Starting point is 00:00:03 Well, today Mama June returns with her entire family. Let's see. That's funny. Yeah, that's right. Gosh, let me get the particulars on the show. Ah, I don't have my timeline lined up. I'll get all everything for you. It's go to Wii TV.
Starting point is 00:00:21 X and WeTV. That's their handle. And Instagram is Honey Boo Boo for Alana. Alana, of course, came to fame during, there it is. They're from hot to not to hot, Mama June. Entire family's here with us. All four of them are going to be joining us today. And this is the first time I've been reunited with Alana since she was about nine years old on HLN or on the old life changer show back in the day.
Starting point is 00:00:47 So this will be really fun. Good to see her. She's just about to be a nurse. We'll talk about her nursing career. And then Robert Zimmerman, he is a due process advocate, a Republican strategist and founder of Fight Fake News. And there are so many conflicting narratives out there. I want to discuss all of that with him. But first, it is Mama June and her family.
Starting point is 00:01:09 We have Pumpkin, Jessica, and Alana with us after this. Our laws, as it pertain to substances, are draconian and bizarre. The psychopaths start this. He was an alcoholic because of social media and pornography, PTSD, love addiction. Fentanyl and heroin. Ridiculous. I'm a doctor for, I say, where the hell you think I learned that? I'm just saying, you go to treatment before you kill people.
Starting point is 00:01:32 I am a clinician. I observe things about these chemicals. Let's just deal with what's real. We used to get these calls on Loveland all the time. Educate adolescents and to prevent and to treat. You have trouble. You can't stop and you want to help stop it. I can help. I got a lot to say. I got a lot more to say. At Desjardin, we speak business. We speak equipment modernization. We're fluent in data digitization and expansion into foreign markets. And we can talk all day about streamlining manufacturing processes. Because at Desjardin business, we speak the same language you do. Business. So join the more than 400,000 Canadian entrepreneurs
Starting point is 00:02:15 who already count on us and contact Desjardin today. We'd love to talk. Business. So I found all the particulars. It is Mama June from Not to Hot premiering March 13th on Wii TV and all reality.
Starting point is 00:02:37 I don't have the tune in time. I assume June will give me that. go to weatTV.com to find out more. Instagram for Alana is Instagram slash honey boo-boo-bo-bo-o-bo-O-O. And then Instagram for Mama June is Mama June. And for Jessica, it's Jessica Shannon. There's an extra A in her handle, so it's Jessica A-Shannon.
Starting point is 00:03:00 And for Pumpkin, it is Instagram slash Pumpkin. Now she got that. Here is everybody. Welcome, guys. Hey, hi. Hi. Hi, my day. How are you? So, excellent. It's really great to see you guys.
Starting point is 00:03:13 Alana, what is the tune-in time for the show? Do you have a particular time? I'm sorry, but June. What time should we be tuning into the show, The Hot to Not? Is Mama June from Not to Hot on TV 9-8 Central every Friday night starting March the 13? Nine Central. Is that what you said?
Starting point is 00:03:32 Nine, eight Central. It's like nine Eastern eight Central. Got it, got it. And people tune in. And you can also get it at all TV, all reality. Is that an app or is that something? Is it a streaming app? Is it streaming app?
Starting point is 00:03:51 Streaming app. Yeah, excellent. So, Alana, it's good to see you after all this time. I want to play for you a quick video of our interaction where you told me about wanting to be a nurse. and then I want to come back and I want to talk about where you are in your career, what your plans are, what kind of nursing, that sort of thing. Caleb, can we play that clip? Yes. You can do that.
Starting point is 00:04:18 You ever listen to your heart? I'll let you do it. That on. That's my set. Let's go. And I will put it on my heart. So you can hear it. Do you hear that?
Starting point is 00:04:29 Yeah. Yeah. What's it sound like? I heard you want to be a nurse. Yeah. One of the things you want to be, right? I'm right. Yeah, she has several things that she wants to be when she grows up.
Starting point is 00:04:45 Oh, yeah. Tell us, like, she wants to be a nurse and a teacher. A nurse, a teacher, a mama, she wants to work at McDonald's, so she can eat all the chicken nuggets. I'm like, so whatever my kids would be, I mean, I support her. Well, a nurse and a mama and a teacher all kind of go together, because when you do nursing, you can do some teaching there as well. So where are you in nursing career?
Starting point is 00:05:10 I have a year and a half left. yeah and do you know what are you doing clinical rotations now what are you working on presently i'm doing med surge good times yeah what's med surge yeah what is it med surge is just the general there's a medical floor and a surgical floor oftentimes uh and that's just sort of general nursing and then you can go into oncology or going to ICU or going to e or do you know where you want to end up back it'll be something in pediatrics but right now i come kind of don't know where I want to end up. I want something that's kind of going to keep me on my toes. So maybe pediatric ER or maybe pediatric ICU. We'll see. That's a big, that's, okay,
Starting point is 00:05:58 so that's fabulous. It is fabulous. I knew it. I knew you'd go into medicine. Well, but you know, it's interesting to me. So I spent a lot of time in medical and surgical and ICU's and in ERs. And one of the things I enjoyed about working in those environments is the nursing. The nursing, the nursing, it's such, it's like having residents there with you. The nursing, nurses are so good. We rely on them so much. It's like you really get to make a lot of decisions and a lot of life and death stuff going on. And it attracts a certain kind of person, ER and ICU. So now I know who you are now, Alana. I know, I know, I know, you know what I mean? It's a certain personality that goes into those fields. And good for you. I like that. Yes. Thank you.
Starting point is 00:06:54 And I would love to get an update, June, on your recovery as well. That's mostly what we talked about last time. How's that going? Yes. Recovery is still great. I mean, it will continue to be great. I think you are just waiting for me to just follow the ledge, if that makes sense. But that's not going to happen. I mean, literally, I don't, I count California's sober. Like, I'm sober sober. Like, I don't even smoke, like, cigarettes or, like, drink or anything like that. So, like, it's been over six years now. So I think that, like, I understand that people can relapse after, like, 10 years, after 20 years after so long.
Starting point is 00:07:31 But, like, I don't even think about that person who that person was or where that person come from or that part of my life at all anymore, never. And do either of you, I'm going to get to you, Pumpkin and Jessica in a section, then a second, do either of you, Alana or June, have regrets about doing the, the pageants and doing the TV show and that kind of thing? I would say no, because like I tell people even at work or at school, they're like, if I wasn't who I was, I wouldn't be able to be in Colorado, living out my dream.
Starting point is 00:08:04 It has really put me there. So I would say no. Yeah. I would too, because like we have been in certain places. we have went to like certain places that like Disney a few times like we've been able to take vacations like I was never before shows I was never able to take like it's like the beach like we pretty much for a long time we pretty much is like live at the beach if that makes sense um and so like they're able to like do what they want to do when they want to do it like you know what
Starting point is 00:08:34 I'm saying so there still has been able to do that and and last time we talked you were getting very involved in service to other addicts in need. Are you still doing a lot of that? You're doing 12 steps? I never do 12 steps. I never did base recovery. Never went to in 80 meetings. I wasn't in 90 days, 90 girls talking of meeting.
Starting point is 00:08:55 I'm saying that there's the while that need that. Most definitely some people that need a meeting on every hour. And that is fine. Because I'll take you like this. I tell everybody. Sometimes you have to take one second time, one minute at a time, one hour time. But my thing is I still today wake up and say for the next 24 hours, I don't care what life throws at me.
Starting point is 00:09:13 I'm going to make it through each 24 hours. And, you know, the days, also the days that I miss my card are the most. Like, I have to tell myself that, too, to get up out of the bed. So, like, for me, like, I'll be nobody's sponsor. I will listen to you. My inbox is always open. Everybody knows that. My email's always ever open.
Starting point is 00:09:34 But I don't ever want to be that person who, right now, do an interview with you. Like, if somebody wants a call, I won't. wasn't able to pick that phone call up. And that something was that happened because I've lost to go with you with you a kitchen. I don't ever want that to ever be on my plane, ever. Yeah. And, you know, as some of my patients have told me over the years,
Starting point is 00:09:58 is that being of service, having the opportunity to serve another person is not just for that person, it's also for you. It keeps you sober today. Correct. 100%. 100%. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:10:11 Yeah. So Jessica, how are you? What's going on? Give us an update. Just living life day by day. And pumpkin, same? Yeah, I'm navigating co-parenting. I also have a new love life, and we're navigating through that as well.
Starting point is 00:10:37 So other than that, I'm just raising kids every other week and like really soaking in the free time that I do have. in the week too. What are we going to see in the reality show that reflects where each of you are in your life and what's going to surprise us and what's going to inspire us? I think that's what's going to see it is one still sharing our life with the world for the last 17 years because October 12th, we'll be in this reality world from tallest and tears to here comes honey boo-boo to now mom and juve not opt since 2015. you're going to see stuff that like we had tried to
Starting point is 00:11:18 hold behind cameras that we had been holding in and cameras were just rolling and there's going to be more family trauma there's going to be relationships mened there's going to be relationships broken there's going to be people that you think that you knew the whole story but you didn't know any of it and the cameras somehow called all that and we even though we wanted cameras to stop they kept rolling even when we asked him to stop.
Starting point is 00:11:44 But what people don't realize with this industry is that as an adult, we don't have the okay to say no. Pumpkin only has the okay to say no when it comes to the kids. Yeah. So let me sort of let's talk about that because that's interesting.
Starting point is 00:12:03 So once you sign, when you're dealing with children, it's a totally different story, right? Everyone understands that. But when you sign up to a, a reality show, the producers only give you so much control. They certainly don't give you control over editing and that sort of thing. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:12:20 No editing. And there. No editing control. That's typical. But the other thing that people don't know, this is the part that I want to, I think we talked about a little bit last time. But, you know, when somebody's watching a reality show scene, there are at least two cameramen on either side of you guys, a sound guy off to the side.
Starting point is 00:12:42 somewhere. Some guy rolling the cable for the, for the, so there's minimum five people in the room, no matter how intense or intimate the scene is. And you don't get a chance to say, get out of here. I don't want to talk about this time. I mean, you can move, but they'll follow you. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. And that's what happened this season. That's what happened to season. So there was times that cameras were rolling and we were just talking about everyday life and just enjoying each other or you're talking about a thing. And then something was said and it flew off the handle. It was such.
Starting point is 00:13:22 Step was sad that needed to be said. And also just like, you know, like the cameras are there and they're like, what's going on? And it's just like nothing. Like I don't want to talk about this right now. They're like, no, like we weren't talking about it. And we're just like, fuck you. You shut the door, but they're going to stand until you open the door. they're going to chase you out the front door.
Starting point is 00:13:43 People don't understand that. That's exactly right. Jessica, you've gotten even quieter as we've had this conversation about the cameras. Is it all cool with you? I mean, yeah, I mean, same way like Mom said, you know, you don't get away from them. And you can't just shut the door and run away. They're right there. They're waiting on you.
Starting point is 00:14:02 They're waiting on you. Yeah. For real. And then if there's a, then if there's a, there's a, there's a, then if there's a, If you do really go like yourself in the bathroom, there's always a producers to come along and massage things. It's okay. Come on. Don't you want to do this? It'll be all right. And it's like, Jessica, you told me that pumpkin said something. And don't you want to tell her that now? But they're like massaging this stuff always. Do they hold the secrets? And on 90-day fiancé, I've noticed that the way they produce it, they know that.
Starting point is 00:14:40 the person has a secret and then they wait until they fall in love and they're starting to really feel it you know, the good times. And it's like, oh, I have something to tell you. Do they make you do that? Like, they get all your secrets up front and they wait until the perfect
Starting point is 00:14:56 moment they go, okay, now's the time. You're going to say... In certain case scenarios, I think so yet. Like, there's a season where you're a see like I'll say in this. Like they, they're your situation in the season. The producer will say, that I'm in, I'm doing somewhere saying,
Starting point is 00:15:12 we're, we're, all this, there's a, there's a big combustion at the end of the season. And they went outside and told pumpkin that I always in the house, I thought shit. And I wouldn't even do with that. I mean, I weren't talking that bad. No, it was not.
Starting point is 00:15:26 I wasn't like yelling. It's criminal. It's criminal. Did, did, I'm going to, I'm going to. No. No. Is it scripted? No, I know that. No, I understand that.
Starting point is 00:15:39 I understand that. And they. And they're around so much that shit, as you say, shit goes down. Somebody's talk shit or something else. It's just inevitable. Yeah. But you did say something that caught my attention, and you don't have to answer this if you don't want to. But you said there's some particular stories where you thought you understood, but you didn't know shit.
Starting point is 00:15:58 Can you give us an example of one of those stories that are revealed in a more detailed way this season as a kind of a teaser? Unfortunately, we can't, but I will say this. Okay. What ended last season with pumpkin, like, exploding, this season towards the end, it will kind of make sense of stuff that pumpkin needed to get off her chest. And again, that situation, somebody said something, and we knew it was bound to happen eventually one day. We was hoping that cameras wouldn't have called it, but cameras just happened to be there.
Starting point is 00:16:35 a lot of them is to fly because of it. Like, it's a crazy. So your experience is very much about it. That's a... Drew appears to be having some internet issues here. Okay, yeah, yeah, I'll see that. Yeah, that's not in your side. Drew, are you there?
Starting point is 00:16:57 No, no. Drew, it's your internet. one second guys we'll be right back okay what's that's saying this is arrow it's going to be on hey
Starting point is 00:17:45 and you're back can't get it to parsing okay we're here good I think it was Caleb's fault okay I don't know why this has been happening we have to solve this I want to know something really quick June, where did you get your sweater?
Starting point is 00:18:01 This, I actually got it from Walker Rose Boutique. You can just have got an app. And then I got my pants from Indian. Yeah, but I mean, I'm saying the shirt, Walker Rose Boutique, you can shop on their app. And if you're new to their app, you can do app 20, 20% off. And they always have like, feels of like 50% and 60% off. I just bought the matching skirt yesterday.
Starting point is 00:18:24 Oh, that skirt, yeah. Oh, my God, that's right. Oh, yeah. It is so great. She got it at Zara, though, I think. So, so, you guys, the way you're describing the experience of being on these cameras reminds me very much of the way the team, I've worked with the teen mom cast for so many years that they would describe it this way. And one of the things that bothered them, and you tell me if this is going to be tough for you guys, is they'd say, you know, these things that the camera captured happened six or eight or even sometimes 12. months ago, and now we're having to relive it, and we've all kind of moved through these
Starting point is 00:19:03 conflicts and we're better now. But reliving it on TV brings it all back up again. Oh, yeah. Correct. It's like, you know, we'll get over something, and it may have happened six or seven months ago, like you said. And then, because cameras weren't there, because they're not with us 24-7 through 65, they're only with us, you know, six to eight months out of the year. if those things happened while we weren't filming, then they'll make us go back and talk about those things. Sometimes it's kind of hard and kind of puts you in like a mental,
Starting point is 00:19:33 like you've got to mentally be strong for this kind of work. Yes, and so like that's what I was trying, like last year time, like, Brumkin's divorce happened behind cameras, like all kinds of stuff having behind us. So like we have to catch the world open on that. Yeah. It's an interesting, whoop, they've,
Starting point is 00:19:50 now they froze on. Am I frozen again? There we are. You're back. It's an interesting. this phenomenon we've created of reality television is interesting. Are they capturing your career
Starting point is 00:20:02 and adequately reflecting where you are as a woman now? They can't do in Denver. Yeah, a little bit. There will be some things in Denver. I'm mainly on phone calls, though, just because I'm so far away. And I just like to stay away from the drama, you know?
Starting point is 00:20:23 You're going to have plenty of drama in your work. Trust me. And as you know, you're far enough along your training. You've got the flavor of how this all works and how challenging it is. And let me just say this. I'll help you take this away. I am, nursing does not get enough credit for the extraordinary medical professionals that they are.
Starting point is 00:20:48 And I hope the rest of your family, you guys, you know, a lot of paraprofessionals and people ask advice from people to get kinds of ancillary training. Nursing knows what's up. If you have a medical question, nursing is the place, get good answers. Your guys experience and your expertise is, I'm telling you,
Starting point is 00:21:11 wait do you see as she goes along in her training, they do not get the recognition and the status that they want that they deserve. Oh, yeah, they definitely don't. A lot of says, some, sometimes they do when they go on But sometimes when you get nurse practitioner license, stuff like that, sometimes they get an elevated status.
Starting point is 00:21:31 But yeah, it shouldn't have to be like that. Like she, Alana wants to be in the ER and the ICU for pediatrics. Those are consummate professionals. Trust me, they know what's up. And so people, if you have medical questions, ask your nursing friends. They, they have extraordinary experience medically. And they have the judgment. This is the part that people don't get.
Starting point is 00:21:52 And then Alana, you're just in the process of developing. it now. Medical judgment is really what you want from a medical provider. It's like, hey, what do I do in this particular situation with me or my kid? Exactly, it's not just, you know, what is this condition, but my, my situation, my unique experience needs to be judged. And nursing just knows how to do that. So. I love that you're having this conversation with Alana. I waited so many years for this. You know, because when she was little, we watch you grow up in your teens and stuff and we're like, oh no, what's going to happen?
Starting point is 00:22:28 People are always saying, this is going to be terrible. Her life's never going to. Yeah, people are predicting that this was not going to end well. And I want to, I want to, and I want to be the first to applaud. And really, let's be fair, it's June's recovery that has led the way into, you know, this where you guys are. And congratulations for all of you and where you're going in life.
Starting point is 00:22:54 Thank you so much. You know, it is great to see adult women doing their thing. Surviving. Surviving. Remaining a family, becoming professionals, forming families. It really is, there's a, I don't know, it's a deeply inspirational story that's being told here. Even though I'm sure there's a bunch of shit that goes down, I'm sure of it. Otherwise, they wouldn't put it on TV.
Starting point is 00:23:18 But there's something also very inspirational about what you guys, who you are and what you've done. My daughter was such a big fan I mean, she just loved watching your show all the time and it was really cute I mean, it was such a fun series like it was just so fun to see that back in the day
Starting point is 00:23:35 but if you haven't seen it where can we find that if anybody Yeah Ultra Honestly watch on YouTube I will say Chitubi which is
Starting point is 00:23:48 T-U-B-R all the episodes are on there and the only reason I know that is because fans have been telling us that for quite a while now. Well, listen, I'm going to let you guys go. I appreciate you coming back and giving me an update. Give them the pitch once again to make sure they go see the show at Wii TV.
Starting point is 00:24:08 It's like the new teen mom here. Yeah, it is. It does have that flavor. Mama June, go ahead and give the pitch. It's Mama June on Weat TV starting March to 13 at 9-8 Central. You can watch it on any of your streaming apps, or you can do all reality through WE TV. Excellent.
Starting point is 00:24:33 Well done. Any last comments from anybody else in the family? It's good to see you all. Congratulations. Thank you. Thank you so much. Our Rumble fans are loving you guys. They're so excited.
Starting point is 00:24:45 I know if you remember June, but your first appearance on television away from the reality show was on that life change or series we did. for CW. Yeah, so I was telling Alana that you was a first thing that we did ever. Yeah. So funny. And it was a lot of fun.
Starting point is 00:25:04 And then Alana did dancing with the stars and a bunch of other stuff. Yep. She's been around. You did a great job. Prove me right, Alana. I knew you could get into medicine. Interesting adventure. Again, Instagram is Honeybuboo, Mama June.
Starting point is 00:25:20 Jessica A. Shannon and Pumpkin. You can find them all there. And weatv.com for more details on the show. guys, thank you, and hopefully we'll see you for season two. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
Starting point is 00:25:35 All right, we're going to change direction here, guys. Let me look at the, you said the rumble ranters are digging it. I'm looking over here. Hope is real, folks. Your daddy said. Which one is Boo Boo Boo? Madman, PA. Buba was all the way to the right.
Starting point is 00:25:50 The right. She's to the left of Mamajune. You're right as you watch the screen. We, we, we, we, our regulars were like, this shit is funny. Yeah, they're good. They're very interesting. Oh, I meant to ask what happened to her. They're so fun.
Starting point is 00:26:03 They're just, I mean, it's cool that they got their TV show after all these years, you know? I meant to ask what happened to her ex-husband. They, um, they went through some really bad addiction times and we got to see that, I guess, during the honey boo-boos shows, right? And then, uh, I think so. I think so. It was a, a lot of it got into the tabloids and stuff. It was the widest trash series on, on TV. Like, definitely. And now, we'll get the last laugh.
Starting point is 00:26:27 No, I mean. Yeah, in a good way. Yeah. You know, Susan, Caleb, tell Susan about Taylor. Oh, Taylor. You know, everyone knows we've done like almost 600 episodes of this show, or actually over 600 now. And we've had so many celebrities, political figures, everything.
Starting point is 00:26:43 This is the first time my wife has come to my office and asked to say hello to the guest before the show. She's poking her head in. That's hysterical. Well, she was Paulina's age when. When Honey Boo Boo was a thing, what was called dance moms? Wait, the, was it down. That wasn't dance moms.
Starting point is 00:27:03 It was where it started. Toddlers and tiaras. Toddlers and tiaras. Yep, that was it. That was it. Oh, my God. That was such a different era. All right.
Starting point is 00:27:10 We're going to go take a break. And as I said, when we come back, we're going to talk about competing narratives and about all the nonsense that is out there. And Robert Zimmerman's going to help me sort through it after this. What's going on with your retirement savings? This should concern all of us. Inflation is not some abstract notion. It quietly arose purchasing power over time.
Starting point is 00:27:33 Central banks have been buying more gold for the last four years than they have in the history. And there's a reason for that. We have a love affair with the dollar and with paper currencies. And most people are just in paper. We're attached. And you know how relationships are. What do you say to a patient when they're locked in a relationship? with someone who obviously doesn't have their best interest at heart, but they stay with it.
Starting point is 00:28:01 Denial. And that's why we suggest Augusta precious metals. Their entire approach is very different. There's no pressure. They just give you education and information. Augusta explains how gold or silver IRAs work and how physical metals could fit into your retirement account without tax consequences. And they've operated for over a decade with thousands of clients.
Starting point is 00:28:21 They put together a free guide that walks you through everything. It's available now at Dr. Drew.com slash gold. You'll get the same educational materials that Augusta gave to Susan and myself. So if inflation worries you, Augusta is a great place to start. Go to Dr.dru.com slash gold. That is DRD-R-D-W.com slash G-O-L-D or just text the word Drew to the number, 35052. That's 35052 to get that free guide now.
Starting point is 00:28:50 I'm a physician and I'm always watching out for products that can combat some of the more common frustrations of aging like decreased energy, brain fog, maybe muscle and joint complaints. I want to share something with you. It's called strong cell. Strong cell's key ingredient is NADH, something you've heard me talk about. It's the energy source for every cell in your body. The challenge is that NAD and NADH decline naturally with age. And with more than 30 trillion cells in your body, you've got to keep them healthy. Healthy your cells equals healthy you. Strong cells become part of my daily routine. You might notice a difference. steadier, energy, sharper, mental clarity, better resiliency.
Starting point is 00:29:28 But what stands out to me most is the company's focus on quality. They also use a proprietary delivery system to help the ingredients get where they're intended to the cells. Supplements have to be absorbed and they have to get to the cells and quality matters. If you want to feel more like your younger self, go to strongsell.com and use code drew for 20% off. That is strong cell.com promo code Drew. StrongSill is also backed by 100% risk-free money-back guarantee. So go check out StrongSell today. That's strongsell.com promo code Drew.
Starting point is 00:30:01 You only get one body, one chance. So invest in your health and be the best version of yourself. Traveling in Austria, you could get a versed or you could have something that is farmed, our regenerative farmers, carefully sourced, fermented. So we know exactly what it is and where it came from. I don't know what's in here. I don't know where it came from. I mean, yeah, you're traveling.
Starting point is 00:30:20 you want to try the local fair. As soon as I walk her up in the stand, though, this is what I've got, and I'm going to stay with this. Dr. Drew said the best way to quit drinking is by going cold turkey, and he's a doctor. So why would you question doctors? Dr. Drew called me unfixable. All right, you can follow Robert Zimmerman on X at R. Zimmerman, J.R. Jr.,
Starting point is 00:30:49 and Robert Zimmerman Jr.com. And Robert, welcome to the program. So good to be back with you. Dr. Drew. How are you? Good to see you. Excellent. So you are a good person to be chatting with right now because I've learned, you know, much has been revealed in the last six, seven years, particularly about the media and the false narratives and the censorship industrial complex and just the things that I never imagined were true or possible. It's now just obviously the case. but with this outbreak of violence in Iran,
Starting point is 00:31:30 I'm seeing all kinds of crazy stuff. How do we sort through it? So, first of all, it's really good to see you. Thanks for having me on. It's so crazy that I kind of felt like Alana in that little chair the last time that we spoke. You know, it was on cable television. She landed on her feet.
Starting point is 00:31:48 I think I landed on my feet and here I am. And I think the most important thing we have to do is we used to have, in addition to having school, we had like a family unit, we had a kitchen table, we had dinner and home with our families, and it's very human to seek out human contact. And so what happened in my situation all that time ago
Starting point is 00:32:11 is this may sound like, you know, something totally bizarre to some people, but people like you and I, or people in communications, this will make total sense to, you know? That was a presidential election year in 2000. 2012. The technology companies had to sell what they call 4G, and the media companies had to stay in business as newspapers were dying out. And so this explosion of having accessible wireless communication that could instantly drive emotion, not information, was the new economy, because as you had your guest Jesse Kelly just last week explained, we're in a click economy now, where really what happens is we've disintegrated the family.
Starting point is 00:32:54 We've disintegrated any kind of semblance of constitutional civics. We don't have any kind of awareness of what due process is because we don't have civics taught in school. And so what a lot of parents did, unfortunately, they had iPhones and iPads raise their kids. And so they have taught young adults that maybe this is not a living thing, but it's certainly an alternative form of intelligence. And it is therefore a decision maker or a co-decision maker. And so what's happening is, and you know this because you're an expert in addiction, the feedback loop, we know this now because Mark Zuckerberg may have to pay a lot of money in a settlement. He's working things out the last I heard with the DOJ and or Congress because they knew or should have known
Starting point is 00:33:40 that they were addicting children. This didn't just happen because children went and bought iPhones. So this is how these technology companies sell. this access. And so now you have a whole generation of adults that rely on their phone in a matter of seconds in a 15 second TikTok video to inform them on how we should be conducting forward policy. So that's kind of where we can start with that. Yeah. And so people understand the historical sweep of what we're discussing here. I was interviewed you on HLN back in like 2014 or something, 12.
Starting point is 00:34:17 because of your brother, yeah, your brother and the Trayvon Martin thing and it was just a big mess. And you became, that's where your interest in due process began. 100%. So if you know anything about our history, our family has always been a family of service.
Starting point is 00:34:38 Our dad served in the Pentagon and then he served as a magistrate. So the law is the letter of the law and then there's actually the application of the law. My father and I at the time vehemently disagreed as to what should be happening. At the time that this occurred, the letter of the law says self-defense is self-defense. Everything just kind of kept happening. Everybody showed up.
Starting point is 00:35:01 They all came to the same conclusion, and there would be no reason to lawyer up in his mind. In my mind, of course, I'm a younger person, grew up in a different generation. And I told my father, I said, Dad, if you're an American and you have a gun in your hand, and you pull the trigger and a bullet fires. Any kind of bullet fires for any reason. As we know now from Alec Baldwin in other situations, right? You need to call an attorney. You don't need to just rely upon the law
Starting point is 00:35:30 because what has happened and what's different from my father's generation is we have had technology take over as a decision maker. We have applied our other, it's almost like it's the other half of the brain. So while we have a constitution, And that's always my first test. When I hear anything is, is this constitutional?
Starting point is 00:35:50 How is the application of this law or of this statute or this idea going to work out? Does it make sense by federal constitution, the United States Constitution, federal statute, state constitution, state statute? And then at the end of the day, how are we going to enforce this? So I think that what the media has done, since we don't have dinner at home anymore, since we don't have a kitchen table, since somehow human interaction has become something more so bizarre than normal. We rely on our phones to inform us. Well, our phones up until the one must purchase Twitter and converted it to X, our phones were an extension of the mainstream media. Now, you mentioned now we know so much about what their agenda is. Now we know so much about how they can fabricate narratives just to drive public opinion.
Starting point is 00:36:40 We're starting to understand why. But it is a very, very different reality. If you put your phone down and you take a look at the Constitution and use that as your decision maker and the law as opposed to your phone, you will understand that between you is the government and is the public. You are citizen. Okay, and your ID card is the Constitution. The quintessential definition of the American citizen is one who is subject to the protections of the Constitution. That is what a citizen is. Now, you have to exist in society and the public, but the way, way that you should inform how you govern yourself in that existence should not come from the media because the media will grow the government in order to facilitate what they think you should be behaving like in public when in reality we don't need the government to control our behavior or
Starting point is 00:37:32 modify our behavior in any way we really need the government to stay out of our way to do very limited things that government's supposed to do, like enforce the law, for example, like keep people safe, for example, who are citizens. And they should get out of the way so that we, in a constitutional manner, through statute, we can make our own determinations about how we should exist in society versus how the fake news tells us we should. So I want to go back into Iran again because that's where my confusion is right now. Help me, in one hand, I saw a general saying that the United States, all the United States' bases had been obliterated in the Middle East and Iran is thriving and doing very well in their defensive response. and then I see tons of reports saying that Iran is done for, that they, you know, that because
Starting point is 00:38:28 the airspace has been overtaken, the U.S. can have its way. What is going on and how do we sort through all the bots and the nonsense? Well, you know, first of all, you know, warfare is not anybody's first choice. So we first of all have to take a huge step back and remember that none of these conditions happened overnight or happened because the president took. could trip to Mara Longo and he was bored. Okay. Out of respect for the men and women who put decades of work into securing the correct intelligence, it takes a lot of work to do these kinds of operations. Out of respect to them,
Starting point is 00:39:07 I think we should give any president, including, you know, we were willing to give Barack Obama some credit when he took decisive unilateral military action. It seems that it doesn't apply to President Trump, but there is an overall strategy to war fighting. And that is, that it must be worth it only if it's protecting our ability to defend ourselves ultimately. There's a lot of moving parts to this, Dr. Drew. There's the energy
Starting point is 00:39:31 strategy, energy needs of the world. For example, in China and India and other parts of the world, there's the Strait of Hormuz. And what ultimately I want everyone to remember here is what you're actually telling me is that there is agreement. What the agreement is that Iran
Starting point is 00:39:47 had some kind of a, what they will call defensive, what other areas, states are calling offensive. You have the president of Egypt trembling, thinking that Egypt, you know, should have been an ally and should have been neutral. You've had the UAE attack. You've had all kinds of member states and all kinds of other Arab states in the region that we had relied upon for 47 years to exert some kind of leverage on Iran. Now, what happened? When Iran was presumably neutralized or mostly neutralized, okay, in that their spiritual or philosophical leader was taken out alongside with most of their weapons capability.
Starting point is 00:40:26 Iran showed their hand. If peaceful Muslims exist, they must be in those other states around Iran. It certainly is not Iran, because Iran, if they really had any kind of devotion to these people who are their neighbors who share their philosophies or culture and their religion, okay, they're not going to be bombing them, but they did. They didn't care. The other part of war fighting that you have to balance is civilian casualties. It happens.
Starting point is 00:40:55 We take casualties. Civilians take casualties. A president and the armed forces. Their first objective is to mitigate and eliminate any kind of casualties, whether it just be death or injuries, or other things like environmental casualties, psychological casualties. So the first strike had to be to the head of the snake, and it was. It was decisive and it was effective. And that philosophical strike, after we take that human being out and those other 40 facilitators of terror that have been tormenting the world for 47 years after we took them out and took their weapons out, now we have to carefully balance how we engage the people who are loyal to these people and how they are responding.
Starting point is 00:41:37 They are responding by attacking their neighbors, so much so that now their neighbors, whether there's agreement or not on how the response was carried out, or that we were surprised or not by it, because again, it is where a fair and surprises happen. We're united, all of us, and that we have seen Iran show their hand. I want to take a little break here. And when I come back, my understanding is the Charlie Kirk incident really kind of mobilized you. And I want to talk a little about that if we can after the break. You up for that? For sure.
Starting point is 00:42:15 Okay. Absolutely. So Caleb, let's take a little break here. We'll come back. with that right after this. More of our audience is taking health and wellness into their own hands and they're doing it with the wellness

And the longevity nutrient is Fat 815, discovered amazingly by a veterinarian who was responsible for the Navy's fleet of dolphins. Turns out, dolphins are healthier when they have adequate amounts of pentadecanoic acid, which is C-15.
Starting point is 00:45:07 It also, for us, it helps humans as well, reduces the oxidative stress on our cell membranes, which is part of the aging post. called ferruposis. So she takes it, I take, whole family takes it, and if you'd like some, go to Dr. Drew.com slash fatty 15 for yours. There are discounts there. Oh my God, look Drew, it's a dolphin. Oh my gosh. Hey, Dr. Drew here, and even when we travel, we bring the new convenient fatty gummies. They're delicious and they are portable and they're great. And remember, this is a longevity ingredient. It fights against the oxidative stress on our cell membranes. We call
Starting point is 00:45:49 processed for optosis discovered in dolphin research by dr van watson and i'm taking this every day even when i travel it's fatty 15 before the break we were talking about uh the effect that charlie kirk's assassination had on robert zinemmerman as i said you can follow robert uh let me give you again this particular on x r zimmerman junior so tell me about that robert yeah i'm gonna get into that, but I got to get those gummies, Dr. Drew, because I got to say, when I saw that you were with V Shred, I started searching the web, and I thought it was all AI, because I thought there's no way Dr. Drew would ever put his name as a doctor on something that's total BS, but it's actually not BS. I learned about carb cycling. I got an allergy test. I lost 20 pounds. All I would add,
Starting point is 00:46:41 as an evangelist who's health here, is get an allergy test, rule out that you haven't been allergic to stuff. I had five allergens, peanuts, wheat, soy. This is so off topic, right? But I was responding in a way that I thought I could never look like that. I cut those things out. They've cut those things out, but the internet is cutting him out. What happened there? It's okay.
Starting point is 00:47:13 It's nothing personal. Are we good? Well, you're sort of choppy. cut that out and it helps you lose weight. There you go. We got most of what you said. We're picking up on. Uh-oh.
Starting point is 00:47:34 Turn on that. I was. Caleb, do we maybe need to reestablish the Zoom link? Are we skipping a little bit? Yeah. Hold on a bit. You're just starting cut now. Drew, yours is fine.
Starting point is 00:47:51 Yeah, for a change. It's not me. It happens. But anyways, I just want to make a quick plug for eating right and weightlifting. And I was in my 60s and I was starting to lose muscle mass. And I just started doing the V-Shredd workouts. And I couldn't believe how weak I was. And since I built the muscle back and now I have to because I have a 50-pound grandchild,
Starting point is 00:48:17 I wanted to be able to lift my grandchildren. I wanted to be able to be strong enough, but I got so strong. And then the weight just fell off. It was crazy. We followed their little plan, too. But I lost 20 pounds, and I can honestly say that. I kept it off for a long time, which is unusual for me, because I usually lose 10 and gain it right back. But it's just a system that works.
Starting point is 00:48:38 And it does seem kind of funny that maybe it's just BS because everybody says that. But it's not. And Drew's also part of B-Shred MD, which is the supplement side of the company now. So a lot of the medicine has happened. over there. All right. So, Charlie tied right into this because it is definitely about, you know, changing your life, you know, and Charlie had a long life ahead of him to live.
Starting point is 00:49:04 Sadly, Charlie, when I started Fight Fake News USA, he followed the account. It's exclusively on X. And that was a huge, like, boost of support. You know, I never got to meet Charlie Kirk in my life. But what happened when Charlie Kirk died? is that because of what I know, because I was on the front row seat at this roller coaster of fake news, I knew that we were in for a ride that was going to divide us, unfortunately. That was going to cause a lot of unnecessary division because Charlie was a uniter and there's a reason that he was taken out.
Starting point is 00:49:47 My brother had an assassin tried to shoot him, who missed. The president had an assassin tried to shoot him who missed. Charlie's assassin didn't miss. And so my brother and the president are alive and we were born and raised in Virginia,
Starting point is 00:50:05 in Manassas, Virginia. And if you know anything about the Civil War, which is the whole reason all of us are here now, right? We had the Civil War, we figured this out. We're a country now, one country. When you're born and raised in Manassas, Virginia, you've got to really just put politics aside a lot and just do the right thing.
Starting point is 00:50:24 Whether you're Democrat, whether you're Republican, it's a small town. You don't vote along party lines. You vote for people because of their ideas. You vote for the people who show up. You vote for the people who are willing to do the work. And I, since you and I last spoke, Dr. Drew, 2013, I was more of in a flight mode where I had, you know, kept my nose down, gone into private life, gone the direction of entrepreneurship so that I would not have to engage the public and tried as much as I could to be a private individual. What happened after Charlie Kirk died is in this age of information, there was another defendant in another case,
Starting point is 00:51:02 and there have been many that people will bring up on college campuses to Charlie. And Charlie would use George Zimmerman or they would use George Zimmerman as an example of why somebody was either racist or guilty or why the media did this or why some attorney did that? Well, at the end of the day, actually Charlie, three months before he died, he actually titled and posted a video about George Zimmerman with George Zimmerman in the name.
Starting point is 00:51:30 And so after Charlie was assassinated, people were indicating to me that there were rallies and I started to see the videos and started to confirm these things, that there were calls to finish the job. There were calls to don't stop with Charlie, find Zimmerman. And the problem with that is my brother who's a private person and who does not address the public because he is on his own path and it's my path to do this because the problem
Starting point is 00:51:58 with that is they started looking for who they thought was the next person who should die after Charlie Kirk, George Zimmerman, in my hometown. And so what I decided to do was to host a gathering for Charlie Kirk's funeral. And I went right into the center of town to Nelson Park and I rented Nelson Park and I simulcast his funeral. And we had a memorial service and it was beautiful. And we had some friends there. Whoever wanted to come was welcome. I rented a porta potty because I'm the son of a first generation woman and a man who's a white man. People think that we're Republican. We generally have been. But I grew up in Manassas, Virginia, where the civil war started, First Manassas and Second Manassas are named that for a reason.
Starting point is 00:52:48 And we're really experts at getting along and putting policy that makes our border secure, election secure, neighborhood secure, before any kind of interest about what somebody else said or what the media says or what some alternative decision maker like an iPhone or chat GPT is supposed to tell us to think about something. It's very important to me, Dr. Drew, you know, when I see what happened to Charlie, ironically, you know, I survived something. I wish he would have survived it. He went into just as much of, you know, dangerous situations. But I think that the way that this went about was that it was always adversarial, where I think that we need to really do a better job
Starting point is 00:53:31 of not being adversaries to civics, but presenting to people's civics and saying, you know, the law is supposed to protect you, not your fists. It doesn't matter what you put on a camera phone. And it matters what goes into the record, you know. And when you do encounter law enforcement or when there are situations in your life and you don't know what to do, there's a governing document called the Constitution. And it's already been protecting everybody for since long before you were born. And, you know, what you really should do is rely upon that, but we're not giving that message to young people. We've raised them, you know, with their brains sucking off with a telephone or an iPad.
Starting point is 00:54:10 And so they instead have an emotional reaction. they believe their emotion is true and therefore they must be convinced that whatever they heard is a fact and then they are reacting to that emotion instead of looking first to the law, the Constitution and then to facts then sitting down at the kitchen table
Starting point is 00:54:29 because we destroyed it. And all the millions of people who died defending that Constitution making sure that it was sustained through time. So yeah, it is, this business of
Starting point is 00:54:44 feeling Uber Alice feeling is the ultimate arbiter of what is and is not true is a completely fallacious way to live and you end up I mean it's Dionysian it's just bizarre that we would even even be in an age like that
Starting point is 00:55:00 it seems to like media companies you know why are we letting some these thoughts live rent free Yeah it's right Yeah it seems like it has some sort of business model attached to it or maybe a political agenda attached to it. Somebody is benefiting from it from this phenomenon that is frankly destroying people.
Starting point is 00:55:22 And it's not a comfortable way to live either, to be living as though your feelings are always the final source of what's real. That could not be further from, your feelings can matter and your feelings can be valid, but they may not reflect reality oftentimes. times. And, you know, picking up on that, now we live in a society that's so much more isolated. There's so many more insecurities from housing to food, to affordability of basic things like utilities and health care. And so you're more isolated. And instead of turning to connect to people, because yes, you're right, the design, the coordination between the media companies and the politics is what I call the wool over their eyes. That's how everyone stays blind and divided, you know.
Starting point is 00:56:08 but instead of reaching out to human beings, these more isolated, more insecure people are turning to their telephones to continuously reinforce that loop. And even if they're not soliciting this reinforcement, the phones are doing it. So back to what happened to Charlie, Charlie Kirk wasn't trying to get me killed
Starting point is 00:56:26 or trying to get my brother killed. Charlie Kirk simply died. The technology itself, if you ask Grock what happened, you know, Grock will tell you things that are absolutely false that are outside of the court record. 100% false. But if you ask it why it tells you these things,
Starting point is 00:56:42 Groff, this is Elon Musk's company, the richest man in the world, presumably, right? It tells you that it has to balance the record with media sources like the New York Times and CNN, you know, in order to present the most balanced information. But I would argue that something has to matter in this world. A record is a record. Our constitution is four pages on paper. and when we put things before a court of record or an appellate court or the Supreme Court and there's a determination, that's the factual determination. Whatever the New York Times or CNN opines about whether or not somebody did or didn't do something should not be broadcast ad nauseum to billions of people across planet Earth because then they feel justified in perpetuating violence against me and my family. Right. Right. It's dehumanizing people. Robert, thank you for this conversation. Where do you want people?
Starting point is 00:57:34 to find you. So at R-Zimmerman, R-Z-I-M-E-R-M-E-R-M-J-R, if you are an X, if you're not, go to Robertzimmermanj-J-R.com. Thank you, Robert. God bless you. God bless your wife as well. Thank you. You got it.
Starting point is 00:57:52 You bet. Thank you. All right. So coming up, Caleb, we've got Sarah G, I believe, tomorrow, which will be very interesting. He has been on fire with the Epstein and Peter Galululay coming in and talk a little about T-E-L-E-E-L-E. The disinformation doesn't. He's one of the disinformation doesn't. So back in the middle of COVID,
Starting point is 00:58:11 remember there was this list put out of the disinformation dozen that was, I think media matters for America. He probably put it out. Now it's a badge of honor. Everybody on that list, everyone, they're the people that knew. Yeah,
Starting point is 00:58:24 the people are calling, calling balls and strikes accurately. And Michael Malice going to join us on Thursday in studio. Remy Adelika, we're talking about all human trafficking and the organ nonsense, organ harvesting. I have a new theory. Yes, tell me.
Starting point is 00:58:39 So, Epstein has some ties to Rothschild and Malaysia. And my new theory is that he was involved in MH370 going down. And we always wondered what happened to the plane, what happened to the bodies. And back in the day, I did a lot of soul searching with some psychic mediums on my show. And one of them mentioned that she thought that the plane was lying. landed on an island and they took the people and they were in huts and some some of them were dead but i asked her well what happened to the people and they said oh they harvest their organs that led to one of the most famous um hln episodes yes where where uh one of susan's uh podcast uh regulars
Starting point is 00:59:29 came on the hln show and said i don't want to know about what we know as it pertains to the loss of this aircraft. I want to stay in the world of what we don't know. What we don't know. And then... She just goes by her spirits. And then what's his name? Picked it up.
Starting point is 00:59:44 She was the one. Wait a minute. Who picked it up? Lisa Williams. Yeah, who picked it up? One of the... Not the daily show. Who else has a weekly show, Caleb, that does a political satire and comedy.
Starting point is 00:59:56 John Oliver was it? And he cut immediately back to John Oliver, who went, exactly what an HLN, excuse me, exactly what a cable news program needs. A commentator who stays in the world of what we don't know. No interest in what she does know or what we do know. She wants to know what we don't know. You ought to find that clip.
Starting point is 01:00:19 That was pretty funny. When I saw the Malaysian connection and Rothschild, I went, oh my God, I remember this all being a part of it. There was something on the plane. Some of the people died, but the Rothschild wasn't on that plane that day. and there was something on the plane that they were trying to get their hands on. It's back in the day of, like, I didn't know what a semiconductor was
Starting point is 01:00:42 or whatever back in those days. But yeah, so now I'm starting to really wonder if the U.S. was behind it and if Jeffrey Epstein was involved in it. Wow. Yeah, that's my new one. That's my new theory. I know.
Starting point is 01:00:56 Maybe Sierra G can help us with this one. Interesting. I know. But Sayer's been, I'm sure you will ring in. Are you looking for that clip right now, Caleb? Because I will kill time if you're actually looking for it. Yeah, I'll have to find it and convert it and probably try and play it tomorrow. Okay.
Starting point is 01:01:13 Bring up for tomorrow. I was thinking maybe we should get Lisa Williams back for that one too. I'm sure Susan will ring in with my guest tomorrow. But his post on X on... Nothing shocks me anymore. Like, I did a deep dive into that MH370 with probably like 10 different psychics. I was like, but she came up with this theory, and I thought that's the only thing that could have actually happened. Because we never found any plain parts and we never found any body parts.
Starting point is 01:01:41 It's so weird. He did some excellent posts on the Epstein file. He's sort of exhaustive in his research and how he summarizes things. So it would be really interesting to get some details from him. He also will have more details, I'm sure, about what is and is not real coming out of the Iranian arena, so to speak. And we will be in here at 4 o'clock tomorrow. It's Wednesday.
Starting point is 01:02:06 So we'll be at 4 and then Thursday back at 2 when Mike Malice joins me in the studio here. So we will see you tomorrow at 4 o'clock.
