We just went out to dinner, and we went to Italian restaurant. It was really nice, and I thought the date went well. You described him in your email as easy to talk to. Yeah, not awkward. And, like, you know, sometimes, like, the conversation might be kind of, like, long, awkward pauses or something. But he was super easy to talk to. And, like, he seemed like he genuinely liked listening to what I had to say. So, Monica, did he ask you out on this date or did you ask him out?

He asked me out. He asked you out. And where did you guys meet? Well, we met through friends, like friends of friends at a party. And then he got my number through a friend. And then he emailed me and then we set up a date. Okay. Thank you.

That sucks. I mean, it sucks, like, having a first date kiss and being so excited, and then slowly, slowly, it starts to wane, and then you figure out he's just not going to get in contact with you again. I thought I was being loud enough, and no offense taken, Monica was talking. So I kind of just would slip it in there there like, hey, my name's Barrett. And I don't know if it was just not registering or what, but it just wasn't becoming clear, I guess. And then after like, I don't know, fifth, sixth time, I kind of just gave up and I just

went by Garrett. But Barrett, formerly known as Garrett, you kissed her at the end of the night. Well, yeah, I did. I did. That's kind of understandable. No, it's not. It is. If you're going out with a girl and she wants to kiss, I'm probably going to kiss her no matter what she calls me.
