Starting point is 00:00:00 Sparrow 106, brown bag mornings, good morning. Buenos Aires. It's 6 a.m. I know it looks super, super night time outside, but it's what it is. I have a friend that's counting down until the sun stays up longer. Like, they're like in 20 days, the sun will sit at 7 p.m. No. Because, you know, it gets all.
Starting point is 00:00:20 Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. 4 p.m. is nighttime already. It's crazy. I don't like that. No, my gusto. All right. Well, look, check this out. We have a great show for you today.
Starting point is 00:00:30 We're going to be your favorite show today because, loki, we got the tickets today. Not only do we have your tickets to go to Rolling Loud. Check this out. We got a family four pack of Disney tickets coming your way at 7.35 a.m. and 8.35 a.m. So not only are we giving you tickets to the biggest hip-hop festival. I'm talking about Nikki Minaj, Future Metro, Post Malone, YG, Tiger, and so many more. We have those tickets this morning for you.
Starting point is 00:00:56 And we also have tickets to go to Disneyland. I know you want that. I know you went that. I love Disneyland. Yeah. You went during break. Yes. That's awesome.
Starting point is 00:01:04 To go during like take your baby. It was an incredible time. How many days were you there? I felt like you lived at Disney. That was a lot. Yeah. It was cool. No, I went for two days.
Starting point is 00:01:10 So I stayed over there in Anaheim and I had a great time like just solo time. Me and Lil Vic. It was a lot of fun. Yeah. Yeah. Bouncing back and forth from park to park. Oh, the park hopper. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:01:22 But it was so packed. And he's like, Dad, this is how you do it? One to the other? Do we even wait a date? Are you? See the other one. Oh, man. They were both open, though, you know?
Starting point is 00:01:34 But, um. No, but the thing was that it was, since it was around New Year's, there was a lot of people visiting from different colleges. I think they were in town for like the Rose Bowl or there was like an event going on in Disneyland where like the marching bands because everybody had their college sweatshirts. Right. So people from all over like the country were there and you see like, oh, like this person's from, you know Louisiana State and this person's from this you know yeah it was pretty cool
Starting point is 00:02:02 and you left them alone right like you're like college girls yeah yeah yeah no I didn't you know okay didn't pay attention yeah yeah that time uh it's show and tell at work day show and tell yeah and so I wanted to bring my pancho I like that pancho yeah yeah la mama la mocha loki this is my Christmas person because I went to oh what just not Southgate bless America no oh man Think Latino type malls. No. Stonewood.
Starting point is 00:02:33 There's a, no, no, no, there's a, that's good, that's good, that's good. There's, there's a portals next to it. It's like off the 10. Keep going on the 10. Past 10, Gabriel. West Covina. West Covina. Yes.
Starting point is 00:02:47 Wow. I've been around. I've been around. So I'm walking down West Covina. It's Christmas time. I'm walking to West Covina at the mall. Because I went to the best bite to pick up something. And then I'm like,
Starting point is 00:02:58 Let's go walk around the mall. And I see this store. And they have panchos. And they had like, if you buy two panchos, you get one free. And I was like, oh, say less. So they had little kid panchos. They had baby panchos. They had like huge panchos, guy punches, girl pantos, all of that.
Starting point is 00:03:14 And they have panchos that have like Pikachu on her. Yeah. But then I got the one with La Vina de Wadalupe because you know I'm still on my January 6 vibes. Yes. I got the baby. You did? For sure. Angie got the baby in here.
Starting point is 00:03:26 I got the baby here. and then I got the baby at home. Loser. That's two babies, Angie. Two babies. Two parties. I got another one next. Welcome to the family.
Starting point is 00:03:35 Two babies. They're annoyed. Maximo's back. Yeah. Maximus in El Salvador. He was in the jungle. I came back 10 years than ever. You are.
Starting point is 00:03:45 Oh my God. I didn't even realize. Did you get sick at all? Oh, my. We all got sick. Yeah. You're kidding. I swear.
Starting point is 00:03:52 I got sick at the worst time. I got sick when I went to the cabaron, which is a resort. And it's like, you know everything like bar open bar and right when I checked in I just heard my stomach oh no oh you got the bubble that and then I went to the restroom and I stayed there for two days I think you have to put that part in your vacation the two days you're going to get sick if you go to some type of country like this yeah and I went to the medical tent like area and they were laughing
Starting point is 00:04:18 they were like yeah this happens to everybody it's called like travelers or something yeah they call in Mexico they call him Manazuma's revenge that he used you diarrhea for all they did to last sticks I'm serious I thought you weren't supposed to drink the water I didn't drink the water It just happens
Starting point is 00:04:34 It happens with almost like Anything Because guess what the food The food is cooked in the water Yeah My mom was in El Salvador At the same time And got sick too
Starting point is 00:04:43 And she's like I had to go back to the doctor The doctors make bank a bit Like oh another American Come over here Come get his vacuna The funniest The restroom Had a window
Starting point is 00:04:53 Where the hallway was At the hotel And while I'm there dying. I hear people telling their stories of somebody else dying. They're like, oh. Not really dying, by the way. Diarying.
Starting point is 00:05:05 Yeah. Close enough. Yeah. Felt like it. It felt like it. It felt like it. It was just draining out of me. Other people would call it a cleanse.
Starting point is 00:05:13 That part. It's a detox. Yeah. All right. Look, keep it here. We have more on the way. Since Maximo's back, so is Simper Pimp. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:05:23 And we got a few nominees, but I know you narrowed it down, right? Yeah, my sim, yeah, what's coming up inside Simper Pimp? I got a special one for my ex-boo boo, Kim K.
Starting point is 00:05:33 Oh. Yeah, she did something Simp. She did something Simp over the weekend. We're going to talk about it. All right, let's get into that next. It's Power 106. Simp or Pimp.
Starting point is 00:05:45 Simps, Simps, Simps, Simps, Sim. Simps, Sim. Sim. First Simmp, Simmyneem of 24. Wow. That's special. That is very special.
Starting point is 00:05:55 Very special. Our first nominee is the one and only Kim Kardashian. Like Kim? Why? What did he do? Is she even dating anyone to be so? So over the weekend, Kanye West posted about his rumored wife, Bianca. That's his wife.
Starting point is 00:06:13 He's rumored. I think they got married. It's not official. Pretty sure. You're not official. You think all marriages are rumors. That's true. Well, in the post, he straight went in.
Starting point is 00:06:26 on like, you know, happy birthday to the most beautiful, super bad, fun, iconic muse, inspirational, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera, just gassing her up. So he's just like bigging her up. Bigging her up, right? Cute, cute, cute. And then Kim decides to post a photo. His ex-wife. His ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, post a photo and in the caption that says,
Starting point is 00:06:47 bless me, Miss Westy. Oh. So it says, bless me in the camera emoji, Miss Westy. Oh, is it? People are going in on her because it's like, do it. you divorced him, you don't even talk to him. Why on the day of his new wife's birthday are you posting? Not just any photo.
Starting point is 00:07:03 It's a thirst trap. Yeah, she looks flying. Yeah. She looks flying Miss Westy. So she's saying the lyrics of North on the Kanye song. Correct. But also, it can be misconstrued and she could be calling herself Miss Westy, right? Right.
Starting point is 00:07:19 And that is where the fans are going in on her because they're trying to say that pretty much, did that. So I'm a photographer. I know that when you put a camera emoji, it's crediting someone. Yeah. But at the same time, she's doing it to get like that little like, she knows what she's doing. Yes, she's a pro at the internet. Yeah. Because North did take the photo. So that's what it ended up being. People are going in, but also it's like, hey, you credit the shooter. Like you're like, hey, here's a little camera emoji. Here's who took it. But the fact that you put, bless me, Ms. Westie, the lyrics to the song that North has on your ex-examines, you're like, you're like, man's new album.
Starting point is 00:07:57 His new wife's birthday. That you definitely don't ever kind of, you try not to talk about. You try to be like, oh, I moved on. Exactly. And then all of a sudden, she's Miss Westie again. Because she could have just put camera emoji North ticket. Yes. Yeah, North.
Starting point is 00:08:10 Oh, Miss Westy. Like, let me just poke fun at this and, you know, start a little social media. Oh, my God. All of that. War, yeah. That's crazy. You think she was mad at, like, not mad, but like a little bothered because Kanye was, like, bigging up this new girl.
Starting point is 00:08:27 Like, you're the most beautiful I've ever been with. No. You're the best muse. Because even Kanye don't believe it. Come on, guys. The photo that he posted of his new girl looks like Kim. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:08:40 Like she, the photo, she doesn't really look like Kim. She can look like Kim. Yeah. The photo he posted is like here's where you look like my ex-wife. The most beautiful iconic. That part was probably taken out of the day. You look like the most beautiful muse. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:08:54 Yeah. Damn. Damn. I feel like there's just a lot of, like, energy being transferred back and forth between the two, well, the three, I guess, you know. That's crazy. I think it's less, it's less about simping over Kanye and more about herself. Yeah. It's a little bit narcissism, a little bit ego, like, you can never have better.
Starting point is 00:09:14 You guys have done it. Vic, I know you have done it. You'll post a photo of yourself with a caption, like, you can have so many others, but they'll never be me. Essentially, that's what she's doing. That is, yeah. That's not sim because you're not trying to go back to them, but you're. No, not at all. You just want to remind them.
Starting point is 00:09:27 A little flex? Yeah. Little flex. Yeah. He definitely flex on her. Damn. Oh. But, Irene, you were saying that Kanye had posted something else about his, about his new wife?
Starting point is 00:09:35 Oh, yeah. He posted a quote. And he said, I think this is the simplest thing of it all. It is. It's so funny. Like, anyway. He posted a picture of his wife and the caption said, I hate when I wake up before you because I miss you.
Starting point is 00:09:48 And I was like, damn. That's a bar. That would have got me. That would have got me. If your man told you that? I'm going to lie. I stole it already. That's, that.
Starting point is 00:09:55 That's the psychology 101. I hate when I wake up before you because then I miss you. Yeah. But fly at the same time. That's Pymol. I mean, he's a lyricist, you know what I'm saying? It makes sense for him to say that. But, okay, so I don't know.
Starting point is 00:10:11 I mean, me personally, I think Kim doing this is pretty pimp because it's like she's like. He's flexing on her? And she's like towing the line being very, like, it's like the way she did it was very strategic. Right. You know what I'm saying? Yeah, it's like she knew what she was doing, but she. she worded it and placed it correctly where it looks like, that's not what I mean.
Starting point is 00:10:29 It's provocative. It's provocative. Carefully constructed post right here. Yeah, I don't think she's simple at all. I don't know that it's pimp, but it's definitely not simp. Yeah. Because you know what's going to happen? Kanye, while he's celebrating his wife's birthday, like, oh my God, does she mean Ms.
Starting point is 00:10:44 Westie? Does she want me back? Should I go in my, should I go in my cyber truck to go to go to stay there? That's what he's thinking. That's what's in his brain the whole time. Yeah. Oh, my God. It's working, it's working.
Starting point is 00:10:59 She's good. She knows I miss her, but she looks good with this girl. It looks just like her. All right. So she beat the simp allegation. She bit the sim allegation. Pimp, pimp! All right.
Starting point is 00:11:10 Kim, but we see you. Yeah. If you don't really like him like that, Leo Malone. That's right. Okay? You can't just be playing with his emotions, okay? You're playing a lot of them. All right?
Starting point is 00:11:19 Look, keep it here because on the way, we're going to talk about what went down over yesterday last night. One of our homies completely bombed on stage and we just got to left at him. All right. We're talking about Jo Koi. And these Oscars, flub, flop, all of that next. A golden gloves. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:11:38 Look at us. Get to your wrong. Guys. Yo. All right, all this stuff that we had to turn on Netflix to go to the movies to stream, all that good stuff. It was on the floor at the Golden Globes yesterday. And so was Joe Koi because low-key Joe. Coit fell really bad.
Starting point is 00:12:00 Oh man. I felt so bad. I felt so bad. So our guy Joe Koi, he was contracted 10 days ago to host the Golden Globes. And lo-key, we've been reading up on it, they couldn't find someone to host the Golden Globes. This is the same one. No, the Oscars is the Golden Globes? No, no, no.
Starting point is 00:12:17 This is like more of a... Which one that full-guised left out? Chris was the Oscars. Oh, okay. So Chris Rock declined Golden Globes. Yeah. People were declining left and right to do this award show. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:12:27 And then Jo Koi is like, plan Z. And he was like, you know what, I'll do it. Yeah. He said that only, that during like one of his monologues, I guess he started bombing. There's only one monologue, but I know it was, the opening monologue. And he was, he started bombing, like the crowd didn't really react as intended for his jokes and stuff. And then he's like, cut me some slack. I just got this.
Starting point is 00:12:49 10 days ago. 10 days ago, right? And then so we started researching and then it's like, well, he did get the job 10 days ago. but he didn't necessarily replace anybody. He was just like to very far down the list. Yeah. Right. I said that.
Starting point is 00:13:03 I literally just said that. Yeah. Plancy. Yeah. Can I play some stuff? Yeah, yeah. Okay. And then you want to play it right after?
Starting point is 00:13:11 Yes. I have it right here. Yeah. Okay, cool. So Jokoi made this joke about Barbie and it didn't go well. Here's what he said. The key moment in Barbie is when she goes from perfect beauty to bad breath, cellulite, and flat feet. Ah.
Starting point is 00:13:25 Or what casting directors call. character actor. Yo, I got the gig 10 days ago. You want a perfect monologue? Yo, shut up. You're kidding me, right? Slow down. I wrote somebody's,
Starting point is 00:13:39 and they're the ones you're laughing at. I like it because he turned into, like, Comedy Club Joe Coy, where if they don't laugh at you, you start going around the audience, like heckling back. But that don't work when his Taylor Swift staring at you like, no, I hate him.
Starting point is 00:13:51 I totally. I'm never going to like him again. He made this joke about Taylor Swift. and she didn't laugh so her friends didn't laugh so the room didn't laugh. I like with them, like they, even if it's funny, they're not going to laugh because Taylor didn't laugh.
Starting point is 00:14:05 They're supportive friends. Yes, check this out. We came on after a football doubleheader. Big difference between the Golden Globes and the NFL. On the Golden Globes, we have fewer camera shots of Taylor Swift. I swear. It was just war to go to. Sorry about that.
Starting point is 00:14:20 Taylor dogged him so bad. Yeah, she was pissed. Yeah. Not even funny. My boyfriend's not here right now, but if he was here right now, he would come get you, okay? And it's funny that after that, I went on his Instagram, and like Taylor Swift fans are just going in on. Oh, not the Swifties. You know the thing about this with Joe Coy is this isn't a bad thing for him.
Starting point is 00:14:44 This is going to be content for his next show. Oh, yeah. There's all publicity to him. You're going to remember him rather than him have been a host that just kind of did the jokes and then left and then you don't know. Like you don't really care too much about He bombed so bad It was like It deserves a no more
Starting point is 00:15:00 He's now a household name Yes, that part Like that one joke Oh yes he bombed But I think he had one good joke About another bomb Oppenheimer Like check this out
Starting point is 00:15:09 I loved Oppenheimer I just got one complaint Needed another hour I felt like it needed some more backstory I love Oppenheimer's Especially the first season I thought that was funny But I think people don't
Starting point is 00:15:24 Oppenheimer's a long movie. It's like three hours. Super long. Yeah. And so I thought that was funny, but because he did all the other stuff, I'm not even laugh at you. It's over. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:15:33 Yeah. I'm embarrassed. And then he's like, shut up. You got, you're kidding me, right? Slow down. Grab the wall. Not even Harrison Ford left. He's right there in the front.
Starting point is 00:15:43 He's looking sad. No one laughed. I mean, it must be so intimidating. You're on stage and you're trying to make some of the most talented people in the world just laugh. Or like perform in front of them, you know? You should have gave them a script to say laugh now because, look, they're also actors. And they're very bland, not going to lie. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:16:01 Like, it's a thing. To be an actor, you have to be like. Right. They come from the arts. Yeah. They have no character because they have to be characters. What I thought was trippy too. And I'm sure we'll talk about it later, too, Angie, is Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez?
Starting point is 00:16:13 Oh, they were gossiping. There was a lot of gossip. We're going to get into that later. We've got to go into commercials right now. We've got to talk about that felt like when the primas meet up. You're like, oh, did you see that? And then took it. Look what she's wearing.
Starting point is 00:16:27 Yeah, they did a lot of that. Yeah. And oh my God, jokefully just like, who cares? Who cares? Because like, Timothy? Yeah. Where did they get this guy? Let's talk about it next.
Starting point is 00:16:36 Word on Rosecrans. What's the word? Rick Ross recalls his favorite Drake moment while on a stream with Aiden Ross. Okay, so Rick Ross was asked about his favorite Drake moment during his time working with him. And he said it was during 2012 when Drake dropped the classic. What him and Drake dropped the classic track called Stay Schemean. Teacher, I have a question before you move on and I'm interrupted in the class. Who's Aiden Rock?
Starting point is 00:17:00 Yes, number one, number two. Does that Rick Cross' son and number two? Does Rick Cross have an Aden? No. No, okay, yeah. So Aidan is spelled a little different. A-D-I-N. So he's just like a regular A-D-N.
Starting point is 00:17:12 He's an A-N. Yeah, A-N, I guess, no. He's a streamer for, he used to be on Twitch, but now he's on Kik. Okay, okay. He's from the ethnicity we appropriated that name from. Yes, exactly. Yes. Yeah, an original Aden.
Starting point is 00:17:25 Yeah. Yeah, so they even made fun of like, oh man, I always liked your music because you're Ross and I'm Ross and stuff like that. And then Rick Ross is like, yeah. You know? He didn't have much to say, but he got more playful as like the stream went along and stuff. But yeah, it was funny because Aiden is just such a curious person. He's just like asking, oh, well, what about this? And tell me about Drake and tell me about this.
Starting point is 00:17:47 But he had to ask him about his favorite Drake moment. And he said this. Stay scheming. I'm going to say stay scheming. Legendary song right. Yeah, you have to put that down. Drake came out. He came out to us.
Starting point is 00:17:59 He came out in the streets. He came to us. When we put that record together, it was one of those vibes. We had the beat. He walked right in on it as we was putting it together. And, you know, he didn't wait one second. So that was most definitely magical.
Starting point is 00:18:16 So he has a lot of collabs with Drake. And this is the one that he chose. Do you have any of the collabs that he has with Drake? I have this one. this essentially. Yeah, exactly. I don't like it. Yeah, I found it like, you know, like they have so many collabs obviously together, but I guess that one, he said he was like the most kind of like street on this one. And this is kind of when he changes content a little bit. Because I remember when he dropped this, I was like, Drake talking spicy. Right. You know what I'm saying? And since then, he's done it
Starting point is 00:19:11 a lot more often. But yeah, so he said he loves the stay scheming era. Yeah, I think people don't notice enough how much Drake and Rick Ross have done together. And they always have like really good music together. Like, Like, Chastomar music, I would have chosen that one
Starting point is 00:19:29 all day, every day. Even if you want to go big, I would have done the I'm on one. Drake Khalid and Roseh.
Starting point is 00:19:35 Bro, dice pineapples. Ooh. Sheesh. If you want, like, lemon pepper freestyle, Drake,
Starting point is 00:19:44 Rick Ross, gold roses. Vives. These are all, they love to get into the vibes together. They do. Popcat.
Starting point is 00:19:52 They're both out Pop that. Yay. Wow. And you chose stay scheming. Yeah. Stay scheming. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:20:00 The homie when I'm coming. That's crazy. Oh my God. I hated French Montana after that song. Why? Because I was like, why did he get on this song? And I didn't really understand his verse. What song?
Starting point is 00:20:11 On Stay Skeaming. Oh, okay. Okay. Like, I was like, oh, like Rick Ross and Drake went so hard. And I think as time went on, I appreciated French Montana a lot more. But at the time, I was like, I thought it was going to be some lyrical. And then he just, like, did. like some like just French Montana.
Starting point is 00:20:24 Do do do do do. You got a shot in the head, right? Yeah. And that makes him a little bit more slow? No. Yes. Yes. That doesn't make,
Starting point is 00:20:33 he's a regular person. He also is a... I know that. I got shot in the head and that made me a little bit more slow. And also English is his second language. Really? I didn't know that part. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:20:43 Yeah. He's mocking. No. My son's lying. I'm not. Hey. A little liar. No line on my platform.
Starting point is 00:20:49 All right. All right. Look, 21 Savage dropped a confusing flyer that everyone is talking about. Okay. So look, Sunday 21 Savage and Donald Glover, aka Childish Gambino, did a joint post with the flyer that looked like a movie poster
Starting point is 00:21:03 that said American Dream, the 21 Savage story, okay? And Donald Glover had 21 Savage's knife tattoo and his hair, and next to him is Caleb McLaughlin from Stranger Things, who looks like a younger 21 Savage with like the fade and the knife tattoo with the caption that just had eye emojis.
Starting point is 00:21:21 So everybody's like, Oh my God, it's a movie. Like, how did they keep this under wraps for so long? Like, this is crazy because this is, these are two legitimate actors, you know, from Hollywood, right? Instantly, everybody's like, is this a TV show, a documentary? No one really knows right now. But I did some. And it's coming soon.
Starting point is 00:21:40 Exactly. I did some little investigating went on the Reddits and everything. And if you notice, there's two logos on the bottom right of the poster. One says Epic Records and the other Slaughter Gang. both his record labels, right? So this has to be music related or it wouldn't have any type of branding like that on there. It would have like a movie studio logo at the bottom.
Starting point is 00:22:01 Maybe. So I'm 99% sure. This is just me. Yeah. It might be something that's going to Netflix or something because I remember YGs when he did that short film, it had the 400. It had the record label on it too.
Starting point is 00:22:15 Because it's based essentially off an album. Yeah. But that's really cool. I wonder if they were to tell like a doc or like a story on 21 Savage, I want to know about the coming from Britain. Yes. We want to hear that part.
Starting point is 00:22:29 Where, when did you get that knife tat? It's a knife. Yeah. Like all of that. Yeah. I want to see when you dated Amber Rose and you guys went in the parade. Oh.
Starting point is 00:22:38 The walk. Yeah. That is funny. I don't know all those details. Yeah. So yeah, either way, it drummed up a lot of interest to,
Starting point is 00:22:48 like, tell his story. Yeah. If it's just a music video, which I personally think, it's going to be like a very, like a cinematic music video. Either way, it sparked a lot of interest into having a 21 Savage movie or a Netflix series or something like that. So it's mission accomplished.
Starting point is 00:23:03 They kind of left it very vague, but it got a lot of people talking. Love it. So mission accomplished. Shout out 21 Savage and Donald Glover. All right. That was your word on Rose Kranz brought to you by local Southern California Toyota dealers. I'm Rose Kranzvik for Brown Bag Mornings. I'm Power 106.
Starting point is 00:23:17 And check this out. We have your tickets to go to Rolling Loud this week, baby. be your ticket, Sissy, Nikki Minaj, future, YG, and so many more. Plus, at 7.35. We have your Disneyland tickets, baby. 7.35 and 8.35 a.m. this morning. We are giving you tickets to go to Disneylandia, okay? But right now, let's get into, do you know, I'm local.
Starting point is 00:23:36 What's up? This is Be Real from Cypress Hill. Where are you from, Esse? Don't you know I'm local? All right, the Lakers have been down bad. Yeah, really bad. But what's the best thing that you could do on a Sunday? Get rid of ham.
Starting point is 00:23:50 Besides get rid of your You know, I have to go to the restroom. You're coach. No, no, no, stay here, stay, stay here, stay here. He's really good. Nothing can make the Lakers feel better like beating the Clippers. Lakers beat the Clippers yesterday.
Starting point is 00:24:03 106, 103. Maximo, you were so silent in the group chat last night when we're talking about it. You lost reception. Because, look, before, the last time they played, they also beat the Clippers, right? Yeah. But before that, the Clippers had, like, a run.
Starting point is 00:24:16 Whenever they played the Lakers, they beat them at least 11 games, right? Yeah, they had our number. They've just been, winning and now it's not. Tables have turned, my friend. We had a terrible game. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:24:25 Our stars had a terrible game. Yeah, because we've been terrible and you guys lost to us. Yeah. Yeah. What's going on? I don't know. I don't know what was going on. Honestly, something was in the air.
Starting point is 00:24:35 I think they gave them bad food at the stadium. No, that was you and on Salvador. Okay. Look, was it that they had a bad game or were the Lakers just playing that good of defense? No, they had a bad game. Discombobulating them, you know, intimidating them. No, they had a bad game. Kauai and James Hardin, all three of them had been, our stars have been on the last like 15 games.
Starting point is 00:24:59 And then yesterday, Kauai and James Harder were just off. They just had off game. It was great as a Laker fan because I saw the Clippers, like you said, they're winning most of the past 15 games. Lakers lost probably the past 15 games almost in a row. So it was like a collision course of like, what way are they going to go in? Are they going to, you know, continue with their downward spiral or are they going to stop the Clippers hot stream? weekend we won. It's good.
Starting point is 00:25:22 And then just to add like a cherry on top, Anthony Davis, a little baby over there, he actually made history last night because he moved ahead of LaTrell Spreewell for 105th on the all-time scoring list. Let's go. Enjoy that. Enjoy that. We got to celebrate small wins over here because I don't know. I'm on my jacket just to stand on business.
Starting point is 00:25:38 Oh, yeah. In-sage clipper jacket. You know what's so funny. So we had a live show, our podcast live show, and we had the whole crowd give Maximo the bird. Yeah. How did that feel? Not a Burtie.
Starting point is 00:25:52 And then Maximo was like, you too, to the whole crowd. He stood on business. We need to send that and send it to the Clippers. Like, look, it's a room full of people that are Laker fans. And this guy just like, can you do the thing? Yeah. I got a few DMs from people in the crowd like, yo, man, me too. Me too.
Starting point is 00:26:12 I had your back. Sorry. They didn't speak up when it counted. No, I didn't. They left me out there. Lakers right now, this is where it's kind of, feel a little embarrassing because we won the in-season tournament. But right now, like, the seeds are kind of changing.
Starting point is 00:26:26 I want to say we're like 11th. There might be one of those. Yeah, 10th or 11th or 11th. And that just doesn't feel so hot. Not at all. Because if they do not make it or if they don't win, that's going to be the joke. Like, you guys celebrated over an in-season tournament and then, boom, look, you guys didn't even win an actual world championship.
Starting point is 00:26:42 You guys are 10th. I know. Where are you guys at? We're fourth. No, yeah, the Clippers doing pretty good. But, look, the Lakers have a super long homestand coming up. So for most of the month of January, they're going to be at home, sleeping in their own beds. Teams are going to have to come.
Starting point is 00:26:57 Hopefully, right? Teams are going to have to come to them. And so, you know, hopefully they get comfortable. They get in a rhythm. And this, you know, sparks a winning streak. Yes. I like how when a couple games ago, LeBron James is like, we just suck right now. Oh, man.
Starting point is 00:27:11 Like, you just only like, yes, upset at everybody. Yeah, I was seeing someone was saying online, they were like, if the Lakers win, It's great we beat the Clippers. If they lose, we get to fire the coach. It's a win-win situation. What is it like being Darvinham? I feel like him and Dave Roberts, like, if anything doesn't go good with our teams,
Starting point is 00:27:32 it's like straight to them. We have such high expectations as fans and the organizations themselves as well because they go out and they spend the money. So it's like I went and got all the ingredients and now cook the food. Yeah. But speaking of that,
Starting point is 00:27:46 doesn't happen like let's say I go to a fast food restaurant and they don't give me ketchup. Fire the coach! Fire your supervisor right now. Fire the cook. Fire then. That sounds like some L.A. stuff right there. Yes.
Starting point is 00:27:58 Yeah. We're crazy. Fire everybody. Fire them all. I didn't get green salsa. Yes. Burn this joint down. They forgot my limoness.
Starting point is 00:28:07 It's part of when it was next brown back mornings. LA's number one for hip-hop. We're trying to like talk in between and then we can't. Yesterday Jorge and my husband was hugging me. It was like so crazy. And then Luis is so shocked. My son is so shocked. He's like,
Starting point is 00:28:20 Oh, stop touching people. They have germs. It's like, dad, stop touching moms and don't touch anybody. Everybody has germs. And I was like, oh, he plays attention to something. He's a little tyrant now. He gives us all our orders. So there's no touching, no laughing.
Starting point is 00:28:39 No cursing? No talking to each other because he wants quiet. Wow. For him to watch his YouTube videos, it's a lot. He's king of the castle. He's king of the castle. It's the youngest one. Yes.
Starting point is 00:28:48 And I don't know if it's because he's a tourist. So we're all sages in my house. Literally, we are all Sagittarii in the house. I'm a Sagittarius. Jorge is a Sagittarius. My dad will live in the Sagittarius. The only outlier is Lusito, our four-year-old. He's a Taurus.
Starting point is 00:29:06 Now I don't know anything about Tauruses. Nothing at all about Taurus. Do tourists, they have the horns? Is that the rap? Boom. Me and him will get along. Yeah? My son's mom's Taurus.
Starting point is 00:29:16 Cubber and Tauruses are like brother-sister signs. They're like the, Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, but the same family? Yes. Wow. Well, tell me about them. Please, if anyone is a parent to a tourist, I don't know what to do anymore. I'm just like this little kid.
Starting point is 00:29:29 I dated, like, he didn't. What is it? They're bossy. They're a little bossy. Oh, you like bossy. Yeah. I mean, it starts at a young age, though. That's what I'm right.
Starting point is 00:29:38 They're stubborn? Yeah. Yeah, they're stubborn. Oh, yeah. And he told me, I know everything. I know you're lying. Like, he'll tell you. We're like, bro, we're lying about what?
Starting point is 00:29:46 You know everything. Yeah. All right, sir? Just going to do what you want. Yeah. I feel like, like, are there a lot of people in charge that are tourists? I need to look this up. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:29:56 If you have a tourist. I'll look it up for you. We have shout-outs, though. Yes. Who is sharing now, Mamasita. Victor and Alicia want to welcome their nephew home who was serving 11 years in the Army. Wow. 11 years?
Starting point is 00:30:09 11 years. So he was stationed in, like, South Korea, Afghanistan. What? And he was gone for 11 years, and he's finally home. And he's listening to us from El Paso, Texas. Come on, that's the ultimate. Happy birthday to the Sobrino, but we don't know him, your name. Welcome back.
Starting point is 00:30:24 Welcome back. Oh, Sobrino, Steven. Steve, you're back. Thank you for you there for a country. I bet you ate really good, too. Oh, fat. Korean food is incredible. Oh, it's so good.
Starting point is 00:30:36 Yeah. Go for some right now. And then Mara wants to wish her niece Ari Ray at Happy Birthday. She turned six today. And she loves her comadre, our very own Angie. Her favorite segment is Sombrasala. Yeah. They love the cheese.
Starting point is 00:30:50 Yeah, we all love the cheese. Hold on. Is she's the comadre of the one, you know, the shout out or the little baby girl? The little girl. The little girl called Angie Rickulma. I love it right. Agi, is your new year resolution to Ari? Ari, my bad Ari, sorry, comma.
Starting point is 00:31:08 Adji, is your new resolution to like kids more? Because last year you hated kids. I did, but you know what? I got the baby here. She got two babies. Yeah, oh, the baby in the rosca. I got the baby. at the at my house.
Starting point is 00:31:20 I don't know. You got a baby in the oven. Yeah. No. Yeah. I have my 2034. That'd be crazy if I did. Imagine.
Starting point is 00:31:30 Be your mom. Be a mom. Be a mom. Be a mom. I have a baby. My coma. I'm good. It's funny because I gave curious poppy a pep talk at our live show.
Starting point is 00:31:40 Oh, he told me. I'm like, I'm going to get my niece one way or another you guys. I was like, hey, you know, like, are you know. Like, are you planning on proposing to her soon? He's like, I'm planning on proposing to her, but like, I don't know, like, when. And I was like, well, I just hope you know, like, you guys are in your 30s. And I know, like, in your 20s, you could date for a long time. I told you that.
Starting point is 00:32:00 I told you that. And in your 20s, it's like, yeah, like, I'm not even thinking about that this year. And it's like, but once your 30s are there, it's like, hey, I know you for a year. Boom. I feel like I like you. I feel like I love you. Let's get into it. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:32:10 Because I'm like, because look at this way. Angie is 30-something. Let's say you guys wait five years. that means Angie's 37. That means you guys have a baby when she's 30 or to even get married, right? Yeah. You have a baby what when she's 39, right? So then when she's 45, your kid's going to go to kindergarten?
Starting point is 00:32:27 Yeah. You want that? You want her to be a 45-year-old pre-K mom? Yeah. And then he was like, well, you put it like that. You told them all that. I told them all that. Immediately after, Maximo gave him a different pep talk.
Starting point is 00:32:38 To tell him, it's no rush. Don't worry about nothing. Marriage is fake. No. Marries is all about rumors. I'm like, we're doing the 20-year-old dating when we're in our 30s. Like, we don't have that time. No, we don't have that time.
Starting point is 00:32:51 You had that time to do like the multiple years and I don't know and all that. Maximo's like, what is time? Yeah. Time is a human construct. Time isn't real. Think he like, like, like, undid everything that you told him. No, he's working so hard. No, because Priests Papa, he did tell me about that.
Starting point is 00:33:10 He's like, and you know what's crazy? I'm like, what? He's like, now I get ads about engagement. man rings everywhere. Wow. I'm like, oh, my dear, yeah. Ask him, well, do you click on him or you like? No, he's like, and I actually look at them.
Starting point is 00:33:20 Wow. I love it. I don't ask them. Okay. Just something big is going to happen in your life this year. It's your choice whether it's a baby or a... Or getting a fiancé. Twins.
Starting point is 00:33:33 Usually baby first. Twins? That's how it usually works. In our culture. Baby and then the marriage. Baby, oh man, this is getting serious. Yeah. It didn't work with you?
Starting point is 00:33:42 I know. Don't look at Vic for any type of expertise or example, please. And shout out to all the babies that are now going to school. LAUSD is back in action. That's right. And that's why you guys came back right from your like seven-year, what is it? What is it when people go on? Excursion.
Starting point is 00:34:04 But it's called something, sabbatical? Are you sabbatical over there in El Salvador? Yes, we came back because the kids that go to school. Oh. Otherwise You'd be over there Ha Come on the boonah
Starting point is 00:34:15 Boom Blah y'all When you were in here We said that you were eating You're opening coconuts with your bare feet And swinging from vines in the jungle Yeah I was swinging from vines
Starting point is 00:34:27 I saw you That's why I said it Shout to all the kids Going back to school I know that you hate it We love it At parents That's right
Starting point is 00:34:35 I get my life back Bro they had so many days off It was like three weeks Yeah And this is winter break. They're going to get spring break soon. Right. March.
Starting point is 00:34:45 No, they're off on Monday. They're off on Monday. They're off on Monday. Yeah, I'm okay day. That's right. Super tight. All right. Let's get into the homie help line.
Starting point is 00:34:53 All right, check this out, homie. You need a homie or need some help. We need your help. We need a line. I mean, phone line. We've got you for the homie help line. Maggie needs our help, all right? She sent us a DM and she said,
Starting point is 00:35:06 Hi, Brownback. I'm Maggie and I need your help. So I'm 22, and I recent. just got my license and started driving. I was so excited to get my first car two months ago after years of begging my mom to buy me one. She finally caved in and bought me one. Nice. Yay. But less than a month after driving it, I got in a bad accident and my car was totaled. I had a few minor injuries, but I'm okay. My mom was pretty mad because it made her insurance go up. I don't know how much though, because she usually handles all that stuff for me.
Starting point is 00:35:36 But the car was fully insured, so she got to check for it. But the other day my brother's told me the check was for way more than the car was worth. So anyway, she bought me a new, used car or whatever when the insurance check came in. But shouldn't my mom have given me the whole check since I was the one in the accident? I feel like she pocketed some of it for herself, and I don't think that's fair. Is it wrong of me to ask her for the full check? What should I do, Brown Bag? She is terrific.
Starting point is 00:36:04 Whoop it! That's Judy! She got a minor accident, but it told the car. Yeah. Because you only get money if it's worth more to, if it's worth more for like to fix it than it is the actual car award. So they just give you worth. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:36:21 So she wants that. Exactly. Because her brother was like, you know, hey, I heard the check was like way more than your car was. How much was it? Oh, yeah. She got way more. Oh, she's my brother. Yeah, he was like, she's meando.
Starting point is 00:36:31 Yeah, trying to like start stuff. But she's like, I mean, obviously she doesn't know how this works. So she's like, wait, shouldn't that be my money? Right. It's like it was my car. She also doesn't pay for insurance. Yeah, clearly. Yes.
Starting point is 00:36:43 At all. I don't know how much of my mom handles that stuff. It's a new car. It's her car. Yeah. She wasn't her borrowing her mom's car. No. It was her car.
Starting point is 00:36:52 Her mom handles the insurance. Her mom got a check bag. Gave her some. Well, she got her new car. She got her new car. She handled that too. Oh, okay. But then the brother was like,
Starting point is 00:37:02 hey, you know, even with buying you a new car, there's still something left over. Exactly. So she wants to know she should ask her mom for that leftover. Yeah. She feels like it's like, isn't this my money? Isn't that how it works? Wasn't that a check for me? I don't know.
Starting point is 00:37:13 My first car was from the Subbas, that was $300. Yeah, I had an 8,900 accord. Yeah. That overheated. First time I crashed, I didn't have insurance. Yeah, we'll feel you right there. And I feel like it's almost, not that it's like a ride of passage, but like, don't we all crash when we first get our car?
Starting point is 00:37:29 Yeah. They should have like a burner car, like a trainer car. It's a truck car. I used to have a trainer car because you know you're about your just learned driving. Yes. Wow, that's a good business. All right. All right.
Starting point is 00:37:39 All right. Look, let's help this. This, some brauanza. People are triggered. What is it when you're not grateful? Ungrateful. Yeah, this ungrateful little Maggie.
Starting point is 00:37:50 My la gradesia. Okay. Or is she right? Should she get that money? Maggie's 22 years old. Mom's got her a new car. Like one month into it. She got into a car accident.
Starting point is 00:38:01 Whoopsie. Mom also handles the insurance because she's 22. What does she know? She's baby, right? Not like she's of eight. I know. She's adult. in the eyes of the law.
Starting point is 00:38:11 But the insurance, with that money, mom got her a new car. However, brother, she's most over there, was like, hey, you know, like even with the new car, you can still get money. She's falling out right now, bro. So Maggie wants to know if she should do what's right
Starting point is 00:38:24 because that money is hers and tell her mom to pay it up, sister. Where's my money? Mother. Yeah. All right, check this out, homie. You need a homie or need some help. We need your help.
Starting point is 00:38:35 We need a line. I mean, phone line. We got your fault. The homie. Help Life Maggie needs our help Oh Maggie She's 22
Starting point is 00:38:44 She recently just got her license And started driving Got her car two months ago crashed it Then her mom got an insurance check Bought her a new car Right And now she's wondering
Starting point is 00:38:55 Shouldn't that money be mine I think you got a little extra Her brother was like Hey you know she got a little more Chicken and she told you You know she's pocketed a little bit of money Wasn't that your car? Yeah isn't that your name on that?
Starting point is 00:39:06 Why your brother's like that As a brother, why are you guys such instigators? Because you know we're girls and we're, if we have feelings and you could get a rise out of us and like, nothing like turning me against my mom.
Starting point is 00:39:18 We like to watch chaos unfold. Yeah, because they like drama. But like light chaos. Nothing like too crazy. Just like little entertainment. Like dinner is going to be entertaining. Okay, you know how you guys like? I hope that brother gets a cold.
Starting point is 00:39:30 You know how you guys? Because then he's going to act like, oh my God, the world is ending please. Oh yeah. You guys like watching the Kardashians and like novellas and stuff. Like we wanted to see it in real life.
Starting point is 00:39:37 You know what I'm saying? Oh my gosh. The live action. You know the players, it just hits different. Exactly. But it's your annoying sister? Yeah. All right.
Starting point is 00:39:47 So Maggie wants to know, should she tell your mom, hey, cop off that money real quick, come on. Hey, what you got on my 40, ma? You ain't got no finder's fee for getting a new car? Yeah. I crashed that with my bare hands. Yeah, I got the injury. It was my accident.
Starting point is 00:40:02 No, I'm more than what it's worth. Now I walk a little tweker. Yeah, that's my money. You had to go to the chiropractor. Yeah. break my back. You didn't do that. Exactly.
Starting point is 00:40:12 It's not, it's not that, yes, you bought it for me, but it's what I did with it. Exactly. I flipped it into a computer, but you make all this, like you're on the computer, you're editing your photos, all that. Is that monies to your parents? No, it's your money. So what you did with it. I crashed that car into a tree or a park car.
Starting point is 00:40:29 I made it more valuable than what it is. I got that return. I'm just being annoyed. I don't believe any of this, okay? I'm just trying to, I'm just trying to think like a tree. 22 year old. Exactly. And Angie, you were talking about how this is equivalent to something else that kids feel entitled
Starting point is 00:40:43 to. And it's a great one. What is it? The tax refund. You know how usually when you file your taxes, you get a refund? Yeah. For the kids. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:40:52 Well, my niece has that entitlement saying like, well, isn't that my money? Because you're getting that. Yeah. Because you're getting that money because of me. Oh, my God. Yeah. Every tax season, it becomes an issue with her and her mom. Okay.
Starting point is 00:41:05 And it's like, I'm getting a refund because they're not spending more. on you. Yes. This is not just like, hey, here's a present because you have a child. Way more. I wish my son would ask me for a little bit of my tax. I'll go in the room. Take everything back and sell it back.
Starting point is 00:41:19 But to be fair, you know, obviously divorced parents. I once thought like, hey, mom, shouldn't that some of that money be for me, the one that my dad's giving you that he complains about all day? That's what's called child support. Yeah, child support. So I thought for a second, but my mom was like, you know how expensive? You know how much you eat it? And I was just like, all right, never mind.
Starting point is 00:41:38 I'm just forget. I asked. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. So, yeah, never asked again. Yeah, she has a bunch of. But, like, that thought crossed my mind as like a teenager. No.
Starting point is 00:41:47 No, I didn't really get that much. But my dad was always complaining. You would have thought, man, it was a million dollars. I just paid your mom. Yeah, yeah. And she left my house. I still got a pair. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:41:56 She left me. I still got a prayer. Oh, dang, dig. I think we're typing into some deeper. Oh, who, who, oh, wow. Maggie. Yeah, let's go back to that. Hey, ha.
Starting point is 00:42:04 Hey, ha. Because I really want to talk to you about that. Yes. Okay. Hi-hi-ha. Maggie crashed her car that her mom bought her. It's her car. It's Maggie's car.
Starting point is 00:42:14 Exactly. Money got bad because mom handles everything like she always did because mom's her vibes. And she got money. She got her a new car. But then the brother found out, hey, that car you got, the new car you got, there's actually some money on the side. So what are you going to do about that? Also, important detail. The mom was pretty mad because it made her insurance go up.
Starting point is 00:42:35 And Maggie doesn't even know how much. She's like, I don't know if she handles a lot of us off. Because that's what happens with insurance. Exactly. I was like, whenever you're a monthly payment. I don't care. I'm talking about this check. It already went up for even adding you to the plan.
Starting point is 00:42:46 Yes, under 25 driver. Yeah. Yep. All right. Let's go. Who are we going to, Mamasita, Linda, Irene? Let me have Crystal from Compton online too. Crystal from Compton.
Starting point is 00:42:56 Crystal. Crystal. Crystal. Crystal. Hi. I can hear you now. Crystal. Good morning.
Starting point is 00:43:06 Good morning. Talk to us. Did this trigger you? Yes. I'm in the car. I'm like, oh, no. What would you tell, Maggie? Who's the 22-year-old?
Starting point is 00:43:17 Okay, we're giving her advice. Yes. Okay, so if your mom bought you the car, that's already one. And then she's paying for your insurance. That's two. And she bought you another car. I don't think you have entitlement for no extra money. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:43:34 So leave that money to your mom. Don't even ask about it. Yeah, and then plus if my car insurance went high because of, you know, my kid, no. Do you have kids? I do. Okay. Look at how beautiful they are and how sweet and how they make your heart just like sing, right? You just love them.
Starting point is 00:43:53 They're so cute, right? Okay. Wouldn't you do anything for them? I would. Would you be mad if they got your insurance high, even how cute they are? and they make your life and you had no purpose before them? Yes, very so. You still be bad.
Starting point is 00:44:10 Yeah, I don't count. Yeah, I like your little smile and that little... They only go so far. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I don't count right there. And we had this also on Instagram, Brownback Mornings 106, and people are upset. People are typing paragraphs.
Starting point is 00:44:22 About this whole situation. Yes, people are really upset. I wonder if anyone's on Maggie's side. Yeah. Hit us up if you understand where she's coming from. Good morning. We're inside the homie help line. Oh, Maggie.
Starting point is 00:44:31 Maggie's trying to be our home. Come on, Maggie. She's getting even alive. She's 22 years old. In these comments. Oh, Maggie, oh, Maggie. Yeah. She's 22 years old.
Starting point is 00:44:41 Mom got her a car. Mom handles insurance too. One month after getting her brand new car, she crashed it. Apparently it was a total loss. Something in the store because they got money instead of like the car back or fixed or whatever. Mom gets her a new car. Mom's also upset. Insurance went up.
Starting point is 00:44:59 Like, this is crazy. Gets her a new car. Then the brother gets in. her ear like, hey, you know, the new car didn't cost as much as they gave you back, so there's some extra money on the side. And so she wants to know if she should go to her mom and say, hey, lady, give me what I deserve. My money. That's my money. It was my car. It was my crash. It was my neck. My back. My back, am I? Yeah. All right. And so that's my money. She wants to know she should do that. We're saying no, don't do that because, like,
Starting point is 00:45:31 knowing. Do you like breathing? Yeah, exactly. You like your room? From the wise words of my son, Max, I don't know where he got it from. He always says, I'm going to give you the chancla. He tells you that. I don't know where you get to from. You don't know where you get to from. No, we don't even own chanclas. Oh, a little son. Are you talking around barefoot? Can you salvi? One of my sons was walking around barefoot yesterday. He's like, oh, there's a selfie side. I don't like that stereotype. Okay. It's true, though. My son does it. It brings him closer to earth.
Starting point is 00:46:00 Yes, I know. My son. My son's walking around. Yes. My son. does it all the time. Yeah. He hates shoes. All right. We got the phone lines lit up. Irene, who we're going to? We have Jose from El Monte on line three.
Starting point is 00:46:12 Okay, Jose. Hey, what's going on, Braun, Bag. What's up, Jose? Good morning. Happy New Year. Hey, happy New Year's guys. So basically, I'm 100% on the mom's side. I work for Farmer's Insurance.
Starting point is 00:46:25 So basically, a 22-year-old right now with no accident, you're looking at a solid $300, $400 a month. Oh. Dang. But why? Right now, the rates in California are just insanely high, but an unexpensed young driver, you're always going to pay a lot more. So if she added her as a driver in the household, she just saying,
Starting point is 00:46:51 if this was an at-fall accident where it's going to go on her record, then it's going to almost double each month. Oh, dang. Each month. financial weight. So that's 100% money that she's just going to put back into the insurance. Like, I don't know how much money she's back, but she's like, okay, if you want this money, then go get your own insurance or she's going to pay a good $500, $600 a month on her own.
Starting point is 00:47:15 So that's a good little lesson she could also teach her. Like, oh, you really want it? Cool. And here and go get your own insurance. But Jose, Maggie Advocate here. What if it's like, yeah, yeah, that's cool. But that's insurance costs. I'm talking about what I deserve
Starting point is 00:47:31 because it was my car and it was my accident and that's my money Like you can't tell me what I was to do with my money It's my money Did she replace the vehicle Exactly what she had So what an insurance is supposed to do
Starting point is 00:47:45 It basically get you back to the position You were before that Yeah So if she did what she did They might have got a cheaper car or something They got a new car but like a little bit lessy Probably An 08 instead of
Starting point is 00:47:57 2080 Right But so then whose car is that Maggie's money? No, there's 100% her mom's money. It's her mom's money. As long as she's driving the vehicle and back to the position she was before the accident
Starting point is 00:48:10 and the extra, it goes to whoever's paying the bill. What is Maggie supposed to do about her back? Yeah. She needs a backie out of you. Yeah, her neck brace, all that stuff. Yeah. You know, you are the insurance company, so I think you're the true bad guy.
Starting point is 00:48:23 Yeah. Don't you like this type of stuff? Don't you like 22-year-olds driving out there? Thank you guys. Jose, Jose. Don't see Jose. You got to go file a claim.
Starting point is 00:48:40 Shut out, Jose. That was like actual advice. Yeah. Like, hold on. Yeah, and if you get it through me, they could actually get a free pen when you sign. Discount double check. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:48:53 All right. So, but speaking of math, there's someone in the comments on our Instagram that said this is the actual math that she needs to do. Yeah. So Mr. Vine. ones she commented she said as a mom with two young adult kids you don't know parent math she said if
Starting point is 00:49:08 i buy you a car you total it my insurance goes up then i buy you another car that equals my check and your back problems oh it's like algebra yes yes i like it was the whole equation right there figure out your back stuff you got to know parent math you guys just like if you get gift cards on your birthday to target they're actually mine because i'm buying you those stuff and you're at Target. Exactly. Yeah. You get it.
Starting point is 00:49:33 For $5, I'll keep the $15. Yes. Yes, exactly. Because I'm going to use that 15 on a combo meal because you don't eat kids meals anymore. And this is just pay back for all the diapers I bought anyways. This whole time. You don't have no gift cards there. You didn't pay up for that.
Starting point is 00:49:45 Jeez. It's very mad. Getting riled up already. Yeah. I read anybody else? Mama Zita? No one's on her side? Nobody's on her side.
Starting point is 00:49:53 It seems like not even statewide? Well, someone said, someone said, I think baby girl bumped their head a little too hard in that accident. Oh. Wait, Nationwide. Is on your side? Maybe that's what you need to come. Seems like no one is here for you. Oh, Maggie.
Starting point is 00:50:09 It's because you can't be 22-year-old, 22 in San Diego-Nus. We're old heads. We're on your mom's side. At this point. Yeah, she deserves a mongoose in the helmet. A mongoose? The bike? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:50:21 Some people were saying, like, they should have just bought her a bus pass and pocketed the whole money. A new car is crazy. Like, I legit, I don't think I got a new car until I had to get myself. the new car. Right. So your parents getting you that new car is just like
Starting point is 00:50:33 spoiled. A lot of people are saying spoiled brat, Gen Z. Yeah, but is that a hater of us? A little bit, yeah,
Starting point is 00:50:40 because we wanted that. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I didn't want my car that took five times to turn on. Right.
Starting point is 00:50:47 Didn't have AC? Yeah. Oh, that was really good. That was really good. I don't have to add cooling to you. That's real.
Starting point is 00:50:57 You know what you're like to be stradding on the side of the road and not know what to do. It's smoke, I don't know where it's coming from You know when you're like Your car's messed up When you know exactly what's wrong with it every time
Starting point is 00:51:06 Because you don't fix it But you just temporarily put a band-aid Yeah, you don't know what it's like to turn the car And all the lights are on All the check engine, check oil It's Christmas Yeah You just keep passing it
Starting point is 00:51:16 I'll get to it I'll get to it Yeah Next check I got you car You don't know what it's like to fake pass a smoke check Because you know that one pool That knows how to turn it off
Starting point is 00:51:24 Yeah You know what it's like to buy Patches for your tires You know to buy any one? Yeah Yes, I've done that before. $10 for the patch? Run it.
Starting point is 00:51:33 Let me no rest. Okay. Yeah. Things could be worse is what we're saying, Maggie. Okay? Things could be worse. This is Be Real from Cypress Hill. Where are you from, Esse?
Starting point is 00:51:44 Don't you know I'm local? Before we get into all the shenanigans, all the cheeseman, there's a lot of cheeseman. You want to stay tuned for that and it's good. It's juicy. A whole lot. Yeah. It's really, really good.
Starting point is 00:51:54 Okay, so we're going to get into that with Angie. But first, if you had your phone stolen, you might want to check. the side of the freeway. Because apparently in East Los Angeles, 40 phones were discovered on the side of the road, just chilling right there on the freeway. And apparently, while they're doing their investigating, a lot of the owners of the phones
Starting point is 00:52:14 had attended the Countdown New Year's invasion event in San Bernardino. So if you were in the I.E. for New Year's Eve and so inject your phone, chances are they might have showed up in East LA. What? Last Thursday. Isn't that crazy? And why they would?
Starting point is 00:52:29 Dump the phones. Yeah. All the phones are dumped on the side of the way. Oh, my God. That's such a trip. It is. But, you know, people specifically go to those festivals just to, like, pickpocket people for their phones and, like, take that. And whatever they do with them, like, I'm not even sure because I don't know if they're, like, downloading information or why they would leave the phones like that, you know, just like on the side of the road.
Starting point is 00:52:54 It's really confusing, but they know what they're doing with it. That is crazy. It says several owners were able to track their phone. to the CHP office and were able to retrieve their devices. Imagine you, like, find my iPhone. It's like, it's at the police office. Or it's at the police station. Did the cops steal my phone?
Starting point is 00:53:09 Like, no, they had found it and they put it in, and then that's why your phone is there. They probably turn them all on. Because you know how like they jack your phone, they turn it off. Marissimo, you know this. Don't you? Jack your phone turn it off so that you can't find my iPhone there or whatever.
Starting point is 00:53:25 So the CHP is like, no, turn them on on. Let them all come to us. Would you want your phone back after you know a thief stole it or would you want to get like a new phone? Oh, that's a good question. I want it. I don't think I want. I don't know what they did to it. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:53:39 I would lick the screen. Yeah, I would get it back and then like file a claim or something like, I lost my phone. Yeah. Listen. Yeah, or something. Sell it back to. Because I wouldn't feel, it'll feel violated. That's your phone.
Starting point is 00:53:49 You know, it has all your personal information. So I paid money for that. I want it back. Look, as a person that got pickpocketed and I got my phone stolen like that, three years ago, I still have hopes that I'm going to get it. I know she's going to look at this thing She's going to drive to the side of the freeway Yeah never stop hoping Yeah you know
Starting point is 00:54:06 cold cases get some lowly time I want my phone back Don't stop believing I'm not That's a trip So imagine you're You're at a New Year's Eve event And like you want to take a photo
Starting point is 00:54:17 Of the countdown And oh where's my phone Because that's when you notice Yeah You're right That happened to me at a festival once What you were getting ready to like Oh yeah yeah
Starting point is 00:54:26 To take out a photo That's how you found out That you lost your phone. Yes, I'm like, oh, history is happening right before my eyes. Let me capture this on. Oh, where is it? My phone. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:54:35 And it ruins your whole night. Oh, my God, it ruined my whole night. Same. I don't even remember. Oh, you were there. I was there. Why didn't ruin everyone's night? Because we had to leave because he was mad.
Starting point is 00:54:45 No way. I was so mad. How did we get home? I don't. We walked like three blocks. In silence? In silence? Marco Scullis and Uber.
Starting point is 00:54:54 Oh, yeah. Oh, so mad. So you ruined it. Everybody's night too. No, the pickpocketer. Yeah. The pig part of her ruined the night. Exactly.
Starting point is 00:55:02 Don't do that big. That's a me thing. You're supposed to be the cool comments collected. Like, yeah, I love my phone. But you know what? There's more phones out there. Like with girls. Oh, no.
Starting point is 00:55:10 I was in the lost and found. Like, please. So I'm going to give my phone. But let's say they find it. Yeah. I would have taken it back at that point because it was like a short amount of time. But let's take three weeks goes by. What'd you do with this phone?
Starting point is 00:55:22 Yeah, I don't want this phone. There's probably malware in there or something. Yeah, you don't know. Yeah. Okay. I don't know how that's wild. I guess if you want your phone back, you could look at this photo. We're going to put it up on Brownback Morning's 106.
Starting point is 00:55:32 And it's crazy. They, what I've noticed is they take off the, what are they called? Oh, the sim card. No, the cases. Oh, the cases. Because these are like raw phones. To make them undendishable, yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:55:45 So you don't know who it is and all of that. That's crazy. Damn. Dangerous because your phone's going to get scratched. Hey! Sambra Sala with Anci. All right, we are starting off the New Year with the truth, you guys. Oh, oh, hold on.
Starting point is 00:56:04 Wait, what's going on? Let's be honest. Why is everyone nervous in here? Now, because DG and Hallie Bailey, this little mermaid, they're finally fessing up and coming clean. Because over the weekend... Just things we all knew the whole time.
Starting point is 00:56:19 Oh, yeah, over the weekend, what we were all speculating all year of 2023 was like, Hallie's pregnant. Yeah. Well, she finally said like, you're right, you guys. She posted a picture on IG of her holding a hand of a baby. And she said, even though we're in a few days into the new year, the greatest thing that 2023 could have done for me was bring me my son.
Starting point is 00:56:41 Welcome to the world, my halo. The world is desperate to know you. Halo. And we are. Are we? Yes. Because all 2023, everyone kept saying like, Hallie is pregnant.
Starting point is 00:56:53 And guess what DDG and her kept saying? She's not. Leave me alone. They were not confirming, but they were denying. They weren't confirming. Yeah, but the whole time it's like, no, no, no. But we all saw it. Still felt like a lie.
Starting point is 00:57:06 Yes, they were just gaslighting us all for them. On April 1st, DDG posted the sonogram. Yes, how convenient. It was also April 1st. So like April Fool's Day. Yes. Which now it makes sense. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:57:17 It makes sense. He was for real, for real. I feel like she missed a perfect opportunity. to be like, I'm not pregnant anymore. And that would have been genius. What do you mean? Like, she could have, like, post her picture. She's not pregnant anymore.
Starting point is 00:57:30 She ought to get birth. Yeah. Oh, okay. That's another way to reveal it. Yeah, that's what you're saying. My son's perfect. And I get, like, people are going in on people like, oh, why does everyone care? Like, why are people so pressed?
Starting point is 00:57:42 I don't think people are pressed that she's pregnant. People are oppressed that she's pregnant and they're hiding it or they're pregnant and they're, like, trying to deny it. Or else we would. Yeah, people would have been happy for her. Yeah. I'm genuinely. happy they had a kid and stuff like that.
Starting point is 00:57:54 It just felt like we were deceived this whole time and that's not a good feeling. She guessed it the whole internet. Yeah, all of 2020. We saw you wearing those fluffy dresses. All of a sudden, right? Yeah, all of a sudden, no more tight-skinned dress. And I just want to know your Photoshopper because she'd post photos. The photos she would post wouldn't have the bump or like, but it also wouldn't look
Starting point is 00:58:14 all weird. You know, sometimes when girls Photoshop are they based tuned, like they look like a spaghetti. Like, yeah, yeah. But you could tell sometimes. Why's your arm doing that? I don't know to do that. But hers is really good. Yes.
Starting point is 00:58:28 Yeah. She did a lot of selfies too. So that helped a lot of the time. And I also want to, I'm sure there's pressures because she's so young. There's pressures because she's so young. You know, she is like a Disney star. Yeah. And so I'm assuming she might have thought maybe there's going to be backlash from that.
Starting point is 00:58:45 The movie had dropped and all of that. You're right. But I think everyone is happy for her. Yeah. I don't see any hate from it. Except. But they hate him. They hate, happy for Hallie.
Starting point is 00:58:55 Yeah. Hate DDG. But for a reason. For a reason, you guys. So I was making the math. I'm like, okay, so it speculated that she got, she gave birth like in December, which means she gave, she probably got pregnant like in March, something like that. And like a month before that, the whole scandal that happened between DDG and Ruby
Starting point is 00:59:13 Rose went down, his ex. You guys remember how he was, uh, Hallie was seen wearing that t-shirt from Ruby Rose. Oh, yeah. And the whole. It was a shirt she had. Yeah, so it was a t-shirt that Ruby Rose used to have, and she apparently left it in DG's home. And then Hallie took a picture with it.
Starting point is 00:59:30 Not knowing, probably like, not knowing. Can I wear this shirt? Yeah. Not only that, but in his brain, he thought it was a flex. Like, ha-ha, look at my nougarer shirt. Either that or he's probably been like, uh, yeah, sure, why not? I don't see why you wouldn't be able to wear this perfectly fine shirt. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:59:46 And the internet's like, hey, you know that's his ex-s shirt, right? So essentially people are more like, you're being made. a fool of publicly for that. But then also some text messages. Yeah, Ruby had dropped some text messages. And it's just like her and DTG really going like, DTG checking on her saying like, hey, where are you at? What are you doing?
Starting point is 01:00:04 Yeah, not checking on. Not are you okay. Like, hey, let's meet up essentially. Yeah, pretty much. And her being like, you guys fight and now you're hitting me up. And then he's like, yeah, I think I need to heal. Like even he's joking with her. Like, yeah, I'm hitting you up after a fight with my new girl.
Starting point is 01:00:18 That's about to be, well, he didn't know she's about to be pregnant. But yeah. At that time. time everyone on Twitter was like, Hellie, leave him. And then didn't he also do a song? We talked about his song that he did where he was talking about being jealous.
Starting point is 01:00:31 So it's like you have that, remember, we played it. It was probably the Simper Pimp. Yeah. But what was the song about? It's him essentially talking about her. Yeah, he mentions how he got mad that she had to kiss another guy in the movie. You're right during the Little Mermaid scene.
Starting point is 01:00:49 So essentially you're dropping a diss song to your pregnant girlfriend. friend. Dog. You're right. Oh, my God. Oh, HALO. Oh, HALO.
Starting point is 01:01:00 Hey, I know what to do. Let's add a baby to the equation. For real. Are they next game? Hey, they look really happy. They do. They do. They do.
Starting point is 01:01:10 They do. Because DZG, like, right away, he already dropped the YouTube video. It's not a bad band name. No, it's not. It's not a band name. It's a blessing. From head. It's an angel.
Starting point is 01:01:23 It's a blessing. Someone called a Halo. Thank you, Beyonce. Thank you. There's actually an account that while all the stuff was being speculated, random person is like they go name that baby Halo watch. And so, yeah, like, but because you, they see the Beyonce tie or whatever. But they tweeted that like last year, right?
Starting point is 01:01:45 No way. The baby's name is Halo. So now everyone's commenting that account like, hey, is my man cheating on me? Hey, hey, what, like, yeah, like, what else you know? Yeah, yeah. I don't know. I just, the HAL song, Beyonce, only makes sense. No, I would have never guessed that.
Starting point is 01:02:00 Or that could have been DDG's favorite game growing up. Oh, the game. Oh, Halo. Xbox. We know he loves playing those. You play games? Yeah. You know what I'm thinking, too, about, like, the whole pregnancy situation when you're a celebrity.
Starting point is 01:02:14 I think even with Beyonce, they were trying to be like, is that a real pregnancy or not? At one of the babies, it might have been blue. Right? Yeah. Because I think there was one where she went to a show, a talk show, and she sat down and it looked like her tummy either like deflate. Like there was some type of balloon there or something.
Starting point is 01:02:31 So people were speculating. Is she really pregnant? So maybe even if Hallie had came out and said, yes, I'm pregnant. Yes, we're expecting. Yeah. No one would be. They're like, are you really? You know, it's never.
Starting point is 01:02:40 Yeah. Either we're thinking you're pregnant or we think you're not. Like they're never going to get that full support from the audience. And maybe that's what they wanted, the privacy. The privacy. The privacy. the image again like you were saying it's because she was the little mermaid this whole summer right how we know her up yeah and it's just gonna make her look bad
Starting point is 01:02:57 yeah the little embassadazzada the little embassadha but you know what congrats to them because again they look really happy ddg dropped the whole youtube video saying like how happy he is of being a daniel yeah that's cool but you know who also was a dad this weekend that we found out who ryan garcia oh oh oh oh yeah He's been a dad, Angie. Ryan Garcia, our boxer guy. Right. Has been a dad.
Starting point is 01:03:25 He has two, he currently has two daughters, right? He does, but this is his first son. His first son. And that's the only one that matters, huh? Well, that's what I see you guys. Notice how the men are quiet. I only have one kid. So all the daughters out there, we matter, okay?
Starting point is 01:03:38 I don't have a daughter yet. Yeah, the brothers are the favorite. You have to serve him, all of that. The son just carries a name. Yeah. The son carries the last name. And the first name. The daughter carries the whole.
Starting point is 01:03:50 family. Yeah. Crazy. And the next baby. Yeah. Crazy. No. No, I'm mad.
Starting point is 01:03:56 All right. No, but Ryan Garcia, he and his girl, Andrea, or, you know, I don't know if that's his girl anymore. But anyways, they welcomed her baby Henry Leo Garcia, born on the 23rd, two days before Christmas last year. And it's really cute. You know, he posted a picture and it's like the baby at the hospital and he put, like, a nice, cute little message saying, like, he's so honored to announce the beautiful first
Starting point is 01:04:18 born son. Praise the Lord. And then he goes on, says that he just loves his son so much. Dude, but besides that, as cute as that sounds out. And that's nice. That's a nice announcement. I'm like, oh, I'm so happy for you. Ryan, super happy.
Starting point is 01:04:31 Let that you even like the post. Yeah. I did. It's so cute. Yeah. I didn't know what was about to transpire. I did not know an hour later. Yeah, because he is so wrong for his next move.
Starting point is 01:04:43 So an hour later, he goes and he turns out the comments and he posts like a long message saying pretty much that. him and his girl Andrea are divorcing. Yeah. Divorce. The timing was crazy. Yeah. So your first post is like, hey, we just had a baby.
Starting point is 01:04:59 I'm so excited. I love you to the sun. And then an hour later, hey, by the way, me and my wife are divorcing. And a long spiel. We're going to co-parent really well. She's an incredible mother. I love what she's done for our children. And I know what she's going to continue to do.
Starting point is 01:05:14 But it's over. Yeah, it's not working out. Yeah. And so the timing of that is just very crazy. An hour later. You're celebrating. but also you're celebrating twice, but you're celebrating different things.
Starting point is 01:05:23 You couldn't wait a day, a week, maybe? And granted to him, he's like, I did wait because the baby was born the 23rd of December. But he just announced right after, you know? Yeah, the posting was just like, okay, fool. Just wait. Just wait. And he got so much backlash.
Starting point is 01:05:39 Yeah. He got a lot of headlines with a lot of backlash we're talking about. But then like 12 hours later, he deleted that post. Yeah, that's the right move. He's like, mm, never mind. Yeah, that's the right. But it's still happening.
Starting point is 01:05:50 I've never been posted. Yeah, don't let go with that. Yeah, I was in Vegas for the Ortiz Lawson fight, and it was happening low-key during the weigh-in. Sometimes what happens with boxing, and I'm not saying this is his intention, but sometimes what happens with boxing, there's a fight going on,
Starting point is 01:06:04 and then another boxer who's not in the fight will do or post something or whatever to, like, draw attention away. And I'm not saying that that's what Ryan did. But it's kind of common. Like, oh, there's a concert, like, essentially there's a concert going on. I'm going to do some crazy-ish,
Starting point is 01:06:17 so, like, the media can turn its attention on me, right? Yeah. But definitely while the wayne was going on, it's like, oh, wow, writing time a baby. That's so nice. Like, congratulations. Like, wow, good for you guys. And then it's like, oh, wow. Oh, he's the more thing. Sure. Heck. So Drea, and this is more cheesement. This is a cheesement I didn't need to know. I love knowing the boxing, the stats, the drama. There's so much drama here. Are you ready? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:06:42 Okay. So I think the reason why maybe he deleted the post, it's funny because Drea, who is the mom, of his current baby and wife to Ryan Garzero unless they're divorced, divorce, divorce. She posted on her story, the song, I love the way you lie about Eminem and Rihanna. And I'm like, I wonder if she caught him in a lie. I was like, hey, don't lie to them or something. And after that, he deleted his post. Yeah. But when it comes to, when it comes to Drea, he was with someone else.
Starting point is 01:07:11 Her name was Catherine. They had their daughter Riley, I believe. I'm trying to get the babies in the names right. Okay. They had their daughter Riley. soon after Catherine and him broke up he got with Dreya Dreya they're both of course beautiful girls I'm sure amazing mothers when Drea was pregnant with his first daughter
Starting point is 01:07:29 his first daughter with them so his second daughter but first with Drea he they found him cheating with the TikToker like there was like photos of him making out with this TikToker Malu or something like that and literally Drea was either pregnant or about to have the baby and she's going in like you're such a POS you're making a fool out of me you're still with me and then Malu who's a TikToker when he tic-toks about it and was like he didn't he made it seem like they weren't together of course he made it seem like they weren't together like all of that
Starting point is 01:07:57 right and then Andrea's like you're not you don't even see your daughter Riley and like the like now talking ish with the first baby mama the first baby mama just quiet like yeah I'm out of this so that happens during the first pregnancy and then this pregnancy now you're leaving me oh my god so it's like it has never worked out really and what I worked Especially when a woman's pregnant, already you know the emotions, the drama, it's a roller coaster. And as a partner, you really have to be headstrong and heart strong and mind strong because your wife or your girl is going through it, right? Not saying that excuses any type of behavior, but you also have to be understanding of the situation that you're in is, is special. That isn't equal what the relationship is going to be like.
Starting point is 01:08:40 Sometimes because it's so crazy when you're pregnant, it either makes you tap out, girl, boy anger on the girl. Girl's side on the guy side. Yeah. But it's like this is not what the relationship equals. This is a moment. Yeah. But don't decide or make big decisions like a divorce or like something like that. That's my only like.
Starting point is 01:08:59 It's a trying time. Exactly. It's like this is not the normal. And it might seem like that if you're having babies back to back. But that's not at her at her normal. She has so many hormones. And then you're going through it because just your dude, I guess, and you guys go through stuff. Demons, all that's the stuff you guys fight?
Starting point is 01:09:14 Exactly. Yeah. Yeah. So that. But it's just. It's not like the, I would just say don't make like serious decisions. Yeah. About your relationship because this thing is, it's not for real.
Starting point is 01:09:27 It's a season. Yeah. Right. During that time, like, while, you know, the baby's just born and stuff, it's like, when I recall that time, it's all a haze. You barely sleep. You're both cranky. The baby's waking you up.
Starting point is 01:09:38 It's a trying time. It's like, and then if you bail during that time as a man, I mean, I don't know their business at all. But it's like, that's when she needs you the most. That part. She needs the most help. and nobody can help her as much as the father because the the baby has that connection already naturally with the father so it's like bailing out at that time or being like hitting the road like
Starting point is 01:09:58 all right peace y'all right i'll be back when you're grown up or like whatever it is like that's as a dude i can't defend that i'm sorry like you know like all jokes aside it's like no that's that's very real big and i think on on like a mother's perspective you then start to blame yourself why didn't i or what did i or like look in the mirror like how could i have been different it's like you were going through your own thing. I know sometimes you can even feel like the guilt of maybe how you were acting. Maybe maybe you were cranky too. Maybe you were like easy to get tempered and all of that is like you guys like you guys both
Starting point is 01:10:28 have to understand and they're so young. Like he's in his 20s. Yeah, 25. They're so young now and this is their second child, right? And he has another one too. So a lot is on both of your guys' plates. Yeah. But to say and even like if I were to talk to a dude, right, about this situation,
Starting point is 01:10:45 other girls may feel so appealing at this time. because they're not the one nagging you. They're not going through all these emotions. They're not asking so much of you. Another girl can feel like a vacation. That's not the answer. If you're thinking or are looking other ways, give it time to really be,
Starting point is 01:11:05 this is my decision, this is my opinion. No, absolutely. I mean, it's, yeah, it's a... It's a lot. It's a lot. And if I, like, now that I'm a dad, right, I think, like, realistically and, you know, 10, 15 years, like, my son might ask me for advice or be in this scenario, right?
Starting point is 01:11:21 And it's like, I would tell them, like, even if you want to leave her, you can't. You cannot be with her, but you're staying in the house and you're helping that girl. You have to do. Until the baby is a little older. And then if you want to leave, whatever. But this is the time she needs you the most. That she needs you. The baby.
Starting point is 01:11:38 The baby, yeah. In the home. And they have other young kids. Yeah. Who's going to take care of them? I don't know. Oh, man. I'm getting stressed.
Starting point is 01:11:44 Yeah. I'm getting stressed out. You're stressed for Ryan? Yeah. And I'm usually stressed for writing because of the boxing stuff. Because even this weekend, after he made those announcements, he announced that he's going to fight somebody else. That he was supposed to fight.
Starting point is 01:11:56 He's just fighting the world. We were all happy that he was going to fight Bill Haney, the dad. He was going to fight Devin Haney. Nobody wants to need to fight that guy. That part. That he was going to fight Haney. It would be a great fight Haney and Ryan are a spectacle. But then he goes on the record and be like,
Starting point is 01:12:12 hey, matter of fact, I've moved on from Haney. I want to fight Roli's Roli. Roli Romero. Yeah. And then, like, maybe I'll go talk to you, Haney. So it was just a weekend for him of saying, hey, whatever I thought I said, I changed my mind. He's a big change reminder. Okay.
Starting point is 01:12:28 It's starting to make sense now then. Yeah, yeah. It's a pattern. It's a pattern. And if I just think about this, like, boxer brain, it's like you just gave the opponent so much ammo to talk crap in the press conferences. Oh, about like your family situation. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:12:41 I'm going to have him running like in his marriage or whatever they want to say, you know what I'm saying? Is that even allowed? Like, that's impressive. Everything is on the table. Oh, no. Everything is on the table. Yeah, yeah. During the press conferences and stuff like that?
Starting point is 01:12:52 It's on. Oh, yeah. They'll mess around and bring the baby mamas to the press conference on their, on their ticket. Yeah. I'll love to see that. No. It's drama. I'm telling you, it's drama.
Starting point is 01:13:05 I just don't like, Loki, someone that roots for Ryan. I promise you I root for him. Yeah, you do. I see him really put in the work. Even seeing, like, Loki, he took a run with Mayweather. They're blaming Mayweather. Oh, my God. Because he took a run.
Starting point is 01:13:16 run with Mayweather and all of a sudden he's like making these decisions it's like you know what haney i don't want to fight you i actually want to fight this other fool hey baby mama not so much he's doing all of this right you know what you got to do ryan you got to be a billionaire they could do whatever yeah yeah money team hard work dedication i'll take the club of vagan show you yeah come on you just buy big house in Vegas all your problems of salt stop it's not because he might do that he might do it don't go no no he'll make his mind to that but see it's again like vick says it's you can't even defend that no No. The only thing that I would think was happening, right, is that he's with someone new, right?
Starting point is 01:13:52 That's not. No, no, no, not probably even before, right? Let's say that they broke up during, because I hadn't really seen her around. I'm not too sure if she was at the last fight. I think the last fight she was at was at the fight with Tank. I don't think she was at the Duarte fight. But that's just me. I didn't see her. They're not following each other on Twitter. I mean, on Instagram either. There's a sign tell. But, okay, let's just. Let's just speculate. Yeah. That he's with someone new. Okay. But he posts his baby. His someone new is probably toxica.
Starting point is 01:14:23 And he's saying, you're making it seem like you're with her. So now you have to post that you're not with her for to make it. Because otherwise it's like there's no need to do this, right? There's no need to publicly say we're divorced. Yeah. Right? Unless it's for somebody that needs that like comfort. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:14:41 Because it's like, hey, you just posted this baby. People are going to think you're together. Are you with her? No. Okay, then say that. Oh. That's the only thing. That makes sense.
Starting point is 01:14:51 That makes sense. That makes sense. Because what else would be the motivation behind the- Exactly. Because you look at it in all fronts. Yes. For doing something like that. Wow.
Starting point is 01:15:00 You're right. The motivation. What is the motivation for him? To make it public like, I'm divorcing baby mama, yeah. Yeah. That's so crazy. I'm blaming TMT.
Starting point is 01:15:09 The money team? Yes. Yeah. Yeah. And then the little key they hit up, they hit up Oscar. Like, hey, what do you make of like, All these changes, they wanted to know what he made of the change of like not fighting Haney and not fighting Rolies and Oscar. Like, it's funny because Loki, a lot of times Oscar is the bad guy for people.
Starting point is 01:15:26 But this time, Oscar's like, you know, I don't know what's going on with him. I haven't spoken to him like, and like I don't speak to him at all. But, you know, like, I'm just doing what I'm told he wanted Haney two weeks ago. He's like, that's the last message I got. So here I am. But it's like, dang, like, Oscar's right. You know, we don't know what's going on. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:15:44 It's a whole, it's a whole drama show. I don't know about the whole boxing thing. Yeah, Angie is crazy. Poor Ryan, I feel for him. But then again, I don't. See? See? People say, Porecito to him?
Starting point is 01:15:58 If his face wasn't chiseled, you wouldn't say that. You wouldn't say that. He didn't have charming good looks. I feel bad for her. Like, if she needs a friend to talk to him. Oh, my friend. I'm here. If she needs a gym partner.
Starting point is 01:16:12 She is a mom. She is a mom. She is a mom. She is a mom. I know. I believe you. Because you follow her. There's more drama really quick.
Starting point is 01:16:19 So the first, I'm sorry, and we all are cheeseman. The first baby mama. Yeah. And that one is like, like that was his writer. And but they were young too. So they had a baby young. He cheats on her. She leaves him.
Starting point is 01:16:31 All speculation, allegedly all of that. She leaves him. Gets with the TikToker. Stop getting with TikTokers, you guys. That gets with the TikToker gets pregnant. The TikToker cheats on her too. And she's like, you're embarrassing me. This one fool already cheat on me, left me.
Starting point is 01:16:46 Now you're cheating on me leaving me. And then the TikToker wants to be a boxer. It's a lot. Oh, my God. It's a lot. Oh, my gosh. The baby mamas of Ryan need their own show. Their own reality.
Starting point is 01:16:56 Yeah. Then he brings in. Thank you, Lord. And I'm like, bro. There's something for this in the Bible. Oh, I don't know about that one. In the Bible, they have many wives and many wives. I invite the Holy Spirit into the room.
Starting point is 01:17:12 The Holy Spirit has not been in many rooms you've been in, Ryan. You need to invite him other places. But that's what he does. He brings God so people can feel for him. He brings Jesus. And then here I am. Porrecito. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:17:23 See, look at you. Borecita, Andrea, too. Thank you. Yeah. There's going to be a single mom now. All right, but even with all of that, there's more drama. Okay, we're going to play a song. Actually, we have these tickets to go to Disneyland.
Starting point is 01:17:36 Give away tickets to go to Disneyland. Yes. Family. Happy families. All right, the chisema is so good. We're going to do an extended. did Somrasala. Hey!
Starting point is 01:17:47 I'm just scared. Come here, come here. Sambra Sala with Anji. This is a big Sala over here. The segment's so nice, we had to do it twice. Yeah. This is thrice. Yeah, thrice.
Starting point is 01:17:59 You're right. Yeah, look at us. Yeah. We're just sleeping in the sala right now. We're staying over, Angie. What happened? Tell us more. Tell us more.
Starting point is 01:18:07 There was like a whole cheesement table at the Golden Globe. I love the cheesement table. At the Golden Gloves. It was Celina Gomez and what's your face? Taylor Swift. What's her face? Crazy. He came in sync.
Starting point is 01:18:23 Why was her plus one, her homegirl and not her man? He was playing a thing called football. Crazy. Was he? Yeah. Yeah, they were playing at the same time. I mean, they were playing. Yeah, he has a job.
Starting point is 01:18:34 Did they win? I don't know. Probably not because she wasn't there. They only won when she's there. Yeah. And everyone cares when she's there. Yeah. That's why we didn't know about it.
Starting point is 01:18:42 Yeah. Okay. Talk to me. No, you guys. But there's like a video going on where apparently it shows. showing that Selena Gomez is telling Taylor a cheesemes. Yes. And she's saying, like, I asked for a picture with him.
Starting point is 01:18:54 And she kindly said no. And then there's a friend next to them, right? And the friend's like, with Timothy? And Selena nods, yes. Very sad. She said yes. Clearly the videos on them and people are lip reading. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:19:08 But the lip reading sounds like exactly those conversations, right? That it looked like she said. She went to go ask Timothy Shyamala for a photo, who she's been in the a movie with before. She knows him. Oh, yeah. Yeah, and actually, taking a picture.
Starting point is 01:19:22 No, actually, in the movie, they made out. They were like, it was like a love scene vibes thing. Like, so they already knew each other. She went to go see her home, and take a photo with him, and that Kylie said no.
Starting point is 01:19:33 Ooh, they got history. Yeah, she said, not on my watch. What a sim. Yeah. Who's the sim? Him. I'm taking this photo. I'm with Kylie.
Starting point is 01:19:42 I'm with Kylie. You're with Kylie. You're going to do what Kylie says. Yes. Did Bieber date any of Kendall or Kylie or no? No. Haley is best friends with Kendall. Oh, come on.
Starting point is 01:19:55 That's the connection. That's what you're thinking. Haley is best friends with Kendall and Kylie and all that little group. So they should all get along. No, they hate Selena. What? Oh. They hate Selena because they're the ops.
Starting point is 01:20:06 Yeah, they're the ops. That's the ops. So Selena went to go, hey, hey, over there. I asked for a picture. And she said no. And he said no. Timothy? Yes.
Starting point is 01:20:17 Yes. But apparently it's all fake. Yeah. Celina came out and she posted. She actually commented on that viral video. She's like, I did not say anything. I'm sick of y'all. She went in.
Starting point is 01:20:28 Yeah. And she started cursing. Yeah. She said, get off my. Beep. Yeah. She's like, stop over-nalizing every move of me knowing without it. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:20:38 Wow. She's like, this is ridiculous. I did not say that. But come on. Celina. Then what did you say? Because those. lips, what you're saying, it reads exactly what we're thinking. And they had that cheese man face,
Starting point is 01:20:51 the shady face. Oh, that was the cheeseman face. There was cheeseman going down. What the cheeseman is? I don't know. And it just, it came from Selena and even she did that, mm-hmm, girl. Like, everything was going on. And then even the, it was so bad that they got taken it back. They did the, they did that. They did that whole video. We're going to put up on Brownback Mornings 106. The cheeseman was great, right? That cheesma table. I wish I was there. And I feel like we're going to know what it is because I think what Selena. she's getting agitated. If it's fake,
Starting point is 01:21:19 if it's fake, she has to say what they really were talking about. Like, oh, it's so fake, then what was it? What sounds like Timothy? Let us know. What were you talking about that? They went, Timothy? What?
Starting point is 01:21:31 The chocolate factory man? Yes. Which, by the way, is a great movie. And I didn't understand why Kylie was with him at first, and then I saw the movie and I was like, wow, that's so cool. Because of his acting skills? No, no, it's a really good movie. No, I know.
Starting point is 01:21:42 No, but I just thought like, who is this fool? Oh, yeah. Like how the dude Ariana Grande's with? Like who's a random weird fool that you took away from his family? He don't deserve her. Yeah. Yeah. But then I saw Timothy, that folk can.
Starting point is 01:21:53 That folk can I? Yeah. So his acting skills. That's what she's in there. So while people are like, hey, what is going on over there? A lot of people are also like because I like this, I like this. I like this. Because you might not like Selena.
Starting point is 01:22:06 You might not like Taylor, but you also don't like Kylie. Yeah. True. Yeah. So there's people like, Selena was there because she's nominated. Kylie was there because her man was nominated. Yeah. She's just the invite.
Starting point is 01:22:17 That's not alive. She's a plus one. Yeah, she's a plus one. She wasn't invited here because she's good at this. They're not wrong. Yeah, they're not wrong. So at that point, it's like, Selena should have just taken the picture.
Starting point is 01:22:30 You're just a plus one here, Kylie. Come on. And I like, lookie, I love Taylor and Selena's friendship because they're going to ride for each other. Yeah. And Taylor was there just taking it and I'm like, oh, no. Her reactions, her face expressions.
Starting point is 01:22:44 You could tell she let Selena vent. And she's just like, oh. No, but what? I got you. Yeah, they seem like ride or die. Oh, for sure. If Selena ever needed anything, kidney, whatever, like. Whoa.
Starting point is 01:22:56 Get out of here. Yeah, yeah. Get out of here because that already happened. She already got her kidney. And she's not friends with her girl anymore. But Taylor Swift is an industry friend, okay? He's being a butthole. Yeah, he is.
Starting point is 01:23:08 Okay. He thought he was slick with that one. Stop, because Leslina Gomez come in here. Oh, my God. I love your word. Oh, you're going to fold like a chair. I don't have a crush on her. I did when I was 17, 18.
Starting point is 01:23:19 Okay, let her come in and see if you keep that energy. I'll treat her very nicely. Okay. You know what I like about what I like about Selena and Taylor? You could tell they're really homies because Loki, who's Taylor Swift biggest female pop artist in the world, especially for her age group. The biggest male pop artist in that age group, Justin Bieber.
Starting point is 01:23:41 I don't think they ever collabed. I don't think she ever was like his homie. because of how he would treat Selena. She was so right or die for her homegirl that she's like, no, Justin. And she hasn't worked with the weekend, I don't believe, who's Selena's other ex. She rides for her home girl. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:23:59 And now she's not going to watch Wonka. No. Because Tiffany did that. And now she's not going to invite the Kardashians to any of our concerts. Well, we don't know. They'll show up. They'll have to buy a ticket, though. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:24:11 Yeah. But she will never buy a lip kit. Never. Oh. She walks right by those. No, no thanks. I'm going to buy it rare beauty. Do you think that if the, I don't think, I'm wondering about skims.
Starting point is 01:24:23 Now you bring that up. Why? Because I feel like Kim is a Taylor fan. Yeah. Yeah, everyone, who's not a Taylor fan? Yeah. Yeah. That was the generation.
Starting point is 01:24:36 That was the generation. I was looking for somebody saying. I was like, uh. She's an amazing woman. It's like her and Michael Jackson, you guys. Come on. That was a great, awkward silence. I feel like I wonder if the sisters will take on the beef for Kylie.
Starting point is 01:24:55 Doubted. Because let's say Taylor takes on this beef with Kylie for her homegirl, Selena, right? Well, now Kim not show up to a Swift concert because it's like, you got to choose battles. These are teams and these things. No, they have their own beefs within the sisters and stuff like that. Oh, yeah. Courtney's definitely going to be there. Like, what's that?
Starting point is 01:25:13 I don't like, I'm like, I'm leader. Yeah. That's crazy. There was a lot of drama. That's a lot of drama. That's a lot.
Starting point is 01:25:18 I do appreciate it, though. I appreciate all of the, like, hanging out with your home girls at the party and like, hey, did you see that happen? It's a good catch-up time. It is. That made them feel the most relatable to me. That little video. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:25:31 That video and just the pictures of them hugging each other. Like, I can't believe it. I can't believe it. All right. Thank you for that, Angelica. Yeah. All right. That's it.
Starting point is 01:25:40 I forgot. You know, it's like, All right, that's it for Sondrasala. Brat to you by your local Southern California Toyota dealers. I'm Angie from Brownback Mornings. I'm Power 106.
