Bannon Trails is my favorite course in the world after the old course that's staying in.
For me, obviously the old course I think is number one.
Pan in Trails is awesome.
Yeah, they were also played at Twilight, which was really cool.
Literally on 18 as the sun was setting, it was pretty epic.
There's moments when we've been on these courses where you look around,
it's hard to not be in a good move because it's so unbelievably beautiful and gorgeous.
Man, this place is sick.
Talk about that funnel cake last night.
Just to start, I think it's good, I think that's a good starting point.
I've never had that before.
A funnel cake?
Really?
That was a first for me.
I've never seen it, never heard of it, didn't know what it was.
It was, it was good.
Really?
It's an American staple.
It's like an American, like, county fair staple.
Like, you know, you go and there's, like, turkey legs and, like, fried or
pumpkin pie was.
Yeah, but you're not going to get that at, like, it's a little bit.
county fair like a little truck so the funnel like what it's it was almost like dough it was
exactly what it was yeah and then ice cream and then do they always do strawberries on top or do
they sometimes put something else mix it up you get some chocolate syrup in there cinnamon sugar
essentially you're like you know like um icing something yeah comes out really small basically do that
you just get this like stringy dough that you just drop in it's almost like it ends up whatever it ends up
looking like. It's kind of like a
different version of a churro, but smaller
and all intertwined. Similar?
Sure. Very similar and softer.
It's no cinnamon flavor, but it was
good. It can. It can
have cinnamon if you desire it
to. Sure. But the strawberry
was fantastic.
I held down the creme brule. I don't think you guys
took a bite. Now, you know, I'm not a big
fancy dessert guy. I'm more of a
I wish more places just did like
hey, here's three scoops of ice cream.
We have cookies and cream. We have
chocolate and we have vanilla
or we have sorbet or I'm
more of a basic dessert. Here's
three chocolate chip cookies. That's where I'm at.
Oh, see, the chocolate chip cookies.
Not for me. Whoa, how could you
not? Not for a dessert at a restaurant.
Like if you're at home. With ice cream.
Yeah, no, no, it's not.
A cheesecake. Yes, of course.
But if you're at a restaurant and you're having dessert,
I'm never going chocolate chip
cookies. Chocolate chip cookies is something you eat
at the comfort of your own home or like on
the go. I'm not sitting down. What are you?
you're going to cook? Sorbet. Sorbetet. Sorbet is good. What about a chocolate chip cookie in what,
like that pan with ice cream? That's a different story. I can get behind that. But he's talking
about just individual cookies. I would never do that. Who can turn it? I'll tell you what.
Yeah. The skillet is great. If a place rolls out a nice, warm plate of chocolate chip cookies and that's
their thing. I think that's fantastic. I mean, they'll say it's a brownie all day long.
Why is a brownie any different at a restaurant? Brownie's much different. I just don't. I just don't. I
just don't get. What do you think? How do you think they make cookies? Yeah, but it's,
how do you think cookies are made? It's, it's, it's, it's just, cookies are baked. Cookies are just,
well, they're cooked. They're just not the same. A brownie is to me is, I'd consider it decadent
enough. I do actually agree. That it would be a dessert that I would put on a menu. I would
never in a million years, unless I'm a diner, I would never in a restaurant put cookies on
the menu. Not to say that I don't like cookies. I just don't think they belong on a
dessert menu. For me, that's my preference. But cheesecake, yes, if you do take it, you make a very good
If you do the skillet, that kind of changes the dynamic.
And then you can kind of use it with a spoon or a fork.
That to me then is like a dessert that I would consider using.
But what does my preference matter?
I just think restaurants sometimes I think they go too elaborate and overthink it a little bit, like with these fancy desserts, like where I just want more of that, that simple stuff.
Bryson was actually telling me I was talking to him about the menu at Augusta when you go and eat at the clubhouse.
he said it's nothing crazy it's all basic stuff
they don't go crazy but the stuff that they do
is unbeliefed like turkey club
is unbelievable he said their soups are great
FP and I had chicken sandwiches there at the
lot this past year
yeah imagine this is like this is the club house
we were eating at the club yeah I bet she's a little different
you think so it was it was like not like it we weren't
At the admissions, like, we were eating food out of them.
It was a little different when they, when it's just day to day.
Maybe, yeah.
I think it's probably pretty similar, though.
Skinny fries or more of a thicker fry?
Skinny?
I think they were skinny.
Skinny.
The chicken sandwich was unbelievable.
The drinks, by the way, that bar that they had FP right there, there's like this
private bar.
They were slinging these azalea drinks.
I've never had them.
And they were slinging all sorts of other stuff.
It was, the drinks were fucking amazing.
amazing. Like it was all top tier. Like it was almost like, I don't have much to critique on the on the
Augusta front. No, I don't know how much did everything right. It was amazing. It was like we were
in an episode of the Great Gatsby where we were it was it was it was not real life. You see any pretty
cool. Green jackets. Oh, tons. They're just Roman. They're just everywhere. We were in that the
axis for the clubhouse, which I don't know how weaseled our way into that. But these guys are all
around and we saw Nick Faldo. F. P was trying to go up the stairs and he came down. They're all
there like helping and supporting. I didn't realize. Trying to go up the stairs.
Well, I was a very narrow staircase, Bob. It was making a step up the stairs. I looked up in a time.
It was kind of turned. It was kind of one of those turns like, yeah, hook stairs. And I look up in Mr. Folldo, Sir Follto,
Sir Follto, um, was coming down and I just took a step back. Sure. Let, let that happen.
No, I, I, I've seen you go upstairs plenty time. I know, like, he made it. No, no, I'm saying, no.
Oh, what a bad job.
You made it sound like, no.
What the fuck was that?
No, I'm saying, you get out of bed.
Plenty of that was that.
What was that?
He said you were trying to go up the stairs, almost implying that you were struggling to go up the stairs.
I did not say that.
So I'm saying, I didn't think that.
You never said that's a bang.
You said he was trying to go up the stairs.
If anyone wasn't, if anyone wasn't sure whether I could get upstairs.
But Yami has seen it.
So this guy's been causing controversy all trip long.
He has been.
just pretzling shit trying to get under people's skin.
There was no point where I said trying.
I'm trying to go upstairs.
To me, that implied somebody was struggling to go.
I never said he was struggling.
I said he was trying to get up the stairs.
It was a one person's stairwell.
One of the best stories from that Bryson tour is how he offered FP.
He's like, we're going to go upstairs now.
FP, there's an elevator here if you want to take the elevator.
That's just rude enough.
I think I'm clearly not at that point.
Like, I don't really understand what that's for.
But, yeah, that was tough.
And, you know, even if I couldn't pull it off, I'd try.
I clearly could.
Yeah, I've seen it plenty of times.
Jesus.
Oh, my.
Let's move it.
But you, you, Yaman, I think, more so than any other trip has really stirred the pot on this.
It's been a good Yaman.
I will say, it's been a good yaman.
He hasn't been in a bad mood once.
But he's been stirring.
Bring some shit up.
Yeah, but would you take depressed yaman or would you take shit stirring yom?
This one, this one 10 times out of 10.
Yeah.
Because there's times when we've been on trips and he legitimately looks like he's going to kill all of us in our sleep.
Your trip performances have gone.
You've been a happy, happy guy.
That being said, the walls are paper thin here.
There's been a couple times where I'm trying to sleep and I just hear, fuck.
Or just like, God, dude.
Yeah, that's what he does.
I don't know where.
But overall.
It's not out of nowhere.
I'm working and I'm looking at this shit.
And I, you know, it's two in the morning
And I'm like, God damn it
Fuck.
I've seen him smile.
You smile way more than you ever have to.
He's been very, I try to find out.
I think maybe his best trip ever.
What do you?
I'm stirring up though.
What do you attribute that to your happiness?
Yeah, I don't know.
A couple things.
Getting some ass.
I mean, you know, I got some
Cheeked up.
Yeah.
Listen, we had a great trip.
We're doing good.
Everybody's happy.
I will say that, you know,
Yaman yesterday really enjoyed the course.
And I'm great course.
And being out there, there's moments when we've been on these courses where you look around.
It's hard to not be in a good mood.
It's hard to like be pissed off because it's so unbelievably beautiful and gorgeous.
But nobody was happier than Joey Die yesterday.
Oh, we saw you just love and life.
I was having fun, man.
I was super excited to play that course.
You saw a deer at one point.
Yeah, you were.
I was having a great time, man.
And I was playing some golf.
I was playing well.
You know, so like, you know, I, I, I, I,
I think for me, this is kind of where I'm at now.
I'm thinking, when I just go and have fun and just like enjoy myself on the course,
I play way better.
When I start like trying to like really be like, I got to focus.
I got to play well.
It never works.
It doesn't happen for me.
I got to kind of take it more easy.
And I mean, I was the last time I was here, I didn't get to play trails.
That was the one course I wanted to play.
And when we were out there, I was just like, man, this place is sick.
It was so nice.
I was having a lot of fun.
He was in a good mood.
We were chopping it up.
Yeah, this has been an awesome trip.
We're at band and dunes, by the way.
I don't know if we said that.
We are abandoned dunes.
By the way, I got destroyed on the Bril and a dumb show for how I said Oregon.
Oregon.
Oregon.
I say Oregon.
I'm trying to making that adjustment, but I've been saying that for years.
Rocked.
Oregon.
Oregon.
Yeah, you're good.
Yeah.
What did you compare it to yesterday's too?
Arkansas
Or yeah
Arkansas
Obviously it does
It's not really
You can't really get Arkansas
Out of that
But that'd be like me saying
Arkansas
Or Kansas
Arkansas
Yeah
I don't know where that comes from
Arkansas
It's like yeah
It's what it says
But like
Illinois
It's not how you say it
Yeah it's like that's not it
Yeah
I get it spelled that way
Like he did Southern
Forever
He did that ain't right
Oh yeah
I know it says
Was that a bit to you
That's how you would say
were you fucking with us
no i mean that's yeah so it's exactly like that
there's right and wrong yeah i mean i yeah
do you still think that's not wrong i have
you've heard me change how i pronounce it so i'm i
but i that doesn't mean you think it's wrong that just
i think it's a different example than it's clearly
oregon i think southern or southern i think is a difference
that's that's how you pronunciate the word it's clearly
it's it's Oregon is how you say it southern or southern is is a preference of how people like it
to be said oh yes no one says southern no way or in Canada I heard people say southern
southern yes they say oh they do all that shit in Canada they have that that different it's it's a way
that we pronounce it's it's like if you go to London they pronounce words because of their
their accent differently I think that's a different example than saying Oregon is clearly
supposed to be stated Oregon.
You know where a lot of people came running to your defense
was the Colorado thing. A lot of people came
to your defense with the Colorado.
Apparently people out there, that's how they say.
So you got some tobacco there.
Colorado.
The like Midwestern folk,
like the people that, like Wisconsin.
Yeah.
Which is where my mom's from.
Like don't you know.
Like that type of person.
Shout out.
They just pronounce things that way.
Which is also that might be some of what's come in
because, you know, my mom pronounces
words and maybe that's how I picked it up. I don't know.
But why are the words that you say different, a pronunciation thing? But when I say,
but when I say Oregon, then all of a sudden it's fast. That's incorrect. Okay. Okay. But Southern
is, Southern is just like a two different, two different people, but Oregon, Oregon,
is all of a sudden, you're not, you're not saying it with an accent. You're not
pronouncing it based on an accent. You're just pronouncing the word based on how you think it's
said. It's a fair point. He made a fair point. God damn it.
It makes, with that thing, what do you got?
No, I was just telling him Jet put his hand up.
Oh, shit.
Oh, shit.
That is a, but I gave a verbal hand up.
No, I think he did.
He made a great point.
I don't know.
That wasn't like a horrible.
Good for you, Jaybone coming.
Yeah.
If you look closely, it went over my shoulder.
I figure away.
We got to give Jay Bone credit.
Jay Bone was walking down a fairway or to the right of the fairway.
and got ripped in the shoulder by a cutsy ball and took it like a fucking...
Didn't even know what happens.
Is there a bruise there?
Is there a bruise?
You hurt?
No, no.
There's a little bruise.
I mean, it's, uh, it didn't really hurt.
It hit like on the lower bicep part.
So, I don't know.
It just kind of ricocheted off.
It didn't like the first question.
It was a dog leg right and he snuck behind the right.
The first question when he found out, Cutsi found out though, he goes, well,
where were you standing?
I was like, yo.
Well, no, I felt terrible because, by the way,
I wasn't the first person to tee off.
I think it was the second.
I think FP teed off first.
The caddies gave us the green light.
FPTed off first.
And then my caddy told me if you want to take a precise,
like shortcut to the hole to cut off half the hole,
but he'd hear it.
And I literally,
I made a great shot.
I put it right where he said.
And then all of a sudden he starts screaming four.
And I'm like,
are the guys in front of us?
He goes,
think it's J-bone. I was like, oh, I'm sure we're fine. Then we get up there and he's like,
yeah, you hit me. And I was like, where's the ball? He's like, it's in the bunker, which was
next to the green. I was like, I drove the green. We all saw him though. The worst thing Jensen could
have said was, yeah, if it didn't hit me, it might have went to the green.
Oh, yeah, he took that and ran it became. I'm not sure how it hit you. But like,
if it hit you, surely it slowed down a little bit, right? It hits you, so it must have. And it went
over the green.
So if it doesn't hit you,
it should have even more power.
No,
but it changed,
right?
How would that be?
It changed direction.
Yeah,
but let's say it didn't have been in the bunker,
at least.
It would have been probably just long.
Yeah,
and it probably would have been
an easier shot because that bunker fucked me.
Could it hit the stick and dropped.
Yeah,
the green was on like a really big hill.
The way it was coming in is it would have hit the green
and just bounced like pretty much straight up.
And it would have lost a lot.
Like a bump and run kind of thing.
You hit me in the shoulder.
You hit it off of that line.
Yeah.
And then it,
a shade off and went into a terrible life. Be your own people, dude. Yeah. I mean, I felt terrible.
I, I actually, I apologize to him on multiple occasions. I felt really bad because I think
I've, I don't know if I've grazed you before too, but I've come very close if not. And I just,
I hate that. I never want to hit anybody. I don't want to put anybody in harm's way.
And I already felt bad because the poor guy's running like a madman to the fucking holes already.
This guy probably got in more workout for these four days.
than he has in training for soccer season, dude.
Yeah, I mean, a non-existent.
I don't play, organized that much anymore, but, you know, I'll take it.
But you have a league coming up.
I do.
I did join a little pickup league.
There you go.
What position are you?
I play left back.
Yeah, you do.
Yeah.
I don't know what that is.
That's defender.
Defense, yeah.
But in those sports, defenders, defenders, defenders score everyone.
So a little Virgil Van Dyke situation.
More like a cross on a corner.
Yeah, give me a guy.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So you're launching crossers into the bomb.
Georgeio Keelini.
A little Kyle Walker-esque.
Yeah.
I mean, he's a lot faster, but yeah.
He's like the fastest guy.
What that ass?
Do I have what?
A boot?
I can kick it, yeah.
You left foot or right footed?
I'm right-footed.
Back in the day, even for football, I was throwing in some field goals.
Messy Ronaldo.
You were a field goal kicker?
No, I didn't play, but I could.
I could kick it pretty far.
Messier Ronaldo.
Oh, messy.
I have a quick question because Pop says he can kick a 40-yard field goal.
Do you think that playing soccer and trying,
do you think that that ticket has a shot to do that?
I've never seen the man swing his leg, but I'm going to say no off the bat.
40 yards is pretty far.
40 yards is incredibly far.
But Pop is convinced it's not a...
40 yards is like I start to struggle from 40.
You know why I realized?
playing soccer every day.
If you watch college game day and you see all these guys
try to take a 25-yarder and they can't do it,
for Pop to think that he can just step up onto the field
on the pitch and launch a 40-yard field goal
is one of the more asinine things I've ever heard.
We got to do it at some points.
Go ahead, Bob.
I want to get a lot of your real to me.
Give me some pig skin.
Get me a field goal.
Let's just put up or shut up, dude.
I can do it.
Yeah, it's been over a year.
You probably got up with it.
Rick Shields.
I haven't been putting in the,
no one's giving me the tools.
We should do it.
Probably in a much better physical position.
Yeah,
that is true.
Than other times you've played a little Sebastian Janikowski
when you had some meat to you to where maybe.
I just couldn't move back then the way I can move.
The more I think about,
I think it would,
I think it's going to be like laughable.
Like I think it'll be like one of these.
Where it doesn't like,
where there's all this hype.
And then it just like skids the.
Oh, you don't have to do that.
I think you'll come close.
You've been horrible this trip.
Absolutely.
You're a nasty guy.
You are nasty.
You have, you've had, how many tries do you get to make it?
Three.
Three is fair.
Oh, there's no way.
There's no way.
I thought you get unlimited.
I was going to be unlimited.
Mr.
Two hours.
I mean, what are we going to do?
Just stream for two hours.
You get like two hours to make a field goal.
How far was the one that Jerry made?
Well, he doubled doinked from like one.
Oh,
To do the double doinked and then he had to keep going to the double doinked and then he had to keep going to the bass.
Hit the side.
Hit the base and rolled over.
And I don't think they counted it.
They didn't count it.
How many yards was it though?
How many yards?
I didn't see.
It looked pretty close.
It looked like 20 yards.
Chip shop.
I thought you said you get like an hour to do it.
Three tries is.
I'd give him 10 tries.
Is something holding or is it on a T?
It's on a T.
Oh, it's no one.
Okay.
Okay.
Well, we can go out there.
I'll take, I'll do an hour.
You want to give me an hour?
I'll take an hour.
Well, I think it's more likely for that.
But if you're saying three tries, I would put a ton of money.
Ten tries.
You could put a college kicker out there right now and he might not hit.
The key to kicking and my kickers out there will know.
My guy Moody knows.
It's like a golf swing.
You don't need to swing that hard.
You don't need to swing your leg that hard.
It's all about good contact.
It's about hitting it into the sweet spot.
Is that true?
Absolutely.
I think you need to swing hard.
No, it's not that you don't need to swing.
You just don't need to swing as hard as you think you do.
When you're kicking, it's your foot.
A lot of people go up there and try to rip their leg through the ball.
Would you wear cleats?
And it's not, yeah, I'd suit up.
He wear a full pad.
I put the boots on.
But a foot and a golf club are two different things.
Like a golf club is made out of, you know.
But it's the same thing.
It's more about how you're hitting it and where you're hitting a shirt.
Than it is swinging out of your shoes.
Okay.
Yeah.
I'm telling you, I've kicked a field goal before.
I've never kicked 40.
I just, it would have been good from me.
40. It would have been good from 40.
It would have been good from 40.
Analytics said to go for it.
Listen.
Listen.
I'm telling you, you put me out there.
I'll go out there for an hour and I'll get you.
I'll go out there for an hour, Bob.
But that does change something to where an hour then maybe you would have a shot.
That's different.
But the three shots were crazy.
Do you think you with an hour?
I think you would make one too.
With an hour.
You would know so fast whether or not I have enough.
Like there's a chance I go out there and just we'll never have enough leg to wear.
He might have the first one be 25 yards short and be like, I got no shot.
Tired too after 20 kicks.
But if I see that I have enough leg and then you give me an hour, for sure I'm thinking I'm going to put it in.
Right.
But there's a chance I go out clearly see I don't have the leg and then you give me 10 hours.
It doesn't matter.
I think it's tough.
You know?
I think there's a reason why college kickers stink.
Yeah, but they also don't have an hour to just continue to keep ticking.
Well, they're practicing weekly.
in a big moment with a massive crowd around them.
I mean, you got to think about the atmosphere and the environment, too.
You got to get out there in a clear day.
Sure, we're not going out when it's windy.
Yeah, yeah.
Or you want to call it off.
I mean, you got to do it in the morning because it's always windy in the afternoon of Florida.
Sure is, pal.
Yeah, it is.
On the Bob does sports front, a really cool series coming up where you do cumulative stroke pay
for the abandoned belt is what we call, which is going to be a lot of fun.
So back to back to back week, three different rounds, which are going to be fun.
Today we're going out and we're filming our challenge series, which is stroke play as well,
where we have a certain score that we have to beat.
I'm a little bit worried about today's score because I think the last time we went so low
that we really set the bar high.
What's the score that we're trying to beat?
I believe is 242.
242.
You need 241 to beat.
2.41 or better.
That means we have to average between the three of us, 80.
Essentially, I mean, 80 points.
I like thinking about it the other way.
In the conditions.
I don't like to think about it that way.
If you think about it that way, it seems pretty damn hard.
Yeah.
That's what it is.
I mean, that's, I mean, what, okay, what would our goal scores, our targets would be then, FP?
Just hitting it as least as possible.
It would also be 80, 70, 90.
could also look at it that way.
Could absolutely look at that way.
That's the way to look at it.
I don't think it's an impossibility
by any means.
I mean, it's, these are harder
golf courses out here than where we've,
yeah, although the brute was fucking hard.
Brut was really hard.
So, I mean, is that the one we did it on?
Do we do the Byrd or do the Highlands?
We did Highlands.
We did Highlands.
We did Highlands.
No way we had done on the brute.
Yeah.
So, I don't know.
I mean, it's probably a little harder out here than the Highlands.
And where do we do it to start?
The first one was Pete.
G National.
It's probably the hardest one.
Which one was it?
It wasn't the Fasio.
The Fasio, of course.
No.
That was the last Palmer.
By the way, that wasn't an easy course by any means.
There was some challenges.
You're walking out there.
You're walking up the hills.
We've done a lot of walking.
A lot of walking.
It's different.
It's going to be different style videos, too, the way you guys miced us up.
So there's no car cam footage, you know, just like us walking.
It's been nice to get a little bit of extra.
We have caddies as well
Which is good changes the dynamic so those you know any of the band and videos are definitely gonna be like a different style video
Am I wrong there yams?
No, you're correct. I was I was I was we miced you guys up. I listened to everything you guys said for five hours straight
I heard a lot of breathing a lot of talking a lot of a lot of a lot of farts I think I smelled a fart through my earpiece at one point
And yeah no I think it was great. I think it was good the caddies were involved
Yeah, um
The views are sensational.
It's, yeah, I think it's great.
Bandon's been great bed, by the way.
If you ever come to Bandon,
great Bannon trails, it's called Old Trails or Bandon Trails?
Bannon Trails is my favorite course in the world after the old course that's been.
Wow.
That was, we've been to a lot of courses.
A lot of them are kind of like mesh in and blend in.
They're all the same.
Then there are some that are like, you know, separate themselves.
Obviously, for me, I know you guys loved in Scotland.
What was the one we went to?
Kings Mars,
which reminded me a lot of Pacific Dunes when we were out there.
But for me,
obviously the old course,
I think is number one,
and are tied with,
for different reasons.
The actual, like,
scenic,
like type of tree lines,
like,
it was,
ban on trails is awesome.
Yeah,
they all are,
but that was awesome.
We also played at Twilight,
which was really cool.
Literally on 18 as the sun was setting.
It was pretty fucking epic.
Yeah,
it really was.
those are to me, those are my favorite rounds.
Good food out of here, too.
The pre-round ramen was awesome.
That hit really well.
Boy, could I do that again.
Ghostry Grill last night was also really good.
That was great.
Yeah.
The newest restaurant's Steakhouse.
Home of the Funnel Cake.
Yeah, funnel cake.
It's a bunch of steaks.
Chef came out actually the first day we got here.
They opened the restaurant early for us.
They let us, you know, watch football.
He made us a bunch of apps.
He's a fan.
he's a great guy.
They've been really great to us here.
And, you know, the experience we've gotten has been, you know, second to none.
And, you know, I think I was talking to FP about this, too.
I think, like, with this style of, you know, video that we're going to be doing with playing the three rounds,
I think it opens it up to maybe doing more resorts around the country or different spots where we could go and play multiple courses and do that.
I think it's a really cool concept.
And hopefully we can get some more under our belt.
in the next year. I want to do Pinehurst
really bad. Pains Valley
would be cool. Yeah. Yeah.
Big Cedar Lodge and Ozarks
would be sick. How hard?
Even like a pebble.
Any place that has multiple golf
courses, two to three to four,
something like that where we can do
do them all or most of them
in like a cute, what, at 54
or even a four round
72 whole stroke play
would be pretty wild. Do almost like a full
golf tournament. No kind.
Still do the other, you know, have other days where we do, you know, challenges and things like that that we do.
But it just makes it like a nice running thing.
You got like a lead going on and something to sort of talk shit about at night.
It's just, it's cool.
It's different.
It's not what we've done in the past, I don't feel like.
Yeah.
I like that we changed it up.
I really do.
I think the audience will definitely appreciate it too.
Well, a lot of the stuff we did early on, it was like scramble format.
So people didn't really get to see us play.
a specific hole from start to finish.
You know, maybe we'd have a good drive,
but then, you know, we shank one.
So this is like, when you're playing in this,
you really have no way out.
Like, you have to really,
you have to try to not collapse and not fall apart
because it can get away from you really quick.
So I will say there are a few in this series.
There are a few all time,
Bob does sports moments.
Oh, yeah.
We are, stay, yeah,
you're going to want to watch this one through.
We have one coming up,
not even abandoned.
We have one coming up from Sawgrass that I think may be the funniest hole.
Oh, yeah.
On the iconic hole without giving it up.
That is one of the funniest.
There's that for sure in one of the days that was in the moment.
I was like, this is one of the greatest moments.
And it was in all time.
It was the best.
It was sensational.
It was.
Let's go on and over into our Q and A segment brought to you by the par three.
Poppy. We send it on over to Poppy. Poppy, what do you got?
All right. First question comes from OGS underscore golf.
When not grinding or golfing, what do you guys do with your spare time?
I wouldn't say I do a whole lot of grinding either.
We eat a lot. We do.
We eat. We stream. I lay quite a bit.
Spend time with my wife.
Same.
And Gusy.
And my dog.
My dog, my dog, little Gus.
I don't know.
I just try.
We, H.Q.
Yeah, I'll go to the office.
I'll pack, you know, ballmark orders, that type of thing.
You know, we've got videos and little brand type stuff that we film along the way.
Calls.
Lucky to have, you know, very fortunate to have a mountain house in my family that I'll go up to.
And my in-laws have a place.
the river in Virginia, so we still travel locally a little bit and get some R&R.
I feel like we've traveled a ton lately.
What happened?
I missed it.
You need a whole lot of R&R.
God damn.
I thought you just let me have that one.
Let me tell you about airports.
F.P. is on the road.
You are on the road.
I don't know when the last time you were, when was the last time you were?
You were home for a week.
A week?
It's been a long time.
Yeah, it's been a long time.
So we do travel a lot.
We're on the go.
There's a lot of things.
I think also this time of the year is busy for us, right?
Because, you know, there's mid-golf season now to the golfers, like in the tour and stuff, getting some time off.
So, you're trying to connect.
You can do stuff with that.
And there's just a lot going on before the end of the year trying to get it all in.
So we're moving a lot.
We're on the road a lot.
Yeah.
Yeah, we really are.
You know, we golf, of course, too, if not on camera.
But, yeah, no, it's a lot on the move.
Pop, back your way.
Next question comes from Sean Smith underscore 22.
If you could dispense five liquids from your fingers, what five liquids are you choosing?
What?
What does that even mean?
Water.
Gatorade.
Uh-huh.
I like that's a good start.
Di Coke.
Yeah, these are amazing.
Coffee.
Have a day.
Have a day.
Yeah.
Water, Gatorade, Diet Coke, have a day, coffee.
That's pretty good.
That's a great hand.
That's a great hand.
Great five fingers.
That was nice.
I would do the same.
I would just throw in McDonald's Sprite somewhere.
It would cross one of those out.
Raise a blade.
Did you trade Gatorade?
Probably.
You have to have coffee.
You need water.
You need coffee.
You need coffee.
You need water.
You need have a day.
I don't like that.
The thought of that.
I don't.
Yeah,
I don't know if I like that so much.
But you would have Dr.
Pepper in there.
That's sticky it would get.
Sure.
I think it would have to like spread.
You'd have Dr.
Pepper,
right?
Of course.
Oh, yeah.
You'd have a slurpy coming out of there.
Oh,
Slurpy for sure.
I'd be almost like a kidney stone.
Like it would hurt.
Like it would hurt coming out of the finger.
You got to stretch it out.
Okay.
It'll get used to it.
What else do you drink?
Coke.
Water.
I need water.
Water.
You need to survive.
Wait, wait, wait.
Can you still get water from the fridge or every little bit of your finger?
No, no, no.
You still have access to all the other things.
That's what you have.
That's my understanding.
Correct.
No, there's the water in the fridge.
I don't think I'll even water off.
Okay.
Perfect.
Although it would be able to like wash my hands with my hands.
You know?
Bob's the Pedia Light.
Couldn't hurt.
Couldn't hurt.
Beer.
Miller White.
Have a day.
You would have an alcoholic beverage in there.
Have a day.
You would get me by.
But you have some whiskey in there for your Coke, too.
A little jack.
Could you just do a little,
whiskey,
DP?
Yeah, I think I could get used to Jack and Dr. Pepper.
I don't think I need Coke.
Sure good.
All right, Bob Hammered down.
All right.
Next question comes from Jiggy V-Dub.
What's something unexpected
you all learned about each other
while traveling so much together.
It's a really good question.
Oh, man.
I learned that Jet carries around a steamer with him.
He travels with a steamer.
Wow, sure, dude.
Learned that one early on.
I don't.
I just don't, it's funny because I'm very, like,
like, cuckoo about a lot of things,
but specifically, like, I don't like wrinkled pants.
I know.
So I just carry a steamer with me.
Yeah.
That's a, that's, I never would have thought that about you,
but now it makes a thing.
Yeah.
I'm crazy
I don't know
I really got to think about that
I don't
I feel like we hung out
I gotta like go for walks
yeah
you do a little like
hey I'm gonna go
like walk and
yeah something
you know whatever 45 minutes
probably wouldn't have known that about you
yeah it's it's a hundred percent true
it's like a pacing
I don't think the truth
I think we know is that we hang out
so much with each other
just anyways that it's not even like
we learn something traveling with it's like
the same thing
we're kind of
features of habit we really do the same shit so i think the fact that we spent so much time
together we kind of just know the ins and outs of what we're getting with each set individuals so
um it's fun because i i'd be interested to ask jensen what he thinks after traveling with us because
he he probably about each of us good point be honest i mean ticket drinks a glass of piss every morning
And also
He also
Weird because he makes you fucking piss
Out of my finger
He also
He's a big
I mean I knew he was a big
He's a big vape guy
But you'll get into moments where
He needs to hit that store
Yeah
And you're
The tea time don't matter anymore
You need to hit that shop
It happened yesterday
Pop needs vaid
We went to a
We stopped at a weed store
Because
Because he's like
Maybe they'll have
and they were like, we were going to meet you guys for lunch.
And he's like, he's like, they didn't have, but they said there's one up the road.
So we ended up going somewhere else to some.
Yeah.
Listen, and I understand.
I get it.
So it's like if pop needs a vape, we all reload.
We all.
No, it's great.
I mean, we are, it's a degenerate crew across every single one of us.
The stuff that people don't even know.
Like, just across the board, if you think there's somebody out there in this crew without
issues, you got another thing coming because we have our.
share of issues. That's what I think makes
the crew so great is it's
a wild wild
bunch. Black pack man. Yeah. And I
think everybody brings something totally
different to the table
that makes it so
much fun. I really
enjoy it. Jay Bone, why don't you give
a little fun fact? We're on the horn here.
Yeah, so I mean,
with Bob, the biggest thing that I
picked up on. Here we go. Oh dear. He's not
afraid to light somebody. I know.
It's scary. Let's go. When
when Bob has a video that he really likes and he starts pacing.
Yes.
That's hilarious.
I know,
like,
that's,
it's just one of those things.
Like,
you can tell instantly as soon as he finds a video,
he's up,
he's up and pacing.
Yeah.
Jetset kind of said it's like,
I'm like a kind of fiend for it.
Like with,
if a good video comes about or something that I like a good story.
He's got tell.
Now you got,
you got a,
you have a handshake situation when you've got a good one.
Me?
Yeah.
Like,
you'll,
you'll start feeling yourself that you know a good one's
coming.
And my hand starts shaking a little bit.
That's awful.
You've never seen this pop?
He starts going like this one.
Yeah.
I'm going to point it out.
That's true.
Have you seen it?
Yeah.
C blocked.
No,
you've seen it.
Oh, no.
I'm telling you.
He starts going like this one.
He's got a good video.
That's tough.
Keep him moving, J-bone.
Yeah.
We'll go down the line.
And then Rucatsy.
He's going to.
He's like,
I'm interested to hear.
Well, I'm doing what I'm told.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
You got to do it.
You're doing great.
For Cutsi, like, I knew that he was a loud guy,
but to the extent that he yells when you guys are watching sports.
Yeah.
Is crazy.
Yeah.
Like, I'm not going to deny that.
I'm a loud person.
Or on the plane.
Like, the plane's the big thing.
He didn't ever check a plane.
He said during sports.
He doesn't, he doesn't, like, change for any setting.
Yeah.
He's going to be exactly, it doesn't matter who's around.
If anyone's around, no one's around,
Everyone's around.
If I ain't in a library, I ain't being quiet.
He goes, I knew he was loud, but watching sports with this guy, it's out of control.
It's a very fair assessment.
Well, Jed always talks about the first time he met Cuts.
He walked into his door and he was screaming at the TV.
Colin Cowherd put the Packers in like five.
They should have been.
No, you left him off the top.
He gave me like a hug.
He gave me like a handbag.
He turned to the TV.
Saw Colin Coward started cursing him out and then saw a commercial for Vegas.
And immediately was like, Bob Vegas.
That's what happened.
All right, go ahead, down the horn.
We go.
This is great.
Oh, here we go.
I feel like you guys are probably going to call this one a bailout, but like Jet comes across
like on live like this just kind of like mean guy.
But like, you know, he's like, he's my boss and stuff.
So there's a lot, he's helped me a lot with the editing and stuff.
This is bullshit.
He's taught me a lot.
And there's, I feel like there's a good side to him where.
This guy has been.
I definitely get my favorite.
What the fucking?
What are we doing here?
J.
This is like a prisoner, dude.
Yeah.
Guy and a helpful guy?
Yeah, I mean, I just feel like a lot of people don't see the part where he like
Has basically taught me how to do my job.
All right.
That's fair.
Now, little bit of a job.
Oh, yeah, please, Jensen, what's you got for Mr. Stuby?
Mr. Stuby?
I honestly got to think about this one.
Like, I would say maybe.
like how long
you sleep in
he's like a bear
he's incredible dude
yeah he's right
I don't see the point
to get up to just
like sit around
like I'm gonna get up
when I need to get up to do what we need to do
and not a moment to soon
we got to give this kid a segment
dude
that's right
all right now
the pop
I don't know. Yeah, I feel like Jet kind of took mine. It's like with the whole vape thing.
But I knew you vape too, but I don't know. I feel like for with Jet and Tick, even before I got hired, I've known them from just doing the freelance stuff for so long that there's not a lot.
I feel like there's not a whole lot of new stuff there.
Yeah.
You know what you have Jensen? Kind of the thing that Jed had or I had where like across the board in this industry, you've probably,
We probably DM'd everybody when you first started.
Oh, yeah.
To even Bryson's guy asked me about you.
He's like, hey, he's Jensen here.
I was like, how do you know Jensen?
He's like, he used to DM me.
Yeah.
Jet was the same way.
I did the same shit.
When I was trying to figure out those tracers, everybody, everybody was fair game, man.
Yeah.
I popped J.
Who did you make thumbnails before?
Was it like Mr. Beast or some shit?
I did thumbnails for Dr. Lupo.
He's like a gaming guy on Twitch.
and I just did like a whole bunch of one-off stuff for Twitch guys for a while.
Yeah, he grinded.
I popped Jaybone on the story yesterday on the group pick and tagged him.
I got a lot of DMs being, oh, this is the new guy.
This is Jenstone or Jaybone.
So yeah, Jay, it's been a big trip for you.
He's really not great.
You've done really good.
Yeah, he's not new.
He's new to the public eye.
No, no, I'm not saying.
I'm just saying so the people know he's been with, you know, he's been around.
I'm saying it's been more recent than he's coming on the golf trips with us,
getting behind the scene.
you know being here doing the podcast and stuff and you know I think it's it's been good
it's having another another person always helps and I think it's cool too I always like to see
because I'd ask Jensen before like where'd you travel and you really hadn't traveled much
and the last probably four or five months you probably traveled more than you ever have
so seeing him like on the cliff side of Pacific Dunes I'll be like what do you think about that
I always like to like kind of pick his brain and see what he's thinking so it's it's good we
We love having them here.
He's been really good at addition.
And by the way, you still need to rip this fucking guy.
When you got something, let us know.
Let's let's do one more.
This one comes from Jeremy Brand 604.
What was your most memorable part of your time in Vancouver?
I'm assuming the wedding, not our first trip.
Um, uh, I would probably just say like meeting gutsies, like family and friends and talking to them.
and picking their brain about him.
For me, was probably the best.
Spent a lot of time with his brother as well,
which is really good.
Shout out brother, Ann.
So that for me, for sure.
To Jet?
Cudsey?
I have to think.
I mean, it was all pretty.
I mean, I think just the wedding, like the party.
Like that was, you know, the, you know, just the whole wedding party.
Specifically, I mean, after when we were all, like, on the dance floor, having a great time.
I think that, yeah, that was the best.
us, man. I think for me, I, the wedding itself was an awesome day. Um, and getting to see all of you guys
kind of get to meet my family. I've said it before and like my friends and like kind of the other side
of me and, and, and my realm and my world of where I grew up. That was really cool. Um, I thought like
the speeches were all really, really fucking great. Even the night before when we went out for Chinese food,
we just all hung out. Like it was really cool for me to see you guys, um, experience like,
Vancouver and where I grew up. And I thought that like for me after we did the Virginia trip, I got I felt like got so much insight as to like Perez and like his background and like stuff. It was really like important. I really wanted you guys to experience a little bit about like where I grew up and stuff. And so then the wedding, the first trip was great. But then the wedding kind of brought it all full circle because you guys got to meet my family and my extended family and friends. And it was it was awesome. It was really, really cool. It was a tremendous day.
Yeah, yeah, it was the wedding clearly.
Obviously, it was the best part, but it's going a different direction as well.
Like Vancouver during the summertime as a city was unreal, like just beautiful and the weather was perfect.
Like, you know, that, that's tough to beat as far as a city on the water like that.
There's so much good golf up there too.
I know we played Whistler last time, but we could go to the Okinaw and we could go to the Okinaw and we could go to,
the island. There's, there's so many good golf courses and resorts and stuff that, you know,
would be great to go.
What do you do?
Having a serious conversation.
We had a day off.
And where's that going?
He just wanted a regular municipal course.
He just wanted a regular, just a normal average $50 round course.
And he asked Cutsi because Cutsi's from there.
of course you would.
And he was giving him just country clubs and private courses.
And he couldn't possibly get him.
This is what I was told, Joe.
This is completely incorrect.
That you just couldn't give him a just regular rancho park.
You couldn't get him the rancho park.
No, he wanted, by the way, we were staying downtown Vancouver.
Yeah, there's no, there's no courses in the near vicinity.
And he was like, oh, just go play Kingslings.
I'm like, do you have a car?
He's like, no.
I'm like, then you're not going to play King's Links because you're, unless you Uber,
you get a car that's a good 35, 40 minutes away.
And there's just no courses that are within the close vicinity.
And I ended up actually suggested him to go to Stanley Park, which is a pitching pot.
So that theory is completely fucking flawed.
You put a couple courses.
There were a couple.
I was trying to hint that I just wanted a shitty course.
And by the way, the other flawed part is the course, the one course, which was
Capulano is one of the best courses in the city.
I even suggested, I said,
I could make a call and get him onto the course.
He's like, no, I don't want that.
I don't want that.
So this whole story's been turned on his head.
But that was the whole point is that I was with somebody.
He literally just supported what I'm saying.
I literally,
he just literally did it.
It's the closest course.
It's the closest course in proximity to downtown Vancouver where he's not driving
fucking 45 minutes.
And I, by the way, the place that I told him to play,
you jackass was with fucking Stanley.
park pitching pot. That's all I want. It's a little
pitching putt is what I suggest. You got what he
wanted. You all go fuck yourself with your
flawed stories.
All right. Well, ladies and
gentlemen, that
does it for another
