Starting point is 00:00:00 I-106, LA's number one for hip-hop. Buenos Dias. That's right. Good morning. Good morning. Okay. I need a phone in here. Jen, you're in here, right?
Starting point is 00:00:08 I need your phone out. Oh. I need the zoom on. I need to make sure. Put a light on. A zoom on? On Victor. Mm-hmm.
Starting point is 00:00:16 Do you see it? Do you guys see it? Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Yeah, see it. The luxurious lips? No.
Starting point is 00:00:22 He's been having fun. Why are you sweating? What are you talking about? I'm sweating? Vic, what is on your beard, bro? What do you mean? It looks. It's glistening.
Starting point is 00:00:31 Yeah. Yeah, it's beard oil. Oh. I've never seen this beard oil in my life. No, it's a different one today. Yeah. It looks crazy. It's like when the girls would wear baby oil in their hair.
Starting point is 00:00:44 Guilty. You put your face at a strip club. Yeah. Why are you so glittery, huh? It looks like it's glowing. Okay, so that's a good excuse if I were to go. Yeah. Look at us.
Starting point is 00:00:56 Look at it. What is this? It's banana oil. Because like from this angle. It looks like a movie beard. Really? Sure. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:01:04 Yeah. It looks fake. It does. It looks fake. Really? It does. Somebody get a fan on me and you can have it blow in the wind. I like, I turned to the left.
Starting point is 00:01:14 I'm like, whoa, why is Vicksing? I'm glistening. I think he's getting gray hairs in his beard and he's starting to die. No. Did you dye your hair? No, no, no. Do you dye your beard? No, but you're scaring me.
Starting point is 00:01:24 Because that, that is a fear, huh? Yes, that will happen one day. I don't want to accept that reality. Mr. Vick's glistening beard. It looks good. It looks good. It's just a trip when like your hobby shows up at like five in the morning and you're like, bro, what are you looking? What are you shining like?
Starting point is 00:01:37 So I'm like, I'm not even sure. I haven't even, I don't know if I've truly looked at myself in the mirror. Hey, baby. Do you see it? Do you see how like, when the light hits it, it like has a glared. Oh, God I told you. My beard is dancing. I'm like, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:01:50 My beard is dancing. I don't know if I should use it again or not because I kind of like the attention I just got. You got a lot of, like, I'm like, whoa. It's like a damn. Your diamonds are dancing? No, my beard's my beard. My beard's damn. And last time when you were sweating, we did a video.
Starting point is 00:02:05 I'm like, you couldn't even see the sweat. But like, you could see this. Yeah. So I should keep my beard glistening so the people at home could keep listening. I like that. Yes, that's my guy right there. Very cool. It looks great.
Starting point is 00:02:17 New product. I'm all for it. Yeah. I'm all for it. Yeah, I'm going to use it more. Okay. Do you guys remember? And what was it?
Starting point is 00:02:25 It's the Santa Claus 2? Not Santa Claus. Yeah. Do you know what the same? Tim Allen. Tim Allen. But the other one where there's like a fake one of him. Yes.
Starting point is 00:02:32 And it has like a plastic beer like that. Yeah. Yeah. That's what it looks like. Yeah. No, it just looks like. It looks fake. Cinematic.
Starting point is 00:02:40 What if I'm an imposter? You're a clone? Nah. That would be the tell. Beard. The sleeping beer. Scrolling with Tommy. Gregorio.
Starting point is 00:02:53 Gregory. Gregory. A flight attendant who's going viral because she decided to shake. something while being on the clock and it ended up getting her fired she is viral yes very viral her name is uh i'm nell nellie nellie it's either nell or nelly nellie n e l-l-e uh diala who decided that she's going to make a video of her twerking in the aisle of an airplane was she because she's a flight attendant yeah that's what she does to the song that's not what she does but that's her job her job yeah yeah her occupation it's not part of the job yeah it made me want to go
Starting point is 00:03:26 on some more flights. Let's go. So plane. She was doing a viral, she was twerking to a viral song named Ghetto. And this is how it sounds? Hell of a sample. Dang. And then she got fired?
Starting point is 00:03:45 Best try never, by the way. Best trend, if you ever see it. Yep, she got fired. Because how big the video went. It's so far. That's the thing else. How big her. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:03:54 Or something. Beautiful girl. Yeah. Yeah, but yeah, she's fired now. She got let go. So you can't twerk at work. For going by them. Can't work at work.
Starting point is 00:04:01 All these new rules. in 2020. She even went on Twitter and said can't even be yourself anymore without the world being so sensitive. What's wrong with the little twerk before work? People act like they've never done that before. For sure.
Starting point is 00:04:14 True. They have probably done it but it's probably not posted it. You know what I'm saying? Yeah, I think that's what it was. And granted, we're on, like, on radio and there's like media outlets and stuff. But like if I see like a video,
Starting point is 00:04:27 like if you were to work at a bank and you see bank tellers twirking on video. Well, bank with a, be? I don't know. Do you want Vicki Stewart with? But you get what I'm saying? You can see the video
Starting point is 00:04:38 on Brownback Morning's 106 on Instagram by the way if you haven't seen it yet. I think there's certain industries that will be more lenient and there's certain industries that is like more strict, right? I guess more professional in a sense.
Starting point is 00:04:49 I guess they may just expect a certain etiquette. There's serious jobs. And I think flight attendant is one of them even if they don't maybe they aren't so serious at work. It's like ever since like September 11th,
Starting point is 00:05:01 flying is super serious. Yeah. You're right. There's no joking around on there necessarily. It's like people get kicked off all the time. True. You know, so it's like they expect a certain amount of professionalism from the employees.
Starting point is 00:05:12 Yeah. I love flight attendants. They make sure everything, they make sure you have your seat put on. Yeah, they yell at you. They make sure you put your trash away and you put your seat back up. Like they're like in there checking, making sure everything is good. They should have their own like bouts of fun and definitely have to enjoy their job.
Starting point is 00:05:29 The posting is what. I could understand an employer being like, right. I think if she did that. They probably got too popular too. Yeah. Yeah. I think if she probably did that like in her hotel room or in her home, like it would have been maybe a little different.
Starting point is 00:05:42 But the fact that it was on the plane, I think is what made it so serious. This works it way better because I almost took a flight from L.A. Orange County. Yeah. Can you even do that? That short? Maybe. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:05:52 I think you might be able to. No, I don't think you can. From Allate to Orange County? That's pollution. Look it up right now. Yeah. Burbank to O-C. So, yeah.
Starting point is 00:06:00 L-AX to S. I think you can do it if you have a private jet. Yeah, yeah, yeah. You can do it like on a commercial jet ticket. That's like helicopter territory. She even trying to do a go-fund me to raise money and she posted on the description to make ends meet. She only ended up raising $2,600. That's a lot of money.
Starting point is 00:06:17 To make ends meet? I mean, that'll like cover rent maybe for a month. Someone's going to look out for. Yeah. Yeah. She should have sold the little like wine glasses for $12 like they do on the plane. She would raise something. money.
Starting point is 00:06:32 Taking those out? She would have raised so much money. You can book from Burbank to San Ana. No way. For $51. You could. Yeah. Angie.
Starting point is 00:06:40 I would do that. Do that every morning, Angie. How long is that flight? Like 10 minutes? 12 minutes. Yeah. No, no. Those are great answers.
Starting point is 00:06:50 Can you please answer? Hold on. I'm trying to find out. Yeah, he made it. No, I'm trying to find out. It's on a website. Yeah. Shout out to her for going viral.
Starting point is 00:06:59 Facts. do think that it's kind of the price you pay sometimes when you're trying to like you wanted to you wanted to go viral yeah yeah it's a trend all of that but it come it could come at the cost of your gig and that just is everyone's kind of has to face that people get let go for going viral or like doing certain videos and being teachers or doing certain like yeah you know what I'm saying and granted while that's like then let the person have their fun of course have your from, but I guess you make it different when you then make it public on social media. And also, like you said, like, if you were to do that on your own time or like in your room
Starting point is 00:07:35 or at your crib or at a party versus like on the plane. Which would be company's property. Just think of yourself as, I guess, the industry or like that company. You're like, what the... Yeah, I think it's unfortunate at the end of the day. It's very unfortunate. It's your job. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:07:50 And now all she has is a great future behind her. You so funny. That's a good marketing strategy. I'm just saying. What airline is? Did she work for? Oh, I could say it? Oh, wait, no, my.
Starting point is 00:08:00 Did you know, though? Yeah, I could know. Oh, okay. Well, you can know or you do know. I was like, I could. I was sorry, I could say it, but I knew about it before? I knew about it because of Ramona. No, but did you know about the airline before?
Starting point is 00:08:12 You knew about the airline. Yeah, I did. Yeah. They talk about the video. And then there's some people that could, I guess there's airlines that might want that type of marketing, but there's also like if they're airlines that you know already. No, yeah, this is a very popular. You're on to something, Lenny.
Starting point is 00:08:26 To create one? Yeah. Yep. Yeah. Want to make some extra money? Yeah. Oh my gosh. Good idea.
Starting point is 00:08:34 I don't think it's a good idea. I think you, like, each time and place. Time and place and then understanding, like, granted, you could do whatever you want. But if you're also, like, leave it up. Like, if any of us are doing some wild stuff in here, like, you leave it up to our bosses to be like, hey, that's against, like, even do you what you want in your own time, but that shouldn't be done here. Yeah. But imagine a five-hour flight to Miami? It's literally any job.
Starting point is 00:08:56 It's because it's because. In the way, you're representing that brand. Dejaveu Airlines. If you were to then create one. We'll talk about after, Vic. I'm telling you. I'll tell you. I'll talk about it.
Starting point is 00:09:09 I promise you there's probably people that have thought of that before. But they never executed. It's the permits. Go ahead and execute it. There's still safety guidelines. There's still all of that stuff. And there's still girlfriends that you have at home that will have to be okay with what you're thinking of. It's a regular flight, baby.
Starting point is 00:09:24 Business class. Business class. The C.L is silent. I don't get it. What you have? He's glistening of beard. Excuse me, we're on air, Jen, and Ramona. Sorry.
Starting point is 00:09:44 Pao, did you turn today? Me, 26. You're not 26. I'm not. I had a decade to that. He's considered a Tio now. Yo, yo, yo, yo, yo. Tone it down, everybody.
Starting point is 00:09:53 35? 26. 35, yes or no? No. 36? Yeah? No. Oh, you're so cute.
Starting point is 00:10:01 I'm old! Don't say that, fool. You can't say you're all in front of the oldest person in the room, dog. The only person I can say they're old is the oldest person in the room. Okay. What was that? I was about to ask, but I was always told me. Lettie and I are in our early 30s.
Starting point is 00:10:18 Early? 33. We are 33. I think the oldest one here is Greg. Like, everybody's been through already. Yeah. True. Yeah, his appendix is like 79.
Starting point is 00:10:32 You guys think that's funny. Like literally your organs age at different rates, legit. I was watching this Netflix, um, I hate you guys. I was watching this Netflix documentary on that one billionaire full that is like trying to stay as young as possible. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. And he literally checks his hypogenic age. So I guess that's like the age your body is acting like. And like every organ ages differently, dog.
Starting point is 00:10:57 Is it your liver? His liver is like, my cold bladder? You can get a discount at a restaurant, bro. It's from the elder menu, elderly menu. My kidney, my cold bladder, and then my back. Yeah, my back. My back. I can't even say it.
Starting point is 00:11:11 He said, oh. My leg. There's a couple cracks already. My kidney. My body. And my kidney. But you're 36 now? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:11:22 Oh, that's so cute. Blessed. He's been a field. He's been a seal. One more time. Damn she's fine. Get no. What you do for your birthday that you didn't know what is?
Starting point is 00:11:32 I was in Vegas for a soccer tournament. Nice. That's the excuse. No, that's what I actually didn't really like turn up like that. I went to the Jabba Waki show, which was amazing. Hey, you saw you men dance? Pretty much. That's my theory.
Starting point is 00:11:49 That's what he does on the weekend. I saw the masking his death once. No way. And I was like, what is that? He's like, nothing. I'm going to get up off this Too late to apologize I always think of the Jabba Wachis when I think of that one
Starting point is 00:12:00 That one, really? They performed on that one dance show that they were on a Saddam's crew America's Best Dance Crew Yeah They actually, it was an amazing show It was called Timeless And they went through like the different
Starting point is 00:12:11 eras of music And they danced to all of them So I was really impressed by the show Nice That's what you did for your birthday? Yeah, pretty much In Vegas, huh? My boy really, 36.
Starting point is 00:12:22 Yeah, no, and then I lost. We had the complimentary breakfast at the hotel. No, we didn't have continental. Yeah. No, we didn't have continental. You had the yogurt. Yeah. The sausages were outstanding.
Starting point is 00:12:34 No, you had a parfay for your 30s. No, I did not. I heard of one of my afternoon walk. Fruit salad is to die for. I had a kale smoothie. By the way, you're not old if you're 36. Yeah, you're not. No, no, not at all.
Starting point is 00:12:45 We have shout-outs? Yes, we do. So handsome on Instagram. Who are you talking to? Are you talking about waive again? It's not talking about waive. This is their name. Wavey, Greg wants to say hi.
Starting point is 00:12:58 Tell Wavey good morning. What's up, my homie? Say his name. My homie, Wavy? Yeah. What's up, my homie? Anyways, so, that's this guy's name on Instagram. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:13:15 So handsome. It's a sad shout out. So handsome. Hold on. I hope he's not trolling you like. No, it's a sad show. Like Elver did that one time. Oh, no, no.
Starting point is 00:13:26 Yeah, to sat chat. All right, stop. He wants to shout at his Tia China, who battled cancer. It's putting up a good fight. She's still here, but she said any many could be her last. She loved dancing and her family. Let's love. I send you my love and I send you all of that, man.
Starting point is 00:13:42 And thank you so handsome for the smile. Yes. That you put on Greg Smith. He's cheesy. We send you a Tia Love. We send you Tia Love. Yes, we do. Diana wants to shout out her son, Julius.
Starting point is 00:13:55 She wants him to know that she loves him and has a, hope he has a good day at school. Aw, Julius. Have a good day, Julius, Julius. And then Darwin wants to shout out. He said, since y'all choosing the commanders over the Eagles, he said, shout out my birds, fly, eagles, fly, see you at the Super Bowl, while the cowgirls, the Broncos, the Raiders, and the Packers, watch from Hall. He didn't say that Packers. You added that. No, he said Packers.
Starting point is 00:14:17 And he said, E, A, G, L, E, S. What does that spell? I wish he was on the line. Why is Umberto so happy? I know. Umberto, have you ever been to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania? No? Do you know where it's at on the map?
Starting point is 00:14:30 Umberto, get right here and tell us what you said this morning. Is there cheerleaders? Does that we say, yeah. Oh, I said Egos for shell making it to the Super Bowl this year. Hey, uh, what, what's... And he said, why? Why? Why?
Starting point is 00:14:41 Oh, because I can feel it. Okay, where? Okay. I got a feeling. Umberto, where's the Super Bowl? The Super Bowl? Yeah. What do you mean?
Starting point is 00:14:50 Like this year? Where is it? Yes. If you're so sure that they're going to go. I swear, I thought it was in Vegas. You know they're going to go. You don't even know where they're going to go. You don't even know what you're feeling right now.
Starting point is 00:15:00 What state is for the Delta? He said, but he feels it. We're sitting in Pennsylvania. Spell Pennsylvania. Don't do them like that. Don't do them like that. Spell eagle. What did that?
Starting point is 00:15:15 What did that one say about all of us? He said, y'all choosing the commanders over the Eagles. So he wants to shout out his birds, fly. He goes fly. It was the wheel, bro. No, we did. No, yesterday we did.
Starting point is 00:15:28 Because the quarterback is from SoCal. He's from the IE. Okay. He's from Fontana. Southern California. Oh, we're going for them. Yeah, sure. Go, California.
Starting point is 00:15:37 No, because yesterday he said he's from Rialto and SoCal. I know. And people are like, say it. He's from the I.E. Yes. Fontana, Fontana, Fontana. I know. That part is like, to me, not to any.
Starting point is 00:15:47 I didn't mean to. Not any. No dis to the city. Honestly, hold on. No dist to the city of Fontana, no this to the I, I just hate one specific house on one specific street. It's Mangal Street. If you know me for a while, you know it. I have definitely full.
Starting point is 00:16:02 It is the Who Hurt You Girl? Yes, it is. It is that. It is that. Right there. Right there. Only there. Everybody else, cool of me.
Starting point is 00:16:09 Yeah. And it was an honest mistake. No, it was an honest mistake. I don't know where I got Rialto from. I honestly don't. But shout out to Fontana. Yeah. And then, you know, Jayton Daniels was born there.
Starting point is 00:16:20 and then he grew up in San Bernardino, according to Wikipedia. And then say the name of his high school correctly. Cajon. Cajon. Not El Cajon. Sorry, because I'm very Spanish. Yeah. I'd like to throw L in everything.
Starting point is 00:16:31 Yeah, exactly. All right, El Gregg. It used to be California. All right. That fool over there that was... Yeah, Darwin. Yeah, Darwin. His name is Darwin.
Starting point is 00:16:38 His name is Darwin. Here we go. Darwin? His name's Darwin. Shout out of the Cowan fans. Ask him if he's heard of Darwinism. What do you say about the Raiders? He said everybody's going to be watching from home.
Starting point is 00:16:49 The Packers, Broncos, the Raiders and Calvert. I think he's watching from home, too. Yeah, he's not going to Pennsylvania. Let him know, Maximo. From Maximo! Yeah, girl. I know there's a lot of Eagles fans.
Starting point is 00:17:06 All of a side of it is. Yeah. No, there's Eagles fans. They wear that jacket and those colors. Yeah. And they grew up in Philadelphia and West Philadelphia. Bona raised. He's looking up how to spell Pennsylvania.
Starting point is 00:17:19 He's in practice. Humberg? He's so happy. You guys, I think the Eagles are going to win this. Why? I can feel it. So they're playing the bills this week? No, the commandos.
Starting point is 00:17:32 I don't know. Chiefs are playing the bills. They're playing the commanders. Yeah. El commander. Football. El commander. We decided the commanders are going to go on a Super Bowl and then beat the Chiefs.
Starting point is 00:17:41 That'd be a great Cinderella story. The Chiefs? Taylor Sweet's man? Yeah. The Chiefs? Celis Suite? That's a good. That's all shouts.
Starting point is 00:17:51 You guys. You guys have any shout-as? Oh, I do. Actually, I wanted to shout out Jimmy. I saw him after the gym, and it was really embarrassing because I was... Jimmy after the gym? So listen, I know I saw... That sounds so made up.
Starting point is 00:18:04 That's why Jimmy. That's what Jimmy stays in the gym. Jimmy at the gym. I was getting out of the gym and I took up my faha right. I was in the parking lot with my sister. And he comes up to me, he's like, excuse me, are you, are you to answer? And I'm like, yeah? And then he's like, oh my God, I love you guys.
Starting point is 00:18:23 He listens to us every single day. He's like, I listen to the pod and the morning show every day. Wow. What are you doing your Pilates? No, I wasn't. I wasn't. But it was embarrassing. Yeah, because you're taking off your faha.
Starting point is 00:18:33 I'm so crazy. I know, but it's embarrassing. No, not that part. Oh, okay. The part that I was, when I go to the gym, I dress like Anna Sandler. Yeah. Like super like, no big shirt. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:18:44 So I'm like, oh, when he's like, oh, I wasn't sure I'm like, yeah, to me. Like, I'm not ready. But he also said, you know, What? Can I shout out my wife, Nikki? And he's like, for being the best and putting up with me for 16 years. Yeah. She deals with Jimmy for the gym. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:19:02 Yeah. Oh, that was it. A shout out to the homie. I seen up the habit yesterday when I was ordering. He's like, bro, I'm just listening to you and now you're here. We're like, whoa, this is crazy. And then I forgot to get his name. But you know who you are.
Starting point is 00:19:11 I hate that you guys do that. I forget. I'm sorry. I was like. You see how personalized that is really nice that I just like. He knows what's up, though. Like I said what's up. And then I was ordering my food and I was really hungry.
Starting point is 00:19:19 Oh, but you were yesterday. The only Ernie from exclusive car watch that I go to that has the Pulitzeria right next. He's from PR and you said you are like dipped gold, dipped in gold, fake. Perfect. You're not real gold because you're pretending to be Puerto Rican in order to get into the Puerto Rican area of the Bad Bunny. He still said I'm gold. How'd you get the ticket? You're not supposed to get those tickets.
Starting point is 00:19:41 He still said I'm gold. No, he's like fake. He's like dipped in gold. It's not real gold. He said you fool gazing. He's not real Puerto Rican. And I'm like, You're not.
Starting point is 00:19:50 You're not. You're not. You're not. I don't know. You got the tickets. What do you mean? I'm Puerto Rican. You're not Puerto Rican.
Starting point is 00:19:58 No. You're not Puerto Rican. For him to be the only one out of all of us that all signed up to get it is like pretty suspicious. I feel like he might be Puerto Rican. Is he? He's not Puerto Rican. That's my only suspicion because I know somebody on on Instagram and they got tickets. They're Puerto Rican.
Starting point is 00:20:13 See? And I was like, I didn't get it. I'm Puerto Rican. I don't know. You are Salvadorian and Mexican, bro. And Puerto Rican. I've never seen that. Oh, you're not.
Starting point is 00:20:23 You saw my dad's hair when he was young. I've never seen a Puerto Rican Heritage Night on anything. I've never seen you rep any other Puerto Rican. But right now, because of Bad Bunny's concert. You've never reped Puerto Rico. Oh, he's bringing awareness now. I just found out who my real father was. Oh, my God.
Starting point is 00:20:37 Who's your daddy? Puerto Rican. Daddy Yankee. Don't know man. And then tomorrow you're going to be Cuban. Say you're champiado or something. Chapado or something. Chapado.
Starting point is 00:20:54 Chapado. Chapia. Yeah, you're chapiado. Oh. Oh. Some chaps stick on luck. And some chaps. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:21:00 All right. If you guys see Maxima at the Puerto Rican show of Bad Bunny. Because there's half of his shows are for Puerto Ricans only. Puerto Ricans and Maximo. Yeah. Puerto Rican. And then the other half should be for everybody else. Like Maximo.
Starting point is 00:21:17 But big finesseau. They're going to tell you a word They're going to talk to you there And you're going to be like, what? And then you're going to get jokes. You say, Bobby! No, no, you're going to get out like that. They're going to test your Puerto Rican.
Starting point is 00:21:29 Perfect. It's like in, do you guys ever watch Men in Black Where they have the truck And it's an actual like outer space alien? Yeah. And he's pretending to be no Spanish or speak Spanish And then the men in black is like asking him stuff He's like, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey.
Starting point is 00:21:43 Yes. And then they find out he's an actual alien from outer space. He didn't pass the test. Yeah. So he doesn't speak Spanish. It's not my fault that they took me off the island early and brought me to Los Angeles. Oh, my God. They're going to ask you the ingredients to coquito, so you better study.
Starting point is 00:21:56 He's a big swimmers where it says, I am 12? I am PR. You're going to be, Maxim. Simp or PIMP. Sip, Sip, Sip, Sip, Sip, Sip. What is it if it's my Kjobole? During the other age. Wait, what are Puerto Rican say instead of Kiyobole?
Starting point is 00:22:17 Don't worry about it I know I think I know I know I think I know I don't know if I say Say it Greg Yeah Yeah
Starting point is 00:22:25 Yeah maximum During Donald Trump's inauguration He tried kissing his wife Melania On national TV And what ended up happening Went viral Because she
Starting point is 00:22:38 She was wearing this hat But she didn't really Lean into the kiss And he ended up kissing the air Which made a awkward moment And people are saying that supposedly it's either because the hat was in the way or because he didn't want to ruin her makeup. Wow. What a kind person.
Starting point is 00:22:57 It's funny because you see something and you can see it so clearly. Yes. Okay, there is this movie. I love watching movies. And so this girl would put the L up in her forehead to her man like losing. Oh, yeah. But he was like, Elle means love. El means love.
Starting point is 00:23:10 Like no matter what, he's not going to see it for what it is. Right. So like Melania. that hat the whole time people were like, why was she wearing that hat? And then when he ended up doing that and she didn't kiss, I was like, that's why she wore that hat. And she wore a similar hat the last time he became president as well.
Starting point is 00:23:33 No? Or no, she was wearing like a blue. Sorry, she wore it before for a different event as well. And it's always weird seeing her wear it because it's almost like, stay away from me. It looks like she's in the morning. Yeah That hat looks like she's like at a funeral
Starting point is 00:23:49 Yeah Oh no Yeah it was really awkward Because you can't really see her eyes Like I think that was strategic too You know like for the cameras Because like obviously all eyes are on her as well So yeah you couldn't really see her facial expressions too much
Starting point is 00:24:03 Yeah you can see like the bottom of her mouth Exactly yeah It was weird It was a lot It was awkward But I do like how there's social media that's like Wow look how Considerate he is
Starting point is 00:24:13 Considerate of her makeup And I was like Yeah He's not considered. We see it. Was he considered her hands when he's not holding them or when they're not? Right. I feel like body language just says it all.
Starting point is 00:24:25 They don't like each other. They don't. They don't have a connection. He didn't want to go one-on-one with The Undertaker. She's not going to live at the White House, right? Or she said that she's not going to live at the White House. She was going to be, like, defending her time from, like, different places from New York. Or maybe she likes him, but, like, she don't like what they're doing.
Starting point is 00:24:45 Yeah. Like she's like, I'm not trying to go back. I'm not trying to do Christmas. Like there's audio that leaked of her. Like, I do not care about Christmas. All they like to do is do decorations or whatever. Yeah, because you have to, you take that whole job. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:24:58 So it's probably like signing you up for this also signs me up for this. Oh, yeah. So she, like, she's probably upset about that. And because of being in this lifestyle, they always have the secret service around them. So to an extent, she'll never have privacy again. Yeah. Wow. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:25:15 What a life. But sometimes, okay, like, have you ever seen a couple that acts like they hate each other? But it's like, that's how you know they love each other? Some of us have parents that are like, well, not my mind are divorced. But, like, they're still together. But that are like, they're not sweet to each other. They're not affectionate. Oh, like that's true.
Starting point is 00:25:31 Tucomita or like whatever. You know what I'm saying? No, yeah. That seems like in the perfect case scenario that they are in love, that's the type of love they have. Yeah, no, my parents always acted like they hate each other. And then they did. I just stood like that. That's a little different.
Starting point is 00:25:46 Oh, no, it's different. It's different. Anybody do you have, well, all of us are broken homes? Yeah. They're affectionate or they, how are your parents? Do they love each other? They're not, no, they're not affectionate, but they do. I hope so.
Starting point is 00:25:57 They're still together? No, they don't. But you know what? When they go to church and they give, like, peace, they kiss. See? Wow. Is it an awkward kiss? No, it's like a little.
Starting point is 00:26:07 Yeah. And I bet if she didn't want to, she'll wear a hat. My mom? Or she would air kiss her. Or she'd be like, think, think of a thing. but think of labial. The funniest thing is Donald Trump, he just looks so awkward.
Starting point is 00:26:21 Like, it's just weird. He has no lips. The puckering nut part? It's so, it's, I guess, I don't know, I'm a very serious moment that that was and the crazy stuff that's happening and like the new regime, so to speak.
Starting point is 00:26:38 That was a light moment that we can all like focus in on and be like, that was funny. That was super funny. Because either he, He is so considerate. That also really goes against any kind of perception people would have of Donald Trump, especially if he's very, has been like, I'll grab him by the mm, if I want to figure.
Starting point is 00:26:55 But like that he would like do an air kiss to his life because she has makeup on. It's just really funny to me. Like, for real, y'all? She didn't even puck her like her lips. No, she didn't. It's more like how she treated like, mm-hmm. Yeah. Oh, I wish you could see it.
Starting point is 00:27:12 It is on Brown by Morning's 106. She treated them like a friend. But like from a girl to seeing another girl. Like, I can tell when a girl don't mess with her person. Or it's the love that's like that. Like it's like, or it could be the love that it's like, that's their love language is really different. Even their love language is in money. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:27:31 It's in Zales. Yeah. Imagine he's going into the White House, but he's also in the dog house. Like she's mad at him for something. She's for sure mad at. And then I think more than anything, that is a sign of an actual relationship. Like I could give it that. Like, she don't care where we're at.
Starting point is 00:27:47 If I'm mad at you, I'm mad at you. I don't care if your parents are here. I don't care if it's like, quince we're at. She's not. That scared me. I'm like, dang, imagine my girl's mad. The day I achieve something great. There's nothing more you can achieve than being the president.
Starting point is 00:28:02 Sometimes those are the day she's looking forward to be mad. Right. It's like, all right, I'm going to ruin your day. You're going to mind. It's like, no, mine is the biggest day of all time. I don't care. I don't care. In my world, you didn't tell me to look pretty today.
Starting point is 00:28:15 I wore this hat. You were looking at Lauren Sanchez. By the way, who was it? Where we all? Is it a simper pimp that literally our president went to kiss his wife, our first lady, and she was like, Yeah, she dodged him. No, he's a sin. That's a sim behavior.
Starting point is 00:28:34 Yeah. Is Donald Trump a sim? Yes. That's crazy. Wow. That's wild. Yeah, he's being non-in. I know he's winning day.
Starting point is 00:28:43 It's not consider it. It's not considered it. No. Like I'm watching the video. It's not like look how sweet. No. No. No, this is sin behavior.
Starting point is 00:28:51 She looks very like, ugh, Wakala afterwards. I'm watching the video on Loop and I just see her face afterwards. See, because that's how I feel, but then I go on Twitter and I know probably Elon has it routed a certain way on Twitter,
Starting point is 00:29:02 but it's all praise to him being so sweet. And wow, what a moment. And look at our first couple. So then I feel like, wait, am I wrong? Gatslet, baby, girl.
Starting point is 00:29:11 Oh, damn it. By a simp. By a sim. Yeah. Bro, he's Simp from Milana. That's crazy. Yeah. It's his wife, right?
Starting point is 00:29:21 True. Yeah. True. Simp. Sit, sit, sit, sit, Happy birthday to the homie. Callie Wings. Steve.
Starting point is 00:29:29 Maximo says hi. So what up? Happy birthday, he likes your eyes. Hey, I didn't see that. All right, check this out, homie. You need a homie or need some help. We need your head. We need a line.
Starting point is 00:29:41 I mean. Phone line, we got you for the homie helpline. Felipe needs our help. Philip. All right. Felipe sent us a DM and said, Brown bag. Yeah, boy needs some help.
Starting point is 00:29:53 He said, all right, so I'm a true L.A. Rams fan, man. Aaron Donald is my goat. All right. Who's that? He's a defensive lineman. Probably the best defensive lineman. One of the best for sure. Defensive linemen do.
Starting point is 00:30:08 So they try to tackle the quarterback. What was his thing? Or stop the run. I learned so much on this show. They're the ones that try to tackle the quarterback. They're the blockers. They're the blockers. They have to like stay still to the ball moves.
Starting point is 00:30:20 No, they're not the blockers. Oh, okay. The blockers protect the quarterback. They're like madmen chasing the quarterback. Exactly. Quarterback. Yeah. I'm going to get you.
Starting point is 00:30:30 I'm going to get you. When quarterbacks go to sleep, they see Aaron Donald. Yeah. Oh, really? Yeah. He's scared. Why would he be someone's goal? He's really good?
Starting point is 00:30:39 He was really good. Was or is? Yeah. He was on the Rams for years. He always, you know, was a pro bowler. He won, you know, helped them win a Super Bowl. Literally was, like, one of the main reasons why they won. Yeah, that's last play to, like, you know, win them the Super Bowl.
Starting point is 00:30:56 So, yeah, he's a goal. He just retired this past season. Yeah, I mean, he's a good, he's a great player. Yeah, he just retired this past season. Oh, okay. Yeah, so he's no longer active, but, you know, a lot of people love them. People are going to, you're going to see 99 jerseysies. that was his number, you're going to see 99.
Starting point is 00:31:13 Forever. Oh, I've seen those jerseys. Yes. Exactly. That's good for the 99th. And Aaron Donald is the Lafc fan, as I've seen him there one time. And you were a hype and told him that you wore your Rams sweater
Starting point is 00:31:23 to the Rams game. You told him? No, I didn't talk to him. You were all shy? No, it's huge. What do we found out of when I was a rated friend? Yeah, so anyway, so Felipe said, I named my two-year-old after him.
Starting point is 00:31:37 That's how hard I go for my team. Wow. Aaron? Aaron. A nice name. Maybe both. Or Charles. His middle name is Donald.
Starting point is 00:31:44 His first name is Aaron. Aaron Donald. Roder. Okay, so he said, I name my two-year-old after him. That's how hard I go for my team. Only problem is the only way my girl let me name our first, that is if I let her name the second after someone. Okay. He said, I thought that I would be okay with it.
Starting point is 00:32:02 But Brownback, she wants to name our son, Anthony. After Banda dog. So hilarious. No way. Wow. There is. Gotcha. At least she didn't want to call him Banda.
Starting point is 00:32:15 Yeah. Right. True. Banda, Rodriguez. So he said she's pregnant right now. And I made a bet with her that if the Rams took it to the Super Bowl, then we would both choose a name for our baby. And she could pick the next baby's name.
Starting point is 00:32:30 That, first of all, that's mean. Because she let you name the first on the condition. And now you're like, double her nothing. So, yes, he doubled her nothing to her. What is he going to let her do? Like, change the first kid's name? I know. Have a third?
Starting point is 00:32:41 Yeah. So he said, and then the Rams lost, Brown bag. Uh-oh. That's the good. He said, I'm not trying to have a kid named after that stay in the dugout homie that only comes out to take his shirt off. Oh, my gosh. Bro.
Starting point is 00:32:59 The season's over, Doug. Why are you a Anthony Wanda? He's salty. Adwe won. How are you a Dodger hater? He's not a Dodger hater. He's not like, y'all are Anthony Vanda haters. I'm not.
Starting point is 00:33:10 I'm not. you guys are just doing too much. Yeah. But, hey, his girl must be going crazy at the house, like, with the stuff she says. Probably got under his skin. She was rubbing her belly. Oh, Anthony. You're so cute, just like your daddy.
Starting point is 00:33:24 Yeah, named after your real dad. Yeah. Probably saying stuff like that. Little junior. Oh, God. She's probably always, like, sends him like, oh, I want to go see him at the Manumbello Lam. Why is he always at the Manabella Mom, by the way?
Starting point is 00:33:39 I don't know. Why do you know all that? He knows where to them. But they're not haters. They're not hating on him, Angie. They're not hating on him, Angie. He does three pop-ups there a month. Yeah, he's hunting, man.
Starting point is 00:33:49 He knows exactly what he's doing. Another pop-up at the month and a little of a mom. Her wife or somebody. There's a Ms. Banda out there. Probably. True. Okay, so he said, he said, so I'm not trying to have a kid after that stay in the dugout homie that only comes out to take a shirt up.
Starting point is 00:34:07 He said, Aaron Donald deserved the honor. He spent his whole career as a ram and put in. all the work. Banda is only in the combo because all the girls want to ram him. Okay, bars. Your girl does, bro.
Starting point is 00:34:23 Yeah. That's why she's on. Yours too. No, I think he... I don't know. I mean, I think they want Banda to ram them. Yeah, true, true. Maybe I'm not sure.
Starting point is 00:34:33 Either way. Either way. Foxport. Put the rams in there. He's so mad. Okay, so he said, How do I get her to change her mind, Brown bag?
Starting point is 00:34:44 Did Aaron spend his whole career with him? Yes. Yeah. Wow. So he's kind of saying, like, I really love this guy, Aaron. So our kid deserved to be named Aaron. This girl is just like in the hype of Anthony Vanda,
Starting point is 00:34:57 and so is everybody. And so, like, it's like he doesn't deserve it. He's not a legend. He's only been on the team a couple years at least, I think. Because you're saying Aaron Donald, did he take him to a Super Bowl? Yeah, he won. Anthony Vanda was at the World Series. 100%.
Starting point is 00:35:10 Yeah, take up to the World Series. though. Yeah. But he was part of it. He's at the World Series. He contributed. So was the water boy in the batty coach. Oh.
Starting point is 00:35:18 You guys. I'm not taking it that far. He's a good part. He's a great. He's great. But he's not like a. He always. The water boy is great.
Starting point is 00:35:28 I remember when I first saw Vanda page and I told you guys I'm like, hey, there's a player on the Dodgers and his jersey's tight because the back says Vanda. And you guys were like, oh, yeah, this is this full of the guy. He's actually really good. pre taking his shirt off. This was just like, oh, this was a picture that came out and it's so tight that his thing says, band, like, those jerseys would be cool, right?
Starting point is 00:35:50 Yeah. And then he takes his shirt off and all of a sudden his public enemy number one. He didn't have to do that at all. You didn't take a shirt on this. Neither did Kike. Name him Kikeke, girl. His Kike has a better argument.
Starting point is 00:36:03 Anthony Kikeke. Oh, the other people. Damn. Don't let their name be. Hernandez. I mean, I would say Kikeke gets get some more stripes for me. Yeah. As far as like Dodger. Yeah, he's clutch. Maybe they can come to an agreement. Yeah. Be like, okay, let's name Kikea, not Anthony. But this guy, Felipe is, he has no, no. He has, he is, he doesn't want to hear the name Anthony, nothing. No. And Anthony sounds like, like, just like
Starting point is 00:36:31 like Aaron, regular name. Just like Aaron, regular name. They know what it means to them. Like he knows that he named his kid Aaron after Aaron Donald. He's a Rams fan, all of that. But you can kind of go off into the world and still be Aaron and be ready by. Same with Anthony. Anthony seems like such a regular name. It is. He said he wants to name with Anthony. I'm like, all right, that sounds cool.
Starting point is 00:36:49 But it's like, but it's after Bandha. Well, what if she lies to him and be like, it's Anthony like Mark Anthony? Yeah, that's even worse. I start saying like different Anthony's. So he won't get jealous. Mark Anthony gets all the B words. Yeah, he does. There's other Anthony.
Starting point is 00:37:05 Who? Who? Your Anthony. Name another Anthony. Yeah. There's Anthony Anderson. Oh, yeah. There's Edwards.
Starting point is 00:37:12 Tony Hawk. Anthony Hawke. Anthony Hawke. Tony Hawk. No. Marco Antonio Solis. There you see. There's a lot.
Starting point is 00:37:19 There's a lot. But she means Banda. Carmelo, Anthony? I named you after. Anthony Banda. You're real daddy. Let's go to the Dodgers game. I saw him at the Monumelamaw.
Starting point is 00:37:27 But, low key, that's probably how he is with Aaron. You're named you after a goat. Yeah. You're named after a goat. You're going to be a goat. Yeah. You're going to be great. Your mom.
Starting point is 00:37:36 And then he's going to tell that. He's going to hate on the little. Yeah. Yeah, he'll be like, you know, your mom may have a better doctor, though. That's what she chose. See, this is the thing. You guys are trying to make a decision for a woman. No, yeah, no.
Starting point is 00:37:48 After the woman was told comply. It was her decision this time. See, I think that's at the end of it. You named your kid, and as long as it was to your benefit, you were fine. And you were like, yeah, you can name the next one. If there was a next one. Then the next one comes, and she wants to name that next one. And then you're like, oh, you don't, hold on.
Starting point is 00:38:05 But if the, babe, if the ram's sick is the super rule? Yeah, now you start putting excuses more. And she's probably like fine, babe, because she sees how, like, you're annoying. Then the Rams lost. Losers! So Destiny wants this kid name for it. Like, let your girl name a kid. Felipe got to relax because, you know, they could have another kid and it could be a girl.
Starting point is 00:38:24 And then now he can... Sidney. The ball is back in his court. And also, don't tell your girl she can name her. I'm going to name her real Ripley. Live. Don't tell your girl she can name your kid and then take that away. I get you.
Starting point is 00:38:38 They should alternate. Yeah. So when he has a girl. All my kids are juniors. I've never had a chance to name. Come home. I'm like,
Starting point is 00:38:43 that's not fair. Wait for the next one. No. I got the implant. I can't have one for five years. Sucks. Take it out. That's true.
Starting point is 00:38:56 And then you have a girl name already picked out. Yeah. No girl yet. No great. Okay, bro. Yeah. Sorry, I was just thinking about it.
Starting point is 00:39:03 Geez, my bad. Wow. Wow. Whoops. Angie? Did you tell me to say that. Oh, yeah. Right.
Starting point is 00:39:09 So hurtful. Well, see what this does? You're already dividing us to, Felipe. I hope the next time we try to curse your girl, she hits you like Malano. Thank you for being considered for her makeup. All right. She's not even wearing any? No, no, that's that.
Starting point is 00:39:25 He says, how do I get her to change her mind, Brownback? She's not. You know the thing is she has already. She has changed her mind. Because she let him do the Rams bet. Oh, yeah, she's nice. She's really nice. She's a nice.
Starting point is 00:39:42 Yeah, she is. She's cool about it. She's just like, oh, this guy's so annoying. Whatever. I might like to troll him. Yeah, I can't wait for a Dodger season to come back. He was hoping, like, the next baby would be like Kershaw or something. But also, like, in.
Starting point is 00:39:53 Right? Yeah, Clinton. Eric, Gagne. Even if he's, if the baby's not named Anthony, her crush is going to remain. Yeah. It's not going to take that away. You know what's going to end up happening? You name the kid, whatever you name the kid, right?
Starting point is 00:40:05 Yeah. And then you know your name was going to be Anthony? Oh, my Anthony was. Yeah. Yeah, she's not, she's going to say that all the time. Right. Yeah. He's like, hey, Clayton Rodriguez.
Starting point is 00:40:15 Your name was going to be Anthony. You could have been Anthony, but no, your dad over there. Celloso. I was named after a novella lady. Who are you guys named after? Edgar Allan Poe. You're a liar. I was, you were not named after.
Starting point is 00:40:32 Poetry. Poetry? Did he do poetry? You were not named after. Edgar Allan Poe, dog. Greg, who are you named after? I want to know why your parents named for Greg. Gregory.
Starting point is 00:40:45 Gregory. My name was going to be Nicholas. See, you see how you know what name you were going to be? My mom told my aunt and my aunt was like, actually, I'm going to take that name and made my son that. Nicholas? She was like, never mind. I'm not going to do that. There's not going to be two Nicholas is in the family.
Starting point is 00:40:59 So she's like St. Gregory. I'm like, St. St. Gregory? Yeah, Gregory Alexander. But St. St. Gregory? My name's not same, but she got it from the saint.
Starting point is 00:41:06 Oh. Oh. There's a thing, Rick, right? Yeah, and then Alexander, too, the great, the goat. Yeah. Victor, you're a junior. No, you're not. No, thank God I'm not.
Starting point is 00:41:19 Shout out of my dad, Sigi, Fras. My life would be way different if I was a junior. See he? All right. Rose Grand Siki in the morning. I like it. Why is it Victor? After my great grandpa, my Papa Victor, that I never met.
Starting point is 00:41:36 But he died when I was like three, I think. Aw. But like they honored him by name. Yeah. Angelica, your saint day, huh? No, no, no, no. It's because my dad's birthday is a day before me, right? It's the 25th.
Starting point is 00:41:50 So he named me because I was his little angel. Aw. What? His name is angel. No, his name is Santiago, but it was like, to him, it was like a little gift from God. Like, I'm his little angel that came to his life. They told you that? You're his favorite?
Starting point is 00:42:05 Yeah. Yeah. God say him an angel. Edgar, for real. Yeah. Why is your name, Edgar? Edgar Allan Poe. You're a liar.
Starting point is 00:42:15 Oh, my God, you're so annoying. Ergar. Edgar. Honestly, I have no idea where they got that name. Ask her. Ask her right now. No. Apart from the Bible.
Starting point is 00:42:23 Oh, no, no. Okay, I'll tell the truth. So there's this Puerto Rican guy. Oh, my God. You're stupid. That's a lie. That's a lie. He's saying that so that he'd go to the bad bunny country.
Starting point is 00:42:33 Yeah. But it's chapiado? Chapiavo? Chapia. She went to the island for a vacation. I feel like everybody does know their what was going to be their name. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:42:43 Or, yeah, the one that, the name that wasn't. My middle name was going to be my first name, but then they just switched it. Oh, Salvador. So you're going to be Salvador or Victor? Yeah. Or Victor, okay. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:42:54 All right. 8185-109. Wait, how did you name? Novela. Novela. But I wasn't going to be named Jasmine. And then I was like, oh, you couldn't be named Jasmine. I would have been after.
Starting point is 00:43:04 From Atlanta? Aladdin. No, I was born before that a movie came out. Thanks for rubbing in my face. You were not born before Aladdin. No way. I'm gonna beat all of you. Get in life.
Starting point is 00:43:16 Five minutes. No way. I was born in the 80s. It's a 90s movie. You're born in the 80s? Shut. Dog, shut up. I thought that, like, okay, maybe the movie.
Starting point is 00:43:27 I'm sorry. My hands are getting hot. I'm not even trying to troll. No, not even. I got your back. Like, that's a story. It's not snow. Right, Doc.
Starting point is 00:43:36 That's no way. My bad. It's like an old, old folks tail. What? You know where you were you born, Maximo? I'll square with you guys too. Wait, what's going on? Right.
Starting point is 00:43:43 Right you, Maximo. I got your back. The blood is rushing to my hand. I'm going to need to punch you, die. Yeah. The 80s? Shut up. Hey.
Starting point is 00:43:52 Come out with like curly hair, like. What? Like bright pants and stuff like that? It was a 70s. No, it was 80s. That's crazy. You're crazy boy. I would have thought like 92.
Starting point is 00:44:03 Your dad doesn't love you. I know. What? He said I know? Yay! He told me all the time. If I'm fighting, we all fighting. Want to say something, Andrew?
Starting point is 00:44:17 I love you, Greg. Come here. Oh, he's your daddy. That bad? Anyway. No way. Okay. Don't ask me questions anymore.
Starting point is 00:44:29 Bro, stop. Don't ask me questions anymore. It was a late 80s, by the way. Yeah. It's practically the best era to be born in. Let's call a homie strong songfighting. Are they ladies too? Yeah, they are in the 80s.
Starting point is 00:44:46 Get them. Yep. Get them. Take a pad ox tree real quick. All right. Felipe, he has a child. He named him after Aaron Donald, his goat. You guys know Aaron Donald.
Starting point is 00:44:57 You would agree even as a Packer fan and a Raider fan. That's a good player. He's a great player. Aaron's a cool name. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. A-Rom.
Starting point is 00:45:07 Yeah. So, yeah, he has a two-year-old named Aaron after his goat. He's a big Rams fan. But his girl is a big Dodger fan, it's particularly Anthony Banda. So she wants to name her kid Anthony after Anthony Banda. And they made a wager. They said if the Rams make it to the Super Bowl, then she could choose the next baby name. And they could come to an agreement about this one.
Starting point is 00:45:30 But the Rams lost. So now she's going to name him Anthony. And he doesn't know. what to do to change your mind. Yeah, he's going through it. He's like, he was dissing Anthony Banda really bad. He was. And Anthony Banda did a great job too.
Starting point is 00:45:41 He did. I think he has a time in his career to make himself like a legend, but I wouldn't say in the same regard as Aaron. Yeah. Banda almost has a problem. It's like, it's not like a bad problem. It's like he's a little more popular
Starting point is 00:45:57 than his skills weren't yet. But he has a lot more to grow into. You know what I'm saying? Yeah, like a shirt. a lot better. Potential. Yeah, he has a lot of potential to get even better. But right now he's so popular.
Starting point is 00:46:09 So, and he's not one of the best players on the team. He just isn't. You know what I'm saying? No, it's just we have some of the greatest players all the time on our team. Well, how many years has he been playing? He's like one. Oh, he's like a rookie rookie. No, he's not a rookie.
Starting point is 00:46:21 No, they just got him though. Oh, God. Because I remember last season when I saw his jersey. I told these holes in that jersey is really quite. I haven't seen before. And you're like, yeah, we got him from somewhere. I don't know where. I forgot.
Starting point is 00:46:32 Yeah. But then. And then he took a shirt off. And then all the girls are like, ah. One of the most popular players on the team. Sounds like jealousy from YouTube. Nah, you know, he's a good player. He's good.
Starting point is 00:46:44 You're going to see all the girls with the bondage jerseys this coming season. Just get ready, guys. Yeah, they are. That's their thing, huh? Yeah. With tight at the weight. Make it like a crop top? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:46:57 Send him back to Milwaukee. That's where he came from. That's where he came from. Milwaukee. All right. So he doesn't want his girls. name their kid Anthony, which is a regular name. Shout to all the Anthony.
Starting point is 00:47:06 Yeah, my nephew's name, Anthony. But I think when it's like, Mom, how did I get my name? Oh, let me tell you. This player on the Dodgers is. You're daddy. Ooh, yeah. That means that she was thinking about them when they were making them. Maybe.
Starting point is 00:47:18 Or she was just like, hey-ha, Anthony, to get on your nerves. That too. We do that. Just for funsy. Yeah, because she has to deal with Aaron. She probably liked the name, Anthony. Was he thinking of Aaron while they were making Aaron? No.
Starting point is 00:47:30 Deal championship. I would hope not. Is that what you guys think about? He was trying to sack her. He did. He did. I took sex to the face. I got five one yet.
Starting point is 00:47:42 That says in that song. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. In 2025, it was a little different. So he wants to know how he can get her to change her mind of naming their kid Anthony. Yeah. Because he doesn't want his kid to be named after his words. The homie that stays at the dugout until his time. him take his shirt off.
Starting point is 00:48:04 Right. Such a hater. He doesn't want that guy to be the reason his kid's name is Anthony. I got it. Meanwhile, his other kid's name is Aaron. Named after the guy that would chase a quarterback. A legend. A legend.
Starting point is 00:48:19 Yeah. Okay. What should we do? All right. Jason. Jason. Jason. Jason. Jason.
Starting point is 00:48:26 Jason. Jason. Hey, good morning, guys. What are you guys going? What up Jason? Who are you named after? I'm actually named after an actor that my dad likes back in the day Jason born
Starting point is 00:48:37 Jason Statham No I wish Jason DeRulo Jason from like Jason the movie Jason like Jason like Jason X? No Rick Jason it's like an old actor from like the 50s or 60s
Starting point is 00:48:54 I don't know my dad my dad liked him a lot so All right Jason All right Jason, what would you tell Argy Felipe, who doesn't want his second kid named Anthony after Anthony Vanda from the Dodgers?
Starting point is 00:49:08 I mean, it's only fair. I mean, he got to name this kid, you know, Aaron Dolan, you know. I mean, not up to Aaron Dolan, you know, he has the goat. But, I mean, if I was going to name my kid after any Dodger, it would have been Freddy, you know, Freddie Freeman. Yeah. Yeah, true. You know, he wanted for them.
Starting point is 00:49:23 So, but, I mean, I can understand why, you know, Anthony. I mean, he's popular. He's a, you know, so I can understand why. But it's only fair. It's only, you know, it's only right. To let it be Anthony. It should stay Anthony. Yeah, let it be Anthony.
Starting point is 00:49:37 But it feels me, it'd be Freddie. Yeah. Yeah. Let it be little Anthony. I like Anthony. Little Tony. Freddy would be tight. I think I'm going to name, like, if I have another boy, I'm going to
Starting point is 00:49:48 like Freddy Cougar. Like Freddy Cougar? Theo. No, I'm not going to name Teosca. No, I'm not going to name. Shohi. No, Shohi is a dope name. you're remembering
Starting point is 00:50:01 you're afraid of you see what you did that he's you see what you did you did what would you call that that didn't that hasn't happened that hasn't happened
Starting point is 00:50:11 just do right now he knows why I said the Oscar yeah they just wagged each other why? We did not oh your girl thinks he's cute damn damn it maximum
Starting point is 00:50:23 damn I was trying to go this whole segment without bringing him up I was secretly rooting that they didn't sign him again. I forget about him. If it was Teoskad, it would be so specific. Yes. Whereas someone like Anthony or Freddie.
Starting point is 00:50:37 It's more broad. It's very broad. You know what I'm saying? Like, if it's Teoskot is for sure, because he's hot. I have a new strategy that I'm going to take if she continues her Teoskod fandom. What is it? I'm going to just be a bigger fan and I'm a creeper out. Oh my God, he looks to go.
Starting point is 00:50:53 Yeah, he does. Don't do that. You're going to ruin it for her first year. I hope so. I wonder what beard will you. His beard is shining today. That's a good one. That's a good strategy.
Starting point is 00:51:05 What could the things that she say? Your girl's saying. No, she's just like, like, it's just like the girl stuff. Oh, look, my man's up to bat. I'm like, your man is sitting right next to you, girl. What are you talking about? Oh, look, my man 37. Your man is number one.
Starting point is 00:51:17 I'm right here. Have you hit her with a. Teoska. It's so funny. The Dodgers are hilarious. You guys have a great time. Have you hit her with me or Teoska? No.
Starting point is 00:51:28 No. You don't want to know the answer. He's a millionaire. Oh, you know the answer right. And he's back this season, huh? Yeah. Two years. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:51:36 Another year. All right. Oh, he's your age, too. Oh. Damn. Damn. Damn. Damn.
Starting point is 00:51:44 Julie. In Long Beach. What's up, Julie? Hi, good morning, guys. Good morning. Julie, how are you this morning? Good. I see your nose.
Starting point is 00:51:57 Why are you laughing? I see your nose. See your notes. Go ahead and tell the world what you wanted to say. Because me and my daughter want to say something. Go ahead. Let's go, Eagles. Oh, no.
Starting point is 00:52:08 Hang up on him. Can you do it Eagles? She said, Fly Eagles, Fly in the notes. And Umberto probably got so happy. Our phone screener is also an Eagles fan. Yeah. I would say, you know, maybe go for it. Go, you know, just, you know, name the kid after Anthony.
Starting point is 00:52:27 you could always, you know, name the next kid after a model if, you know, it's a girl. Oh, my God. Get her back. He named his next kid, Lexi? What is that? Sky. Oh, Julie, what's your daughter's name? Her name is Judith.
Starting point is 00:52:45 Judith. What did you name her after? Michael Meyer is the sister. Oh, God. That's dark. All right, Julie. That's not true, Julie. Is that Jamie Lee Curtis's character?
Starting point is 00:52:57 No, it's the sister that... It's the one that RIP'd. Oh, wow. Why would you do that? Yeah. I don't know why he did that, but... Oh, you're mad to that? See what happens when you let men name your children, ladies?
Starting point is 00:53:12 Yeah, that's... Judy, Judy, how are you this morning, Judy? Hi, Judy. Hi, Judith. I just go to mine now. Oh, so you're so cute. You have a good dad's school. See bye
Starting point is 00:53:27 Julie and then when she's Playing with imaginary people In her room and saying that she's Drawing all these creepy pictures Is because you let your man Your man call her after a scary movie character Is it your favorite Holiday Halloween
Starting point is 00:53:42 I feel like she's Barely getting into the age where she's starting to know the holidays So Christmas just passed So you know she It's Christmas right now I got to take down my Christmas stuff, so that's all me. Julie, why did you not want to name her anything? Honestly, no.
Starting point is 00:54:04 I just, my first son, my son as well, his dad also named him. So I'm just like, nobody forgave me a chance to name my kids. Do you see how sad that is? Did you see how sad that is? And she carried her the whole time. And she's the one taking her to school right now. She's renamed them. Rename them.
Starting point is 00:54:22 She's going to baptize him. At least give her the middle name. All right, Julie. Julie, you have a good morning. What's up? I'm like, I named my pets, though. Oh, there are you. Look at that laugh.
Starting point is 00:54:34 Look at that. She's so cute. All right, Julie, you have a good morning. Judy, you have a great day at school, okay? Okay. Okay. Bye. Bye.
Starting point is 00:54:43 Hold on a line. Yeah, don't have. Stay on the light. Yeah, don't hear you. Yeah, don't know. Yeah. I never got to name anybody. That's sad.
Starting point is 00:54:53 That's really. That's what you guys put us through. Women. Stuff. You guys. What do you mean? Just men in general. And then we let you because we don't want you to leave us and we want you to care about the kid.
Starting point is 00:55:04 So we let you name the kid. Wow. That's very good. That's why it's Victor Jr. That's why it's Max with two X's. I wasn't going to give them three. Is that one my dad? Hoping that you care and them not to leave.
Starting point is 00:55:20 It's crazy. And someone you still leave. Some of you still leave. Wow. was like, I want to name my son Optimus Prime. You would let him? Oh, that's fire. That's fire.
Starting point is 00:55:28 That's cool. Optimus! At that point you're just... Yeah. That's my little api. And then you just say, roll out! Yeah. You would let him?
Starting point is 00:55:36 That's so cool. Jay. We got Jay, Jay, Jay on the line. Jay, what's up, Jay? Good morning, Brownback. Jay, Jay, you're at Seal Beach? Ooh. Seal Beach, yeah.
Starting point is 00:55:48 Jay, were you named after a letter of the alphabet? Or what were you named after? Or Jay Z? No, actually, I should have... Actually, my name is Jordan. I was named after the Jordan River in the Bible by my aunt. Nice. I like it.
Starting point is 00:55:59 After the Bible. Your aunt named you? Yeah, my aunt named me. Nice. That's cute. So we're just not letting any way. We're letting everybody go before mom. It's just the whole thing.
Starting point is 00:56:12 Hey, my neighbor named my kid. And not even like his sister, like his cousin. Mom was too tired. She had to hold me for nine months. She was too tired to talk. Aw. I imagine she wakes up and says like, oh, who named my kid? What's his name?
Starting point is 00:56:24 What's his name? hilarious. Okay. All right, Jay. What would you tell Felipe? Felipe has a girl. They have a two-year-old. They named the two-year-old after this guy,
Starting point is 00:56:34 Aaron Donald. He's a big Rams fan. So he loves Aaron Donald. He did so much for the team. They won a Super Bowl, all of that. And he said, let me name our first and you can name our second. Now they're having their second.
Starting point is 00:56:45 And then he's tripping. He's like, oh, my God, I take it back. I don't want you to name him. But what if we double or nothing? If the Rams go to the Super Bowl, We both named the kid, aka I'm going to name him again. Right. And then the next kid you name, and she was like, okay.
Starting point is 00:56:59 And then the Rams lost. So then she's like, oh, I'm going to name our son, Anthony. Because Bundy took his shirt off. Ah! And so he's upset. He's like, how do I make it so that my girl does not name our second child, Anthony? And that's what he wanted to know. Well, first off, it shouldn't be named after no of the man but the man of the son.
Starting point is 00:57:21 So he should be junior off top. Right. Then you should have been junior off top too. Well, I should have been a junior, but, you know, that wasn't up to my mom or my dad. Obviously. Jay, Jay, I'm sorry. I'm not trying to invoke any of your trauma. No to that, brother.
Starting point is 00:57:43 But I do think that idea is good. Like, hey, just forget all. Just say you want a junior. Yeah. Yeah. That's it. That's it. It's easy.
Starting point is 00:57:52 Just simple. There you go. Can't nobody be mad? If dad can't be mad, mom has to deal with it. You all have to deal with it? You know, you know Felipe don't like his name, though. Yeah. Because he would have named his first kid, Felipe.
Starting point is 00:58:04 Yeah, true. Dang. But that is the, like, hey, if you don't want Anthony, you got to run for the junior. Yeah. Nah. No. Nah. What is the answer then?
Starting point is 00:58:16 Optimus Prime. You got to find a better Dodger. A better Dodger. Okay. So Freddie. So Freddie? Freddie? Or maybe you're just going to start pitching her in
Starting point is 00:58:26 Mooki. Mookie's a good one. It's not up to you guys. Well, it can be. Now it is. For us, we're basing it out stats. Okay, also, aren't you guys all about like bets and stuff like that? Mookie beds?
Starting point is 00:58:39 No, no, no, just like betting and like all that stuff. Like, oh, a bet's a bet. She won. She did. He doesn't want to lose. Double or nothing. He's like triple or nothing. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:58:47 Oh, my God. How many kids are they going to have? I know. Just because of bets. He's in debt right now. I hope you're This is your real name If not
Starting point is 00:58:58 I'm a beat up Umberto Vanilla Ice Hello Hi brown bag Vanilla that's your name That is legit my legal name All my birth certificate
Starting point is 00:59:09 Wow I like that Let's go Vanilla You know what's crazy I've been trying to call you guys Forever to always win tickets And I was like man It would love my name to be so unique
Starting point is 00:59:20 But I finally got through But not for tickets Oh Okay, Vanilla, talk to her Yeah, talk to me Do you know what the origin of your name is? Oh, well, see, my mom, she's Samoan, so And that's her name, too.
Starting point is 00:59:35 Oh, wow. Oh, so you're a junior. I'm actually the third. You're Vanilla the third. No way you're Vanilla the third, bro. On everything I love, that is my great grandma's name. What? And then my mom did it in mine.
Starting point is 00:59:51 That sounds like a rapper name. That's a Samoan thing? It is a rapper of vanilla. Yes. Yes. I would think it's a French thing. Get it? French vanilla.
Starting point is 00:59:58 Yes. Oh, my God. She's so cute. That is funny. That was a good one. I've heard all the jokes, but I've never heard that one. Wow. Wow.
Starting point is 01:00:09 And she's being sarcastic. No, no. No, no. I'm not being sarcastic. I swear to you. I love you. I've not being sarcastic. I've heard all the jokes you can think of since I was a kid.
Starting point is 01:00:18 And that's the first one I've ever, that's the first time I've ever heard that. Did they have. Did the jokes ever hurt your feelings? When I was a kid, I hated my name. I used to hate it. I ain't going to lie. I used to cry daily. I grew up around a lot of Hispanics, you know, Latinos.
Starting point is 01:00:32 And, you know, it was different for them. So I heard all the, and I'm really light-complexed, too, to top it off. So, yeah, I heard it all. Oh, you look vanilla. Yes. Yeah. Would they call you Vainia? Yes.
Starting point is 01:00:47 Because my dad is Hispanic, so, yes, my Hispanics, I did, yes. Wow. Did your dad, was your dad okay, naming you Vanilla? So, interesting story for one day they named me. My mom didn't even have a choice. No, they didn't have a choice on naming me. My grandma named him. They had no stay in me.
Starting point is 01:01:05 I've never heard of them. So we just don't let any moms pick names. Everybody's like, you just meet a guy on the street. Hey, kid, hey, guy, you want to name my kid? His mom's not. Yeah. All right. Vanilla, you're so sweet.
Starting point is 01:01:18 That's a cool. I didn't mean like that I mean you're like What would you tell? What would you tell Felipe? Well, I would tell Felipe He shouldn't name the child And I would highly suggest for the mama
Starting point is 01:01:32 To have her input Because, you know, later on the life You're going to dwell on it like, dang, I should have just named my baby To see, the thing for me And my husband is he names all the boys And I name all the girls And we came up with that when we had our first kids 17 years ago
Starting point is 01:01:47 I have no daughters at all. Yeah. I feel like that's what's happening to me. I'm like, okay, I've had the girl's name in the tuck for years. Have I had the girl? No. Right, right.
Starting point is 01:02:00 See? So I would suggest to the mother, name your baby. Name your baby, especially since he named the first one, you got the second one. Yeah. We do all the work. We carry the baby. We go through that hard labor and they just sit there, take naps. You know, we do the work.
Starting point is 01:02:15 No, yeah, the women really go through like a lot. A lot. It's like a rocky road kind of. So annoying. You're so annoying. And if they don't talk about it is the after pregnancy that we deal with, too. You know, when we come home from the hospital, we deal with all that. Yeah. Say something else.
Starting point is 01:02:31 Go ahead. They deal with babies since they're little beans. Little beans? Vanilla beans? Yeah. Yeah. Vanilla beans? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:02:42 He's liking them. He's liking them. Where's your brain from? Sherbert joke. Go, I know you got it. No. What is your flavor of choice when you go into an ice cream parlor?
Starting point is 01:02:56 Rocky Road. Rocky Road. Rocky Road. I don't like vanilla ice cream. No. All right, vanilla. Thank you, thank you so much for calling.
Starting point is 01:03:04 Don't hang up. Don't hang up. Don't hang up. He's so cute. She's so sweet. I know. She really is. Her name is really vanilla.
Starting point is 01:03:14 Yeah, she's really cool. Yeah, like you said, so sweet. Okay When you say it I didn't hit Ruth Oh you're girl Nope
Starting point is 01:03:23 Ruth My little firefighter My little firefighter Ruth Talk to us What would you tell Felipe Momasa
Starting point is 01:03:33 Just wait for you know Your girl goes to sleep Hey Honestly We after birth You know We'd be tired And don't want to deal
Starting point is 01:03:42 With nothing Just like Like hey baby You know Like let me just choose The name Right quick Sign it
Starting point is 01:03:46 Boom boom boom And then that's it It's a Dandada. Like, it's a big deal, you know? And I said, honestly, when I went through birth and I wanted to give my baby a name or whatever, I always was like, I don't even say, I don't even say, I arguing nobody right now. Like, just do it, you know? I get what you're saying. We're literally exhausted.
Starting point is 01:04:04 Exhausted. And then not only that, like, okay, Anthony Banda, okay, you know, he's cute, whatever, but, like, come on. I mean, shout out my cousin's son, your cousin's name's Anthony. but that's a common name. Why don't you want to give your baby a different name? You know what I mean? Oh, it's a basic name. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:04:24 Go more one of one. Yeah, not only that, but like, mostly, high-key. And let me just be the doubles advocate real quick. And don't hate me, guys. What if it's like an essence name? You know what I mean? And it's like, oh. Wow, Ruth.
Starting point is 01:04:37 You're right. See, that's how guys get you. You're right, Ruth. I know you're a little toxic guy. That probably happened to you, too. That's how guys get you to let them choose the boy's name. Because literally any name on a toxic guy. Any name you choose, that's a guy.
Starting point is 01:04:49 Who's your ex? Yeah. Who's your ex that's named that? Ruth, you're right. Thank you for giving us the intel. Thank you, Ruth. Thank you, Ruth. You're so good at devil advocacy.
Starting point is 01:04:59 She gave us an intel. No, bro. That gives me trauma is triggering me. We're going to name my oldest, Stephen, after one of his dad's friends that passed away. His dad's friend passed away. So he's like, hey, can we name our kid, Stephen? And I was like, cool. his the whole time in my tummy i'm like oh step and you talk to it oh steven you like
Starting point is 01:05:22 you like your ex what yes i'm like what i was with you you want to do you want to do this full that what the heck yeah no way yeah so he ended up being a junior damn sure i'm like i feel him i feel him shut up because when y'all name girls yeah we get talking to yeah yeah i would think that no i'm picking the name i'm making the name i'm creating the name out of nowhere so whatever all right well now I'm traumatized. Anyone want to go with anyone else? Go with Alyssa. Yeah, let's go with Alyssa.
Starting point is 01:05:49 Alyssa. Alyssa. Lisa. Hey. Hey. What's up, Alyssa? My name is Melissa. Oh, Melissa.
Starting point is 01:06:00 I'm sorry. Melissa. Don't play me. I'm sorry. Who are you named after Melissa? No, so I don't know. My mom's just named me Melissa. But my kids, actually, I need my daughter.
Starting point is 01:06:13 So my daughter's name is Emery Melissa. and my son is named after his dad my husband's name is Oscar my son is Oscar Oh you put your middle your kids, you put your names in their middle names Yeah Got it
Starting point is 01:06:29 Ah That's what I did And so what do you have to say to Felipe Who doesn't want his kid named Anthony after Anthony Banda Well first of all I think it's kind of wild and crazy That he wants to pick The guy's like he wants to choose the name for all his kids
Starting point is 01:06:47 like does his not have like a say and and a while that he's like it seems like he has like a man crush on the community that he wants to pick for his kids. Yeah oh for sure he has a man crush the guys the way they get about their favorite
Starting point is 01:07:04 player it's for sure man crush. How do the guys get about that Mets player or the Knicks player? Oh yeah. Jalen Brunson. Yeah they're the fools love this yeah yeah they get off they're proposed to him yeah So, Alyssa, yes, you're right, it's weird.
Starting point is 01:07:17 Yeah. I'm right with you there. Why not her choose a dude from the football team? Why not her choose one of the guys that she likes on there then, if that's the case? It's all based on stats. She probably like football, but she thinks And hebanda's fine. That's the difference. Oh, well, then there.
Starting point is 01:07:35 Why'd you give your kids your name as middle names and not as actual names? Oh, well, it is actually. My husband, so my first born, his name's Isaiah Oscar, but he goes by his middle name. He doesn't like his first name. And we picked Isaiah just because of the Bible. And then my daughter, I work at a, I'm a preschool teacher, so I just like, I like the name Emery. And I was the name her Melissa, but then I thought it was kind of weird, like when I have to reprimand her and be yelling at her, like, Melissa, like, sit down. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:08:14 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And yeah, I don't want to get the PTSD from like back in the day with all the middle name. Okay, I get you. Yeah. And you're saying like it's just weird period. They're naming these kids after men period like that are not in the family or in the Bible.
Starting point is 01:08:34 Or in the Bible. Like that's just like weird. Like then they're going to grow up and they're like, yeah, I'm named after this dude. I'm like, why? Yeah. See, son, at that time, I had a man crush on him. No, he got like 78 sacks. Yeah, man.
Starting point is 01:08:51 To the face. Hey, yo. I got five on a name. He's made after Oscar de la Jolla. No way. No, you're trolling. Wait, but then you passed down the name. You're trolling.
Starting point is 01:09:05 No, you did it. Oh, but I didn't know. I didn't know that. I didn't know that until I didn't put two and two videos. No way I have no comment How old's your man? I'm 30
Starting point is 01:09:22 He's 30 Is he like fishing? Stop it You better stop it right now You better stop that right now Stop it Anyways Alyssa You have a good morning
Starting point is 01:09:32 Melissa I'm sorry Alyssa It's because it wouldn't change your name Right in the dog It's okay Melissa thank you so much For calling in And for saying
Starting point is 01:09:39 No man should be named After another man unless they're from the Bible or a golden boy fighter. You better stop. Who's a legend? Who's a legend? An L.A. legend. Fast.
Starting point is 01:09:50 100%. What he does on his own time is his own time. I don't care. I'll just look at the stats. Ignore that part. Yeah. Bye. Is that your baby?
Starting point is 01:10:01 Is that your baby? Is it Oscar? Or is that Emory? It's Emery. Emery. Emery. Emory. Emory. Oscar.
Starting point is 01:10:08 No, Emery, Melissa. Oh, my bad. Yeah. Emery was that a name of a kid at the school? Because you said you're a teacher. Yeah, she was a little girl at my, at the school I was teaching at. And then I looked it up and her name means brave and powerful. What did Isaiah do in the Bible?
Starting point is 01:10:31 Maximo. A lot of things. No, tell us. Tell us because you'd like to throw the Bible at us. He was locked up and then he had visions. To help the king? Didn't he have a, wasn't he a shepherd? Melissa, what did Isaiah do in the Bible?
Starting point is 01:10:50 Oh. Are naming their kids after football players? How many wins professionally did Oscar the Lawyer have? Yeah, Google it, Google it. What did I say it do? I told you. What? He was locked up and he had visions and he helped the king.
Starting point is 01:11:10 Like A-Con? So now he's A-Con. Yeah. Oh, name my kid A-Con? Lion. Lion. I think the best answer we got to help Felipe is to ask for a junior. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:11:22 Yeah. Or to. It's so boring. Yeah, nah. Don't do that. Find a better dodger. So, are you know what sometimes?
Starting point is 01:11:30 Okay, so this is a thing. Like sometimes we go Google Gaga over someone that we've never met. He should have his girl meet Anthony Banda. And he likes him. He was like super regular. Yeah. Because my mom used to love Juan Gabriel.
Starting point is 01:11:42 Love Juan Gabriel. Mm-hmm. Like in love. In love. with Long Garberde. Like, that's your dad. And I'm like, that's weird to how. But like, like had movies, documentaries, books, all of that.
Starting point is 01:11:53 Wow. And then we ran upon him when he went to do a radio interview one day. And then after that, she just stopped talking about him. And I was like, oh, okay, you met him and then you're good. Oh, that's true. So maybe it just kills the. The spark. Yes.
Starting point is 01:12:05 Because they become real. He was like, no me talk. Oh, he was? Yeah. And don't know my photo. That's how he said it. That's what you did. RIP.
Starting point is 01:12:16 RIP. So maybe she just needs to meet Anthony Vanda. Or she can meet my homie that looks like him. Go to the Monabelle. She won't know the difference. Yeah, I'm trying to help Felipe. You guys have not said anything to help him. I think the junior thing is good.
Starting point is 01:12:29 I'm saying he has to be more obsessed with Anthony Banda than she is. Or offer her other Anthony's. Carmelo? Anthony Hopkins? So that you and your brain can like, okay, this is this Anthony. Oh, he should flip it. Be like, I love Carmelo Anthony. and then just keep it that way
Starting point is 01:12:46 and she's going to be annoyed like oh that's not what I mean okay well there you go we helped you full I hope you're your kid Anthony bro what's the worst I can happen right nothing I like that name Anthony is a great name
Starting point is 01:12:57 every Anthony I know amazing and my cousin Anthony we call him Tonyito and that's such a cool name yeah my nephew's name my nephew's name Anthony really yeah the comments on the home we help lane that we put up
Starting point is 01:13:08 Round 5 Mornings 106 it's funny which one's your favorite it's just funny that you guys get so upset over the baby naming. It's a real thing, though. It's serious business. Yeah, it is serious business.
Starting point is 01:13:22 Because you got to call him that name for the rest of his life. Yeah. The rest of your life. Yeah. And then it's just finding out everybody's name. I was supposed to be named Juan Sebastian. But my aunt named one of my cousins, Juan. And my mom said she just took out Joan because it sounded too similar to one.
Starting point is 01:13:41 Joanne, Juan, Juan, Juan, yeah, it's just so. People have beef over names too. Yeah. I know my mom was supposed to name my sister, Brianna, Crystal, and then this other lady named her. She always tells me, like, this lady named her daughter, Crystal, before, so now I had to name her Brianna. And I'm just like, oh, so she had, like, a consolation name.
Starting point is 01:14:03 Like, yeah, it's like the second pick name. But, like, it's like, after that, she's like, yeah, I'm going to talk to her to Mark, you know. I also knew a few people who, like, they were born and their parents. spared their name wrong because they were so tired. Oh, that happened. Like they misspelled their names. My mom. My mom with my sister.
Starting point is 01:14:21 You're supposed to be Banji? No, no, no, no, with my sister Janelle. They spelled it with the Y-Y-A-N-E-L. And it was supposed to be Janette. What? Hold on. There's a lot of names. I know.
Starting point is 01:14:32 And her middle name was supposed to be Elisabeth, but they named her Lisbeth. So it's supposed to be Janet? It was supposed to be Janet Lisbeth. I mean, Elizabeth. Janet turned into Janette? Janelle. You're way off. Why did they go back and fix it?
Starting point is 01:14:48 I don't know. I don't think you can. I think it's like Loki set in stone Loki. Janel. I don't know. Because the birth certificate lady comes in the room. He's like, it was the baby name.
Starting point is 01:14:58 And then if you're asleep, they'll let the dad do all of this stuff. Wait, they don't give you, I don't remember. And honestly, why do you wait until your baby's born to name it? You should know the baby's name going in. You should name it before. So it's not a piece of paper that they get.
Starting point is 01:15:12 of you and then you fill it out? I have no idea. They put it in the computer. Yeah. They have someone that is from, I guess, the birth certificate place that has a little office at the hospital. Yeah. After your... She comes in with a little kiosk.
Starting point is 01:15:24 Yeah. She wears it. What's the baby's name? Okay, here's sign here. That's it? Wow. And then, like, that's why Ruth was saying, well, she's asleep. Dad, you name the kid with the birth certificate lady and then it's too bad once the baby's born.
Starting point is 01:15:38 Yeah. That's why a lot of dads, like, end up winning that battle. Yep. Because they'll be asleep? Yes. And then what they, you know how they have the baby in that little baby bed thing? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:15:50 And they have a little paper that says boy girl, date, birth, whatever. And it'll be like baby whatever your last name. If it's not named yet. Wow. Okay. What's his baby name? I don't know.
Starting point is 01:16:04 Just go into it naming your kid, lady. I feel like you should. You have nine months to prep a name. I know. They got to find that. When Ruth was like, oh, you'll be too exhausted and name it. Bril, go in naming it. Don't name it after the baby's born.
Starting point is 01:16:16 The thing is, you got to find that kioslady before. Where's the pierced lady? Come here, lady. I'm going to give you this name right here before I pass out. Right now. They should start doing that, actually. Yeah. That's what I think.
Starting point is 01:16:28 How hard is it to change the name, too? I'm sure it's a process. No, it's pretty tough because then they think there could be people that are scammers. Not like anyone in here, but maybe like someone. Yeah. And that could change your name to then do other stuff. Because it's not the person ticket if you had to change the social. You'll change everything.
Starting point is 01:16:46 And now your uncle can't use the social. Yep. And then things like that happen. And now like your credit's bad. Yeah. For no reason. But yeah, if you do a typo in that moment, then that's your name for the rest of your life then. That's crazy.
Starting point is 01:16:58 Yeah. There's a lot of typos out there. Okay. All right. Well, we did that. We're past that. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:17:04 Yeah. That baby's name is going to be Anthony. Okay. Yeah. And for Enni Banda. I like Clayton. Wow. I like Shohey.
Starting point is 01:17:10 Yeah. but it's not what you like, it's what the mom like. And clearly answering all the calls, we have not let a mom pick her kid's name. None of the call is true. My neighbor named them. Crazy. All right. You got to answer our one-liners, though.
Starting point is 01:17:27 You have to tell us where and what Disney movie this one-liner comes from, okay? On the line, we got Desiree from Fontana. Desiree. Hi, Desiree. Good morning. Desire, you going for the commanders because that one dude is from Fontana? No. Okay.
Starting point is 01:17:46 What's your team? Oh, for what? Football, football. She's like me. It's Raiders. Raiders. Let's go. Would you name one of your kids after a Raider?
Starting point is 01:18:00 Absolutely not. Name him Raider? Max Crosby has a ring to it. Moss was on the Raiders, no? Who? Randy. Randy. Randy.
Starting point is 01:18:08 Randy Moss? Yeah. Shut of Randy. All right. You have Disneyland tickets on the line, okay? We got a five-pack. You got to tell us where this one-liner is from, okay? What movie?
Starting point is 01:18:18 Are you ready? Are you ready? Okay, here we go. Some people are worth melting for. Sounds scary. It does. Some people are worth melting for. Oh, that's so cute.
Starting point is 01:18:31 Five, four, three, two, one. Desiree. Yeah, I can't hear it. It sounds weird. It's okay, we told you. Wow. Some people are worth melting for. Five.
Starting point is 01:18:45 Play it one more time. Four, three, two, one. I don't know. Is it frozen? Hmm. I don't know. Some people are worth melting for. Did you Google that?
Starting point is 01:19:05 No. I really can't even hear it. Why? She get here, let they say it perfectly fine. Yeah. Let her be. She won. Winning is winning. Congratulations.
Starting point is 01:19:18 You're going. Cut up. Thank you guys. You're welcome. Stop. Stop, Maximo. You're only hating because you do the same. I know fraud when I see fraud.
Starting point is 01:19:27 Yeah. Because you do it all the time? Maxi, you want to play? Me? Yeah. Let's do it. Oh. Oh.
Starting point is 01:19:39 I'm a cry. I can't hear it. What is it? I can't hear it. You can't hear it. I can't hear it. No, why he got to go like that? No.
Starting point is 01:19:48 That's such a good bar. It is. Blanking. Wow. Yeah. All right, Pink Jamesville Jones. It's harder now. I can't believe.
Starting point is 01:19:56 Scar did that, man. Are you ready, Vic? Yeah. Ohana means family. Family means nobody gets left behind. That's like three lines. That's a long line. I'm not the one that got it.
Starting point is 01:20:11 That is Stitch from Lilo and Stitch. Yeah. Well, yeah. We take the whole movie. Angelica. If you're going hard enough left, you'll find yourself turning right. That's two sentences. What?
Starting point is 01:20:24 I don't know. Wait, what did that mean? I'm not the one who said it. Was that a political statement? Never. No. Have you guys turned to? If you're going hard enough left, you'll find yourself turning right.
Starting point is 01:20:36 Lefty gumplay, of course. He should actually use that. I don't know. No? No. What is it? Can I see it? Cachow.
Starting point is 01:20:46 Cars. Carros. Oh, yeah. Which that would have been a one-liner. I said you guys, make sure you know what one-liners are. Yeah, clearly. Yeah, Jose. You don't.
Starting point is 01:20:55 Greg. Greg, your turn. Your identity is your most valuable possession. Protect it. Oh, stop right there. Oh, my God. These are hard. Star Wars?
Starting point is 01:21:05 Your identity is your most valuable possession. Oh, I know. I know. I know. I know. Anybody? Me. Me.
Starting point is 01:21:12 Me. Me. Me. Teacher. Me. Do you guys know? Descendants? Reckett Ralph?
Starting point is 01:21:16 Angie? Incredibles. Yes. Incredible. What part? Bam. What part is that from? Well, a part about when she's giving the mask.
Starting point is 01:21:23 Where she's super thick. To she got that dog. Oh, yeah. She had that. Why does Jose have a mizek a stretch? What does Jose have a nowhere? Whoa. How did you get that so fast?
Starting point is 01:21:36 All right. Yeah, she do. Well, we're going to do. They didn't do this. Congratulations. I am elastic. I'm a little more. I'm a little more elastic on that.
Starting point is 01:21:43 I played the audio because How elastic is it, girl? That's crazy. Are you done? I'll stay in at the theme, so weird, because you're saying it and no one knows what you're looking at. And I'm talking,
Starting point is 01:21:54 so you're just saying how elastic. There's an action figure of elastic girl here. It's so weird. You're such a creep, dude. What's up? This is Be Real from Cypress Hill. Where are you from, Esse? Don't you know I'm local?
Starting point is 01:22:07 Yesterday, Donald Trump's first day in office, he made sure that we knew that he is not playing when it comes to illegal immigration. Okay, this is a hot topic. I have personal feelings about this. We all have personal feelings about this. I think our audience, our families, our friends. When you hear that, you're like, ooh.
Starting point is 01:22:28 Which either, whatever side you land on it, there's a feeling that you have towards this subject specifically. He declared illegal immigration a national emergency. We saw yesterday that there was an act. that essentially I guess during the Biden era there was an app that went up at the border should you be requesting a legal way to get in you request I guess some sort of meeting or appointment with the border and so you get you get this app and it gives you that that was shut down yesterday any future any any appointments you had were canceled any ones that you previously went to everything was kind of shut down because Trump is not playing when it comes to that also saying that birthright citizenship gone doesn't work It's not happening. We talked of yesterday on the show how that kind of made us feel guilty in a sense because there are many of us or people that we know that, yeah, your parents may not have been
Starting point is 01:23:22 from here. You were born here. All you know is America. So to be told someone else in the same situation won't be called American is a little bit off-putting, right? Yeah. Those, I think, are definitely going to be fought within the court system. I don't think that.
Starting point is 01:23:36 I think it's not, we're going to see the resistance to something like that. It's a process. However, because all of this stuff is going on and immigration is a hot topic, you know, he did call cartels, terror. He called them terrorist groups. Which almost as I'm looking at it and as I'm hearing people talk about it, it kind of, I know you're trying to keep people from coming to the country, but let's say I'm from an area where there is cartels and now you've called them terrorists. Now you give me my reason for asylum because now I'm fleeing terror. True. You know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 01:24:10 So it's just like all of these things are tricky. And also it's like what you think you're doing, you're actually not really doing. You're actually helping people that are trying to come across. Or maybe you want to help the people that are trying to come across battling the terrorist group that you have now named as these Mexican cartels. So it's just a very like, I don't know, whichever way you want to rah-rah, if it's left, right, in the middle, whatever. This is a very, very big situation. I care a lot and have huge empathy for our immigrant community. Yeah, wherever you come from.
Starting point is 01:24:41 It's not just Mexico that they come from. It's not just South America. It's not just Latinos that make it their way here as an immigrant. It's all over the world that come to the USA. And empathy is when it doesn't, like it's not something you go through, but you can see how someone going through it can suffer and you feel for that person. Often when it comes to these things, if it don't affect me, I don't care about it, right? So often when you hear people are like, oh yeah, it's illegals and they're bad people, you may not really know someone going through it because I guarantee you if you were to talk to someone that's going through it, it's your friend, it's your family, it's your, it's your coworker.
Starting point is 01:25:22 Have a conversation with them. Talk to them about their struggle and what they are doing here and all of that stuff. You would have a little bit more empathy versus you saw it like as a blind item or like on a document or on something that's more theoretical in your life than it actually is like it's not happening to you. Exactly. So, say all of that to say, with all of that, there's fear. There's fear that's very real. You know, we had this wildfire situation, and during the wildfire situation, there were reports that there was ice sweeps out here or checkpoints. Those turned out to be false and reportedly a hoax. The fear was still real. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. So it's like, to me, it's like, don't play like that. Whoever's like popping those things up, oh, now there's, like, you just added something that didn't need to be added into it already, the atmosphere. Yeah, and stealing fear is dangerous in general that triggers, you know, certain people's conditions. If it's anxiety, now somebody might, you know, have an anxiety attack, not be able to breathe. You know, takes a toll on, you know, maybe they have a bad heart or a bad organ, whatever organ it is.
Starting point is 01:26:34 It just causes like a domino effect of just like, just by people spreading false rumor. Yeah, people fear going to work as well. Yeah, even today. A domino effect because it's like they're fearing going to work. Now that takes away from the money they make to bring them back to their families and now they're struggling. It just ends up being like a domino effect in many ways. And meanwhile, yeah, people are like, don't worry about it.
Starting point is 01:26:55 He's just trying to get rid of the criminals. And it was like, I understand that. But when all of us have been labeled the criminals, even if not from him, but from people that may have extremely supported him. Yeah. And you look at maximum walking down the street, you're not like, oh, that's not the one he's talking about. Oh, that is the one he's talking about because we've all gotten in some way, shape, or form that prejudice on us. And people are going to fake that and like emphasize it and make like fake news about it.
Starting point is 01:27:21 And just it's going to scare a lot of people. Yes. They do it for like views and clicks and stuff. Yeah. But also I feel like what we're also not thinking about is the boldness, it can give certain people. Yes. that, you know, just regular everyday people that can be like, hey, I'm going to call immigration on you. I'm going to call ICE on you.
Starting point is 01:27:41 The permission it gives to others. And I think that's in any case. I also am very like, for example, during the wildfires, we talked about this on the radio. When there was a family that was helping their family in Altadina, they happened to be black. They were helping their family move stuff from inside. And there were accounts that have a large following that can be very racist. and just posted a video on no caption or even posted and be like,
Starting point is 01:28:08 hey, look, it's always the usual suspects or whatever. And whether they said it or not, everybody's mind goes, oh, they're looting. No, they're helping their family. But the prejudice that you instantly feel entitled to give out and throw out into the world,
Starting point is 01:28:24 it's horrible. That family was going through the house going on fire. Now they have to go through being tagged and going viral for being told that they are looters. Yeah, because the intention behind the post was, like, they purposely have. They're trying to get engagement. Yeah. And it's very unfortunate or just spread the hate and people feel like they have permission now to do that.
Starting point is 01:28:46 Or you have permission and now say some extra outwardly stuff because this stuff is happening. In no way, shape, or form. And am I trying to be like, hey, you voted for this or how dare you? We all voted for who we voted for if you went out to vote. You know, he did make a mention of how big the Latino vote was for him. this time and it's it's what it is I can't I can't I can't I can't come at you for your ideals and your beliefs for being that however the ramifications on our Latino community is very real and that's just something we can't look across I can't I can't turn a blind eye to the
Starting point is 01:29:22 Latinos that actually have fear because of this you know and I'm telling you from someone that honestly I don't have that much on my personal fear like my my dad was granted amnesty my mom is a citizen. My dad's a resident. They had me here. Like I don't have the like, oh, my parents are, or I came, I'm a DACA recipient, but my heart goes out to them when I met my husband. And it's crazy because I was, it was leading up to Trump's first term. And I was really thinking about trying to just, I guess, see his perspective on things. Yeah. And then I'm also just like thinking of the perspective of the people that look like me, that look like my dad, that look like our family and stuff like that. And that was, I guess, I had made a podcast episode on it. Yeah. And my husband at that
Starting point is 01:30:09 point, we're just homies. When we went on our first date, that was a topic of conversation. And that's when he told me that he's a dreamer. And like, you know, it felt really, I guess, he appreciated a lot that someone that wasn't in the position understood and had that type of like, and then, hey, let me tell you what I did go through. Let me tell you how I found out. Let me tell you how tough life was for me. Let me tell you how I still have to pay all these taxes. Let me tell you how like all of this and it gave me perspective because a lot of times we operate being like, they're illegal, they don't pay anything. They much of us. Right? Because again, you don't have, you've never taken the time to speak to somebody that's going through it and understand that part.
Starting point is 01:30:47 And see that lifestyle, you know? So it was really eye-opening to me. I say all of that to say, right now there's been a threat to, oh, there's going to be raids in Los Angeles in Chicago and New York, all the major cities, right? As soon as Trump's in the presidency because he has promised like a major immigration reform and while I did hear him say I'm going after like people if you committed a crime and stuff like that
Starting point is 01:31:10 which is very understanding I think all of us understand you too we're also not like ah let's take over the USA and just let everybody be do crimes right it's just you don't someone just going to look at you and think that it's the way it's promoted yeah it's the way it's pushed because like you said like we
Starting point is 01:31:27 we know that he's like saying like, hey, we're going after criminals or people with records. But like the way it's promoted is promoted with hate. Yeah. Oh, yeah, for sure. And that's what leads to that. Yeah. And in the same way, like, people try to say like, oh, they're coming here to, like, use our
Starting point is 01:31:44 resources and do this and do that. It's like, there's American people that do that and, you know, hustle the system as well. So it's like, there's always, like, bad apples in, but we shouldn't like. We shouldn't be, like, identified as that bad part of who everyone has. has in their community. 100% However, I wanted to speak to those people that do have that fear
Starting point is 01:32:05 and they are saying people are not showing up to work today because they said on Tuesday it's going to happen and what some things that you can do should something happen. First of all, should someone come to your home and say they're an ICE agent or maybe there's also been reports that they'll say that they're like
Starting point is 01:32:20 pizza delivery people, right? In order to get you to open the door. They cannot legally come into your home. Even if the door's open. Even if the door's open and that sometimes like I've read stories. that your doors open so they'll step in kind of to have intimidation you can have them step out you have to ask them for a warrant they have to have to have a warrant to talk to you or to any side not talk to you but to have any type of that type of engagement with you read the warrant make sure that it's signed by a judge make sure that it has all of those details on it and know that you can also not speak you know sometimes we're like if this is your situation and you're in great fear and they start interrogating you.
Starting point is 01:33:02 You can say I have the right to remain silent. I can get a lawyer. You can say that those are your rights to be able to say that. Often you may even try to seem like, oh, you, Loki, if you're scared, you'll lie, or you'll bring up something that's not real. That's going to be used against you. Versus silence, let me see the warrant, let me look through the warrant, and ask for an attorney. You know, it's just like if someone were to try to get into anyone's house with the warrant,
Starting point is 01:33:29 They can't do that. Yeah. And they would have to show you through the door or through the screen or through something of that nature. You'll see like the false videos of like the FBI knocking down doors and stuff like that. And you'll see like, high stage agents knock down door. And it's like, so that's actually good to know. It also says do not sign anything at all. Yeah, that's the big thing.
Starting point is 01:33:46 Regardless of what paperwork they show you don't sign anything. Because then you don't know what it is. Right. And you don't know what you're agreeing to. You may again in the moment they're intimidating. You're like any authority, low key is intimidating. You come in and you start telling them your life story. And they just ask you what your name.
Starting point is 01:33:59 It's just like when you're driving in a cop behind you, like you still sense like tens up. You feel guilty even though you haven't really done anything. So just I guess stand in that confidence that you do have rights even if you happen to be in that situation. I hope that can provide some type of solace because even at your work, you know, even if they come through to your work, same thing. You do not have to speak like you don't have to answer what you don't want to answer. You can ask for an attorney. Do not sign anything. Be sure of that.
Starting point is 01:34:29 don't accept, not that don't accept it, but if you know that you're here and you're providing a good, you're providing, you're not these quote unquote criminals, I do think that it's worth you giving it a fighting chance. And I know that that's scary. Yeah. And I know that your future has always been uncertain and you live in that uncertainty. You live in that darkness of I shouldn't be here. I can only understand that anxiety, that stress and everything. And I have nothing but complete empathy for anybody that's going through that. And should somebody feel upset at us for caring enough about our community to say, hey, you know what?
Starting point is 01:35:06 Guys are wrong. Here are some things that you can do. 100%. I don't mind. I don't mind that at all. And also if you're a business owner, you're able to create signs for specific areas to say this is a private area. This is in public space. So if the ice would have come, they could only go to a public space, like a restaurant or anything.
Starting point is 01:35:27 If there's something that's labeled private, they can't go in there. A private property. Yep. Yeah, no trespassing or something. No trespassing. Yep. Know the rules because they know the rules and they kind of expect you don't. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:35:38 Oh, for sure. And already, I guess the temperament and, yeah, they'll push it. They'll push it to the limit. Get yourself an attorney. And more than anything, think of a plan. Get your documents together. Have emergency numbers. If you have kids, just know who you can call.
Starting point is 01:35:53 There's schools, all of that. It may feel weird because you're also thinking like, dang, I'm preparing for the worst in my situation. But yeah, at least so when that worst word happened, you have some sort of, I guess, confidence in like I have, I know what I'm going to do versus just being shaky about everything. So, yeah, yeah, it's a tough time. I don't think while we all may misconstrue certain words, certain legislature, certain, I guess, acts where we may misconstrue it, that fear that it's giving you is real. And I want to make sure that you know that your fear is valid. And I'm just trying my best to help you feel comforted.
Starting point is 01:36:32 And I guess as plan ahead as possible, you know? Yeah. So yeah. It's a big combo. It is. And unfortunately it happens in our community a lot. Latinos, Mexicans, South American, Central Americans. I was going to say South Centralans.
Starting point is 01:36:49 But South American, Central Americans. But it's not just us. No. You know what I'm saying? Different countries. Yeah. He has many thoughts? I mean, a lot.
Starting point is 01:36:58 Like it is, no, it is, it is a big combo. And it's like kind of like to what you were speaking earlier, it's like we can see if, even if it's not us directly, it's like we look at our, you know, family members or friends of family that are undocumented. It's like, bro, they're just like this. Like, you know what I'm saying? And I feel like sometimes like the people and, you know, making these laws or, you know, creating these orders, it's like they don't have any relatability, you know,
Starting point is 01:37:25 and that takes away their. empathy, I feel like that it's like, I don't know anybody. He's like, where are they even here? And it's like, no, you're right. I know, you know, the hardest working people I know, you know, are undocumented, two, three jobs and, you know, not relying on any type of assistance for anything. You know what I'm saying? So it's like to want to have those people out just never make sense to me.
Starting point is 01:37:44 It doesn't make sense to me either. They're living off our country. They're not around here driving Mercedes and living in mansions. They're living a very low means life because they're trying, the system is set up against them. And again, I hate the stereotype that undocumented people don't pay taxes. Like coming from, my mom does taxes and I see her all the time. Like, they pay taxes. They don't get it.
Starting point is 01:38:06 They don't. They get so much taken out of their paycheck. And you can do your taxes with an I-10 number. Yeah. And that's what a lot of people don't understand. It's like, full, they can still pay. They contribute. Also, I think a lot of people don't realize the people that are coming to the U.S. are here because they're looking for work.
Starting point is 01:38:24 if they had a great lifestyle, great education, they wouldn't be coming here. They're set in their own country. They're coming here because they're looking for a way out to serve their family and give them better life. And usually they come here and they know that they're going to be like, quote-unquote, the sacrificial lamb. Right? They know their life isn't going to be glamorous. But they're like, but I want to give my kids opportunity to have that. And all of us in this room benefit from that.
Starting point is 01:38:50 Of course. You know what I'm saying? Perfectly said. Thank you so much, guys. All right. Rosecrans. Rooscrans. Rooscrans.
Starting point is 01:38:57 Word on Rosecrans. The word is, it is Joey Badass versus Everybody. What? Yes. Versus everybody right now. Okay. So Joey Badass, if you guys don't know,
Starting point is 01:39:10 is a rapper and actor from Brooklyn, New York. And he has everybody pissed off in 2025. That part. Everybody on the West Coast for sure. Yeah, definitely. So, you know, he's acted in Powers Raising Canaan. He was in the Hulu Wu-Tang series. But now he's finally back rapping.
Starting point is 01:39:24 Something people have asked of him for years. Okay. And like he is a rapper's rapper. Like this fool, you would see him at Rock the Bowes. For sure. That type of rapper. No, yeah. Appreciated everything that he's done, all his projects.
Starting point is 01:39:36 Pro era. Yeah, pro era. Put the team together, you know. Yeah. He was really, really like one of the hottest rappers in New York at one point. You know, kind of took some time off and, you know, other people kind of maybe took his spot or the kind of sound just changed a little bit. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:39:50 Sure. You know, I think he noticed that people are really hungry for bars again. You know what I'm saying with what Kendrick did in 2024 and just everybody paying attention to lyrics again. He's like, okay, maybe now it's time to pop back out. Yep. Yeah. And that's a big butt. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:40:05 That's a BBL butt. Yes. That's a good norbert in the winter to pop out in the summer. Exactly. Which one of that butt? So about two three weeks ago, he dropped a song titled The Rulers Back. And a bar aimed at the West Coast had everybody online in an uproar. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:40:24 The first bar. Yes. All right. Listen to this. Too much rest. Cool. Clicking. I'm hearing that's throwing rocks really ain't sticking.
Starting point is 01:40:32 Because if we talk in bar for bar really is slim pickings. I rap like I draw pinagrams and kill chickens. Which is so like eat the quick four feature. This that black air force energy coming out to speaker. Okay. This is a type of rap that Maximo wraps in the shower. We love us. Some backpack rap.
Starting point is 01:40:53 I want to shout out the conductor too because Both of the records that he produced He produced both of these records Obviously this is the first one that you're talking about And he killed it The samples, the beat And it adds a lot of element to the song Yeah, let's go drive and roll and play with the ox
Starting point is 01:41:15 When you had to look at the ox Like that's the type of rap that you're making too But that this is like what? Can you say it for because there was a lot of sensory. There's a lot of West Coast stick licking. Right?
Starting point is 01:41:29 And basically he's just like kind of upset that oh everybody's on the like West Coast right now. As someone from New York that literally has the like it's New York. What they've done in hip hop is incredible
Starting point is 01:41:42 but all it always goes back to New York and New York and New York in New York. Let the West Coast have their time. Shut. We had a great year. The Dodgers won. We got a favorite. Come on. So he don't.
Starting point is 01:41:53 But that's low key. That beat is fire. That's all. Yeah. Of course it's fire. Objectively, we can say it's hot, but still be like, what? Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:42:01 Yeah, for sure. Why? So, you know, this made obviously a lot of people mad. You know what I'm saying? A lot of people were, you know, it was like a big topic on like Twitter, you know, Instagram. Is he aiming it at Kendrick because of what happened last year. And clearly you can't say the West Coast. And without mentioning what Dot did all of 2024.
Starting point is 01:42:18 Right. Exactly. You know, so someone, you know, not directly in Dot's camp, but, you know, But, you know, in TDE, Ray Vaughn, you know, took to wax, you know, took to rapping. Old school right there. And he actually decided to respond to Joey Badass. Listen to this. Was with a sneak disin taking shots at us and high to Uzi.
Starting point is 01:42:40 Because the only badass the world was recognizing his boozy. Please don't get confused with shooting the movies. We're really shooting. What's on Soul album. So if you ask me, you look like a goofy. Wow. Yeah. Valid response.
Starting point is 01:42:52 And Rayvon wasn't the only one to respond. A lot of West Coast rappers came at this, bro. Because you kind of feel in defense of like, bro, let us have our moment. You know, the West Coast has, every region has its moment. For sure. And a lot of times the West Coast sits down, you know, when the South has their moment, when the East Coast has a moment, when Canada has its moment, you know, legit. They always try to say like the West gets stuck in the West, right?
Starting point is 01:43:18 So now that it's gone global. Global, yeah. They're like upset. Because we do, our region loves our music. I don't care if it's popping on the mainstream. I'm a bum some West Coast. Right. Like, we like ours, like what Crup said.
Starting point is 01:43:31 But now that the whole world's on it and it just feels like, why are you not letting your sound? Let me shine, bro. Another person that responded is Guapo from the group Coyote, the brother duo. We've had them up here before. Great freestyleers. We see them rapping online all the time. Guapo decided to take a little bit more disrespectful route with his bones.
Starting point is 01:43:50 All right. Listen to this. I heard the rule is back. Light word, but when I looked it wasn't slick Rick. It was a subcar rapper sucking West Coast. Shit named Joey. I guess that she's a badass. This the West Coast.
Starting point is 01:44:02 We ain't ducking nothing around here. Oh, my God. It's funny because the small snippet. It's a small snippet of the tone. You can hear it in the tone. You can hear it in the tone. Shout out Wapo. He went crazy with that.
Starting point is 01:44:16 He's not playing. No, not at all. So I was just saying, Joey didn't directly respond to any of this critics by name, but he did hop on another song and dropped it. And it's called Sorry Not Sorry. Nope. And in the process, for some reason, he decided to diss Jay Cole. Oh, my God.
Starting point is 01:44:34 Out of everybody that said anything, Jay Cole didn't say word. And he decided to do that. Listen here. With attitudes, man, I'm big in up my city. That's something I had to do. Do a die home of the gully where we let land fly. 2025 of my bully. I know that men lie.
Starting point is 01:44:49 Women lie, but Joey don't. Might delete later. I know damn sure that Joey won't That I won't on the smooth Put my credit on the line Cause this king with me We're talking about it line for line So
Starting point is 01:45:00 And I don't want to get a mistaken With people responding to Joey Is hating on New York? It's not. No, not at all. He literally made a diss about the West Coast His for more. If your song was pro New York
Starting point is 01:45:14 I don't think we'd be mad Like if you were like Big Up My City, Big Up My Side Shout on New York all this stuff by all means go ahead and you put on a drop too yeah but then you add in those disses of like too much west coast stuff going on yeah and I'm saying it very nicely but what did that be him like just rapping a city like that's not that part is not no and also when you in the music when you put an emphasis on it like he dropped out the beat you're a DJ you know like where it's
Starting point is 01:45:39 like you're gonna emphasize this part you know what I'm saying it's like wow oh wow give it its moment and and mind you you I guess you can't do that and then be like I don't know why everyone's coming in oh yeah I don't do my city Like, no, you knew why you did that. Exactly. You can go ahead, say New York, New York all the time. That's good for you. But adding in that West Coast sub is still a West Coast disc.
Starting point is 01:46:00 Yeah, because at no point was it even like a West Coast East Coast thing. It was like Kendrick versus Drake, I guess, Cole, you know. But because of the hype they got and the record was amazing, it's like, it's not a West Coast thing. He chose to make it that. And then so him saying like, my delete later, which is the name of Jay Cole's project, which his disc to Kendrick was on that was now removed. He's like, I'm not doing that. I'm not saying, sorry.
Starting point is 01:46:26 I was like, I don't know why J. Cole always catches these straight. Or it's like, all these people are fighting me and it's like, oh, yeah? All right, well, punch J. Cole. For no reason. They got to do any of this. You know what I'm saying? It's like, oh, I might delete later. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:46:41 You know, and Joey won't. It's like, oh, man, like, what did J. Cole have to do with him? I want everyone to leave J. I want everyone to leave J. Thank you for. But streaming stuff because he's really good action. Yeah, he is. What Ray Vaughn made a great point at is like, you're saying all this pro-New York stuff, as you should.
Starting point is 01:46:59 Again, no matter that. But then you job at West Coast when you were on Absoles album from the West Coast. You look goofy. You look really goofy by doing that. And then I guess when you pivot in your response track to everything saying that we are coming at you for being pro-New York, no one's coming at you for being pro-New York. No one's coming at you for being pro New York, Doug. Like, literally be who you are. If anything we've given you praise for being that, being so New York,
Starting point is 01:47:23 you know, people have said that he's going to be that next one out of New York and he's doing everything right. We literally just said he's a rapper's rapper. Like, he hits bars and then he does incredible acting work when he, and in these things with like the Wu-Tang, that's like big. That's the most New York rap you can get. You know what I'm saying? So no one's anti you at any point in time until you say something like that.
Starting point is 01:47:47 about the West Coast. And then it's like, don't say that if there's all of these things where you clearly know we're cool, bro. Exactly. So I would hope that if he's trying to get at Kendrick or get at Cole, I hope he doesn't get a response. And I like Joey. Yeah. I like Joe. I hope he doesn't get a response because it's like you shouldn't.
Starting point is 01:48:06 Because then you flip it and the way you flipped it is weird. Like you're flipping it like we're coming at you. Yeah. What? And we're back to the East Coast, West Coast type thing. Yeah. And it's not that. Like that's not that.
Starting point is 01:48:17 I just feel like it's like envy. It's like, oh, like, letti said earlier. It's like, West Coast just is getting shine again after years of like we didn't. Yeah. And it's like, three months go by. It's like, all right, no, that's enough. Yeah. It's like, but New York can have it for years and years.
Starting point is 01:48:33 Yeah. I get what you're saying now. You know what I'm saying? Yeah, yeah, yeah. No me gist. I hope no one responds. Shout out to the Yodies and Revon and every other rapper that responded to him from the West Coast. And you did your dude, like that was tight.
Starting point is 01:48:45 Like you stood up. I hope that like Kendrick and your office don't give him the time of day because then he's going to feel like, hey, it worked. Yeah. Yeah. That's what he wants. I feel like Cole might give him some bars back.
Starting point is 01:48:56 You know what? I feel like he won't. I feel like he will. In a slick way, not directly. I don't think Cole, I think before Cole, pre-apology Cole. Yeah, what? I think post-apology cool is like,
Starting point is 01:49:07 I don't have been engaged in beefs anymore. You don't think he. No, I don't think so. No, because then they got on him. Bro, you took your tail. Yeah, it's like he does, yeah. His defense is over Just be great
Starting point is 01:49:18 Just do great stuff Yeah I like when he Yeah but that he can't They have like the best He's lined up for him And he's always gonna hit It's so good
Starting point is 01:49:27 It's so good I just want to forget 2024 Cole To be honest I just want to like I want to like delete that part Out of his career He was rapping really good
Starting point is 01:49:33 Yeah I know He might be there I think the one that got the worst Out of that Because let's put like Like Drake Drake was
Starting point is 01:49:41 Has always been consistently good consistently good However, last year he had dropped stuff that wasn't hitting. It wasn't hitting regardless of the Kendrick situation. It just wasn't hitting, right? The stuff with Cole was hitting. Any feature Cole jumped on hitting the backpack grab stuff, hitting the features, all of that.
Starting point is 01:50:01 And so Cole kind of was like setting himself up like, oh, and now the father's going to drop and all of that. And he lost the most, like if we're actually thinking about like his, I guess, trajectory. Whereas Drake was like kind of just being consistent. Yeah. But he wasn't like on a rise. Cole was on a rise even for like catching his second wind when it came to a rap. And it's like, now it was like, caillaito. Yeah, he joined the wrong team.
Starting point is 01:50:25 Cajito, Mazzu. His beach side and cruising and in bikes. Aw. But I like Cole. 2025. I love Paul. Oh, yeah. You're back to live.
Starting point is 01:50:33 Do you want to be happy? I do. I do. I do. I guess I just have to represent the West Coast with my bars. What? Dogfoot. Yeah, I'll make some sanctioned. The Yodis got it, bro.
Starting point is 01:50:46 The guy. I think I got this. He was sanctioned by a locute. Let me get the book out. Let me put my backpack on really quick. Hold on. I'll get some bars down. Do you don't even have a backpack?
Starting point is 01:50:54 Your backpack is furry. Joey's about to drop an album. It's even better. That's what's happening. He's about a drop an album. He said, what's the best thing I could do? I've been acting this whole time. Now, let me figure out how I could promote this.
Starting point is 01:51:06 And you know what? Now he's acting like a villain. That's it. Him routing it to, they're coming at me because I love N. Ben White is probably him trying to activate New York rappers to have his back. But literally no one has had his back. They're kind of like, bro, you're on your own. Like, why do you do that?
Starting point is 01:51:17 Also, no rappers like New York rap like that anymore. They all rap like, do-de-do-d-da-da-da-da. Like Fabio Forre. You know what I'm saying? So like those guys aren't going to have his back. Yeah. He needs a baby. I think he was expecting.
Starting point is 01:51:28 If I make it, East Coast West was like, hey, they're coming on me because I'm prone to right. No, they saw that too. They see that. Yeah, you're just like, right guys? And then just like, no. Why did you do that? Like his old homies have been like thising him.
Starting point is 01:51:41 Yeah. So it's like Joey. Joey. I like Joey too. Me too. I think we all do. Yeah. All right.
Starting point is 01:51:48 Well, that was your word. I'm Rose Cranz. Bratty by local Southern California Toyota dealers. I'm Rose Cranzvick for Brown Bag mornings. I'm Power 106. All right. Now it is time to get into Sombra Salita. Sombra Sala with Angelico.
Starting point is 01:51:59 Hey! Sombra Sala with Anci. Mark Zuckerberg. Oh. Did you call him Suckerberg? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:52:11 Yeah. What to do. Dude, we all saw what you did yesterday. Yesterday was the inauguration. The inauguration of President Donald Trump, right? But everyone saw what Mark was doing Facebook Fool, was doing sitting next to Jave Besso's fiance, Lauren, son. Leave her alone.
Starting point is 01:52:30 I said Jeff. I said Jeff. I said, Jayf Bessels. I don't like when you two sit down together. Yeah. Marcymo and Victor. It's okay, Angie. Look at me.
Starting point is 01:52:38 I'm right here and I didn't say anything. Hey, your lighting is great, Angie. Really? Jeff Bezos, Bezos. His girl, his fiance. Is that his wife yet? No, fiancé. Fiancé.
Starting point is 01:52:47 Yeah, they haven't got married. They better not. No, they're going to get married. They are. That's crazy. She's going to be Lauren Bezos. Damn. She should have her last name.
Starting point is 01:52:56 Sanchez Bezos. So she pulled up in, how would you describe what she wore? A very professional, all white suit with lingerie brawet. Yeah, like a brawet. What is that called? I think in. Exactly bralet top. The president terms?
Starting point is 01:53:13 She's hot. She's hot. Yeah, she pulled up with her man. And Jeff, and excuse me, not Jeff, Mark's wife was there. We've had him win Simper Pimp all the time. He had statues for her. He made a statue of his wife outside of their house in the backyard. What did he flip, what car, Maserati or a Porsche?
Starting point is 01:53:34 A Porsche, a Porsche minivan. Customized. They created this car just for his wife, right? He loves this girl, right? He does. So they pulled up and then Jack Bezos brought Lauren, of course. I think she should. And Lauren is looking vibes.
Starting point is 01:53:48 She's fine. She's fine. Yeah, she looked good. Was it dressed in appropriately? Some would say, maybe not. But the guys were looking. Oh, yeah, you could tell. Who wouldn't?
Starting point is 01:54:00 You guys were looking too? Zuckerberg had a statue for her. Yeah. Now there's a statue in the backyard of this. The newest statue added on to the house. So that photo's going viral Like a quick Like glancing a little bit
Starting point is 01:54:16 And it was like a quick glance at it too It was just the way he did it too Because he's like pretending he's looking around He's like quick glance Yeah Sitting right next to her He couldn't admit it He tried to be more like
Starting point is 01:54:30 Not noticeable like really discreet about it But it's like full like all cameras are on all You guys I would just acknowledge it in that moment You think they fought on the way home in the Porsche mini-old? Oh, Priscilla. Mark? For sure.
Starting point is 01:54:43 No, she needs him. Unless she's, see, because then there's always those fools. Like, oh, yeah, I'll tell my girl, look at that big booty, like, Maximil. Yeah, there's no problem. But then you wouldn't have sneaked glanced. Yeah, you would have done it. You would have been, like, elbow. He just bringing up later.
Starting point is 01:54:58 Maybe he was sneak glancing from Jeff. He didn't want to see his homie. And the wife would have sneak glance, too. The wife was on purpose, like, not looking. Like, you could tell she was, like, Not the other way. Pretend this girl don't exist. If she was that, hey, I'm coete.
Starting point is 01:55:12 Oh, nothing matters. I don't think she would be as like, don't look that way for herself. I get you. She wasn't like. I was just looking at the freeze frame. Yeah. He's cut. Yeah, you can tell.
Starting point is 01:55:25 He's still like digging in there, looking in there. And I wonder like as Jeff, he knows like, that's my girl. Yeah. He saw her change. He's like, yes, let's go. Because they're out there like young health tip. They're trying to defy like aging too. Yeah, right.
Starting point is 01:55:41 So they're like, yeah, let's go. Let's go do this. If you can't handle dating a baddie, don't date a baddie. Oh, I don't think he's mad at that. He's for sure not mad at that. The one that got in trouble is. So Maximo has the picture up. And there's a guy behind Mark that's breaking his neck even more to look at Lauren
Starting point is 01:55:56 Sanchez. And what's funny? And what's funny is that right after like Mark like stop looking at her, he smiled. Did you see that? Yeah. Who wouldn't? He's like, they bring happiness.
Starting point is 01:56:10 Yeah. They bring happiness. Yeah. They do. Would your girl let you? What? Look at somebody else? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:56:17 I've told her to look at somebody else too before. No. No. You're like, oh, look at that. Wait, what? I'd be like,
Starting point is 01:56:21 oh, that's crazy. No, but that's crazy. You're not like, that's fine. Yeah, I've told her something.
Starting point is 01:56:27 I was like, you're a liar. Yeah. My girl's pretty too. So it's like, yeah. Yeah. So it's like,
Starting point is 01:56:33 oh my God, Look at those chichon. Only you would do that. Yeah, I think that's what you think. Sounds wild. I can't say that because she don't know Spanish. Actually, I can't say that because she wouldn't understand. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:56:49 You see your girl look at another guy and he's wearing gray sweatpants. Like, you're like, ha, ha. That's a great. I'm like, sorry, it's cold outside for me. Oh, my God. Look at wave. You can't be mad at girl. Look at people.
Starting point is 01:57:05 be mad at like that's it like there's good looking people out there. No, of course you can't be mad at your good looking at your partner for looking at the good looking people. No, they're good looking like if you're mad at your partner looking for like looking at. No, Greg don't care. Greg don't care if his girl looks at any guy but she's not allowed on street team hits that way be also tense. No waivey. If she's like if they like go ahead if that's what you want that's what you want. See what you're getting. How am I getting mad? That's like, they're a good-looking person.
Starting point is 01:57:41 If you're dating your partner, you trust them. That's what you want. You're looking. It's not that. It's like, all right, yeah, it's a good-looking person. That's it. Tell me what I'm telling you. You say that, but I don't believe it.
Starting point is 01:57:50 Your tone right now? You're like mad. What? Nothing. If Becky G walked in with my girl, I'd be like, damn, that's Becky G. Like, she's not going to be mad at that. Yeah, no, I'm not talking about Becky G. I'm talking about Becky L that pops in.
Starting point is 01:58:01 And she has cleavage. No, and she has cleavage. And you look at the girl. What's wrong with that? Nothing is clearly nothing, but I wouldn't put it past your girl to be upset if she got upset at you're looking. I know her. She wouldn't be mad. Maybe she won't be mad, but then like if the whole world it's seeing like, damn, like, you're men's looking.
Starting point is 01:58:18 That would get mad. Especially with when we've had other conversations and you'd be like, I'm sick even thinking that my girl has an ex. Yeah. Like that just doesn't fit in your narrative. Change man. Since when? Change man. Since inauguration or what?
Starting point is 01:58:33 America. Golden era for you, brother? I get it. He's smiling, but he's mad. Anyways, shout out Lauren. She's high. You had all eyes on you yesterday. Yeah, me on the other hand,
Starting point is 01:58:49 Jorge couldn't even see the inauguration because Lauren Sanchez was there. Shout to Lauren Sanchez for being so rich that she just left her job. Her good job. Yeah. She just got too rich for her job. It's crazy. She's winning. And she's just a fiance.
Starting point is 01:59:01 She's winning. Yeah. She's doing herself. Is she the one that he bought the ex's house? Someone bought the house that they're with the ex or something. I want to say yes, I believe. So that's like in the beginning of their relationship. Yeah, she was with like Tony Gonzalez. Yeah, she was.
Starting point is 01:59:15 And then somebody else. She stayed in the house or something. I don't know. Yeah, something like that. But it was right in the beginning. I look at her. I'm going to wear that outfit for Halloween. It's a cute outfit.
Starting point is 01:59:24 It's a great Halloween outfit. That is. And then you have to have somebody dressed up as Mark. Blazer. That's what it's called. As Mark. Mark Zuckerberg? Yeah.
