Starting point is 00:00:00 When the f-do you ever have to use geometry? You know, they say golf's a lot of geometry. No, that's my. I'm just sad to go on. Hey, Bryson. Hey, what's up? Does golf have anything to do with geometry whatsoever? That hurts my brain, you asking that question.
Starting point is 00:00:21 Okay, all right. You said somebody said I was unprepared? Let's start right there. Yeah. Joey D. said, yeah. The same guy that shows up to the T-box. and asked what video we're filming that day. Are we recording?
Starting point is 00:00:37 Yeah, you're live, Dave. By the way, I never said that. He put that word in my mouth. Well, then I take it back. Well, then he's, that's what he said. You're like the mouse that comes and takes the bait every time. And the trap just closes right on you. You do say that all the time.
Starting point is 00:00:52 I don't say you're unprepared. I just say you're a disaster. Oh. No, but I'm saying you don't. It's hard to be prepared when you're a disaster. You don't say the same thing every time. You just, if I show up late to the to the call, you just, say something, whatever it is. And by the way, I'm one of the few people who actually do call you
Starting point is 00:01:08 on your shit. Because you know what? You call me on mine. So what's good for the goose is good for the gander. But don't say it is good for the gander. Let's not forget. But don't, don't call me, don't say I'm unprepared. That's just not. I didn't say that. Okay. All right, good. That being said, you're a little unprepared today. Yeah. Well, and he was last time with the street yard, too. Honestly, and not to make excuses, the video last night took me till three, four in the morning. I like woke up 20 minutes ago. What video is all the behind the scenes shit? Yeah, the Branson one for today. That's the one where I find out I'm having a baby bomb. Yeah. That's going to be an interesting comment section, dude. I can't wait to see that.
Starting point is 00:01:47 I'd like to get into your brain about you in that moment because it was very interesting to like you were very calm and almost like I know you. So I know how you are and how you look like could just focus on the golf. But there are people who are going to be like, why the, like what's going on here. Do you know what I mean? People need to realize is that you're flying out of Bransson, out of Springfield, Missouri. So the flights is not like I would have been flying out of New York and I could have gotten a flight in 45 minutes. There was like two main flights that I could get. One that I thought I would have time to get to because of traffic I missed. I had to go later. So that was on my mind. The other thing that was on my mind, it was it was the first morning of literally a five to six day
Starting point is 00:02:30 trip that I had helped set up that we were going to be filming and I was now not going to be able to provide any kind of content to the boys. So it's like, okay, like I can't fly right away. My wife's okay. She's not in harm. Like, I'm going to fire out this video and I'm going to go. I'm going to do my stuff. And by the way, I got here in time. I witnessed the birth of my child. It worked out wonderfully. But like, you know, it was an obligation. Like I wasn't going to like sit in an airport for five hours when I could have been helping out get in the video done. All right. I think we even move in there, Petey.
Starting point is 00:03:08 I get it. Yeah. I mean, I get it. You made it back. And that's good. It's going to be an interesting. And by the way,
Starting point is 00:03:13 it felt terrible. No, you should know. I wouldn't mean, what is there to feel terrible? Well, you didn't do anything wrong. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:03:20 I agree with you. I don't think it's now. You're leaving us, you're leaving us stranded for Atlanta. But that's okay. I don't want you to be terrible about that. I can't stand Atlanta. Atlanta.
Starting point is 00:03:30 Atlanta sucks. Now I will be excited to do the breezy when we're there, because that's the breezy tournament. But I will say this, Atlanta, the worst airport, maybe after Miami. Terrible airport.
Starting point is 00:03:42 Terrible airport. Good options. But I think the pound for pound, I think Atlanta, me and I rode red to go through Atlanta, and we were cutting it close. Bro, when you're in that security line and you're cutting it close,
Starting point is 00:03:55 it could be the worst, like top five, worst feelings of all time, like when you're there and you're really kind of and you get to the point where you almost have to ask people if you can go ahead you know what I mean I'll never do that I'll never ask yeah I mean but if you're going to if you're going to do you're j-bone what do you say said you'll just do it I like you with that eight iron yeah by the way that video jensen posts yesterday fucking hilarious he took a nine iron from like a hundred
Starting point is 00:04:28 And he's trying to show and it is a I love as a guy who's no stranger to him Seeing somebody else cold cock one just a cold shank and 62 yards nine I Easy nine nine I was holding six Restart the video 162 yards nine nine easy nine nine It was the number perfect distance I want amazing to see. And in that video, you said, you're like, I'm going to take an easy nine iron, easy nine iron, and you swung for the fences again. That was a hard swing. That's Jets point. You guys, I think you guys don't understand what a hard swing. I didn't swing hard.
Starting point is 00:05:34 We don't know what a hard swing is. It's what you do every time. That's not, I go all the way back, but I didn't swing through it hard. Gaveone swings like in, in Happy Gilmore. You know the guys who's, who's, hips get changed. That's what you're supposed to do. You're like to crack and it's like, and it fucking launched every inch of himself into that swing on the follow. Joe, Jet, that clip you sent yesterday of me saying this guy can't even fart right. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:06:07 It's a great video. It's one of the better. The video that comes out, I don't know what I guess this plot is coming out on Friday. So the video that comes out came out yesterday's is one of the best, just has everything going for it. Yeah. The Golf Panther, too. or just like in general. You know, the golf was great two,
Starting point is 00:06:21 the airport was here at the hotel. I thought it was very funny. Pop, you got your first eye on that fireball challenge. Is that fireball challenge as funny as I remember it? There's a lot in there. Okay, good. There's a lot in that video. Did you see, I don't want to give it a woman's first ever.
Starting point is 00:06:37 Jet does it on the car. He gives it Stephen A. Smith. Oh, when he does his Stephen A. Smith. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. That's going to be a good clip. Were you blasted, Yoms? Yo, so blasted. And it didn't help.
Starting point is 00:06:49 that you sent a DM after you left to the Bob Does Sports page and said like, this guy, fuck, no chance. Sticks holes, he'll be fucking dead. But I was, I was interested to see how it goes, because you were right with what you said about. You were like, well, you talk a lot of shit and now like you have the ball. It really hit me afterwards.
Starting point is 00:07:08 I suffered after in the next day. In the moment, I was just, I was hammered, but I was able to make it after. That Mickey Dees just didn't hit. Really? Apparently I threw a tauty. I thought it was fantastic. I thought the Mickey D's was absolutely sensational.
Starting point is 00:07:26 The chicken selects, I mean, it was... Those are great. That chili sauce tick, you got to get your eye off on that. It's unbelievable. Yeah, that's up your alley pop with a little bit of kick there. Well, that's what I did for the Nugget Challenge. Yeah, it was an eye-opening experience in many ways. No, I had a whole bevy of sauces, Joseph.
Starting point is 00:07:43 I had 100 nuggets to go down. But that being said, the Mickey D's, what didn't hit in the Mickey D's was having to keep an eye on this guy down here. Oh. That you did turn into a problem. It was your hard to control. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:07:57 I'm going out about it. But I was like him in New York. And he's getting louder at every turn. He has got it. He was always my guy with the airports. Pro, he gets so loud in airport. He gave you guys a hard time for that. And right now, Yams is louder than pop at airports.
Starting point is 00:08:18 Right? now. That's good at here. The only time pop gets real loud is if he's with Joe. If him and Joey D have a... Joe gets me laughing. Joe gets me laughing. You know what you said is the subtle tell that Yams is hammered,
Starting point is 00:08:29 especially at a breezy is when he comes over to you and he goes like this. He goes... Oh, yeah. If he goes to dab you up... But it's usually a straight one. He usually comes at you with the straight arm. It's like this. Yes.
Starting point is 00:08:44 Yeah. Yes. That is a... That's the one. And if you give him a cup, he'd start slamming it. Slamming it. Jensen said he thought that if he did the fireball challenge, he'd die. I would be in trouble a lot.
Starting point is 00:09:02 It would not be good. It's the most fun challenge, though, because you just get so wrecked. But then as hard as it is to do, as it goes later, you stop really tasting the fireball. You're just so hammered. But it's funny. challenges. Those are the ones that really... Those suck. Yeah, there's nothing fun about those. The drinking ones are fun. The food, there's really nothing fun about it at all. But I do want to take the time out to promote
Starting point is 00:09:31 the brilliantly dumb show. If you guys can head on over to the brilliantly dumb show as well, it's another great podcast as well that we put on here. So I just want to take the time out for that. But a lot... We're a thousand subs away in the Bob DeSports podcast. And you're asking people to subscribe to the brilliantly dumb show. It's doing well, day. Yeah, no, I, I, they didn't even have a lead in, though. Usually they take an opportunity when something is, right? You just took a pause.
Starting point is 00:10:01 It'd be like if Jim Nance got up and was like, by the way, Lynde is over on Fox. Not actually, because there's not like a rivalry, but. I think it's because the Bob DeSports pod is about to hit $100,000. And we've been pushing the brilliantly dumb show from, the start of whenever and and I don't I don't I think part of it is it's a it's kind of undiscovered I can I first of all it's it's popping now me and Bob had this incident a couple years ago where I said it was whatever I that way hey I helped I helped build that show now no it existed before me I
Starting point is 00:10:36 I sure my part of my part of my journey but what you guys did last week was one of the funnier fucking things I've ever seen in my life when Bob and um Dom there down's kid did the state challenge i was crying watching that that was embarrassing bro i'm so stupid like everybody just talks about how dumb i am now i thought you might prep for it i thought you might like go and look at some of the states i honestly wanted it to be raw like i really just wanted like i knew how bad i would be i think if i looked before i it would really really help cutsy i was wondering because i didn't know if i mean i'm not trying to expose myself there were a few i wasn't fully sure on either. Oh, I didn't know a bunch. Some people were like,
Starting point is 00:11:18 Hudson said that one was next to Oregon and it was an Oregon. But I will say, if you give me the map of Canada, I could list out all the provinces and the territories, no problem. No problem. It's also not really fair to you in the sense of like, the kid is probably in that, first of all, hats off to the education system, because I have my concerns and to see him just rattle off all the states. It was impressive. But he's a savant. Like third, fourth, fifth grade where they're just like, that's all they do. He's in like second grade. But, oh, so does he know the states because of his own doing or because of school?
Starting point is 00:11:49 Because the kids always go for that. I think he's gifted, to be honest. I think he's very smart. But at the same time, though, yes, he's very smart for sure. But, like, they do do that. Like, they, like, learn that shit. And, like, that's, like, them and their prime. Correct, he might not remember that in 30 years.
Starting point is 00:12:04 Like, he might be, like, like, but I actually thought Bob did better than I thought he would. He rolled up, you got Mississippi. You got a couple. I did not think that you would get. He had Illinois on the, West Coast. Yeah, that was tough. Yeah, there was some, but my dad was talking to me after he watched the episode because he loved the two. He was talking about how bad I was at school and now they would get us tutors and they would talk to the tutors after and they would just be like, he just doesn't
Starting point is 00:12:28 care. He doesn't care. What's going on, folks? I have learned the easiest way to earn Bitcoin and it is actually playing golf. Like, that is good to know. I was thinking of all the stuff
Starting point is 00:13:47 that they teach you that is so useless. Like geometry. When the fuck do you ever have to use geometry? You know, they say golfs a lot of geometry. Shut up. They do. They say that a lot of mat, like, you know, like with putting and stuff, like there's a lot of geometry involved. Geometry? That's just called aim, pop. No, ask, Bryce. I'm just saying. I'm just saying. Well, yeah, but Bryson's a different, you know. But if you can look at the game in a very mathematical way with the wind, with elevation, I'm just saying there are people who use geometry and math and golf.
Starting point is 00:14:24 Do you really think it's not just aim? You think Bryson would say that? Billiards, too. It's all about angles and trajectory. Do you think Bryson would say that golf is geometry? I don't know if he would say it is geometry, but I think he would say it's helpful. If you understand geometry, it can be replicated. in the game of golf.
Starting point is 00:14:44 We call him. Sure. I mean, that's what he does. He does that little thing with his ball. Have you ever seen that where he marks it? No, but if you call him, let him know he's on the Bob does sports podcast and not the Bruntley a dumb show. He might not know which one he's on.
Starting point is 00:14:59 That was quick. That was a quick enough. I mean, he's a busy man now, dude. He's probably in, like, live like Libya right now. He might be in the freaking White House. He got appointed as a director of sports or something. and nutrition or do you guys see that me and pop got a potential l-a trip coming up doc and down podcast you got you got the nod i well we're working out the details we're trying to carve myself into
Starting point is 00:15:26 that deal but yes yes i think uh i'm down if he's down wait wait wait wait wait the hair procedure to transplant correct maybe we could do a bobdisports la trip we could go play the i know i think it Good. Well, but there's no, once we do our procedure, we're sideline for a few. So we'd have to front end. It'll be on the back end. I thought you're still working out the details. He sounds like the details are set the way you're talking.
Starting point is 00:15:53 No, no, no, I'm saying. But if you get a procedure, there's no way we're golfing the next two days. You have to stay inside and whatnot. He does want to golf with us before the procedures, though. So we should do just a nice round with him just before. Would you imagine if we did a major at the links of Victoria? me, FP, and Bob, how that would... That's actually a really good point, Joe,
Starting point is 00:16:12 is if we do have... We do the owe the world that we owe them stand up. And we owe Tori Pines and Pebble. And stand up. Bro, the links of Victoria Major would actually... We've talked about it. And then Cutsie could Jack Eichael. Jack Eichael could issue bucks on Cutsi, too.
Starting point is 00:16:30 Folks probably noticed FP, not with us today. He said he's neck deep in a member guest. So Stuby's out there firing. At Oak Hill. That's insane. Neck deep in a member. Yeah, I'd never heard that. Was that what he said neck deep?
Starting point is 00:16:46 Yeah. He's in, yeah, like he's in the rock. He said on the, he said on our group chat the other day, we needed to schedule a call. He's like, yeah. He actually said balls deep. He said I could, balls deep. He said I could track down and out and out, like he's catching a fly ball. So no, Suey today.
Starting point is 00:17:06 He only, he, he only, he, he only, he only, he only. joins calls from fairways and roughs like never from from a chair did you see the Travis Matthew thing you did where he was on that hill did you see that at at at the old course you look like Humpty Dumpty sitting on the wall the yeah that was that was great interview but it was just the position every time they oh you would see him sitting on it's brison hey brison i got i got a question for you we're on um the bob does sports podcast not live not Not live to tape, but I do have a question for you. Okay.
Starting point is 00:17:45 Does Gulf have anything to do with geometry whatsoever? Does that a loaded question? That hurts my brain, you're asking that question. Why? Is that bad? Is that killing, Bob? See, take it. This one's going to be on you if I just sounded like an idiot.
Starting point is 00:18:14 Why don't we just continue the conversation? Do it forward. Go ahead, Bryson. Okay, geometry is involved in everything you do in life ever. That's right. That's right. Bob, you want to tell them that you preface it by saying, when in life would you ever use geometry?
Starting point is 00:18:33 So is that a dumb question, too? Oh. How about when picking up your coffee cup in the morning? You drink coffee? Yeah, I'm drinking it now. All right. That's a circle. There's a cylinder attached to it pretty much.
Starting point is 00:18:48 dimensional it's a cylinder a little home shape that's a you're talking you fucking idiot you fucking idiot Bryson is your house
Starting point is 00:19:05 is your house just so big that you always echo every time we're on Oh no I'm taking a shit I'm about to shout on speaker phone Well Bryson we appreciate you
Starting point is 00:19:18 and we miss you and we need to do a video sooner than later. Good, I want one back. I'm down whatever, my man. My offseason's coming up, so we'll get something done soon. All right, brother? We appreciate you, Bryson. Take care, guys. Have a good one.
Starting point is 00:19:30 Later. Bye, Bryson. That was awesome, dude. You better believe if I was in the wrong, that conversation would have gone on a lot longer. Oh, yeah. He pivoted to the echo in the house quite quickly when he realized he sounded like an idiot. To be fair, like I understand what he said, but I still don't get it.
Starting point is 00:19:53 Yeah, I know, I know. He was talking about coffee cups. I drink coffee, but I don't do geometry. Dude, I like the Bryson era when he had like that special hat that he had. Oh, the old newsy hat. Yeah, that was a great, yeah, it's a great Bryson era. Now, he would probably tell you this is his best era now, no question. but just like, I thought he had, like, that was when I should get one of those and throw that on for an episode.
Starting point is 00:20:21 You did. I used to wear it backwards. Yeah. You should have done it Branson, but don't say anything. No, the Kanga ones. You know, the Kango ones that used to be, like, pretty popular back in the day? I got a video that I'm holding on to of Katsi. We played the other day, and his outfit was fucking hilarious.
Starting point is 00:20:42 But when you watch him in the videos, he looks so thin. I mean, the D-Man has chopped off. It's a thinner guy. It's a different guy. How much you weigh right now? Like 234. You're bro. Wow.
Starting point is 00:20:57 Now. But yeah, I'm sure you're not 230. You're not there. I'm like 225. Oh, that's good. My goal is in the next by this next month to be under 230 to like mid-220. I always like, we always talk about cut. It's not even shot.
Starting point is 00:21:13 Like you always talk about how your stomach always goes. was last and like you just have a marble like yeah down there so i i i don't know why i i never i always look like 20 pounds less than than i like am unless i i guess it's a under thighs and if i was 200 balls i would look like sick i would look like you know what you should get yams you see that treadmill like by the way yes i should that thing looks so smart i kind of liked it yeah i liked it a lot it's awesome i mean i wouldn't eat ice cream on it like you where but I like it seems so brilliant it dude it's it's great the problem is it's so small that it gets a little dangerous so like i'm gonna say i can watch a yankee game and like just like i'm
Starting point is 00:21:57 normally like yeah like why you're watching it you don't have much room that you have to maneuver like on a regular treadmill yeah so narode was filming me and she didn't get it because it cuts off but the dog's cage was the crate was right behind me and the crate door was opening and I was going and I hit the door and she like stops the video because she gets scared
Starting point is 00:22:21 it's a small maneuver do you hold on to the thing or no that's what helps the bar goes all the way back it's pretty sick TikTok shop is great because there's no checkout process some people that have it's like a desk where people like work on it like those standing walking
Starting point is 00:22:36 yeah yeah to be honest I'm like I got a good sweat in last night. Now, granted, I went back to that crispy cones last night with the Chirocone. Oh my God. Look at this cone, dude. Look at this fucking cone. You can think about it like this. If you you're just walking, just
Starting point is 00:22:53 then go eat whatever you want. Just walking all this. That's what Bob's trying to do. But I got a little lab coming in there, right? Yeah. Why? It's a little fat. Like, right? There's a crazy. I know, but you, but that's the leanest I've ever seen you. But no, there's still
Starting point is 00:23:09 like fat around it but that's not bad. The fucking V is forming on your on your like yeah but then there's this dude look at that cone man isn't that nice pop Is that pop-up fruit? Like that what's what's
Starting point is 00:23:23 is that like berries in there? What's the red? Neurod wanted strawberries and then I wanted peanut butter cups but they don't overdo it with the toppings a lot of place to overdo it with the topping Neroid wanted berries and I wanted peanut butter cups
Starting point is 00:23:39 they met in the middle they got both yeah speaking of that goddamn treadmill post another pretty solid comment by me and an even better one
Starting point is 00:23:52 by Yams we can't get a like by author man we can't I saw his that a like by author dude that's bad that's bad I'm trying to get out
Starting point is 00:24:01 out there and comment more these days and I just can't that's bad because you know what liking like what you guys do like in the post
Starting point is 00:24:08 I know it sounds new age and dumb, but it really is just such a form of respect by liking somebody's videos. It is. It is. Exactly. It's just like mutual respect. Like, I got you, dog. Like, this is what you do. I got you. Yeah, I'm sorry, but I didn't say it. The first one they did I saw. You know who gets a like and oftentimes a comment almost every time? Who? How Kev eats. Yeah, he does he very good at what he guys. How Kev eats. Get a like by author and a little respect in the, a comment back, almost always. He's a good food review.
Starting point is 00:24:45 He just did a big collab with Jack's dining. I was going to say. Yeah, I saw it. He probably likes it from his car, too. The only thing Al-Kheveed has to take out of his videos, and I'm a big fan of his. He's tremendous. He's got to stop take.
Starting point is 00:24:59 You know the clip where, like, you say something sexual? And then they go to, like, Russell Westbrook, like, what? Or, like, the sexual. I hate when videos cut to those. It's just, oh, his videos are so good. Just stay with that. You don't got to go to that.
Starting point is 00:25:14 It's the guy that eats. He's in his car, right? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I did a collab with him. He's really good. I really like his reviews.
Starting point is 00:25:24 I think pop reviews, like I think pop food reviews would rush. Yeah. I'm already doing it. Reviews anything. I reviewed a couple day old rice the other day and everyone was worried about my health. Yeah. What is the story behind that? You can't put rice in the fridge?
Starting point is 00:25:41 I've been eating day-old steamed rice since I was a kid, and I ate it on one of those reviews, and the amount of DMs and comments I got up, like, pop, you've got to be careful. There's an unprecedented amount of bacteria that grows on rice. You shouldn't eat day-old rice or two-day-old rice. Are you putting in the fridge? Unless you fry it.
Starting point is 00:26:02 You can make egg-fried rice or whatever with it. But, yeah, I put it in the fridge. They're like, still, there's a problem. Are you serious? I don't know, but I was fine. I was fine. But there was a lot of outreach to it. I would say if you've been fine for your whole life, I think you're okay.
Starting point is 00:26:16 But you think I should pivot to earnest reviews, Bob? Like, just actual. I just want to stay away from what you do. I get enough people saying this guy's trying to be Bob, when I'm like, I feel like I'm doing a whole different thing. I do the sandwich review, and people are like, this guy thinks he's Bob. I don't know. I didn't realize that Bob had the ownership of the entire fucking food world
Starting point is 00:26:35 and all of the food groups included. Like, it's unbelievable. Feed Bob has become universally accepted as the only method. He's cornered the market and food. There's portnoir with pizza and then Bob has every other item of food anymore. It's true. It's like, I know the guy, but I'm certainly not trying to be him. I don't do sandwich reviews anymore. I might just have to push through it. Well, that's crazy though, Dee, because I really like-
Starting point is 00:27:00 No Teeth, so I got- That would be funny as shit. That's the whole thing. You've got the little teeth. That's the bit. You got to get back to that, Dee. I love that. the reviews. I really did. I thought that they had some steam, but... So why stop? Well, because, A, because, well, for starters, my diet and then also, the no teeth, it's
Starting point is 00:27:18 impossible to bite into a sandwich. I've seen you bite into some beef jerky. You're telling me beef jerky is easier than a sandwich. Well, you go on the side piece with the jerky. Oh, that's true. You hit the molars with those bumps. Yeah. You need FP one of those beef sticks and watching FP eat a new food because FP now is starting to come around on some food. Because Yeah. Especially like he's into like, um, Mochi. Luna. What?
Starting point is 00:27:44 Hamachi and, Yeah, yeah, but he, Cutsi gave him this beef stick and the video he eats it. He turned into like a little kid. He's like, oh,
Starting point is 00:27:52 I don't like it. I don't like, if you see that ticket in the video? He turned to, because he like really wanted to try it at a food he's never had before. And he's like, all right, fuck it.
Starting point is 00:28:00 Maybe it's good. And he ate it. And then he like immediately turned into a little kid. He's like, oh, I don't like it. Yeah, it was a taco beef stick. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:28:08 Get a live look at Billy Malton, Breezy's finest right now. So Billy, I didn't want to talk about this for a second. It's pretty fucking awesome. He's doing, we did like a giveaway for Breezy where you could win a guy's trip and you do like a Ryder Cup style with you and you and your boys. He is so funny. His group is so perfect, like these Boston guys who are really nice guys, like not scumbags, but at the same time,
Starting point is 00:28:37 they chirp each other and they're doing this have a day breezy rider cup trip where they have behind the scenes like it looks like it's shaping out to be very funny because the crew that they have is so funny that i'm really excited to see it come out that the their their Airbnb is fully stocked with have a day they're all wearing breezy it's rider cup and these boston guys that fucking go at it that's great um yeah i think it's going to be really really good Um, so yeah. That should be fun. All right.
Starting point is 00:29:10 So without further ado, let's head on over to the Q&A portion of the show of the Bobdow Sports podcast here. Jensen, take it away. All right. So this first one comes from Kyle Hall 2016. What is everyone's biggest pet peeve about the other? Jesus, man. How the other?
Starting point is 00:29:33 What? Holy shit. I mean, what are we doing? Go around the room here? Yeah. This is. It's dicey. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:29:41 It ends at pet peeve, dude. This is a dangerous game. Maybe Yom's too loud at airports now, but outside of that, we'll stay away from that. All right. We'll move on. This one comes from Tanner Webb. Well, what do you think the Duke will shoot at the internet invitational?
Starting point is 00:30:03 Well, what the, I'm not going to give up what the format is, but I can say it's not going to be all stroke play. It's a mix and match. But I think the Duke has a chance to really take over the internet. You know, I told him, I said, just make sure you have everything ready as far as like Instagram and stuff like that. Because I do think there's a chance with how much of just an enigma the guy is that he could really take over the internet invitational.
Starting point is 00:30:30 But again, you got to stay in it, you know, to win it. So I think anything can happen. I got tagged. I didn't realize he had Instagram. I got tagged by this planet Duke. town and I open it up and he's got like 20,000 people following him now. Does he's
Starting point is 00:30:46 yeah and he's got he's like posting videos and putting shit up there so like I think he's kind of buying into the whole social media gig. He recently went to some guy and I think Florida invited him to try out his burger spot and so he's got some guy filming him
Starting point is 00:31:03 trying like a smash burger and he's never had a smash burger before and it just listening to him and he should know that's Bob's Lane but he was he was reviewing this burger. To see that guy off the golf course doing anything, it's funny enough on the golf course, but seeing him review this burger is crazy.
Starting point is 00:31:24 He's got a great page. It's so funny. His Instagram page is great. I feel bad for his neighbors. What's his handicap, Bob? He can play bogey golf. He can go out there. Is he better than me?
Starting point is 00:31:37 No, but he can be. He doesn't have much of distance. at all. But like he just plays kind of like old man golf. Like he just pumps it up there so like he could beat me on any given day. Like he's not He can beat you? Yeah, on any given day. If I play, I think I'm definitely a better
Starting point is 00:31:57 golfer. Every time we've played, I've beat him. Well, every time we play it, I beat him. But if I play bad and he plays his game and he plays bogey golf, so you know, you've seen me not play bogey golf tour. Yeah, he can get me for sure. I think the thing with him is he knows his game, so he doesn't try to go outside the parameters of it. He'll lay up, he's not trying to, like, smoke
Starting point is 00:32:16 one on, like, he plays smart. He understands that the game's about geometry. He understands the math. He doesn't try to hit an eight iron two hundred. He's everything Jensen's not. Yeah, I would say. Benson also, Jensen took, in the video, he
Starting point is 00:32:36 got rocked. Like, he was, like, in the video that comes out today, or yesterday he it was just like starting at the airport when he started talking shit to to ticket about uh oh you i guess you didn't see it because you weren't about your headphones and he asked you how many milliliters of caffeine have you drinking and you just started fucking lighting and then he had the fart into it was a very heavy oh and then bob he said he would be as as strong as you if he was as tall as you he had a lot of i wanted to clarify that what That's not what I'm that.
Starting point is 00:33:08 That I didn't love. That I didn't love. That if he was as tall as me, he'd be as strong as me. The same size. Like, he'd look the same. Yeah. That's not what I. I didn't mean that I would instant, I would, I didn't mean if you took my size now and scaled me up to your height.
Starting point is 00:33:24 I meant like, if I was your height, I would fill out a little bit too. Like, I wouldn't stay the same, like. That's not necessarily true, though. There's a lot of tall, skinny guys out there. A lot of lanky guys. Yeah. Do you think you take some unwarranted shots, Jaybone? I don't think I take unwarranted shots.
Starting point is 00:33:44 No, I think I'd just say things without understanding the repercussions of them. There was an incident on the last podcast that happened in the comment section where Joe said that you couldn't possibly, the way it was interpreted was that you couldn't possibly have fans that are sticking up for you. It's more that they're haters on Joe. hating on Joe. When did I say that? And that could have been taken
Starting point is 00:34:10 as an unwarranted shot. Sure. When did I say that? It was on the last podcast. It was how people interpreted, Joe. I just acknowledge that I got a lot of haters. That's all I was doing. I'm not, there could be a J-Bone fan club for all.
Starting point is 00:34:23 I don't know. I think he's got a little army. I like how you preface that with a little. That's kind of an unwarranted shot. That is a little bit. That is a little bit. We all start with a little army and then it grows. Yeah, if he was bobside, it'd be a nice, strong one that reviews food at every turn.
Starting point is 00:34:44 Fettuccine Alfredo Army, the wet-ist army of all time. That he's the villain, Bob does sports. Do you agree with that, Pop? He's the villain? Yeah, I don't think anyone who knows the show knows that he's not the villain. I agree. I think that's ridiculous. He's one of the heroes.
Starting point is 00:35:01 There's three heroes on the show, and you're one of them. Oh, stop, Bob. Don't do that. He's not a real one. There's seven heroes. Oh, there's seven heroes. Okay. Well, sure.
Starting point is 00:35:13 I do think the people who truly know and have watched and follow along and know that our friendship and how close we are would say that like Cutsi's just unapologetically himself and, you know, sometimes he's on the verge of being psychotic and wild and whatnot. But like, I think most people know that I got my boys back no matter what. The people who think that, like, you guys can't stand me and are annoyed at me, like, because they watch Jet say he was going to come all over me. I guess that might have been part of it. But I think the people who say that clearly don't know that we're like, we're in sync. We're aligned. We're friends. And I am just a wild card.
Starting point is 00:35:53 And I don't mean to, like, be, I'm just going to be me at all times. It's not a bit. It's just who I am. I don't think anyone thinks you're a villain, anyone who knows the show well. Maybe someone who clicks on one video and it's their first time watching, maybe, but anyone who understands what the show's all about doesn't think you're a villain. That's great. There are no villains.
Starting point is 00:36:12 Jay Bone, let's fire up another one, Big Dog. All right. This one, I don't mean to make it about me, but there was a lot of these in the DMs today. People want to know if we would ever see a Jensen versus Cold Cuts match. And I don't think we have to do it on Bob does sports specifically. but I would run it on Twitch. I'll run it on Twitch. He wants that smoke, Cutsi.
Starting point is 00:36:38 The problem is, Cutsi, it's... I'd like to say it. I think... Of all time, for you, not even taking a shot at J-Bone, but, like, if you do have the biggest off day of all time and J-Bone, like, beats you, like, what are you going to... How many strokes do I get out?
Starting point is 00:36:50 I would need strokes, yeah. I mean, I wouldn't be able to beat him straight out. I think deep down, though, Jensen does think he... I do a little bit, man. No, there's no chance. There's no chance. I mean, if Cutsie's shooting in the seven, I'm not going to shoot in 70s. I probably, I would probably on an average day if I played you and I didn't
Starting point is 00:37:11 have any horrific blowups. I'd probably shoot from like 84 to 88. Like I'd say like realistically, I think that that's a realistic number. If I had a really bad day, it could be in the 90s. But I don't know what you're going to, I don't know what you're going to shoot. And also, too, the other thing is you've never, you've never played even nine holes on camera. So that's going to be in. interesting to see how that translates. I guarantee you if you guys take that match to Twitch, that that will, that would do numbers. That, that would be a big, you get Bob and Jet commentating the whole thing. You guys fall around the whole 18 whole match.
Starting point is 00:37:48 I think on Twitch, that would crush. It'll be good. I will tell you this, Jaybone, if you do play me, if we do play, it's all love. And at the end of the game, I'll dab you up. But I will talk so much fucking shit throughout that match that if you shank one with one of those eight irons, you will hear about it the whole time. It could be episode one of the hater series. It's not a hater.
Starting point is 00:38:10 He's not a hater. He's my boy. We were being Joe talking about that yesterday, though. That that hater series has to get started. Not the hater series, shout out, four play had started that for sure. But. Joe Gershmo. Joe,
Starting point is 00:38:23 Shmo has to get going. I think we're ready for that. I just think it has to happen. Also, you know, a match on the horizon. We haven't even filmed it yet. Michael Lassaso, Breezy's first ever Breezy athlete,
Starting point is 00:38:38 absolute prodigy coming aboard that's going to film with us. I think that's going to be a lot of fun. I'm looking forward to filming with him, and he has been awesome for Breezy so far in the move of Breezy. Also, awesome for Breezy. Do want to shout out.
Starting point is 00:38:54 Yeah, he's been playing really good. Is 7-Eleven. Everybody that bought the 7-Eleven collab, oh my God. I mean, the Fireball one we did was great, but the 7-11. 11 collab was so sick and very a surreal moment. For us, even in the beginning jet,
Starting point is 00:39:09 me and you might have been talking about it. It's like, okay, we're doing this collab with 7-Eleven. And then we kind of thought about it. It's like, that's crazy to be doing a collab with 7-Eleven. It's kind of like a Malbon type of play. Malbond does a lot of good collabs. I think it's fucking awesome. Yeah, I mean, 7-Eleven is just, to me, it's just cool as shit.
Starting point is 00:39:29 Like, there's nothing cooler than a slurpy, dude. I know. It's the coolest thing in the thing. the world. And not to be confused with a freezy or whatever the fuck they got in Canada, Cutsi, which apparently are better. Is that true? Yeah, slushies, yeah. What are they called? Slurpees, slushies. Oh, we had one when we were there. I think they're, I think they're far superior just because they're like the ones here, they don't have as much liquid. They're like more dry. I'm going to do a review of one of them this afternoon on the feed Bob. But regardless,
Starting point is 00:39:59 the merch the apparel as well is super nice like that polo is very cool dude that striped one yeah that's because that's like what they wear at the that's what the guys behind the counterwear that's sick as hell dude it's it's awesome and also
Starting point is 00:40:16 by the way that sweatshirt the one that Jensen's wearing is one of the most comfortable sweatshirt and I'm not to say this because this is our stuff genuinely I put it on because I often wear these sweatshirts without shirts underneath it is one of the comfiest sweatshirts I've ever put on. It really is.
Starting point is 00:40:33 If you're like, if you were to review one thing in the world, like, honestly, it would be a sweatshirt. Like, your, yeah, I agree. A pair of pants. More, that's his core, dude. Worth more than anybody's take on, on anything. So, Pop, pet, pop does pimp the fuck out of sweatshirts. Like, that's his game.
Starting point is 00:40:50 Yeah, sweatshirts. And, and, you know, Bob, you recently found out why. And, you know. Yeah. Yes, I did. Believe it at that. But is that. But is that.
Starting point is 00:40:58 But, but, but, but, but, That's true. That's true. Is that really the real reason or were you was was that just half and half that one one half is that reason. The other half too is it does protect me from the sun when it's blazing odd out. I get so sunburnt. It ruins my. Remember Dominican when I had to buy the pair of Ernie L's pants or what? Greg Norman's pants because my legs got fucking crushed. It looked like it was straight out of like his closet from the 90s. Like they were like those massive like pleaded pants. Dude, he has never heard of like a boot cut or, God forbid, a skinny, slim fit. You are parachutes, this guy.
Starting point is 00:41:38 I can't. Greg Norman is busting out parachute pants, man. Dude, I like what's really, like, in now is that people are doing, and I love it, is, like, the oversized sweatshirts. I love getting in, like, a size or too big. And then you just don't have to wear it. It's not as you have a big meal and, you know, you're looking a little puffy. Get those oversized shirts.
Starting point is 00:41:59 Those Bieber style sweatshirts? Yeah, I love those, dude. Or just the shirts. Like, I love those oversized, those big shirts. Yeah. But I will say just the one last thing on the collars. I had a good feeling that the collab would be sick, too, because we've done collabs with Fireball,
Starting point is 00:42:15 and every time we did it with Fireball was sick as well. So we got to maybe just keep running back these collapse because they're fun, and people seem to enjoy them. The head covers, I got to get my hands on one. They're so nice. Yeah. Yeah, it's good. We really did. We did a really good job with it. The Breezy team did awesome with it. So I'm fired up about it. I think it was awesome. All right. Let's do one more. And then I got to get running.
Starting point is 00:42:39 All right. This one comes from The Heat 18. If you guys did a three-man scramble playing Lefty, what do you think you would shoot? People ask that all the time. We did it before. That was like the most requested video ever. And we tried to do it in California, in L.A. like three years ago. And it was, we quit. Like, it was a design. When? Remember in LA at, I believe it was at Trump internet or whatever the courses there in the Palisades? Paulus Verdes.
Starting point is 00:43:07 One of the first times we filmed and we tried to do it. And you went righty and he went lefty and it was a disaster. Oh, I couldn't hit a swing. We have a hard enough time hitting it on the right side. It's like, but yeah, that video gets requested all the time. And it just didn't work out. The other one that I see all the time, maybe it's. nine whole one, I think, is Jet versus Pop.
Starting point is 00:43:30 Maybe you bring us in from that. Wow. That's another highly required. Maybe we do like a Mulligan thing. Like, you know, maybe like Perez is tickets, Mulligan, me and Joe would be Jets or maybe, I don't know, something, possibly. Something there. But if people do want to crave left-handed play from Ariety, there is an episode a long time ago in Dallas where our guys didn't play left-handed, but F.P. and Joe played Bryson. left-handed.
Starting point is 00:43:58 That's right. Did he beat you? He played unbelievably left-hand. He played with my clubs that he had never even held before, and he played unreal. It was crazy. How far he was hitting that ball? You know what? He was a lot of geometry.
Starting point is 00:44:10 I was going to say when you focus on geometry, anything's possible. All right. Well, that does it another edition in the Bob does sports podcast. I think we're going to take a little bit of a break from pods for maybe a little bit. We've been cranking a lot out of them. Okay, so we're going to see you next week. We'll see you next week. Another edition of The Brilliantly Dumb Show.
Starting point is 00:44:33 We'll see you next. That was good. That was real good.
