Hey, John. There's a new conspiracy about the Epstein security footage from the night he died.
Died in that prison. Let's roll the tape.
Okay, so, John, the orange blur. Where's your head at?
I heard about this yesterday, and I thought, this is some red string bullshit.
Yeah.
But I'm like, it's CBS, so I'm going to give it a read.
Woohoo!
So. Epstein didn't kill himself.
So I think the orange blur, it's all very, look, we're all down. We're all here at the
bottom of this rabbit hole.
The orange blur is what's, like, sensational.
What CBS is documented is how many ways in which the government's report describing the
evidence doesn't comport with what you see in the video.
For those who haven't been down the rabbit hole, the easiest explanation of the CBS thing
is that I found startling is there's no video of Epstein.
You can't see Epstein walking.
into his cell or not. So there is no video of the cell door. Right.
Which is like, oh. So, and then they have a video forensic expert, forensics expert that
CBS hired. And he said, to say that there's no way that someone could get to that, the stair up
to his room without being seen is false. Meaning like someone could have gone into the cell,
not saying that they did, but the idea that the video we have, the footage refutes that
is just wrong. Right. So,
The government has said you can see clear, you can see that Epstein killed himself because no one went in or out of the cell.
And then you watch this video and it's like the cameras on the cell weren't working.
What they're describing as a video of the cell is a tiny sliver of the footage towards the back.
There's apparently another camera that may or may not have been working that they haven't released, claiming it doesn't tell you anything.
But now it would tell us something.
specifically there's a missing minute.
The camera jumps, right?
And the question is, did they cut out time from this video?
Or is that just the way this crappy system works, right?
Which is what Pam Bondi said.
Right.
Which is now we know from this report is incorrect.
Well, that it jumped forward?
Yeah.
They said that it, she said that it resets.
It definitely jumped forward.
There's a missing minute for sure.
Her explanation is that it just resets every night.
their investigation shows that that is not the case.
I feel like what my understanding of it is that the reason now they want this other angle
is not because it will show anything,
but it could actually just show what happens at the stroke of midnight
and whether or not there is this glitch where it jumps a minute in the timing
or if that's just bullshit and there's some missing time.
The discrepancy occurs during a crucial time period.
Epstein had been allowed to make an unmonitored call from a shower area
using a phone line intended only for attorney communications.
According to the report, this was facilitated by the unit manager,
who was the senior officer in charge.
Epstein allegedly said he wanted to call his mother,
even though his mother died in 2003.
The unit manager dialed a 646 number in New York City area code,
a man answered, and he handed the phone to Epstein.
The unit manager then left the area, but later called and asked Noel to retrieve the phone.
That's one of the guards that they had talked to.
The Bureau of Prisons North East Regional Director later told investigators that the unmonitored call,
was extremely concerning, stating,
we don't know what happened on that phone.
It could have potentially led to the incident, Epstein's death,
but we don't, we will never know.
So, it's all, can I, look, just to bring us back to ground,
Epstein had tried to kill himself earlier.
He was supposed to have a roommate in his cell.
He didn't have a roommate that night.
They were supposed to be monitoring him every 30 minutes.
The two guards, they were supposed to be doing that,
were charged with lying to investigators because they weren't doing that, those charges were
dropped, but it seems like they may have fallen asleep.
Like, there's a kind of, in the same way that grainy audio footage always sounds damning,
security camera footage always seems like it contains a secret, right?
And like, we don't know what fucking happened.
We just have no idea.
And this, none of this shows us any evidence that Epstein did not kill himself in that cell.
But because it is now coming from Pam Bondi, who's a fucking liar, and because now it is clear that they have been trying desperately to lie about what evidence they had or didn't have either to cover something up or because it is embarrassing and pathetic and incompetent how little evidence they actually do have and how poorly monitored this prison was.
Yeah, that is the generous non-conspiracy explanation of all this.
It's just that they, they fucked up.
Epstein knew he had,
Epstein wanted to kill himself,
knew he had a moment to kill himself
because this roommate wasn't there yet and blah, blah, blah.
He outwitted all the prisons people.
Called somebody to say goodbye.
And now they're all fucking covering for themselves.
Yes, right.
Or, or.
Dan killed him.
Or Dan got in there in the dead of night,
in his bala clava with poison,
a woman's weapon.
And that was that.
So that's the latest on the orange blur in the Epstein tapes.
This story isn't going away.
But Cash Patel is trying to come to Donald Trump's rescue a little bit, but to understand how it's going to require a little bit of context.
Last week, Dan Bongino went back to work.
Now, he had thrown a bit of a hissy fit over his dispute with Pam Bondi over the Epstein files.
And he just left.
But then he kind of had to go back.
And that's a bit embarrassing.
Did his better help session.
Right.
Yeah.
Did some group and then went back.
And when he did, he said this.
What I have learned in the course of our properly predicated and necessary investigations
into the aforementioned matters.
I don't know he's talking like this.
Has shocked me down to my core.
We cannot run a republic like this.
I'll never be the same after learning what I've learned.
That's a big setup.
Big setup.
Huge setup.
What did he learn?
What did he learn? And we still don't know. However, in an exclusive with Fox News, Cash Patel revealed that in the depths of the FBI, in a secret room, inside of a burn bag, there was what he described as a classified annex to the John Durham report. And in that classified annex to the John Durham report, he claimed to learn that the U.S. government was part of a coordinated plan to help.
helped the Clinton campaign stir up controversy connecting Trump to Russia.
That is what he claimed.
Now, he has a problem because the John Durham report wasn't some liberal conspiracy.
It was done by the Trump administration.
So he has a bit of a problem, which is he is trying to figure out how to explain why John
Durham, who was there to exonerate Trump, also kept a secret collection of facts that were
classified that proved the case.
But we really haven't gotten that far yet because they're always only.
thinking about a couple hours ahead. But Donald Trump was asked about this story, and here's what
happened. Mr. Rush, Mr. President, how did you guys could tell reportedly found burn bags of rushing
materials? And I'd love to get your thoughts on that. He said what?
Burn bags of Russia gate materials. I don't know that. I don't know. I don't know what you
mean by that statement. Say, bags full of Russia gate.
A burn bag. I thought you said appointed a man named burn bang. Go ahead. It's a whole thing is a scam.
It's a scam set up by the Democrats, and they love talking about it.
But I would like to see people exposed that might be bad,
and we'll see how that all works out.
But it's getting to be very old news.
You know, if they had anything, they would have done it the week before the election
because they were losing by a lot.
If they had anything, they would have done it.
They controlled the file.
The Democrats controlled it Comey and all the sleaze bags,
every one of them that you read about all the time,
and I guess they've got some problems now having to do with yet a different scandal.
Very big one.
Our boy is cooked.
What is he talking about?
What is he talking about?
First of all, he needs a hearing aid.
He is at that age.
I'm not saying it's any kind of mental decline thing yet, though.
There's not much left to decline.
Yeah, right.
Yeah, ball can't roll past the bottom of the hill.
But this is like the fourth press conference where you can clearly hear the
reporter and he doesn't know idea what the fuck's going on but anyway that's that's neither here nor
there um so i guess the scandal here first of all he also can't stop talking about the epstein
scandal he wasn't asked about the epstein scandal right he was bringing it back to the epstein
scandal it's almost by accident like he got he he he forgot he was being asked something the
fundamentally cash patel is trying to help him and he forgot that he was being asked a question
about someone trying to help him it's like reverse communication strategy it's like no matter what
always go back to home base which is the epstein scandal right
It's been like Biden, actually, toward the end.
It's like, wait, wait, no, no, they were giving you a chance to attack the deep state.
But he doesn't care.
Like when Biden pivoted from abortion to immigration in that last debate.
But the, that he's so on edge about Epstein.
We killed Epstein.
What's so crazy is he was, this question was meant to set him up.
He was being set up to help him get out of the Epstein story.
This whole thing is set up.
In fairness.
It is a hard thing to explain the burn bags and how it connects to anything.
Because a burn bag, for those of you who don't know, they're all over the government.
They're all over the White House.
They're for classified documents.
If you're handling classified documents and you want to get rid of them, you don't throw them in the trash.
You throw them in the burn bag so that they are burned.
Right.
So they're destroyed properly.
Legal way to dispose of classified material.
Right, because there's Russian operatives and Chinese operatives ready to go through the garbage.
We don't want that.
And they'll put things together if you shred it.
So the conspiracy now is that John Durham, who was appointed by Bill Barr, Trump's Attorney General,
to investigate the origins of the Russia investigation, to see if Mueller and the FBI and James Comey and Hillary Clinton were conspiring against Trump.
And that's why they launched the investigation.
Durham launches this whole investigation.
He then has a classified annex to the investigation.
and then he leaves a bunch of documents from that annex in a burn bag in FBI headquarters somewhere in a skiff in a secure compartmentalized information facility so that someday, someday Donald Trump would win again after four years of Biden appoint Cash Patel who would then find the burn bag full of the documents because they weren't burned.
Why did it?
What?
What?
What?
What?
It's so fucking stupid.
What?
I also like, what?
What were they, were they going through old trash?
Like, why were they, like, the burn bags just kind of go to, it's the garbage.
It's the garbage.
We're talking about the garbage.
And it wasn't, like, Durham just did the investigation over the last four years.
This was the first Trump term.
Right.
So what happened in the last, there was just a burn bag that the Biden people were?
It's so stupid.
The Merrick Garland's role, like, kind of be, I think because, like, emotionally because we had Trump and then Biden and then Trump, the Biden years are getting kind of squished and almost like erased in our psychology of what's been happening.
Yeah.
Like there was a we, so you're saying that Democrats came in and then what?
Hid the burn bag in what?
They're like, they're like, look, there's a burn bag of incriminating documents.
that somehow Durham didn't miss.
Planted.
But also didn't used to make his case.
Because Durham was turned.
Durham's part of the deep state now, too.
He's no good.
So the Democrats saw the burn bag,
or maybe they just missed it.
They just missed, for four years,
Merrick Garland and the DOJ and the FBI,
under Biden, they just missed the burn bag.
I got to tell you something.
Of all the conspiracies,
I believe that about Merrick Garland.
Here we are, four years later.
That guy missed a lot of fucking shit.
And what's in the burn bag?
A document that's supposed to suggest
that,
from a foreign country that they predicted the FBI would collude with Clinton to stir up the Trump-Russia investigation.
So this is what it's so dumb.
So Cash Patel seemingly aware that it doesn't make sense had to come up with some kind of rationale as to why this is important.
And basically what he said is some version of it wouldn't have been clear to Durham at the time why this was so incriminating.
But in hindsight, years later, it's more damn.
than you could possibly imagine.
What new information did we get years later?
No, this is stupid.
Good news. Good news.
It's been sent to Chuck Grassley and will ultimately be declassified.
I'll make a, I'll make a prediction.
And here's my prediction.
We are going to get a kind of Pam Bondi-style memo that says,
my God, they committed treason, sentence by sentence.
But then the actual quotes from the document will be self-refuted.
So it will be a document that makes clear that none of this.
actually proves what they're saying it does
while pretending they do when they release it.
That's all they can do, I suppose.
And look, Agent Burnbag, if you're out there
and you want to come on Positive America,
we'd be happy to interview.
Yeah, what the fuck is Trump talking about?
And he had this moment.
He obviously is very aware of television,
and he didn't want to repeat back the phrase
because he thought he was about to be embarrassed in some way.
And so he's like, oh, I thought you were talking about a man named Burnbag.
What the fuck is he talking about?
Now, before we go,
there's another development
with an Epstein figure
who is Alan Dershowitz
and
Former lawyer, Epstein lawyer. Former Epstein lawyer. Former
Epstein lawyer, former Trump lawyer,
former kind of
liberal champion
and sort of public
liberal intellectual.
OJ Simpson lawyer. Was he?
Oh yeah, right, he was OJ Simpson's lawyer. Wow, what a life.
He's now
something of a pariah on Martha's
vineyard. And every once in while, Alan Dershowus pops up to give us a window into a kind of
curbier enthusiasm like existence where he is trying to go about his day in Martha's Vineyard,
a place that fucking hates him. I said, oh, can I, can I have a six pierogi? And he said, no.
I said, oh, you've run out of pierogi? Too bad. No, no, no, we have plenty of parogi.
I just won't sell them to you. What do you mean you won't sell them to me? I won't sell them to me.
I won't sell them to you because I don't approve of your politics.
I don't approve of who you've represented.
I don't approve of who you support.
I said, what is it about my politics that you don't?
I'm not going to tell you.
I just, so that's the book fair.
The library has banned my books.
The library has banned me once they allowed me to talk once after I defended Trump.
But they limited my talk to 20 people they used to get to.
Won't allow me to speak at the synagogue.
They allow Peter Vinehart, of course,
but a group came over to him and said,
if we ever see you talking to Alan Dershowitz again,
you'll never be invited to any events in our home.
I didn't notice the first couple times I saw this.
He's captioning.
He's got a Chiron in his own video that says,
bigoted vendor at Martha's Vineyard refused to sell me parogi, period.
I'm suing.
So he told Newsweek, I will be, he's before he's, now, John,
he's, Alan Dershowitz is a reasonable man.
Before he is going to do his lawsuit, he said, I will be petitioning the farmer's market to grant booths only to vendors who are willing to sell all customers regardless of religious, race, or political views.
Now, if that doesn't work, he will sue, but if that doesn't work, he will sue good parogi.
He said he hopes this can be resolved without litigation.
Not me. I hope there's litigation. I want to see parogi discovery.
So, you know, he's launching a bit of a Kinnish Sherection.
Fuck.
A Kinnish Surrection.
On January, Kish.
We'll be wild.
I don't know.
That guy.
He's doing a podcast.
Who's that for?
I guess he needs some backup at Martha's Vineyard.
People got to get to Martha's Vineyard and help this guy out.
There's fascism going on in Martha's Vineyard.
I don't understand.
I don't understand.
It's the, it's the, um,
it's the proportionality that Dershowitz seems to lack because he does a lot of interviews.
He's always doing interviews.
He's always on camera.
You'd think that the like bad run in with the parochie vendor would be something you just sort of tell your family about, tell a friend about.
Can you believe this?
Because of my political views.
But he's outraged.
He's a lawyer.
He's going to file a suit.
And by the way, he's a lawyer.
He's, you're allowed to tell people I don't want to serve you because I don't like your political views.
That's legal.
You're allowed.
He's not doing it.
He's not doing it.
it because you're gay. He's not due because you're Jewish. As you said, you're also stopped from
speaking at the synagogue, where of course they'll allow Peter Beinart. Peter Bynard's getting the
red carpet at the synagogue. Anyway, great lawyer. Stay with us for all future developments.
Now, do us a favor. Don't force us to sue you. We're almost at a million subscribers here at the
Ponce of America channel. We're really trying to hit it because
We don't at a million. By the end of August, we will be firing Elijah Cohn, someone we like a great deal and would love to keep around. But the sort of the die is cast on that one. Just hit like, hit subscribe. It helps us build out this channel. It helps us cover more news. It helps us compete with the conservative media, the MAGA media that has backed by huge amounts of money and is getting their right-wing propaganda in front of a lot of people. So do us that favor.
