Okay, Brian, we got some truly historic breaking news out of the UK. Let's watch.
Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, formerly known as Prince Andrew of the UK, has reportedly been arrested.
Officers reportedly arrived at a royal estate in Eastern England earlier this morning to make the arrest of the former prince who turns 66 years old today.
So Brian, just to repeat that, the King of England's brother, the late Queen's son, who used to be known as Prince Andrew.
Now he's Andrew Montbatten Windsor because he was stripped of his royal titles last year.
he's been arrested. They searched two of his residences. Just the backstory for folks who don't know.
Virginia Jufre, one of Epstein's victims, accused Epstein of sexually assaulting her three different times when she was 2017.
Andrew denied those allegations, but ultimately settled a civil suit with Jufre in 2022. However, these allegations,
they are not about his sexual misconduct or the allegations of sexual misconduct. These are about
suspicion of misconduct in public office, basically that Andrew shared confidential information that he got as part of a government
job with Jeffrey Epstein, basically when Andrew was working as this like trade representative.
Well, it was the tax evasion that got Capone.
Exactly. Exactly. So Andrew was arrested and released on Thursday. So look, stunning news,
a huge deal in the UK, but also like another stark reminder that while there's been accountability
for Epstein's crimes and with his associates overseas, there has been nothing, nothing for our
president of United States here at the U.S.
Yeah, I mean, even worse than that, it's not just the glaring lack of accountability for anybody,
involved in any of this.
I mean, the DOJ even came out and said that there will not be any prosecutions.
But the whole thing has been of far as since day one.
Since Pam Bondi said that the files were on her desk waiting to be released and they were
never released, since these right-wing influencers wave these fake binders around and nothing
happened.
Since Galane Maxwell met with Trump's former personal defense attorney, now turned deputy
attorney general, Todd Blanche and was miraculously moved into a low-security prison.
Failure to release the Epstein files by the December 19th deadline.
even what few files were released, so 3 million of the 6 million files, the fact that
victims' identities were exposed, but the co-conspirators identities were all redacted.
I mean, each step of the way, it's just a blatant slap in the face to anybody who
expected any ounce of accountability.
It could not be more obvious.
If you were engineering, if you were writing a movie where you were just engaged in a cover-up,
this would be like the after-school special version of it.
It is so obvious.
Yeah, and like it, you know, Congressman Rokana, who authored the legislation to get these files released, has said that he went to DOJ to look at some of the unredacted files. And it's clear that the FBI did a bunch of redactions before they even handed files over to the DOJ. So like, we don't know what, what never even made it to the DOJ in this case. And even in the short amount of time that Rokane and Thomas Massey had access to, to some of these files, they were able to uncover six co-conspirators. And so that flies directly in the face of what Todd Blanche and Pan Bondi said, which is the
that there were no co-conspirators, that apparently this was a whole sex trafficking ring
where Jeffrey Epstein and Glein Maxwell trafficked a thousand girls to nobody, just back to themselves.
And nobody believed that on its face, first and foremost among them, Dan Bongino and Cash Patel
on the campaign trail. But now to see definitive proof that there are co-conspirators in these
files at the same time that you have law enforcement officials swearing up and down that nobody
else was involved other than Jeffrey Epstein just really puts on full display how much of a joke this is.
Ash Patel, the FBI director in September of 2025, said there was no credible information
that Epstein had trafficked women and girls to other powerful men.
That is just a brazen lie based on documents we've all now seen that were released
as part of this DOJ release.
And again, just to highlight this.
Like, in the UK, the former UK ambassador to the U.S. was pushed out of his job as
now being investigated for crimes.
The Crown Princess of Norway was rebuked by the prime minister for her relationship with
Epstein.
The former PM of Norway was charged with corruption, two former diplomers.
Mats are facing corruption allegations. The chair of the Swedish UN High Commission for Refugees
was pushed out of a job. The head of a Dubai-based port company has to resign. So there's
been accountability all over the map. Even in the United States, the person in charge of Hyatt,
I think, like some big wig and like the Hyatt hotel chain, that person also said.
Senior lawyers, but just known in our political system. But just to give folks a sense of what the
allegations are out there about President Trump himself, here is a recent clip from Congressman Ted
Lou from California. Donald Trump is in the Epstein files thousands and thousands of times.
In those files, there's highly disturbing allegations of Donald Trump children, of Donald Trump
threatening to children. So I encourage the press to go look at these allegations.
So I think the New York Times said that Donald Trump has mentioned 38,000 times in the Epstein files.
A lot of those are, you know, news reports or duplicative. But he's in the New York Times.
there a lot. Yeah. Some of them are birthday cards. Yeah, some of them really creepy birthday cards.
I think what the congressman is referencing there are basically unconcerned tips or allegations
about Trump that were found in the latest tranche of Epstein files. Obviously, you and I can't
speak to the veracity of those claims, but I think it certainly reveals how absurd it is when
Trump says, like he did today, that he has been totally exonerated when it comes to Jeffrey
Epstein. In fact, I spoke with Congressman Liu yesterday, and I asked him about this because
the DOJ pushed back on this claim in particular. And he said, no,
DOJ is lying, which I know if you can bring yourself to actually believe that, he said the DOJ is
lying. And in fact, the person who gave that accusation was never interviewed by the DOJ. And look,
credibility of the accusations notwithstanding, that is why this stuff needs to be investigated
so that we can parse out what's real and what's not real. And yet we've heard so many
instances where the DOJ just outright refuses to even hear what any of the victims or survivors
want to say. They make such a big show of saying, like, we're here, we're
ready to meet with anybody who wants to meet with us.
And in fact, I think we have a clip of Dan Goldman asking the survivors who were seated behind
Pam Bondi during her oversight committee hearing.
And here's how that looked.
Now, with the survivors and victims who are here, please stand up one more time.
Just by show of hands, how many of you or your loved ones actually have met with the
Department of Justice and provided testimony and estimate and evidence?
none.
And of those of you who have not met, which is everyone, how many of you have reached out either
individually or through a lawyer or representative to offer to provide testimony and evidence?
All of them.
And of those of you, all of you who have reached out, how many of you were denied or ignored
by the Department of Justice?
All of them.
And despite the shameful and despicable efforts by Ms. Bondi and her department to intimidate you,
how many of you are still willing to speak to the Department of Justice?
All of them.
Well, Ms. Bondi, it looks like you have some more witnesses to talk to.
She wouldn't even look at them.
She wouldn't even turn around and look these women in the eye.
Or nor would she apologize for the disastrous way the DOJ has gone through the process of releasing these files,
like you said earlier, outing, naming victims, putting explicit photos in their release to files,
like absolutely inexcusable fuckups.
Yeah.
And so it just, again, puts on full display that they are running a marketing campaign that
bears no resemblance to the actions that they're actually taking to make sure that, you know,
these co-conspirators are brought to justice.
That part is non-existent.
The whole thing is just window dressing.
It is a veneer of accountability so that, you know, Trump can run out the clock, which was
his intention all along.
Like he knew. Howard Lutnik knew,
Trump's new Fed Chair nominee, Kevin Warsh,
like all of these people who are named within the files,
they all knew that it was never going to get released
because they themselves were the ones
who were participating in this.
And so they were perfectly content
to exploit this issue as an issue,
you know, because they knew that it was potent
on the campaign trail,
knowing full well that if and when they got into power,
this thing would be buried at the bottom of the ocean.
And that's what they're trying to do right now.
Yeah, Howard Lutnik's one just worth mentioning.
So he's the Commerce Secretary for Donald Trump.
When he was interviewed and asked about Epstein by, I think, the New York Posts podcast,
he made up this elaborate story about how in 2006 he walked into Epstein's home and he and his wife
saw a massage table and they asked Epstein about it and Epstein said something creepy.
And he was like, never again.
I knew right then that this guy was bad news.
Yeah, we're out of getting out of here.
Of course.
We've since seen like lots and lots of emails and correspondence.
You went to their island and brought his kids.
They brought his kids to the island.
They co-invested in some sort of like business venture together.
They were working on some charitable stuff together.
So these guys like it's not just that Howard Lutnik is a fucking liar.
He created this like hero story narrative about himself.
And Trump at times has tried to do the same thing.
Although now today he's saying, oh, I'm totally exonerated.
Yeah.
What does that even meet?
Yeah.
And I think on that point, what's what's pretty interesting is that even as Republicans
try to run cover for Trump by pointing to Bill Clinton, that's kind of the third rail for
Trump because he knows that if a precedent is established where former presidents and their wives
who have any association with Jeffrey Epstein can be hauled in front of Congress under penalty
of perjury to testify that he too at one point will be a former president who's along
with his wife has an association with Jeffrey Epstein who can be hauled in front of Congress to
testify. And so it's so funny how how transparent everything he does is where you can see he's
all for blaming everybody on the left for all of their associations with Epstein and trying to claim
that this is a Democrat problem, not a Republican problem.
But when it comes to Bill Clinton, because he's in an analogous situation as Trump is,
he is doing everything he can to say, well, you know, maybe we don't want to take that step,
that outlandish step of hauling a former president in front of Congress.
I think that's probably a bridge too far.
Yeah, all of a sudden he expressed some sympathy for someone with a last name of Clinton,
which is not something Donald Trump has done very often since, you know, 2015 or so.

week. You had former President Obama on your show. You covered a lot of interesting ground.
I highly recommend folks go and listen, watch that interview on Brian Tyler Cohen's channel right now.
But at the end, you asked President Obama if aliens are real. He said, quote, they're real,
but I haven't seen them. They're not being kept at Area 51. Now, apparently, you have a very high-profile
viewer named Donald Trump. And this interview caught his eye, and he said this about your
conversation earlier today. So we've got a lot of attention this week. Barack Obama said that
aliens are real. Have you seen any evidence of non-human visitors to Earth? Well, he gave class
of right information. He's not supposed to be doing that. So aliens are real.
I don't know if they're real or not.
I can tell you he gave classified information.
He's not supposed to be doing that.
He made a big mistake.
He took it out of classified information.
No, I don't have an opinion on it.
I never talked about it.
A lot of people do.
A lot of people believe it.
Do you believe it, Peter?
Well, the president can declassify anything that he wants to.
So if you want to make an amount of trouble, I may get him out of trouble by declassified.
We know illegal aliens, really.
Yeah, illegal.
Only illegals.
Okay.
So there's a lot to want to do.
one back here now, Brian.
Quick question.
Uh-huh.
If Trump is going to come forward and say that he gave out classified information,
isn't Trump in effect validating the exact thing that Peter Ducey is asking?
Like I said, there's a lot of questions here.
You're just speed running to the end.
So, okay, so a lot of people on the internet saw your interview with Obama.
Look, I saw it as him kind of like saying, yeah, I think they're real because it's a big
place.
I'm not confirming that they're real.
Right.
Like the whole part.
Which, by the way, is how I read it as.
The part where he said, I have.
I haven't seen them seem to make that pretty fucking obvious.
Right.
And yet the internet did what the internet does.
Yeah.
So they freaked out other a billion news articles saying Obama confirms the existence of aliens.
They apparently didn't watch to the end when he's like, I haven't see them.
So, okay.
So after that, President Obama's office comes out and clarify.
He's like, hey, I was not like confirming the existence of fucking aliens.
I was saying to really big worlds.
Yeah.
Everyone calm down.
But to your point, President Trump's like, oh, he just disclosed up the class.
Right. You had plausible deniability when Obama said it because he said it and then, you know, he said it in like a generalized sense. Like, yes, they're real, but I haven't seen them and they, you know, unless it's some big conspiracy that even the president of the United States doesn't know about, you know, it makes it pretty clear, at least for those who, you know, aren't occupying every corner of the internet. It makes it pretty clear where he stood on this. But then Trump comes out and says that like he just revealed classified information. Well, that, that legitimizes it a hell of a lot more than anything.
thing Obama said. It's very weird. Like, my guess is he's just being a dickhead and he's trying to,
like, create trouble for Obama and be political and partisan. But. Well, but the crazy thing is,
like, we have seen Trump attack Democrats, elected officials. I mean, he just tried to indict,
like, five of them the other day because they committed the cardinal sin of repeating what's in
the military code of justice. And so, and so, you know, there is a non-zero chance that Trump
sees this and uses as his opening to try and prosecute Obama.
Yeah, I mean, Tulsi Gabbar's already accused Obama of treason.
Yeah.
Right?
So they're kind of down this path.
You know the domino, the domino meme where it's like one tiny little domino.
It's like, I ask Barack Obama on my podcast if aliens are real.
And then like four steps ahead, the biggest domino is like Barack Obama's prosecuted.
He's like, sing, sing.
Yeah.
Yeah, minute 44 of your 47 minute interview.
You asked Barack Obama about aliens in the speed round.
Fast forward.
He's sitting in the clink.
Do you feel bad about getting?
my former boss thrown in jail?
What's your level of guilt?
What's my level?
Well, I'm Jewish, so my level of guilt is pretty high.
Just as a, you know, my resting guilt rate is already pretty high.
I mean, it's probably going to draw some more eyeballs to your interview.
Yeah.
Well, I guess there's that at the end of the day.
As long as more people view the interview, then I guess it was all worth it.
It's like, it's just so crazy.
He's such an asshole.
He's such a chaos agent.
Like, you're not protecting any classified anything, you dick.
And also, I think that.
the Obama interview itself, like onto itself,
just hearing from Obama, it was a big reminder for people,
especially those people who only grew up in the Trump era
and that like we can have nice things
and that this doesn't have to be how it is.
Like we deserve more and we can have more.
And there was a time when somebody like that led this country
and that we don't have to just, you know,
normalize this kind of behavior to the point where a Trump
or a JD Vance or whoever like whatever other fucking clown,
you know, falls in his,
takes his place where that has to be the normal in this country.
Yeah, the worst person in the country does not have to lead us going forward.
We have to resign ourselves.
I know the bar is pretty low these days, but yes, the worst, the worst human being does not
have to be our leader.
We don't have to nominate someone who ultimately accuses the former president of leaking
classified information to distract from the previous question about Jeffrey Epstein,
his dear friend.
Yeah.
We can move past that.
