Blurry Creatures - EP: 475 Ancient Portals, DMT and the Gates Being Opened in Silicon Valley with Darren Stott
Episode Date: October 21, 2026A portal is just a doorway, a point of spiritual access, and Darren Stott says far more of them are standing open than people realize. Pastor, podcaster, and author of Exposing Portals, Darren joins L...uke and Nate to argue that the psychedelic boom sweeping through podcasts and Silicon Valley is not cutting-edge medicine at all. It is an ancient gate, the same one the serpent offered in Eden, repackaged as healing. DMT, ayahuasca, and the rest do not take you into a hallucination, he says. They take you out, through a door into a real realm, to meet real entities, and the people who go keep coming back with the same testimony. It opened me, and it left me open. From there the conversation runs wide, from the cosmic serpent that coils around ayahuasca users and feels like deliverance, to the comedian whose vision never fully closed, to the disruptors who credit their biggest breakthroughs to supernatural encounters. Darren is honest about why this is a hard conversation, especially for veterans and others who found real relief, and he keeps pointing to the catch underneath every counterfeit freedom. Something moves in, and it does not leave when you ask. It is a sobering, wide-open talk about portals, pharmakeia, the second heaven, and the only gate Darren says can be trusted. A portal is just a doorway. It's a spiritual doorway. When you get to the book of Revelation,
John hears the voice and he looks up. It's the voice of the Lord and he looks up and he sees a doorway.
You know, that's not just like a doorway. That's a portal. Like Jacob's Ladder. You think about that.
It's another portal. And what's interesting is how they're depicted. Sometimes, you know, ancient cultures would just
depict him as a doorway. I mean, it's stone edge. It's a huge door. And then other times, it's
depicted as like the traditional portal where it's a line that follows all the way into the center.
But it just simply represents access, spiritual access. When John looks up, you hears the voice,
that begins his access place into the great disclosure of revelation, the apocalypse of John and seeing
what would come. What are portals? We brought the expert in to tell us the truth. And how do portals
relate to the watchers, to the Apicalu of Mesopotamia, and all the way back to the Garden of Eden?
Whether it's ancient megalithic doors, whether it's UFOs going through some sort of hole in the sky.
What about seances? What about drugs? How do we access forbidden places?
This week we've got Pastor Darren Stott in the house.
Wrote a book called Exposing Portals. We're talking about all the portals that exist in.
Culture, sorcery, DMT, pharmacia, all the above.
Join us to learn more about the portals that you might be walking into.
The history of our earth is so different from what we can imagine.
Enjoy to join.
that if they found out about a large skeleton somewhere was to go get it.
I'm going to assume at least one person is right, because if one person's right to bust the paradigm,
it all goes back to the fallen chair.
And the problem with the modern-day church, they have a very truncated view of the supernatural.
This backdrop that's just pregnant with all kinds of meaning associated with this Mount Herman event.
And this guy defects from the kingdom.
That's a big deal.
All right.
If you ever wondered about portals, I mean, Luke, we've talked about portals for years.
Sometimes it's very confusing.
It's like, how do you know a lot about portals?
We talked to the guys from an ancient alien crowd.
They like to talk about portals.
Bigfoot comes through portals, UFOs.
Skinwalker ranch.
Yeah.
But Darren Stott's in the house, exposing portals of darkness.
You wrote a book about it.
You're a pastor, podcaster, three generations up in Seattle, the Pacific Northwest.
And we've both spent a lot of time up there.
A lot of music, culture.
and it gets weird up in Seattle.
So welcome to the podcast.
You're in Bigfoot's backyard.
Tell us more about the big guy.
What do your thoughts on Bigfoot?
Darren, welcome to the show.
Ah, man, it's so awesome to be here.
This is such a cool vibe.
Let's go.
I'm kind of freaking out.
I'm trying not to show it.
I got a buddy, Troy Brewer,
and he told me, I think, a year ago,
that he was going to be on your guys' show.
And I was like, oh, man, that's awesome.
Like, that's super cool.
But inside, I was like, I was just so jealous.
I was just, you know, I got so.
Right out in the backyard, just started punched dancing.
But, yeah.
As hardcore dance.
As one in Seattle does.
Exactly.
Yeah.
So I texted him on the way here.
I'm like, I'm going on blurry.
So anyways.
One of the biggest bands in the hardcore scene,
demon hunters up in San.
Yes.
Yes.
Speaking of demon hunting.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I used to hang out with the bass player back in the day.
Yeah.
And he was a friend of a friend.
John Don.
Yeah, yeah.
John.
Yeah.
Dude.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Dude.
From back, this is like, these could turn into an, like,
like an early 2000s music podcast.
It's not Gunnew, but that amazingly small, small circle.
And we need a good answer because I feel like I was telling you pre-roll,
I feel like our last couple, if not three guests from the Pacific Northwest have had
like not the best answer or responsive thoughts on Bigfoot,
which is always surprised to me since you're basically in, you're the apex of the vortex there.
Yeah, yeah.
So from Seattle, from Washington.
In fact, I brought a gift for you guys.
Oh my gosh.
You did.
Is it hip?
Yeah.
Is it a beret?
Nate always wants to wear a beret.
Yeah.
A beret?
Look at that.
And you know what's cool is, so the Salish tribe, they've named them, the Sasquitz, right?
Yeah, yeah.
And so anyways, we got some, I don't know if this is, let's call it Salish coffee inside of a Bigfoot mug.
Dude, the Squatch coffee and the Bigfoot.
Is that cool?
Thank you.
That's awesome.
Thanks, Darren.
Yeah.
The salmon blend.
I mean, so you're up there.
It's coffee made out of salmon.
That's even better.
I'm sure it keeps really well.
It's a little bit.
I mean, so you're up there, and this is part of Americana, right?
Especially in the Pacific Northwest.
Everywhere you go, you probably get, you know, you get something like this.
Bigfoot, Bigfoot coffee.
It kind of comes a brand in some ways because it's tongue and cheek.
But then, you know, the most sightings in the U.S. per capita happened in Washington State.
So famously on the show, we talk about like if just one of those is real and not a misidentification of a bear or someone lying or someone having, you know,
some kind of weird experience out in the woods that isn't Bigfoot,
then we kind of have to take it seriously.
And so in the show, we've always talked like, you know,
it's not a zero-sum game.
If one of those is real, then we have to sort of adjust our paradigm.
Yeah.
So I mean, what's, what are your thoughts out there?
I mean, you've got a buddy that goes and hunts.
We know this.
Yeah, I got a buddy.
He's a pastor in Seattle.
And about 20 years ago, I heard about that he believed in the Bigfoot,
and he would take people out on Bigfoot hunts.
And he would hear, you know, like, like sticks beatings.
against the trees and all kinds of noises and all kinds of weird stuff.
And I just remember thinking like, please, right?
Like you got to be kidding me.
Now it's now it's everywhere.
You know, it's interesting with the tribes is that, you know, they see these things.
Like I said, the Salish tribe, they call it the Sasquites.
And they see this thing as a spiritual, as a spiritual being that is carrying the souls of the departed.
into the realm of the dead.
And so they view this spiritual being
as almost like the angel of death.
With an actual lust for blood,
they see it as this malevolent,
like a grim reaper, almost.
Yeah, that you don't wanna mess with.
In fact, they normally wouldn't see this being,
but they would describe it as the way it's described
as this humanoid kind of hairy kind of thing.
But they would also describe it as
something that could take on various forms as well.
So a lot of, now they won't, these guys won't, you know, when you talk to the First Nations people,
a lot of, especially the older guys, they don't, they don't, it's almost taboo to talk about it.
It's almost bad luck to even talk about Bigfoot or Sasquitz or anything, anything like that.
But when you look at it, these things traditionally were the shaman that, that were the forest guardians.
And they would, and they would have jurisdictional authority in these various,
areas to protect the forest, right? And so they could, these shaman could shape shift into these monsters.
Wow. It sounds a lot. It really sounds a lot like the Navajo tradition of Skinwalker too.
Like they don't talk about it, right? Like you don't, because if you are to name it or talk
about it, you can sort of, they believe you would invite it. Like you'd invoke it or invite it into
you. And if you've been down the rabbit hole long time, you realize there's different types of
Sasquatches. So there could be a version of them that are like, because I mean, obviously,
you're the famous area of Harry and the Hendersons.
So you've got...
Famously.
Isn't that such a great movie.
Yeah.
I mean, that's how every kid...
It's in here somewhere.
We got to hear somewhere.
That's how every kid grew up.
And that was in Seattle, obviously.
And, you know, he terrorizes the same.
But he's like this friendly, like, you know, almost like the family dog.
Yeah.
This old Harry in the basement.
But there's always the other ones that they calm.
When I was a kid, I first saw him, there was nothing funny about him.
Like, it was like this fun kind of comedy when I first saw, I was like,
oh.
head to the...
I was like,
I was scared.
Old Harry, it was scary?
Yeah, I was terrified.
I got older.
I was like,
oh, this is funny.
I was like, this is funny.
But when you're a little kid
and you see that thing
riding in the car,
that's not funny at all.
It is a little scary at first,
but then, you know,
Harry wins us all over and we're crying
at the end when he goes back to his family.
That's part of their agenda
is to groom us so that we'll,
you know,
all have big foot in our homes.
But then you get into...
Taking over the dog world.
They're like, moving them out.
It's part of the woke agenda, you know.
But then you get into like the big foot,
you know, phenomena. A lot of people up there have to have sightings and whatnot. And you kind of,
you get real nerdy. You hear like, there's some of them that are like, like our first episode
we interviewed this guy, Duke, who's from Montana, it said there was this genosquot.
This one Sasquatch that rolls in the rocks and he looks like a combo.
Yeah. It looks like what?
For like armor. So he's got this hair. It's like matted.
And greasy and he rolls in the gravel to create like natural armor. This is the rumor.
Yeah. That's flying around.
about the Dronosquah.
They're bad.
They're the bad ones.
And maybe that's what you're talking about.
The bad boys.
Yeah.
You know, what's interesting is it's like every ancient culture has its own version of the Bigfoot, right?
So you can travel.
You can go Australia.
You can go to Africa.
And they all have got their own kind of humanry, hairy beast, right?
Yeah, well, because, I mean, the stories are reported like all across the board.
You get all kinds of stories, good, in between and bad.
And you don't really, it feels like there's more.
more than just one type of Sasquatch out there.
Like you can't, you can't make sense of it for very long.
And you have to kind of open your mind up,
be like, maybe there's more types.
And then according to Skinwalker Ranchi,
comes through a portal.
Which is like a really good segue though,
because what you're saying here is resonating to me
because I think today we're getting it,
we're gonna get into portals, your book,
I mean, how this relates to things like Pharmakia
and hallucinogens and all those kind of things.
But to your point, right, all over the planet,
people are having, have lore of an experience
of something very similar, although their cultures
are massively different and diverse, right?
And I, there's definitely a thread there.
And I think that's what's, it's interesting at least, you know?
Yeah, it's also interesting.
So you go back to like, you know,
565 AD with St. Columba, who goes to evangelize
the indigenous Scotlanders up there in the Highlands.
The Island is, yeah.
And he goes to the,
the Great Glen, the six-mile fault line up in the Scotland Highlands.
And he's got across this river called Ness.
And he goes to the locks or the freshwater locks.
And he's going there and there's this sea monster that comes up.
Right. And we know that now as the lockness or Nessie, right?
Yeah. And so here you, you have this guy that's having no missional credibility there.
And he sees, he sees the serpent.
He sees a serpent is what he sees.
And he rebukes it, you know, in the name of Christ.
And this thing flees in all the indigenous people.
You know, their name means like painted ones.
And they're all tattooed up.
And they're just like, they're just like, you know, Celtic shamanism, just dark arts.
Right.
There was like, at that time there was like sightings of fire breeding dragons.
Luke, it's, it's rumored that the Ark of the Covenant was covered in gold and it's somewhere in Ethiopia.
Yeah, that or somewhere in the Holy Life.
land, people think beneath the temple, I don't know, that gold is hidden away, and it's increased
in value. Aside from its pricelessness, the gold itself is worth a lot of money. You know why?
Why? As these uncertain markets go up and down, gold continues to go on the rise and it becomes
more valuable. It's an excellent way to actually hedge against things like inflation and monetary
crashes. It's a hard job going down underground and digging up gold and precious metals. And the national
debt's getting crazy. And so how can you hedge against us spending what, or $40 trillion in debt now?
Maybe you've got to get some gold and put in your pocket for a rainy day. Yeah, and that's why we've
partnered with Goldco. They are a top-rated precious metals company that can help you take control
of your financial stewardship by moving a portion of your savings into physical gold and silver.
And listen, gold and silver aren't digital numbers on a screen. They're real, tangible and historically
proven assets. We got silver. I got it in my safe. Goldco holds an A plus rating with a better business.
Bureau and has helped Americans move over $3 billion into precious metals. And look, these are smart
people. They're doing the right thing. And you're out there. You can see those rabbit holes. You know
where this is going. Maybe get some gold and gold coast way to do it. And right now they're offering
our listeners a free gold and silver kit plus qualified accounts could get up to 10% back
in free silver, why supplies last. Take steps to help self-guard your hard work today and head over
to blurrygold.com to claim your free kit. That's blurry gold.
They're like, well, please, fire breathing dragons.
Well, we have UFOs on TV right now.
You know, and so that's not that far outside of recent, I guess.
And when they see him rebuke this thing in the name of Christ, and it responds and it actually
flees, he gets his foot in the door and he starts seeing mass conversions of those,
of those people in that area.
Like, what kind of name has this kind of authority?
Well, in that same area, because.
of because of basically a portal was open there through that that shamanism that had just
assimilated so deeply into the culture which is which is what I think is happening in our country
right now it had opened up a portal there where it wasn't just lockness everybody thinks
like oh like okay so nest river and then and then these these beings you had like the kelpies
right so you had like these these dark horses these water horses that that would come out they would
lure people up to the water and they'd pull them in well those water horses were
shape shifters as well.
And it could take on form of the Bigfoot.
And so people would describe in Scotland these beings that looked like ape men.
Wow.
And so in 1879, that's one of the very first Bigfoot attacks on record.
And, you know, Bridge.
Yeah.
Well, yeah, I think Scotland or England is Bridge 39 or whatever.
You know, you could look it up.
You'll pull it up.
But this guy gets attacked by what he calls like this, this ape creature.
that came out of the river.
And so all the people, because from the Scottish legends,
those are just the kelpies.
They're in our water.
And so the interesting thing is,
no matter what kind of name you give it,
I think it was interesting you're saying,
bro, as far as like the, you know,
like there are good ones and there are bad ones, right?
We're going to hear more and more of that kind of language
when it comes to cryptids,
because that's what we're hearing right now
with aliens,
with all alien conversation.
There's good ones and there's bad ones.
There's some with intel, intelligence.
They're here to save us.
and then there's bad ones that are here to to molest us.
So hopefully you can discern the difference between the two.
Well, the stories are just good, bad, neutral, you know.
And I'm not saying they're good, bad, or whatever.
Sure.
I think that, you know, the legend of Boggy Creek extends all the way out into the UK.
Or ape Canyon.
I was thinking that's up your way where there's that crazy.
We did the whole episode on Eighth Canyon where these miners were attacked and killed.
And by this big, like a pack.
I don't know what the word is, you know, for a herd of Bigfoot.
So back in about 10 years ago, I had a buddy that was really involved in the whole school district.
And we had something incredible happen in the Southern Region where the middle school in our, in our belly area, the middle schools were restarting up their sports program and using the church, you know, capital C to do that.
So you had all this soccer program that was starting up.
and all the coaches were Christians,
all the referees were Christians.
And so, and my buddy was a big part of that.
So anyways, he gets a phone call
because there's this kid that is like manifesting demons,
you know, on the playground.
And the soccer coach knows him.
He's that's his kid, you know.
And he goes, he's this little kid in middle school.
And the soccer coach literally has to like use all of his might
to hold this kid.
So it's this little kid with superhuman strength.
And this guy's a Christian,
but he doesn't have any idea what to do.
with this. And so he calls my buddy. Now my buddy has no idea either. You're like,
what are you calling me? But he goes in and basically kind of takes this kid to like a systematic
exorcism, never having done it before. You know, it's really just through the power of the
Holy Spirit, you know, if you're into that kind of thing. And so, and he takes this kid in a public
school in the, in the, in the coaches office through deliverance. And this kid gets set free.
And so they asked him, what, what happened? He said, I was walking, I was walking to school.
was this dog that was following me.
And then the dog started to chase me.
And then the dog jumped up in the air
and the dog jumped into me.
Wow.
You see like those those kinds of stories.
You'd only, you only hear them in like places like Africa
and India, these places where like animalistic.
Yeah.
Where just this whole spiritual supernatural thing
is just such a part of the culture, right?
It's just everywhere.
You're talking to Seattle.
And so when you see that in Bellevue,
when you see it in Bellevue Middle School,
what I would just say is like,
that those third world kind of supernatural realities are,
they are here now.
And that's why I think the conversation of portals is very,
it's not maybe as, as even mystical is what people would.
So let's talk about portals because I think people have an idea.
And we've heard actual portals that looks like an ancient gate or doorway.
And then you have maybe a spiritual opening that you can't see in this realm.
I mean, your story reminds us when we're in Peru,
there was this cave and it had like this weird looking carving in it.
And Derek also told the story about they were doing some kind of chant in that thing.
And Apuma came through and entered this guy.
And he was like, he was acting like he was getting burned alive in the middle of this group of people.
And sounds like that dog that that kid happened where this creature comes out of some sort of gate and gets into him.
So what's the difference between like a portal that's like maybe UFO flies through that's some sort of technology versus some sort of spiritual, I don't know, defiled place?
where things can come out of that we don't really perceive.
I don't know.
There's like various explanations for a portal.
Yeah.
Now, I'm not a UFO portal expert just for the record, okay?
But a portal is just a doorway.
It's a spiritual doorway.
And what's different than like these kind of doors
is that these doors were here yesterday.
They'll be here tomorrow.
When we refer to like a portal, like, you know,
when you get to the book of Revelation, right,
John hears a voice and he looks up.
It's the voice of the Lord.
And he looks up and he sees a doorway.
You know, that's not just like a doorway.
That's a portal.
Like Jacob's ladder.
You think about that kind of.
Yeah, that's another.
That's another portal.
And that one's linked to, you know, altars.
And so you'll see that in the Old Testament.
And you'll see that in every ancient religion.
Wherever you see altars, you see these spiritual gateways, these doorways.
It's just an access point.
Exactly Peru.
When we were that place you're talking about.
Like it was like there was an altar.
Then there's this door in the stone.
Me and Albarino have like a, it reminds me that meme.
where those guys are like, are like peace sign in front of the, of the gravestone?
It was like me and Albrein in front of this portal.
We'll throw that picture up.
Yeah.
It's like this megalithic carving in this cave on the middle of nowhere.
Yeah.
It's so bizarre.
And what's interesting is that is how they're depicted, right?
Like so sometimes, you know, ancient cultures would just depict them as a doorway.
I mean, it's stone edge.
It's, it's a huge door, right?
And then other times it's depicted as like, it's like the traditional portal where it's a line that follows all
the way in to the center. But it just simply represents access, spiritual access. When John looks up,
you hears the voice, that begins his access place into the great disclosure of revelation,
right, the apocalypse of John and seeing what would come. So we're just talking about access. And
at the end of the day, I think that the most important portal is actually humanity. You know,
I think that we are the image bears of God and that we have,
you know, the Lord has created the earth and given it to Adam, be fruitful, multiply.
I'm giving you this thing. Take dominion, right? And to a great degree, that narrative has been
lost within kind of the modern day. Is Eden some kind of portal? Yeah, I believe that Eden was a
portal city. You know, a lot of people say Eden was a garden. Yeah. But the Bible says in Eden,
God planted a garden. And I know the people that follow your show, you know, Eden comes
up all the time. My church is called Eden.
Yeah. So Eden wasn't
the whole earth, right? Like Eden was a
small place on the earth where heaven was
in convergence with the earth.
So when Jesus said, pray this way,
let your kingdom come.
You know, our father, let your
kingdom come, let your will be done
on the earth as it is in heaven.
That's because that's the way that it was.
Right. Right. And Eden, it was heaven on earth.
That's the way it's going to be.
God walks. God walked with Adam in
in the shade of the day, right? Or like,
it was.
Yeah.
So here you have this place of like,
it wasn't a duplex,
right?
It wasn't a separate.
We're so kind of dualistic in our air.
It's like a duplex.
Like he live on that side of us and we're renters down here, you know.
Every now and then God comes down and hangs out with us and watches, you know,
Netflix with us.
But it was a place of,
of convergence.
So that,
and what God said to Adam is to spread that out,
to take this temple city,
to take this portal city,
if you will,
to spread that out until the entire,
earth as a temple unto Yahweh.
It's like colonize the earth with,
with, yeah.
Yeah, yeah, earth first, right?
And then.
Yeah.
Well, Darren, I got, I got to ask so.
I mean, so, you know, you have a church or pastor.
Yes, sir.
You, you know, probably like, no more for revivalists and, and something's going.
I mean, how do you, what is it that pushed you into the portal space, right?
Because that's probably not the most linear aspect for, for pastors.
Yeah.
general. It began by me just playfully using portals as a metaphor for opportunity and just saying that,
you know, and that might be offensive to more traditional, more, you know, within our orthodoxy,
but we don't have any problem with talking about the sovereignty of God or the providence of God
within the life of an individual, right? So every individual, every timeline is going to have these
sovereign God ordained like appointments. And I would just call that, you know, a portal moment.
That's like, that's a divine moment of opportunity for you.
And I became very passionate to like work with people so they could recognize those things
because some people are fear-based, right?
Right.
And so God comes and gives you an opportunity.
You know, like, this must be the devil because it's good.
Yeah.
Why is it when good things happen?
Believers are like, this has to be the devil, right?
Like, imagine if the Bible said every good and perfect gift comes from our Father of Lights.
Yeah.
Right?
And so I really wanted to combat this fear-based thing in believers where they're always looking for the devil to botch something.
And I wanted to help people be able to identify these portals of opportunities, divine sovereign moments of providence where God opens up an opportunity and you can say yes.
And everything shifts.
Everything changes, right?
That's like every story in the Bible, where God shows up.
So I started there.
But then what happened was I started getting in these conversations.
And so I started finding, looking for the good, right?
Looking for these moments that John had.
Luke, we're going to the real bone zone today.
It's soup season.
And people want to know what's really going on in their bone broth.
And here it is, I'm taking a swig.
You know, Nate, most store-bought bone broth is not what you're making at home.
It's actually like 90% water.
It's got a bunch of other things made from constrator power.
It's not like Fawn.
Fawn is so good that we're actually drinking it on set.
You know, most people don't realize bone broth is the base.
flavor, some of the best things you can make in the fall.
Yeah, and when Fond is making their bone broth, it's a one-to-one ratio of bones to water.
That definitely is the bone zone.
Give you delicious nourishing elixir you expect and deserve.
And this is born out of a health crisis.
The family that made at the Seelands brought their bone broth to farmer's market in 2015.
And now they've got six boys and sell bone broth, tallow, duck fat, and more at major
retailers like whole foods and sprouts.
You can also find them online at Fondregenerative.com and use the code, bone zone.
15% off your order for real nourishing.
bone broth and more.
No blurry business here like concentrates or powders.
Just delicious bone broth that's good enough to sip or using your favorite recipes.
This is truly the bone zone, Nate.
So get some fond bone broth.
So if you're listening to this podcast and you want to support a really awesome company,
check them out, support them.
It's fantastic stuff.
I mean, you're not going to find a better bone broth, health-wise, content-wise,
and taste-wise than Fawn.
Seriously.
Really good.
Again, that's Fondergenitive.com code bone zone 15% off your order ago.
check it out today. Like where God steps in, right, to your, to your timeline. So portals are like,
it's kind of like an expanded way to explain like a prayer could be a portal. Absolutely.
Yeah, absolutely. It's not necessarily like some sort of paranormal gate or something comes
like the Psalms of Ascension, right? Like where David literally has Psalms of Ascension,
where the, where the Hebrew people would walk and walk to Jerusalem or recite these,
these Psalms of praise. Yeah. And even is.
Israel, I believe, was a kind of like a shadow of what Eden was, you know, and what the New Jerusalem would be.
It's like God comes to Abraham and says, I want to have a prototype so that people can actually look and see and fill actual kings and laws and get a glimpse of what Eden was.
And then you got King David who has who hires an army of musicians and establishes 24-7 praise and worship unto Yahweh.
Like we have no idea that dynamic and the prophetic synergy that was created.
there where David's just, you know, imagine, imagine Trump, you know, hires all these musicians
and heaven opens and imagine Trump just starts writing poetry.
That is the one thing.
That is a heck of a thing to imagine.
You know, like, no way.
Beautiful poetry, the most beautiful poetry.
That was David, and that's what sets him apart from all of these other, like, we've never
seen anything like David until Jesus came.
And David opens up this place of praise and worship and literally starts scribing out the intentions of
for his generation. You think modern Christians are fear-based. I mean, ancients seem to have,
like, an understanding of the framework. There's good portals. There's bad portals. And now we don't
believe there are any portals. So, yeah, dude, the church has just become way too secular. And
the church has just become way too secular for even unchurched people. Like, people are looking
for answers. And that's why, like, people are going to, like, Rogan, right, for their answers.
That's why people are going to, like, to DMT for salvation. And so that's why, that's why.
why I wrote this book is because it's like, it's like, why is it that like you're looking for
spiritual answers, you go to church and you hear a message on how to lose weight and feel
great. Like people are looking for like, like, what's up with angels? Like, are they actually
engaging with humanity today? Well, of course not. Only demons do. Right. So I, I'm being sarcastic.
Right. I'll go to pastors beings in Seattle and hang out. I got a bunch of friends in all
denominations and traditions and stuff. And when I get together with them, they just want to hear
demon stories. They're like, Darren, tell us demon stories, right? Yeah.
And I tell them the stories, I had this really good guy, a Baptist guy.
He said to me, I believe this stuff.
I was like, you know, awesome, right?
That's great.
But if I tell a story about an angel, if I tell a story about a miracle, people are like, yeah, I doubt it.
It's just wild.
Yeah.
So if I talk about darkness, if I talk about, you know, the temperature dropping, if I talk about, you know, people, you know, spraying green ooze on the wall and burning a hole in the wall, people like, yeah, I believe that.
But I say a guy got his headache healed.
Like, yeah, I doubt that.
So we have way more faith in the dark realm.
We have way more faith in the upside down realm than we do in the kingdom of heaven.
We've had a lot of us in the Christian space have lived through like the counterfeit,
the falsifying of like, you guys getting out of their wheelchairs.
And so you start to become whether you're conscious or not,
so skeptical, if you will, that like it's really easy to believe someone levitated.
Maybe for people that's the show especially, right, or whatever, someone manifested
and a little kid was super strong, like the Hulk or whatever.
But then you go, oh, I've seen all this stuff.
I think I wonder if it's easy.
Like everyone's had a scary story, but not everyone's had like an angel encounter.
And if they have, maybe they didn't even notice.
You know what I'm saying?
Like it's easier to go, I had this horrible nightmare.
I woke up and there was this thing standing in my room.
So many people have had that some kind of sleep paralysis story or some kind of.
But how often do you have like an angel?
I think it's just very rare.
So it's easier to be skeptical based.
maybe on math, right?
Well, yeah, I mean, our kids grew up seeing angels and not demons,
but that's because we really frame that out biblically and through prayer, right?
But that's not normal.
And so fear is the natural disposition of the human corrupted heart.
And so because of that, fear sells, of course, but you don't have to try very hard to sell it.
People are like, of course, right?
It's also pervasive in our media, right?
There's all, there's the demonic horror films, there's exorcism films, there's,
that becomes maybe a part of our collective cultural knowledge or moments too.
But we're also living in time of such disclosure, right?
And not just aliens, right?
Just disclosure everywhere.
And that's just because of like the amount of like human interconnectedness we have through technology.
Right.
So everybody's connected.
And that means that I can't hurt you and think that I'm going to get away with it because
everybody has a microphone.
In the old days, you had to pay millions of dollars to get.
at a show like this.
Sure.
You know, to get a YouTube.
They're like six channels to be on too.
So you better get on channel 12 or four or 24 or whatever.
And so because everybody has a microphone,
every story gets to be told.
And in this age of disclosure, it is just created
an atmosphere of skepticism and distrust.
And so that's where when it comes to
like the occult dark arts,
when it comes to this stuff,
nothing's really being sold there.
Like, it is what it is and it's evil.
And it's like, yeah.
But when it comes to anything else,
because things have been so sensational.
And because things have been so hyped up,
that can become a reason just to throw it out.
So your buddies are sitting around with some pastors
and friends that are telling you.
Tell me another demon story.
I think sometimes that's a helpful thing for people
to understand the supernatural.
I mean, we do that a lot on our shows.
It's like you hear the good and the bad stories, right?
Because ultimately I think there's a good ending, right?
But I think that the Bible has all these stories where it starts dark and then it ends with God reclaiming or redeeming.
I don't tell the stories that have a bad ending.
You know what I'm saying?
But sometimes, you know, like Moses.
But you're right.
You're right.
You're right.
Like the story of Moses kind of said, he doesn't get into the promised land.
And then he shows up in the Transfiguration.
And there's like this long story like, Mo, you're coming back in the end.
Don't worry.
But, you know, like, we don't always have a beautiful ending in the old testament.
It's true.
It's true.
But, like, some people need a scary story to believe, even a pastor.
That's true.
So what are these stories you're telling these people and kind of unlock it?
And then maybe you can sprinkle in some maybe angelic stories and trying to, because a lot of listeners are on a broad spectrum, like, of belief.
Yeah, you know, it's interesting.
Like, you know, I just made a joke.
Yeah.
It was funny, you know, about like.
I don't tell the stories that ended bad, right?
Yeah, yeah.
But I was praying for this, this, this girl in Portland, actually.
And, and, and she started like manifesting, manifesting demons.
And, I mean, at least that's what you think it is.
Sometimes it's, sometimes it's just trauma that's coming.
You know, sometimes people are just reacting.
They're reacting to the presence of God.
But, you know, she was choking and she was all this stuff.
And so I just kind of stopped her because, you know, you want to kind of find out what's going on.
Like, you know, hey, what's going on here?
Turned out she was, she was a Muslim.
And I said, hey, listen, you know, you're obviously under a lot of oppression.
You're, you know, you're being tormented, right?
She's like, yeah, and she was crying and stuff.
And I said, listen, you know, Jesus is the way, the truth in life.
You know, the only way to the father is through him.
And he will set you free.
I promise you.
But you've got to renounce Islam and you've got to give your life to Jesus.
And she wasn't willing to do that.
And I just kind of sat with her and just like, I pleaded with her, you know.
And she said, no, my whole family is Muslim.
You know, if I do this, I'll be outcast, you know.
And she goes, can you just pray for me that I'd have peace, you know?
And so, so I said, sure, you know, Lord is pray.
You know, I just wanted to be kind and loving.
Sure.
But she wasn't ready to, you know.
But Jesus would minister to people.
Like, Jesus would allow people to belong.
before they believed, you know?
And so I didn't feel like I needed to be too, you know,
dogmatic with this.
But when I was praying for her, she did, she, she,
was like the Holy Spirit or something through her to the ground, right?
And that's usually a good sign, you know, you know,
people fall over and stuff on TV and like it can become sensational.
But, you know, the reason why people fall over is just because they can't stand up,
you know, it's deep.
So anyway, she falls over.
She falls over.
And I like, honestly, I like it because a lot of times when people are demonized,
they'll actually fall on their knees.
which is a posture of surrender.
So that's always a really big deal.
Like I'll pay attention to that.
But she went down and she's on her back,
but she was not going to get free
and this demon was talking through her.
And she would not renounce anything.
And I finally at a certain point,
I'm like, there's nothing I can do, you know?
So I just told her, listen,
Jesus loves you so much.
He loves you so much, but I got to go, right?
And as I was leaving,
the demon was mocking me.
The demon was cackling me.
It was like a male voice that was cackling me
and just mocking me as it walked away.
I was so...
I was so...
I heard talking, but it was a male voice.
Yeah, yeah, it was this male, like,
you know, like a villain.
One of the most unexpected things we've learned
on this show during Blurry Creatures
is sort of the history of human beings.
What our role is, why God created us,
and the value of a human life.
And we know around the world,
there's people who disvalue human life,
and one of the things we want to do here
is help people who are choosing
should I bring this life into this world or not?
And that's why we've partnered with pre-born.
Across America, pre-born network clinics are putting the gospel into action
by surrounding mothers with hope and love and providing free,
life-saving ultrasounds.
And the impact is incredible.
This year alone, more than 50,000 babies have been saved,
and more than 5,100 people have made commitments to Christ through the ministry of pre-born.
And you can help make that first ultrasound possible for the next mother who walks through the door.
A lot of these people have life issues and unexpected problems that they can't overcome.
And Preborn helps to kind of provide a stopper in the door.
And what's especially important is they provide ultrasounds, Nate.
Yes.
Statistics show that if a woman sees her baby on an ultrasound, she's exponentially more likely to bring that baby into this world.
And your help with us in Preborn can help that woman see your baby and maybe choose life.
So listeners, will you join us and Preborn as we help rescue.
50,000 more baby's lives.
For $28, you can sponsor an ultrasound and help save a baby's life.
To donate, dial pound 250 and say the keyword, baby.
That's pound 250, baby, or donate securely at preborn.com slash blurry.
That's preborn.com slash blurry.
All gifts are tax deductible.
So that's one of the stories where you're like, you know, I lost this one, right?
But what can you do?
People have a will and they have to make choices.
So a couple months later, I got a DM and it's from her.
And she said, I'm ready.
I'm ready now.
And I said, you know, come to Seattle.
Maybe I didn't have to do it.
I felt like I was like, make the drive, man.
You know, I drove to Stink of Portland.
You could drive to Seattle.
You're like, yeah, it's part of the commitment.
Yeah.
And she did.
And we've got pastors in our church that were Muslims.
And now they've got 70 churches in Iran that they've planted.
And they're a huge part of our staff.
and they're just amazing.
And she came and I connected them with her.
She renounced Islam, declared the Lordship of Christ.
And it wasn't a fight, man.
She got set free just instantly.
And I thought that was a pretty awesome story.
But stories like that where sometimes you think you lost.
And we're told in the Bible to fight the good fight of faith.
I think that's the thing that people forget about is that fight is actually a, you know,
faith is actually a fight.
and we're fighting this every single day of our lives, right?
So for people that are watching or listening, right?
And they think that this isn't going to end well for them.
It will, man.
Like, Jesus doesn't want to just be your Lord.
He does, but he also wants to be your savior.
He wants to save you.
And that's where, that's where, again, like about 10 years ago,
all this stuff started really hitting strong on social media
around all these celebrities and around all these guys,
finding temporary salvation through, you know, Ayahuasca, Ibegain, DMT, all this.
I started following this about 10 years ago.
And I'm like, these guys are treating this so casually.
Like they're being so casual, but they're engaging with these entities.
They're experiencing like their own form of deliverance, their own form of salvation.
And I'm like screaming.
In fact, just last week, Chase Hughes was on Rogan.
and talking about a five-hour DMT trip that he was on.
It was so painful for me because they were so casual nonchalant.
And I was like, I was like screaming.
I was like screaming at my phone saying,
guys, you don't know what you're opening.
Because when you open a door, it's like when you open a door,
we can go out, right?
We can leave.
Yeah.
Okay.
And that's what's happening.
But then others can come in.
And I think that's the thing that people don't realize.
Why is it random?
Like what when this doesn't like not every trip, you know, has a bad, like not every time you play the Ouija board does something like enter you, but sometimes it does.
What do you think?
Why does it seem such like the darkness seems to be random and who it chooses to be a victim?
Like there's oppression, I think, but then like some people like they play a game once and then they have a demon full of demon possession.
And other people are like laugh at you.
They're like, oh, we play that a bunch of where kids, now that that never happened.
You know, and it makes people skeptical that that that's person's story.
Maybe there's some sort of motivation there to keep it kind of pick and choose.
Yeah, you know, it's like if you want to like, you know, have a garden, you got to plant a seed,
then you got a water the seed, and then something starts to grow.
And then eventually you've got, you know, a pumpkin or tomato, and then you harvest it.
So the same thing is true, anything spiritual, anything spiritual.
Anything spiritual is the same way.
It doesn't matter what religion.
Everything always starts in seed form.
And so by the time people engage with one of these modalities,
people are in different places in their spiritual journey.
And they had different longings.
And that's why we, as humans, turn to these various portals, if you will.
There's a longing in the soul for something.
So if you've got somebody playing with the Ouija board,
and there's no longing in their soul,
and maybe they're just in the room,
maybe they're just like, this is stupid.
All of a sudden, they begin to see something supernatural happen, but that supernatural doesn't get access to their soul because there was nothing in them that needed it.
Whereas other people, they go to those spirit boards, and they're not wanting to play a game.
They need to hear their son on the others.
I was with Troy Brewer on the San Juan Islands.
We're out in Roche Harbor, and there's this mausoleum out there.
And my wife and I, we hiked up into this mausoleum.
And it's this crazy thing.
They say it's haunted.
They say that when it rains, it won't actually rain inside of the open area where the seats are, where the remains of the family are and the chairs.
The one son would not become a Freemason, apparently.
And so that son didn't get a chair.
He didn't get a seat at the table.
So there's an empty spot for him.
And Andrew and I, we hike up into that spot.
And there's all these kids sitting there.
And they've got an Ouija board there.
And they're all just sitting.
So my wife and I go up and Andrew he goes let's just leave.
And I was like, yeah, you know, maybe we should.
And I was like, nah, this is kind of my thing.
This is kind of like, this is like, this is what I'm doing.
Portal here.
I do this for a living, not Ouija board, but like I instruct people on, yeah, on these things.
So I go up and there's one kid, he's obviously the guy in charge, you know, and he's in his 20s.
And I said, hey, it looks like you guys got in a Ouija board.
They're like, yeah, we're just getting everything set up.
We're going to do this little seance thing.
I said, you know, I'm a bit of an expert, you know, in this.
in this space.
Can I show you some stuff?
And he goes, well, sure.
I said, you got a piece of paper.
And so he had his spellbook.
And he didn't want to touch that.
So he reaches in.
He's got a big bag of weed, you know,
a big Ziploc bag full of, you know,
gongia and he takes it out, sets it down,
and he gets me a piece of paper.
And I began just drawing out, you know,
a diagram of these realms of the realm of the realm of earth,
the realm of the dead, what I would describe as the second heaven
and then the heavens of heavens.
Yeah.
And I said, when you were
doing this, you only have access to one realm, and that is the realm of the dead. The problem is
you're going into this realm outside of a legitimate portal, which means you're going to hear
real voices with potentially wrong information. And probably about 70 to 80% of it is going to be
true enough to win you over. That's the rest that's called deception. And so I'm a pastor. I believe
in Jesus. I believe he is the way, the truth, the life, the portal of portals and the only shepherd
that can be trusted.
And he goes, no, I already know this.
He goes, I'm the youth leader at my church.
And these guys are in my youth group.
These kids sitting at the table.
I said, bro, what are you doing, man?
And he said, when I was a little kid, my mom died.
And her ghost came and sat on my bed.
And then I never saw her again.
And my whole life, I've just wanted to be able to talk to my mom.
And that's why I do this.
I use this as a way of trying to access my mom.
Yeah.
Wild.
I mean, do you believe angels are protecting people in the room from, like, if there's a spiritual fight?
Like, they're trying to gain access through some portal.
But there's also, you know, there's also this fight to keep this stuff from coming in.
I think if God pulled back his armies, we'd all be possessed in some way, shape, or form.
Because I think evil would have, like, sort of an un, just no restraints.
You know.
Angels are awesome.
Okay,
they're cool.
But one day we will judge them.
Oh,
yeah.
And so.
But the fallen angels or the like regular angels?
Well,
yeah,
the fallen angels.
And what do you mean by that is that is that we have something greater than
angelic presence.
And that is that we have the Holy Spirit,
that the believer in Jesus has the Holy Spirit.
Sure.
And when you have the Holy Spirit,
then you've got the spirit of discernment.
But I'm saying if you don't,
if you're not a,
if you're just a regular,
you haven't converted your.
Yeah, I apologize because I realize that maybe there's a lot of people listening
that don't share necessarily my theology or even, you know, kind of.
No, no, no.
I mean, you're talking about an empty vessel versus someone who's filled the Holy Spirit.
Yes, yeah.
Just random kids have played the Ouija board that didn't get possessed.
Like, there seems to be some sort of protection.
When it comes to spiritual warfare, it's so important for every image bearer.
So every human is undergoing tremendous spiritual warfare.
every single human.
And that means that there's a battle of good versus evil,
light against darkness for every single human being.
And that is because we are image bears.
We are shareholders.
We are key holders.
And the only way that Lucifer gets to insert his agenda on the earth is through the image
bearers.
And so that's where there is a hierarchy of sequences where you see,
scrolls or mandates coming from the unseen realm through some sort of intermediaries for us it would be
angels you know but let's say like in the Korean culture it would be the serpents that evolve
into dragons over a period of a thousand years that take the intel of the sky god give it to
the shaman who would then translate it to the divine emperors where it gets legislated so we get
into that in the book where you see right yeah you get into every ancient culture
you will see a sequence of hierarchy
between the unseen realm
through the priesthood to the kings
and then that's where you get into
any sort of like governmental
you go to any sort of government building
you go to Washington D.C. They're always set up
as altars and they're always set up
as wherever you have an altar you have in portal
so you go into these places of governance
and the capital building. Always look up
and you'll see portal imagery
because this is, this goes back to the Greeks
this goes back to Babylon
on. This is the system of this world, man. And that's where Jesus came not to start a religion.
He came to inaugurate a kingdom. And that's where he's saying, man, don't get hung up on all the
power structures of this world because it is a part of a grid that is not compliant with the
kingdom of heaven. And then once you start to see this, you'll start to see portals everywhere.
You'll see it in commerce and, you know, all things, economics, education. You'll see it in the
medical industry, you'll see imagery that always goes back to Babylon for some reason. And you'll
see portal imagery everywhere. I think we discuss 11 different portals. You know, Pharmakia is just the
first chapter. That's just that sorcery of mind-altering, veil-thening substances to bring you into
this place of... Well, let's get into that because that's the one that seems to be pushed hardest.
You brought up Joe Rogan and that he's a big, you know, he's a big proponent for this. Also Graham Hancock,
who's everywhere, who I feel like is probably about 90% right on his ancient history.
Yeah, yeah.
But he has this whole weird pharmacia, this whole DMT aspect, everything that he wants to
wrap into it.
And it's become like whitewashed in a lot of ways.
I think it's like the same way that we could go to Barnes & Noble.
And you walk in and there is if you go to the bookstore, up front and center,
there's a whole thing about spell books for kids and manifesting for adults and
which is all just witchcraft being pushed front and center.
But I know in the book you talk about Pharmakia, so this idea of it's putting out as a sorcery in Revelation.
These things are related.
And then you talk, and it says this ancient gate, though, that's kind of as the enemy does, right, nothing's known to the sun.
It just gets repackaged, remarketed, and resent to humanity saying, this time, this is medicine or this time it's healing.
This is how you heal your PTSD.
This is how you heal your trauma, right?
You do these things.
And so what do we in your mind?
What are we dealing with and how does this?
And how does this relate to opening up this portal?
Because obviously, people across the globe are seeing the same entities, a lot of the same messages, machine elves and entities of light and tunnels.
Yeah.
And geometry.
Right.
Well, that's the, I mean, that's the old.
But it could just be, yeah.
It could just be a window you're looking through.
you know, you just get access to that window.
Yeah, and when we talk about pharmacia, you know, sorcery,
what we're not saying is that everything you buy from a pharmacy is witchcraft, right?
So, you know, if you're taking, you know, some ibuprofen or something,
you know, we're not calling that.
Right.
Of course, pharmacia.
So that's where a lot of people go super extreme, you know, like anything that's medicine.
No, what we're talking about is alters.
So anything that alters your.
soul. Your soul is your mind, your will, and your emotion. So anything that's going to alter the dynamics of your
mind, your will, and your motion, it's like when you bring something into you, and then it's actually
going to transform the composition of your spirit and your soul dynamic. Well, we're back to Eden,
right? So at Eden, there were two trees. There's a tree of life. You're welcome to eat of that.
But you're not allowed to eat of this tree of knowledge of good and evil. And so that's what the serpent does.
He says, bring this into you and there will be full disclosure.
This is the stuff that God has kept from you because he knows that if you ate this,
you would have God consciousness.
And isn't that what we're hearing right now?
Right.
Like bring this into you.
If you do, it will alter your consciousness.
You will experience God consciousness, even if it's just for eight minutes.
Yeah, I've had a, I mean, I had a buddy that did this for PTSD, military guy.
And he said he went down to Mexico and he was like I met God.
Yeah.
And during his Ivocaine or DMT trip and good buddy.
But I'm like, hmm, yeah, I don't think that's the way we do it.
And we have Krista Black sing on here who was talking about basically all these ayahuasca trips.
We're having a camp in Costa Rica.
And she's like, yeah, there's a false Jesus that ran around on the second half.
Yeah.
Wow.
Yeah.
I mean, you have layers.
I think people kind of know they live in sort of a world of Harry Potter, you know,
and you have the people that are the doubters, but they don't have the humility and they
don't have the training and understand.
Because, I mean, you read the Bible, you've got dreams, you got visions, you got portals,
you've got healings, you've got supernatural strength.
You've got, you know, all these characters that do the same thing as the dark side, right?
Yeah.
It's like Star Wars in a way.
Yes, sir.
Yeah.
And then you have like this modern, this last couple hundred years or maybe a thousand years where
people just don't it's like they've forgotten.
But they, I think they want to jump the fence and hang out without any accountability.
I think they want to, you know, take drugs, go hang out, you know, in spiritual land for an hour or two.
And then come back, be like, that was crazy, you know.
But they're not realizing the severity of what they're doing because it only takes one more
hopping the fence where you can't get back.
Right.
Yeah.
And I think that there's a place of like of, of, of, of, of, of rescue.
So like your buddy and, you know, and I always want to be super sensitive with our, with our veterans.
I had a good buddy of mine that, um, that got blown up and his Humvee and, uh, in, uh, over there.
Iraq, Afghanistan.
Afghanistan.
Thank you.
Yeah.
And it turned out to be an amazing thing that the medic was, was this girl and they fell in love and they got married.
You know, it's amazing.
But a crazy PTSD, right?
Yeah.
They came back with the stuff that he experienced over there.
Thornton's night and girl.
Yeah.
And so for these guys that are finding, that are finding relief.
And that's one of the things, you know, as we start having this conversation,
it's the thing that I see in the comments all the time is like, Darren, how dare you, right?
How dare you?
If I found relief, I found freedom in this, in this experience.
And that's what's going to complicate this conversation.
What do you do with that, Darren?
Because it's like, how do you address that?
because it does, right?
You have this whole thing where they pair,
this is ancient plant medicine with cutting edge medical technology
and they sell you both sides of this coin,
but we know that,
golly,
this is an ancient gate.
Yeah,
yeah,
even Theo Vaughan was talking about this,
this hallucinogenic experience that he was on.
I'm not sure of his DMT or what.
And he said that he was forced to come into this place of like forgiveness.
Of having to let all this stuff,
all this stuff go.
Right.
You know,
one of the descriptions on,
on ayahuasca is,
is usually one of the first creatures you see is,
is the cosmic serpent.
And what's interesting about the cosmic serpent is that when it coils around you,
it feels like you're getting all your toxins,
all your,
all your shame toxins and fear toxins,
um,
sucked out of your,
out of your spirit.
Like,
it's like,
it's like a form of deliverance as it's like coiling itself around you.
But then other people just describe it as this freak,
horrible experience that they want to get out of.
When the cosmic serpent or when mother ayahuasca disappears, people's, you know, Will
Smith, he did ayahuasca.
And he said when mother, because ayahuasca is not like a drug, right?
It's, it's a mother.
It's a personified, which is very bizarre.
Which is why you have to receive, the shaman has to receive permission before administrating
it.
And then the recipient has to surrender their soul to the experience.
And so it's all based off of permissions, off of a user agreement.
Well, that's just like, I mean, that's the legalism of the spiritual realm, right?
Like, you got to, it's the black eyed kids.
It's like, it's the saying, yes, I opened the door for the, yes, you can come in, right?
It's the legalities of.
Yeah.
So it's like this, man, it's like, hey, I'm going to help you, bro.
Like, you're obviously, you're need of help, right?
Like, you're in a dark place and, and it's, you're in a bad way.
So I'm going to help you.
problem is, is I'm not going to leave your house.
I'm moving in.
You understand?
Like, I'm going to be here.
All right, so check it out.
But within the Christian story, within the Christian experience, it's no different.
And so I'm going to help you.
I'm going to deliver you.
I'm going to save you, but I'm moving in.
You see, either way, that's the battle, man.
Something's moving in.
Because we're described in the Bible.
Humanity is described as like jars, jars of clay.
Great band.
Yeah.
Lift me up so high that I can't.
Maybe one of the best bands ever.
You know, what's the one of the guys from jars of clay actually?
Mud mud on my face.
Isn't one of the guys from Jarz of Clay, he dresses as Moses at Nashville Soccer?
And he's like the goal, he's like a character now at Nashville Soccer Club.
That's for real?
Yeah.
No, I have to Google this.
So we should do a documentary on.
It's one of the early Christian bands, I'm pretty sure it's jars of clay, dressed
as Moses let my people go
is this thing?
No.
Anyway, that's in the side.
I mean,
somebody should rescue it.
Okay,
so somebody should take you to do an Iowa Oscar retreat.
Well,
you're just trying to stop that.
So our,
I mean,
obviously I think that there are,
we know there are like light beings
that are false, right?
Like,
it's this,
it feels good.
It's,
but there's like always this trick,
this hook at the end of it all.
It kind of reminds me of like,
like humans that do magic. It's like all fake, but everyone's like impressed. Like, whoa. So you take this
DMT trip, you go there and you're like, oh, I'm impressed. But it's like, yeah, it's like angelic magic.
But it's not actually, you're not said, you're not being set free from anything. You're not,
you don't have access to. You're kind of hooked and then you have to go back. And like a lot of addicts,
they have to keep doing the drug to keep getting high. And then they start to go backwards, you know.
Is there, are there angelic beings or demonic beings that present themselves like they're good?
Well, yeah, absolutely.
A friend of mine claims allegedly that he saw Lucifer and he said, and he goes, he's an older guy.
He's in his 80s now and he goes, now where I'll tell you?
He goes, he ain't read and he doesn't have pitchfork.
He looks like one of the other.
of them Spanish princes.
And he's one of the most handsome men you've ever seen,
the deepest eyes you've ever seen.
And I always found that interesting,
whether or not people believe that or not.
But I think that people have this idea of that this is what
Lucifer looks like and that this is what hell looks like.
And the truth is that what deception looks like right now
is freedom.
What deception looks like right now is salvation.
what deception looks like right now is deliverance.
And I'd say every form of salvation, deliverance,
every form of inner peace, love, joy,
it is being offered right now.
But there's a huge price tag that I don't know if people are aware of
what the price of this freedom looks like.
There's always a price for freedom.
And then that's where I'm trying to like sound the alarm
or I'm trying to sound the alarm on this.
There's a guy that I was just listening to
and he was talking about how he did DMT.
and it opened him up,
but he said the only problem is,
is he couldn't close the gate.
And so he, so he almost lost,
like he's, he's talking about how he was on this date
with this, he's this comedian.
He's on this date with this girl,
and he's talking to her, his vision goes split
and he begins to see the consciousness of God and eternity.
So he's trying to have, he's not, he's not high.
It's been, it's been like weeks since he's done DMT.
And he goes, he goes, bro, I had to go to an Iowa
Oscar retreat just to close the gate. He said, the DMT opened it and I couldn't close it. He goes, I'm sitting there and I'm looking at this girl. I'm drinking my coffee. And I began to just trip out thinking, am I just in God's imagination? Just begin to just begin to absolutely freak out. He goes, I would have shot myself. So the only problem is, is that I know that if I would have done that, that would have permanently sent me into that insanity. Jeez. So how do we, I mean, we've talked on the show about connecting
this to the watchers of Genesis 6, right?
So there's like, if you read, especially like what the,
the Anacian narrative that talks about how they gave these gifts to humanity.
And we see in the Bible too, we see like this is so-and-so's a father of animal husbandry
and weapon-making.
And one of the things in Enoch is that it's pharmacia.
They teach them the cutting of roots and in the pharmacy.
And you also have this whole tale of the Apakalu and Mesopotamia.
And I mean, these things are all.
These radiant ones
Yeah
That are engaging humanity
Yeah
Yeah
And they're watching
You know humanity
In almost a weird kind of
David way
You know David was watching
From the rooftop
And he's watching this woman
That was bathing
And that's what you see
In Genesis 6
That the watchers end up
getting turned on
By the ladies
By the earth ladies
Right sure
Yeah
Earth women are crazy
And I think that
They're like
We don't have them
Yeah
Yeah
Our ladies got eyes
like this big one.
Like, forget that.
She's got too many wheels.
Graves don't even have eyelashes, man.
Or lips, man.
No wonder they like our ladies.
Yeah.
Smoky eye.
There's no smoky eye up there.
Yeah, that's where you get into the whole Nephilim thing, which is basically just hybridization.
And what's so fascinating about that is, is that hybridization agenda right now.
And I don't mean that in like a literal like Nephilim way.
like Watchers, you know, creating a super brute.
But what I mean is just this, like agenda and the culture to assimilate things into our bodies.
Right.
And to make us one with something that is not a part of like who we of who we are.
Right.
So when it comes to, yeah, when it comes to the Watchers, man, that's, that's I personally believe these things are.
I don't, you know, I like it when a Christian says that demons are, that aliens are just demons.
Like I like, I like that.
I'd rather hear that than be like, oh, no, they're angels or their biologics and we need to evangelize them, like the Catholic Church, right?
Or the Mormons, we're going to be sending missionaries to Mars, you know.
But, you know, God bless them.
But no, I had this crazy encounter where I was going to preach this message on aliens at our church on Sunday night, you know, on Sunday morning.
And it's because I did this series where people like submitted topics, right?
and aliens and UFOs is one of the topics.
And I was just going to, I was going to take it from the slant of like, aliens or demons, UFOs are military.
You know, and that was going to be my take.
You know, use the anti-Jacobson, kind of area 51.
You use all that information as part of my argument.
And when I was, I had this dream.
And then in this dream, I wake up and there are three grays at the end of my bed.
you know and I didn't realize at the time like this is a thing like this is a very since then
i found this instagram account of this artist that that did all these all their showed all their
childhood drawings of the grays coming to the end of her bed you know even in Disclosure Day when
the you guys seen Disclosure Day no no yeah you know like the elk the fox and raccoon
come to the end of her bed so that they don't scare her but dude that's like the classic imagery I had no
idea like that was like a thing now and in this tree
dream, like I wake up in the dream and there are three grays at the end of my bed.
Something scampers by.
Like it just like, like it runs by and I look and it's like a rat, but it's, it's the Chinese
dragon.
Like it's a dragon's got the mustache.
Yeah.
It's got the mustache thing.
You know.
And, and then I look on the wall and there's a star chart of the zodiac.
And I go to rebuke these things, you know, because I've, I've had lots of demonic dreams.
and you rebuke it.
It's not a big deal.
You just rebuke them and it's done, man.
You come out of it.
I go to rebuke them and I can't.
And I'm paralyzed with fear.
And I don't realize that's like a thing.
Like that's a very common thing.
And so I'm trying to rebuke him.
I can't get the words out.
And I just keep fighting it.
And finally I'm like, in the name of Jesus,
I rebuke you and I come out of the thing.
Well, all of a sudden my mind shifted a bit
because if something's simply demonic,
I have authority to rebuke that.
But if something is,
more of like a second heaven principality and power.
Where it's not just, so I don't believe these things are disembodied spirits of the
Nephilim.
Right.
I believe these things have jurisdictional authority in the second heaven.
Yeah, these aliens, these beings.
And I would not be offended if they could, if there were aliens that could take on that
form.
But I think big picture, we are seeing this kind of flirting with humanity.
And what's interesting is that it's happening through all these modalities.
Like it's happening through, you know, I mentioned before when Chase Hughes was on Rogan last week,
he said his wife prayed over the DMT before they administered it. Dude, they put it on an IV
because like a DMT trip's only supposed to be like 15 minutes. They're going to make it long. Yes.
Yeah. He was on it for five hours. And it began with aliens with the grays,
ripping his body open and sending a drill to his head and then like to his heart or something.
And they began doing surgery on him.
And his wife was like, that's good.
I prayed that they would operate on you because he's got like a brain.
He's got like a brain condition.
And so, but these guys will also say you through deep breathing can access the same dimensions and come into contact with the same entities.
You know.
And then so what's fascinating is you've got all these different ways of accessing the spirit realm.
It seems to be like they're all going to the same place.
Yes.
And it seems to be like there's engaging.
with the same entities and they're coming back with similar information.
Have you heard about the people who get locked out and can't get in?
I did.
I just heard about that recently.
Yeah.
Was that from your show?
That was from the diary of a CEO.
Yes, I heard about that.
And they wouldn't let them back.
Yeah.
No matter how much they smoked, they couldn't get back in.
It's crazy.
Yeah, which feels like.
Like they established like their own burning sword at their Eden.
Yeah.
Well, I think that it's a place.
I think it's, I mean, I didn't know what I,
I thought about aliens and all the stuff.
Yeah.
And I think that, you know, we always sort of talk to different types of people who, I mean, a lot of people off air will describe certain things.
But people will have these abduction experiences that are very parapysical.
But that's the best word I think I've heard recently about it.
It's physical, but it's also parents.
It's putting these two, it's like they're being taken through a window, but they have a memory of being on like a,
a sterile ship and some sort of surgery is going on.
They didn't do DMT.
They don't want this to happen.
They're Christians.
They're praying.
They're rebuking.
It's still happening.
And if they're building an army to fight God, then they would need some sort of human
genetics.
It seems to be like there's just a bigger war going on.
Yeah.
And Christians like to say, well, it's to demons because I think it's, it limits it to
this small thing.
Yeah.
It's just this small little thing.
And I would say that's the only pushback that I would give to a longer.
It's like, who knows what exists?
But the messaging, what are they, who are they loyal to?
And obviously the King and Kings.
What's the narrative?
Yeah.
What's the narrative?
But I think as Christians, because we're so afraid, well, giants existed, angels and humans.
You know what I mean?
We kind of want to put all this in boxes and say, no, it's not that big of a deal.
So what do you think they are?
What do you think, are they coming from the second heaven?
You were kind of describing that.
And there is a physical part of this story.
You can't deny if you get into it for a while.
Crashes and medals.
Yeah, yeah.
Well, I always go with option D, all the above.
So I think that part of this is a sciop where there's information that's being given to us to feed a narrative to exploit fear.
And that goes all the way back to the war of the worlds and all this stuff, the CIA learned from that.
So I think a big, I don't think that we, I mean, obviously, it's like if it's coming from the news,
yeah, it's probably not true, right?
It's coming from YouTube.
It's still probably not true.
But, you know, so part of this, I believe is a sciop.
It's a bit of a narrative.
Part of this is real.
Part of this is probably military.
And a part of this is maybe demonic.
And then a part of this is second heaven entities with an agenda.
And what?
It's pretty balanced to take.
I think it's a good one.
I think it's pretty, I think everybody wants a zero-sum game.
It has to be.
that's complicated. But it's usually way more complicated than that. Yeah, it's all the above. And then I would
bring it back to it. It's a spiritual battle. And the battles for this generation, man, the battles for
humanity. It always has been. And that was like, that takes you back to, you know, Lucifer. Like,
he couldn't just insert his dominance. His dominance had to be inserted through the corruption of
Adam. And to the degree that humanity is corrupted, to that degree, they're susceptible to assimilate
Luciferian agendas on the earth. But likewise, the kingdom of God is established through a people
that are carrying his presence, glory, and an agenda. So we've got one big overused word, you know,
and that's Christian. And it kind of means everything and nothing at the same time. In Seattle,
it means a lot more than it means in Dallas. In Seattle, if you call yourself a Christian,
it's going to cost you something. And Dallas, okay, it just kind of hate you for it.
I'm just around by communists, so it's a little different than everybody goes to church and
Texas.
Yeah.
For the L.A.
Same kind of thing, right?
From Portland to Seattle, man, it's, you can feel like you're driving into a little bit of a
cloud.
Yeah.
I mean, it was overcast all the time.
But you feel like a spiritual oppression in that part of the country, for sure.
So it's really, man, it's more of a conversation around authority.
And I think that's why I wrote this book is because this isn't to like glorify darkness.
Like I'm really not impressed with darkness, right?
But it's like, man, I want to awaken people to like the spiritual battle.
taking place.
I want to awaken parents to like, we get into like the Elsa gate stuff with YouTube and
like all this stuff that's that that isn't just allowed to happen.
It's actually enabled by the system.
Like this huge grooming conversation, whether it's, whether it's a woke agenda of grooming
your children for, uh, for, you know, sexual corruption, right?
Or if it's the grays that are coming to you and molesting you in some sort of encounter,
man, it's the same battle.
And it's, and it's to take dominance.
over your mind, your will, and your emotions,
to rob you of the authority,
to rob you of what God had in mind when he created you.
And when you think about that, every person
is created in the image and likeness of God
and that God formed them and frame them
in their mother's womb for the earth,
for such a time as this.
We are not Darwinians.
Like we truly believe that through every person,
that Jesus died for every person,
and that the role, the goal is not just their salvation.
Like that's been the thing.
like in the Christian thing is that Jesus taught the doctrine of salvation.
But he did it.
He really did it.
He taught the doctrine of the kingdom.
And that is because the human has to know, the human, okay, you humans.
You humans.
You know, the human has to understand their divine significance and importance.
That's what's being awakened in a pseudo-counterfeit way in these experiences.
Sure.
People are being awakened to their divine consciousness.
and they come back with a sense of everything and nothing at the same time.
So they are given a sense of significance, well, robbed of all significance.
Because who are you if you are in everything and everything is in you?
But if you are awakened to the reality that you're a child of God, you are a son,
you are your father's son.
And when you're awakened to the part that you are in the will and that that can't be robbed from you,
then that does give you a real sense of purpose and significance.
significance to know that you're a part of a royal bloodline.
And that's the storyline of the Bible
that we gotta get back to.
It's from Eden to the New Jerusalem.
And I know our future.
You can't know the future.
Well, I do.
The future is we will rule and reign with King Jesus
in the new earth, in the new Eden.
And we have to prepare the earth for the reentry of the king.
So that is where we see this huge, huge battle right now
for the attention, for the spirit
of a generation.
Oh, you said that, I want to address this to you.
Sorry, I got preaching there.
No, no, that's great.
No, because we're talking portals, right?
And so on the other side of this portal, this entry, wait a second, have all of these
entities that we're arguing are not hallucinations, but you say in the book they're
recruiters.
Well, they recruiting people for and two.
And also, how does that connect to the Masonic tradition?
Because I think these are really interesting points.
If you want to offend these guys, like, you know, I think Rogan's pretty cool and
pretty open-minded as far as how he approaches this. But most of these guys, if you want to offend
them, just tell them that it was a hallucination. Yeah. You say, oh, that was just hallucinations.
It's in your mind, bro. They'll say, they'll say, who do you think you are? You know, and apparently
they say that they've got scientific data to prove now that they're not going in, that they really
are going out. And these studies where you all have a guy come in from London,
somebody coming in from South Africa, somebody coming in from New York, and they'll all lay on the
ground, they'll all close their eyes. They'll all go through convulsions at the same time. They'll all go to
the same place, engage with the same entities, acknowledge each other, communicate through telepathy
in these places. That's pretty hard to believe that they went in. No, that's what they call.
It's what they call it a trip. You know, you're going on a trip. Isn't Hancock and Rogan and a few of
these other guys you were just talking about? Their whole point right now is to do the IV-DRIP DMT
so they can map. They're trying to map this place that everyone goes to. It's not, which is,
And out of hallucination, everybody's having the same hallucination, right?
Or having the same conversation, same entities, right?
Well, I think that that temptation of curiosity existed from the dawn of time.
Yes.
Obviously, Eve is like, you want to take drugs.
I want to know a little bit more than I know now.
I want to go over the hill and see what's on the other side.
Like, that is the human existence, but it's like God didn't build this in with this
like sort of like we're not created to know how to deal and adapt to that world, to that realm.
We don't have the, we don't have that, the sort of the tools to deal with it.
You know what I'm saying?
Whereas I think the angelic realm does.
They kind of know, okay, if we're here, this is how we operate, but when we're down here.
So, you know, where is the line?
I would guess because, like you said, there's like some drugs that are helpful in there.
they help us, you know, deal with a headache.
And then there's some drugs that take us to Narnia.
And we don't know what we're doing in Narnia.
And that's what it is, man.
These guys on DMT, you know, they go there for 15 minutes,
but they felt like they were there for years.
Yeah.
And they come back and, yeah, so where's the line?
You know, yeah, what was being sold in Eden was, was narcissism.
It was secret knowledge.
Yeah.
And in that's a huge, that's a huge selling.
So that goes into it, right, with like the Freemasonry, right?
Like you was like, explain that.
Because that was the allure of Freemasonry is that we're going to fill you in on
on secret knowledge.
And once you come into these sequences, once you step into these sequences and with
this understanding, when you apply this in your life, it's going to unlock, you know,
the secrets of the universe are now going to be working in your favor, actually propelling you
so that you won't be a victim of the universe.
you won't be a victim of chance,
but you'll become a Lord over chance.
And you can take your Christianity into this with you.
You can take your higher power.
You have to have one.
So you take your higher power into this.
So this Gnostic sequence is congruent
with any sort of deity or religious system.
This is a set of laws.
These are a set of laws that exist in the universe
that once you begin to apply this into your life,
it will give you divine favor.
It's witchcraft.
Yeah.
And it does.
And that's the thing is that when these things are being sold, you know, sold, you know, they're not being sold for money.
You know, people are like, it's all about the money.
No, it's not about the money.
Nobody cares about the money.
They care about the power.
They care about the lordship.
That's the keys.
You know, it's all about the data.
Nah, dude, you know, it's not about data.
Yeah.
It's not about data, darn it, you know.
It's not about money.
It's about power.
It's about lordship.
And so what I'll do is I will give to you power.
Okay.
And I'll give you more power than you even know what to do with.
You want money?
Well, that one's easy.
Right.
You want fame, please.
We can get you, we can get you a fete.
We can do a hawk-toe video or, or, you know, on, on, and get you instant fame and get
your own crypto coin.
Right.
Yeah.
You know, some of these stories where people come out of nowhere and you think, how did that
happen?
How did you get to that kind of prominence?
Yeah.
So all of this is easy, but what does it cost you?
It costs you your soul.
How much do you think this all operates sort of like the Matrix?
You know what I mean?
Like there's this coding of reality and then we can sort of take DMT, hop into the code.
Yeah, we actually talk about dreams as portals.
And so we get into the Matrix thing in the book.
So dreams are a portal, okay, because the dreamscape is an actual realm.
And these people, they use dreams as a way of hacking reality.
So there are apps and stuff now that you can download
or you can have sex with celebrities through lucid dreaming.
You know, imagine selling that.
Like, you know, have sex with your favorite celebrity
and do it in the dreamscape so there's nothing wrong with it.
But the problem is, is that, again, are you going in or are you going out?
And then if you're going out, who's to say that that happened in your imagination?
So with Morpheus, you know, in the Matrix and all of that, you know,
you know, Morpheus was, right, like the Greek god of sleep, you know,
And he was the master dream hacker.
His dad, his dad hypnosis, where we get the word hypnosis,
he was the Greek god of actually the sleep realm.
And then Morpheus was the dream god.
And so you would give yourself to the dream God.
The dream God would unlock in you reality.
And that's what we see there in the matrix is communion.
He's offering him.
He's offering him two pills.
And what he says is exactly what Lucifer said,
bring this into you and you'll be awakened to reality.
You'll come out of the simulation.
And that's what I hear these guys saying that when you take DMT,
it's not that you go into hallucination,
is that you come out of it.
You come out of the simulation.
Something's more real.
Yeah.
And for a brief moment.
And I like what you were,
you called it like paranormal, right?
Paraphysical.
Paraphysical.
Yeah, that's the word, parapysical.
Yeah.
And what's happening right now is that the supernatural is becoming more normal,
than the natural.
And that's where like, do you guys remember
when there used to be atheist?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
There's still a couple hanging around.
Yeah.
Yeah.
But like, nobody cares about it.
Right.
Like, and so like it's like, I mean, Jesus loves them.
But the days of Noah, nobody was an atheist.
Yeah.
Because they could see the realms interacting.
And I think that's.
And that's where we.
And we've done episodes where atheism is dying.
It's like the idea of, I mean, we just explosion of, of,
spirituality and the new age and I'm a spiritual person, right?
Yeah.
Like, I think we are on that.
But people love to tell, you know, ghost stories.
And I think we're telling a lot more.
And I think after the lockdowns of the world, people are like,
you better believe in a ghost story.
You're in one.
You know what I mean?
Like we know, we know something else is going on.
But I think there's always this temptation to use your ego to access it or go through God,
which I remember when Heiser came on our show the first time he said.
That's so cool.
That's when I first found out about your guys show.
I was when, we had a higher.
Mike was the man.
He said, you know, the reason why, you know, the stories
of Moses, the Bible is a highlight reel because he was probably bored a lot of the time. And when
humans get bored, like musicians backstage, what do they start doing? Drugs. Yeah. Boredom.
It needs to drugs. Straight line. But straight line. But God seems to set up this, this realm where it's like
you long for more. Yeah. But the way he does it is these long gaps of time where you,
You pray, you seek, you try to listen.
Yes.
And you have to, you, and you get tired.
And you're like, I'm going to hop into Narnia my own way.
I'm tired of waiting for you to do something.
I want to go into my own promised land right now.
And we don't have any humility in the way that we access.
It's about when we control the timeline.
Like, I want things on my, this is just the gardening.
And on my terms.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And like I said, our church is called Eden.
Where our church is located, it's literally called the Garden of Eden.
on the real estate maps.
Yeah.
Yeah.
That's awesome.
And, but it was from Heiser years back that I, that I heard.
There was psychedelic plants.
Yeah.
That's right.
There's like one tree in our garden.
It's a tree of life.
It was Heiser that, that I originally heard talk about all of these attempts are just
humanity's attempt to get back to Eden.
All of these modalities.
He wasn't talking about portals or drugs or anything.
He was just saying like, look at the Tower of Babel.
That was humanity's attempt.
Sure.
To hack the ingredients that.
they had to get back to Eden, but not through the proper gateway.
Right. Yeah. And I found that fascinating because, you know, Solomon would say that eternity
has been embedded into the hearts of humanity, you know, that within, you know, Tim Keller used
to say that when something supernatural happens, the human, that's my word choice.
The human. The human longs for it. The human longs for the supernatural because it's in their
heart. It reminds them of walks with the divine and the garden. And yet everything in them wants to
run because of their own depravity that's keeping them from the holy. And man, I think that that's
the tension that we're that we're that we're living in. Yeah. It's it's weird time. So I mean,
how do you feel like what are there some stories of people opening closing portals? Like
how do you? I was going to ask you about that too. Like when do what about people becoming portals?
was a man become a gate.
Yeah, it was interesting.
A guy that was just listening to,
the community that I told you that was at coffee
and his vision split,
what he said was DMT opened me and it left me open.
So a guy just emailed me and his buddy was a veteran
and went to an ayahuasca retreat.
And he said,
I found freedom, man.
I found freedom.
Yeah.
You know, he said, but it left me open.
And he said, and now there's no veil.
And I see angels and demons everywhere.
Wow.
You know.
And the problem with that is that without discernment, again, without like a spirit in you that is holy, the holy spirit, you don't, you don't have the skill set to be able to figure out if an angel light is actually an angel light.
Yeah.
Or is a baddie.
Yeah.
Yeah, so like when you're watching TV or you're like, yeah, I don't trust any of this.
Yeah.
You know, but in the spirit realm, we trust anything that we see.
Well, I think that's why Loviticus is like telling people what to do and what not to do.
Yes.
Because it's like, I can't explain to you the cosmic rules.
Just don't do it.
Yeah.
Because you're going to open yourself up.
So he said, DMT opened me, ayahuasca closed me.
Huh.
When he went to Iwaska, he was able to close that door and get back to.
What do you think's happening?
again i i don't trust any of the word choice because it alleviated a symptom well whereas
something is now there is a there's a pseudo savior there now and he and now he has to do
ketamine on a monthly basis and he calls that his god his god connect
so he's using ketamine the mdma because that that keeps him connected with god so he goes i believe in god now
I believe in a central divine force, and I maintain that through.
So again, what people are describing is a sense of salvation.
I feel like it saved me.
So how can it be wrong if it saved me?
I feel like it delivered me when Madre Ayahuasca came to me or I was coiled by the serpent
or when the aliens operated on me, I got delivered of that stuff.
And then they come back and there's a sense of more lostness than before.
When you start having conversations, they had a very real experience.
But it feels temporary and it feels like even if they didn't go back to the gambling addiction or like, you know, kicking the dog or, you know, or abuse.
When I'm, and I've listened to just countless hours of these interviews, there's still just this real sad sense of lostness that is that is there.
You know, my cousin, you know, might be kind of funny to some, but he was, he was.
He was kind of a nerd and just had no street credit at that school.
And it was always getting picked on.
And so he got into Dungeons and Dragons.
And he became, I guess it's like a dungeon master.
Is that a thing?
I guess so.
Yeah.
This is very stranger things.
Okay.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And he got to the point where he was like coming up with these characters.
But he was designing them.
But it wasn't even his hand that was drawing them.
So his hand would just.
And all of a sudden he became like a thing.
He became like a kind of like a celebrity.
Like he had like people just so respected the stuff that he was,
the stuff that he was doing.
But it got to the point where these creatures that he was, that he was, that he was creating,
all of a sudden started to visit him at night.
And so he would imagine, you know, it's like a demonic McGee-Me.
Yeah.
Are you guys familiar with McGee?
Yeah.
So that's like the redeemed version of this.
The kid draws the cartoon.
You know, this guy with this weird yellow hair.
It's skate expectations is my favorite, favorite McGeelemmy episode.
I did stay at the creator's house one time on tour.
Yeah, get out of, yeah.
It's awesome.
This is like a demonic McGee and me.
Yeah.
But you're going to tell that story?
Well, no, we were, we were, we need to play.
You stayed at his house.
We stayed at his house.
We need a place to crash.
We played a chain reaction in Southern California.
And then this girl was friends with our guitar player.
He's like, we could stay at my parents' house.
And then she's like, my dad created me, McGee and me.
And they're like, what?
Wow.
Did you stay the night there?
Yeah.
Did McGee, like, visit you?
No, no.
At night.
He's actually an author and he's written a bunch of books.
What if the door opened and like that guy, McGee walked in, like, it was like playing a guitar or something?
Did you see, though?
My sleep where else is demon is McGee.
So we brought on, here's a crazy other McGee me story.
We brought on J.P. J.P.
You know him?
No, JP.
He's a pastor in Texas.
I'm a Seattle.
He's taking an Uber through L.A.
and his driver is Nicholas from the actor.
Nicholas is an Uber driver?
His Uber driver in L.A.
And he's like, dude, are you McGee and me?
That's another documentary.
I know, right?
Forget about Goldberg for Mighty Ducks.
He takes a photo and he posts it and he's like, dude, I was talking about the gospel,
but he doesn't know where he's at now.
And I thought, oh, there needs to be a documentary on that and a documentary in the jars of clay guy that dresses up like Moses.
Let my people go.
These are like five-minute documentaries.
But here's a thought to get us back on track.
You know, I was always as a kid a little bit frightened when it said, you know, you could cast out demons in my name.
Yeah.
But I never knew you.
Yeah.
And there's this aspect of we can have a relationship.
What you were saying is we want a relationship.
We want to be known.
That's really what I think we're doing when we're doing these drugs.
It's like trying to find some answers because there's like this chasm between us and God.
God and we're trying to get there.
But it seems like some people can use even heavenly language to get a demon to leave,
but they still miss this relationship with God.
And I think when we're doing drugs, we're kind of playing around with it, but we don't have a
relationship.
And then we're sabotaged because then they're like, I have access to you.
I can destroy you.
But what I think ultimately we're looking for is the relationship with Jesus that is real.
is not something that is just,
you know, you hear about that,
have a relationship with Jesus,
but it's like, I don't believe alien beings
if they, you know, and their physical,
I don't think they have that ability.
They can't have relationship.
They can do what they do and it doesn't buy it.
You know what I mean?
They can subject people, torture them,
do it all of stuff.
Because they don't have that image in them.
They don't feel the loss of relationship
or the pain like we can.
I don't know if that makes sense,
But I think there's like, there's a lot there, but I feel like it's relationship.
It's, it's intimacy with the demonic.
Is that possible, right?
Like that'd be like a good question.
You know, I think what's in, we talk a little bit about like the incubus and succubus spirit.
Yeah.
You know, and what that is is a form of counterfeit intimacy that comes at night in order to basically establish a soul tie with you.
Yeah.
You know, and so, yeah, I would say that that demons absolutely do possess the ability to perform intimacy or to perform a
affection in order to earn trust.
Yeah.
And I would imagine that even Lucifer had some form of trust, just being a part of, you know,
I personally believe that Lucifer was a part of the divine counsel, and that that was a whole
dynamic in Eden at that, in that time.
And so he would, these things having come from being created by God, you know, all these things
have been created actually by God.
And so they all possess souls.
And so when you think about a demon actually possesses a soul,
it would be fair to say that these aliens,
the train's not going to like come plowing through this.
Dude, it feels like, yeah.
Dude, my son is obsessed with trains before.
Do people hear the trains on the microphones when they come by?
I don't think so.
I don't know.
It very rarely goes by.
Yeah.
Dude, my son, Jack would be insane.
They'd be nuts if a train just plowed through us and killed us right now.
That would be it, dude.
We all died.
Right through a portal?
Right through a portal.
they were all in heaven at the same time
and we just became friends
that reminds me with Ghostbusters
when he's like
when he's down in the subway
and then like the ghost train
goes like right through him
and he's like yes
yes
with the Polar Express
dude let's talk with the Polar Express
that's totally deodic
Ghostbusters is like
Train picked your kid up in the middle of the night
once we always sell him like no no no he doesn't go by himself
mom and dad go with him
yeah never get on train in the night
I mean as a kid in the 80s when you watch
no tracks in your front yard bro
train can't
actually be there.
Yeah.
But we've done some episodes on that.
That's a weird phenomenon.
Ghost trains?
Ghost trains, ghost ships.
These things are real.
That's awesome.
And I don't know.
It doesn't just extend to maybe a dead person.
I got to find those episodes and listen to them.
There's some really interesting stories that came out of like, you know, early, early turn
of the century or like the one I always think was a dude got on the train, says it was like,
what, like dripping water and wet and.
Yeah.
It was like it was emerged in.
water and then he got on it in the middle of the night he was like he was at a train station
and then the train came through and stopped and he's like what there's no train scheduled to
come through he gets on this thing and it takes off and then he bails out into the snow
couple of he pulls the emergency brake and it rips off in his hand and he just and he bales out of
this thing and he has this like ghost train wild stuff I mean like he was here he was here in
the scene no no no this is a documented and you can go look at us like early 1900 goes back to his
boss and he's like, he's like, why are you late here through a portal?
Yeah, yeah, we're like, wait a minute.
He had to walk all the way back to where his train station was and then talk to his boss and
his boss like, you're crazy, where have you been, you missed your whatever.
He's like, I've been walking all night.
What happened?
He's like, I got on a train that came through this, he's like, whatever.
Yeah.
He's like, he pulls out this cord and he gives it to him.
He goes, those haven't been in trains for like 15 years.
Where'd you get that?
And he's like, it was all the train.
And then he found out that this train had like went off the tracks and like went into like a lake.
Wow.
And everyone died.
Wow.
And sailors would describe these ghost ships that would come up next to the boat,
follow them for a little while with no crew,
and then just leave, and it looked like they were submerged.
So there's some sort of like,
there's some sort of weird spiritual law where like the last five minutes of like
either a person's life or a traumatic experience.
The law of last five.
It like loops.
Maybe.
Maybe not five minutes.
But it seems like there's some story connected.
Well, this ghost, she was killed in this house.
Yeah.
These sailors all died in a certain way.
Back to the original show here.
But it kind of opens you up to realize that they're like the spiritual realm has these rules and laws and we have no idea.
Yeah.
And we sort of play with them.
Back to kind of like the verse I was talking to, we just had a train go by.
So we kind of, I don't know where we are.
It seems like even like saying the name of Jesus has power.
but that doesn't mean you have a relationship with Jesus.
Yeah, that's right.
That's right.
And I think people are trying to play in God's spiritual world without having a relationship.
Well, we need that.
It was the case, too.
We had Jeremiah Johnson on.
He was talking about the cup they found in Alexandria at the bottom that talks about, literally
from like the first century that talks about Jesus, Jesus the magician.
Yes.
So there was like sorcerers, magicians at the time really contemporary Jesus that were using
his name in their practice.
And it was working.
Because he was a legend at that.
point. You know, this is after, you know, within decades after his death. So there's like this,
that's just to piggyback that paradigm. That was happening in the ancient world. They're like,
oh, there's power in this name. Yeah. All these, all these religions have their own version of
exorcists, right? And because all these religions experience demonic possession. And so they all
recognized demonic possession. And they'll have their own version of their exorcists. And what's
fascinating is that even within like Buddhism and Hinduism, that if it gets bad enough and if they
aren't making progress, eventually they'll just use the name Jesus. And when they do, the spirit,
the spirit goes. So especially within Hinduism, they have no problem invoking the name.
Well, they'll just try to like fold him into their thing, right? Like if you're a Buddhist,
he's like, well, he was an enlightened master. So this is how why we can do that, right? Or,
et cetera, right? Like, I mean, if you're, if you're a Muslim, it's he was one, he was a great
prophet. Yeah. And even for anybody like watching or listening, like, if they were to have a
horrible dream, right? They're having a horrible dream. Or they're having them all the time,
let's just say. And if they wanted to, they could use the name Jesus and it would stop.
That's how powerful that name is. Authority. Yeah, but it's not just a name. It's a person.
Right. Yeah. And that's what we're talking about. You can invoke a name as you would with a mantra.
Yeah. And it'll be powerful. Right. Very powerful. But it's it's the invitation isn't Christian
magic. The invitation is into the relationship to know the person. And that's what's fascinating. That's what's so radical about
about this is that we're actually claiming you can know the person of the Christ.
We're actually claiming you can know Jesus and that he'll come to you.
Darren, is that the message that people listening now that are saying,
hey, I've gone and searched and done the Iowaska retreat.
I've done the kundalini stuff.
I've, I'm searching like, I'm not the villain here.
I was just looking, I'm hurting.
I was looking for answers.
I mean, what do we, what do we as a, maybe put your pastoral head on for those folks that have,
their search to all that. What do we, what is the first thing you want them, them to hear about,
you know, about portals and about, you know, that journey? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. No, thanks. I, you know,
Jesus would say, it's like a house. Like Jesus is always like using metaphors. I love it. Yeah,
Jesus is like, it's like a house, right? And the house is full of all these unclean things.
And then you, you know, you kick them out. And then if you don't fill the house, then they're going to
come back times seven, right? And man, Jesus, he's so brilliant. Like, who would have thought?
You know, we are actually kind of like a house, you know, and our heart is kind of like a door.
Yeah. And if your door is open to everything, you're going to, you're going to be a haunted house,
man. You know, in Seattle, you know, we go out and just talk with people and just minister to people
and we do a lot of stuff with the homeless and, you know, we have some fun with the Antifa and
just, you know, it gets wild, you know. We do some stuff in Portland too. And when I'm talking to people,
I was used the supernatural conversation as kind of just like a way to start conversation.
You don't dress as Moses?
No, I should.
You're a missionary to Chas?
I should, yeah, I was there the last four days of Chas.
You were the missionary.
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah, what is it?
The autonomous.
They left you into Chaz.
The autonomous zone, right?
Yeah.
It's a different country, bro.
We went in at 1030 at night.
And it was our first night going in.
And that's a big thing.
That's an awesome story.
But the night we went in is when this little kid.
kid was shot. Oh, wow. And the guy that I got to basically lead to the Lord was the guy that was
kind of the last guy put in charge of it. And he carried that kid's body to the hospital.
His dad came the next day, you know, just his dad was, his dad's pissed. He came and just like,
just started cussing everybody out. And his dad was on Hannity. Hannity gave his entire show to
that kid's dad. I got to minister to that kid's dad. We were there the last, literally the last four
days when it, when it shut down. We saw miracles. Talk about, talk about, talk about D.E.
We saw demons coming out, out of people.
So we got the endorsement after that first night because they always thought we were the proud boys because we were like this group of white guys.
They always thought we were cops.
Did you guys all wear khakis and matching polos?
You're like, wait a minute.
We like undercover cops.
Yeah, this guy's feds.
Yeah.
So we had their permission to be there.
And they let us just do whatever we want.
And they'd be like, these guys are the preachers, you know.
So people have their doors open to everything.
I like that.
Yeah.
So this is the process, right?
It's first of all, man, it's it's lordship.
It's, and it's basically, I just tell people, hey, man, I just pray, just pray,
Jesus, I belong to you, all of me.
Like that, that's lordship.
People like, that's not powerful.
Well, if you did that to Lucifer, it would be like Lucifer.
I'm not going to say that, right?
But just say, Jesus, I belong to you.
Jesus, I surrender.
I declare your lordship over my life.
However you want to do it, right?
In your own, you know, word choice.
But then you've got to renounce all that stuff you let in.
you know, those are squatters, man.
And you can't have squatters in your house.
And that could be everything, man.
It could be spiritual stuff.
It could be addiction stuff.
It could be even emotional stuff.
Like a lot of times we're like, I'm just an angry person.
You know, I'm just a, I'm just a pissed off person.
That's who I am, man.
You know, I'll deal with it.
Like, no, that's not.
I've got no filter.
Yeah.
You know, Paul would say, you know,
there's like the desires of the flesh.
And actually, it's interesting because sorcery,
like, Farmer Key is one of those things
of the desires of the flesh.
That's fascinating.
It is.
Because then he goes,
but then there's the fruit of the spirit.
And he contrasts the desires of the flesh
with the fruit of the spirit,
which is love, joy, peace, peace, right?
Patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,
gentleness, and self-control.
So that's really interesting
because when you see all of these access points
and all of these drugs in order to have peace,
no, peace is a fruit.
Peace is a person.
Peace is Jesus.
So what we got to stop saying is, I'm just an angry person, I'm just a depressed person,
I'm just a traumatized person.
That's not who you are.
Those are squatters.
And you renounce those things.
And you go, believe it or not, through the same process that you go through under DMT,
it's just the legitimate process.
And it's the process of surrender, just like you did for ayahuasca.
In ayahuasca, you literally have to say, I surrender my soul to this.
Yeah.
Same thing with Jesus.
You have to say, man, everything that I am, right?
Everything that I represent.
Like my brand, like my thing, everything that I thought that I was.
Yeah.
I surrender that.
And, you know, and then you got to close the door, man.
You got to close the door so that those things can't come back.
And then it's like you're protecting, you're protecting your personhood.
You're protecting your body.
Your gates.
Speaking of portals, right, what do you think your eyes are, right?
Yeah.
Your ears, your heart, your mouth gate.
And you begin to lock everything down.
And then you're consecrated and you become inverts.
And that's amazing. Because now the kingdom of God, Jesus said the kingdom is inside of you.
And so now you're not trying to get outside stuff in. Now you're actually releasing Christ Jesus,
the hope of glory through those same gates where you're always trying to get stuff in. And now you
actually become a contributor. And that's what we got to develop, right? It's like we got to,
we got to deconstruct this consumeristic religious mentality that we have.
The consumer, you know, even in the supernatural space, all buying all these books.
and everything they can to consume supernatural content.
Whereas like, what did Jesus do?
He didn't, you know, he didn't allow, if I was Jesus,
I would have served myself with the supernatural.
I would have turned lakes into hot tubs.
You know, it would be a bit of caves and dishonest.
He never used the supernatural to serve himself.
Yeah.
He always used the supernatural to contribute and to serve those who were lost.
And that's what we got to wreck this consumeristic, like, feed me thing.
Yeah.
And we've got to begin to start.
start to contribute to use these gates, this portal that we are to begin to give back and to serve
so lots of people can be found.
Yeah, because I do.
I do, yeah, 100% there's that ego involved because I think that human beings are not designed
to be, we are not more powerful than these beings that we're encountering.
So we're always going to be sort of under their authority if we open up a portal or a gate
to them.
It's not like we are higher than the angels right now.
I think we have something in us that eventually will come to fruition.
We'll eventually get there.
But I think that we sort of are like kids playing in the playground.
And we know there are these evil entity that are like the bigger kids are there.
And then no matter what we do, you know, I think it's hard for us as human beings to see ourselves in as sort of vulnerable.
we're not the hierarchy.
We're not the top of the food chain
in terms of the spirit world.
I'd push back a little bit, is that right?
Yeah, do it.
All right.
Jesus kind of changed everything, right?
Sure.
Like when Jesus died and the veil was torn,
that was like a real big deal, right?
Yeah.
And so Jesus didn't just die for us.
Yeah.
Right?
He died as us.
Our depravity, all of our stuff.
Sure.
That he who knew no sin became all of our sin,
the record of our corruption.
So we could take on his record.
So like in him we live, in him we move,
in him we have our being.
So much that Paul would say that we're actually seated
with Jesus in heavenly places.
That when Christ died, he disarmed.
So he kind of like removed the arms
of these principalities of powers.
For the very first time,
the nations were actually opened up
to a new authority, to a new name.
To the gospel.
And so Jesus deputized the church.
You know, because a lot of people say,
like, who are you?
Who are you to go to Kenya?
who are you to go and to declare your God?
No, like, this is who I am.
I am who I am because of who I am in union with.
And that means that I can go in
and not have to function underneath the pollution
of that principality and power.
Sure.
So this is where a missional authority
really comes in in the book of Acts in Acts chapter 2.
Because when all of a sudden these guys
are speaking other languages for the first time,
they think that they actually have the right
to go to these places and do these people.
Well, it's because they did.
And so the reason why I push back a little bit is that if you're not in Christ, if you're not in Christ, if you don't have the Holy Spirit inside of you.
No, you are having to deal with the spiritual climate that you're in that you're in.
But if you are in Christ, you're not actually breathing in that pollution.
You're actually filled with the with the spirit, with the glory of God.
And you are, it's oil and water, man.
You are the counter agent.
And that's why I can go, I go to some crazy places.
Man, I fear no evil.
Like literally, I can tell you guys honestly that like when I go up to into Dharjaling or India, we've got a church in India.
One church surrounded by 70 Hindu temples that are on, that are overlooking the church.
Sure.
No high places.
Yeah.
Dude, that freaks a lot of people out because, dude, that stuff's like freaking real, man.
Like that stuff is real.
And I can honestly say that I go there and I fear no evil.
Not because I'm like super moral agent of what of, of male pastor, male excellence.
Yeah.
But because of my authority in Christ.
I realize that, isn't it amazing?
David gets this revelation.
And he says that God sits in the heavens and mocks his enemies.
I don't think he's talking about Democrats or communist.
He literally sits up in the heavens and he gets a good laugh at these jurisdictional second heaven operators.
Sure.
And that's where we're seeing.
So that's what I talk about like authority.
And that's that place where we have to begin to step into that through the Word of God, right?
But obviously also through like encounter with the spirit and then through practical application.
And that's where I think that, you know.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I think I was speaking more from like.
I'm so sorry.
No, it's all good.
Yeah.
I like went into another sermon.
You're like, that's not what I'm saying, Derek.
I think I'm just speaking for the average listener.
Sure.
Yeah.
Listening to Joe Rogan wants to try to.
Yeah.
Doesn't have a relationship with God.
And what is his, what is this person's objective?
Because I think there are cover bands.
I heard vulnerable and I was like, who are you called vulnerable?
Yeah.
Yeah.
No, I get it.
I mean, you have to sort of like see which hat are you wearing when you're asking the question.
Yeah.
Are you asking the question as a curious person who wants to have an encounter with a spiritual being?
Or somebody who's already has a relationship with Christ and knows.
I'm with you.
And knows the King of Kings and understands the principalities and powers.
But I think there are cover bands in the spiritual world.
Yeah.
People that, I think that's the temptation for a lesser being.
Like, I can't be the real deal.
I can't be the rock star on stage.
But I can trick all these other kids.
I wrote this.
Wow.
And they want them, they want to be worshipped too.
Yeah.
So they present themselves in the DMT space or in the, in the drug world as someone
to be worshipped.
Yeah.
Because, man, my band didn't get signed and we've, we've, but I have this fake,
counterfeit version of it.
And I'm going to trick all these people.
Because I think that's what a lot of people encounter.
The false light, the false Jesus is the second heaven full of them, apparently.
And I don't know.
And to your point, like, I think I said this on the show a number of times, but like, you know,
we went back to Heiser earlier.
And Heiser wrote this piece that I love.
on what is spiritual warfare?
And his contingency was kind of right along what you just said.
He says that, you know, the jurisdiction of these sons of God has been nullified by the
resurrection and ascension of Christ.
Is that the reality of what frames the Great Commission is the call to reclaim the
nations and that really no greater act of spiritual warfare than to take the gospel.
I believe that.
I believe that.
And it's funny because, like, you know, you can get into all the nuance of like spiritual
warfare and battling and these things are real, whether it be exorcisms or
deliverances, praying against things.
But to your point, like the greatest act of spiritual warfare that we can is to,
the disarming of the gods of the nations, right, is this, we've talked about on the show,
is this parading of them.
The language in Greek is they're paraded out.
Like a Roman emperor parades his enemies out to mock them and to show their defeat.
And then our call then is to bring the gospel to Chaz to Jarling to these places.
and that is the greatest act of spiritual warfare
is the retaking of territory
for the king, right?
I love to revisit that
because I think we get caught in the minutia
being like, man, I got to pray against this and this.
That's all fine and dandy,
but really the greatest thing we can do
is tell the person at the coffee shop,
people we work with,
those that are in our spheres of circles
about Jesus, whether you're here in the Congo
or you're in Afghanistan,
that's the way that you push and reclaim,
push back the Darcycy of Reclay.
Yes, we just celebrated Father's Day, right?
yesterday and and you know i was chatting with our church about kind of like this this big kind of thing
this this this evangelical masculine um revival that's been that's been happening you know through guys
like charlie kirk you know and yeah jordan peterson and like this this really great like we're gonna
defeminize the church get the popery out of the church and you know we're going to see the man
rise you know rise again and it's felt like there's been this place of of uh of um
of almost like a foundation of masculinity, almost unto itself.
Like men be men and then get jobs, have wives, have children.
So that's your performance.
And then you have your worship and worship Jesus.
And this is kind of like this, this, this, kind of this masculine evangelical kind of sequence revival, which I think is good, right?
That's why I'm raising my son.
Have a wife, have children, love Jesus, right?
But the sequence given to us, you know, in the Old Testament, and then really demonstrate.
I'm inserted through Jesus was a sequence of a foundation of sonship
and then priesthood and then kingship.
And it's this place where we're raising a generation
where they know that their love, that they belong,
that the only like that matters for our sons
is the like that they get from their dad.
The only praise that our sons need is the comment section
from their dad.
So that we're raising up a generation
that's not living by the praises,
of comments and social media,
but that we're raising up a generation
that are being fathered by men who love the Lord,
their God with all their heart,
with all their soul, all their strength.
Let's go.
And I think that that is the place of priesthood.
You know, the sonship is you know your love by your dad,
you're your dad's favorite.
And then, you know, priesthood is you love God
with everything you are and you love your neighbor.
You're representing this God into your community
and you're representing your community to this God.
And then kingship,
where you're using your influence, your power,
your finances for the betterment of your community
and where you're at.
And I think there's this amazing model given to us
for King David and through Jesus model.
And I think that that's where I really wanna awaken people
to think past that, you know, I'm a Christian,
so when I die, I make it to heaven hopefully.
And while I'm on earth, I don't have to live in hell.
You know, to my friends, there's like,
there's so much more, man, there's so much more.
Reminds of NT Wright and we had him on, he was just saying.
That's so cool too.
Yeah, that's, you guys got like,
the best guess. And Dr. Jeremiah, it's the dude with the hair and the shroud. I was like,
yes, so amazing. No, but Inti says something fascinating. He's like that he wanted to break through
this idea of escapism that we're just, we're just going to punch our ticket to heaven and get out of
here. Yes. And yet Jesus says the kingdom of heaven is is advancing violently. Yes. And he talked
about the kingdom of heaven more than he ever spoke about salvation. Yes. The kingdom of heaven is here.
The kingdom of heaven is like this. Yes. Kingdom of heaven is like that. And, you know, you pray,
You started the prayer earlier.
Like, you know, your will be done as on earth as is in heaven.
It's the idea of heaven being advanced here.
Come on.
And I will say here is the Gnostic is not here.
The Gnostic is like not physical, not a garden, not like a relationship, not something tangible.
It's this all, it's hidden knowledge you can want to access.
And a big part of the human experience is a little bit of boredom and a little bit of struggle.
Yeah.
It's harder down here for example.
And I think we don't want to struggle.
That's right.
So we want to hop the fence.
We want to have our own spiritual experience.
Can you speak maybe to why so often does it feel a little bit difficult?
Why often does David lamenting?
Where are you?
What's going on?
Why are we wondering?
What's happening?
Why does it feel like I'm far from you?
What is that?
Because when those temptations come, like, why am I sick?
I don't want to be sick.
So I want to take this.
I want to get healed.
And I don't want to sit in the sickness for a while.
Yeah.
I think that's a big, I think the desire for people to hop the fence isn't always a bad one.
Yeah.
It's like I want to have a closeness to something.
And I want to feel, I want to get healed.
I want to get better.
Yeah.
You know, it's interesting that for the guys that hop the fence, they did it because of their struggle here.
Yeah.
But then once they went there, it was almost just as hellish there than it was here.
Yeah.
And that's why these drugs are not addictive.
You know, when these guys do these drugs, they're like, it was terrifying.
It was almost, it was almost, you know, is it possible that you, that you're,
you're traumatized here, but you're, the scratch on the record is only this deep.
And then when you go into these other realms, your, your psyche experiences a trauma
that actually takes the wound this deep.
So now your initial trauma isn't really, it's been dwarfed by what you experience in
the supernatural realm.
And so that is where I get concerned with, with more of like the misdemeanor.
mystical camp that really diminishes the value of here and now
and the importance of this life that God is,
you know, that God is given to us.
And there's always this idea of using spirituality
to ascend beyond this because this is just this earth thing.
I agree, that's like, that's not narcissism, right?
Is anything earthly is menial and not important?
Yeah.
You know.
And yeah, and that's where I love the prayer of Jesus.
And that's where I love when I read the scriptures and I see the significance of the earth.
You know, and the significance of cities.
Yeah.
I was doing a study recently on looking at Eden and then going to Cane and then going to Babel and then going to, you know, all the way to like Israel.
You can tell the story of the Bible through kingdoms and through cities.
Yeah.
And you can see this, this, this, even the idea of the city of God.
the new Jerusalem coming down out of the, out of the sky, right?
And then coming down to the earth.
So earth is God's idea.
And this gift of life truly is a gift.
The devil does everything that he can to convince us that it's a curse and that it's
supposed to be a curse.
And then religion comes to say, this is just, you know, you just got to endure because
death will liberate you into, you know, and religion comes to make death the savior.
So so many people, they're like, I can't wait till.
I die because this earth is the devils.
You know what I'm saying?
And so, you know, religion and the devil have the same goal.
And that's to rob us of life abundantly.
You know, Jesus said, Jesus didn't come to bring belief or to bring a belief structure
or to bring rules and all this stuff.
Jesus is, he said, I kid that you'd have life and life abundantly.
And when, here and now, and everything that Jesus did, it wasn't about shock and awe.
It was to restore life abundantly.
Like when Jesus heals the blind eyes, that's a form of life abundantly.
Now you can see this life.
You can hear this life.
And Lazarus comes back to life.
And it's this huge prophetic drama to stir up, to rouse the church, to see the kingdom
of God here and now, right?
And to see, man, we've got to rediscover the joy of our, of our salvation, you know.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah, it's hard because I think you can be put to sleep on both ends of the coin, right?
You can be the younger brother and go out and do all the drugs.
Right.
Do everything you want.
Or you can be the older brother who's like hanging out in dad's house and he misses it too.
Yeah.
Solid choice.
But he's the, I would say that he represents sort of the religious person of the day.
It's true.
Like Jesus is there, but they don't know, they don't see them.
And then there's the people that have gone through hell and back again and finally can see it.
Yes.
And so the temptation is that to look at the earth and be like, it reminds me the 80s.
you know, and this is your brain on drugs.
But then there was the, you know, the counselor in the high school is like, I'm high on life, bro.
I'm high on life.
But I think that that is sort of a lot of the Christian call is to be in God's creation, see it for what it is, and be in communion with God.
And know, this is heaven on earth.
You can access that right now in your, in the way, the state that God created you to be.
And there's something about like significance and divine influence.
in these encounters.
And I'll explain.
All right, so check it out.
Like, look at the guys, look at the disruptors right now.
The guys that are disrupting everything, right?
So, I mean, Steve Jobs has passed away.
But that dude was a disruptor.
Like Steve Jobs took technology and blended it with design.
And that dude had an encounter on LSD that he said positioned him with the intel he needed
to do what hadn't been done.
And that's to make something that's not just.
functional, but beautiful, right? Like, look, we talked about earlier about, like, you know,
when you were growing up, you had to have television networks to do what you guys are doing right now.
Yeah. Right. And that was the good old boys club. Not, you could have just do this. You could
just set up your own network and television show. You get a ham radio, though, and just talk to people
at none. Yeah, come on. I, I think, you know, I really give. Chain letters. Yeah. Chain letters.
Right. I really give Joe Rogan a lot of credit in that space.
I don't know how many
a million listeners he's up to now
right but what a disruptor
in the communication space
you know and and he
accredits you know
hallucinogenics in these
encounters with aliens
you know to really being a life
formative
a mind formative thing
all right
and then what about chat GPT
and Sam Altman
who describes himself as anxious
and hollow
and then went to
a guided hallucingenics retreat in Mexico and came back and then they launched chat GPT-5.
What's fascinating to me is that within all of these influential societal spaces of influence,
they are being radically disrupted by guys that have had supernatural encounters and spent time in
other realms. And what I'm saying is this is the counterfeit. And if there's a counterfeit dollar bill,
then there must be a legitimate dollar bill.
Sure.
And if you see the favor of God come on people like Gideon, right,
on Daniel, Joseph, Nehemiah, right, Deborah,
you read these stories where God just comes to ordinary,
jacked up people, man, that are just minding their own business
and in his grace, he encounters them.
And from that encounter, there's a revelation of their influence,
their authority, their calling, their mandate.
I think what we need to see is in our generation,
are influencers that are leading from love,
but have been radically altered from the right altar.
You know?
Let's go.
Alter from the right altar.
Yeah, and it's happening.
You know, it's happening.
I got a buddy Richard Gordon.
I don't know if you guys know him.
He's been featured in Bloomberg.
He's been featured and, you know,
and he's been contracted by Google to solve problems they couldn't solve.
He's a brilliant dude.
Yeah, so he's, yeah, he came up with a telecommunications encryption.
in technology, but supernaturally.
Yeah, he had encounter with the Lord,
and the Lord gave him, he ate a scroll.
And when he ate this scroll,
he was already an engineer,
he was already a smart guy,
but when he ate this scroll...
So you're saying that the
authentic dollar bill,
as opposed to the counterfeit,
if there's a counterfeit,
if there's a counterfeit fast track
into influence and into wisdom,
but it's not real.
God down on the supernatural wisdom people.
Then there must be modern day Josephs
and modern day Daniels
that the Lord is raising up in our generation.
Huh.
Yeah.
That's fascinating to think about it.
I mean.
It's hard because there's counterfeits all in every camp.
Yes.
And the church and the Christian church.
I was just enough to muddy the waters, right?
And that's sort of the goal.
We talked about sciops earlier.
It's like if you just throw enough mud in there, right?
It's almost like I think about the release of the Epstein files.
If you just released three million and there's just enough crazy fake stuff in there,
then you can't.
It's really hard to discern what's real and what's not.
Yeah.
You're like, big bird.
God.
Come on.
They got everybody.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
It's just a wild time.
And then it's just getting, the water's getting hotter.
The weird stuff's coming back.
The veil's getting thinner.
It's true.
Portals are opening.
Soon you don't even need.
Soon we don't need to take DMT to see this stuff.
It's true.
It's going to be like right there.
And people are going to freak out.
And I think that's why there's some, you know, some prophetic, you know, language about people's having heart attacks when they see some of the stuff, I think.
Some people say that.
happened or whatever, but I think we're going to start seeing some stuff in the next
couple decades. Yeah, who's the guy that that is engaging with UFOs and he's getting
messages from Chris Blitzell. Yeah, yeah. You know, it's fascinating about his story. He said it was
essentially an onset that from some sort of medication that he was given. Did you hear that?
No, I don't remember that part. Yeah, he did an interview and he said that it was some sort of overdose of a
medication that that brought down the veil.
Like too much Benadryl and Hatman shows up?
Yeah, it was like, you know, a Red Bull and, you know, Viagra or something.
But it didn't go well for him.
And that he said it was like some sort of like medication.
It brought the veil down and don't do Red Bull and Viagra.
Yeah.
Yeah.
But it brought the veil down and all of a sudden he started having all these crazy encounters.
What's crazy about those encounters is that the people around him would see those things as well.
So again, it wasn't just a personal.
Yeah, it was like, again, a portal man with these paraphysical phenomenon, you know, when it's physical, that's interesting because everybody gets to see it, you know.
Yeah.
And so it's not a personal manifestation or whatever you want to or a hallucination or whatever.
It's interesting how many, you know, world leaders, disruptors are opening portals in their own life to get the information.
I think every, every religion was some sort of portal to an entity that gave them the script,
which is why people still follow some of these religions to this day.
There's some truth behind it.
Just enough.
Just enough.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And even Heiser said that, you like, you can go to these certainties really and get healings.
You can get good things from some of these.
Yeah, I was thinking about that when you were saying that.
Like, you know, all the sub-Saharan Africa, Haiti, you think about, you know, these people get,
have these Ibogaine or ayahuasca DMT experiences and they get,
and they feel like they get healed, right?
And to me,
it's not any different than going to the village witch doctor and getting healed,
which happens, right?
And we've talked about this on the show a lot.
Like, you can go to a point you can go get healed.
And there's healing from the darkness,
which is hard for a lot of Christians,
but it happens.
If you've ever spent any time in an animistic society, this happens.
But there's always this hook to it.
That's what everyone says is that, yeah,
you get healing.
healed but there's this hook or this clause or this giving this this hook of death that exists in
this that isn't freedom it's slavery right yeah even though you get the sort of the the event the
miracle the miraculous event it seems um like spirit spirit tutors or soul coaches are like a big thing
right now and so like even a lot of like CEOs and vPs are a lot like a soul coach or like a
spiritual tutor and uh so we had a gal that came to us because she had a spiritual tutor um and in the
problem is she had terminated the business relationship, but spiritually, this person was still
coming to her. So basically astral projecting. And so she came to me and basically said, you know,
when this thing, when this like woman or whatever comes into my room, my body levitates off
the bed and she can stand me up and do it and do whatever, you know. And so what we did is we just,
you know, we declared the blood of Jesus. But then we broke that, that soul tie.
Yeah. And she went and she went through like immediate deliverance. It wasn't anything too crazy. But before we did that,
demonically, she was manifesting all kinds of crazy stuff. I'd actually have guys kind of hold her. But once she broke that,
that soul tie, she was, she was set free. So that's the thing is when you consult like, you know,
Paul would say like when you, like if you sleep with the prostitute, for example, you've, you've joined
your soul with that prostitute. You've become one with that prostitute, right? But the same thing is true.
energetically when you give your soul to a coach or a tutor. You've entrusted the deepest part of
your spirituality to a gatekeeper who has been completely handed over to the enemy.
A practitioner of the darkness. Yeah. And so that's where they'll give you what you want and
then they'll take what they want. And what they want is access to you whenever they want.
And not everybody. I can say that every shaman or every witch would have this intention. But certainly,
it's certainly it's it it's it's there and so that's where people need to see that when they
practice witchcraft in a in a way it's almost a form of spiritual sexuality that they are that they
are giving themselves you know through through sexuality you're giving your body over
through witchcraft and spirituality you're giving your soul over it establishes a covenant
it establishes a tie it establishes a gateway the upload and a download man and now we're connected
you know and so you got to break that yeah it's wild how i don't know how people understand
Christianity without this sort of framework i think maybe that's why there's thousands of denominations
because we're trying to understand spiritual language without learning the words you guys should
start one you guys should start like the blurry the blurry network no thanks yeah you got to have a
beard you got yeah beard required well people always ask what denomination are you and i don't even know
We're blurry.
Yeah.
We're just.
I don't know what we are, but we're like just standing back.
Apostle Nate.
More questions.
Yeah, dude.
So we're giving ourselves titles.
Apostle.
Prophet.
Yes.
Yeah.
Yes.
It's just, it's mind-blowing, though, how much we do for a relationship.
That's right.
We're all looking for a relationship at the end of the day.
And I think that, you know, the temptation is to sort of live life.
outside of the rules of the relationship.
Do all the fun things that pretend like you have a relationship, you know,
but you're not actually committed to the source.
And I think that's the scary thing about the just the modern voices saying,
oh, yeah, you can just hang out and play in the forbidden zones and then come back.
And then some people don't or some people get kicked out or some people have, you know,
some things latch on.
and come home and...
Oh, yeah.
Clingons.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And then you have to...
Hitchhikers.
Hitchhikers, yeah.
But, you know, I think Jesus
says one of his
makes a, you know,
proclamation at the most famous portal.
You know, the Gates of Hell,
which we've learned is an actual place.
And I think they believe
that was a portal to the end of the world.
And we're going there, actually, next year.
You can go to.
as well. Yeah, yeah. We've got a couple tickets left. We're going, we're taking some listeners
to Israel, so. Darren, I love this, man. I think that, like, um, I like the vernacular. I think
I're starting to understand these things that we, that a lot of cultural will just say, these are,
this is self-help or this is therapy or this is medicine, um, or this is, you put it on the blank
to start understanding these are portals. These are doors and windows and openings that, um,
we need to not open. And also understand them for what they are. Yes. At the very,
baseline is so important. And, um, too, yeah, thanks for for hanging and, and running through this.
Thanks. I mean, check out the book. If, if you're listening, exposing portals of darkness, of course,
forward by our mutual friend Troy Brewer. Yes. Um, who himself loves to expose the portals and
and just get wild, um, in some of the darkest places on earth. But, uh, man,
this is awesome. Tell our listeners where they can find a book. Uh, you've got a podcast. You've got,
Yeah, if you're the P&W, come and see us.
Okay.
Yeah, we'd love to see you guys.
We're coming.
Yeah, come.
Yeah, come.
We'll go, we'll go, uh, squatch hunting.
And we'll go see, we'll go see, we'll go see, Chas.
You say, let's do it.
Let's do it.
Get the other Nathan together.
Yeah, well, maybe we can store up some Antifa guys, you know.
Um, yeah, but come see us at Eden, at Eden church in, uh, in Seattle.
And then, uh, you can check out my website.
It's my name, Darren Stott.com.
And we've got our 1010 group.
And we're diving into a lot of little mini docs.
and interviews based off of content in the book.
I think each chapter probably deserves to be its own kind of book,
but I didn't want to do that.
I wanted to just kind of do a high-level flyover
of everything that's really happening in our generation right now.
And you can see that there's like a dark portal for everybody.
Man, if you're like a nerd, okay, there's a portal for you.
If you're like into drugs and all that stuff,
there's a portal for you, right?
Like if you're more natural, okay, more, more, more,
granola, there's, there's a portal for you.
And so it's like, yeah.
But man, I just invite people into the simplicity and the childlike nature of the gospel.
Yeah.
That you don't have to do all this stuff, man.
It is so easy.
Yeah.
And that you don't have to go through all these sequences and through all these hoops.
You don't have to jump through any hoops.
Jesus has already done it all, man.
And so I just invite people into the simplicity of the gospel, you know,
and close those yucky things, man, you know?
Get that yucky stuff.
out, you don't have to tolerate it.
Yeah.
You know?
Alter those altars.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I remember Krista Black was kind of just saying like when she got further in, she was like, I didn't realize how much work I had to do to clean all the things off and clear my chakra or whatever she was talking about.
Sage over sage smudge everything.
Yeah.
Yeah.
It seems like a very legalistic doorway.
You think you're getting freedom, but you're actually just, you're getting more in prison than you ever could have.
And Jesus sets you free.
truly a light burden, you know.
And the yoke is not what you really desire is sort of that just paradise of, I can just take a deep breath and be who I am here.
And I think, I wish everybody could, who's looking on that journey taking these drugs just like could understand.
It's right there.
It's right there.
But thanks.
Well, guys, thank you.
I just so appreciate what you guys are doing with this, with this blurry things.
thing. And man, you're, you created a safe place to have conversations that are, that is fairly
judgment-free. I didn't feel too judged. I didn't feel too judged today. No judge.
But man, you've really set up an awesome place for people to come and like and learn and dive into
various topics. And I understand this show has inspired so many other shows as well. So thank you
for your obedience to the Lord and just for loving people. I know that you guys do is just because
you love people. You just want to.
to reach reach people in non-judgmental way and open open way and you guys making a huge difference so
thanks darry i applaud that and i'm also just so honored to kind of be a part of it for this episode
so thanks so much you guys appreciate it yeah thank you
