Hello friends :) I wanted to create an ASMR realtor style video for the longest time and was finally able to rent a beautiful house for a weekend to film this, unfortunately during the trip I lost some of the audio/video (but quality gets better after 03:45). I hope you won't mind and perhaps it will add to a Lo-Fi experience! ♥ This property is located on the beautiful coast of California, is generously adorned with many fine pieces of art from Salvador Dali, rich textiles and intricate details that lend to an ASMR experience. Today we're touring this beautiful $4 million property located on the beautiful coast of California. It is over 5,000 square feet large, has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and it's 2 floors and have a huge yard. Come in, let's take a look at it up close. So as you enter, you'll be greeted by a beautiful, spacious, entrance way. way you will see this grandiose staircase I will take a look at in a moment. So let's take a look at this family room located right off from door. It is nice and spacious, warm and welcoming. It has a gorgeous fireplace centered right in the middle of it.

Imagine spending good quality family time here. to some family members possibly playing piano for you. Or you can have a game of chess. Throughout the house you will find lots of very intricate and ornate art pieces as well as some mirrors and decorative items. It might be one of my favorites. It's an original and it's such a beautiful crafted item. This house is made.

made in style French chateau. So such elements as tree ceilings are going to be present in some rooms. We'll pay closer attention to that. I do find it to be just a beautiful detail that you don't find nowadays in most half. Place come with me and we'll continue the tour. As I noticed before, this house is adorned a beautiful piece of art. And right at the anterms, you will notice gorgeous statue made by Silverdale Dali. It's his famous creation of an elephant with a crystal peak on top of it. And continuing into the house, you will see lots of arches, beautiful soft curves and lines, including above the ceiling

and all around the window frames, becoming and outlining out framing the whole house. As we continue our path, you will see a room on your right here. And yes, this is another family room or TV room if you wish it to be. This beautiful, welcoming, cozy family room has a set of one of the most spectacular built-in. things you can find. A cozy couch with a beautiful lamp in the corner. A collection of books and different knick-knacks that you get to keep with this property as well. From Harry Potter to Shakespeare to World Encyclopedia. You have a private entrance to your backyard from this area too.

And this is your first floor master where you have a big big queen bed, beautiful art on the wall and a whole bathroom on this floor as well that comes with the master. As we enter the dining room you will see two archways with light that you can place beautiful voths or pieces of art into. Here's the dining room. Now let's Take a look at the kitchen. As you enter, you will notice this custom refrigerator that has the same cabinets attached as the rest of the kitchen. You have a beautiful big pass-through to put dishes into your other entertainment place. Plenty of cabinets wrapping all around the kitchen. Plain to have space to cook, to prepare meals with friends or family.

This range is massive. These type of gas ranges are an investment on its own. Plus you get this enormous, very powerful hood right over it. Details, mosaic tile. as your back splash here. You get a huge island extra dishwasher. Some sitting area here. Let me share you up close. I absolutely love all of you to notice it throughout ground moldings in every room at every ceiling level. Add a touch of sophistication. Here you have double sink, a dishwasher. A dishwasher. a dishwasher. Beautiful window to look out as you're doing the dishes for cooking, preparing in your

gorgeous kitchen. Have a breakfast. A built-in microwave for your convenience. Our area, so a wet bar. Another back entrance with a laundry room and another restroom. Here's another restroom here. I have ever seen so it is conveniently right off another living room in the kitchen. On the other side of your kitchen you get a sitting area that also doubles as another TV room. Double couches on the sides, central piece which is as gorgeous fireplace. It has lots of details to take a little you look at. Scouts are made out of very high quality material that is stain resistant, yet still very comfortable. Throughout the house you will notice exquisite drapery. All windows adorned with it. It is such a beautiful fabric.

A closer look at it. Art pieces off of it and you can see through to the kitten. Now we're back to the entrance again. Now let's take a look upstairs. This way. Right on the left, we have more artwork by Silver Doodle. That's also very intricate and unique. The master suite upstairs. We start with this beautiful seating area. where you have a round couch with many many plush pillows right in front of a wood burning fireplace, a library for your choice, or you can place a TV here as well. And it's just a very pleasant look to spend time on. So all of the furniture stays for this house.

So this lounging area here, TV hidden here, nice dresser, master bag, space, round jewel of any bathroom is at a tub, exciting, beautifully done, I think so too. Can house quite a few families together, I think maybe four, three, there's also an extra apartment above the garage. that we might check out next time, maybe just not this time. Across from the master, we get the rest of greeted to the shared bathroom. Beautiful of vanity here, a liter of temperature so you can adjust it accordingly. In this room we have two king beds. Such a relaxing atmosphere here. And yet again notice the arched window.

windows, for tables, just everything is made for your relaxation and for your... Here we have more closets, each large room indeed. The last bedroom on this level is here, gorgeous window treatments as always. You can get comfy and enjoy relaxing. sexy yellow room. Absolutely every room so you get these boards that are custom made and it's such an upgrade for a sophisticated finish piece of furniture right off the stairs on the second floor. Now our tour of the house itself is finished why don't we check out outside for a second.
