Starting point is 00:00:03 How about if I join you tonight? I'm gonna help you fall asleep by telling you a lot of different interesting things that can help us for. So you get all cozy. So you know, one of the most favorite things, of course, is to be cared for before you go. Just this personal attack. They're brushing your hair, your face. She feels so soothing, so relaxing. So I'm going to do that for you tonight. So personal connection is definitely one of the more
Starting point is 00:01:18 comforting things that you can experience before you go to sleep. But there are also other things that are quite fun in a way and soothing at the same time especially if you're trying to create a ritual before you go to sleep. So one of my favorite things to read I prefer to read something quite neutral, nothing graphic, something that will not. But today, that I like when somebody reads finger. So this article, you stay up longer, you sleep in a new place, which to me is a yes. You definitely sleep.
Starting point is 00:03:23 When someone slowly turns the pages as well, the pages as well for us to look at it. This article basically they speak of why we're doing. What's the chemical reaction that happens to us? Let's read through a couple of them. I'm going to read them for you. So, for example, make your bedroom a tomb. It should be dark, quiet, and casually avoid computer screens. Their blue spectrum of illumination limits the production of melancholy.
Starting point is 00:05:29 of melatonin, very true. Also block the outside light by blackout curtains. Which are right, it's very important for me, like to be toasty and warm. I've noticed that it is most comfortable to sleep at 60 to 67 degrees Fahrenheit, which is about probably around 20, 20 to 25 degrees Celsius. They suggest that you avoid drinking alcohol before you go to bed and your stomach. And bathed. There's nothing. You like you float in an space. Another thing that works great before you go to sleep is stretching and also breathing equal.
Starting point is 00:08:49 Breathing, I'll tell you that in a second. First, let's do some stretches. So I guess some of my favorite stretches, stretching up. Getting back. Also really like, you want to do it. So we'll take your right leg, put it over the left side. Keeping your shoulders flat, we'll stretch our arms out, put your head to the right side. I'm going to hold this pose for five seconds. Feeling this side, fading, releasing any tension. And we'll do the opposite over the right side, keeping your arms. Now we do your face.
Starting point is 00:10:23 Now this side, too. Thank you so much for doing that. How do we do some breathing? In this, while breathing, I suggest we all do. Whenever we have anxiety attack or panic attack, we're just... I need to distract ourselves from something like negative. Just when you try,
Starting point is 00:11:28 tell you mind, a very simple, quite easy fix. Deep breathing is so good for us. We never breathe. two things, breathing in on count four and breathing out. Breathe in, breathe out. Your brain naturally gets bored. So hope you can win coffee. It helped you a little bit as well. So let's talk about white noise. You might start hearing a little bit of fan sound. As I turned it on just for you. And you can let me know which one you like best. will play with train stops registering necessarily.
Starting point is 00:13:28 I guess my videos, because once I fall asleep. So white noise helps me stay asleep through the night. Very soothing to me, I don't know, too, a lot of people. So every time I hear this low hum, the terrain and I'm asleep with a fan too. There's also rain sounds that a lot of people can hear it. Why do you think it's so hard to it? or not, or might hear it. Oh man, do you feel like you want some
Starting point is 00:17:34 peaceful resort, place to be human? People. Plash around your cheek. It feels like rubbing your cheek on a kitten's tummy. Both eruptain-plained. They feel like a... like a burrito. Snug like a bug. You know, I think it's the sensation of being...
Starting point is 00:19:19 taking care of. Also, it's a couple. It's coupled with the pressure of the blanket on our body, so we have the sensation of almost like a hug. And tucked in, your footies are covered. Just pressure like this. They're just a squeeze, might squeeze. Mundane, all being squished, and it's quite so sure you up close. And just let you be, maybe it will make you sleepy.
Starting point is 00:21:23 And if it does, there are many types of... Any types of pillows? My favorite latex leap for you. A memory phone. You up close. Enjoying for what they are, okay?
