I was quite surprised to find some that I didn't remember I've written and some of my favorite ones that I've made into videos. You might ask me why the heck am I writing? writing everything and people that is a very much a visual learner as I wrote it down jumbled mind that needs organization and writing things my thoughts and I'd say sometimes if I write it down also write down my fulmon videos as well here's an example of when I did not write it down maxed for me also do a little videos that this was meditation the last little sound I said to see your snaps as a picture of my daughter meditation you see this measure too video so I usually go into that
