Starting point is 00:00:00 Where are you from, Mesa? Don't you know I'm local? Local. I'm local news. I got to stop by the cops this morning. Oh, what a morning. And then I promise that I would say at 610, and at 610. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:00:14 I would say, good morning to the police officer. Pull me over. Shout out officer Lopez. Thank you for pulling me over it and getting me hot. You know how like nothing gets you more gentleman than a cop's sirens? Oh, yeah. Like nothing's like fight or flight. What do I do?
Starting point is 00:00:28 What do I do? Yeah. What do I say? Drug faster? And I'm like, I'm me, you guys. I'm nerd. I'm a square. And I'm like, oh, my God.
Starting point is 00:00:33 What I got on me? Oh, my God. Do I put it away? Put what away, let me. Put what away. Yeah. He didn't find this stuff. He didn't find this stuff.
Starting point is 00:00:40 Oh, okay. He comes up all cool because it's like drizzling a little bit, right? Yeah. And then it's so crazy that this stop sign that is there at my house, like by my house, like, all the time. I just didn't see it today. I don't know. It's so crazy. I don't know if it's the rain.
Starting point is 00:00:54 It's probably the rain. Yeah, it's probably the rain. I just didn't see it today. California stop. Super crazy. And so I just went, no one's going to see me. He saw me.
Starting point is 00:01:03 Officer Lofos in the cut. And then he chills behind me. Like, firstly, like, tailgate you for a little bit. Yeah, like what are you going to do?
Starting point is 00:01:09 How are they going to act? Oh, now you're going to act like a good citizen. Oh, now you're going to do speed limit. Too late. Yeah, and then he pulled me over. He's like,
Starting point is 00:01:17 you know, I pulled you over because there was a stop sign that you just like blew past and it's raining and you don't know if that could happen. And I was like, in my brain, I'm like, oh, I know.
Starting point is 00:01:26 What can I say? Yeah. What can I? I didn't see it officer. I saw it. I saw it, you guys. It's there. I've lived there forever.
Starting point is 00:01:33 I know the stop side. No, you could have been like, there's no one around. No one's going to. I'm not endangering anyone. In my experience, it's always best to just be super honest with police officers. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:01:46 No, I was super honest. See, look, I could have been a liar and said like, oh yeah, I work at the radio station. And then you don't be like, you don't really work there. Oh, no, we really felt. We're like, oh, I wonder if let the use her power card. No, okay.
Starting point is 00:01:59 So he's like, well, where are you going so fast? And I was like, oh, I'm going to work. He's like, so what do you do for work? And then I'm like, like, he got it out of me little by little. Yeah. Because I'm thinking he's checking like, what are you doing in this neighborhood? Oh, okay. And he was just checking like, who's going to work right now, right?
Starting point is 00:02:16 True. You're better than me because I'll be like, excuse me, officer, I'm on the radio. If you can please not take my time, it's very important. No, he's like, what do you? I'm like, I'm running a little bit late. to work. I wasn't. And I'm like, oh yeah, I work on the radio. Oh, you do? What does that mean? Like, what does it mean to work on the radio? Oh, my God. I talk on the radio. I'm power on those things.
Starting point is 00:02:37 Have you heard of LA's number one for hip-hop? Yeah. And he's like, oh, so you're going to make me famous then you're going to say hi to me? Yeah. And like, what if I wasn't? What if I wasn't on the radio? Then like I have to trip out going back home anxiety because he's there. Oh, yeah. Yeah, you get him saying like, hey, so I was listening. I was listening. I was He's just waiting for a shout-out and never comes. It never comes. But it's like because someone lied about working here, you know what if I wasn't telling the truth? That relates.
Starting point is 00:03:05 He let me go. Of course. Yeah. Wait, so you didn't get a ticket. No. No. Are you really surprised? Shout out my friend.
Starting point is 00:03:12 Officer Lopez. Let's go off. What are you mean? No, I really thought. You were me. Had I? Walk slowly to the cop car. Look up.
Starting point is 00:03:22 It's a donut. It's a donut. It's a donut. It's a donut. True. But it was really cool because he was asking me for my driver's license, my insurance, and I was like, oh, boom, my registration. I couldn't find the insurance.
Starting point is 00:03:40 Yeah, and then he's, and I'm like Googling on my email, insurance. All the insurance is pop up, you guys. I got life insurance? Yeah. Dang, I was insured by survival today. I can't take that ride. He can't take that ride. He was really nice.
Starting point is 00:03:56 Shout out Officer Lopez. Please don't be mad at me if you see me again. There you go. You guys are going to trip out when you get stopped like that? I don't get stopped. I drive like a grandma to not get stopped. He does drive like a grandma. Have you ever been behind Maximo?
Starting point is 00:04:10 It's always those ones though. If I was an officer, I would be more like alert on the good drivers than the bad drivers. Why? Because the bad drivers like I have, I know I'm good. Yeah. So if you stop me, I'm good on paper. It's the ones that are driving really good. like really like they're obeying all the traffic laws.
Starting point is 00:04:29 That's what you're suspicious about? Because they have something in the trunk because they have something in the car because they got 5,000 warrants. It's the ones acting too good. I get what you're saying. Too nice. Like you can't be in a civic driving like a grandma. Like I know there's something there.
Starting point is 00:04:44 Maximo drives like a stoner grandma. Really? I've seen them like how? Like how? You're hungry? No, like just so like 10 and 2 like I'm just like oh speed up bro. Like Jesus. You tell him to speed up.
Starting point is 00:04:58 I feel like it. Do you see your difference in skin tone? Yeah. You could be like. That's why I don't have tense. Like in that one Dave Chappelle skit. I'm sorry, officer. I didn't know I couldn't do that.
Starting point is 00:05:08 And my officer's like, well now you know! Instead of like if it was this. You didn't know you couldn't do that. Get out. Get out. All right. Well, shout out to Officer Lopez. Officer Lopez.
Starting point is 00:05:18 I thank you for looking over the community. Thank you for letting my people go. Yeah. Stop saying that, man. What? Don't put me in your category of my people. Okay. No Enrique Iglesias and Pauca Sol are not listening to this right now.
Starting point is 00:05:33 Hey! Sambra Sala with Angie. All right. Have you guys ever overshared? And then you're like, fudge. I shouldn't have set that story in my life. Overshare. That's me.
Starting point is 00:05:48 Check my Twitter. Yeah. Check my Twitter. Dude, this actress is going through it right now. So this actress from Orange is the new Black Terran Manning. She was also on 8 Mile. I didn't know that. Oh, she was.
Starting point is 00:06:00 The baby mama. Baby mama. Yeah. I did not know she was in Amy, a wild one. Yeah. Bugging, the whole movie. So, Terry Manning, apparently she was having an affair with this married man. Whoa.
Starting point is 00:06:11 And while Homeboy messed up so bad, got her so mad that she goes onto her IG. She posts a video and exposes this dude and their affair. Listen. The man that I've been messing with is a married man. And every night, I was licking his bock. Because he liked it. And his wife. She wasn't even like, wait, what?
Starting point is 00:06:32 You've been messing with my man. She said, you lunatic, you get out of my life. I'll get an R-O-on-you. Restraining order. This sounds like a mile. Dude, yes, it's eight miles. That's not a scene in the movie? No, wait.
Starting point is 00:06:46 She's for real. Okay, and I know you said, like, she exposed to a married man, but she didn't call his name out. We don't know him. It feels like she exposed herself. Like, that was so unnecessary. Very unnecessary. And it's crazy because I'm like, so the wife knew. about this affair.
Starting point is 00:07:01 Well, when she found out, is what she's saying, right? I'm assuming. When she found out, she called her a lunatic and all that. Yeah, but when she found out, like, the wife wasn't even surprised or anything like that. But that was the part that tripped me out. But it's like a whole three-minute video. And the whole time, she's just ranting.
Starting point is 00:07:15 And it's a very graphic video because she's just talking about, like, different things that she would do. Yeah. Very TMI. Like, girl. She kind of sounds a little inebriated, like a little drunk. Man, you're drunk. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:07:25 Yeah. She was crying. Yeah. She was crying. She was mad. So she has like all these rage of emotions going on. And that's a full moon? Whoa, forget it.
Starting point is 00:07:32 That post sounds like it was sponsored by vodka and Marlboro. Okay, but it's wild to me that, again, she didn't snitch him out. No, she snitched yourself out. She snitched yourself out. Baby girl, you're going out bad. Yeah. Wow. You guys.
Starting point is 00:07:49 Because we don't know who the guy is, right? No, she didn't say anything. She was just going on the video saying like, yeah, I love them so much. Like, I was even going to buy him a boat. What? Yeah. Buy him a boat? I drove all the way to Newport Beach.
Starting point is 00:08:02 I was going to buy him a boat. And then his wife, his wife was calling me a lunatic. And then she started with the whole rent. Wow. I feel like she shouldn't be a side chick, first of all. She shouldn't. I don't even know how she got into that position at all. You're not a Pobresita like that.
Starting point is 00:08:16 She's not. She's rich rich. If you can afford a boat and you're a side chick, oh my God. Yeah. Love yourself. Love yourself. Respect yourself. Get out of that.
Starting point is 00:08:24 Where do we find her in Newport Beach? Yes. A boat? Unless the dude was more popping then. Because Newport Beach is money. No, I don't think so. I mean, for him to be asking her to buy her a boat, she wanted to be like, hey, love me.
Starting point is 00:08:38 Maybe. Maybe, you guys. Dang, Angie. She went over like three minutes talking like that. Three whole minutes talking about that just on IG, on her IG. She did not care. Did she say anything else that he liked her doing? Oh, yeah, no, no.
Starting point is 00:08:52 That stuff that she explained, Loki, not crazy. No, but she starts. off the video. She starts off the video with that. And it's like, yeah, I don't care anymore. That's the opening line. That's the opening line. She's like, you guys. So I'll just get right to it then, huh? She's like, you guys, I had to pull over and tell you guys. Wow. Wait, she was driving? She was driving like that.
Starting point is 00:09:11 She was on her way to buy the boat. She was doing way too much. She was doing so much. And I'm telling you, after all this over sharing, then she goes back on her IG. She feels bad about this over Sherry. She goes back on her IG. Delete that three minute. video and then she makes another IG post and she's just saying like oh my god I regret it so much she's like I was so deeply hurt and handled things publicly where I when I should have dealt with
Starting point is 00:09:36 them quietly right she's like been there and then she's like I started a relationship with somebody who was married and told me he would leave his wife so she keeps going wow I'm sorry I shared I should have never said this yeah no yeah like this but different without the ball stuff She's like, in the end, I found out that it was impossible. I know what I did was wrong, but the heart makes you do crazy things sometimes. I'm sorry for exposing my situation, but I'm not sorry for how I love. Oh, my God. And that's it.
Starting point is 00:10:08 That's it. That's it, you guys. I love too hard. I know, but I'm like, cool. Some people say I'm crazy. I think I just love too hard. If she would have delivered it like that, no would it would have better. Oh, my God.
Starting point is 00:10:23 We just really need an officer Lopez. Like pull up and take her. This is a real criminal over here. That's crazy. No, I know. I'm like, why did you have to tell us all the things you guys did? Why did she do that?
Starting point is 00:10:35 Now we're all going to watch her do stuff and we're always going to think of that. I can't wait to watch this full video. I'm not going to lie. I'm not going to lie. That sounds like a great time. Three minutes of just her talking about what they like to do. She did a lot. She did a lot.
Starting point is 00:10:49 She's not alone. I don't know why people do that. You know what it reminded me? share a lot on social. Do you guys remember when Danny Lay went on social media? Okay, she went on social media and she was like, she went on life and she's like, oh, the baby, her baby daddy, he's kicking me out of the house and like she's exposing everything. She's like, it's like, the baby daddy. All that stuff.
Starting point is 00:11:08 But I'm like, why do people do that? Like, we don't need to know all that stuff. Yeah, I follow this girl that one time, I don't know if she got in an argument with her boyfriend or something. And she just went on a rant, like similar to this one, but just angry drunk. And she says, I haven't slept with anyone for two months. You're lying. I swear to God. And I'm just like, who asked you that?
Starting point is 00:11:27 Like, you're just volunteering this information and she seemed mad about it. Right. I don't know what her deal with. She was sexually frustrated. I don't know. No, I think it was like that she was being accused of something or something or like. I think to her she's like, I'll prove it publicly. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:11:43 I just always think it's like it's you and the person and that's how things should be dealt with. And then there's like the internet, the third person and like, why do I know that? Why are you laughing at it? Because I just remembered. I'm like, oh, she shared too much. And I'm like, oh, my God, she went publicly. You said that. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:11:57 Didn't I do that on here? And I'm like, when I apologize to Marcus? No, because. I think I did. I think I told you guys he changed me and all that stuff. TMI. You just did it again. Yeah, I know, that's what I'm not.
Starting point is 00:12:12 Okay. But I don't know when you said she changed me, he changed me, that could be figurative. Oh, but now I just told him. I'm different now. Now, he changed my period pad. Well, thank you. Yeah. That was it.
Starting point is 00:12:22 TMI, TMI. Anyways, you guys. I see this all the time. I follow this guy. I think he's like on the radio. And then when like Saturday night, he was at a gentleman's club on live like, Hey, where the Tia's at? Talking about Vick.
Starting point is 00:12:37 I don't think that's the same. No, Vic is just being a bird, which all dudes are on social media. But I think what she did was like she did stuff that's embarrassing. Yeah. It would be different if Vic was on on the live like, yeah, me and my girl just broke up and but I don't care. I want to see booty. She didn't have none.
Starting point is 00:12:56 So show me yours. Like if he went on and did like the extras, which by no means he doesn't mean that or anything. That was just for play and all of that. You definitely got booty. But it would be adding that extra step, you know? But I did regret that Thia Ram because it's like, I can't stop hearing about it.
Starting point is 00:13:11 I'm like, dude, that was just a random like. It's just people want to know white Dias. I don't know either. I don't have the answers. Even on Twitter, he tweeted like, you got to have some nieces and nephews to mess with me. I don't know. It was just weird.
Starting point is 00:13:23 I don't know where that came from. Very odd. Very odd. I don't know. Attractiveness, attractive trait that he has. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's okay. You're finding yourself.
Starting point is 00:13:34 It's your journey. Yes. It's your journey. All right, that's it for Sondra Sala. Brought to you by your local Southern California Toyota dealers. Angie from Brownback Mornings on Power 106. Big. Yes.
Starting point is 00:13:45 Laugh? No. I don't know. Now I can do it on. Why is your laugh so noticeable? I don't know. So that's like so many times. All you got to say it's tias.
Starting point is 00:13:55 No. What? I got to say it's the word tias. No, that makes me giddy, but it doesn't make me laugh. It doesn't make him giggle. It makes him giddy. That laugh is not noticeable. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:14:05 Apparently it is. Big keeps getting stopped for his laugh. Yes, dead ass. That's so weird. But then again, so does Maximo. Yeah, that's how I was a thing. For his smoker voice. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:14:16 Sponsored by Marlboro. You know, I've never known how to say Marlboro. I can't say that's what my dad smokes. I can't say it. Good. We can't worry. I'm just listening for the laugh. I'm just listening.
Starting point is 00:14:32 All right. Well, shout out, Vic. We're talking about it. Angie was just telling us about this. Orange is the new black actress that went on Instagram, posted a video. So this is not even a live. Like she made a video.
Starting point is 00:14:42 No, three minute video. So there's like uploads and all of that. And she's confessing that she was with the married man. He liked her to do some crazy things. His wife wanted to do some crazy things. restraining order on him, but like, it was just her just expressing too much of what went down. TMI. Didn't even rat the, the married guy out because she didn't say names or anything.
Starting point is 00:15:02 No, she just ratted herself out for being a little sidepiece, Susia. Yep. And then said, you guys, I'm sorry that I posted that. I was with the married guy. Then she re-exposes herself. So it was just like, what's that person that you know you've seen, just be TMI, show too much, and maybe it's just not necessary, okay? I follow a lot of boxers
Starting point is 00:15:22 and it's really cool because you see their workouts you see like all the motivation they're posting like uh greats like boxing greats and their quotes or all of that's like pump you up stuff but then there's another box there's this one boxer he posts his girl and he posts his girl like after things have happened
Starting point is 00:15:43 and she's getting dressed he posts his girl in the jacuzzi I wonder if and I'm like dang am I in my and your close friends? Am I watching this? But not even. He's letting the whole public. It's public. Yeah. And I was just like, that's a lot.
Starting point is 00:15:58 That's a lot. Because that's the same type of dude that it's like, if she were, cheat on him or he's like, oh, you're just the thought. And it's like, bro, you literally kept posting her. Yeah. Like that one dude that was with Kiki Palmer that was like, you're somebody's mom. But it's like, you're the one posting her twerking before. Yes. Before.
Starting point is 00:16:14 Like, how are you? How are you mad now? Now. Yeah, I was just like, dude, this is too much. I shouldn't be watching this. I feel like I want to unsubscribe, but I like his boxer. It's not his life. You're from El Monte. Any other clues?
Starting point is 00:16:28 Yeah. I don't know. Rhymes with yo-yo. But we have more people that do TMI on Instagram or on social media. Who is it? Yeah, we have Cici from Long Beach Online 5. Cici, good morning, Cici. Hi, good morning.
Starting point is 00:16:42 Happy Wednesday. Happy Wednesday to you, Mamasita. Talk to us. Who does TMI on social media? Okay. So I've been following. this girl, like, you know those people that you're just friends with on social media, but you've been friends with them forever, right?
Starting point is 00:16:54 Yeah, you're all supportive. Like, ooh, I love the glow-up, sis. Yes, that part. So she always posts, like, when her and her man are going through something, like, all the time. Like, we know all their business. To the point of where he had a baby on her and she's never going to be with him. Yes, she's never going to be with him again. Two weeks later, she has a ring.
Starting point is 00:17:16 I'm like, ooh. Shut up, Cece. Yes. We know. all your business and you just still with him and then they be getting drunk and she be getting drunk and posting all night and then delete it. It's like, girl, we saw it. You might as well, you might as just keep it up. Yeah. You might as well just keep it up. This is your pattern. Yep. Yeah. They feel nice to me so it's like I don't want to like unfollow her just because she'd be posting her business.
Starting point is 00:17:40 Yeah. And also the tea is hot. I want to leave the group chat. Like I know everything and I can't. What's the IG because now I want to follow? Yeah. What's your name? Sounds entertaining. Yeah, very entertaining. I like that she's supportive. Sorry, my phone connected to my Bluetooth. Oh, I was saying, what's the IG? Because now I want to follow.
Starting point is 00:18:01 Whoa. Vig, stop talking to our listeners. When you ask them stuff, the phone comes up. Jesus. Oh, my God. Can you just laugh? Yeah. Oh, my God.
Starting point is 00:18:14 That sounded so odd. Right now we got some shout-outs. Irene, who we should have know. We have Jasmine from Highland. That's tuning in. And Susie A. from Baldwin Park. She actually...
Starting point is 00:18:25 It's okay, you're from Hemmick. I think she's from Highland Park. No, she said... Highland? Highland? Where's Highland? Hollywood and Highland? Highland Park?
Starting point is 00:18:34 It's Highland Park? I don't know. That's what she wrote the DM. Okay. Oh, she just said from Highland? Yeah. All right. She's high.
Starting point is 00:18:42 All right. Yeah, maybe, I don't know. Irene, you don't got to fight me every time we do it. No, because like... That might be a city we just have never heard of. Highland. I think it's somewhere in the I-E if I'm not. I'm mistaken.
Starting point is 00:18:53 Oh, really? Yeah. Oh, okay, okay. Yeah. Shout out to baby girl from Highland. Yeah. And also if you're from Highland Park, that's what we mean to. No, you feel stupid.
Starting point is 00:19:02 Okay. I love that dark, by the way. And then Elisa, listening to us from Santa Barbara County. Come on. It's big. And then, um, Hesuz from Santa Ana, USDA called and wanted a big up Angie. All right. Why are you looking at her like that?
Starting point is 00:19:22 He was just saying that he listens on his way to work, on his way to school, and that it's really dope for him to hear, like, one of his, you know, students on air. Yeah, yeah. Students? Is he my teacher? No, because he's one of the superintendents or whatever. He's a super Nintendo? Oh, my God.
Starting point is 00:19:40 You know what? We can't laugh. Oh, Jess. Shut out of me that TV. Sorry. It's all right. Shout out to the fool from San Antonio. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:19:52 He said something super nice and like, hey, shout-up, I don't. Rep. And I don't ruin it. What? Superintendent of her school. Yeah. I know. Like the district.
Starting point is 00:20:02 The district, fool. Put some respect on that. I'm putting respect on it. Maybe he can tell us why he talked to what you do. I don't know. I don't know. I got a few English. Stay in school, kids.
Starting point is 00:20:14 I'm still here. I'm still here. Word on Rosecrans. Word on Rosecrans. Usher and Kiki Peeee. Palmer have something going on. Uh-oh. All right.
Starting point is 00:20:25 Look, so today, Usher's dropping a song titled Boyfriend, which is capitalizing off the viral moment between Usher and Kiki when Usher serenated Kiki at his Las Vegas residency last month. She seemingly broke up with her boyfriend right after, and the whole world had an opinion on it. Kiki didn't really say much. And then Usher finally spoke up on it a couple weeks ago, said, I think everybody's vision or version of what they felt happened there just leads you back to just.
Starting point is 00:20:52 really having a good time in Las Vegas, which is actually saying nothing at all. Yeah. Why would you repeat that? My thing is Kiki subsequently broke up with him after he went on Twitter and had a rant about his baby mama. Tia Ma. That's your mom. You're a mom. Don't leave that part out. Respect yourself. Yeah, he said all that craziness. You're somebody's mom. Yeah, but now he and Kiki are doing the unthinkable. Oh, sure. Oh, sure. Yeah, Usher and Kiki are doing the unthinkable. And Kiki is starring in the video for boyfriend, and he captioned it when fantasies become reality. Oh, yeah. Wow.
Starting point is 00:21:28 Listen to this little snippet. Somebody say that your boyfriend's looking for me. Oh. Vibes. I love it. This boy is really Mr. Still Your Girl. Yes. I love it.
Starting point is 00:21:41 Oh, my God. Now we're going to start Trace Songs Beef with Us, Your Energy. I don't know. He just took his title. Wait, I want to hear that again. Play it more time. Somebody say that you boy, friends. I love it already.
Starting point is 00:21:53 Wow. Yeah, and she's in the video. Yeah, she's in the snippet. Yeah, starring in the video. That's a great, and I know like it's capitalizing on the moment, but for Kiki to have been kind of like dragged by her ex-man slash baby daddy for literally doing what any girl would do in Vegas at a moment like that. If she calls you on stage, you're going to go up, right?
Starting point is 00:22:14 Whatever she was wearing, she was wearing. She was already wearing. Yeah, it wasn't calculated. Like it wasn't calculated like that. It was just, you know, you didn't expect for us her to kind of take. you up on there. But for like as her man or maybe they were going through like a rough time already that he couldn't just text her that he couldn't just call her. Yeah. That he had to go online with it. And for her to be like, all right, you drag me through it. Now watch. Yeah. And it just played
Starting point is 00:22:35 out perfectly. I think Usher just like paused his Las Vegas residency. Like it was over. It'll start like again in a couple months. So now he's just back to releasing new music. And then it's like perfect timing with everything that happened. Everybody's been talking about him. So it's like, wow. Genius. Hersher, baby. I wonder if she's wearing that dress again. Oh. I would love that.
Starting point is 00:22:58 To his credit, she was wearing a dress that had like the back kind of sheer and she was wearing like a tanga. Yeah. But I've seen that on the right car. I've seen it everywhere. I've seen it everywhere. But also like for baby daddy, like I've also seen you post the same girl twerking. Like so do you want her to respect yourself or only when you're not there?
Starting point is 00:23:17 Exactly. I don't know. I wonder if that's going to be posted. And even in Vegas, people go to pool parties. So it's like. Yeah, it's all that energy is Vegas. It's a Vegas dress code. I wonder how many guys don't like Usher because of, because of that.
Starting point is 00:23:30 Like, I don't know, maybe their girls have too much crushes. We were talking about the other day about how girls love Drake. Yeah. That's ever gotten them in beef with their man. You know, like your celebrity crush or just being around him and stuff like that. And with her, she's a peer. So of course, I'm like, what do you do? What do you do?
Starting point is 00:23:46 What are you doing over there? He seems really good. Because you can't beat Usher. You can't beat him at dancing. Nope. And you can't beat him at singing. So like what? Or money?
Starting point is 00:23:53 Are you going to be rich? Nope. Come on. You can be with your girl all the time. He should have been there. Right. If it was really that big of an issue. And you know your girl fine.
Starting point is 00:24:02 And the way she was. Like if you're going to be jealous of that you should have been there, bro. He's just insecure. I'm telling you, I think he's not even famous. He was just like an IG instructor or something. He's a brokie. He's like a brokie. He's an IG model.
Starting point is 00:24:14 He was tweeting from Kiki's internet. Yeah, exactly. That's what I was. All right, right, right, you guys are thinking too far. I know, now we're like, now I feel uncomfortable. There's already enough salt in his wounds with this song. He's already. I just wanted to sprinkle a little bit more in there, whatever.
Starting point is 00:24:31 Jesus, all right. Stop, stop, stop. Anyway, all right, look, Alan Iverson congratulates Post Malone on joining the one billion club. All right? So look, we all know superstar Post Malone. But if you guys remember young Posty, his first hit was White Iverson. And I always wondered, what did AI feel? think of this. Not artificial intelligence, but Alan Iverson, right? About the song. It was inspired by him.
Starting point is 00:24:54 Exactly, because he didn't make a dollar off of it. You know, it's just like he's using his, his likeness. Yeah. Without this song, I could sing it. Exactly. Sing it. Do we have it? Can you sing it? Because I have, I'm trying to remember the song. I know. This is when Vic should have been playing. Everybody, I don't know. It's in the one billion club. Everybody's heard it. Dude, pull. Pull someone out and perform it like four times. Let me do. Let me do it. White I have a song. Okay, listen. Okay.
Starting point is 00:25:19 It's a hit. I'm not going to laugh. It's a great song. It would have just been nice to hear it as the story. As a reminder. As a reminder, I get you. Okay, look. So, basically, I always wondered, like, what Iverson thought of the song.
Starting point is 00:25:31 I don't think he ever, like, publicly showed love to it. But now he congratulated Post Malone on that song, White Iverson reaching a billion plays on Spotify. Listen to this. Alan Everson influenced my beer pong a lot. I like to consider myself. A bit of a shooter. Let's go.
Starting point is 00:25:49 I heard I inspired your beer pawn game. Congrats on one billion Spotify streams and your temp plat. The whole world loves this song. And I'm honored to be a part of it. Keep that same form post. That's amazing. And pay me. There's no way that he would do that shout out without getting some sort of payment.
Starting point is 00:26:05 You think so? I don't think you need that. It's Iverson. Oh, maybe Spotify paid a little. But it's really amazing because I saw Post Malone perform. When this song barely blew up, He didn't even have no tattoos. He came to LA, performed it four times back to back
Starting point is 00:26:21 because he didn't have any other record. And the people were still there. That was his only song, yeah. Everyone was still singing. I think he had three songs. Oh, that was the main one. And he sold out the show. Thank you.
Starting point is 00:26:33 It would be nice if you heard it. It's crazy. Thank you guys. Let's go, sci-fi. Do you see how much that elevates the story? Okay, okay, okay. All right, well, we can't play the whole song. Sorry.
Starting point is 00:26:50 And Emmy loves this song, by the way. Oh, it's a great song. Yeah, great song. But speaking to AI, did you guys see that Snapchat AI? Other AI. Yeah. Not Alan Iverson. No, not Alan Iverson.
Starting point is 00:26:59 Artificial Intelligence. Did you guys see that? Everybody was talking about this. Posted its own story online? Why is that so scary? Because I'm already scared and I'm not even on Snapchat. I'm not even. It's just that AI posted its own story.
Starting point is 00:27:12 It's not supposed to do that. Not at all. This little Snapchat. Snapchat, GPT or whatever, it can talk to you, right? It's kind of like if you ask, sorry if I'm going to, I don't want to set her off, but like if you ask Siri something, and then she, I don't know, I don't want everybody's. And she responds to you. They have like these things already set up, but this one's posting on its own accord. And it's just scary because you're like, what does that mean?
Starting point is 00:27:38 Like it looked like took a picture of the ceiling, but it's like, that's what we think. It's definitely a guy. What if it just posted a nude? You know what I'm saying? Yeah, true. A one? Yes. We don't know what it meant by that.
Starting point is 00:27:50 We don't know what part of the AI body that goes. At all. I think this is a troll. You think so? Snapchat troll. Why? They're doing it because they know the story is going to get picked up. And then it's going to bring.
Starting point is 00:28:01 But Snapchat has hell of it. They don't use that. They're like they on Snapchat. They love Snapchat. They're like, oh, don't bring the boomers back. Yeah. This is scary. This is, see, the Terminator warned all of us.
Starting point is 00:28:12 Now it's making its own decisions, posting stories. It's going to be like. doing its own thing, I am afraid. You think it'll get depressed? Oh. I'm just asking. I like your questions because I was like, do you think it'll use the dog filter? That's my question.
Starting point is 00:28:28 I'm over here worried about real life. I'm like, does I have a phone? Bro, aliens are here. AI exists. I don't know. Let's just, hey, just throw it all at us. I'm afraid of the future. Just get to it. Give it to me Zeti.
Starting point is 00:28:39 No, enough. I hate, I hate AI, honestly. Not Alan Arsendorson, though. He's cool. All right. So that was your word on Rosecrans, brought to you by local. Southern California Toyota dealers.
Starting point is 00:28:48 I'm Rose Cranz vick for Brown Bag Mornings. I'm Power 106. Yes. What's up? This is Be Real from Cypress Hill. Where are you from, Eset? Don't you know I'm local? Imagine someone loving the work you do so much.
Starting point is 00:29:00 They name a kid after you. Wow. That's super cute. A little baby letty's up there. No, but see, that doesn't happen. It's like, hey. Name your baby Rose Crenz, if you're a real fan. A street?
Starting point is 00:29:10 No, but you'd have to do like a great thing. Oh. Well, every day when I wake up. Oh, like it's like, it's like score something crazy. Oh, I get you. Yeah. Because you score something crazy. My cousin, my cousin named his daughter Rihanna.
Starting point is 00:29:24 Oh, yeah. No way. Yeah, that's super cool. I don't know. That's high expectations too. Well, exactly, that's what I'm thinking too. It would be like Rihanna win a Grammy and I'll name my kid after you. And she, she's one guy.
Starting point is 00:29:34 How do the Spanish Dias call, say her name? I want to know. Rihanna. They accidentally call her Brianna, Alaha. No, Rihanna. No. Rihanna. Yeah, Rihanna.
Starting point is 00:29:44 You just wondering. I don't know. Okay, Edgar. Edgar. All right. Let's talk about this, though. Shout out to L.A. Dodger, Mookiee Betts. Although he really sucked super bad at the homerun derby.
Starting point is 00:29:58 His mom knew. There was another home run that he made that actually landed on baby to be named after Mookie. Check this out. That couple weeks ago, I was on deck and this guy started talking to me. He said, Mook, if you hit a home run, I'll name my daughter, her middle name. Mookie. I laughed and he said he was serious. Then that at bad is when I hit, I think the first home run I've hit in my career. It's dangerous. Did I say, is he about to go on another heater? Marcus Lynn Betts. Goodness.
Starting point is 00:30:35 A couple weeks later, I see on Twitter the birth certificate for Francesca Muki Mancuso. I can't wait to meet Francesca. And that's going to be my girl. That's going to be my girl. Shout out to Mookie and Little Baby Mookie. That's awesome. That's super cool. Hey, Muki, if you make this home run, I'm going to name my kid after you.
Starting point is 00:30:58 And it happened. Wow. Have you ever played basketball and you're like, if I make this in, I'm going to, no? Yes. Like you bet you make this in, then something about your life. Exactly. For sure. Then like, you know, like I'm going to go with this girl instead of that girl.
Starting point is 00:31:10 If I make this in, no, yeah. So essentially it's like, hey, if you're going to make this in. You make out a man named a kid after you. And then it happened. Shout out Mookie Betts for that. But I've learned a couple things watching this. Three things. A throuple things.
Starting point is 00:31:22 Number one. That's not the first home run of his career. No. Why did he say that? Did he mean season? That's not even his first run of his season. Unless he's telling a very old story? No.
Starting point is 00:31:32 He said a couple weeks ago. Yeah, that's what threw me out. I don't know, Mookie. We need to talk. Marcus. What time frame are you on? Also, I learned that if you tell them something, Like, how much do we want our Dodgers to always hit home runs, right?
Starting point is 00:31:47 All that? Let's just everyone throw things at them. Like, say, like, hey, if you make a home run, I will do this. If you make a home run, I will finally do this and all of that. Yeah. Because that helped. He made a home run after that. Next time I go to a Dodger game, I'm be like, hey, Kike, if you hit a double, I will name my second dog after you.
Starting point is 00:32:04 My dog. So who's the first dog? Well, I don't have it yet. But, like, when I have a second dog. Yeah, like, when that dog, you know, has lived its long life. And then after I get the second dog on name, I'm like that. Oh my gosh. Kind of like that.
Starting point is 00:32:16 Kind of like that. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? Kind of like that. Kind of like that. And then it also told me, do you think that little girl is going to be set? Because he's like, that's my girl. I can't wait to meet her.
Starting point is 00:32:25 She's going to go to all the games. This is the way to secure your spot, everybody. Yeah. But her name is Muki. Middle name. Francesca. You don't call it like Mumu or something. It's funny because her name is like Italian.
Starting point is 00:32:37 It's funny because her name is like Italian. Something. Like Francesca. Like Francesca, Mookie. And then her last name is something else. Yeah. But what I like it is that now she's set. She doesn't even have to worry about prices for all season.
Starting point is 00:32:53 I know. She's set. She probably gets free Mookie. She is Mookie. She's going to get all of that. As long as he's on the team. Yeah. Because when he's not on the team, like, let's say God forbid he goes to like an opposite
Starting point is 00:33:03 team, then we're like, oh, we hate her. She's not allowed at the stadium. I know us. I am us. We're Dodgers. I know we are. Like, come on. Don't play.
Starting point is 00:33:11 Get Mookie out here! Yeah, get him out of here. Get him out of him. You didn't make that one run. So 10 years ago. Yeah, it's going to be that type of vibes. Oh, man. But shout out little Francesca.
Starting point is 00:33:22 Shout out Mookie. Shout out Mookie. And look, look, keep it here because on the way, we have Homi Helpline. Homey Helpline is we're going to help the home girl that keeps sitting us up, you guys. No, she has a lot of problems. We have to help her again. We told her, we can't keep helping you with your homegirl. She can't speak for.
Starting point is 00:33:37 She's called in. We're calling her Mairra. Myra is our anonymous name. Yeah. Okay. Find out who she's calling in about next. Okay, we're going to tell you who she needs help about after this song. Keep it here. It's 5106. Ellie's number one for him. All right, check this out, homie. You need a homie or need some help. We need your help. We'll need a line. I mean, phone line. We've got you for. The homie helpline. Myra needs some more help.
Starting point is 00:34:03 Myra. She's back. She submitted a couple homie help lines. This was a little different. Are there any other homies that need help? Yes, I'm sure they do. Please, or else it's just us and Myra. If you need help, hit us up. Brownback Mornings 106. Yes, it's bad advice. Duh, we know that, okay?
Starting point is 00:34:21 But who cares? Just come up and say what's fun. Okay? My advice is great. Even bad help is still help. Exactly. Exactly. Okay, see, the thing about Myra is she's already hit us up for her rich homegirl
Starting point is 00:34:33 that wouldn't give her $5 for her cheer shoes for her kid. Niu-Zinko. But is out there buying Louie bags. This same rich homegirl isn't going to show up to the same little girl's birthday party. Because she had a dentist appointment. Yeah, she's like, yeah. Get the hint. So we said, Mara, no more home girl.
Starting point is 00:34:52 Yeah. You're either a friend or you're in our word, not your friend. Cut her off. Cut her off. And then she's back. Yeah, she has more problems. Okay. So look, this is her DM.
Starting point is 00:35:02 She said, here's a background story. I haven't spoke to my dad in over 10 years. He got deported back in 2010. forgot about us and started a new life in Mexico. Before we found out about the new family, he would ask us for money, and we would send it to him not knowing it was to help him support his new family. Wow. He is the most inconsidered person I know.
Starting point is 00:35:26 When he lived here with us, he was the breadwinner. My mom didn't work due to a work injury that caused her to have a disability, and I had a part-time job at McDonald's. Back in the day, minimum wage was $9.50. cents. My mom then had to go, had to sell the house and it was a hard time, but we made it through. I believe that, uh, that happened to, I'm sorry, that had to happen to mold me into the person I am today. I need a homie help line because he is reaching out to me again. He wants to amend our relationship. However, he still refuses to apologize for what he put my family through.
Starting point is 00:36:02 If he can't own up to his mistake, am I supposed to just sweep it under the rug and turn the leaf. Shee. That's deep. That's a lot. Man. That is deep. And that might explain a lot too. Like even with her stuff with her homegirl, I mean, feeling abandoned because your dad left. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Oh, don't take that back now, Angie. Everybody has a story. Everybody has a story. You still talks back about them no matter what. Still probably. Brokey. Homeless. Angie. Not my problem. All right. Right. Yeah. Okay. She hasn't talked to her dad. He got deported while he was deported.
Starting point is 00:36:37 had another family, was hitting them up, not telling them. I wonder how they found out then. Facebook? Yeah, I was about to say that. I don't know. Find out everything on Facebook. Facebook. You know, the older people.
Starting point is 00:36:48 Yeah. I wonder. Maybe we can ask her how she found out what he was doing with the money. Yeah. Because you might be assuming. Right. Because we, she's also the same one that assumed that her, the rich friend, the louie bags, all that stuff.
Starting point is 00:37:03 Yeah, exactly. The lily bags are real. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But, again, that might also be where it comes from. seeing what her dad did with his money might be why she like pocket watches everybody. You know? Wow. Tell you therapy.
Starting point is 00:37:15 Come on. Therapy. That's deep. Wow. Okay. And she, he wants to rebuild his relationship with her. Yeah. Her thing is he still hasn't said sorry or admitted or held himself accountable for all of the
Starting point is 00:37:31 suffering that she had to go through. They had to get jobs early, be responsible early. Sell the house. Sell the house. watch their mom go through something she's been injured all of that that's just on like the financial tip let alone finding out your dad has a new family finding out like all of the other this than the third right that would hit your heart yeah absolutely he's reaching out yeah it's it's tricky for sure um i mean it's one of those things of like is he ever going to apologize maybe that's not in his
Starting point is 00:38:00 like kind of character to just do that but him reaching out in his mind is like oh this is me apologize and trying to make it right in a way. We don't have the answers, but maybe you do. So hit us up. If you've been in this situation, if you have advice for Myra, we want to know. All right, check this out, homie. You need a homie or need some help. We need your help.
Starting point is 00:38:19 We need a line. I mean, phone line. We got you for the homie help line. Okay. The home girl, Myra, I need some help. Again. Again. This one makes me a little bit, like, it hurts my car.
Starting point is 00:38:32 Yeah, yeah. I've seen this happen. Yeah. I've seen it happen to. Her father got deported about 10 years ago. Yep. And they're trying to figure it out. Mom had to sell the house.
Starting point is 00:38:45 She had to get an... Myra had to get an extra job. They had to really get it together and make ends meet while also sending money back home to Mexico to the dad. Come to find out the dad was using that money to fund his new family that he made in Mexico. Yeah. So she hasn't talked to him. He wants to come back.
Starting point is 00:39:05 in her life, but she feels that he's not taking accountability for everything that he put them through. Yep. And he's asking, she's asking us. What she should do? If she should go on and like make amends with them or just basically like she's also having a hard time trying to sweep it under the road because he hasn't apologized. So yeah, she wants to know what she should do. Yeah. She needs our help.
Starting point is 00:39:30 All right. Irene, who do we have on the line? We have Viviana from L.A. on line four. Viviana. Good morning, Brownback. Good morning, Viviana. You heard the story from Myro. What are your thoughts?
Starting point is 00:39:44 I did, and I can sort of relate. So my advice to her is, I don't know if she's religious or not, I'm Christian, but I really do feel like forgiveness is for yourself. I feel like, you know, I also feel like, like who are we to judge anyone else, nonetheless like your parents. We don't know what happens. Obviously, it's not okay in his decisions, but we are not here to judge him.
Starting point is 00:40:09 If he has come back into her life, and she's questioning whether or not to do it is because, like, she doesn't feel like she can walk away. So I feel like you should leave it to God, let him fix, whatever needs to fix, whatever it needs to be held accountable for him. You know, he will get a life will always to be cobrer.
Starting point is 00:40:28 Like, life will always pass you that bill. Yep. So leave it up to them and fix your relationship if you can and, you know, try it out. And that way she will be at peace. Yeah. You'll always have the like at least you tried. At least you saw it through whatever. And it was not on your bad conscience.
Starting point is 00:40:45 Like as much as he did, you gave it a shot, you know? And try to let it go because she can't live comfortably like that. She has to try to just let all of that go and start with a clean slate. And she will feel much better. It's going to help her. And that's what my thing is too. that is going to help you in all your relationships. You think that it's just your dad's relationship in you.
Starting point is 00:41:07 It's your relationship that you're going to see the world through. Maybe with your best friends, maybe with your partner. Just you're going to see different because you went through something like this with someone that's such a part of you. Whether your father was in your life or not, that figure is a part of your identity. You know, what you went through or didn't go through. And this decision that she will do will transpire into all of her other relationships, like you said, and it really will because then she's,
Starting point is 00:41:31 will see people for what they are. They're human. People will make mistakes. There are some that you can come back from. And there's some that you can't. But at the end, like, accept it. It's okay. We all make mistakes.
Starting point is 00:41:41 We either got to keep it pushing or try it again. Yeah. But you can't live with resentment in your life. That's horrible. All right. You heard that, Myra. And see, my thing is too, because there's parts of you that are still that little girl that's dad left, right?
Starting point is 00:41:55 And a lot of what our parents do, whether they found someone else or not, it's like, why wasn't? I enough, why didn't you love us? And it's not like, he didn't deport himself. Yeah. Yeah, that's true. Yeah. But you put it on yourself and you did this to me, right?
Starting point is 00:42:10 Yeah. Whereas we're not taking an account what happened to her dad. Yeah. Like deportation is a trauma in itself, right? Yep. What is he supposed to do in Mexico? I'm not saying the right choice was get a new family, but what is he supposed to do to rebuild a life?
Starting point is 00:42:26 If you're not going to try to come back or you don't come back, what are you going to do? just stay by yourself while your whole family is in is in America yeah yeah because then wouldn't you say why didn't mom go with him yeah you know like if it's real love mm-hmm you know there's always that part because you're making bad points because I was just thinking I'm like you guys are such great people because I would never you never what like forgive them like just like that like I get it like let it go but then just forget about him yeah don't even accept the call yeah don't even like if he forgot about you same but that's you you You're thinking he forgot about you.
Starting point is 00:43:02 Yeah, right? Yeah. You're thinking he forgot about you. But also put yourself in that shoes where you're deported. I know we're like, oh, we could check Facebook or stuff like that. I've been to Mexico 10 years ago. And they have like little Wi-Fi cafes. I get like really like.
Starting point is 00:43:16 And but I went to a pueblo. I went to Juanajato. To places where it's one spot in the whole Pueblo is that has the internet. Yeah. You know? And it's dial up or like it's really bad patchy internet. So we're thinking like we're using these same technology. that we have or it's that easy it gets tougher for sure you know so it's just trying to to give
Starting point is 00:43:36 yourself that or give that empathy towards somebody else of course you could be like you don't need he doesn't he doesn't deserve anything from you in your in your experience of life he did nothing for you he left he cheated on your mom he had a new family exactly i would be in that mindset your perspective yeah right my personal perspective i would want to know what it was like for him right because that would allow me to see things differently yeah because that would allow me to see things differently. Yeah, because I even think about my dad and my dad, he has a hard time expressing his feelings. So, like, I imagine him not only being away, like, I'm sure he had that in his mind and his heart the whole time, either guilt, you know, or just like the feeling of I let my family
Starting point is 00:44:17 down. So he found a way to find some happiness. Right. And him reaching out, I'm assuming, it's his way of saying like, yo, I'm sorry. Let me try. But those words, are really hard for someone to say. Oh, that's so real. That just reminded me. And I didn't even think like this kind of related to me because I never had a dad that was reported. But my mom, she grew up her whole life thinking her dad did not F with her.
Starting point is 00:44:45 She even tells me about this one time because he had a whole new family. She even tells me about this one time where she went to go like see him and meet up with him in El Salvador. And like she wanted to talk to him, maybe ask him why he didn't love her. and I guess she could look through a window and see him with his new family, his new children and his wife. And she was like, no, he doesn't like, she didn't want to, she felt so sad, she went back home. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:45:09 Because she was told he doesn't love her. She was told he's not looking for her in any of that. So she comes here and makes a life for herself, incredible woman. I love my mom to death. And he passes away. So she is like, you know what, I'm going to go to El Salvador. I would like to meet his side of that family because it's part of me. Then she finds out that he would.
Starting point is 00:45:27 would be writing her letters and they would get sent back, that he was always missing her, that he was told misinformation. Like, it's crazy because the letter, like, it'll have the addresses that we lived, but one number would be off. So it would get sent back. And so then she has this big thing because he's passed away. She can't rebuild the relationship anymore. So even, but for her knowing, he did love all this stuff that I grew up thinking that
Starting point is 00:45:53 even built my character or built me into this way that I look at him or men. is like, wow, he was here for me the whole time. You know, I love that at least she had letters to read. Yeah. And she's building with his side of the family. But I don't know how many other people are going to that same type of a situation where you think something of a parent only to find out it's a whole different thing. And when you're a kid, you're very impressionable.
Starting point is 00:46:17 Whatever mom says is what happens. That's how your point of view is going to be shaped. You know, and even with him, it's like he didn't ask to be deported. No. You know what I'm saying? So it's like him going over there, there could have been a falling out where it was, like, you know, the mom now resents the dad for being deported. And he's like, I didn't create this. I didn't do this on purpose. And then that, you know, built a rift. And she was like, you know,
Starting point is 00:46:38 what, stay over there. I'm done with you. Now, you know, my life is harder. And so, you know, what value are you to me out there? Right. And then it's like, that can all start. And then she can have, could have heard her mom's point of view and then be living in a real life, tough situation. And again, blamed her dad. But it's like, it's really circumstances that are. They're bigger than them. Yeah. And my only thing is to, the more you know, the better it can help your perspective. Exactly.
Starting point is 00:47:06 You know, for our bit, for baby girl, Myra, the, open to a conversation. Maybe say I'm not ready for a relationship, but I'm ready for a conversation. I'm ready for, like, to hear your side. So then you can walk away with that. Are we got someone online? Yeah. Who are we going to? We have Veronica from O.C.
Starting point is 00:47:24 I'm line seven. Vero from the O.C. Good morning, Vero. Hi, good morning, you guys. Good morning, Mama, see, God. What do you make of this whole situation? Well, honestly, personally, I was in a similar situation like this where my father as well, we stopped hearing for him for a really fat minute.
Starting point is 00:47:43 And it was just, so, like, years later, he decided, actually, he didn't even reach out. I had to reach out to him in order to get a response. So the situation is kind of similar. In my opinion, I feel like, you know, if it's the way that she says it is because like you said letty if we have if we know the different perspective of her father that could help but if it's the way that she makes his thing that the father basically just got deported and never contacted never contact some closure and you want to know why it is he did it go ahead and have like you said go ahead and have a conversation with him let him know you're not ready
Starting point is 00:48:25 for a relationship have a conversation get answers that you want and from there just take it as you want at that point. Now you're in charge of that relationship, you know? You might have felt helpless before because it's your parent, but now it's up to you. Can I, can I ask you what happened with your situation? Like when you reached out to dad and you got that conversation started, what did you learn or did you even get anything back from it? To be honest with you, I feel like I didn't get anything from that conversation. Basically, what went down when I reached out to him, He basically, in order for him to even apologize, I had to beg him to apologize to me for everything that happened.
Starting point is 00:49:06 And so he begged for a relationship again. But it's like I told him, you know, I had to reach out to you in order to get answers. And this whole entire time, you were nowhere to be found. So, you know, I fell into a big depression with a whole thing, you know, and then I'm finally better. But during that span of my life, I did kind of have to learn, like, you know, the hard way. You know what? You don't want to be in a life that is on him.
Starting point is 00:49:30 You have to move on. You can't stay in the same spot because you're just going to continue to hurt yourself. And you can't do that to yourself because that's kind of like self-abatage about him. Oh, hell yeah. Yep. Yeah, like let him live his life. He was wrong and he'll have to live with that. But you, it's not going to, it's not good for you mentally at all.
Starting point is 00:50:00 You know what's crazy is what you told me to get, which is really great advice for her. Yeah. Is because she's like he needs to apologize it. Like, don't even force it. Because even if he does, like, you got an apology, but you had to force the apology and it didn't hit. Like, it didn't, that's not. Hearing the I'm sorry because you pushed it on him is not going to hit.
Starting point is 00:50:20 Yeah. And the best apology is changed behavior. So as long as he's going to be in her life, that'll be a lot better than two words. Avic, it sounds like someone's told you that before. He sounds like you've heard. Oh, yeah. The best apology is changed behavior. Stop saying sorry.
Starting point is 00:50:36 What's going to change now? Yeah. How are you going to be different tomorrow? All right. That was awesome. Yeah. Because that was really like, real. That was real.
Starting point is 00:50:47 Myro, we're still going to look for advice for you, Mamasita. Sim or Pimp. It would be nice if my mic was on, sci-fi. K-PWR, Los Angeles Power 106. L.A. is number one for hip-hop. This is Brownback Mornings, and it's time for Simper Pimp. Yeah. All right, look, so popular regatone artists,
Starting point is 00:51:07 Rao Alejandro released a song titled Hayama, sorry, Hayami Hana, dedicated to his ex. Is that another language? Yeah. It's actually, it's in Japanese. Japanese, yeah. It translates to Girl of Great Beauty, unique and extraordinary. Sam.
Starting point is 00:51:23 Already. Now, Rao, and why he's even nominated here, he did something so simp that we had to translate how simp it was. Exactly. He was with fiancé to Rosalia, which is probably the, one of the biggest Spaniard artists of right now. Huge in the Latin space. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:51:42 And basically the opening song, the opening lyrics are very, very simple. I'm going to play the Spanish version and then after we're going to translate it into what it says in English. So here it is. Oh my God. So simple. Already. I'm sad. Just keys.
Starting point is 00:52:13 He sounds like a simp. Very sim. It's really funny what he's saying, too. So look, this is what it translates to. In case we never talk again, and my favorite eyes don't look at me again. Oh, my gosh. Hold on. Hold on, hold on.
Starting point is 00:52:31 That's crazy. That's beautiful. That is so beautiful. My favorite eyes don't look at me again. That's so beautiful. Okay, they broke up and they said there was no cheating or anything, right? Yeah, yeah, yeah. They said it was just like an amicable split, like no one cheated, but they broke up.
Starting point is 00:52:47 Yeah. Oh, okay. Can you just say the line again? Can you say the line again? Because I promise you to you guys, use that on your ex. Boom, you're back. In case we never talk again and my favorite eyes don't look at me again. That's so cute.
Starting point is 00:53:01 It's like a whole five-minute love letter. I love it. It's okay. I do this for you when you want to remember of the crazy person who really loved you. and I'm not going to make myself strong. I am not going to fake it. Everyone here knows that I'm going to cry. I'm going to miss you.
Starting point is 00:53:21 Yes, there is a cup, there is nothing to hide here, but there are a couple things that I want to get off my chest. Well. Jesus. It's so cute. All right. I love it. What?
Starting point is 00:53:32 I forgive you. Hit a little too close to home. I don't know who you are. I forgive you. Oh my God. Vicks crying. Who are you guys. Close to home.
Starting point is 00:53:39 Who wrote this again? Is that all? Yeah, that's like the main part. No, that's not the main part. Angie, I hate them. That's an opening first like 30 seconds. But there's a bar that really went viral. Okay, so look, this is the most popular bar that is all over the place right now.
Starting point is 00:53:57 Okay, I'm going to finish building our house in case you decide to come back. So this bar is the one that really hit the internet and went crazy. And I don't know. In Spanish, I always. we say this but I feel like in Spanish certain things just hit like a little harder yeah and this war really in Spanish is like wow this feels like if the notebook was a song you guys yeah I'm going to finish building our house in case you decide to come back so that means they had plans for house because they were planning to get married yeah they were engaged and then the whole song he's just talking about their breakup
Starting point is 00:54:32 how hard it is for him to be going through all this and he just never thought they were ever going to split because again they were engaged he has this one then this is the one that I like I saw kind of floating around where he's like this will be my last time writing you but not the last time loving you or something yeah and i was like oh that's wow like i'm gonna leave you alone i'm gonna let you live your life yeah i am in love with you and i miss you yeah it's it's a love letter oh yeah it's not a simp at all no but look this just hit me okay it is very simpy super but but it's pimp because how many girls are going to want to console him? It's reverse psychology.
Starting point is 00:55:12 Yes, and this is also. Yes, and also, if she ever wants to come back, I wrote that song for you, baby. My favorite eyes are looking back at me. No, you're looking at it from a POS standpoint. Yeah, and see, first of the fact that he even got far enough to be her fiancé, it means he's not a POS. He didn't badmouth her or, like, subliminal her or asked for Tias on Instagram afterwards.
Starting point is 00:55:35 True. So literally, like, I. You did nothing wrong. Whatever was the issue, I don't know what the issue of the breakup was. No one knows because he even went on Twitter. He said like it had nothing to do of cheating. And then even on this song, he talks about it again saying like, I never cheated. It had nothing to do with cheating.
Starting point is 00:55:52 He even said there's nothing to hide. Yeah. I don't know. What this has done and this doesn't make me feel like girls want to console him. That part I'd already like him, but this doesn't make you feel like, oh my God, I want him. This makes you feel like, wow, I wish more men were like this. So what this is going to do is allow other fools to send these to their girls, to their exes, and give that space.
Starting point is 00:56:14 This is like Pretty Wings. So this is like simple of the year this early. Maxwell? No, Pretty Wings by Maxwell, an incredible, beautiful song. But it talks about a breakup and like, I'll never have you again. Like, time is going to move on. I'm still going to remember you best times, all that stuff. But it's a song that guys like dedicating to a girl that they don't have beef with.
Starting point is 00:56:35 They miss. It just didn't work out. It's almost like, why I go to therapy? I have this song. Yeah. You could listen to pretty wings, Fantasia, when I see you. Like, I get it. This is a little too much for me, guys.
Starting point is 00:56:48 Wow. Ouch. No, this is a... You're the Simp. Shut up. Shut up, Maksimau. I didn't know these lyrics are going to hit that hard. Call us up.
Starting point is 00:56:57 Is this Simp or is it Pimp? I don't think it's... I think it's just beauty and poetry. I think it's poetry. Honestly, the way when you said the notebook in the song, that's true, but I always make fun of this line when he's like, I wrote you 100 days.
Starting point is 00:57:10 Oh yeah. That's so stupid. And that's so cute. That's beautiful. I was like, Jesus, bro. In the rain? Send the bar to that. What's wrong with you?
Starting point is 00:57:19 Get an umbrella, bro. And this is why men will never be, like, men and women will never get along because we're telling you, this is what we want. And you're like, you know what I won't do?
Starting point is 00:57:28 But I won't write you 100 stuff. That's where I draw a line. I won't write you a poem. I won't build you a house. Matter of fact, go clean. Power 106 Brown Bag Mornings. And we are trying to figure out if Rao Alejandro is simp or pimp for his new song, Hayama, sorry, Hayami Hana, dedicated to his ex, where he's simping for five minutes,
Starting point is 00:57:51 essentially, writing poetry, very sad. He said, in case we never talk again, and my favorite eyes don't look at me again. Vic has a tissue buckle. And also, I do. Just so, you know, this is really hard segment to get the. And he also said, I'm going to finish building our house in case you decide to come back. Okay. You know what's crazy?
Starting point is 00:58:11 She just built it for him. Is that like his next girl? I'd be like, if you don't write me a song that's better than this, like you're always going to be competing with the song and what you wrote for that your ex. You're right. That's what I said a lot of pressure. Again, back to my point, send the bar too high. He just did it to himself, all right?
Starting point is 00:58:28 And there's a part in the song where he says it's an honor having her name tatted on him. Wow. Something like that, right? Because he has his name. He has her name, he has her name, how big is it on his stomach? Trunkey.
Starting point is 00:58:43 On his stomach? Yeah, on his stomach. It's not huge like all over his stomach But it's probably like maybe six, seven. He has like a gang tattoo? Like he's in old English. We have some callers that want to chime in. We have a collar that want to chime in.
Starting point is 00:58:57 Yeah, we have Mickey from Englewood on line eight. All right. Mickey. Yeah. Mickey, what do you think about this artist, Raul Alejandro? Is he simping or pimping? You know, at first when I got on the phone, I said that he was pimping. But I feel like it's a little bit of mixture of both.
Starting point is 00:59:16 Okay. Because you're going out with somebody who really broke up with you. You were engaged with and she said she didn't want you anymore. Yep. But then again, you're fighting for her love. So it's like, it's a little shrimp and pimps. Okay, so what about this part? Because he's not even asking for her back.
Starting point is 00:59:31 He's saying, like, you know, I'll leave you alone. Like, this is it. That's reverse psychology. But I just want you to know, like, you're my favorite eyes to ever look at, oh, my God. I'm telling her, I'm going to leave you alone, but I'm going to always love you. Yes. As a woman, I would love for somebody to make a song like that about me. But as a woman that left somebody, I don't think I would want a song like that.
Starting point is 00:59:51 It would be like, okay. From the person you left. Ooh, because we're all in love with it. And she's like, oh, God. Don't know that for it. Please. I let you go and you really not going to stop, but maybe she was trying to get some more. emotions out of him. And this was
Starting point is 01:00:05 the step if she needed and maybe I'll get back together. But for me, if I left you alone and it was like we were engaged, I mean I loved you, but I let you both for a reason. You making these songs are like, mm-hmm, whether you cheated or not, I still didn't want to be with you. And see, imagine, like, him
Starting point is 01:00:22 not cheating almost is a little, I won't say worse, but it's like, that means like I really didn't like you. Like, you didn't do anything that made me leave you besides be who you are. And I don't want to be with you. You know what I'm saying? Like, it's probably how he smelled.
Starting point is 01:00:36 Or like, I don't know. It's something so bad that he's like, dude, I wish you cheated on me. Like, I wish like there could be a clean break. But I just couldn't be with you. But she's the most beautiful eyes he's ever seen. I would love for somebody to make this song like that about me. Yeah, I know. I might make a song like that about somebody else.
Starting point is 01:00:55 Come on. I don't think they would want to hear it. Yeah, no. Probably not. Because they're married now. You got to make a choice. All right. She chimed in.
Starting point is 01:01:03 And she called it. Yeah. So she said it's both. It's both. Damn. I think he's doing both, but I do think it's really beautiful. And I appreciate that it exists. But also now I didn't think of it from Rosalia's perspective.
Starting point is 01:01:16 She's right. It's reverse psychology. Yeah. Look, reverse psychology. Yeah. Because some people are going to pass. Yeah. She hasn't said anything.
Starting point is 01:01:25 She hasn't said anything. She hasn't posted anything. And he went on and he deleted his Twitter too. Damn. Yeah. He's going through my book. I did. That's him, I should have done that.
Starting point is 01:01:35 That's super sin. I should have thought of that. Yeah. Well, it's both. It's both, but look, it's reverse psychology. He didn't have to ask for her back, all right? That's not going to build the house that we're going to finish building the house. Wow.
Starting point is 01:01:49 Then there's, he's going to post the video. These most can't even go half on an apartment. He's going to be posting a video of himself, like, just like brick by brick, like laying things down, like, just in case. I don't know. I legit see the notebook. You guys, I'm literally watching the movie. But the notebook was the most simp. Yes.
Starting point is 01:02:07 And it's almost a movie ever. Incredible. Like, ever. Sympima. Guys love the notebook. Simpamma. I like that. Simpamah.
Starting point is 01:02:14 Yeah. Simpomotography. All right. Well, I'm not going to do it. I'm not going to simp. I'm not going to give them a same time. All right. All right.
Starting point is 01:02:20 We'll let him slide. Yeah, we'll let him slide because it was actually. Because I might use this in the future. I'm just going to go. Yeah. Because I'm going to go listen to this in the car after. Oh. Oh.
Starting point is 01:02:27 Oh. What's up? This is Be Real from Cyprus Hill. Where are you from, Esse? Don't you know I'm local? All right, look out right now at the palm trees. Do some look a little bit, like a little bit dead? A little bit like, ew.
Starting point is 01:02:44 You know what I've noticed? I was driving the other day, and I was like, dang, these things look a little bit brown on the, it's not a fall yet, right? True. You look a little off. Confused. So shout out to our guy, L.A. in a minute. He did like a whole, a little, a deep dive into are the palm trees in Los Angeles dying? He's like, no, shut up.
Starting point is 01:03:00 He essentially did that. But he was talking about this beetle. One of the many reasons why they look the way they do and some are dying is there's this beetle called the palm beetle. No one knows where it comes from. Like no one knows where it's like indigenous from or like where it came to LA from. But it loves palm trees. And what it does is it goes into like the like one of the branches lays eggs there and the like
Starting point is 01:03:24 the larvae start eating at the branch at the base and like of the little. I wouldn't even call it a pineapple because loki palm trees look like pineapples to me, like the pineapple part. The part that is in the middle that kind of looks like the pineapple. Yeah. They start eating away at that and it kills the palm trees. So I'm like here Haiti. I know blue beetles coming out. I was like cheering for blue beetle.
Starting point is 01:03:43 No, no, it's the palm beetle, man. Who are you? Get out of here. It's the real alien. So let's get the blue beetle to get the palm beetle. Yeah, blue beetle please get a palm beetle. Yes. Like no one knows where this palm beetle comes from.
Starting point is 01:03:55 But it's messing with our trees. Yeah. Leave our trees. alone. That's what we got. Everybody always talks about palm trees in LA. Like there's like so many songs that reference it. That's our thing. People come here, take pictures in the hood. They have no idea because there's a lot of palm trees around. Um, yeah, Palm Beetle, get the hell out of it. Yeah, but he also says that since the beginning of like, LA essentially, since the beginning of the palm trees phenomenon, there's also been stories of like, the palm trees are dying. It's kind of like
Starting point is 01:04:22 a conspiracy theory. Like, the palm trees are always dying in LA apparently. And the sky's always falling. Yeah. Exactly. It's like forever. there has to be like claims that something's going to die but they're here yes yeah yeah so hopefully here to stay yeah but now if you see a little brown so if you see a palm beetle backhanded i don't even hit it with your palm and it looks like a legit beetle it's like a beetle beetle like a beetle beetle like I don't know probably put up a fight it's uggos but it's cool to know now like you see these palm trees you're looking at them like a little wilted dang it's getting eaten right now by beetle larva we should install one of those like bug zappers like the tennis rack
Starting point is 01:04:58 into a drone. Get up. Because I know, it's not like we could do anything. We can't climb up there and, like, chop off the bad little branch. They're so high. There's no way to help the palm trees. Angie, your dad could start a new business. Can you ride up the Beatles?
Starting point is 01:05:14 Yes. Because Angie's dad is a tree trimmer. But he doesn't like to do palm trees because he doesn't like climbing them. But I got cousins. And Theo. I got cousins. I got cousins. Has he ever climbed a palm tree?
Starting point is 01:05:25 Yeah, when he was a lot younger. He would climb palm trees. Palm trees? Yeah, all the time. That's so awesome. Have you ever been walking and then a tree falling? No. No, it's bad.
Starting point is 01:05:34 Yeah. No way. They're hard. Oh, the branches. The branch. The branch. Yeah. Hold on.
Starting point is 01:05:40 Wait. What if these Beatles were sent by the government to reduce the rent? Look, I got something. It's like they're trying to. Please keep reducing it. Reducing the rent is good. They're trying to mess up. Yeah, exactly.
Starting point is 01:05:57 What? No, please explain. You guys are talking. Palm trees add value to property. Exactly. But he's saying reduce. So he's saying, I don't know, it's a crazy conspiracy. I haven't figured it out all the way.
Starting point is 01:06:07 Whenever he gets into his woke bag, it's just like, please go back to sleep. Please go back to sleep. The Palm Beetle was sent by the U.S. government. Stop it. Stop it now. Stop it now. Lettie is trying to silence the man by giving away Drake tickets. She's anti-Wole.
Starting point is 01:06:27 Oh, gosh. Power 106. Power 106. How's it going? What's up? Talk, what are we doing? Oh, we're here. It's a national.
Starting point is 01:06:37 I'm so lost, maximal. Lead, man. Lead, man. It's national telejoke day. Yes. Right? So, and this is a joke right now. So it's National Telejoke Day, and we're going to talk about jokes.
Starting point is 01:06:51 Oh, my gosh. It's national telejokey. We were talking about it yesterday and we're like, dude, what should we do? Let's do some funny. because we're funny. And we don't just look funny. We are funny. And someone brought up Pepito.
Starting point is 01:07:03 If you know Pepito, and it's like we were just wondering, I wonder if there are other cultures that have a Pepito-like character, right? This jokester and loki, it's pervy jokes. Very pervy. Because I've known Pepito since I was young. I don't know a Pepito in real life,
Starting point is 01:07:18 but I know this fool in joke form. Okay, and he's a little maniac. He's a little perv, and he does a lot of weird stuff, but it's always funny. You know what the funny thing is? I learned about Pepito at church. At church?
Starting point is 01:07:30 Wow. Like, people would come in, and I don't know, but there was a time where, like, Pepito jokes were, like, it. Like, everyone would come in with a new one. And I was always be like, yo, this is crazy. And there was no internet at the time to look up jokes. And it was just, like, through memory. Word of mouth.
Starting point is 01:07:48 So it's really cool. How do you tell a pepito joke? I have a favorite. They're all in Spanish. Yeah. So that's the only, like, that's the kick. And I have a certain, like, cadence to them. Like, Pepito, Pepito.
Starting point is 01:07:57 Yeah. No? I don't know. No? They have a certain like, like a format. Oh, okay. Yes. But I have a Pepeito joke here.
Starting point is 01:08:06 Okay, let's hear it. All right. You guys ready? Yeah, I want to laugh. But yeah, say in English. Yes. Okay. Babito finds his sister making love to her boyfriend and asks them.
Starting point is 01:08:16 Okay, hold on. It starts off like that. Yes. All right. You just warned me a little bit. I knew who's perfect, but wow. Okay. I'll start over.
Starting point is 01:08:26 Babito finds his sister. making love to her boyfriend and asked them, what are you doing? And the boyfriend answers, I'm vaccinating her. And Pepito says, hey, but she must be very sick because yesterday, a friend of yours came and vaccinated her twice. Oh my gosh. And that's how the Pepito joke went out. Oh my God. Oh, but yesterday. You know what's crazy to me is like they had, at least in my family, the older people would have the little kids recite the Pepito jokes. Like, we'd learn him and then and then it's like ha ha say that what and then all the the deals are laughing because you're telling like it's a dirty joke it's a dirty joke
Starting point is 01:09:05 and I guess saying pepito makes it seem like it's like child friendly it was like about like a child friendly a lot of it is like having to do it like a child's innocence right of like them seeing stuff and then it's like oh I didn't know that that's what that was right that pepito yeah that pepito's naive essentially and I know letty has a pepito joke why are you why are you doing that why are you bringing them up of Pepeito joke. Leave her pepito alone. Yeah, because my pepito joke is a pepita joke.
Starting point is 01:09:36 Now I don't feel safe. I was telling them to stop doing that. The only pepito around here is Vicks, okay? From what I hear. You are Pepito, bro. All right. I'll tell my pepita joke. Okay.
Starting point is 01:09:51 It's Pepita. All right. Okay. So Pepita was playing on a tree. And this is a, all in Spanish. And I remember because they're like, letit, do the joke, do the joke. One day, Pepita was
Starting point is 01:10:03 playing on a tree and she needed help getting down. And Pepito comes along and he helps her get down. So Pepita is really happy and she goes to her mom and she's like, mom, Mom, Pepito helped me down from the tree. And then Pepito's mom was like, you stupid! He saw your underwear! She's wearing a dress. And she's like, oh man, I'm sorry.
Starting point is 01:10:22 Next day, she's playing in the tree again. She needs help again. Pepito helps her again. Mommy, mommy, she goes back to her mom. Pepito helped me out again. He's so nice. And mom hits her again. Stupid!
Starting point is 01:10:34 He saw your underwear. I told you. And she said, no. Pepita goes, no, not this time. I didn't wear any. Oh, my. You were little telling this a joke. He was a little.
Starting point is 01:10:48 Miha, this all the game. Did you all right? Yeah. This is crazy. It's funny because I had a Tio Pepe. Okay, we want to know if you even are, do you guys even know what we're talking about? Yeah. I'm sure they agree.
Starting point is 01:11:05 Do you know the Pepito jokes, Pepita jokes? Do you have one? It's National Telejoke Day. And we also want to know, like, do other ethnicities or other cultures have this type of a character? You know? It's essentially like, I don't think it's like our form of a knock-knock, but you know how like no knock-knock jokes are? This is how known Pepito jokes are. Like, it's iconic.
Starting point is 01:11:23 Everyone knows one. They're all different. They're quirky. They're funny. We want to hear one. from you, okay? And we also have, this is hilarious, there's still kids in the car. There's, look what we did. Wow.
Starting point is 01:11:34 We have to give a backpack right now. We have to give a backpack right now. I know, watch, they ever even heard of that. And then, uh, mom, what's Pepito? Oh, no. Every Latino parents, why you laughing? Yeah, like back in my day, kid. Yeah, you think those jokes, you think those memes you pass around were funny and got nothing.
Starting point is 01:11:52 Yeah. On Pepito jokes are the first memes. Yeah, they were. It is National Telejoke Day. And some of our favorite jokes from our childhood had to do with this kid called, what? 8.45 is Disney. It's okay. Thank you.
Starting point is 01:12:04 Thank you. Yeah. 845, Disney California Adventure. That's right. Okay. We are sending you to Disney California Adventure Park, a family four pack of tickets coming up at DCA. Right now, though, it's National Tell a Joke Day. Yes.
Starting point is 01:12:19 And we love our guy Pepito. Growing up, you neither knew a joke, you had to tell a joke, or you heard a joke about this perfect little kid named Pepito. Was he like unintentionally pervy? Yeah, he just saw a lot of mature things. Too much pervy stuff would happen to him for him not to wise up. You can't be that stupid, Pepito. Yeah, he was also a little naive. Very naive.
Starting point is 01:12:39 So, he saw a lot of things. He definitely saw a lot of things. He definitely saw a lot. He was a lot, it was like way too curious. You know what reminds me of Dennis the Menace? Yeah. Like those types of activities. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:12:48 Why haven't they made a Pepito movie? It probably exists. It probably exists. It probably does. But he's the jokester of our childhood and we're telling Pepito jokes. We just told two. We have someone on the line that knows Pepito. Mm-hmm.
Starting point is 01:13:00 We have Daniel from Southgate on line five. Daniel. Daniel. Hey, what up, Brownback? What up, Daniel? Did you grow up with Pepito, too? Man, all the time, my feels would make me say some senseless ones. I know.
Starting point is 01:13:14 Why do the Thios do that? I think it's just a guy thing, man. It's built character, you know? It's like a tradition. Yeah. Hey, say the Pepito joke. Be a man. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:13:26 All right. Tell us the Pepito joke. No curse words. So Pepito is at school and he asked his teacher, hey, teacher, would I get in trouble for something that I didn't do? And the teacher says, Pepito, well, of course you wouldn't. And then he says, okay, good, because I didn't do my homework. That's a good one.
Starting point is 01:13:43 That was very good. I like that. I'm glad it was not pervy. Yeah. Yeah. Great job, Daddy. Great job, dad. Oh, he's like, I got another one.
Starting point is 01:13:51 I got another one. You gave us that one. You gave us that one. There was one that you were saying that, but it's not pervy. It's not perfect. Okay, talk to you. So it says, the math teacher tells Pepito, hey, Pepito, because if you have $10 in one pocket and $100 in the other pocket, what do you have?
Starting point is 01:14:10 And Pepito replies, somebody else's pants. Oh, he's a little brokeie. Oh, he's a brokey. Poor Pepito. Broke boy. Damn. You get mad as a teacher? You're right.
Starting point is 01:14:25 Genius. He's a little. smarty pants. Withy. Yeah. Oh, I have another one, you guys. All right. Let's hear.
Starting point is 01:14:31 So Pepito goes on to his mom. It's like, Mom, Mom, can you eat clothes? And she's like, no, why? And he's like, it's because yesterday I heard dad tell the mate to take off her clothes because I'm going to eat it. Oh, my. Oh. I'm telling him. No.
Starting point is 01:14:49 Pepito's dad. I hate you. Wow. How would you pray as a family like that? We were like 9-10 years old. Got a guy. My family. Peppito's house was freaky.
Starting point is 01:14:58 For real. He's a product of his environment at this point. Facts on facts. Fire 106. LA's number one for hip-hop. The weather is weird. It is weather. It is.
Starting point is 01:15:11 Weather outside is weathering. It was raining when I came into, like at four. It was pouring in those scenes. Yeah, I woke me up. I told you guys. Who told you guys? You.
Starting point is 01:15:20 In the beginning of the week, I said it's going to be really hot. And then it might rain. Yeah. And you said it was going to be the nasty rain. And as I was driving, I'm like, Latif was right. You know what that means? I'm so good at things. It's going to be humid and I do terrible in humidity.
Starting point is 01:15:33 Oh, you know what this means is I'm so good at this. I'm so good at copying other people's work, the weather people on KTLA. Well, if you could change it, then please change it, please. Because I'm not like this. No, Vic. It's summer. I don't want to change anything, especially not for you. It's earthquite, I'm kidding.
Starting point is 01:15:48 I'm kidding. Look, it feels cool beans. It's the end of August. We're here, you guys. It's not the end of August. It's the middle of August. We're almost mid-old. We're almost past the year.
Starting point is 01:15:58 The year is flying. Four months from 2024. Let that settle in. I don't want to. I can't wait for the holidays. I can't wait for Christmas. I was literally yesterday, I was thinking of like, oh, my God, I can't wait. Because I have all the Halloween stuff already.
Starting point is 01:16:11 Hey, you have to buy the Halloween stuff now. Yep. And you got this pumpkin spice. Pumpkin spice coming next week, hopefully. And Starbucks. Oh, but I bought the creamer. You're right. I bought the cream.
Starting point is 01:16:22 Hey, if you like pumpkin spice from Starbucks, they're selling the creamer at Target, okay? your home girl let they send you. They're not going to give you this town, but it'll be cool. Now they know. And it tastes so good because I buy my Starbucks drink and I just put the cream rain, boom. Same drink. Same drink. F with me, dog.
Starting point is 01:16:40 I'm like, oh my God. That sounded like you were like on a tight rope. You're like, well. Because there's this thing about me. When I turn up and I'm feeling myself, I say it. And then I'm like, oh my God, am I doing that here? I thought it was coming out. No lie.
Starting point is 01:16:54 I like clothes. Mom! Mom, don't do it, Mom, don't do it. All right, well, we're all really happy. I can't wait till the holidays. And shout out to everybody.
