We are rocking and rolling. Welcome back another edition, the Bob does sports podcast. To my left, Joey D. The Jet and the Fat Perez. Look, let's call it for what it is. Let's just get it all out there. It's just a doozy of a night last night. It just seems like, I mean, the Jet, you look, too.

I mean, just really, really. Look, we're hurting. We have no one to blame but ourselves. Absolutely. We were going to do the podcast before we left for last night. And we said, oh, well, we're hurting. do it when we get back. And I said, there's absolutely no way

we're going to even be able to even think about doing a podcast when we got back. So, yeah, we banged yourself. Yeah, for us, for us to think that we were going to do a podcast when we got back from the bar is crazy. It's a little bit of UFP, it's a little bit of me. I agreed with it. But for us to think that we were going to come back

and read a podcast is ludicrous. I didn't, you know, for whatever reason, I didn't think that we were going to do what we ended up doing. I don't know what made me think that. Nothing that we've ever done in the past would lead me to believe that that would be the case. Everything we've ever been

and everything that we've ever done would lead us to think that we would do exactly what we did last night. Yeah. I just thought for some reason in my head, we'll be home by 10 and, you know, we'll be pretty banged up, but it could be funny and we'll all get home together

and none of that happened. For starters, you guys lost, me and I don't know how I got back lost yourself yeah yeah that's fair I I don't know how I got back into the house because I did not have a key I I literally I don't remember going back into the house I have no idea how I got back in there I ordered $225 worth of Wendy's that thank God got canceled why did it get can't I don't no no I fell asleep and right when I woke up I was like oh fuck like there's going to be just bags and bags of Wendy's.

And I opened up the post-oomut app and it was canceled. Thank God. Because that just was the most- What did you? What did you? What did you like? Could you see the order? Like, was it just like 10 baconators and like-

Ticket? Do you mind passing me my phone? I'll read it out. Were you just like an order for everybody? For every, yeah. I was thinking for everybody that everybody came home. I mean, look, with the way this. He text.

He sent me a message something about that. I got to look at him like incessantly. He disappeared. Couldn't get a hold of them. Yeah, I mean, I was, I was gone with the wind. I really was. And again, thank God this thing was deleted. Here we go, ready?

Oh, my God. We got two Dave's doubles. We got one bacon ate at fries, six piece spicy chicken nuggets, 10 piece crispy chicken nuggets, three, 10 piece chicken, crispy chicken nuggets. So four, rather than just do four. 40 nuggets. So 40 nuggets, one bacon double stack, biggie bag,

three French fries, three more baconator fries, another order of baconator fries, junior cheeseburger, baconator combo, two double stacks, three more baconator fries. So how many you get like eight baconator fries? That's correct. Oh my God. I ordered seven baconator fries, three double stacks, three baconators. Yeah, that's a drunk young man. Thank God.

I texted Bob. I texted Bob. Horrifying. 11, 12 p.m. Where are you at? He goes, these are all separate texts. Hit BK. Just blacked out.

Oh, boy. I had to F. I had. Oh, I had to go. That's ordering Wendy's for everybody. Eberley. Everybody. That's really.

That's really. It's eight messages in a row all three words or less. It's sort of similar to the bacon. Yeah, like, it's like when you order the bacon and everything. I got everything across. That's bad, man. You think you would do like four orders of baconated fries,

but you could see on the thing it's like two baconator fries, one baconated fries, three baconated fries. It's like, why would you just put six? It's like, we'll do a couple more. It's so bad. We're just going to do one. We're just going to do one. That is our saying, by the way, when we go to the bar now,

this is the second time we've had like a banger of a night in two trips. And our saying is we're just going to do one. So. To the power of 10. We had the whole bar. There's so many people at the bar that was just when they went to go to shower. We're just going to do one. We're just going to do one.

That tax exchange is bad, Jed. Yeah, it was just like, it was just bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang. That's a row. All three words are less. You just don't look at something like that and think to yourself. Yeah, he's fine. No, and I was worried because I, he's not one to like disappear without. Like he disappears, but usually he says I'm out.

Yeah. And he leaves. And so he just bailed and we couldn't find him. And then we had to get people. back on the boat and we didn't know if we should leave without him or find him. And he's like, I took an Uber. And to be honest, I thought the only way onto this place was from the water. Sure.

So I was like, did you, how'd you get an Uber in the water? Yeah. Yeah. He took a jet ski. You know what it is? I rarely will I get to the point where I'm like blackout drunk. It's, it's pretty rare. That was it.

And once I start like, when I'm like not in control anymore, I start to panic to where like, you know, you're around people like, you don't want to be the guy. staggering around the bar to where when I felt tickets told me went in to go take a piss and I was standing over the urinal for 30 minutes yeah I was just standing there like I don't even know if my pants I didn't even see you getting getting so yeah I mean come on we were how many shots do we take yeah you must have I don't know yeah I mean it was shot after shot after shot we had drinks on we had drinks on the boat which is sensation we had drinks at the first bar yeah we went to the

second bar yeah it was it was crazy it was crazy we had food at the first bar too. Yeah, by the way those sliders were fucking Turner. Oh, that was the first bar. That was the first bar. That place was good. They had TVs everywhere, watching the games. By the way, I will say, you know, obviously the banger of the night, but

to me, Loki, the best part of the night was going on the boat beforehand. It's very rare UC Jet with a big old smile on his face. This young man was having himself on Oxford. He was sailing the seas and he was all about it. I almost didn't come. During the day, I was, I was just like, yeah, I'm not going. Like, I have too much work to.

And then right before we left, I was like, you know what? Fuck it. Like, let's, I don't want to let just, like, be back by myself the whole time. So I came. I honestly, I wish we could just, I could just, like, bottle that up and just like, that was the best. It was the best time ever. He looked at me in one moment and he like, he like, he like grabbed me like this. And when Jet, when Jet makes physical contact with you, you know either he's going to kill you or he's very happy. So he goes like this, he goes, soak it in, Cutsi, this is a top Bob does sports moment. And you know what? He wasn't wrong.

It was like, it was like we had just passed a storm. You could see like the lightning and the thunderstorms in the distance. And it was just like, the vibes were high. The music was blaring. Jet was loving.

We were playing country music out there. And it was just like, shout out to Alex for having us out there. Dude, that was so sick. And it was beautiful. It wasn't, it was, the weather was perfect. It wasn't like humid. It was like breezy.

Yeah, it was nice. He's down in the water. It's nice. You're a Jupiter guy now. By the way, I hate to say it. You did it 180. I'm a Jupiter guy, man. It was cool for me because me, you know, I come down here all the time with my parents living here and you guys coming on to their course was sick.

Having you guys out of there was really, really cool for me. Because, you know, we've done the Jupiter trip before, but we didn't really get to, like, go out, really. It was after the breezy, so we were all kind of shot to where this was a special trip for me. I think this was awesome. And then us being on the water yesterday. I had so much fun, man. You can go for dinner with your dad the other day, or like we were on Jupiter Country Club,

and he was riding around with Double Down Dave, who by the way is a wild boy, your dad's friend, and then we went for dinner afterwards with them. It was fun because they know everybody. It's like everybody knows everyone here. And it's like you and your dad are like the mayor of Jupiter at this point. It's like you're walking around like shaking hands, like kissing babies.

It's pretty hysterical to watch. Yeah, that's a good point too. even just having my dad while we were filming an episode, he just wanted to kind of like see how an episode would go. So having him just kind of trail around and the cart was, was sick. He really was. It was a special one. He has the, um,

the have a day sticker on his cart. Yeah. When he drives away, you just see it, see a drive on. Ticket was fascinated by that golf cart. He just kept looking and he's like, that thing is sneak.

Yeah. It's, it's like. Yeah, I keep telling him to get the half a day decal, but he just got like the stickers from, the merch and he just put the sticker on it's like a bumper sticker it ain't burrow why fix it you know yeah yeah it really was man it was uh it's been a really

really good trip um the filming's all done fp uh verse got filmed one that we think is going to be a boomer banger versus grant who i'll tell you man this guy we've probably sort of performed a podcast we've were so comfortable with him now we've been filming with him so long he's the five fucking best. He's just, he's such a nice dude. Hard to find a nicer guy and someone that you want to root for really. And by the way, while we're at it, the Busted Jack guys were awesome to be you like super down to earth guys. We got to set up something with those guys again because they are hysterical and fun and just good vibes all around this trip, I would say. Yeah. I mean, and then it really was. It was a good trip. The FPVIRS will be awesome. I love doing

the FPVERS just because we just get the kind of watch and it's a good battle going back and forth. where yeah I mean I thought it was a lot of fun I think that'll do a lot we got robbed so we we were going to be filming with the Bustjack guys and and Grant as well we had a great collab going with them and then it just started hailing to the point where we couldn't even get back onto the course after because it was so bad and the rain just wasn't stopping so we don't have a video coming out with them but that would have been sick it's like what could have been you know such a shame yeah we found three holes that were unbelievable we were three You were three under.

And vibes were great. And then it's just like robbed. The crew, yeah. The cart pairings were amazing. Yeah, you signed those. It was the right move. Well, you were with Mason, which is a dynamic crew. You were with Cole, right?

And you were with Grant. That's like, yeah. Those are good. I saw a few of them. There's some wild boys. Yeah. We got a lot of trips coming up now, too, with Virginia coming up with Perez. And then we have Breezy in New York.

So we like get a couple weeks and then we're gone and then we get a couple weeks and then we're gone again. So it's going to be some East Coast riding here. Can we talk about it? We're East Coast boys for the next month and a half. We used to always say that we travel a lot, but then we really did have like a lot of downtime at home. Now it's we really, we're on the go. A lot. Well, it makes me appreciate.

What it does make me appreciate is how much FP travels because he comes to the West Coast all the time. And that's a big old trip. Like when you're going. Cross country and then you have the time difference and everything. Chris, can you break down your itinerary for, because we all go home, like we at least have a few days to like relax. Can you break down what your itinerary looks like coming up? This is crazy. Going for it.

Yeah. You can start last week if you are before this trip. Yeah. He's going to put the sunglasses down. I don't really know why I did that. It takes some time. Yeah. Where am I going to start?

I'm going to start when we came here. Yeah. So we came here on Monday. Today's Saturday. I'm getting home about 8.30 p.m. this evening. Back to the airport 7.45 tomorrow morning, flying down to Stream Song for four days. I think I get back about dinner time Wednesday, immediately get in the car with my wife to drive to Louisville. I'm in Louisville until Saturday, Wednesday is Saturday, and I drive back to Virginia via my Mountain House.

My family's mountain house to celebrate my grandmother's birthday. I literally just have dinner, and then I go the rest of the way home because I have a 6 a.m. flight the next morning on Sunday morning to go to Scottsdale. Scott'sdale. Oh, the Bryce Butler. No, no, no, no, no, no.

Good, good, good. Good, good championship. Oh, the good good championship. And then I'm in Scottsdale until Thursday or Friday. I don't know. And then you guys come in on Wednesday next week. And I have a wedding. I'm coming home.

I'm coming home for my buddy's wedding. He's the best man. He's emcee. Yeah. Oh my God. It's pretty nuts. Between like today or I guess Monday when we came here, between Monday and like May 11th, I'll have slept at my house twice. And I'll have been to my house, but it was just like getting home from the airport, packing stuff.

and immediately driving. It's a lot. It's crazy. He walked into the Airbnb Sunday, right? When do we get there? Monday. Monday. And he came in last and he got in.

He was all exhausted and he's like, I am playing golf for the next 29 days straight. Every single day I would be playing a round of golf. And he sounded like, he sounded already tired. Yeah. Look, it's hard to complain a lot of people here. It's like, oh, it's tough. Like, I mean, my body is, I'm not.

I don't, you know, people are like, oh, my body's a temple. that ain't me. My body's a fucking landfill. And, you know, I don't, it's, you know, I'm playing 12 straight days. It's just, it's just, like, look, it's, it's, it's not bad problems. You need a massage. My body breaks down. It's like 12 straight days, 16 out of 18.

It's like, it's a lot of golf, man. Yeah. He's like, he's like an NBA team. They play like back to back. So like two and three nights. Yeah, he's like the opposite of Kauai Leonard. Do you remember, Bob, when we were, when we were traveling. At the beginning of Bob DeSports, we did like city to see, like three cities in a week.

And you call me one night and I was like, I finally understand why like NBA guys take nights off. Oh, I was crazy. Like when you get into this travel grind, it's like, oh, load management. Not even load management. Like some nights you'll have a guy, like a star player like, say a Jimmy Butler, for example, who he'll put up like, I don't know, 12 points one night. And you're like, what's going on? He's been in 43 cities in the last 50 days. He's just tired.

And like, like, Prest is we definitely ain't complaining. I wouldn't trade it for the world, but it does, it definitely is. The only thing I think that really bought that, that gets to me, I just hate living out of a suitcase in the sense of like my clothes are always all in shambles. Not a good packer. Like, I hate not being able to pull clothes out of a drawer like where it's all in shambles. I'm a bad packer. You're a huge routine guy also.

Yeah. And this fucks up routine. Yeah. I mean, listen, we have the best job in the world. Can't be. We're not complaining. It's just, it's like, it's just a funny, you know, it's hilarious. It is.

It beats the office every day of the week. Yeah. And then when we're on these filming trips, like, yes, it's filming, but also going back to the Airbnb and shooting the shit's the best part. But like nothing in the world else matters. Like we're all kind of like in our own world. Like, you know what I mean? Like we're all kind of like disconnected from a lot. It's a lot of fun.

It really is. I mean, again, I definitely wouldn't trade it for the world. Jupiter was good to us. Virginia on the way. Virginia's going to be great. And we still got to, we've been talking to it back and forth a little bit. The trip that I would look forward to most, we'd. We talked about doing it for a while, and I think it's going to happen at some point is the Hawaii.

Not why. We're going to meet Rick in Hawaii. Bora, Bora. Oh, Euro. Yeah. It's at the point where maybe Rick just comes here, but we got to go to Europe. No, we have to go to Europe. We would have to go to him.

Imagine the better. As in Europe. Imagine you in Europe. It would be. I live in Europe. I know. Imagine. Imagine.

But Bob, Bob in Europe, by the way, I will say, is, one of the funniest things to witness. Your fish out of water. Oh, it's like a fish unlike the moon. It's like it's unlike it's unlike anything you've ever seen. He's so lost. Like he relied on me like he

was an infant child. But I mean, we had a blast. But without me, I don't know how you legitimately remember when I got into it with the guy in the sauna. Oh yeah. What? Yeah, I got into it with an old Italian at the sauna of a gym. Because yeah, I went to the gym. It was like the one day

like me and Kati were eating everything in sight and like it was just disgusting and yeah we gorged ourselves but so I went to a gym in Italy and then like for me to even go in and sign up like for the membership the one day membership was hysterical like if I'm going back and forth with me but I go into the sauna and um I think I had I had my shoes on so like I had my full wardrobe on and like they take their sauna time like very very seriously um it's something I came in and he's like, you know, you gotta go, you gotta get out of here. And I didn't understand what he was saying. So I was like, oh, okay, no problem.

I started to finally realize it meant like, you know, get out. You can't be in with your clothes. And then he yelled at me again. He's like, no, you got to get out of here. So he's saying this in Italian. And then for me, I like, I like, pause them. I was like, okay. I was like, I'm going, but you're out of line.

It's like, it's like, yeah, I'm going, but you're out of line. And for this guy. You know, like, there's no way he understands you're at a line. Like, it's such like a, like a phrase, like a, I feel like it's like a New York, like Northies, like you're out of line. I bet you said, fuck you, you'd know what you were talking about. Yeah, to say that, but I was like, but you're at a line. I was like, I never was fighting him on it.

Like, I was like, okay. And he kept yelling and it was like, but yeah. And then I came back and I told Joe, but I just, I had no idea. I really was. I was fish on the moon. That's a great phrase. That is a good phrase. Yeah, it really is.

Yeah. Yeah. Eurochip, but also Hawaii. I want. to go to Hawaii more. I've been wanting to go to Hawaii for the longest time. I really do. It's beautiful dude. Yeah. The courses are I want to do Hawaii. Lush. No cameras. Yeah, we were talking about doing. We were talking about the way we were. Oh boy. I deserve a vacation. No, not even me. No, no, I'm saying I want to do a golf trip with the boys.

Yeah, 100% no. I do think we need to book a trip where yeah, it's where it's not even a filming week. Like it's just us. And then one of us one of us will make a hole in one and it won't be on camera. Oh yeah. Oh boy. Oh, probably. Oh, even like it's a much fun when we played jupiter country club we didn't have to end up playing the 18th hole to where everybody was swinging we did the ig. live ticket takes hacks you know you get the jet up there like it's so much it i love that shit it's so much fun where yeah i think we could we definitely do that type of trip and then hopefully um you know on another note the the rick shields trip gets booked which i do think it will but us going to europe i think would definitely be great and then another thing that we talked

about that we keep saying that we're going to do that i think would be awesome that people want to see is to get like the behind the scenes. Like when we start filming like doing it, me and you were talking about it the other day, I think, FPA or someone where if we get the behind the scenes of us like at dinner and stuff like that. Yeah. That we could start possibly incorporating.

We were talking about it too, but maybe in Virginia trying something or something like that. Yeah. I mean we laugh a lot off camera, off episodes, you know, dinners and car rides and just hanging out in general. we're not on the course.

You know, it's just a little bit extra of us, you know, get to know us on like not the episode level. And I think, you know, I think it'll be as fun for us to watch it. All that stuff over again is this for everybody else to kind of experience, like, what a filming week for us looks like. We talk about film week or like going, you know, a travel week or whatever. You know, it's not just the episodes we make. It's everything else, you know, around all of it.

it'd be just kind of cool to see the antics. I mean, shit. Imagine if somebody was filming us last night. Oh, my God. I'm saying a lot of people were talking about, talking about vlogs, like, I love that shit. Behind the scenes, vlogs.

And hopefully, hopefully we'll make it happen. It's just we got a lot going on. The thing is, too, it's just the perfect mix. I think some of the funniest stuff is, like, even when we're in the van, like just driving to or from the course,

the stuff and everybody plays in. But the thing is, you really, like, we almost would have to hire different, guys to film it because like you can't have that without you and take it. Well in the car you could do the GoPro. Yeah.

You used to do by the way. You bring a guy who's his he's in charge of behind the scenes logs. But I'm saying it might be Nikki Juice. Nicky Juice might get the next Nicky Juice. Yeah. Poor guy. Poor guy. That was he he kind of got banged unfortunately

It's not his fault. We went to a nice restaurant and the server kind of put him in a predicament and was like we got the smoked old fashion, blah blah blah. Like sold them on it. By the way, this is our new, for the people who don't know,

this is our newest editor. Great guy. Yeah, yeah. He bought it hook, line and sinker, and you got to know when a server is pushing

for stuff like that, they never disclose the price. So then they bring out the cocktail cart and he starts smoking in it and he's like, now we got our, I don't even know what it was

like McKellen, 25 year or something like, and I'm like, this has got to be a bang job. So I look at the cocktail list and it's $61. Yeah, that was tough. What did Tim Darnet say?

He was like, So Dardo goes, well, I hope he enjoys his dinner because it's probably his last. And then I think he realized how expensive it was because he saw and the server came up and asked him if you want another one and he asked for a pilsner. Yeah, yeah.

He had no idea. How much is that? No idea. You're right, though. Whenever they're like pushing a cocktail, usually it's like an entree that they're You always ask. Yeah, catch of the day or something like that.

How much was that special, by the way? Yeah. Yeah. $61. I'll stick with the Pilsner. Yeah. It was a banged out. They banged them.

Going back to what you were saying though, Bob, the original, a lot of the original Bob does sports videos, we used to do like the GoPro camera in the van or like in the car when we drive with the bagels or like even like with the links of Victoria with you talking to me and jet in the back or like I think that element it kind of makes. the episode like it kind of makes into like a story almost it's it is fun people seem to enjoy that a lot yeah so much other where i think people would enjoy it to where i i don't even know if we would necessarily even need to do it for another like you know you're talking about doing the the extra channel or like a bonus channel i almost think people would enjoy it to where you could put it in the in the main one depending um look more content the better um speaking of content we are now gonna pan on over and this should be a lot of way we're going to be doing what's called our new segment called the Callaway Cut.

And what we're going to be doing is when we played with a lot of these Callaway athletes, John Rom, Sam Burns, Sanders Shoffley, they had these guys react to some of our best Bob DeSports clips that the Jett sent to them. We have not seen it yet. Jet, you have. We have not seen it yet. And I really look forward to this because seeing these guys, the number one golfer in the world, John Rom, reacting to our clips is going to be sensational.

Are you going? Good wedge shot today. Just one. I don't need a trying to hit a wedge shot, no chance. It's a positive self-talk. Yeah, Shankapodemus. Coldcast never seemed like a guy who operates on positive self-talk. Maybe it's a shirt he's wearing. Is this how you all react when we're home and we get a back shot? Is that what happens?

What am I watching? Is he running? Is he running? him run right now that's not his forte I would say six feet from like 40 yards off the running 200 yards this is awesome this is awesome this is fucking this is fucking awesome He's sick. Is he all right?

That's a tough thing, no. I need the last guy about his background, if it's college golf or... Damn. High school goals. I also thought big man was gonna have better moves in that tree. I think that was the first week you have the Calaway equipment in, right? Paradigmions. I haven't started the video. I don't know if you're recording, but it sounds like I haven't seen this before. It sounds like I should have been in this video on the golf course eating come on.

Oh, I'll be assuming the next few holes are really bad after this. You're so much better because you got no sour cream you got this You guys. Oh my gosh Do you want a taco count? Somebody has to rip me. First time I saw Bob was like three years ago in LA. He was just randomly in the crowd just saying stuff to me.

And I didn't know what was going on. Maybe six months later I saw it pop up on my Instagram. I'm like, ah, okay, that's who that guy is. Oh, you're all the guy. Oh, you're all the guy. Flagst the gunting. He loves it. Dude, FP's a walking highlight wheel, huh?

Whoa. I mean, did they even hit any golf shots? FB. Walking a lot. Sheesh. Oh, Joey, come on. I still haven't seen him make a put outside of like a shoe game is strong though Oh, oh, oh, oh.

Yeah, I'm not thinking it Tough scene He's gotta make it He's a team I quit I'm done I can't That's so

That's tight You can have 20 tacos and still function And I'm not playing it again But fun fact A couple of my teammates and roommates Had a bit of a tradition some midnights. Of course, we took part of Win Wednesday. Of course, I did. But since Jack in the Box had two tacos for $1 and we were all broke as hell, we basically loaded out on calories at midnight

every once in a while and walked over to Jack in the Box and put that about 20 tacos each. Whoa. What's strong. It doesn't seem like six each is that big a deal. I don't know. Ooh. I think I can fight two or three guys and we can do this and eat way more than they did. Wow. All right, John. All right, John. If I have to run afterwards, I'm not the one. Sounds like a video. But this sounds like a great idea to me.

Oh, it's hysterical. I think we might have talked about it on like two episodes ago. The, like, those interactions would happen when we went to go to the heckling. It was always crazy, like when they would realize who we are, which the coolest thing, but nothing will be AJ Mentor before the NLCS about to go into the game. And this is crazy. first or second episode of Bob's he's warming up in the pen

and I'm razzing him a little bit and he turns around and I think that he's gonna light into me like at that point I was like oh boy here we go and he just go yeah what do you say you're the guy he said you're the guy

yeah and then he goes in and then like two bidses later he's going in and he's running in I've never seen any person switch allegiance mid-game as quickly as Bob did Bob was who's rolling with the Dodgers and all of a big his jersey on

and then in a moment he's the biggest braves guy He has a Braves jersey on five minutes later. We got kicked out of that game. We did get kicked out. We were filming in like the seventh inning. This was original like early days.

We didn't know what we were doing. We were running off like a microphone in like the bleachers and Dodgers. I was like my third week in L.A. I was wearing a sweatshirt in December. It was 95 degrees. I had no idea. And the guy came up to us. He's like, are you guys a lot of film here?

We're like, nope. He's like, get out. He just walked this out. And then we were like, we didn't know at the time. We were like, oh, shoot. like it's not gonna matter then we were driving home and like the Dodgers said like a three-run home at a tie we're like oh yeah they came back like oh no we blew the video and no one gave a shit no that's when we realized like it doesn't matter that was also one of the best

interactions we had with the man on the street stuff the becante dog guy the kante and then we met his friend it's that to and the country club do you remember that's you know your memory it's unbelievable i don't i remember everything for for this show yeah best was i asked because ticket used to live in that area like by dodger stadium so before the game i was like Like, you know, what bar should me and Jet go to get, like, pregame stuff? And he's like, there's this place called the dugout. It's the dugout, right, Tick? The shortstop.

Oh, the short stop. Yeah, it was called the Shortstop. He's like, you got to go. I've been there. It's a great spot happening spot. Me and Jet walk into it. Maybe two hours before first pitch. There is not a soul in the place.

There was not one person and they had like a disco ball roll. Pops on the mic. Places heating up before game three. It was dark. It was dark. Yeah. Who was the work? I mean, just at the time, it was so, and then I'm just in the middle of the dance floor,

there's like a disco ball going, and I'm just standing there with the mic and Jets filming me. It was those days, I mean, that's some weird place. Those were the early days. You know the weirdest part? You actually got freaked out. You got, you got the point where you got scared, and I don't blame you. In L.A.? We were in Las Vegas, and we were doing the MAM Street stuff, and we couldn't get anything.

Like, we couldn't find anybody to really talk to. I was like wearing this Vegas Golden Knights jacket And we had to get interviews So we go on like the strip Like a seedy part on the strip And I was like Jett you know what you do Like he had this light on top of his camera I was like shine the light as bright as possible

So all these people thought that they were like on the news And all of a sudden It's interview after interview and you got a lot It's a seat spot And then there's a point where I'm doing an interview with somebody And this lady comes behind And she tries to take my chain and then it got to the point where it's like,

all right, we got to get out of here, but it was one interview after another. Yeah. That was the first time I was ever in Las Vegas, and I'd be happy never to go back. I remember we sat down. It was one of the first episodes that we did, or maybe the one we traveled to,

and we go to Las Vegas, we go to the sports book, and we looked at each other, we're like, so what do we do now? This is our job. We didn't know what we were doing at all. We had no clue. We were interviewing people inside the spot.

We were totally winging it. And thankfully, these boys came along. Yeah, yeah. And picked us on up a little bit. That was not going to, that was untenable. It was, yeah. It was totally, uh, totally untenable. We couldn't.

I mean, even to get a video out, it wasn't sustainable. We wouldn't be able to get out of video once a week, yet alone two weeks. Talk about travel too. Oh, man. Is it wild for you now, you guys looking back at like those days like on the Vegas trip and then you're watching a video. of John Rom watching our crazy like that to me has got to be the most bizarre I mean even for me it is and I wasn't in the beginning stage just like that do you remember yeah yeah

we have great we had some good times off like we stay in some shady hotels together we even share a bed together too a few beds do you remember the Sonic and Oxford Sonic and Oxford chat talks about Oxford like it's a greatest place in the history of Mancon it was that was the most yeah it's we into the Grove no You all FP, it's you would have a ball. I don't like, I don't, I try not to overhype things. Like, I usually, like, the Grove is the greatest place in the world. It is.

What, what is so great about it? Dude, it's like, it's like a, it's like a new world. You enter this, like, little, I don't know how big it is, a couple acres of just, it's just Ole Miss. The vibes are so high. There's, like, music playing. There's all these tents. Everybody's happy. There's drinks.

It's like. It's so much. You see, you doubt it? Hot toddy. Oh, hottie, everybody's just like, hottie toddy. It's like the South. It's like, I was never like really in the song. The best, too, is like everybody's got their, their tents at all.

And like, everybody welcomes you into their tent. Yeah. Like, every, they share stuff with you. Like, it reminded me too, although this took place in Texas, but the vibes, like Friday night lights. You know, it's just all about football. The entire town's about football. Like, when we went to that little diner in the, in the morning, like, you know everybody's going to the game. It all revolves around the game.

That I would do to where if we just like mixed one up, just do like a, uh, Us going, I would love to go with you guys down there. That would be so much fun. Yeah, we went. It's just a good time. We went, and they hooked it out. Like, we went to the, who, uh, Tobin took us around. Like the frat and like, with the co-cgat.

Yes. I got it. Yes. Her girlfriend. Jack got into it with Lane Kiffin's girlfriend. That's true. We were in a, we got Charles's son who went to, the back nine Chuck son, who goes to Ole Miss, got us into a box.

It was Lane Kiffin's box. So in the beginning of it, it's me and Monty Kiven. watching down, watching down on the game. And then I, which was a little nervy, it was their box, we clearly didn't belong. I go up to, like, the buffet and make a huge play. And I sit down next to Monty with just a pile of food on my plate. So tell me about that 4-3 defense, Monty.

Yeah. And he's just, yeah. And why did you get into it? No, okay. She called him a cameraman. That's pretty good. No, that is the number one thing you don't do. Ken does kick him with the nuts.

She, I'm trying to remember. We were in the booth. We didn't belong there. Bob obviously made himself at home and I was like sit in the back. It was a thousand degrees. And she's, oh,

I was holding a microphone, right? Because we were filming. Yeah. And she came up to me and she's like, she called me like microphone man or something. Yes. That's what she's like,

and I was like, all right. I didn't want to like get into like a battle with anybody on a random Saturday in Oxford. Okay. Let alone, I didn't know who she was. And then she's like,

microphone guy. And then she turns her off with her friends. they like started giggling and listen you ain't gonna be giggling at me okay so no so what did you do so here so then she turned around a couple minutes later and she's like oh what's your name like oh what's your name and i was like oh my name's microphone man like kind of to tell her like yeah like like like you want to like whatever so then i thought they were all going to laugh i got three of the blankest stairs it was bad i've ever got in my life damn so i thought they were left it was such a clear joke it was like i was like hey like get it but you were you were pissed to where no so i i i know

So I Bob is sitting at the front and I text Bob was like we got to get to fuck out of here. It's half time. Like we had great seats down below. I was like you're like, you're like, he's teaching me how to like, you know, blitz the quarterback. It was me and Monty and like we were talking about the game. It was great. And then so I'm like, Bob, we got to get out of here. Like this is weird.

It's awkward. They like kind of turned their back on me. We go down. And then we get on the field somehow. Somebody got us on the field. And we're standing on the field. And at the end of the game, the Ole Miss wins. They beat Texas A&M.

and they win the game and everybody's running off the field and you're like doing like a closing on the field and I see her walk past me and like I look back up and like you're supposed to be in there like what are you going to hear you walk past me Lane Kiffin

jogs off the field after the win straight up to her they hug they kiss and they run off the field I was like no Lane Kiffin's girl he's like Lane Kiffin's girl bodybag me I went up to get a second plate of the buffet and Jeff like he's like Bob we're getting the fuck out of here

I'm like Chip what do you mean like where else are we going to go he's like, this isn't a discussion. We're getting the fuck out of here. We had great seats and she bodybagged me. Yeah, she did. She banged me, Bob. She banged. We will get ourselves back to Ole Miss.

I think it's only right. All right, good golf out there, right? No. Okay. No. We can mix it in. Yeah, we'll figure it over now.

I get to like the Robert Trent Jones golf trail. That would be about the extent of it. FP at Ole Miss would be all time. People forget that FP because, Maddie Rigotoni was wearing such a wild outfit and kind of like stole the spotlight on that show. People forget that Perez was with us in Buffalo.

It's pretty funny now to watch that and like it's just like, oh my guys, that Perez in bedroom. Yeah. He's not doing anything. By the way. Last night. Yeah, we were in a bridal suite. Yeah, that hotel there was like,

that was bizarre. That was the upgraded room. I didn't even stay with you in that hotel. I was in another. I was at the holiday end down the street. You picked us up in the airport. I did. Yeah.

By the way, last night, we were, Tony. Yeah. We were going to the bar and, and people were talking, somebody comes up there, like, I didn't even notice you and Bob. All I saw was Perez walking by,

and it's so true, like, when we're out in public, Perez is like the first noticeable person that people recognize because he's just like, unmistakable. And like, the person was like, I didn't notice you and Bob, but I saw it.

I'm like, that's FAP Perez. I was like, it is. It is. It is. It is. Exactly. He has a video yesterday of Perez getting off the boat.

And he's like, I'm going to do soft dock here. And then I'm going to go to the hard dock. And he almost wipes out. Ticket actually told me to film. He's like, you might want to film this. And I was like, why? He's like, you know how I filmed the garage door? This could be another viral video.

He's got an eye for that. I got to take you to dinner for that, the garage door video. Just the awareness to have that. Yeah. That would be good with these extra clips if we just have a camera going. Yeah. A little bit dangerous, but at the same time, if we have one of these camera going,

I, oh God, the stuff that would come would be so good. I think the bottom line is that we're just Jupiter guys now. Oh, man, baby. That's music to Bob's ears. Yeah, it really is. I mean, it's all part of the old plan there. Talk to get the boat out. It was like a high school recruit trying to like get him to come to your college.

There's a reason I wanted that. I'm going to come. The hardest is going to be joie me. That's funny. It's like, obviously it was terrible like when it started to hail and rain that day. I mean, this is on the video, but I also know, I'm sitting there, and this is happening, and all I can think of is Bob is, Bob is just upset about the impression the weather is making on us. It's not, you know, the video is one thing.

It's like, it's like, God damn it, rain. Like, I needed, I needed, I needed a week of good weather. And you threw, you threw fucking hail at these guys. What am I going to, what am I supposed to do with hell? I'm supposed to, how much is supposed to fight hail? Because you're so, right of it. And that's why I wanted to get on the boat so bad. Yeah, it was like a college recruit.

It really was. And then what Joe does because he knows it gets under my skin, Joe will be like, you know, Bob, this Florida rain is really... He loves to do that because he knows it gets under my skin. He does it all the time. Bob, you throw... Bob, you throw... So humid down there.

You were never really my worry as far as done because I think you were more open to coming down. Not to say, no, but it's true. Perez, of course, because it's the Gulf capital of the world, East Coast. It makes a lot of sense for him. Honestly, it makes a lot of sense for the show.

Taxes, purposes is always better, of course. The ones that I worry the most about because it would be hard to make the move because I can't leave Joey D or ticket. You know what I mean? to where the hardest to get down would be Joe and Ticket. But from what Ticket said last night, I don't think it's as hard of a sell to get him. Yeah, which was surprising me to where he seemed more open. The FP and Jed, I knew where there was Joey D.

And that's why he loves throwing in. He's like, you know. No, I will say this has been a really great trip. Wow. To the point where I would consider a six-month tenure potential. I would consider, I ain't going to be anywhere near here in the middle of summer. I'll tell you that, right. fucking now.

Because the last time we came here, I walked outside, I was drenched in spite. Yeah, most people are. The humidity is, is, I just, it's not the heat. It's not the heat that gets you.

It's the heat. We came in the winter, and I don't know why, for some reason, I assumed it only gets humid in the summer, like in, in, you know, weather.

It was December, and we walked off the plane and it was, it was humid. And I was like, oh, he was killing me that trip. Him or me?

Oh, him. Joe was, yeah, well, that was hot, man. It was bad. I think you can get, used to it. You sweat it out a little bit. You probably, you know, but it just, again, it would be,

I wouldn't want to force anybody into it, but it would, it would be awesome, but it would have to be, we would need our, I can't imagine, like, leaving, you know, Perez is able to make it work just because for us now, but it's even hard with Preds, like, you meeting us, like, if you were living in LA, now, it'd be so much easier. And even off camera, too, like, even just hanging out. Yeah. We would probably, you know, we wouldn't be scrambling as much to, to, to get, videos then we'd be very easy just be like hey like let's do something today like okay cool like sounds great and we would just do it right so yep there's a little bit of that but it's also testament to like you know some of these other groups don't all live in the same place and when you need to get together

you get together we do it we meet places so i think at the end of the day you know we're fortunate to be in a position that we can live live where we want and and and to some extent how we want So, you know, I think we should do that. I think everyone should do that for themselves. And hopefully that means in the same place. I love it here. You've got some roots here. You enjoyed yourself.

I mean, we'll see how it all works out. It's tough for Doc because you're an East Coast guy. You know, Chicago, you know, middle, you're an East Coast guy. I'm an East Coast guy. He's been a West Coast guy this whole life. It's Vancouver. He doesn't, it's Western time zone is the only time zone to him. He's got family, you know.

There's a lot of things that go into it. Six months. For me, it's just. I'll be honest, if at the end of the day it was best for the group, I would adjust. I mean, I lived in Europe so I can make the adjustment. But yeah, it's the proximity of being close to family that the LA thing is like, it's like a two hour flight to go home to see my family, which is nice. And now that I don't work as much, like I don't work.

This is my job. Now I can go and visit them more often. That's nice. But yeah, I mean, listen, at the end of the day, the group, it's like, whatever is best for the group is at the end of the day is what's ideal. I will say that these trips when we do the one trip a month and we get to CFP and we get to like hang out together. Like legitimately I look so forward to that all the time. Like I already cannot wait for Virginia. I know it's going to be. By the way, I think Perez is going to be one of the best hosts ever. I really do think he's going to roll out the red carpet.

And then New York coming up. We're going to see Mikey V and all the guys. Like it's just so fun and people, I think it shows in the videos like we legitimately enjoy each other's company. I know we drive each other nuts sometimes, but like we're just good friends. And it's like, it's like going on a golf trip with the boys. And it's just, it makes these like videos and stuff so much easier to do because we all get along and we have a blast. It's a very, very close-knit group. And you said, yeah, every now and then, you know, we have our things that's, that's natural. What our group does a really good job of, if we ever go at it with each other or if we ever get a little snippy with each other, we get over it really.

It's just keep it moving.
