but it warrants going back in history. And I wonder if you would talk a little bit about who you were. as we went into the pandemic and what the idiot politicians, as Senator Moreno referred to them, what their idiot politician policies were because of Dr. Fauci and what that did to your career. Yeah, I was a full professor of Madison at a major medical center, one of the most published people in my field in the world, editor of an inaugural textbook,
Starting point is 00:03:34 an editor of two major journals. And someone who, through the course of my training, we revered Dr. Fauci. Fauci played a big role in the whole development of virology and HIV and infectious diseases. And he published in some big textbooks as I did. But as the pandemic rolled out, we realized quickly that somehow the government
Starting point is 00:03:58 was getting some very bad advice. It turns out it was coming from Fauci. He was undermining others on the White House task force, including one of my medical school graduates, Brett Gerr from UT Southwestern in Dallas. Brett Jarrah was in charge of testing. He's trying to do the best job he can. We found out that Fauci was undermining him. And then Fauci casts this, you know, entire spell over the country, essentially. Bad advice from social distancing, lockdown, you know, no early treatment protocols, never called together an early treatment panel, never work to review and improve in-hospital care, and then this relentless push for COVID-19 vaccination.
Starting point is 00:04:44 And then the canceling and the marginalizing of anyone who raised their hand and went, hey on a second, hang on, what's going on here? Devastating takedowns with Francis Collins. You know, it's interesting, Dr. Redfield, who was the head of the CDC as this was all happening, he gave an interview to the Wall Street Journal today, and he said something he said on my podcast, on my stream. He repeated it here before what he just said to the Wall Street Journal, which was he was the head of the CDC. This was his job. And all of a sudden, Fauci steps in and takes over. And Redfield literally has said repeatedly, he asked him, what are you doing? I'm the one that should be in charge here.
Starting point is 00:05:26 You're on a, you was head a research institute downstream over here under the NIH. You don't run the CDC. You have no, barely a relationship with the CDC. And this is the CDC's job. And he continued to steamroll. Yeah, he undermined Redfield. In fact, at one point in time, he's undermining Rochelle Lewinsky, you know, the next CDC director and says, you know, I think Rochelle's going to have to go. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:05:54 You saw it in the in the diaries. And then Walensky was taking direction from God knows who. She had the wavos to step and say, you know, we got to open the schools. And all of a sudden, no, no, no, no, no, I'm just kidding. Just kidding. Teachers' union stepped in. Bouchi stepped in. There were so many adulterating influences.
Starting point is 00:06:13 So what did you, did you learn anything today? I understand we learned nothing from Bouchi. We had a very interesting panel that was presented. material in a systematic way that taught me a couple of things. Well, I think first off, you know, someone like yourself who really studies both psychology and psychiatry, just the whole view of this. So Fauci shows up heavily guarded. He shows up early. His attorneys refuse to, you know, follow the rules of the Senate chamber. Now, I've been in that seat and I've testified under oath several times, right there in that chamber.
Starting point is 00:06:54 exactly how it works. His attorneys violate these rules to the point. And Rand Paul gives them plenty of opportunity to sit back and be quiet. So Fauci's attorneys, one of his attorneys, has to be escorted out by a security officer. And then we get into the sequence of events where he just, you know, pleads the Fifth Amendment essentially will not answer information because he doesn't want to incriminate himself. But he already has a pardon. So obviously, Fauci doesn't trust his pardon to essentially grant him clemency. Exactly. And, you know, the senators want America to know what happened.
Starting point is 00:07:35 They have very, very good questions to be asked. And on the right side of the aisle, they're asking substantive questions. On the left side of the aisle, by and large, they're just pouring laudits on Fauci, asking them no questions. Although Jeff Federman, the only apology we got in the entire day was from Jeff Federman, who essentially said that as lieutenant governor, I made some mistakes. And he didn't specify what, but he said he's got to set the record straight. And he listened, he didn't say specifically because of listening to you, sir, Dr. Fauci, I made some serious mistakes.
Starting point is 00:08:11 He just said, I'm here to apologize for some of the excesses that don't look good to me now. good fantastic and rand paul at the very end of the testimony did say that he was really hoping for apology you know just something where he said for instance hey you know what i was doing the best i could at the time uh maybe my judgment wasn't as keen as i thought it was or maybe i made a couple mistakes it was a very fluid situation and you know you can see in the diary where he's trying to organize he has some good people who's trying to organize and then no it's just stonewall you know nowhere in Fauci's diary does he really indicate that he cares about vulnerable Americans. He didn't seem to have any care or concern, no impetus for early treatment.
Starting point is 00:08:59 Certainly never contacted me. I published in the American Journal of Medicine the most widely cited peer-reviewed publication protocol of how to treat the illness. He doesn't show up at my Senate testimony in November 19th of 2020. And how to treat COVID, that would be the beautiful. that would be the biggest thing that he would do in his position. And then, you know, the diary indicates he essentially turns into a monster. He's self-absorbed.
Starting point is 00:09:28 And I'm sure Jeff Tucker is going to go through all this. I mean, this is, it's really, really disturbing. Josh Hawley summed it up best. Fauci is a national disgrace. What do you, given that he's one of our peers, and then I will even go on the record and say during HIV and AIDS, I found it to be quite useful. I was teaching medicine at the time and he was not going out on the media. He was staying within the medical structure. He was doing the advisory thing. He wasn't mandating anything. He was just useful. I didn't do everything he said and
Starting point is 00:10:03 I didn't have to. I just listened to some of the ideas that he was presenting like the CDC normally does. And so for me, this was a grand departure from who I thought he was. Now, obviously, somebody doesn't become somebody different. Is it the media that really lit the torch here? It could have. I mean, he became ensconced in the media. And you know, I've been in that Washington, D.C. Bureau, I'm sure you have two, where each floor is a different station. So you literally can just go up and down the elevator and go on all the shows. But his memoirs indicate that he's absolutely absorbed in going on TV, particularly CNN. And he's, you know, colluding with them, collaborating, throwing insults to the other side,
Starting point is 00:10:51 poisoning the questioning of Jake Tapper, for instance, then having Jake and his wife over to his house for dinner. I mean, you can't make this up. We've had dinner with him, too. They are a lovely couple. Yeah, they are fun. They are a lovely. I've never made an issue of it. I would know what I even think to.
Starting point is 00:11:09 I can't even imagine that. I thought it's fun as you in Maha, though. But that's the point that, you know, he was. he was sort of activated by all this. But I've seen this in our peers before, Peter. I've seen them get this way when they take care of celebrities. I've seen them this way when they suddenly get media attention. It adulterates them and it adulterates their judgment.
Starting point is 00:11:33 The media is just a tool. It's just a place to either do work or to give information or create some entertainment that educate something. But it's not about you. It's not about you or me. If it becomes about you and me, we got a problem. Right. Yeah, no doubt about it.
Starting point is 00:11:51 I think the media played a role, but also competing for these cash prizes and having the NIH staff, you know, fell out his applications and this and that. And he was just pulling in the cash. And I think that's what really soured people today. You know, people think about their loved ones in the hospital and struggling through COVID, losing their businesses, whatever. And there he was spending his time applying for these cash prizes and money was just pouring in. Yeah, yeah. Can I say something? Yes, please.
Starting point is 00:12:21 Okay, so we didn't mention this today. There was censorship for the medical community. There was a fear in the medical world of stepping out of line. Yes. Oh, yes. The hospitals were not helping people because they were too worried about losing their job. You were both censored. The best of the best were censored.
Starting point is 00:12:44 Right. And, you know, it didn't just stop. Your mic is too low. turn it up. Or it's muted. It's muted, actually. Is it on? People are telling me to shut up. There you go. There you go. It just bothers me that, you know, we're, we all were affected by it.
Starting point is 00:13:04 Like, I started getting PTSD watching it today because it made me remember how horrible it was when they said, well, did you do this? Well, did you do that? I thought, oh, my God. I mean, they're putting it all together in one hearing. I can hear all the things that were being done to the American people. And I wish Zev Zalinko was alive today. I could feel him smiling because he was going to stuff about hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin. You know, it was just, there was no treatment.
Starting point is 00:13:36 It was all about getting his vaccine out. There's money in it for him there, too. They're going to find that for sure. Do you think, Dr. McCullough, that the EUA was the reason for squashing early treatment? or was it just more of the same sort of ego-driven, you know, listen to me and don't listen to anybody else? I think it was ego-driven, and it really was squashing early treatment
Starting point is 00:13:57 was kind of market preparation for the vaccine. But remember, BAMOivamab, a monoclonal antibody, which I used extensively, was safe and effective. That preceded the vaccines. So it couldn't have been the EUA mechanism alone. Fauci, you know, undermined early treatment. And this is very important the entire time. He actually never gave much attention to any of the early treatments,
Starting point is 00:14:23 whether they be emergency use authorized or available generics or over the counters. It's true. It's true. Bamlin Ivinaab saved my, kept me out of the hospital. I turned around that afternoon with an alpha and delta, particularly during those dark days. Monoclon animis were very effective. And then we had to have the combos because it started wearing off. But there's a chapter in there that no one is.
Starting point is 00:14:46 told yet that I have a vivid recollection of, which is Florida said, oh, my God, this is an effective way to treat it. Let's put vans out full of the monoclonal antibodies. They have the vans drive around to communities and infuse people all over Florida. And Biden's administration cut them off so they couldn't get the product. That was an egregious, egregious chapter. Check me on this. And the other part, on the California side, you couldn't get the vaccine unless you were from a risk neighborhood, which I had to go beg for it at the hospital and I was not given it and I got COVID instead. And then the monoclonal antibodies, again, I had a patient who was dying of COVID. He was demanding it at the front and they would not give it to him because he wasn't,
Starting point is 00:15:39 I didn't want to say it out loud. It's so, it's so, it's so, it's so, it's so, it's so, it's so terrible, but it's exactly what they told him. Not for your type. You don't fit who we're saving this for. You know, there was a paper in medical economics. That was the policies. It's true. Medical economics, yeah.
Starting point is 00:15:54 There was a paper in medical economics indicating that, you know, Operation Warps being the government had bought enough doses of monoclonal antibodies to treat every single American. Can you imagine that? Yet the nursing homes weren't stock with this. Patients in the emergency room weren't given this before admission. I think every very high-risk patient should have received monoclonal antibodies. I think they also should have received ivermectin in the emergency room through the hospital stay,
Starting point is 00:16:21 like the ICON study, published that in chest, well over a 50% reduction in mortality. That plus the monoclonos would have given everyone a big head start. Sadly, the people who died in the hospital. Yeah, of course, steroids too. But people who died in the hospital drew, they died because of inadequate early treatment at home. and excessive ventilator management, excessive and desivir, excessive things that really just added to the problems. Yeah, it's if you really, they didn't get into the weeds
Starting point is 00:16:56 of these parts of the history of all. We've got to write this sometime because people are going to forget all these different details. There are so many dark, dark, grim, dumb aspects to this journey that to me, to me, was, you know, that's how I wanted to take you back to where you started as a decorated professor of medicine. You don't get to be a professor of medicine just because. That is a, that is a lengthy process for the select few. And it is taken away from you, and then these
Starting point is 00:17:28 crazy things are put in place. It was the most bewildering period of my life. And now to see these diaries where one of our peers was completely adulterated by his ego and the dumb politicians, as Senator Marino said, what do you call them? Stupid politicians or ignorant. So you use some very pejorative word. Followed exactly. And then the world followed suit. And all of it, this is the last thing I want to talk to about.
Starting point is 00:17:55 That I'm going to bring Jeffrey and I'll let you go. As I look across the sweep of all this, do you remember how cozy the relationship was between amongst the scientific communities in America and China before this all went down? The whole center of gravity of a lot of research and biomedical research had moved to China. And we were like, oh, this is great. They're democracy. Blah, blah, blah. No sense of the People's Liberation Army involved with this or the CCP involved with it.
Starting point is 00:18:20 And we went all the way in with these people. And when President Xi was given that crazy graph where they went from high levels of COVID to zero COVID, and we believed that. And our scientists came home and said, zero COVID is the goal. We got to do what the Chinese do. And that's where the craziness really went off the. rail. Important insights. You know, collusion with China, the outsourcing of gain of function research, which is now well established. Fortunately, it looks like Trump is really shutting this down.
Starting point is 00:18:54 I think our senators Johnson and Rand Paul and Bernie Moreno and Josh Howley, they made us proud today. They didn't hold back. They got the facts out there. I think the hearing today was of value to America. I was recently on a documentary in Europe, Drew, and people ask me, you know, Dr. McCullough, what do you want? What do you really want? I said, in the end, when this is all done, I just want the world to know the truth. I think today was a step in that direction. Yes. Now we'll see if anybody gets to hear it because media is not, thank God social media is alive with it, but the traditional media is not. Andrew McCullough, again, this is kind of an interesting day for you and me.
Starting point is 00:19:41 I feel like we were thrown together by this whole story. And we both had a deep passion for medical freedom. That people need to be free and doctors need to be free to do what they think is best for the patient in front of them. And that's where the wellness company really, that would birth the wellness company. And so hopefully we'll continue to good work. And there are some good things that came out of it. And you were one of them. Thank you.
Starting point is 00:20:07 All right. We'll talk soon. Oh, my goodness. Of course. And she's a nurse and she was as equally as nonplussed by this whole thing. All right. We're going to talk tragedy and catharsis. Jeffrey Tucker from Brownstone right after this. If there was ever time to be rationally ready, it is now.
Starting point is 00:20:29 I urge you to consider getting one of the emergency kits from the wellness company. Because TWC has seven different kits that are customized for a variety of situations. Wouldn't be a bad idea to take a look at each, considering, say, what we've just been through in California with the fires, I was happy to have the field kit on hand. And the contagion kit, in particular, is suited for what is being predicted to be the next outbreak. That would be the H1N5 or avian or bird flu. Of course, the same experts from the COVID era are freaking out about this potential pandemic.
Starting point is 00:21:01 But don't panic. Just arm yourself with the meds you might need if this comes to pass. Contagion emergency kit contains ivermectin, hydroxychlor, Ezekhermysin, Tamiflu, and Budesinide, an inhaler that is good for airway reactivity and tightness, as well as reducing viral replication in the airways. Go to Dr.due.com slash TWC for 10% off your purchase. Hey, Dr. Drew here. When I am traveling, I am always so grateful that we bring along Paleo Valley products.
Starting point is 00:21:28 This is the grass-fed venison, which is delicious, one of my favorite. Also, they have the grass-fed and finished beef as well, which are chicken and pork. And the superfood bars, which have saved me a million times. It's made from the bone broth, which again is 100% grass-fed, finished beef, bone broth, and it's made from real bone, not hides, and other superfoods within this bar, including blueberries and cashews. Check the label. This is a great supplement and wonderful to have on hand when we're traveling.
Starting point is 00:21:57 That's brilliant. And thank you, Drew. Who's Dr. Drew? Where is he? Dr. Drew. Dr. Drew. Dr. Drew. So Jeffrey Tucker is another towering figure in this journey for me,
Starting point is 00:22:10 throwing us all together, trying to figure out what happened and how to prevent it. Jeffrey, of course, is the founder and president of the Brownstone Institute, which is a 501C3 nonprofit, focused on public health, economics, and the philosophical foundations of freedom with a particular focus on post-pandemic rebuilding and the pursuit of the truth. He's also a senior economic columnist for Epic Times, author of books including Life After Lockdown, Liberty or Lockdown, I suggest you follow at Brownstone,
Starting point is 00:22:38 jeffreytucker.me, Jeffrey Tucker on X, and Jeffrey Tucker with us now. So, welcome, sir. You with me? That's good to see. Yeah. Thank you for having, thank you for having Peter McCullough on.
Starting point is 00:22:56 He was really one of the, I think history would record that he's one of the great heroes of our time. And, you know, listening to him, I got angry all over again because, of course, the first call that Fauci should have been making birth to Peter McCullough and people like him. Guys like that. That should have been going on in January or February. But when you read these diaries, you don't get any of that.
Starting point is 00:23:22 He's not consulting with any serious practitioners on the ground or experts on respiratory infections or anything like that. It wasn't even part of the diaries and nowhere in the thousand pages. In fact, the one guy that was an infectious disease colleague that is the head of the CDC, he marginalized him and bulldozed him. I wouldn't even let him come to meetings, by the way, of the coronavirus task force. They would meet and conveniently forget to tell them when they were meeting and this sort of thing. Wow. What? You know, the whole thing just came back to me all over again today.
Starting point is 00:24:04 I've described as kind of a moment of catharsis. I would say it was, I felt like this needed to happen six years ago, but it is finally happening, and I'm grateful for it. By the way, I've spent four days reading that diary and I'm doing almost trying to keep up with all my other work, but and I'm still not entirely finished. It's a massive treatise, but it is. utterly fascinating and introducing me to a side of Fauci that I just a dark heart something I just no matter how many bad thoughts I've had about Fauci in the past nothing could have prepared me for what I read in that in that diary what when you mention the heart of darkness does some particular passage come to mind for you well the the obsession with the fame is beyond anything
Starting point is 00:25:03 I've ever seen, you know, 12 media appearances a day. And he had a full staff recording all this stuff, but just the way he just reprinted every hagiographic portrait of him and celebrated the cupcakes and the bobbleheads and the baseball cards and made time to meet with all the stars and quoted all the flattering things that people are saying about him. And it's funny, Dr. Drew because when I first stepped a toe into public life, I had a priest friend of mine tell me, whatever you do, don't listen to your flatterers, don't listen to your good press. Yeah, of the ones that tell you the truth, the good press, the flatterers are the most likely your deceivers. Well, somebody never... And it shouldn't matter. It should not matter what the
Starting point is 00:25:56 idea of that. It shouldn't be... It should be... Nonsense. Now, he could say, let me come to his offense and say, well, I was just recording it because I was trying to document things for this book. What do you say to that? Well, yeah, that's fine. But actually what he was trying to do is Bernisher's reputation to make himself impenetrable, make him unfirable and probably to make himself sort of a beyond reproach so that if the time should come when he was, when it was proven that he had a hand in the creation of this virus. in the first place, that he would be able to say,
Starting point is 00:26:32 well, look, I got 16 awards, and I was Time Magazine of the Year, and Sicilian of the Year, and all these things. Look, all the stars love me and so on. He worked at it so extremely hard, but you asked a specific question about the darkness point, and there's one moment in this. There's a moment in there.
Starting point is 00:26:52 I didn't hear anybody mention that. I think I'm the only one who's actually, maybe the first one to have noticed it, But on January 19th, 2021, he gets his first message from a virologist in the UK that the effectiveness of the shot is dramatically falling in light of the delta mutation. And it's really falling. And then over the next day, he notes it again. And then he sort of gets another note. And three or four days later, he gets a note that he echoes in his own text.
Starting point is 00:27:33 And he says, you know, if this keeps up, these mutations, the existing shot will be, his word was useless. Useless. Yeah. Okay. Right. So he said, now, just remember the timeline, Drew. this was as the vaccine has been rolled out. So the vaccine has been rolled out to the American people.
Starting point is 00:27:59 At the same time that Delta was replacing wild type and alpha, right? So the vaccines become. So he gets a note that says it's only a matter of time this vaccine will be useless. It can't stop the spread. It can't do anything. And if you're taking a product like an immune-based product of the power of this MRNA thing, that doesn't actually apply to the variant that's circulating, you know, you're taking some very serious risks out there.
Starting point is 00:28:38 But Fauci, so he knew this already as the vaccines were being rolled out, and he pushed them anyway. And he became a vaccine salesman. And he swore that he would get 90% of the public vaccinated with that product. And then he starts already about a week later talking about the need for boosters. And he has a sentence in there something like, look, if this product is going to be useless, we're going to have to completely reformulate the vaccine. Okay?
Starting point is 00:29:12 So he says this as their product is being shipped and millions of people are being pressed into getting that. And then he favors the mandates. He pushes hard on the mandates. He's calling up all the mayors you need to mandate. And then he oversaw as five cities in the U.S. became segregated, segregated by vaccine status. And it was going on with the dark stuff. And it was Anthony Fauci, as far as I can tell,
Starting point is 00:29:42 who first came up with the idea of a pandemic of the event and unvaccinated. That was designed for political. reasons because he could demonstrate that the rates of shot uptake were lower in states that voted for Donald Trump. So then he could say, look, yeah, so he could say, look, look, these unvaccinated people are prolonging the pandemic. These are the people you need to hate. These are the people that the source of your sickness. These are the disease people. These are the unclean. The people who voted for Donald Trump are the unclean. Look, they're not. even accepting our product all the while knowing that its effectiveness was dramatically declining
Starting point is 00:30:25 if not completely gone by the time Delta became the dominant variant and then he then he went for more shots and arms with more boosters and more boosters and boosters so that that's a shock oh and in the passage where he first comes up with this idea of a pandemic of the unvaccinated he's he says he He says, just before that, the vaccines are not protecting against infection. Okay? So I'm going to say this is June, if I'm remembering correctly, June 29th, something like that. He says, he says these vaccines are not stopping infections. They are not stopping the spread.
Starting point is 00:31:11 You can still get COVID if you get these vaccines. And on July 1st, he says, you know what? all these unvaccinated people are the reason why this pandemic is going on. So, like, both cannot be true. So why is he lying? Why? So this is what I mean by darkness. This is where it was 20.
Starting point is 00:31:33 So 21 is when you read the diaries, and everybody should. It's like it's better than war in peace. It's better than Tolstoy. I mean, it's totally terrified of it as a, I don't know, demonic possession. You know, it's a little bit like if you, if you read Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde and just take out the Dr. Jekyll part and just read the Mr. Hyde for that's what it's like. Anyway, 2020 is disgusting because he's just this vain, flattered man, you know, loving the media attention and going on in every new interview does with the stories of loving. Okay. That's kind of disgusting.
Starting point is 00:32:14 and also complete lack of empathy for the people who were screaming and suffering, the people who couldn't go to church. He offhandedly cancels Easter. Too bad this year. We just can't have Easter. Okay. So he has no sympathy for... Remember, you also, at the same time,
Starting point is 00:32:30 was saying you're going to have to get used the idea that you can never shake someone's hand again, ever. Remember that one? Yeah, well, yeah. And also, he's got a fixation on bars and restaurants. Constantly, right? You can do a search in the document for bars and restaurants. It's bars and restaurants. He ain't them. Bars are restless.
Starting point is 00:32:46 They're disease spreading. So this is 2020, and it's disgusting enough, but 2021 is where it gets really evil. So that's when he starts just outright lying. He knows the truth about the product that he's pitching that still signs up to be its main promoter and gets shots and arms all over the country. This is where you just can't. At this point in the book, I'm going to call it the book. your disgust turns to something else, actually a kind of a terror.
Starting point is 00:33:22 Like, what? Cold heart, cold terror. What is possessing this man? I mean, what demonic forces inhabited his spirit that would cause him to do this? To take joy, a kind of a joy, in this sort of malevolent, injection frenzy that he went on. I don't know. I've never seen anything quite like it. And there's nothing that could have prepared me for that diary.
Starting point is 00:33:52 Nothing. Are you going to write a book where, I mean, it would be such a great public service and a historical document if you could write a book distilling down these highlights and then discussing them? Well, I know. I've had many people tell me that I'm the one to do it. And I just don't know. I'm wondering about this because I do have like a weird memory of this whole thing day by day.
Starting point is 00:34:26 It is traumatic to redo it. I mean, that's kind of why I framed this presentation is it also threw us altogether. So some good things came out of it. And we all began, you know, I began reading Constant again because of you and reading on freedom sources of freedom. Let me mention one other thing to you because I think you'll be interested in this. This is again why I think everybody really should read this. We need to become a nation of readers again.
Starting point is 00:34:54 Start here. The book starts early to mid-January. And you know what it starts with? He's whipping up a frenzy about a terrible flusiness. season that he thinks is coming. Flu. Cases are rising. The flu.
Starting point is 00:35:16 It's going to be bad. The flu. It's going to be a bad season. And you know, okay, you might say, well, what's your theory and why are you drawing attention to this? You know what I actually think? I have no proof of it. I think that he knew from six months earlier that the lab leak had happened in Wuhan.
Starting point is 00:35:34 He knew that he and he knew that his fingerprints were going to be out through this eco-health alliance. grant and that there was going to be a problem that he might be blamed for. But what he did not know is whether and to what extent people would actually find out about it. Because you remember that from September all the way to January, the military is keeping quiet about all the infected soldiers at the Wuhan military games. When they got sick, they stuck in hotel rooms and said, don't talk to the press, whatever you do. So they had hushed it up for a very long time. So Fauci's gone about his business.
Starting point is 00:36:13 Well, you know, it's going to be a bad flu season? You know what I actually think, given what we know about him? I think he hoped to bury SARS-CoV-2 in the muck of what he was hoping would just come and go as a terrible flu season. And nobody would notice because after all, the gradients of impact of SARS-CoV-2 was unusually tilted towards the elderly, the infirm, maybe it could come and go and not be detected. So what changes in mid-January, what changes is China's propaganda films that people are dropping dead in the street
Starting point is 00:36:55 and they sequence the virus and they send it out. So suddenly it's like terror, terror, holy, it's going to, my worst nightmare is happening. It's all going to come out. what are we going to do? So that's when, this one I mean, it's a great book
Starting point is 00:37:13 because it starts very calmly. You know what? It's going to be a terrible flu season, pay attention to flu. But then, boom. They call me Ahab. It's just like, you know, a symphony.
Starting point is 00:37:23 There's a drum and then. Right. And it takes off and he's, oh, no, what are we going to do? So he assembles a scientist that he knows that her credentials and are also on this payroll.
Starting point is 00:37:36 And he's used to leaning on people. He's very good at this because he's a player. He brings them all in and tells him exactly what to say. Explain that it is of zoonotic origin. This came from the wet markets, even though in his own diary, he said it didn't. Okay? And we have their Slack messages now where they're all saying, you know, I don't know. This seems like this could actually be a manufactured product or a manufactured virus.
Starting point is 00:38:05 I'm not so sure. And Fauci just leans on note, you know what we're going to do. You know what we're going to say. The proximal origin paper comes out for what, February of September. And there's a pre-print. It goes out in nature. They immediately get paid with extended grants in the many millions of dollars. And so they're paid off, you know, essentially for pushing that zoonotic transfer.
Starting point is 00:38:31 So that's the way the novel begins. And so it's just. mind-blowing from the very beginning. And then it just descends into hell. They profundis, chlamovina, as they say, right? I mean, it is some dark, dark, dark stuff. Jeff, Jeffrey, stand by. We're going to take a little break.
Starting point is 00:38:53 I want to talk about, you put a lot of my plate here. I want to dig into some of this stuff. I also want to talk a bit about Fauci's medical history after the vaccine where he had a pulmonary of embolus. And that apparently was scrubbed because he wanted to, privacy and his medical records, which is legitimate, but we need to talk about that and a lot more right after this. Hey, Dr. Drew here, and we are interested in health and longevity, and the longevity nutrient is
Starting point is 00:39:19 Fatty 15, discovered amazingly by a veterinarian who was responsible for the Navy's fleet of dolphins. Turns out dolphins are healthier when they have adequate amounts of pentadecanoic acid, which is C-15. It also, for us, it helps humans as well, reduces the oxidative stress on our cell membranes, which is part of the aging process called ferruposis. So she takes it. I take it. Whole family takes it. And if you'd like some,
Starting point is 00:39:44 go to Dr. Drew.com slash fatty 15 for yours. There are discounts there. Oh my God. Look, Drew. It's a dolphin. Oh, my gosh. I don't see the profession doing anything to really build trust besides you. Happy to be on here.
Starting point is 00:40:03 Thank you for having me. You and I see the world the same way. What is it like for you to be the most chiseled and best-looking man in media giving us the information we need. Thank you for the truth. My pleasure. We are going to take your calls at 8333-3-D-R-A-W. Jeffrey Tucker on X, check out the Brownstone Institute. It is a rich environment of just collaborative discourse, much like we should have had during COVID. Jeffrey, again, thank you for Brownstone. Thank you for all your careful thoughts. Thank you for being with us here today.
Starting point is 00:40:41 It's interesting. I restreamer calling Dr. Fauci, Dr. Fausty, which I thought was an interesting twist on his name. That's really, that is interesting. That's pretty dark. Yeah, that's interesting. Yeah, I mean, I didn't see that, but my group saw it here. There's another point, Drew.
Starting point is 00:41:01 Well, I know you want to go back, but kind of just say one more thing. Because I don't know if you're going to give me time, so I'm just going to butt in here and say, this. So, now, do it. Now, this is, so this is, this is, maybe this is the worst thing about. What was the point of the lockdowns? Yes, we know. Stop the spread or whatever. Well, there was two things. One was flatten the curve. That was the original idea. And then Deborah Burks got this idea that the Chinese had the magic potion and zero COVID needed to be our only one. Yeah, yeah. Okay. But, but, but you know what, you know what the actual purpose of all this stuff was,
Starting point is 00:41:37 who has reserved the immunological naivety of the population so that the shot could get the credit for ending the pandemic. That was the purpose. So that was the reason for the plexiglass and the masks and the stay-at-home orders and everybody would be outside, be inside and be afraid. Screw that up. And six feet of distance and so on. The point was he wanted to delay zero prevalence as long as possible.
Starting point is 00:42:04 He wanted to delay intimacy. He wanted to prolong the pain. He wanted to forestall the acquisition of natural immunity to make sure that we can keep it going long enough so that the product could be distributed and get into people's arms. So once you realize that, if you're not mad already, I don't know. That dawned on me. And by the way, that's not just my theory.
Starting point is 00:42:34 I've had this confirmed. multiple levels by many people who were there at the FDA, at HHS, at NIH. Everybody agrees this was the whole point. So it was like a massive, they treated the population like lab rats, right? So they ran an experiment on us, preserve our delay zero prevalence, keep zero prevalence down as low as possible, keep it from rising too quickly, thereby making the shot superfluous. You understand my point, right? Like, if we got over the pandemic too soon, there would have been no point to the shots.
Starting point is 00:43:12 So the purpose of the lockdowns, the masking, the distancing, all the hysteria, the closures, was to make sure that there was still going to be some kind of public need for these shots, which, it turns out, did not stop transmission, do not stop infection, and in fact have no real public health benefit. That's why I wanted to say, Drew, thank you for letting me. Of course. I did a deep dive back during the sort of the nature article or letter. It wasn't even an article. It was like a brief communication on the proximal origin letter. And I listened to some podcast with some of the folks on the call. There was a call, a conference call that led to this proximal origin consensus. And they all kind of said the same thing. Like, no, no, Fauci didn't persuade us. We had already arrived. was sort of some things that we built on one another. They obviously all had kind of motivated reasoning, fine.
Starting point is 00:44:12 But I think Fauci, I don't know, they went there on their own, I suspect, at least as they reported it. And he must have been relieved and he must have been grateful and he must have reinforced that was the right thing. Good, thank you. You guys have done a great job. Let's publish.
Starting point is 00:44:27 And off they went. And then, as you said, they were reinforced financially. So I think things were sort of, I don't know, I think things end up always more complicated than we make them. We like them to be sort of more obvious or black and white. But same thing with Fauci at his deployment of the task force. The task force itself and many of the committees he was running were pretty good.
Starting point is 00:44:49 I mean, they were, and he was sort of managing a lot of personalities. And I mean, I sort of admired the way he approached that, that collaborative effort. The sad part was he had to cancel everybody else other than those in that committee. And I thought I communicated, I apologize to you the other day. I thought I was seeing some communication where he was even suppressing ideas within the task force. But I think it turns out I was wrong about that. But did you see anything good in what he was doing there? Well, he was the tag.
Starting point is 00:45:18 You're right. The task force had some decent minds and voices. They should have been heard. But the strange thing, people need to understand this. He was never appointed COVID-Zar. He actually had no real. position of authority or power within within the government at all. This is important. Redfield is beginning to repeat that. He is telling the news. He told the Wall Street Journal that
Starting point is 00:45:45 today. Well, Scott Atlas said this immediately as soon as he got there because he realized it's like on his day one. Wait, who is this guy? How can he never shut up? I see him all. He doesn't even have any kind of official role here. He's not in charge. He's put, he put himself in charge of this of this whole thing. There was a book that came out by, I forget the name, but it was by a bunch of sort of old bush hands who were making an evaluation of the pandemic. And they were complaining in the book. Who's this guy? He just hogged all the media attention. He's loved to be on the press. And it just, he was just a bully. But it wasn't, he couldn't make the media put him on. The media liked him. They had a little game going because he would tell them
Starting point is 00:46:36 in private, he would go to them, and this is the way it goes, right? You have on the record, off the record. So he's like this, off the record. I know you don't like Trump. I don't like him either. Let's work together on this, all right? So the media blew up his reputation, inflated his role and deferred to him as the greatest medical mind of our time, a infallible oracle of all truth,
Starting point is 00:47:06 in exchange for which, and he's very good, he's like Delib. He always performed well. And so there's this kind of artificial valorization of the guy. And the reason, this is the crucial thing, the reason was politics. Because you've got the media
Starting point is 00:47:22 just consumed with this sort of TDS thing. So they've got a now, they've got a fun game to play. They've got a guy who is in the Trump administration, who Trump is permitting or at least tolerating to be on media all the time. The media knows that Fauci is actually secretly working against Trump in some way. And the more they can amplify him,
Starting point is 00:47:50 the more they can just stick the knife into Trump. And you remember those days. If you loved Fauci, all right? What did that really say about Xi? It really meant that you hated Trump. You were putting him down. You're like, I don't trust this Trump guy. I think he's a buffoon or a loser.
Starting point is 00:48:08 He has no science. I, on the other hand, love the scientists, the infectious disease, the America's greatest infectious disease doctor. The Oracle of All Truth, listen to, I listened to him. So he became a kind of a symbol for the sort of tribalization of American politics. And it put Trump in a very difficult position in 2020.
Starting point is 00:48:33 What's he going to do? He kind of wanted to fire him, especially after, there's this message that appears on April 23rd, where Fauci says that Trump brought he and Dr. Burks into the Oval Office and screamed at him and said, with a lot of profanity. You lied to me. I never should have listened to you. You tricked me. You're destroying the country.
Starting point is 00:48:57 You're ruining everything. You destroyed my economy. Did you were able to pull that one up? It's from April 23rd. Yes, this is from your ex-account. Okay, yeah. Yeah. And so just brutal quotes,
Starting point is 00:49:10 I never should have listened to you in the first place. And Fauci follows up that paragraph I quoted there by saying, But, you know, don't worry about it. We're going to be just fine because he's playing this media game. So he thinks he has Trump sort of trapped. This little footsie, baloney theater that we saw all through 2020, went on and on and on for the entire year.
Starting point is 00:49:39 You sensed it at the time. I certainly did. I thought, oh, God, here we go. I know it's really. I felt like I kind of knew what was going on with the diary just, approves the whole thing. So really, there is, it wasn't just Fauci today who was, who was shamed and disgraced and should feel really bad. It's the media that amplified him, the scientists who shut up, because they didn't want to lose their grants from NIH, the NGOs that were getting government money,
Starting point is 00:50:08 you know, the careerists who, who let the nation fall apart and let old people die alone without their relatives, who allowed the kids to be masked and then have their schools closed. They have two major religious holidays just canceled by this one guy. You know, Fauci was given permission to do all this stuff by the nation's expert class of leaders within the professional class. So they are as, I think they are as culpable. as Fauci is. And moreover, Dr. Drew, this is why it's taken six years. Why do we have to wait six years for today to happen? I think this is why, because there's so many people who played along with
Starting point is 00:50:58 this destructive and rotten partisan political game for the whole time, while the nation suffered, while the small businesses were boarded up, while people losing their jobs, while inflation stole a third of our 40% of our purchasing power and everything. People went silent. They let it happen. Unbelievable. No, you're absolutely right. Or they supported it wholeheartedly and still do.
Starting point is 00:51:25 That's the craziness. They still, there's still people that, I mean, they're not, a lot of the news outlets are not airing the testimony from today. A lot of people who are not. What, Susan? I didn't know that. I don't watch. I wouldn't really know.
Starting point is 00:51:41 I want to know the connection to that scumbag Bill Gates. Oh, now that's a weird one. I heard. Yeah. Well, he talks about Bill Gates all the time. He says he has fortnightly meetings with him. It's pretty interesting. So anytime he treated Bill Gates as an ATM, essentially, successfully.
Starting point is 00:52:01 And Bill Gates is a major investor in the vaccines. But anything you ever needed, he knew he could just call up Bill and the money would just come out. put in whatever number you wanted. And Bill Gates was fetid by the NIH. He was always visiting the offices, and people would greet him like a visiting dignitary, like the aristocrats. The king is coming to visit kind of thing.
Starting point is 00:52:29 We have extensive records from NIH from this period, which that's true. And this long predated the COVID period. This was going on. two and three and four years earlier. Really, from 2015 is where you, I think from 2015 is when you begin to start seeing the, the signs that there's somebody somewhere that was hatching a plot, you know. Break this glass.
Starting point is 00:52:59 Yeah, break this glass if it gets too bad. And they waited until Trump's last term, something like that. There's a lot of pieces to put together here and how this relays to fount. actually's own sort of hope that COVID would never actually make the headlines. You know, I'm not entirely sure. This is one reason I'm just obsessed with this topic and I read everything I possibly can. But at least now, at least now, please. Well, at least now, yeah, at least now we have the diaries and we have lots of documents
Starting point is 00:53:39 pouring out from NIH. So, and I'm getting a lot of documents. sent to me by whistleblowers now because in the second Trump term we're getting a little bit of transparency about this. Do we have enough to write the full story?
Starting point is 00:53:58 Sometimes I think so, but every day I feel like I'm discovering more. So I'm still staying at it. Well, please tune up chat GPT, get a ghostwriter, do whatever you've got to do to make it palatable to put this all together. So the historical
Starting point is 00:54:14 document can reflect all of this because this is even just transcribe this particular interview. You know, there's a lot here that we need to know. And there's kind of a, I have a little bit of a final question, too, about public health generally. I mean, one of the things that flew out of lessons that flew out of COVID for me was that public health has no mandate to do no harm. When I discovered that, I was, I was gobsmacked. It's just like, that's crazy. So that's inviting mad scientists, mad doctor behavior.
Starting point is 00:54:46 You know, as Francis Collins proved he was actively engaged in mad doctor's shit. We just did whatever. We didn't care. Yeah. Well, Fauci didn't know anything about public health. There's not a hint of public health concern in the story. Not one. Not one concerned about that public health.
Starting point is 00:55:07 Otherwise, it wouldn't have been the lockdowns of the mask. The insane things that did to the population, the closing of... Oh, you know, it's so funny, too, because it's not funny. But initially his theory was... Initially, the excuse was the virus is outdoors, so you have to stay indoors. And at some point, I can't... So crazy. I can't name the exact date.
Starting point is 00:55:31 But he flips. He goes, oh, well, it turns out that the virus is not outdoors. It's indoors. So you probably need to get outdoors. So he actually changes. So this, in any case, this is not public health. Dr. Drew, I wish we had more time because there are little side issues in this diary that I would like to see a follow up on. Like, for example, Fauci's exact relationship with Nancy Messingier, who was the CDC official who first briefed the press on February 24th,
Starting point is 00:56:10 2020 that the lockdowns were coming without ever asking the White House. She is the sister of Rod Rosenstein, who is the guy who was tasked with the unfortunate job of firing James Comey. Oh, interesting. That's an interesting little trio, yes? He stayed constantly in contact with Nancy, Messinger. I did not know this before reading this diary before that briefing. after the briefing. And then for the next year,
Starting point is 00:56:46 and when he found out that the CDC took her out of the COVID task and put her in somewhere else, he blew a gasket. So there's something there. I'm telling you there's something there. I just, there's just too many. Rod Rosenstein was the Justice Department official who was tasked with the job of firing James Comey, he did not like having that job.
Starting point is 00:57:18 And it was the firing of James Comey that really set the deep state off. They said, oh, we've got a serious problem with this president. What are we going to do? And it just so happens, just so happens, that Rosenstein's sister was at CDC, who ended up briefing the press without ever consulting the White House about the coming lockdowns. And boom, within 24 hours,
Starting point is 00:57:41 The New York Times is all over it. Top item on their podcast. Op ads the next day. One by Donald Gene McNeill saying we need to go medieval on this virus. The other op-ed on that Friday the 28th of February was by our friend, Dr. Desic of EcoHealth Alliance. True story. Oh, interesting. Wow.
Starting point is 00:58:04 That would be loved to know all those relationships with the New York Times editorial board, too. who took positions that were actively practicing public health and practicing medicine and they had no business having an opinion, let alone anybody listening to their opinion. What are the other side? Now you got me.
Starting point is 00:58:20 What are the other side concerns? Oh, that's just, well, that's, I would have to think for a second, but that was one that I did not want to show to end without throwing out there because I, I smell a rat there. There's something, there's something going on. Well, another one is,
Starting point is 00:58:36 now that you brought it up, Around the same time, Fauci participated with the World Health Organization and this incredible junket to Wuhan. They were taking commercial, I'm sorry, chartered flights. He sent Clifford Lane, his deputy assistant, to Wuhan with officials from the UK and the U.S. They toured, like Potemkin Village style. They toured Wuhan and admired the awesome job that the CCP had done in controlling this virus. Oh, yeah. The report comes out, I think it was on the 25th of February,
Starting point is 00:59:15 written that celebrated the glories of the CCP, and the World Health Organization recommended that the entire world would lock down. And I'm telling you, that's the moment. That's it. That's what we fell victim to. And that's what he was completely brainwashed to believe. And that's why he was on this crusade. because of his assistant who came back and said,
Starting point is 00:59:40 we have to do this. They've had a complete zero COVID. We can get there too. What bullshit? Total brainwash bullshit. So to me, there was a hysteria, too. In addition to all this other stuff, there was a mass formation in addition to everything else.
Starting point is 00:59:57 Well, that was a construct, though, right? I mean, that was a construct. That's what Fauci worked at that, but there were many people besides Fauci who were working on that. this sort of this creation of this chaotic environment. And just to be clear, that's not what public health recommends in the event of a new pathogen. If you look back in 1968, 1969, the New York Times was saying, just stay calm. If you get sick, see your doctor.
Starting point is 01:00:23 We're going to figure this out. Don't worry about it. We know how to do with respiratory infections. They said the same thing in 56 and 57 for that matter during the polio epidemics of the early 1940s. During H1N1, H1N1 was only 10 years before, the exact same thing. You don't know what happened because the Obama administration was admirable. They just went, oh, just get sick, get help. That's it.
Starting point is 01:00:45 Well, they were busy dealing with the financial crisis, Dr. Joe, yes. Some money, money comes before disease. But no, but this is for a century, this is how we knew how to do with our public health crisis was not through, fear and frenzy and locking down and generating mass hysteria, but through calm and trust your doctors, listen to your doctors. You know, these are the symptoms. And I'm glad, again, I'm glad you had Dr. McCullough on tonight because, of course, he wrote the protocols for early treatment.
Starting point is 01:01:24 Fauci had zero inch of up. You wanted another side issue? Remdesivir, okay? Early on in the diaries, he says, people are talking about randesphere. I'm telling you, I wouldn't go there. My experience is this drug doesn't do anything and is probably toxic.
Starting point is 01:01:48 Yeah. He says that in the diaries. I wouldn't touch this rambesphere thing. Six months later, oh, remdesphere is the greatest thing ever, right? Everybody's going to take it. They gave that He claimed Are you talking about President Trump
Starting point is 01:02:08 Yeah Yeah So Fauci claims In his diary that they gave Trump Remdivir I don't know I mean how do you know How do you know
Starting point is 01:02:19 I don't know how you know But that's what he claimed But this is a drug that he had said earlier Yeah that he said that it was a toxic drug That didn't work So, but then later he's what, recommending that Trump get it? So it's all pretty darn weird. There's not one word in the entire, Mary Talley Bowden point this out to me that there's not one word in the entire novel about Ivermectin.
Starting point is 01:02:55 It was pretty interesting. That's pretty interesting. Right. A lot of pretty darn weird stuff. Pretty darn weird. What'd you call it? Tragedy and catharsis. It's tragedy and catharsis in one document and one opportunity to clear the air.
Starting point is 01:03:13 That's the tragedy. You know, Dr. Drew, we have waited so long for some kind of. And I feel like I've lived with this every day. I mean, I founded an institute that's kind of devoted to studying this topic. But I just felt like there's so much pain and suffering. People have stories to tell. They want somebody to tell them to. They weren't allowed to visit their dying mothers.
Starting point is 01:03:41 They watched their children develop social media addictions by being stuffed into a room and they weren't unable to do anything about it. Both parents stuck at home frantically trying to keep up with work while their kids are running around. They don't know what to do. They can't get child. And nothing's all of life began to fall apart. They lost businesses. I have friends of mine that had very thriving, successful businesses utterly completely destroyed.
Starting point is 01:04:07 There are so many tragic stories that everyone has one, some of which relate to vaccine injury. Everyone has one. Some is related to death from the shots, right? So we all have stories. And I've noticed this, well, I'll have people for dinner that I don't know that well, but when it gets to know them. First hour, charming. Oh, second hour, charming, still. by third hour, suddenly the COVID stories start.
Starting point is 01:04:34 And that's when the sadness breaks out. And people just began to talk in hushed tones with heartbreak and personal devastation about shattered civic clubs, broken families about not being able to see their grandchildren because their own daughter suddenly became a fanatic for the vaccine and saw her parents as poisoned people. So these stories are everywhere. In fact, we heard some of them in the Senate today. Some people told some sad stories from their own lives.
Starting point is 01:05:10 We have to tell these stories. They have not been told yet. Six years later, people have such private trauma. But we need to turn our private trauma into a public reckoning of some sort. that to me was what was so gratifying about today. It seemed like the beginning of something. And I hope we can kind of keep it going because we've got a long way to go. We've lived in this strange time warp now for six years.
Starting point is 01:05:44 And do you remember those pandemic days? Every day seemed like the next day. You lost track of the day of the week. You lost track even of the month. There was a strange feeling from 2020 to 2022 and 23 like, Where did the time go? The liturgy that defined my life has been blasted away. The rituals I used to have, I no longer care about.
Starting point is 01:06:08 I can't bring myself to go to church anymore. I'm drinking too much. I put on 20 pounds. I feel I filled despair. So it was a kind of a time warp that the entire country and culture entered into. And then we came out of it. At some uncertain moment, and then we were all supposed to suddenly care about data centers and AI, but we never had a reckoning for the hell we just went through.
Starting point is 01:06:39 I felt this today, and I think that's what accounted for all the anger in the room. Did you feel that? The sort of fury that was everywhere in that room. And I think there's... Especially the hot chick behind Randpahal. She looked angry. Well, she was very serious, but she was so cute that it was distracting. That's not who I had in mind.
Starting point is 01:07:09 I felt this, the temperature was hot, and some fire and some authentic fire. These were, this was not performance. These people were mad. They had something to say, and they have not had the occasion to say it until today. And out it came. and wow, those are some brilliant clips. I don't think I don't think I've ever seen a hearing like that ever in my life. And then after every denunciation, Fauci backed with the Fifth Amendment.
Starting point is 01:07:39 You know, and that by itself is crazy. Because if he didn't want to perjure himself and face consequences for that, there's an easy answer. Don't perjure yourself. Be truthful. Just tell the truth. I mean, he's got a pardon. He can say anything.
Starting point is 01:07:59 He said, yeah, I gave shots. I knew that didn't work. I recommended REMDESFRA, even though it was a killer drug. I shredded thousands of records. I got lots of payoffs. Some of you know about. Some of you don't know about. I made all sorts of recommendations I didn't understand.
Starting point is 01:08:15 I suddenly developed a demon possession. I don't know. You can say whatever. He won't get in trouble for it because he's got this partner. But he can't, but he wouldn't do that. Instead, he hid behind the Fifth Amendment. The Fifth Amendment, you know, and he presided over a regime that absolutely shredded every one of the Bill of Rights. Everyone, without exception.
Starting point is 01:08:41 They're under his right. And now, oh. To me, that's one of the horrors of the whole experience that that was allowed to happen. And they could happen again. That's where the safeguards seem to become in. That's terrible. Terrible. Well, Jeffrey, I've got to move on.
Starting point is 01:08:57 I want to talk more to you as your book evolves, because I'm hoping you'll write that book, or at least an article, highlighting some of this stuff. Just have ChatGPT transcribe today's interview and just go turn that into an article. Wow, I don't, I'm an AI. I just, I just, I don't know.
Starting point is 01:09:14 AIS just feels cold and inauthentic. It won't be the same. It is, it is, of course. I just, yeah, yeah. Like the guy at the haunted mansion, you know, come in and hear my story. No, maybe I can write the book. Welcome mortals.
Starting point is 01:09:31 Yes. Maybe I can write the book. I will have to take off at least a year from my sort of daily, from the daily grind. And I don't know, but I may yet do it. You know, hopefully God grants me a little more time in this earth to do something like that. Hopefully God grants you that. Tell people where they can find you in the meantime to think go get more of this. Yeah, Jeffrey Tucker at Exxon.
Starting point is 01:09:56 And as you can see, I'm posting more than I should. And I write every day at Epoch Times, not always about COVID. In fact, very rarely about COVID. I write a lot of things at Epoch Times. And then I also write for Brownstone and curate the articles at brownstone.org. And sign up for that email list if you can. Thank you, Dr. Drew. Yeah, get on the email list.
Starting point is 01:10:23 Brownstone is very, very, very. enlightening, enlightening, I'd say. And I thank you for Brownstone. I thank you for joining us and your thoughts today, Jeffrey. And we will talk very soon, I suspect, because there's more to be revealed. Absolutely, Dr. Drew. Thank you, sir. Jeffrey Tucker, everyone.
Starting point is 01:10:41 I want to really quickly take a call. Poor guys, we've been on call for an hour. Yeah, an hour and five minutes. Rich, I appreciate you waiting. And it's an interesting question. So have at it. Not for Jeffrey, too. no it's rich he may not be there anymore we're falling asleep yeah dang i'll read it just
Starting point is 01:11:08 because he he he was so i think he waited for quite some time uh the phone called dropped i'm getting a hint that maybe it's better that i not be on hold all right he says i want to talk about the french taking a stand on the availability of the internet social media for children under a certain age they describe it in really excellent terms a cognitive vulnerability for you yes the french are taking a very harsh position on internet under the age of 16 i believe it is and i am very much in favor of them it's a public health issue they're approaching it as a public health issue um i don't know what the reality is going to be i have a feeling it's going to be primarily around schools and they'll be encouraging parents and giving them tools to limit the amount of time
Starting point is 01:11:49 oh there is oh but now i'm are you there uh rich i'm i'm here yeah i made it Well, right. Tell us what you want. Go ahead and ask the question. I'm listening. Okay, go have at it. I know. You've been very patient. Oh, it is my pleasure to have gotten to hear that brilliant conversation that you just had with, is it Robert? Jeffrey. I was remembering Dr. Lee Wyn Yang.
Starting point is 01:12:18 Yeah, Mr. Tucker. Dr. Lee Wyn Yang was the ophthalmologist at the Wuhan Central Hospital who, was the source of all of that media that we saw of the hospitals full of people overwhelming the Chinese medical system in Wuhan. And if it were not for this man who got COVID and died in February of 20, it's I have asserted that COVID-19 might well have been called COVID 20, if not for the efforts that this optimist was. I have heard rumor. I don't know what to do with it.
Starting point is 01:13:05 Maybe people can get on the stream and tell me that that was a CCP plant. That was just, and they didn't die. He was just an actor who did the whole thing on behalf of the Chinese Communist Party. Interesting. I don't know. They stuffed him down pretty hard. I mean, he stood up and tried to report. and they cuffed him and said,
Starting point is 01:13:27 you don't do this. And he just kept going. Yeah. So I don't know. It's hard to know what's coming out of Wuhan. It was really hard to know what was real. What wasn't? Very hard.
Starting point is 01:13:40 Well, along those same lines, too. Along those same lines. After all of these years, looking back on those videos that came out of China of people just like falling over in the street, that has never happened to anyone that has. had COVID. So what was the point of them putting that stuff out there? That was them trying to, that was the local Soviet trying to impress the president.
Starting point is 01:14:05 Look what we did at Wuhan. We gave you zero COVID. Look how we did it. We put chlorine in the streets, which does nothing. We showed videos to people. We bricked people in. We had this ophthalmologist character do his thing. And we got everybody to stay home and out of zero COVID. Of course, it was all nonsense. Anyway, but Rich, you want to talk about the French and the and the lockdown on social media for young people, which is interesting. Bring us back to the... The thing that is actually a cross-pollination of the topics is something that Mr. Tucker was talking about as kids were basically given a single thing, which was the telescreen, the smartphone, and the Internet.
Starting point is 01:14:51 And everyone just sort of descended into that hallucination. Yep. We, something very important to recognize about the first Trump presidency and this Trump presidency is that he's entirely embraced this time by old money. First Trump presidency didn't want to talk to him at all the old. money was like, you just go away. You're a, you're a something that, you know, we don't recognize. And so the point of Project 2025 and all of these things that may or may not be a way through to the truth really needs to certainly include the presence of old money now. Because that's the kind of juice in the tank.
Starting point is 01:15:54 That's the kind of extra go. I just got a little tidbit of Joe Manchin in West Virginia down at the Greenbrier saying that he's doing something oh so good for the independent as opposed to being a Democrat or Republican. And the point being here is that. it's Greenbrier. Greenbrier is this place that the Republicans were heavy on during Trump 1.0. They caught themselves a train out to the Greenbrier and had themselves a party. And, you know, it's this, it's this reorientation of old money getting into the game with this version of Trump and getting him paid and all the rest of it with Pentagon CIA running this show by by comparison of not having done so in Trump 1.0.
Starting point is 01:17:08 And so as we are getting stuff daylighted about COVID, we need to be sure to recognize not to get led by one more lie because we're really ready to have some truth and we're vulnerable right now because we want something. Yeah, it's Dr. Victory. Dr. Victory. Yeah. No, I'm with you. Dr. Victory was talking yesterday.
Starting point is 01:17:36 She goes, I wonder who's above some of these people. Yeah. It's hard. Well, it's a challenging time to try to figure out. Yeah, well, China does a lot of this. Rich, I'm out of time. I appreciate the call and I appreciate your patience more than that. Can they throw up the upcoming guest here?
Starting point is 01:17:54 We're going to be in here again tomorrow at 2 o'clock Pacific time with, I don't think Alan Gershowitz's going to make it. Michael Gates will be here. Kat Timp and Darren Prince on Monday in studio in Pasadena will be back in California at that time. They will be gone for a little while. You can see all those great guests coming up. Susan, you want to say something? Everything just popped into my crazy head.
Starting point is 01:18:16 Go ahead. Let's think about China. Cleaning the fifth made it easier for him to not call out China. If he was... You mean, you think he's in trouble with them? I mean, I know that Joe... I don't think they... I know Joe Biden's been blackmailed by them.
Starting point is 01:18:37 And I know that they hated Trump because he kind of fucked up their economy before this and it's kind of been a payback. But what I didn't understand was why when a bioweapon was released by China, that we never retaliated. Because we were behind it. Well, that's right. And we never acknowledged that it actually came from there. But when you start opening up the truths, you're going to piss off the dragon because it's, it's a delicate situation. Because if you get, you will be disappeared.
Starting point is 01:19:10 Right. Well, if you're in China, for sure. If there's a fear from China that he's going to out China, then he may not wake up in the morning. So tomorrow I'm looking at Emily's guest. It is Jordan Shacktel here to talk about Fauci, Jeff Charles, journalist from Town Hall. And then Michael Gates, who's running for the Attorney General of California. We'll be here with all of that. Still here in New York tomorrow at 2 o'clock Pacific Time.
Starting point is 01:19:33 We'll see you then. Ask Dr. Drew is produced by Caleb Nation and Susan Pinsky. Emily Barsh is our content producer.
