Starting point is 00:00:00 9-106, Brownback Morning. Good morning to you. September 17th. It's Tuesday? Tuesday, my dude. You know, we got to play this song. We haven't played in a while. I was calling through my gram late at night.
Starting point is 00:00:14 When my eyes seen something that made me fright. Some monsters had only come out late at night. And suddenly we ended up after Brownback Live. I can't wait until we performed in life. Brownback mornings after that com trash. is going down October 12th at the City National Grove of Anaheim. You know what I was thinking? You know how they had like area codes and the song area codes.
Starting point is 00:00:54 Yeah. Like Biggie when he's going back to Cali and he was shouting out different places. No one ever shouted out Anaheim until now. Wow. Shout out to Vampire Vic. Yeah. For shouting out Anaheim. You guys are all very, very welcome.
Starting point is 00:01:10 I actually got a comment last night on Instagram on that post. said, Vic deserves an Oscar for this performance. Wow. I have to disagree. I have to disagree. It's a Grammy. It's a Grammy. It's not an Oscar.
Starting point is 00:01:23 It's a Grammy. Yeah. Okay, I'll settle for a VMA. I'll settle for a VMA. I'll settle for a VMA. Yeah. The music man. He's learning.
Starting point is 00:01:32 The one that's the movie. Yeah. It's all big. Big didn't even have a costume. What is? My costume. They didn't even have a costume that day. That's a thing.
Starting point is 00:01:44 That's a thing. Absolutely nothing. The injustice. The injustice. Anyway, get your tickets to watch us fight live on stage. Power 106.com. We got a few tickets left, and it's going to be really, really fun, okay? And we also have the wheel of Hispanic Heritage Month.
Starting point is 00:02:07 Hispanic Charity Month goes on now through October 15, and we're thinking, like, what can we do to give away tickets? Today we're spinning the wheel of Hispanic Heritage Month. I'm excited. If you're already offended, yep, you're going to be way more offended. What we play is. That's coming up at 8.30, okay? And keep in here because Angie's going to tell us something that she learned.
Starting point is 00:02:26 I did, okay? We have to thank the English man for some of our favorite Spanish words. Which English? The Gringos. Yeah. Angie, this is Hispanic Heritage Month. I know. They have every other month of the year, Angelica.
Starting point is 00:02:42 I know, but we owe it to them for some. This day, my God. What rally did you come from? You're going to learn today. Today I learned with Angie. You're going to learn day. What? Okay, you guys want to know what I learned?
Starting point is 00:02:56 For real, for real? I don't know that I want to know what you're not. But for real, for real, for real. It's because sometimes, like, as Spanish speakers, we really do be making up our own words. Well, whoa, whoa, whoa. We. We're a Spanish speaker. I said we, we, we, we.
Starting point is 00:03:13 We don't even speak English. and we don't speak Spanish right. I don't know, we're just in between. We're lost. Yeah. I know, but like some of our favorite, favorite words that we use like chamba, a few lies, be nice. And yeah, I've never used chamba in my life.
Starting point is 00:03:25 You guys have never, okay. Who are you bad bunny? I know, Chambaya? Chamba's like the job, right? Yeah, yeah, yeah, like go to war, things like that. But those are actually like evolutions that came from English words. So, okay, so like, Chamba actually came from Chamber of Commerce. What?
Starting point is 00:03:43 Shut up. I kid you not. Okay, so you know like... Chamber of Commerce. Yeah, it is even the Chamber of Commerce. Yeah. It's a... It's like a...
Starting point is 00:03:51 It's like a little group within like a city. But what do they do? But what do they do? What do they do over there? You just like network with other business owners and stuff. It's an association or network of business people
Starting point is 00:04:04 designed to promote and protect the interest of its members. Wow. Wait, I've got invited to one of those. Is that the Luminati? It's like the little... It's like the mini Luminati. Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:04:15 We got to take care of each other. Yeah. I should have gone. Why were you invited? We need a brown bag chamber of commerce. Yes. All right. But okay, so Champa came from Chamber of Commerce.
Starting point is 00:04:24 How? Okay, so you know, like back like in the 20th century, I want to say, like the 1940s or so, there was a brassetto program, right? Yes. My grandpa was a part of that. So it was pretty much like people from Mexico would come here legally, work here legally during the season and go back home. And they were able to go back home legally again.
Starting point is 00:04:41 And so for them in order to find work, they would have to go to go. go to the Chamber of Commerce to find this work. Eventually, they'd be saying, like, oh, Boera the Chamba. And then it started to say, you might as a Cobra of Commerce. Exactly. Yeah. Yeah. So I started to, like, evolve to it to now be called like chamba.
Starting point is 00:05:02 No way. So like, boy am bus car chamba, like, work. Yeah. Oh. Yeah. So they knew that that's what they had to go through in order to. Yeah. Wow.
Starting point is 00:05:08 Angela did. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay.
Starting point is 00:05:12 Okay. Okay. The dogs. Yeah, the dogs. Everybody knows, like, if you have a dog, you always call it feed or lice. Yeah. But the same time, around the same time, like, if people or, like, workers wanted to come and bring their dogs,
Starting point is 00:05:23 the immigration people would tell them, like, are those dogs, like, free of lice? See, I always thought that, too. Free of life. Yeah. Evolution of that word. It may be free to fleece. That's what I always thought of, too. Yeah, because dogs don't have lies.
Starting point is 00:05:40 Yeah, they have fleas. But I always thought something else had to be something. lice. I don't know why because I heard lice in it. Yeah. Free of lice. That's funny. That's crazy. It's like that other word, uh, be steak. Oh, yeah, be steak. It's like beef steak. Hilarious. That's what I'm saying like, we for real be making our own words up. Leave us alone. Be steak. Like if you ever like, I mean, I don't know why my grandpa loves like
Starting point is 00:06:04 so like I'll be like, oh, okay. And that one time I looked it up, I was like, what is that? What kind of meat am I eating? Yeah. What kind of me is steak? I really didn't ask any questions because it's good. And then I'm just like, oh, it's just beef steak. You know what I'm just short? Because it's even spelled like that at the store. It is because they just adjusted. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:06:21 They spell it just how you hear it. B-I-S-T-E-C. That was all because somebody didn't pronounce it right. Or they sounded it out and it's like, however I sounded it out, that's what it's good. So are these urban dictionary, like urban dictionary words or are they now official? Do we know? Well, it's like, I wouldn't say like a dictionary. Is it like long enough?
Starting point is 00:06:42 If words are slang long enough and they just become part of the thing, it just becomes like... Culture. So is carro slang? Yeah, it is. So it would be the same thing as that, right? You rolled your R and you didn't need to. Yeah, you do. You do?
Starting point is 00:06:56 Carro. I thought you only roll on two hours. Caro would be like expensive. Besteck isn't a dictionary. It is? Yeah. Beef steak. Beef steak.
Starting point is 00:07:08 The beef. Carnet de vacu. Vacuno. You had another one, Angie. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, be pretty nice. What? Please tell me how that is English word.
Starting point is 00:07:20 Wait, I know what it means. People be nice. Yeah, people are nice. No way. Wait, hold on. Yeah, it really is. That's the evolution of it. So, like, you know, like back in the 80s where, like, the immigration was big, like,
Starting point is 00:07:32 people from Mexico were coming over here. And then they would eventually come back. But they would come back as, like, more, like, fancy. PPD nice means fancy people, more expensive. And so people would be like, Oh, those people are peepidty nice. Like, people are nice.
Starting point is 00:07:46 That's cool. I like that one. Elegant. Elegant. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, elegant people. Almost like, I'm assuming, like if someone, yeah, like, elegant, me like, oh, it be pretty nice. Right.
Starting point is 00:07:58 No, I know how it's used. Like the upper, like the upper class, I'm assuming. I know how it's used. Yeah. So they came back and they learned a little bit of English and that was one of them. Like people are nice, peepidty nice. And that just started evolving, evolving. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:08:10 So now what we know, be pretty nice. There's even a song, El Pipiti Nice. Well, yeah, I know that's, like, I know the word. I didn't know the origins. Yeah, that's what I'm saying, like, I'm telling you, those are words that they came from English. The only one I knew was be fake. What's the word, Angie, that you say is hard for you to pronounce, remember? Because?
Starting point is 00:08:30 Because? No. You said there's just one word? Remember? I thought it was a few of them. Remember? She was going to say necessary or something or accessory. Necessities?
Starting point is 00:08:41 Necessities? Necessities? Necessory. Like, what if that turns into a word? Necessary, yeah. Like, necessity and necessary? Yeah. And then it goes back and then it turns into necessity.
Starting point is 00:08:54 Let me just add it to dictionary. Yeah, you should. That's eventually how it started. Okay. See, I told you. Greg. Mid pop tart in my mouth. Mid pop tart in your mouth.
Starting point is 00:09:05 Whoa. What kind of start? What about a pop? I'm like, we're about to do shout-outs, Greg. I'll put that. Hold on, really quick. Yes, we have shout-outs of birds? Yes, we do.
Starting point is 00:09:16 Jesse from Marietta. He wants to give a shout-out to us. He said, I'm, uh, she said, I'm a big fan and listen every morning, and she also said, Raider! Let her! Here we go! When a Raider fan and a Cowboys fan. That's what I mean
Starting point is 00:09:45 Here we go Now kids Hey that sounds like a vibe It does yeah It does They fight a lot EVE EG
Starting point is 00:09:58 Ener Entertainment Gigi wants a shout out She said Hi Angie Can me and my mommy Get a shout out We listen to you every We listen to guys
Starting point is 00:10:05 Every day And my mom gets emotional now Because I graduated So we don't listen Together anymore Oh I'm like We were the bonding.
Starting point is 00:10:13 We graduated high school? I guess so, yeah. Dang. Yeah, her mom's name is Rosio. Rosio. Rosio. Rosio. Rosio?
Starting point is 00:10:23 Rosio. She's my little Gregia over there. On his spandic character, man. Give us yours back name. Greg, go ahead. Rosio. Hey, what's up? Okay.
Starting point is 00:10:34 But shout out to you. Amelia wants to shoot out for his queen. She's been down with me for 10 years and is now my wife of six years. and a mother to our three beautiful baby girls. Oh, I love that. He wants to shoot out for her. Look at you being a good mom over there. And then I want to give a happy belated birthday to my Thia Denise.
Starting point is 00:10:58 It was her birthday yesterday. Hi, Thia Denise. What do you remember? Facebook. You know what Facebook tells you the birthday? The fact you check Facebook is incredible. He always checks it a day late. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:11:10 Yeah. So I know. But what happens? What do you mean? Like, you check it and you're like, damn. Like, oh, is their birthday? Oh, I got you to tomorrow. Yeah, I got you.
Starting point is 00:11:18 Tell me a good memory you have of you. Oh, a lot. Like, uh, Thia Denise and my Tio Robert, they're like younger. So they're fun. And I've had a lot of like, I've seen them in their party stage. Oh, you've done two drinking with them. No, no. I was like younger, like, 10.
Starting point is 00:11:32 And when they were young, young. So what's the memory? So what's the memory? You're making it weird, bruh. And I'm all like party it up together and stuff like that. It was like funny. Because I didn't know what it was at the time. They taught you beer pong.
Starting point is 00:11:43 Like, no. They tell you what shots were. Yeah, they did. Yeah, they did. I would see them partying up and it was pretty cool. It was funny. I'd be like, what's going on? But they wouldn't tell me.
Starting point is 00:11:55 Shout out the other knees. He learned. He learned. He learned. He learned. No skills. To this day. To this day.
Starting point is 00:12:01 Happy birthday to you. Felice cumplanos. At thee. You ready over there, bro? Yeah. All right. Let's get into Word on Rose Cranes. The word on roast cranes.
Starting point is 00:12:14 The word is, Juicy Jay is fully in his jazzy J era now. Okay? So look, Juicy J is known for his hits with 36 Mafia and his own solo career. And being one of the most sampled artists in hip hop today. Yep. Right? He's been sampled so much, though.
Starting point is 00:12:32 Maybe that's why he decided to switch it up and sing songs a little differently since everybody's, you know, taking his swag. And he decided to jazz them up a little, if you want. will. All right. So listen to this. Oh my gosh. Hey. I love it. I love it. I love you. Vic. He's for real. He's serious. Clowning. No. No, he's been in the era. Like, he's in a lounge.
Starting point is 00:13:06 Yeah. We need that as a whole album. Yeah. A whole album is a juicy J. Yeah, Jazzy J. The Hits. And so people are loving it. People are singing along. It's like we are so iconic. We all. know the lyrics yeah but it's like now that the beat switch up now it's more mellow right yeah the people that grew up listening to it I mean you know now we can be in a jazz lounge right yeah you know a little wine yeah you know a little wine a cigar bro that be so tight you go to dinner you go on a first day and then you hear slop
Starting point is 00:13:36 oh my money and then you just look down and her like so what you're gonna do then do you and then he's gonna be like pe ate the bill Ever since I can remember I was popping my color. Pop it, pop my color. Pop it, pop it, pop it, pop up my color. That's amazing. We need a whole experience of this. That's what I'm saying.
Starting point is 00:14:01 It's just like evolution of hip-hop. It's all music, you know what I'm saying? I want to see other artists do jazz. Juveno, do it. Back that thing up. Sexy red. I would see sexy red. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:14:12 It's still new. That's a little too new. Oh, you want like a lot of music. Come on. We're talking about the hits. Okay. Trig Daddy, need you. Yes.
Starting point is 00:14:20 What about sum cut? Yeah. Trillville. What's up? Yeah. I like that. All right. Well, on to some much more serious news.
Starting point is 00:14:29 Diddy was arrested in New York last night and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering, and kidnapping charges. Oh, my. Wow. Yes. Serious allegations. Yes. Sean Diddy Combs was arrested Monday night at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Manhattan and taken into custody by Homeland Security. All right.
Starting point is 00:14:46 If you guys remember the Department of Homeland Security, where the ones who raided is Beverly Hills home back on March 25th, and he was not present, right? He was in Miami. And since then, we've seen him out in Miami, New York, and lots of people have been wondering why he's out at all these places
Starting point is 00:15:02 when he has all these lawsuits against them. And all these heinous allegations. Some people aren't even suing him. They're just recounting their alleged experiences with them, right? And so everybody's like, yeah, he's just walking the streets like a free man. Yeah. Just the other day, he was out in New York and people were talking to him.
Starting point is 00:15:20 Right. You know, all these things. He was out with his kids. I think he took like a photo with all his children. Yeah. Yeah. Even last night, before he was arrested, he was out with his sons, you know, just walking the streets of New York, talking to people and stuff like that. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:15:31 Yeah, I think I just saw that video too. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. He had been in Miami a lot too at the beach. Yeah. And so just minutes ago, however, TMZ is reporting that he's been charged with three counts of racketeering, conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
Starting point is 00:15:53 Yeah. Yeah, that's literally happening as we're speaking. Right now. Yeah, right now. I'm seeing it to, they're alleging that they used force to cause victims to engage in extended acts with workers that he arranged, directed, and I can't even read this. It's so much. It's literally just coming out right at this moment as well. He's calling these acts his freak-offs, prosecutors they're saying.
Starting point is 00:16:19 And of course, using his power, using who he was, you know, to get that off. I think what ends up happening during all of these cases, Vic, is that we kind of have a struggle with the music that we clearly love that he brought to life. So many acts under his, I guess, executive producing, his label, all of that. Like, feel good music and the music that, like, the legends we see that come from. like I guess the Diddy Tree. Yeah. But seeing, I guess, the trauma that had to come from that, you kind of start weighing into the person versus the artist.
Starting point is 00:16:53 Yeah, absolutely. Really, really tough for people. Really, really tough for people. It's tough, especially with like certain records that hit, like, for example, like the song he has with like 112, I'll be missing you. Yeah. Like that sample flip. To me, like, that reminds me of one of my friends that passed away.
Starting point is 00:17:10 Yeah. So it's like trying to separate that. It's such a difficult thing because- You have a tantal thing. An attachment to it. And because you're reading what he's done allegedly. Yeah. And it's something very serious and we got to take serious.
Starting point is 00:17:23 Of course. I'm glad you brought that up to the passing of Biggie because he's also somehow involved, if not directly involved with the passing away of both Biggie and Pac-Pock. Yeah. You know, there's even a meme right now that it's like Pock laughing in heaven to what's going on to Diddy. Because to some people, some injustice is there. Like what you didn't, what you got caught for is one thing, but what you did. didn't get caught for is like it might be like the iceberg the tip of the iceberg type of deal right yeah literally even kifie d who's
Starting point is 00:17:52 currently facing charges for the passing away of pock is alleging that diddy paid him and did he came to him and that's why it even transpired in the first place so it's going to be interesting to see how much what he's going through right now leads it lends itself to what's happening over there in Vegas over that case yeah as of now the charges are just going back to 2008 it's saying from 2008 to the present. You know, members of the Combs Enterprise, you know, allegedly have, you know, partaken and all this stuff. Right. All for, you know, his gain, essentially, you know, whether it be financial or pleasure of all. Enabling, protecting, hiding, all of that. Exactly. You know, I was reading one of the lawsuits against him currently from Don Richardson. She was part of the Dan Danykeen. Yeah. And she was really close to him because after Danykeen, she was part of his dirty money crew, too. And so she was alleging, I guess, in the court. or what I've seen online, that there was a dinner.
Starting point is 00:18:47 And this is just one instance that she talked about in her lawsuit. There was a dinner that she went to that he punched Cassie square in the face, according to her. And she named the other male celebrities that were there that said nothing and did nothing and carried on the dinner. And I think that's really important, too, because as much as the person, it's how comfortable he feels around his crew to do stuff. I get brocode.
Starting point is 00:19:09 I get, like, you guys have brocode up in here. You guys are like your homies or whatever, but no brocode should ever. like get in the way of crimes against women. You know what I'm saying? Of like seeing your homie do something directly. Yeah. And that's a straight violation and just be like, oh, okay. Like I didn't do, too, do, do you know what?
Starting point is 00:19:26 Yeah. No, that's. So then I'm wondering how much are they culpable because it's people we know. It's people we love. It's high profile people. Yeah. So then there's that part of it as well, you know? No.
Starting point is 00:19:37 And it's just like everything seems to just be coming and flooding out of like his acts and stuff like that. There was even, there's even a story circulating. about how he threatened to slit Jay Cole's throat. What? You seen that in a club. Yeah. Shut up.
Starting point is 00:19:51 A punch from TD. He was telling that story. Yeah. So many other people, you know, in attendance. You know, it's like all these things. And then you even think about the people he's doing this too or like,
Starting point is 00:20:01 not that like Jay Cole or Cuddy are in like, um, incapable to defend themselves, but they're nice guys. Like really? You're going to pick on them? You know what I'm saying? It's like that.
Starting point is 00:20:11 And then obviously like with women and stuff like that. And it's like, man, that's despicable. Yeah. And seeing all. allegations too and then seeing like the Cassie video that was released. Yes. It almost just like makes you feel like.
Starting point is 00:20:22 Bro, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I believe all of it in a sense, you know, which sucks because of how we see him. How we see him. Yeah. But the reality is. That's real, bro.
Starting point is 00:20:32 Action is action. Yeah. That's real bro. And I like, I remember there was like an LA Times article when I was in in high school. There was an LA Times article specifically going back towards the Pock stuff. Yeah. And how there was some type of pain. chaos situation possibly happening with, because it was as much as we think of it as a
Starting point is 00:20:50 Tupac and Biggie thing, it was about Shug and Puffy. It wasn't about their two artists. It initially started with Shug and Puffy and something that happened in Atlanta when one of Puffy's guys passed away. And so then reportedly allegedly, he starts feeling unsafe. The Biggie Beef happens with Pock. And when he comes to L.A., everyone kind of has someone they check in with. and the persons that were around Diddy,
Starting point is 00:21:16 he was like, hey, I'll put this up if both of them go. I'll put this up. Like, it wasn't even essentially towards Pock. Yeah. And then they were all in Vegas at one point and were like, hey, you know, we can get some bread if we do this. Because Diff wants this. They end up doing it and then ask him for the bread,
Starting point is 00:21:33 reportedly allegedly, that's the story. They asked him for the bread and he's like, no, I don't got it. Or like, he only paid them half or something because then it really happened. Maybe he was playing that, hey, I'll put money up. Yeah. But then it really happened on some other stuff, like they saw the opportunity.
Starting point is 00:21:47 And so that kind of is going to be what is going on in the Kifi D trial and all of that stuff. But to know that happened, what, in the 90s? Yeah. And we're barely rectifying it now. Yeah. It shows you just like the thing. And even these things, these allegations from 2008, there's probably a limitation of they can't go further. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:22:06 Like, again, the tip of the iceberg. Yeah. Absolutely. And yeah, it's just, he's actually in court this. morning, Diddy is, and the judge is reading all his, all his charges. Yeah. And so we'll be knowing more as, you know, as the morning goes on. And I know like his lawyer, he did put out a statement, right?
Starting point is 00:22:26 Yeah, his lawyer put out a statement and was saying that they've been cooperating and talking to the Department of Homeland Security and they even relocated to New York for the, yeah, for the purpose of that, that they were going to turn himself, he was going to turn himself in. However, it was supposed to be Tuesday that he turned himself in, but for whatever reason, Monday night they went and got him before he could turn himself in. Yeah. Yeah, I wonder what happened.
Starting point is 00:22:49 Yeah, they haven't shared that yet. You have a fear that they're going to go. Yeah. Go to a different country or something, yeah. Yeah. Well, that was your award on Rose Kranz. Brought to you by local Southern California Toyota Dealers. I'm Rose Kranz, Vic for Brownback Mornings.
Starting point is 00:23:01 I'm Power 106. What's up? This is Be Real from Cypress Hill. Where are you from, Esse? Don't you know I'm local? All right. There's about to be a new museum exhibit, thanks to one of our L.A. high schools.
Starting point is 00:23:13 Have you guys ever heard of a saber-tooth salmon? Like a tiger? Like salmon? No, not a saber-toothed tiger, brother. Sounds expensive, like a fancy plate. Yeah. Do they sell this a cost-book? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:23:24 Is this a catch? Bro, is it a catch? Is this a salmon roll? No, a saber-tooth salmon. I guess bones were found of a saber-tooth salmon and a megaladon out of Sam's page. Whoa. A megalod? Yes.
Starting point is 00:23:39 Isn't that a bar-range? No. The biggest shark ever. The biggest shark ever. A prehistoric huge shark, right? And you know how we always think, like, hey, our high schools are haunted or over a graveyard? Well, it's actually true for San Pedro High. Oh.
Starting point is 00:23:54 I guess I don't know how they found these bones, these fossils, but they found fossils of a saber-toothed salmon and a megalodon. And now I want to see what a saber-toothed salmon is like. I do want to see it. Okay, so I Googled it. And a saber-toothed salmon basically looks like it has a septum pierced. A septum-st. Like, it looks like it has a bone straight through its nose. I didn't even know a nose a nose like that.
Starting point is 00:24:15 Like a little emo fishes? Yes. Very emmo. She's not a phase, mom. He walked the lonely round. Yeah. Wow. Is it your trip?
Starting point is 00:24:25 I thought Sabretooth was like a saber tooth tiger. Like that's all I think. And maybe it's called saber tooth because of teeth. Like the way that the teeth protrude or they stick out. Oh, that's cool. Right? Yeah. My question is, is school canceled?
Starting point is 00:24:39 Yeah. I would be like, yo, this whole school was We're tearing it down. We're going to dig this whole place up. I'm more worried about the megalodon. The megalodons are huge sharks that are like scary. So were we all under, were we all underwater? Ah, interesting.
Starting point is 00:24:56 I always say that San Pedro's like the end of the earth. So this makes sense. Because it's all the way so far away. So this makes sense. The dinosaurs are chilling there too. And then I wonder who's like on the field and just like picking at the ground and was like, wait a second. Wait a second. Megladon?

Starting point is 00:25:23 to like the classes and it's like, I forgot what these names are. Yeah. But there's somebody probably like, oh my God, a saber-tooth salmon. I just learned about this
Starting point is 00:25:29 in third period. Yeah. Yeah. The teachers didn't know for like a month because the students were hiding it. They're like,
Starting point is 00:25:35 don't tell the teachers it. Don't tell them. Don't tell them. Don't know. Shenzuble to say, bone. So supposedly they got a dolphin speed like they found bone a rib bone
Starting point is 00:25:42 of a dolphin species that's extinct the jaw bone of that saber tooth salmon which has like the fangs like fangs like maybe fangs mean saber tooth maybe so yeah it's pretty wild that's insane I wish my high school was cool like that I know yeah I'm really thinking they're gonna

Starting point is 00:26:22 Angelica That a little girl died in the restaurant Okay, have a good day We'll be right back We'll be right back Simp Or Pimp PIMP
Starting point is 00:26:32 Sip Sip Sip Sip Sip Sip Sip Sip Sip Sip Sip Piz Piz Piz Piz Piz Piz Piz Zip MXIME A influencer by the name of Selling Carrie has decided to divorce herself. What? What? Sullen. Carrie.
Starting point is 00:26:44 Sullen. Carrie. She has decided to divorce herself. Whoa. Okay, so in 2020 she decided to marry herself and what was called like polygamy solo solo solo
Starting point is 00:26:58 sologamy. Soligamy. Yeah, when she married herself. What? Yes. What? That's legal? I didn't know that was legal. Who proposed?
Starting point is 00:27:09 You get half of it, yeah. One need to get down, yeah. Do you lose half of your stuff if you guys, if it doesn't work out? I don't know who takes it. Yeah. Just leave it outside. So she married herself because there's no hope for anybody else. For anybody else.
Starting point is 00:27:23 Huh. And then the funniest part about this is that the reason for divorcing herself is because of boredom. You're annoying. I swear. She was bored. She got bored with herself? Yes, and she needed a change of relationship. Oh, my God.
Starting point is 00:27:38 What? They weren't getting it done to themselves. Yeah. Yeah. They don't listen. Can't get the job done no more. They get mad when I say take out the tribe? You take it out.
Starting point is 00:27:51 I end up doing everything by myself. Feels like I'm all alone. Hey, no, I feel her though because I'd be tired of myself sometimes too. Tired of yourself? Thank goodness. Yeah. I'd be tired of myself. And then what do you do about it?
Starting point is 00:28:05 Like just I just, you need to do better. Like talking to the man in the mirror. You know what I'm saying? You can't even look at you right now. So sick of you right now. Yeah. So ugly. Are you okay?
Starting point is 00:28:13 Whoa, whoa, whoa. No, not ugly. You know? Oh. It's what he's actions. Not free. Somebody really grew. Man, man, man, man.
Starting point is 00:28:22 And choose a fat. And she's like, yeah, and I stink. Yeah. What? What? What? I didn't say that. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:28:29 It was hard for her to maintain perfection. Mm-hmm. And it was a high demand. Okay, check this out. If you married yourself. Yes. Everyone in the room. If you married your room.
Starting point is 00:28:39 What would be your number one pet peeve about yourself and you know it like you what would be the first fight you have with yourself I know we're all perfect when oh no you're lazy angelica I know that she won't get off the couch won't get off the couch he'll starve herself instead of making her food yeah let the eat while she eats on the bed let's like letty does yeah irks me I'll be eating on the bed watching Netflix then I'll be like wow I'm just really the worst right now But I do it when no one else in the house Right, yeah
Starting point is 00:29:14 I think mine, it's like the laziness is in spurts But it's not like I'm lazy at a moment It's like if I'm lazy like for a day It'll probably be like two days of laziness And next day I'll be like You would make a joke about yourself That would get you mad Me?
Starting point is 00:29:28 Yes, very possible Your jokes are what would get you mad It's very possible Vic what are you going to get mad at yourself for If you married yourself? Vic says he's going to the gym every Monday Oh, my God. He's not consistent.
Starting point is 00:29:40 He never goes. And then he misses it and then he just says, okay, we'll get him next Monday, Vic. And next Monday never comes. But the gym membership keeps charging. $60. Wasting money. Exactly. Greg, what is your number one pet peeve of Greg if you married yourself?
Starting point is 00:29:56 I think if I married myself, I'd be like you are, you having an alcohol problem, bro. What? You need to stop drinking, man. That is deep. Greg. Greg. Great. I think it's drug, don't do that.
Starting point is 00:30:11 No, you're not. I'm married an alcoholic, kind of know what to do. Greg! I think that's the problem there. I don't divorce myself for that reason. Take the kids and everything. Pupples there. It's a drug.
Starting point is 00:30:22 Hey, Greg is looking at him and they're like, he's a drug. It's your fault. Oh, my gosh. It's supposed to be fun. Like, ah, you're a bit. That's fun. Oh, my God. I need help.
Starting point is 00:30:36 All right. All right. Well, sit. Sim! Sip! Victor, what's up? I got a shout out for Amari. Amari.
Starting point is 00:30:45 Happy birthday, Amari. Your dad says happy birthday. His dad is Epic Must Die, the homie. He's a dope artist from Compton. Hey, that's so tight. What's up? Birthday. They listen to us every morning.
Starting point is 00:30:54 Come on. Happy. Happy. All right, check this out, homie. You need a homie or need some help. We need your help. We need a line. I mean, phone line.
Starting point is 00:31:06 We got you for. The homie helpline. AJ needs our help. AJ, all right? AJ sent us a DM and said, What up, Brown Bag. So I was a single father of two that I have had full time since birth
Starting point is 00:31:20 and was single for over eight years. Then unexpectedly, I began dating this incredible, beautiful woman. Her name is, we're going to call her Kay, for some time, and who I now want to marry. She's expressed this to me too many times. But there's one thing. she works at my daughter's school
Starting point is 00:31:38 we both know it's something frowned upon with staff and parent relationships but we met outside of the school and never spoke prior to that or knew of each other so I don't think it's too much of an issue but there's still that risk of it impacting her job so we've been very low key since the start
Starting point is 00:31:57 recently I've gone through some tragic slash traumatic things and she has held me and my kids down from the jump along with helping me heal from past issues that I was unaware of. She's also a therapist and counselor. Wow. Wow.
Starting point is 00:32:10 Okay. And that was the cherry on top in confirmation that this is my partner for life. I don't know if I should propose or wait till my daughters out of that school. Help me out, Brownback. Okay. I didn't know this was frowned upon. Me neither. I thought it was too.
Starting point is 00:32:26 Like parents and teachers can't date. Unless, I mean, maybe it's like a private school that maybe it's like more close knit. It's frowned upon for sure. worked at a school before. Yeah, it's frowned upon, but it's not like frowned upon to that extent where it's like you might get fired unless it is a private school. Because this is what I'm thinking, why? Because they have their own rules. It's a little more that they make. Strait. Yeah. I was only thinking, like I was thinking there's some teachers that their kids are in the school. Yeah. If she gets with them, basically her kid's going to be at the school, but it's not.
Starting point is 00:33:00 Yeah, and also like think about how many small towns there are where there's only so many people in the town, like you're going to date a teacher or, you know what I'm saying? Like, you know what I'm saying? You're going to hit on your kids counselor. It's going to happen. A guy's got to eat, you know what I'm saying? That's your logic? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:33:16 So, I mean, in that sense, I mean, maybe we think of it a little different in like bigger cities, but I don't see it being that much of a problem. If anything, you put your daughter in his class and get an A right away. And that's why it'll be a bad thing. That's why it would be a bad thing. Let's go corruption. Conflict of interest is not a job. Well, for the,
Starting point is 00:33:35 kid yeah okay let's talk to AJ AJ's on the line what's up AJ good morning AJ what up bro hey hey hey what's up with you bro so it seems like real quick real quick because I'm dropping off my daughter at school and she listens to you guys with me every morning and she's gonna say what's up she loves you letti and Angie hey hey hi what's your name Melody just her name AJ let me talk to Meli she's my home girl Hey, Melody, who's your dad's special friend at the school? What's her name?
Starting point is 00:34:11 No. Okay. Don't say hi to your mom for us. All right. AJ, drop her off and then we'll get on the line with you, okay? Drop her off first, all right? Yeah. Yeah, give me like two minutes.
Starting point is 00:34:26 I'm a walk her in real quick. Walk her in and give someone else a kiss. Hi. All right, bye. Call her back. He's trying to get counseled. Oh, that's so cute. Melody's going to tell me to cheese me.
Starting point is 00:34:36 She was. She was going to say you. She was. Okay. Well, they're going through it. AJ, she's so cute. Melody. AJ has been single for over eight years, okay? I'm wondering if Melody's eight.
Starting point is 00:34:49 She doesn't sound eight. No. She sounds younger. Way younger. Right? Yeah. Sounds like a five, six. Well, maybe she's the youngest because he said he's a father two.
Starting point is 00:34:59 Single father two that I have had full. Oh, got you, got you. Yeah. And was single for over eight years. I see what you're saying there. Yeah. Then unexpectedly, I began dating this incredible, beautiful woman. Oh, my God.
Starting point is 00:35:09 Unexpectedly, but he probably hit on her. Yeah. I don't know how this happened. It came out of the blue, but it's like after I DMed her and like followed her to her. After I said, what's up, my mash? So I guess, and then he found out, or then some, that's what I want to know. How did you see her at school? What was that whole interaction?
Starting point is 00:35:25 Like, we'll find out more when he calls back after he drops Melody off. Yeah, because that's, that must be a trip. Like, I want, I want to know, like, did he walk in and be like, oh, my gosh, she works here? Or did she say, like, hey, I work at the school? Well, I'm sure. It came up in combo. They were like, hope. They could go either way.
Starting point is 00:35:41 It could go either way. Role plate. Knowing my teacher dated would be so weird for me. Oh, yeah. Like in an elementary school. Me too. Remember how embarrassing it was to see your teachers outside of school? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:35:50 It was the weirdest thing. You see them at the supermarket? What the hell are you doing here? Don't you live at school? Yeah. Because when I worked at a school, I remember there was a few times where like I knew some teachers and then they ended up like. Talking amongst themselves?
Starting point is 00:36:01 No, to some of the parents. Yeah. Like they ended up like. It makes sense. Like hooking up. But would keep it alone? And I would know. And I'd be like,
Starting point is 00:36:08 I know every day. But they would keep it on the low, right? The interaction is just me? I'd be like just, no, is he seeing their interaction just going on board? Are you here to drop off or pick up? What would you do? You just be good? Me?
Starting point is 00:36:23 Yeah. What were you like? I was just regular. No, you dated a teacher. No, he was in love with his teacher. No, but I'm saying your daughter's a teacher. Wait, I wasn't, wait, both. All three, all the above.
Starting point is 00:36:35 Different teachers, though. He likes a woman that will teach him something. Yeah, yeah, because I won't teach myself. Shout out Daniela who works at a school. Miss H. Hey, hey, hey, hey. You've said it. You said it.
Starting point is 00:36:48 A million H. Ms. H is H. It's Harvey. Her last name is Harvey. No. It's hot. No, not. You already said it.
Starting point is 00:36:57 Her name is Lori. Marry. Maximil you've said it so many times. Yeah, but some people don't think to put it together. Do you think? Hey, Maximo, was she a teacher before you start dating her? No. Okay, because I was going to say, do you think you're a,
Starting point is 00:37:08 fantasy crush on your teacher in high school. And you never got to live that out because she married someone else. Yeah. It made you like. How's the power. Daniela. No, she wasn't a teacher yet. But did you like, like, hey, maybe she should be a teacher?
Starting point is 00:37:24 No, no. No. I was going to say that. I was like, did you guys ever have a combo and be like, maybe you should teach. No. That is creepy. Guys, I did not shape her into being a teacher. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:37:35 You ordered her. Okay. But you didn't stop her either. Yeah. Can you test my, can you give me my test results? Do you pretend you're in detention and she has to teach you a lesson? No. You guys have a ruler at home?
Starting point is 00:37:45 Yeah. That's go complicated. We'll find out next. But let us know if you've ever dated someone that teaches your kid. Like, you know, whether it's in daycare, in school, how that worked out for you. Our guy, AJ, is dating a woman that works at her, at his kid's school, but is wondering, like, dang, I don't want to put her on blast to just kind of be. public with her. I love her, though. This is my girl. Like, I want to ask her to marry me.
Starting point is 00:38:13 He's just kind of like, I don't know what to do. I wonder how many more years the daughter has in the school, too. She seems like she's barely starting the school. So that's a while. Yeah. Transfer my kid out of school so fast. I'm just kidding. Not you wrong. You would have to give reason. I know. There's school zones. The reason is dating her teacher. Okay, AJ. Yo, yo, yo. What's up, bro? You dropped off your daughter and kissed your girlfriend. Goodbye. Hey, hey, cheer. You're the one who hate us, AJ.
Starting point is 00:38:43 You're the one that's in your business out. All right, AJ. You know what's crazy? Every time I see her in the morning, there's got to be a simple like, hey, how you doing? You know? Why? Hold on. Okay.
Starting point is 00:38:54 What kind of school is this, bro? Is this like a, like, it's a private school, is that why? Nah, it's not a private school, but they treat it like it. Yeah. Oh, like maybe fundamental. No. Very strict. And after you guys ask, my daughter's got two more.
Starting point is 00:39:09 Three more years there? Three more years. That's three years of age. Not if you switch her out. So she's in second grade? No, she's in fourth grade. So she's got this year and then she's got fifth and sixth grade and then she's out. Oh, okay.
Starting point is 00:39:21 Goes up to six. Tell me how you unexpectedly started dating the lady. So a couple years ago when my son was there too, because he's in eighth grade now, but a couple years ago when he was there, when they were doing their promotion thing, I was there and I seen I seen homegirl there and I was like oh who's that after kids I'm like I'm like yo is that a teacher I was like I never seen her here and then they're like oh no she works in the office and I was like all right and I tried running into her trying to find a chance to hit on her
Starting point is 00:39:53 and I love it I like it I like it yeah I got to go to the nurse and do you know where it's at I'm feeling sick right now yeah I was all telling that I was like hey make sure you're coughing today Like, you said, hey, hey, tell me your tummy hurts. Ask for a nice pack. Then I'll go pick you up and I'll pick on her. Like, hey, forget your backpack. All right, AJ.
Starting point is 00:40:17 So you eventually run into her. Yeah, so that happened during my son's promotion and I was like, all right, cool. Like, I like, I like girls. I'm going to try to talk to her. Like six months went by and I couldn't, I never ran into her, never stars. I was like, oh, man, I was like, whatever. It ain't meant to be. And then one day she pulled up to this local bar that I go to
Starting point is 00:40:39 With my daughter's third grade teacher at the time Wow Wait wait wait wait wait wait wait wait hold on We're not gonna skip past that Yeah It was like five teachers together Nice So you were there you know the whole staff
Starting point is 00:40:53 Yeah five teachers walking a bar Oh yeah dude I went to that school I grew up at that school They know me I know them they know my family My mom my sister my brothers Is it Wilson No, no, no, no, not, not. Which one is it? I ain't going to put it out there.
Starting point is 00:41:07 It's Jefferson. It's the name of a president, probably. For sure. Is it Benjamin Franklin Elementary? Is it Washington? No, it's in Orange County. It's in the O.C? Oh, is it?
Starting point is 00:41:20 Okay, is it Adams? Is it Jefferson? It's in Madison? What is it? Tell us? I wish Melody was still in the car. I know. Okay.
Starting point is 00:41:26 Hey, she was ready to tell you guys. I know. I like her. I like your little daughter. Okay. Tell me, AJ. So you say, see them at the bar. You see her and her teachers, her teacher home girls at the bar. And that's
Starting point is 00:41:38 your chance, huh? Yeah, I do. As soon as I seen it, I told myself, like, dude, I've been looking for this girl for over like six months. This is the only chance I got. So I took it. And then, yeah, ever since that day, everything went well. We started chilling like literally the week after. And ever since then, nothing changed. I just see her every day. We're a thing now. And it's just been it's been too long for me to still come my girl's room how long has it been oh man this is what two years ago something like that wow so two years you guys have been sneaky yes so and i'm sure if you if you went up to her at the bar the other teachers know yeah what's going on only only one of them because he caught on but he doesn't work at the school anymore so i'm not
Starting point is 00:42:24 even tripping on boy wait so what okay but what are you like afraid of right that's what i'm trying to Oh, it's not that I'm afraid. It's just, again, we've been talking about it. She's brought it up a bunch of times. Right. But her thing is just like, and she talked to my sister about it too, and it was like, I guess, just her position in the school and then, like, turning to like some favoritism or, like, some power roll
Starting point is 00:42:47 where she's affecting my daughter over certain things and all this stuff. So I just respect her and don't want to put her in a position where she's uncomfortable. Yeah. But at the time, I'm getting to the point where I'm like, man, school is a school. Like, that's my girl. So. Aw. Okay.
Starting point is 00:43:04 There's a bunch of other schools. She works in the office. She works in the office. Is she a counselor or is she like an assistant? Like how would she show favoritism to your kid? She's a school counselor. And then like I said in that when I hit you guys up, the whole like tragic traumatic thing. So again, I was single for like eight years.
Starting point is 00:43:25 And my kids' mom, they're both from the same mom. She's been in and out of the picture. but like I'm talking about like two or three years in between. Yeah. And then there's recently a couple months ago, you know, rest and peace of her and she passed away. Oh, I'm sorry. Oh, yeah, dude, my girl was there.
Starting point is 00:43:41 She, dude, she helped me through so much stuff and took care of the kids. And if it wasn't for her, the kids wouldn't have been as good as they are today. So. That's beautiful. You guys went through that together and she's been your support system. I have a question about the kids. Do you have her call her? Do you have them call her?
Starting point is 00:43:59 her like Miss Stephanie or what you're hey miss yeah hey you know it's funny I never I never put it out there like that but yeah they do they both still call it this day miss so-and-so and I'm like oh bro you just call it by the name like it's cool yeah no to them it's like so-and-so I hope you know that yeah I think you're getting tutored yeah do you call her miss so-and-so oh no I call it baby wifey bonbon with everything oh okay I love this for you, AJ. Oh, this is so stupid. Sim.
Starting point is 00:44:34 Do you, okay. Love. Yeah, he's in a simpin right now. So the kids see her at school. Your older one is already, your older one is already out of school, but your little girl, Melody, she sees her,
Starting point is 00:44:45 you know, and I'm so sorry, they don't have their mom right now. She is that mother figure in their life, and I know, like, you want to make it official. You want to marry this woman, but you do understand who she wants to be professional at school.
Starting point is 00:44:59 Yeah. What should AJ do? AJ, did you think about, like, making, like, a whole, like, school proposal? Make a PowerPoint. No, like, proposing for the whole school. Yeah, get all the little kids involved. Because, like, everyone will love this story. Like, you'll be part of it.
Starting point is 00:45:15 Like, you'll be on, like, on ABC 7 or something. And then she has to say this. Nah, nah, y'all trip, I can't do all that. What you could do it? Go home. Yeah. What elementary is it? Tell me the first letter.
Starting point is 00:45:26 I'm trying to figure it out. It's a taft? It's a start. to the J and it has Academy in it. That's all I can say. Oh, yeah, we're going to find out. I'm going to find out. And I'm going to Google Melody.
Starting point is 00:45:38 AJ, you need to do that so that all the other dads know she's off limits because what you did, somebody else can be trying to do too. You're not the only one that I think she's beautiful. Trip out. You guys called me AJ. And maybe like three, four months ago, she's like, oh, yeah, there's one dad. And name's AJ. He's like, he tried talking to me and like all this stuff.
Starting point is 00:45:58 and I was not like, oh, that's cool. Let the homeboy keep trying. Ah, and your husband. And thank you for telling the world we gave you a fake name. I do my part. All right, what's your real name, AJ? What can we call you? I don't want to call you that guy's name.
Starting point is 00:46:14 Chill. Chill. Chill. Is it Jordan Elementary? No, it has to say Academy in it. Oh, what's up, boy? It is. Jordan Elementary.
Starting point is 00:46:25 All right. Look for the counselor. You'll look at the staff directory. I know. You might as well do it now, AJ. You're the nasty. What proposal for you? We're going to call the school.
Starting point is 00:46:39 He's tripping out right now. We're calling the school, bro. We're going to just tell her. All right. AJ, is it cool we take calls of people maybe like to have advice for this? Yeah, that's cool, me. All right, bro.
Starting point is 00:46:50 All right, cool. All right. Teachers and parents and students from Jordan Academy, Eleventh, 818, 5205.9. The counselor at that school is with one of the parents there. How do you feel about it? I'm kidding. I'm kidding.
Starting point is 00:47:07 Now, AJ, it's a beautiful thing even to be able to see that she helped you through such a tough time that you couldn't stop thinking about her. You saw her she was fine and then you got to know her and she was incredible. She's been good to your kids. I'm sure. And the only thing up in question right now is what should you guys do because the school is her professional place? I'm calling the principal right now. I got the principal's number.
Starting point is 00:47:28 Just make sure he's good. All right. All right AJ hold on the line Oh, he's so in love He sounds nervous about it He calls her bombon I mean don't know Oh
Starting point is 00:47:39 That's kind of crazy She got it He got it He's the one that does the bombon Oh I found her Oh Oh How did you find her
Starting point is 00:47:54 I had my ways Investigator Call in Dietrich's principals, superintendent. I think this is the cutest thing. They love her at school. I think this is the cutest thing in the world, you guys. A.J. Please.
Starting point is 00:48:10 But do you see how the job can get in the way? It can. Yeah, especially at the elementary school. I know, but they're together for two years. I don't want to let the dad know, the A.J. dad trying to holler. Stay away, bro. Keep away. We got Cynthia from Gardina on the line.
Starting point is 00:48:23 Cynthia. Good morning, Cynthia. Cynthia from Gardina. Cynthia. When I start singing your name when you don't answer me it makes me feel unloved, Cynthia. Oh my God, I had you guys on me on.
Starting point is 00:48:36 Okay, okay. I sang your name. Angie knows I only sing people's name that I love Cynthia. All right, Cynthia. You know, you guys gave me a shootout last week for my birthday. Oh, really?
Starting point is 00:48:52 Cynthia, what would you tell our guy, AJ? Okay, so it's funny that I hear this story because I'm actually a grad student to be a counselor. What? So we're actually learning about, like, all the, like, the relationships right now. And he's, like, ethically, he's supposed to wait.
Starting point is 00:49:10 Well, the girl's supposed to wait five years to actually, like, let it be known and, like, be in an official relationship. If not, like, she is jeopardizing her job. What? And she's putting the girl at risk. The little girl. Because, yeah, because you're not supposed to have a relationship with, like, your clients. and practically that's his client because that's his daughter. And more than likely she worked with the daughter because I did hear that the mom passed away.
Starting point is 00:49:41 So she probably went through some trauma and she probably worked with the daughter knowing that she's the counselor. So because they had that relationship and then they find out that, you know, she met that and they had that, they have that relationship. It's just going to speak volumes on her and it could really make her lose her job. Whoa. So do you guys... Wait, this is way too serious. Hold on. They'll give her either that
Starting point is 00:50:05 or they'll have to, like, supervise her every time she's with someone. Like with a student. So do you guys have to be supervised? You guys have it differently as counselors? So you're going through that right now. Like, I guess the ethics of the gig? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:50:19 That honestly goes for everybody. Like principals, teachers. Teachers too. But, yeah, teachers too. Like, you're not allowed to have those relationships unless it's been like, five years because they supposedly they say that like after the five years and they
Starting point is 00:50:33 know that okay you know it's a big show like okay hold on hold on because you can't have the relationships unless it's been five years so you mean you have to have the relationship in secret for five years before you can be public about it pretty I mean yeah that's crazy
Starting point is 00:50:49 I thought that only applies to like a therapist well she's a psychologist the college is at the school only she's a counselor kind of a counselor kind of plays all the, we wear a lot of hats as a counselor. We're not just academically counseling.
Starting point is 00:51:04 We're also being a therapist. You know, like, I'm taking a pass right now. We're like, I'm freaking bawling my eyes out every day. Oh, baby girl. Yeah. So it's like, as counselors, we have to be self-aware before we can help anybody. So that's why, like, we're not just counselors helping them, like, in their academic, but we're also, like, they're therapists.
Starting point is 00:51:23 Then, like, if they need more, like, help, then we will refer them to a psychologist. You know, that's when they're, like, probably, like, trying to get diagnosed with like ADHD or severe depression and stuff like that that's when we work for them but we're still helping them therapeutically yeah Cynthia are you single yes I am okay so let's say you work at a school and outside of school you meet the man of your dreams me stop break you need the man of your dreams and you guys hit it on Like has no chill. I thought he had no chance.
Starting point is 00:51:59 Oh. No chill or no chance? What is it? Chill out. Chila. Everyone's chill out. All right. Cynthia, let's say you meet a guy outside and then like the new school year starts and then he's
Starting point is 00:52:14 dropping off his kid and you're like, oh man, I have to not talk to you by five years or are you going to like risk it? Honestly, I think it would depend where I am in my career. year. Like, if I'm, like, really settled with that school and I've been there for, like, more than five years, I'd probably risk it. Yeah. Um, but at the same time, like, you got to think about it. Like, this is your income that's, like, you know, this is what you're surviving off of. Right. It's kind of like, it's a, it's hard. It's hard to, like, be in that position because the counseling field is very hard. Like, we're learning that, like, it's hard to find a full-time job.
Starting point is 00:52:52 Like, you're lucky to find a full-time job. A lot of the counselors have, uh, have, uh, part-time jobs because It's so hard to find a full-time gig because all the old heads are like, you know, they don't want to leave because of the benefit. So it's really hard, you know, so you're kind of put in a position where, like, dang, like, do I want to risk it or, like, do I not? Because if you risk it, then, you know, you have a chance of, like, including your job. Yeah. All right. Well, now that we read the warning label, aka talk to Cynthia about the ethics of being a counselor. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:53:24 Cynthia, have a good day, okay? Yes. We were just all happy and in love. We're like, oh, my God, look how cute. I love that he's in love. It was so cute. So does love not matter in counseling? Yeah, but then you were like, excuse me.
Starting point is 00:53:38 Is that ethical? The terms of the direction is actually to say. Yeah, don't cry today, Cindy. Yeah, have a good day, Cindy. You know what? I love you guys. And no one reads the employee handbook. I don't know why you're doing that for class.
Starting point is 00:53:50 You know what? Let's pretend Sintin ever called. Yeah, let's pretend. All right, let's take some calls. Yeah. AJ fell in love with the counselor at his kid's school. They met outside of work, but his daughter is in third grade is going to take a few years for her to get out of the elementary school.
Starting point is 00:54:06 And he wants to propose to this girl already. They keep it quiet. They call her miss so-and-so when they drop the kids off and all of that. But what was her own? No, whatever. Just know that he's in love with a counselor. Oh, she's sad and she crying. He wants to know what he should do.
Starting point is 00:54:25 Just let it be public. loves her he wants to propose to her and marry her or keep it in the tug until his baby girl is out of school okay danny we got danny from ontario on the line danny what's up danny hey what's up this is a first long-time listener first time call let's go go terry come on first time long time okay talk to us danny what would you tell a jay hey just uh i guess keep it on the download i was in a similar situation but that was with my nephew's teachers. Okay. Okay.
Starting point is 00:55:00 Yeah, my nephew gave me up with one of his teachers, but he has me up with the wrong one. Oh, my God. Hey, he's still the wrong one. You nephew got the assist? No, Danny, tell me the story. How did your nephew play hookup with you and the teacher? The nephew, the wingman.
Starting point is 00:55:19 Hey, my nephew was just, I was telling him about one of his teachers, and he's like, oh, yeah, I got you. Don't even trip. What? I got you I got you Don't even trip A teacher
Starting point is 00:55:32 My Tio He teacher You single Yeah So So then she He said He said
Starting point is 00:55:38 One of his teachers Wanted to You know Hang out Wanted to know me And I said And I said I've like
Starting point is 00:55:48 If that's the one I'm You know I've been telling you About sure You know Give her my number I called her
Starting point is 00:55:52 How did you see Hold on How did you see The teacher Where you like picking him up or dropping him off or what's up? Okay, got it. I picked him up from at the end of, you know, at the end of the day.
Starting point is 00:56:06 After school, he was doing those programs. And I just, you know, it was only a, you know, for a couple of weeks we were just seeing each other because, like, it wasn't the one I was trying to get with it. Oh, my God. Okay, so, so you go pick a lot. She was good enough. Yeah. You go pick him up and you tell him about a teacher that you think is fine and he's like, I got you. But he told the other teacher, gave you the number.
Starting point is 00:56:33 So you're talking to someone, right? You're talking to the wrong one. But you're just like, we're here. We're here. I'm not going to say no now. I was like, he was laughing at me once he introduced me to her. He's like, I knew it wasn't the one. Oh, he trolled you.
Starting point is 00:56:50 He trolled you. He trolled you. Oh, yeah. So what advice do you have for age? Hey, just like the last caller says, if it's something where she's going to lose her job, just don't risk it, you know, like waiting to his daughter leaves a... School?
Starting point is 00:57:11 Whatever school she's in. Yeah. Or transfer schools. But as a Tio, you could risk it. As an uncle, you could risk it. Oh, my God. Yeah, I feel it. I feel that.
Starting point is 00:57:24 Top tier, man. Danny, you're crazy. Daniel, are you single right now? Yep. I'm ready to mingo. Danny, you're such a catch. Hold on, hold on the line, Danny. Hold on.
Starting point is 00:57:39 That's hilarious. Oh, my God. Shout to nephew. Yeah, the nephew's a little G. Yeah. And then he trolled him. Yeah. He knew what he was doing.
Starting point is 00:57:48 Razzie. Razzie from Los Angeles. Razzie. Razzie, what's up, Raz? Razzie, Raz. Good morning, Brown bag. How you guys doing? Are you hearing this.
Starting point is 00:57:56 these stories that we're hearing, Rosie? Listen, I am hearing these stories, and I kind of feel like this is last week when we was on the phone, when we were talking to Lucy about the cousin and the boyfriend and the mom. Yes. Like, okay, I'm going to say this to AJ. Okay, okay. AJ, you've been with her, what he said, two years already?
Starting point is 00:58:18 Yeah. You've been with her for two years already. She was with you at your most vulnerable moment. She took care of you. She took care of your children. That's a love that's unbreakable. I don't think nothing's going to come between that. You have already waited two years.
Starting point is 00:58:36 You said your baby got three more years in school. Proposed to her and you guys set a date. That's your income. That's your revenue. Don't mess that up. I'm not saying don't run for love. I'm saying it's already there. You don't have to think for it.
Starting point is 00:58:54 Take your time. to her, set a date, and move on. Yeah. I hear on your note it said before another parent goes in on your girl. Yeah, because you don't, you don't want somebody else to creep up and, you know. Yeah, a sixth grader's parent. You don't want a sixth graders parent that just has to wait one year. Wow.
Starting point is 00:59:15 It's very possible that it can happen. Oh, it can happen. Yeah. I'll see it all right now. You guys have a good day, Brown, back. You too, Melissa. AJ, you better propose to her before the sixth graders' dad proposes to her. Yep.
Starting point is 00:59:35 Okay? Well, the fifth grader. I got a date. February 14th is going to happen. You're going to propose her on Valentine's Day? Bruh. The 12th is our yearly anniversary. So do it there.
Starting point is 00:59:49 Yeah, that big, work. Don't ruin the day we give cards in elementary school. Don't ruin that for. for the kids, bro. And it's a Friday next year. It's on the weekend, so it's all good. No, February 14 is a Friday for next year. Is it? Yes.
Starting point is 01:00:01 Because I'm putting in my vacation days already. All right. AJ, why don't you just do it now, bro? We all know. We literally looked her up. We found her. We're talking to the principal next. Like, just do it. Hey, y'all tripping. No, you're tripping. AJ, can I give you tickets to our brown bag mornings after dark,
Starting point is 01:00:22 Monster Mash? and you bring her? Yeah, take her. Oh, dude, I'd bring her in a heartbeat. Okay, you're coming. You're coming, bro. You're coming, bro. And I'll bring you on set.
Starting point is 01:00:33 Hold on the later, bro. That's live the more. That's my love this. I don't know. I know it's an ethical. I know. I know. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:00:42 Like, love's a risk. Love is a risk. I was doing the math. They've been together for two years. They just had to do three more years since the daughter graduates. That's five years. So then they'll officially be together in five years
Starting point is 01:00:51 and that's when they get debut. Yeah, because that does the ethical. Yeah. year, whatever that. Cynthia told us. She's getting married, bro. So they got to be low-key for another three. Says the guy.
Starting point is 01:01:02 That is not made. Do you guys want a love story or not? I do. I really want that love story. I need a love story in my life. All right, look, I think we helped the homie. He's going to propose. October 12th in Anaheim, make sure you're there.
Starting point is 01:01:14 Get your ticket. If you don't have them already, Paro106.com. Brown Black Mornings After Dark, Monster Match, Proposal. Yeah. Why wait until February? Why wait until February? Who cares?
Starting point is 01:01:27 Get a new anniversary. You leave that lovely lady counselor alone. Not me. I'm getting DMs by listeners, homies, everything. You guys leave her alone. We don't want her to lose you all. Yeah. Leave alone.
Starting point is 01:01:37 Hey, don't be snitching. If you're listening right now, we're not snitches on this. Stop, okay. We don't do that. We don't do that. It's against cold. Yeah, but we'll tell you when he. Let's let it be.
Starting point is 01:01:48 Yeah, there'll be a video clip. All right, it's time to wait. Play the wheel of Hispanic Heritage Month. Okay. Greg, your favorite Spanish word, go. That's not a curse word. Oh, enchiladas. I love enchiladas.
Starting point is 01:02:10 I love enchiladas. Inchalas is so good. They're great. What do you guys don't like enchilis? What do you love about being Hispanic, Greg? Well. If you're Hispanic heritage, what do you love? He's going to say tequila.
Starting point is 01:02:22 Don't say that. No, something for a really. The music. The music's fun. The music's fun. The music is always fun. Yeah, you know, you're a DJ. Yeah, I always have played the music.
Starting point is 01:02:30 The music. Tamporazzo, like, da, da, da, da, da, da, da, that's a kilo. Yes. And then that's a kilo one. It's a close second. It's a close second. All right. It's Hispanic Heritage Month.
Starting point is 01:02:39 We want you to join us at our Brown Bag Morning's After Dark Monster Mash. And we're thinking, like, what if we do, like, a cool wheel? And then different categories. And so those are the categories that are. Nice. Can you please read the categories, brother? There is music. Capitals, translations, flags, sound clips, and that's it.
Starting point is 01:02:58 Okay, those, and it's going to land on one of them. Depending on the one that it lands on, you're going to have to answer the question correctly. If it lands on music, Greg's going to play a piece of a song. And you're going to tell us what song that is, okay? I hope Greg didn't go super niche. I don't want to hear like. With me and the music, I got you. Okay, thank you, thank you.
Starting point is 01:03:17 With Angie over here. I thought it was easy. With their cultural sound clips. Yeah, she was playing for first, and I'm like, Angie, I don't know. She's playing two Mujeres a homino. Yes. I was like, oh, my God, is my sonny.
Starting point is 01:03:28 You just play some sonny. But, and what's your name over there? Maximo? She's going to tell you a capital, or are you going to tell us the country? What are you going to tell you? I'm going to tell you the capital, and you have to tell me what country it is. All right. And what about you, Vic?
Starting point is 01:03:42 If it lands on flags. Flags, you're going to have to guess the colors of the flag that I say. The, the colors. The colors. country. Some things are with Vigsburg. I don't know what's going on. I think you're going to describe the flags, right?
Starting point is 01:03:57 Yeah. Yeah, yeah. Because not just colors because the flags are the same color. That's what I'm going to do. He doesn't know what he's doing. Yeah, I hope you don't end up. It's just going to be, I'm just going to have to give you tickets to it. Which one are you doing, letty?

Starting point is 01:08:21 I thought. Okay. All right. What is that? Do you know what context? Who's R-I-G? Yes, but in my brain, that's how it works. Okay.

Starting point is 01:08:38 Stay-a-low. She really, she's a no-sav-level Hispanic just like me. And we deserve love to. Only Mexico needs to speak Spanish. Because every other time, we just get judged for not knowing enough Spanish.

Starting point is 01:15:40 He said, Kla. Yeah. Are you good for two weeks? Yeah. Well, let's just hook everyone that calls. Yeah. You go to Anna-huh.

Starting point is 01:16:04 We should. Yeah, we should. Um, can you just for funzies describe another. flag and then let's see if we can guess. Okay, so there is a... Oh my God. So it's like, it's like yellow and then it's blue and then it's red. And then in the middle there's like an eagle, like grabbing the earth. Columbia.
Starting point is 01:16:23 No. Yellow, blue, red. Yeah. Ecuador. Stop. Yes. The marine flag. What?
Starting point is 01:16:30 Yeah. Why do you know? There's eagles in Ecuador? Yeah. I thought it was only Mexico in the U.S.A. Yeah. In the middle of the flag. Wow.
Starting point is 01:16:41 Yeah. Okay. All right. We're getting there. We're getting there. Hey. Sambra Sala with Angie. I got in trouble for giving away too much tickets to brown bag mornings after Dark Monster Mash.
Starting point is 01:16:56 Ramona says that I can't give him out the way that I'm giving out that you have to be the caller. But we want everyone there. That's the thing. And see, this is the thing that I thought it's my party and I could give it out to see who I want to whoever. I know there's rules that I'm on it but these are my friends These are my people They love us

Starting point is 01:17:31 True Or Or we'll still give in away guestless spots Yeah Our guestless How many do each of? I don't know. We'll give away to Mona's first and she's the one being me.
Starting point is 01:17:41 Yeah. Oh, Roshina. You and the gang can come. Yeah. The gang. Yeah. Raider gang. Yeah, sure.
Starting point is 01:17:53 Definitely nine your gang. It's SF. All right. All right. All right. Oh, me. Yeah. Sorry.
Starting point is 01:18:00 Sorry. Sorry. All right. But listen, Mukie Beth is out of you giving usher a warning about his wife. Uh-oh. What? Not usher wife, but like, Mookiee Betts's wife.
Starting point is 01:18:09 Uh-huh. So, uh, Mrs. Betts? Yes. Hi. So Mookiee Betts, he was miced up like at the last game, I believe on Sunday, right? And they were asking him like, oh, we saw you with Usher. Like, you guys met.
Starting point is 01:18:21 What were you guys talking about? And so this is when he gave Usher the warning, like, stop. Don't even get a neighbor in my wife. Yeah. It was a good meeting. And I told him, I was able to go to his, the last show. And, you know, he goes around and, you know, he serenades the women. And I'm like, this is awesome.
Starting point is 01:18:38 Like watching, seeing women melt. And then I told him, I was like, man, listen, Usher, I mess with you the long way, the longest of long way. But if you come over here and try and serenade my wife, I'm throwing elbows at you, dog. I told him I'm diving on him immediately. You can't throw elbows at him. It's just to know those videos, bro. We do.
Starting point is 01:18:59 And he won't get over it, like, with the bullpen and everybody that's in it, like, on the Dodgers. They're going to make Usher, like, all of their walkout songs. They'll count you. That'll be funny. Athletes pound each other the worst. Yeah. It is. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:19:16 You don't want that. It's like the batting practice they're going to be playing Usher, the DJ. Yes. Yeah. Wow. She did that. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:19:22 He was telling them because apparently like Usher, he's going to be here at the Intuit zone September 21st, right? Mm-hmm. And so the person asked, boom, uh, Mookie Betts, like, okay, well, then what did Usher say that he's going to back down? But he's like, no, he actually responded back. Listen. Did he say, don't worry. That's not going to happen? No, he had the confidence to tell me, hey, I'm going back out on tour, so there's another chance.
Starting point is 01:19:44 I'm like, hold on wait. I should not. But you know it is what it is. He got to do what he got to do. Oh, he's going to do what he's going to do? He must be stopped. Yeah. Well, at first he's saying, like, yeah, I'm going to throw elbows, but things like, oh, it is what it is.
Starting point is 01:19:58 Yeah. No, he's at that point. He's the drumbows. Yeah. And it's September. It's like peak time for, like, him to be focused on the game. Yeah. The last thing he has to worry about is Usher.
Starting point is 01:20:07 Yeah. He has to worry about literally making it to October, Blue October vibes, right? No, literally, yeah. So he has to not focus on Usher. Yeah. Usher, who sent you? Oh, my God. Who sent you, Usher?
Starting point is 01:20:19 Yeah. Distraction. He got to tell his wife, hey, he didn't put us on the guest list. Oh, so not let her go? I hope they have a game that day, and then she has to choose between going to the Usher show and going to the Dodger game. Drama, wait. No. When's he, when he's he?
