Starting point is 00:00:00 Yo, before the episode starts, leave a like, drop a comment, leave a review, and yes, subscribe so you don't miss any brown bag mornings. What's up? This is Be Real from Cypress Hill. Where are you from, Esse? Don't you know I'm local? We got some news. Hold on. We got some news surrounding one of our soon-to-be favorite rides over at Universal Studios.
Starting point is 00:00:27 Wait, we put it down. That's rude. It's not that. It's drift. It's not what? Drift. I'm not doing that. I'm a male. Whatever you're doing. Well, I'm glad to know you're a male. We had questions. Anyway, the Fast and Fury is right over at Universal Studios, Hollywood. We've seen little bits and pieces of it. We've covered it.
Starting point is 00:01:00 Locke since inception since we went on the escalator and we saw that it was being formed. What's that over there? Yeah. But apparently they are trying their best not to get the neighbors angry. You know the Tula Lake residents and everybody's surrounding Universal Studios, they could be very, very weary about this new ride because it has a lot of noise attached to it. You got to think the screaming, the riding over the escalators and all of that.
Starting point is 00:01:26 So Universal Studios has said that they're setting up things in order to keep them happy and not get complaints, aka not get shut down before they even open. Okay. So they added a scream shield sound barriers around sections of the track. They have a low rumble track to reduce vibration. They're trying their hardest. and the ride vehicles that rotates to rider screams are directed back towards the park.
Starting point is 00:01:51 Like, everything is so intricate. Yeah. Like, they're really trying to keep it down for the neighbors so that they don't call the cops. It's so ridiculous. It's like living next to a golf, of course. I mean, like, there's balls landing in my yard. You live next to a golf course, perro.
Starting point is 00:02:05 Yeah. And exactly that. That city is literally called Universal City. Yeah. It's like, how do you know. What's the surrounding neighborhoods? It's what the same thing. It's like, it's all right there.
Starting point is 00:02:16 You got to know that that's the main attraction. You like being near Citywalk, don't you? Now you're going to complain about the noise? And that's the whole point. They're supposed to be street racing, right? You hear all the cars in the streets all the time. No, it's going to be a low rumble, scream shielded, and then scream diverted towards the park type of ride.
Starting point is 00:02:34 That's crazy. I kind of thought of it, like, the houses at Running Canyon that were, like, upset about traffic because people would go up and hike, but it's also like a hike. place so yeah what do you like the views you like the oh yeah my right by that's how you describe your place i'm right by renian yeah yeah let's get lunch let's get a much of you pissed off all the people complaining about the fast and furious ride need to forget about it could that's a lot yeah i'm sure that they will
Starting point is 00:03:04 well for sure thank you so much that was so you know i'm local don't you know i'm local with Stella Rosa. Power 106. Zoola, come here? Man, what's going on? Damn! Cheese Mason with Angie. Okay, you guys, somebody's son
Starting point is 00:03:24 is spilling the divorce details, okay? So, Lonzo Ball. His dad is LeVar Ball. Right? Ball brothers right there. Apparently, Levar Ball, sorry, he went and was talking about his divorce,
Starting point is 00:03:39 right? A couple of weeks ago saying, like, yeah, you know, my wife pretty much the one that initiated this divorce after 30 years. He made it seem like that let me. It's crazy because I know you're going to play a part of that interview? Yeah. Okay, because go ahead. Go ahead.
Starting point is 00:03:53 The situation that is put before if y'all is not. My mom. Who Tina decided to go her own way, but she wanted to go do something else that's fine with me. We had our run. So even though she had the stroke and getting older, she was always beautiful in my eyes. It is what it is, man. Anytime you can find somebody you can stay in love with for a long time. can witness that love, that's good. I had that one. And I found somebody else, but it is what it is.
Starting point is 00:04:19 That Vieco Manioso part right there, Angie. It's like you say all of these things and like, by the way, I have someone, you just got divorced. Also, why is he venting to a Indian streamer? Like, oh, that was a street? That was neon. Yeah, man, I just got to get this off my chest, neon. Can you could, uh, neon is it to report the, the news, the hard hitting stuff right there. Oprah stuff right there. Yeah, that's the new Barbara Walters. Yeah, forget Oprah. I got something to get off my chest.
Starting point is 00:04:48 I need to tell Neon. Somebody put neon on the stream now. Oh, my goodness. He thought, he thought Neo was in for Iggy. Iggy is up and Kiki. But Angie, with LeVar Ball, like, a lot of people looked up to him and how he raised his three sons. And, like, just the grit that he gave the dedication.
Starting point is 00:05:07 You know, he had them always working out. And he was kind of like, no one's going to take advantage of my kids. We're going to make our own shoe. I still don't know if that shoe went out, but people bought the shoe. It's like the Joe Jackson of the NBA. Lokey? Because they became, they're NBA players. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:05:19 They have a store in Chino, big botherbrand store. Oh, yeah, yeah. And he lost his leg or something. Yeah, it got a fidget. And I think he tried to insinuate that the wife left him for that. Oh, yeah. There was rumors saying like, oh, yeah, the wife left too because of that. That's crazy because she walked out.
Starting point is 00:05:38 She got up on her two legs and walked out. She put her best foot forward. You know what I'm saying? She's ready to go. All those extra limbs you can't have. But that's what it was. It was making it seem like she was the bad guy that she left them when he really needed her. But it turns out that it's all a lie, according to Lanzo.
Starting point is 00:05:55 The situation that is put before if y'all is not how it went down. But long story short, my mom didn't want to leave. She was quote on quote in their forced to leave. I helped her leave. I'm glad she left. She's in a great spot. So she's good. My pops is good.
Starting point is 00:06:08 They obviously don't with each other. And she was not wrong at all. She did not leave him because he lost his foot. They didn't work out. And it is what it is, man. They're both doing well, and I love them both. Come on, Joseph, why you lie like that? Exactly.
Starting point is 00:06:22 It sounds like he cheated. With the lady that he's with. He's with right now. Yeah, and then he kicked her out with the foot he don't have. He's never, bro. Get out of here. He was like, hey, you don't want what you step? Stack.
Starting point is 00:06:42 That's the sound of the police. The Petty Police. It's pretty. It's just petty. I'm being petty. Petty, petty girl. Pretty and a pettiest. Pretty and pettiest.
Starting point is 00:06:53 Real question, real answers only. Please don't lie. Have you ever talked smack about someone? You isched on them. And then you had to work with them, we collide with them, or you like, chill with them. Absolutely.
Starting point is 00:07:04 Yes. Tell me, please. Tell me about a time. Vic has many. Because in his journalism career, he talks smack about everybody. Yeah. Yeah, it got the people going.
Starting point is 00:07:14 For sure. And then, Later on, she helped me get Ray J on the show, one of the homegirls. Wait. Don't want to be a big friend. See, and this is why I don't want to be a big friend. Remember how we're not his friend? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:07:26 What do you mean? One of the home girls. She's like a journalist slash publicist. And like, I don't know, we just got into it bad one time. And then it was like a whole thing. And then all of a sudden, like, we ended up just like squashing it. And then she's like, hey, like, you want to bring Ray J on the show? And I'm like, of course.
Starting point is 00:07:41 And then we squashed it. And that was after you squashed it. Yeah, yeah. Like I'm talking about you talk smack about them and then you had to like go hang out with them and be their friend and all of that. Well, the first time and then it didn't go well. Like we were just like about to do the same thing, about to interview like the same artist and then she's like, you suck. And I was like, damn. What did you say about her on Twitter?
Starting point is 00:08:01 I know you. It was Twitter. I knew it. Vic is like a petty king. Like he's a cancer and he knows like, I know how to get you. Twitter King? I just, I said like something she wrote was like seemed like it was written by a fifth grader. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:08:13 It was just like it was. It wasn't that deep. It was supposed to be funny, and she took a lot of offense to it. Oh, yeah. Wow. Anyone would? Duh. Anyone else?
Starting point is 00:08:23 You fools? Huh? All the time. You talk smack about them. Like DJs, and then you're on the same lineup? Yikes. Oh, that happens like 24-7 every single weekend, probably. Like, DJs will talk smack about me, and I'm like, bro, you're not even at my level, dog.
Starting point is 00:08:35 Like, don't even talk to me. Like, don't even talk to me. You just started DJing two years ago. Right. Relax. I'm on P4. You in the lobby. I think the closest I've got into where I've actually talked smack about someone
Starting point is 00:08:51 and then had to be like, ah, is Ben Avidis. Oh. What? Because I've been the one that was like, dude, I can't root for that, man. You're a big Canelo fan. You're right. And then he was in here. I was like, that's so hard to hate you.
Starting point is 00:09:02 He's nice. He's really cool, dude. Well mannered and everything. I thought about Jerry Garcia. Oh, stop. I hate them. Hey, by the way, your little or do you have to go out the air? airport, we posted on social media, everyone's on Jerry's side.
Starting point is 00:09:17 I know they are. I know they are. I know they are. On Father's Day. I wouldn't give me a ride. He still should have been a friend. Yeah, he should have taken you a little bit farther in the airport. That's neither here nor there. I talk about that because let's go into basketball.
Starting point is 00:09:32 You are not alone if you've ever had to work with someone that you talk to talk about. It is currently happening to Jalen Brown. He is the star of the Celtics or was the star of the Celtics. And during the playoffs, they had a really bad run. It started off great. They had a hell lead in their series versus the Sixers. And then they lost it all. He went on stream and blamed it on an opposing team on the Philadelphia 76ers, excuse me, player.
Starting point is 00:09:59 Embedde? I feel like I'm always saying it wrong. And here's what he said about him on stream. Listen to this. Flopping ruined our game. Joe Lindbid is a great player. One of the best bigs in basketball history. Flops.
Starting point is 00:10:11 He know it. This ain't breaking news. I mean, this is my person's opinion on basketball. Some of y'all might disagree. Argue with your grandma. An athlete's always being called floppers. He's right. You didn't win because you were great.
Starting point is 00:10:23 You won because you kept flopping and the referees took like. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I'm an old head. So I think, yeah, flopping for sure ruined the game and three-pointers ruin the game. And too many stars in one team ruined the game.
Starting point is 00:10:35 The three-point line ruined the game. Yeah. But three-pointers are awesome. Shout Steph Curry. Yeah. You know, putting in the basket, three, ten, feet high, I would ruin the game. It was good back when it was in a peach basket. I would have been, I would have been one of the greats if it was at 8 feet.
Starting point is 00:10:51 Hall of Famer, dog. Winneal dunk. Longer shorts were in the game. Remember they used to wear the tight ones? On 90s, yeah. 90s, 90s. Okay. Okay. He talked smack. Of course, you're going to its opposing team, but now they are teammates. That makes this super, super petty. Boston traded Jalen Brown to the Sixers in exchange for Paul Georgians from draft picks. And now Jalen is going to be teammates with this infamous flopper that he talks smack about. Yeah, it's crazy. That's why a lot of, you know, people don't really talk a lot of smack. You know, he went on his stream and was like saying all this stuff.
Starting point is 00:11:28 And it's like a lot of NBA players don't do that. They just keep their mouth shut. All right, move on, whatever. Because you never know where you're going to end up. Who your next teammate's going to be. Yeah. Now you guys got to have an awkward conversation in the locker room. Everybody's going to assume that you guys don't get along because of what you're
Starting point is 00:11:42 said. So, yeah, it's all bad. And now you're going to want him to flop. Because it'll be helping your team. Hey, keep flopping. Yeah. He's the greatest flopper of all time. Ready for his floppy?
Starting point is 00:11:52 Yeah. Hey, teach me how to do that, bro. What did that make you, like, hate them more that you're on the same team as them? Yeah. You get? Yeah. I'd be like, oh, I'm on the same team with you. So everything wrong that they do, you're just like, bro, see?
Starting point is 00:12:03 Like, I already saw it. And if you guys, if you guys don't know, Joe Embed is a troll, the troll of all trolls. Oh, really? So he's probably going to troll him. Really bad. That's going to make him hate them more. Yes, 100%. But he holds all the cards.
Starting point is 00:12:16 That's his team. Great basketball right there. And Jalen is incredible. He's a star. He's a star. I can't wait to watch it. And coming up next in the NBA novella, what happens with the 76ers?
Starting point is 00:12:27 Hell yeah. Let's get into scrolling. Scrolling with zombies. Ladies, if your man doesn't breaking the law to propose to you, then don't even say yes. There's a viral couple right now that everybody is talking about. The couple that climbed the Empire State Building.
Starting point is 00:12:45 Oh, yes. You guys have been able to see the photos everywhere. You can see the photos on Brown by Mornings 106. But this couple, they're really famous actually, and they've had a Netflix documentary before on climbing buildings, but this time they did it illegally and broke the law. When they got to the top of the building, the man named Ivan, his last name is Kuznotsov.
Starting point is 00:13:06 Kuznotsov. Bless you. Kutz enough. Kutzenov. Proposed. to his girlfriend and this photo is going viral everywhere. 1400 feet in the air and he proposed to her.
Starting point is 00:13:19 Now they were wearing masks. Yes. So people are claiming that it's them but it's not been like a... No, it's confirmed as well. Oh, it is confirmed. It's confirmed that they're really known climbers. Yeah, no, I know they're known climbers.
Starting point is 00:13:30 So she was, her name is Angela as well. Angela something, Louisle... No, no, no, well, now it is. What you say by my mama? She's known because she wears like a Catwoman masks. Oh, okay. Yeah, Batman and Catwoman.
Starting point is 00:13:46 Yeah, so she wears a bat woman Catwoman mask. Are you okay? I don't think so. I don't know. He's okay. Yeah, he's loading right now. I'm low-key hating. You're hating? Yeah, because you're hating on them? Now the proposals are like to the unexpected, like the expectations for her. I know.
Starting point is 00:14:01 I know. Like, freaking hot. That's true because I was thinking about proposing to my girl on top of the Sears building. On the Olympic in seven. Yeah, and now I'm like, dude, that's not good enough. Now, yeah. You know? It's not, you know?
Starting point is 00:14:12 Yeah, now that's like, what? That's ghetto. Then they got arrested. They did get arrested. That's romantic. That's romantic. Bonnie Clyde right there. Get arrested together.
Starting point is 00:14:20 There's even news reporters. That just sound like they're hating because they're... On them? Yes, on him. Really? Now it looks like this man is proposing... Oh my God. To this woman?
Starting point is 00:14:29 It looks like it. Okay, so that's the word we're getting that it looks like there's a proposal going on, which... I mean, it would jive with the words on the flag, but also if it would jive, but also this is an incredibly dangerous. And it just makes me, oh my gosh. I'm sorry, I'm just watching this. And I think if this is what the reason you're doing this because you want to get a proposal,
Starting point is 00:14:53 an exciting proposal. They're just straight. Haters. Y'all better watch what you say right now. Y'all getting canceled like crazy. That was so shady. Yeah, that was shady. She said, a woman?
Starting point is 00:15:06 What did she say it like that? That's what you're doing. Yeah. Fred just told me at our family dinner. Hey, but no, I'm serious, though, that freaking anchor from out here about Bosnia? Oh, yeah. On the leave her. Like, no way. Yes, bro.
Starting point is 00:15:23 The one that said, I don't know where Bosnia is, and I don't want to know. And you get it because USA is come and get you. She was right. She was right. Because, lucky, do you find out that twist? Like, the owner of her company is born in Bosnia. Oh. Yes.
Starting point is 00:15:40 You think she can find out on a map now? I hope she had to. I think she had to. That's wild, though. Yes, news reporters are haters nowadays. Yes, they are. Can never be us, huh? No.
Starting point is 00:15:50 Never. I wouldn't hate on nobody, but we are the best. If you all. Yes. That was scrolling. Let's get into some weatheration. And now, the weather. Hell the dog. With concrete storm.
Starting point is 00:16:07 Betty Zinnas is going down for the weather Thursday, July 2nd. Glad to be back with the crew. Yeah. First wishmast to the city of Glendora, where I'm pulling up with slacks, mussel shirt, and a fedora. Watch out through shot, 381 degrees and 57 degrees at night. Next, we pit stop in the city of Banying before I hit the Sahara pool this weekend and start tanning. Hey, 80s.
Starting point is 00:16:25 85 degrees and 56 degrees at night. Next, we get valleyified in the city at Thousand Oaks, cruising in the valley on a hundred spokes. 76 degrees and 54 degrees at night. And last three, we go, we throw up to a big and. Thank God it's Thursday because tomorrow's payday, 77 degrees and 60 degrees at night. Okay. It's going to be pretty cool and a little warm.
Starting point is 00:16:46 I know. The thing is, it's been sprinkling. It's been sprinkling? Yes. No way. Yeah, randomly. No, wait. I haven't been here, guys.
Starting point is 00:16:54 I don't know what's going on over here. It's going to be pretty cool and kind of warm. It's going to be pretty cool and kind of warm. Okay. Thank you. So stay on your toes, Cassagius. You never know what you can be. Stay on your toes, Southern California.
Starting point is 00:17:05 It's your boy. Oh, wait, wait. Hold on. Glendora, 81, 57 degrees, banning, 85, and 56 degrees, and 54 degrees at night. And L.A., 77 degrees, and 60 degrees at night. It's your boy, Concrete, from Boundback Morning's from Power 106. Let's go. And so, welcome back, concrete. All right, check this out, homie.
Starting point is 00:17:23 You need a homie or need some help. We need your help. We need a line. I mean, phone line. We've got you for the homie help line. This is funny, but Zach talks way too much. This is a long story. Bear with me, guys.
Starting point is 00:17:38 Zach hit us up and said, hey, Brown Bag. I need some help. My group chat just blew up everybody's life. My name is Zach. I'm 26, and I've been with my girl for two years. So me and my homies from high school have had the same group chat forever. We joke in there, make plans, send memes, roast each other, all the typical guy stuff. If I'm smiling on my phone, it's probably because I'm getting cooked or cooking one of my boys.
Starting point is 00:18:01 So my girl is like an FBI agent, right? Like most girls are. And about four months into our relationship, she saw me always smiling on my phone and asked me who I was texting. I said the boys in the chat. Then she decided she wanted to see what's so funny. So she figured out my phone password, went through the group chat, saw we were joking about how my girl be farting in her sleep, and absolutely went off, started texting my homies from my phone, talking crap to them, and she said, everybody in this chat is immature, a.F, and disgusting.
Starting point is 00:18:31 It embarrassed the hell out of me. we got in a big argument about it. I changed my password and we promised to not look in each other's phones. After that, everybody in the chat looked in me different. The group chat wasn't the same for a couple months because the boys said it felt like they were under FBI surveillance. Fast forward to this weekend, my girl and I were driving to this new restaurant for a little date I planned. I handed her my phone and pick a song. She was scrolling on there for a while.
Starting point is 00:18:58 She got real quiet and didn't talk much during the date. I knew something was wrong, but I didn't know what. Turns out she went right back into the group chat, screenshotsed us all talking ish about our girls. In this stupid award show game we did, we gave awards to our girls like Best Detective Award, most likely to bring up the timing cheated. MVP, most valuable billionairea.
Starting point is 00:19:22 Defensive player of the year, most likely to eat half his food after saying she wasn't hungry. We even made graphics on chat GPT. Well, she airdropped them to herself, DM'd all my homies girlfriends on Instagram with the screenshots of us roasting each girl. She literally blew up the whole squad's lives. One of my homies girls packed her stuff and left for her mom's house.
Starting point is 00:19:42 Another dude got kicked out. Everybody's getting interrogated and everyone is blaming me. They told me they don't mess with me anymore because I stayed with her after she already did something like this once. Then they kicked me out of the group chat. One homie got disrespectful at the end and said, have fun with your domestic terrorist. Jesus.
Starting point is 00:20:00 Basically, as long as I'm with her, nobody's messing with me. She's still with me, still mad at me for what she read, and she's still talking trash to me about it. So now my girl is pissed. My homies don't want anything to do with me. And honestly, I feel like my whole life blew up in my face overnight over some stupid jokes. Brownback, do I dump my girl for blowing up everybody's live? Or are the homies tripping for cutting me off for something I didn't even do? They aren't tripping.
Starting point is 00:20:27 Valid reason to cut you off, bro. Yeah, you violated. Once one of the homies girls goes into the group chat, oh my God. It's cooked. Yeah. I feel like this is definitely a guy. Yeah. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:20:40 My homies girl one time went into our group chat and started talking smack to us. We were like, bro, what are you doing in here? Get out. And his girl was like, he was like, oh, sorry, my girl was like taking over my phone and stuff like that. She was trying to literally fight with him. So she went through his phone. What'd she say? She was just talking smack saying that like what he was saying is not right.
Starting point is 00:20:58 What was he saying? He was just talking about her. You was Venty T. You guys about her? She's a little like crazy. I'm not even crazy. And she's like, everything that he's saying is wrong, blah, blah, blah.
Starting point is 00:21:11 We're like, bro, what are you even doing in here, dog? Where else are we supposed to go? You know how crazy she is? She added herself to the chat. When did you guys notice? There was a random number. Like we all have, we've all known each other for since we were six years old. So we've all known each other had this numbers and everything.
Starting point is 00:21:28 She added herself. We were like, who the hell is this random numbers? that our friend added it was her and she was just going off oh my god we never looked at them the same after that they say together well they have a kid together so yeah so sad they usually always do that's the funny part sadly none of us like her right she don't like me either she hates you guys yeah no one of the homies uh he started flipping on us one time because his girl saw his phone and saw uh like what we texted in the group chat a couple of years years ago. It was just like stupid stuff about girls or whatever. And, you know, he's like,
Starting point is 00:22:05 you guys are so stupid. I don't know why you guys always send stuff like this, man. You guys are ruining my life. And I'm like, okay. And then he left the group chat. Mind you, he was the biggest one of doing all that stuff. And he was the biggest. And he was blaming. I hate you guys. You guys are just so immature. You guys just, you know that. And I'm just like, okay. And the vibe was ruined on that group chat forever. You know what I'm saying? It was RIP. We never, we never continued it. It was over with. Yeah, because you couldn't be pervs?
Starting point is 00:22:31 Pretty much. You lost your big perp? The president perv. President Perf. The vibes were ruined after that. It was like, damn, somebody came into like our little safe space. You know what I'm saying? Invasion of privacy.
Starting point is 00:22:45 That's what it is. That's what it is. You feel violated. Yeah, that's how I felt. Yeah. Nothing really happened to me. My mother doesn't go through my phone like that. I guess, she catches me slipping on my own.
Starting point is 00:22:56 You have no co-defendant? No, no, dude, I'm the type that I'll screenshot you and then send it to you. Oh, my bad. Look at what she said. She's doing it again. She's doing it again. Oh, hilarious. Oh, is this what I'm doing?
Starting point is 00:23:11 Oh, my bad, I mean to send it to you. You're in trouble. Yeah, you do that to you. I'll screenshot you and send it to you, my bad. I guess what's in your guys group chat? Not necessarily if your girl catches you. Just what's in your guys group chat. Guy stuff
Starting point is 00:23:26 Like what? Guy stuff It's just a bunch of fias And funny stuff What do you mean you put fans in the Bible In the boys chat? Not these guys I don't know, not these guys
Starting point is 00:23:40 Sports Sports, oh a lot of sports A lot of sports A lot of sports Comedy Comedy, a lot of comedy Bible verses? On Sundays
Starting point is 00:23:49 On Sundays On Sundays On Sundays On Sundays Yeah We said it a lot Dad hacks? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:23:56 Like if your kids are going to do this. DIYs. Do this. DIY? Really? A lot of do it yourselves for dads. Just how you build a shelf. Well, that's their chats because they're dads.
Starting point is 00:24:06 A lot of DIYs. Like, tell me, like, which one? What have you learned? Example. Example of a DIY in your guys group chat. How to pot a plant. Have pot of plant. You didn't know how to do that already.
Starting point is 00:24:19 No. No, you got to use the right soil. Mm-hmm. Yeah. the right pots some plants don't like certain materials you didn't know that huh because you're not on the group chat
Starting point is 00:24:32 I'm not I'm not she has a home improvement group chat apparently send the tomb man Taylor over there right guys yeah yeah exactly well I get it like I get it the invasion
Starting point is 00:24:47 privacy part and then also how should she feel that you guys were putting a word on them. I mean, no, we vent to our homies, though. No, no, no, no, but like, that's venting is one thing. Then you're just, like, completely talking smack about your... True. Venting versus talking smack about your
Starting point is 00:25:03 girl is a little bit different. Venting is like, okay, like, yeah, like, we went through this, is making this happen. Talking smack about her, this girl would be farting. It's crazy. Let's call her peddora out of the year. That's the same thing. That's the same thing. That's not going to be like girlfriend's stuff. I got to be girlfriend's stuff, though. Let's like, I don't know. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:25:22 I don't really air on my grown group tax like that. No. Yeah, you shouldn't. Because then you're responsible for in loki how they see her. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. We're not being disrespectful, though.
Starting point is 00:25:33 Yeah, the awards were kind of disrespectful. Yeah, some of the more. Especially at then. He called her domestic terrorists. That was pretty bad. But that was their reaction to the reaction. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. No, I'm talking about the awards.
Starting point is 00:25:44 Oh, the awards? Yeah, some of them, they were worse than others, for sure. Yeah. It's like when you find out that the homies girl doesn't allow him to go out, We all know it. We're going to clown him and her for it. Yeah, yeah, no, for sure. So it's like, oh, that's a word.
Starting point is 00:25:56 But your homie's going to protect his girl. Like, you're going to protect your girl. In the chat, maybe not. You guys will clown. You guys will observe and clown. Your homie's going to protect his girl. That's his girl. In the chat, maybe not.
Starting point is 00:26:10 Depends if you hate her. Yeah, exactly. Yeah, yeah. So then if your girl, look, he finds out that you hate her. Yeah, that's a rough way to find out. Yeah, that's a rough way to find out. Yeah. Through the homies?
Starting point is 00:26:20 Yeah. The chat. And then they're still together. I know. Like, she won't even like leave them. God, man. Staying around and making it worse. Like, oh.
Starting point is 00:26:30 Right. I wish your bus would hit her. She reads that. You never felt like that? You never felt like that? Really? You never felt like, like, like she's asleep and you're like,
Starting point is 00:26:39 oh, my God. Get the pillow and just. Oh, my God. It's this goddamn ceiling bank had just fallen out. Chop your head off. I swear to know. I wouldn't have to do it myself.
Starting point is 00:26:50 That'd be really messy. That's a crazy way to do it Oh my God If that bill you're laying on Would just suffocate you in you Oh my gosh Sweet dreams, baby Don't look at me
Starting point is 00:27:02 That's really how you feel No Sometimes Come on guys I'm not the only one right And then two minutes later You're like damn I love this girl I don't know what I was thinking
Starting point is 00:27:16 Immediately after she wakes up I'm like Cycle She's like Me lady All sweet. Yesterday she made me be be Ria. I was like, oh, that's so nice.
Starting point is 00:27:26 So you put that in the chat too. We do. We do. Yeah, you brag about your girl too. Oh, my God, we do. You know, like about like the stuff she makes or like. What she takes you to like? Like what?
Starting point is 00:27:35 Yeah. You know, like you just like, you know. Yeah. You know. You know, it was so cool how she did it and like swinging me. That was awesome. Like I know your girl swings at you, huh? Oh, damn.
Starting point is 00:27:48 My girl would never. No, there's like positive stuff. What I said a lot is like a running around like what actually gets put in the group chat. Yeah, they're not really safe. Like, yeah. Even if y'all haven't said it, we've heard, like even if you guys are like the top tier group chat,
Starting point is 00:28:00 just sports and Bible verses. There's girls twerking. There's X talk. Where? Where? Are you guys in chat? Shut up where? You guys have said this before.
Starting point is 00:28:09 No, where's that stuff at? In your chat. Not even. The chat GPT photos are very X rated. No. Vix respectful. Bigot sent me like a picture like Becky G and be like, dude, my girls are.
Starting point is 00:28:20 way better looking than this. Yeah, exactly. The bragging. Yeah. Yeah. He's like, yeah. What was I thinking? Right.
Starting point is 00:28:26 Becky T should not be talked about in Vicks girls' presence. No, he'd be like hashtag walkattelas. In our group chat, you guys have chat chippedit humby on a motorcycle. That's a real picture. That's a real picture. That's a real picture. So you guys do that in your guys group chat too. Yes.
Starting point is 00:28:45 Yeah, if the homies acting a little suss, you know. Yeah. You got to call him out. He's on a motorcycle like that. Maked. That was a shot to be teaching back. I don't know. Unless your homie's giving you a poom-pum,
Starting point is 00:28:59 I don't know that you're dumping her. They always stay with them, right? Yeah, get that pome-pum. Get the pum-pum. I'm not going to give it to you. Your friends are not going to give you that. It's not that kind of party. Greg stayed very quiet.
Starting point is 00:29:14 He did. I don't know, I might. But you know what? I feel like worse things have been found out in the group chat, and we got to let him know that. True. You guys are giving awards and saying a girl farts. There's coming back from that.
Starting point is 00:29:29 Like, you're good. You could come back from that. Well, with your girl, but he's cooked with his homies. No, because their girls didn't catch them talking about girls or talking about their exes or none of that. Well, I mean, we don't know how. They'd be like, hey, babe, I was talking about you. Not other girls.
Starting point is 00:29:45 True. So I want to get calls. Call us up of. if you've seen something worse or got caught with something worse in the group chat. Because this guy, I do feel like there's coming back, there's redemption on all sides from this. Yeah. Right? Let's go to, oh, this one's good.
Starting point is 00:30:00 Stone Cold in South Central. Stone Cold? Hey, man, why are y'all laughing on my name? I can't, that's my name, man. What's so? Good morning, I'm brown bag. That's your name. We're not laughing.
Starting point is 00:30:10 We're questioning. Uh-huh. Uh-huh. But yeah, no, I will say this. The homies shouldn't get mad at. They're homie, man, because you can't control what a lady would do, especially at night, grabbing your phone and going through it. So they shouldn't be mad at him at all. What?
Starting point is 00:30:27 Something happened to you. That's kind of worse. Tell us. Well, yeah, man. I just got out on fresh out, 24 years out of prison. Wow. My girlfriend in prison, she caught me getting a kite and saying the stuff that I want to do to another inmate. Huh?
Starting point is 00:30:45 Wait. Hey. Man, it was this Omni chocolate to do with a fresh fish, man, and I like what I saw so we were passing kites through each other
Starting point is 00:30:54 and I was saying I got first dib and my girl in prison caught the kite before me and ever since then man, it's been I'm glad I'm out of prison right now
Starting point is 00:31:04 man. This is so hot, dude. You're turned on? So hot right now. Are you the same colleague that called out concrete? No, man. Oh, concrete?
Starting point is 00:31:14 No, man, I don't know concrete. I know concrete from the internet. Is your jail boyfriend named Christian too? No, it's not the same guy. No. His name is the digler.
Starting point is 00:31:25 The digler. Oh, it is. Goodbye. Get out of here. We got prank called hot. No, not we. It's because, Umberto. How does it keep getting through?
Starting point is 00:31:35 It keeps getting through. Last time, what was he? Hey, Umberto's like, hold on, man. This is so hot, dude. I'm gonna put you in one line one. You're going up first. You're going up first.
Starting point is 00:31:46 His boyfriend Christian had left him or something like that. No, this is the same guy that said he was like a 94-year-old man. Yes, yes. Wilbur. Wilbur. How does he not know that? Oberto keeps getting bamboozled. He's definitely giving out his social security number over the phone.
Starting point is 00:32:04 Yeah, right here. Dude, Umberto is the one that keeps answering scam likely calls, bro. You know, if she's really going through it, she needs to pay her rent. I think I'm going to help her. Yeah. Yeah. No, yeah, yeah, I think I'm, no, she doesn't talk to me, she doesn't see me in person, but she really needs my help.
Starting point is 00:32:21 So I think I'm going to pay her bills, guys. Yeah, she works at sounds, but it's fine, it's fine. It's different with me. She needs us, guys. It's different with me. I need you guys to do a benefit show. Downback mornings, all proceeds will go to her, guys. Please, do me the favor.
Starting point is 00:32:36 Yeah, it's up. Power 106, number one for hip-hop and El Serino. Shout out to all the Preeto Zeno. Oh, my God. Please don't call. Please don't call and prank. Not Khan. It's too easy.
Starting point is 00:32:51 It's too easy. Very easy. Zag needs our help. All right. Zag needs our help. Should he dump his girl or not? She went through his group chat with his homies. The first time she went through it, she found out that he hates her the way she farts.
Starting point is 00:33:04 And the second time she went through it, they were giving girlfriend awards talking about their girlfriend. He needs to keep her and let her know, like, this don't do those things. The farting or the group chatting? All of those. Both of them, especially the party, but definitely don't go through the group chat. You got to, I'm not saying you've got to train your girl, but you have to...
Starting point is 00:33:23 Do it, do it, good. Let's go, let's hear it. Put your foot down. Yes. Let's hear it concretes. What do you got to do to your girl? Well, this is what happens. It's because, you know,
Starting point is 00:33:30 it's like how you start the relationship is how women's going to think that it's going to go for the rest of her life, right? So if you, so if you nip it in the, you know, right from the beginning, it's not going to happen. You know what I'm saying? Like my dad says,
Starting point is 00:33:43 no la amas al costumbres. Yeah, not a costumbres. So from the very jump, you got a letter. Hey, you know, the telephone, is my. Why are you hiding? Hey, uh. No pieces on here.
Starting point is 00:33:56 It's not about that, Angie. It's not about that, Angie. It is. Because I have nothing to know how I hear's my phone. I don't want your phone. Nobody's saying that. Nobody's saying you can't go through my phone. What I'm saying is, like, don't be sneaky about it.
Starting point is 00:34:07 Like, don't be going around. Yeah. Oh, okay. Don't be sneaky about it. She did it in his face. She did. Oh, yeah. She did.
Starting point is 00:34:15 This is the second time. She did. The first time, no. I love concrete advice. So you really pulled Nikki aside your wife and was like, hey, girl, my phone is my phone. That's it. Absolutely. Not.
Starting point is 00:34:31 Not. You know it. It's a mutual compromise. Baby, I don't want to go through your phone, babe. So just don't go through mine. It's not about that. It's not about that. It's not about that.
Starting point is 00:34:43 What I'm saying. Come on, you know. My girl's the first one to say, like, don't ask questions. You don't want to know the answers to. And that's kind of how we live. And at the end of the day, like, what's done under the light, under the hood, va salarer. Yeah, it comes to the light.
Starting point is 00:34:59 Everything done in the dark comes to the light. I don't think that's the same, Hawaii. Anything happens under the hood. Comes out the muffler. The tire will pop or... Starts leaking, brother. And gee. Because I was saying,
Starting point is 00:35:15 oh, because he was, Greg was just saying, talking about your hair, that you should cut it. We all love in here. My hair is cut. Yeah, I have a lob. I say like a little,
Starting point is 00:35:24 like two inches off more and then the little flare at the end is going. A lob is different than a bob. Yes, it's a long bob. Oh, Okay, I did not know that. Wow, you learn something new every day.
Starting point is 00:35:34 I know. Wait. Hold on. There's a man telling a woman would do with her body. What should I do? So two more inches off? Oh, that's what it would have looked nice.
Starting point is 00:35:44 The flirt at the end is nice. Go make them a sandwich too. While you're at it. While you're at it. Forest ham, not honey smoked. Go make me a sandwich. That looks nice though. Thank you.
Starting point is 00:36:00 Well, now I don't think it does. Now you just add it in straight. Greg has a kebab. It's a recommendation. You don't have to take it, but you can. If you want to look better. It's a strong suggestion. Yeah, there we go.
Starting point is 00:36:14 The sandwich, that's not negotiable. That's an order. Get the hell out of you. We have fireworks. We have fireworks. You know what fireworks are always like funny named and all of that. And we also have tickets, six flags badger malon tickets. So we have different callers going for each of us.
Starting point is 00:36:37 And our judge who already has favorites, just going to say, like, like. Hi, Letitia. Is it true or is it not true? We know, you guys know who our favorite is. Oh, yeah. So just let it be. I won. See, even he knows Ramona.
Starting point is 00:36:54 Ramona, you know what I mean you have. We are trying to sway Ramona into liking our fireworks the best. If she was at the fireworks, Stan, yeah. She would be like, give me that package. And I have not heard of fireworks. I do not what firework belongs to. These are straight hours from the depths of the darkest place. like hem it and you know and uh you kipa out there okay so i have fireworks here and i'm just do i not
Starting point is 00:37:24 say who they're from you're just gonna tell us i don't want to be like oh you pick let me because she's your favorite wow okay she's not we weren't going to say that don't wait no one would say that not even i would say that i'm no one's favorite you're my favorite oh you're my favorite Oh, stop, Angie. Come on. He's so jealous right now. Don't say that. Don't say that. Don't make her feel good.
Starting point is 00:37:51 Come on. Okay. Oscar in Boyle Heights is hoping you win Khan because if you win, he gets the tickets. Fernando and Baldwin Park is going for you. BP. Yeah. Herrador in San Bernardino got me, okay?
Starting point is 00:38:05 Anne in Orange, she's going for our little yellow man over here. Greg with the yellow hair. And Pelon in Boil Heights. Angie to win. Right. That's right. Okay. Now,
Starting point is 00:38:18 I'm gonna just go through these and then like you rate them, you do like a number and you're listening to for Funze's. You also try to guess who's is who's, okay? I'm excited, I'm excited. All right. I have first up,
Starting point is 00:38:28 it's called V-M-C. Check this up. I like that. I like that a lot. I like that. I like that. It kind of sounded like the firework. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:38:51 Wow. Tight. That's tight. All right. I can't even hey, dog You can't, you can't Do you write your number for it? Okay, here is
Starting point is 00:39:02 El Swap Meat. I like that one, I like that one. Oh, that's funny. Yeah, it gave me three packs of socks for $2. All right, here is High Way, spelled H-A-Y, Hey, W-A-Y,
Starting point is 00:39:28 Hey-W-A-Y, Hay-W-W-W-E. Hey, way, hey-way. I don't know. Okay. That sounds like an injury. I get to get more. That's a good one. That's a good one.
Starting point is 00:39:51 Here is Red Rocket. No, that's scary. I know. Yeah, sure, Greg. That's crazy. I hurt the bald eagle. Yeah. That sounds like an invasion.
Starting point is 00:40:18 Yeah, it does. It sounds like you have beef with America. That sounds like we're giving us. somebody freedom. Sounds like we help somebody out. Remember, they have to have like crazy names too. So far we have VMC, El Swatme, Highway, and Red Rocket. Here is, my abelita just passed away.
Starting point is 00:40:50 Ah, nah. That's. That's the Nia. I don't know. How is anyone supposed to be that? Well, I didn't know. She was not supposed to know who was what. What's that one called?
Starting point is 00:41:09 My Obolita just passed away. A little burnout here. What'd you say? No comments. Okay, let's just go to the joy. Ah. That's no fun. That's really fun. That's very memorable.
Starting point is 00:41:32 Rememurable. Can we play them again? Just back to back? Back to back? Okay, for sure, for sure. Here is VMC. Yeah. So, who lost?
Starting point is 00:41:55 Tell us who lost? Who lost? Who for sure lost? The first one out. Yeah. Everyone lost, except for Lettie. That's gone! I lost my abuelita, but I know.
Starting point is 00:42:10 I won something. Gerardo, Gerardo. Hi, Gerardo. Good morning to you, brother. Congratulations, bro. You're going to six back. You are. You don't deserve it, but whatever.
Starting point is 00:42:22 Yeah, number one. There you go. The smartest person in the table, Lettie. Let's go. Let's go. I thought I was actually going to win this time. What? I think that's beautiful to spark It is beautiful. It is beautiful. It is. Okay.
Starting point is 00:42:37 My abolita. To know Thailand. All the signora. And you know, like, I'm really like I'm going through it, but like she's a good time. So we got to have a good time, yeah. My abuelita Petra, she passed away a couple days ago. I found out like mid-Mexico match. The Mexico game was playing. watching at home.
Starting point is 00:43:04 And it's something like, like low-key, super roller coaster, I didn't know and I was not prepared to be the one that would have to tell my dad. My sister calls me, like right when, like the two goals had happened where I'm in a good time. She's been in hospice, my abolita,
Starting point is 00:43:19 so he kind of knew it was going to happen. I had mentioned it to you guys too. But like I, my focus is my dad because he's gone through a lot. He's lost his really close sister and his really close brother. And this is like his rock. his mom. So like I'm just very very focused on him right. So I was loving that he was having a
Starting point is 00:43:38 great time and then my sister calls me and she's crying and she's telling me that a couple a few hours before my abolita had passed away and she's like do you know where my dad is because they're trying to reach him and he isn't answering and his phone was in his room. Yeah. So he wasn't paying attention to his phone clearly. And then I'm like I'm like I'll let him know and then I'll call you back. Like I just at that time I didn't want to pass the phone My sister was was crying too and it was a lot So it's half time and I'm like dang he's gonna go to his phone
Starting point is 00:44:12 And I didn't know what to do like I'm like dad can you go make me a coffee Because my dad loves like he makes coffee he makes us fruit and all of that Yeah I'm just trying to keep him from his phone like so I can figure out what the heck I'm gonna do And I tell Horda and my husband I don't know should I take him outside at this point my sons had gone outside to place I'm like I just knew I had to. Yeah. I was seeing and waiting until the end of the game. I'm like,
Starting point is 00:44:37 can I really hold it for like another 50 minutes? Because the next half was 45-ish minutes, right? So he's making my coffee and like, I'm kind of like, Dad, I think we need to go to Ponda. That's where my grandma was at, my Tia's house. And he's like, why, miha? And then, like, I just remember, like, look, there was a papaya there.
Starting point is 00:44:57 So I don't know why I grabbed the papaya like a football, but like, I don't like to, stress. I was like, um, yeah, yeah, and he's sort of like, letty what? I'm like, yeah, pass on my abuita, right? And it was weird because this moment is like, you know this information and you know this information to change this person. And you're seeing them in their moments before. Like I saw my dad in the moment before his world was different because his mom wasn't there anymore. And it was like a weird thing to like be a part of. Really tough. No one, no one prepares you for that.
Starting point is 00:45:30 So we go to Palmdale. Like, we get our stuff ready, me and my dad, and then we drive to Palmdale. I'm trying to, like, put the game on, like, to, on the radio. To, like, distract him. But then the freaking hills of Palmdale, they, like, take everything. So it's, like, part of the game and then part, shh. And then part, like, another random pop song that's playing because it's all mixed up there. We get to Palmdale.
Starting point is 00:45:56 And so my grandma had been in hospice in my Tia's house, and she passed away. a couple hours earlier and they're like hey we're gonna they're gonna pick up her body at midnight which was crazy to me i'm like low-k they're probably watching the game number one but too like they let the body be there so they had told the fact i never had seen something happen like that right so they had told as many people to come as can to say goodbye right and it shocked me because it felt this so weird it felt beautiful it felt special that she was in the bed and the the family could come over and sit and be with her before she's taken and clearly used to her at the wake but by that time things have happened to her you know like it's
Starting point is 00:46:39 she goes through her own process so she was laying down in the room and and and everyone was coming in and paying their respects and I thought I would be scared but I was just so like I was so happy and comforted and she looked so beautiful to me and you know like it's a weird thing and then I also think like dang maybe this is how it should be. because I kind of think of like when we're cavemen, that's probably what happened. Someone passed and we were all around them. Not they were taken, you know.
Starting point is 00:47:09 Pass neither here nor there. So there's a lot of family there, right? And there's like cousins that, like kids of cousins, I don't know. Because like we all kind of live different places. So I had a cousin there and she's nine years old. And I had it, I knew her when she was little. But I don't really, like I've never really spoken to her. Her name is Camila.
Starting point is 00:47:27 So like we're, I'm by my abuelita. I'm holding her, I'm kissing her. And then she comes up. And then she's like, hey, who have you collabbed with? And I was like, who have I collared with? She's like, yeah, like, have you collabed with lefty gunplay? We are over my grandmother's dead body. We are like, I'm like, yeah.
Starting point is 00:47:49 I'm like, have I collabed with lefty gunplay? And I was like, yeah, I know him. And she's like, that's so cool. She's like, do you know Forza Rejida? And I was like, yeah, I know Forza Rejida. But like my grandma is passed away right there. And I was like, I love a little Palmdale kid when I see one. That's the beauty of innocence.
Starting point is 00:48:06 Yeah. Like my grandma's passed away. It's just a scene to me. And then she's asking me like if I know lefty and I think she thinks I'm a rapper. Because what do you mean collabed? Yeah. Because you're just meeting some people sometimes. You have to sit there and explain the whole thing.
Starting point is 00:48:22 Well, look, they're artists. I'm an interviewer. Yeah. Like I know them though. Like, you're like, wait, I don't have time for this. Yeah, exactly. My oldita's right here. Oh, my gosh.
Starting point is 00:48:31 Same little girl goes upstairs because it's her house, and she goes upstairs, and she brings down what looks like, like, I thought like holy water or like a little bottle with, like, oil in it. Okay. Right? And she starts putting it on my abuelita's face, like on her forehead, on her nose, on her cheek and everything. And then I hear one of my tios like,
Starting point is 00:48:50 Muchacha, let her in peace. And then I go over, and she had like little girl perfume, and she was rolling it on my dead grandma. mother's face. That's so innocent though. But I'm like, well, this is crazy. It is, it is. This is a corpse right here.
Starting point is 00:49:05 And you're like, p-in-t-de-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-ee. And she's like, nah, you're tripping. She's like, here. Now you smell good. Yeah, that was crazy. It was crazy. I just wanted to share that little tid-a-bit. Thank you guys for letting me have a day off yesterday.
Starting point is 00:49:18 I love my family so much. I am very concerned about my dad. I love him. He's very strong and all of my cousins and my Tias and everybody and my Obolita Petra, she is amazing. and now she's with her dad and my abolito and her kids that have passed. So I'm really happy about that. Don't be sad because then it makes me sad.
Starting point is 00:49:36 It's like, yeah. Wasn't that cute? It's beautiful. Lefty like just, I can picture that whole thing going on. The whole little kid. And you need to see her. She's the cutest little thing. And she's like, have you collab with LeftyGone?
Starting point is 00:49:49 Girl, who's letting you listen to LeftyGone? True. Which one of your freaking brothers over there in Palmdale? Palmdale. Palmdale. Is letting you listen to LeftyGon Play. Crazy guy. Crazy guy.
Starting point is 00:49:57 Ab activities. What's up? This is Be Real from Cypress Hill. Where are you from, Esse? Don't you know I'm local? This is a conversation that we have to have Los Angeles because we did lose a legendary Laker, LeBron James.
Starting point is 00:50:15 He is no longer going to be a part of the Los Angeles Laguneros. Oh, Laguneros, yeah. He has chosen to depart ways. Now that he's gone, the question is arising. should he have his jersey retired and a statue outside of crypto? Listen to what CBS Sports has to say. Should the Lakers retire LeBron's jersey?
Starting point is 00:50:42 Eight years, he'll always be a Laker. You got to retire it. Statue? Duh. Better be a good one, too. I've seen some bad statues lately, okay? The Lakers should retire LeBron's jersey, but not build a statue. That's actually a really good question.
Starting point is 00:50:58 Yeah? Yes. Yes. Oh, my God. CBS Sports. Yes. Yes. I feel like they're like a national one.
Starting point is 00:51:05 Yeah, they are. They're not an L.A. one. They're not. Definitely not. They don't know the pulse of the city. LeBron wore a Laker jersey, but he wasn't necessarily a late. Like, we never saw him as a Laker. He was never embraced.
Starting point is 00:51:17 He was never embraced. And that's fine. I mean, Luke Walton was a part of a championship team. He doesn't have a statue. Luke Waltz. If anybody, if anybody's going to have a, look, If any Laker, after Kobe is going to get a statue, it should be Paul Gasol, Derek Fisher.
Starting point is 00:51:37 There's plenty of players that were very... Go ahead give Meta World Pizza a statue before you. Why not? Why not? We're doing that. You're my light pole. Why not? You know, if anybody's going to get...
Starting point is 00:51:49 It's those guys. I mean, they have memorable championship runs. They did. You know? Right. So, yeah. So, yeah. He's a championship and just him breaking.
Starting point is 00:51:58 so many records that he did as an individual player as he was here at the Lakers, right? He did like top scoring and things of that nature. Is that not enough? I don't think so. No, I don't think so. That's historical, though. Eight years doesn't mean you are like cemented in our legacy as Lakers.
Starting point is 00:52:17 Kobe did 20 years. Even Shaq did like, I don't know, around 10 or I don't make. Actually, no, maybe he did like eight. But he got, but he got to. us to four finals, three championships, and it was like an entire era. People will always speak about the Shaq and Kobe era. You know what I'm saying? LeBron had a run.
Starting point is 00:52:36 Yes. It wasn't necessarily an era. He didn't dominate anything. And that's me. I'm a Laker fan. I'm a LeBron fan too. Kobe and Paul Gasol. Like that, that was a 10.
Starting point is 00:52:45 Three finals. You know, three finals. If anybody is going to get it, it should be someone like that. Okay. So now we moved on from the statute conversation. Should the Lakers retire LeBron James Jersey? Did he do enough for that? No, because he's.
Starting point is 00:52:58 changed jerseys. He did 23 and 6. So which one would we do? What if we do both? See? Yeah, you can. No, you can't do that. He didn't put in enough work on either jersey. There goes, look. I know. It's hard to explain that I get you.
Starting point is 00:53:14 I'm with you, dog. There's a lot more than just numbers when it comes to retirement a jersey. It's how the city feels about you, how the organization feels about you. Them not offering him a contract says a lot. about how the Lakers felt about him. They didn't want to see him retire a Laker.
Starting point is 00:53:32 If they did, they would have him a contract. He didn't ever commit to us long term either. It was all one year, one year, one year, one year. So it's like when you have that kind of relationship, it's like, bro, we knew Kobe was going to be there until he couldn't anymore. You know what I'm saying? And it was like mutual. He wanted to be there.
Starting point is 00:53:48 We wanted him to be there. Because he is a goat, right? Are we a little bit selfish for not giving him goat, I don't know, privileges or go, like esteem, like the statue, like the jersey? He's a borrowed goat, though. Like, he's not our goat. You know what I'm saying? He's maybe Miami's goat.
Starting point is 00:54:11 No, that's doing weight. Yeah, that's, yeah. Yeah, I mean, but he, they got three, I mean, they have two championships with there, right? He's maybe Cleveland. He's Cleveland's cold. Because he brought one to Cleveland, he brought a championship to Cleveland. So what does he get? What is his parting give?
Starting point is 00:54:24 He don't get no statue. He don't get no jersey. Nothing. He gets his son. a contract. That's what he got. He got to play father and son
Starting point is 00:54:32 on the court. That's amazing. That's amazing. That's a moment forever in history. I could actually see that because he is such a legend, I could see them
Starting point is 00:54:41 retiring a jersey for him though. The first number. 23, probably. Far-fetched dog. As long as they won the championship in that one, the 2020, I could see it happening.
Starting point is 00:54:51 What's going to happen at that game? Because you know, they do like a ceremony? Yeah. What would happen at that ceremony? This one would get booed. at a ceremony like that.
Starting point is 00:54:57 I hope not. Yeah, I think so too. See what happens when he comes back to Olae. Watch. Watch what happens when he comes back to O'clock. Wait, hold on.
Starting point is 00:55:07 When the block, you come back to Olae. One, three, shamed. He left the goal, the whole game. No, leave. You leave left to go away. Guess what? Leaves always turn over again.
Starting point is 00:55:18 No, no, no. What I'm saying, no, no, what I'm saying is that you're going to see how the fans react and we will see how much they respected him. How they embrace you or don't, Or don't when you come back to play. You see how a city how much loved you when you come back and play in the arena?
Starting point is 00:55:33 Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. You're right, you're right. So he's going to get his car robbed or was. You're going to be like Mexico fans outside his hotel. What the hell are? Zool, come here? Now what's going on? Cheese Mason with Angie.
Starting point is 00:55:52 Okay, you guys, listen, anyone listening right now, if you're going through a heartbreak Jalo has some advice, okay? Because she's actually rooting for you to have your heartbroken. What? Yeah, according to her, it's actually a blessing.
Starting point is 00:56:09 Listen. Breakups are not a failure. I honestly feel like it's a launch pad into your next best self. We should have a party when we break up. People should say you broke up. Congratulations. Because one, you made a decision.
Starting point is 00:56:21 Two, it was probably the best thing for everybody. And if you're the one who's being heartbroken, You're the winner. Because if you go around your life and you're like breaking hearts, you're the loser. You're never learning anything. J-Lo is so privileged. Why? You know, most people when they break up, they don't have a place to sleep the next night.
Starting point is 00:56:41 That's true. We should have a party. Oh, my God, let's just go out and have a-grift. She's trying to uplift you saying like that's a blessing in the sky. I don't know where I'm going to sleep tomorrow. She sounds like that one the other that just keeps going through breakups. Yeah. That's what it is.
Starting point is 00:56:54 It's the best leaving your Tio, for the sixth time was the best thing I ever did. That's what it sounds like. No, it's different because J-Lo, it's with different guys, a breakup with different guys. That's even worse. And also, it's not her. It's not. It's not her fault.
Starting point is 00:57:10 Because she said, she goes on and she's saying, you know what? I actually learned a lot about myself when I got my heartbroken. The biggest growth spurts I've had emotionally, mentally, psychologically, have always come from a heartbreak. And that's not just in romantic relationships. That's in like work, heart breaks, all of it. It's the only time you dig. You're like, what the fucking happened? How do I do this?
Starting point is 00:57:35 Like, why do I keep doing this? Or why didn't that happen? What could I have done better? See? Yeah, I feel you. I mean, I get it. But at the same time. She makes sense.
Starting point is 00:57:44 Yeah, but she's saying like, oh, like, you know, things get so much better after breakup. Maybe personally. But, you know, with J-Lo and specific, I feel like it's not like she, no, I know, I love. I love her. I just feel like she doesn't level up after a breakup. She's been successful with her without whoever she's with. It's not like, oh, man, ever since she left so-and-so, now she's like on top of the world. She was already on top of the world.
Starting point is 00:58:06 She doesn't drop off. She just maintains the same. We just don't, she's just not with her person anymore. And she's 56 years old. So what? What does that mean? Leveling up at that age? Come on, you should be already leveled.
Starting point is 00:58:17 That's what I'm saying. She is already. I get what you're saying. Come on. You didn't learn the lesson yet? Yeah. She's too old. to be learning her lessons.
Starting point is 00:58:26 Yes. Yeah. Anybody after 30, your frontal lobe has completely already developed. You should already find the likes of which, like,
Starting point is 00:58:35 your likes and your don't likes of people and you should, you know, somewhere more or less, draw the line in the sand. She's like 56, like, you know what? I feel like I'm ready.
Starting point is 00:58:44 Yeah. She's still figuring herself out. Who is J-Lo? Who am I? Oh my God. Great start to tell us to this to this. Nine plus ten. Turn your wine.
Starting point is 00:58:56 Look at this studious food. Peritos, are you feeling poor? Yes, yes. That's mental, guys. That's all mental, right? No, no, okay. That's all mental. It's my wallet too.
Starting point is 00:59:07 No, listen, listen. Listen, researchers have found that feeling poor than other people around you can hurt your happiness and your mental well-being. Even if you're actually income stable, right? Okay. It's all about comparison. People like watch your Instagram friends. We're like, oh, wow.
Starting point is 00:59:25 him he's doing that and then they feel poor and it's like that's not the case yeah some people aren't in complete debt showing off for social media don't fall into that you know science say your bank account isn't always the problem your group chat might be and new study says people who feel poorer than their friends report lower happiness even if they're uh fine financially so you know what like to tell people is that being poor is a mental state all right let me explain I know people that are not financially uh blessed and they're the happiest people in the world yeah I know people that are financially blessed and they're just unhappy, miserable, and can't figure it out. Stressed.
Starting point is 01:00:01 You know what I'm saying? You know what I'm saying? You know, stressed. Hate their lives. Just want to get the health. No, no, no, because then it means you're happy. Yeah. Some of the happiest people are just content with having what they have, which is family, health, and everything, you know, like, everything that goes good with just being alive.
Starting point is 01:00:14 You know what I'm saying? Yeah. Having a good home, that's, that's, dude, I take that over anything. Yeah. And that comparison thing is a real thing. You know, because people see, like, somebody with a new car or. or new whatever, and then they're just like, damn, like, they're doing it up. They're doing it big.
Starting point is 01:00:29 Traveling. Which could be the case, but also it could be like, oh, man, like, the guy's like, I'm in massive debt. He's a complete debt. That's what I'm saying. Like, I see some of my friends and they're driving Mercedes. I'm like, how do you have a Mercedes and I don't even have that yet? Like, what's going on here? But you have a, you have an office, you have like a space.
Starting point is 01:00:46 You know what I'm saying? You're on a different path. That's what I always tell myself in the mirror. So I stop crying. You're on a different path. You're on a different path. You don't need that range. You don't need anything.
Starting point is 01:00:57 Get the Land Rover. That's not bad. That's not bad. So if you think you're feeling poor, unfollow some people. That's good. Unfollow the braggers, scammers, show offers. Honestly, you're just too successful for me. I'm going to unfollow you.
Starting point is 01:01:13 Exactly. No, it kind of motivates you, though. Make me feel terrible by myself. No, it does the opposite. Makes you feel small. Yeah. Some people just can't handle it. Okay, because their lives in that moment and stuff like that.
Starting point is 01:01:23 So before you turn into a hater, just unfiliping. follow. Bro, when I see streamers, they're like 23 and they're just like quadruple billionaires and I'm just like that's not motivating. Yeah. That's not at all. Not for me. I'm just like, yeah, I'm not going to do that. So, yeah.
Starting point is 01:01:39 Anyway, let me find something else. Yeah. Well, just be cool. And remember, being poor is a mentality. Got me. Right? Wake up, smile. Your health is everything. Yes, it is. All right. Let's go. Hello, studios. Look at this studio. It's how's full.
Starting point is 01:01:55 With the J. Shoot it. Playball. All right, you guys, I got to tell you about Mexico's coach and how he is a fun sucker. What? He's a fun sucker, all right? But I can see why Mexico's winning, all right? They got a strict coach that is dead serious about winning this World Cup.
Starting point is 01:02:14 His name is Javier Aguirre, and he's a former player for the Mexico team. But he was asked about a trending phase online, the ECC, that everybody's been saying, like, oh, ECC? See? Like saying that like we didn't have any chances of winning this World Cup, but hey, why not us? What if we do? And there might be a chance. And if yes, right? All those things. So he was asked about this trending phase and this is what he had to say about it.
Starting point is 01:02:36 And if si yeah, he said, me said, yes. So, yes, so, so, we're going to go. No, no, man. He's, he is very grumpy about this. He's just like, yeah, whatever. I don't even think he understands what the hell of their child. They're trying to say, I don't think he understood it at all. I wouldn't be surprised if those guys are like under, you know, the LeBron,
Starting point is 01:02:58 Dark 30 or whatever going like social media, blackout, no television, just focus on the team. So I can see them not even more, you know what I'm saying? I took it as like, he's not playing around. Like he's just like, I don't get it. I'm not feeding into it. Whatever. That's your guys' thing. Because he's expecting to win every game.
Starting point is 01:03:14 Yeah. He's not going in there like, oh, what if we do? No, he's like, we're going to win today's game. You know what I'm saying? So he's not even playing the games of, there's no question marks in his preparation. Yeah. And to me, that's why, like, he's, he's like, sometimes those are the best coaches. They don't play.
Starting point is 01:03:27 They're not having fun. They're just, they're focused. There's no backup plans. There's no backup plans. And I think, you know, and I think for Vosco, like, he already, he already delivered. Yeah. Anything past what he's done already, is he's already a legend. True.
Starting point is 01:03:40 But if people listen to this, he's kind of sucking the fun out of that phase, out of that phrase, I don't think he's sucking it. I think if anything, he's just. Not like that. I think of anything, he didn't understand it. Like, he's lost. I feel like See, see, see, see. Maybe it doesn't motivate as like a strong saying.
Starting point is 01:03:57 You get me? It kind of like comes off as like a. It is. It is for, from us because like as fans, like, we're not used to winning a lot in, you know, from the Mexico team. It's like, okay, we see it.
Starting point is 01:04:08 Like, we're just like, what if there's a chance? And like, he can't think that way. Yeah, it's like, no, to believe that there's a big. It made me more confident in this team, honestly. Like, bro, I'm not going to lie. And being in Mexico, what, two days ago to watch the game? Dude, you watched the year?
Starting point is 01:04:21 Yeah, you were there. Being there, bro, felt like there is no ECC. No, seva poder. Yeah. Like, you felt the vibe. Yeah. You, like, there was a different vibe in this World Cup. And I'm not saying because I was there, but three games in a row, they haven't, you know,
Starting point is 01:04:35 they haven't gotten scored on. They've been winning games comfortably. And then this fourth game was one of the best first hats that they ever had in the World Cup, bro. Yeah. Came out shooting. There's just a different aura about this team, Perritos. And it feels really, really good, man.
Starting point is 01:04:48 Like I said, anything that happens after this, I'm fine with it. Did you hear anybody? saying that saying over there? Absolutely. 80,000 people. Oh, yeah? 80,000 people. They're confident with them.
Starting point is 01:04:59 It was crazy, dude. It was amazing. They know exactly what's going on. Yeah. That's so far.
